hey guys have you ever talked to
somebody or heard
stories from someone who says that they
called the police a whole bunch of times
and the police never did anything for
them well the guy in this video is going
to be one of those people who's going to
be
telling you that story i don't remember
all of the particulars about this
particular run
but i do know officers had been
dispatched out to this location
multiple times this evening on a call
about a male who was struck by a car
i believe the dispatch was actually
given to
the street intersection and not to a
particular address in this case
so officers drove through the area
looked around
didn't find anybody that had been hit by
a vehicle weren't flagged down by
anybody so they cleared the area
when the final officer was dispatched on
the run
he actually got out of his car and
started walking down the street
that's when he was approached by the
caller what the officer encountered
was a male who was highly intoxicated
giving
a lot of different stories that weren't
making any sense
and what you'll get to see is the
interaction between the officer and the
mail
you can hear the the mills account
trying to describe exactly what happened
and you'll be able to see how the
officer handled the run

i was standing in the middle of the
street okay then you want a ticket for
being in the street
no you're not allowed to be in the
street if you guys know if you're in the
street and you get hit by a car you get
a ticket for that what i was saying this
is what i'm saying
as i was coming out she got mad at me
i said well i'm about to leave she got
mad at me for one to leave
you know
because the girl wanted to highlight me
at work
that's the whole thing a girl went all
the way back she got jealous
so i came outside and i sat right there
on my porch
my own business came outside
my neighbors actually these kids right
here it was actually tied
uh you got any money for anything to go
to the store i said no i don't have the
money
i'll get paid next week i sat outside
started walking down the street you know
what i went down here
my wife started saying well i'm about to
learn
she got mad because i was already older
you know
so i left out like i said i was like she
was i was already organized i was
already outside
she got mad because i wanted to leave
because i said well i'm about to [ __ ] on
you
i'm about to cheat on you she ran me
over with a car
literally exhale on the block where were
you when you got
right i was i was coming across the
street like trying to cross the street
to get over here
because i was going to cross creek go to
the store to go get some beer
and your boxer shorts no i ran out so i
could stop her
so she won't get away because i was
tired of calling the police and she's
never here
why would you call the police that she
was trying to leave and nothing had
happened i'm the one that
listen i'm the one that called when
she tried to stop me from calling when
you heard that 9-1-1 call just
not too long ago about somebody getting
hit by a car
that was me i got hit right here
look i got the bruise right here okay
she hit me with her car boom everybody's
feeling
what happened now for her to get away
with that that's a felony
throwing this assault with a motor
vehicle if it is because i was walking
across the street and i
was causing no it's a pedestrian in the
roadway ticket for you you know
she did it intentionally ask them in the
middle street
yes why are you in the middle of street
i was walking across the street
she got mad cause she saw me in the
street where'd your pants go
where'd your pants go in the house why
because i ran out trying to stop her
because she was trying to drive away
from the city by accident
well you were supposed to be in the
middle of the road getting hit by a car
how why did you take why'd you go inside
and take your pants off and come back
outside
officer that doesn't make any sense no
awesome i was already to where i was
she got mad you were already not wearing
pants yes well you said you were trying
to walk to the store to get a beer

like in the nighttime mode you said you
were walking to the store to get a beer
so you would have been wearing pants to
go to the store
and then she said that you were in the
street across the street and she hit
them she was going towards the store to
get a beer
she got mad first look she decided to
leave and then you ran and got in front
of her
no no she got mad because i said
all we got we came home all together
she got mad because the girl kept
looking at me all day long
you know i'm like i don't give a [ __ ]
you know i don't care i'm married i
don't give a [ __ ]
you know no you kept eyeballing her
this and that know this and then she
kept the whole thing all the way down
till we got home
so i said you know what i'm gonna take
my clothes off let me get home you know
i'm drinking my beer at home you know
what i'm saying
i said i'm about to go leave
you know what i'm saying out the house
this is your house though and it's not
her house this is my house
so she was gonna go stay somewhere else
right that's right okay so why would you
leave if she's trying to leave because i
don't want no competition
okay so she decided to leave
and then while she was driving what
happened no she didn't drive
she wasn't how she how could she hit she
leaves
how could she possibly hit you with her
car if she wasn't driving
okay i left i came back and i told her i
said
i'm gonna cheat on you she got mad she
wanted to leave
she came out yeah
coming down the street and then boom
she hit me and everybody saw it okay
everybody on the street
here's the problem here's the question
if she
you were walking down the street were
you wearing pants at the time
no i mean yeah okay i was wearing pants
so
why if you got hit by a car why would
you go inside take your pants off and
come back
outside it's obviously
well if you wanted a show that got hit
by a car you should stay at the scene
where you got hit by the car
wearing your pants and then you decide
to go in and take off your pants and
come back out
sir what you're saying doesn't make any
sense
after she hit you with a car and then
she started arguing again that she
wanted to take off
and then she hit me like you know what
i'm saying
it doesn't make any sense man what are
you what's your goal
my goal is to get away from it okay
she's gone live my life okay she left
man i mean she left there's no there's
no point to this
this ain't right your goal is to get
away from her it's like
all right put it this way if i had to
put my hands on her
i'd be going to jail i don't know she
put her hands on me
i got marks and scrapes and everything
in bruises shaped me with a car
in front of eyewitnesses y'all don't do

but if i even threaten her i'm going to
jail for dvd
okay wow here's the problem i've been
calling y'all for the longest for the
last four years
okay don't do [ __ ] okay you've given me
three different explanations on how you
got hit by a car frustrated okay i'm
intoxicated okay and i know what i'm
talking about if you could give me
one clear explanation i would probably
believe you but right now you're giving
me three different stories
no it's already past the point where i'm
gonna care because you've given me three
separate stories about how this has
happened
and i don't believe you quite frankly
all right excellent
so if i'm gonna file charges no i'm not
going to go wake them up
in the morning she was over here she had
no business over there she was
threatening the guy
she left she came back she threatened
him again she hit him with the car
and she was leaving home as he was
leaving for the store
