He just told me you're shooting them at each other. >> Cops tripping because there's confetti. >> The the confetti. >> Make this make sense to me, officer. Why would I put confetti in my own vehicle? Why are you targeting us? >> Why you littering? >> I'm not doing anything. >> What I'll do today though is I'm going to issue citations for speeding, probably littering or something. >> And I need to get your ID cuz you're witness to this event. >> It's very frustrating to me because this has been targeting by many officers. I'm just trying to make you explain. >> I'm not You said you did, too. >> He's trying to entrap you right now and me. He's saying that he saw you throw it out your window. >> real quick. That's >> genuinely fed up with the targeting and harassment. >> Your VIN number on this says 00298. What's the last four? >> I've had this issue. >> So you don't have insurance on this vehicle? >> Oh [laughter] my goodness. >> I want to call somebody to come get your vehicle cuz I'm not going to let you drive away from here without liability insurance. >> [laughter] [clears throat] >> Grabbing my phone. >> Hands up in front of you where I can see them. Bad choice for your buddy to pull away, right? >> The in the Porsche? >> Yeah. You're fine to film me, but stop reaching around, okay? >> Need a phone number from you. >> Okay. Area code 509. >> And your social security. I'm sorry. >> I'm confused why I need my social security when I give you my driver's license. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. >> I invoke my Fifth Amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> And you're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. Let's unviolate my rights. >> I used to think muscle cars used to get the most harassed when it came to police. After seeing this guy in this supercar, man, they get it the worst. What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cast back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, you had this guy that was traveling to a car show. So while he was traveling, he got pulled over by every law enforcement department possible. He got pulled over by state troopers, sheriffs, park police, and regular local police. And it's just really crazy the type of harassment they deal with. Like this guy was literally not doing anything. And these officers were pulling out the most random stuff saying, I think you were littering. I'mma give you a ticket for that. Oh yeah, your buddy over there, he shouldn't have did that. I'mma give you a ticket for that. I'mma watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video. >> It's coming for us. Bro, you have to be kidding me. Oh my gosh. No. This is a rough start to the day. >> You get my phone? >> Good, how are you? >> Good. >> What's with all the confetti coming from your vehicle? >> Um, people hit our cars and it's just flying off our cars. >> He just told me you're shooting them at each other. >> I You don't believe that? That's uh don't know what to say. There's about a hundred of us. It's not as somebody hits our car. >> driver's license, registration, proof of insurance. And also stopped you for driving 90 in a 60. >> All right. >> I'm Deputy Slingsby with the Gallatin County Sheriff's >> I'm reaching back here to grab my trip permit, by the way. >> Sounds great. >> Oh my gosh. And why would he stop, too? >> Oh no, they told me to stop. I don't understand what this cop's tripping so hard about. We're not throwing our own confetti out of the car. This is like ridiculous. This cop's tripping because there's confetti The the confetti is flying off of the car. >> when we're >> That's his biggest problem right now. Tell him about the biodegradable cheese. >> Okay, did did you deploy any of the confetti as well? Why is it on your dash right there then? >> Make this make sense to me, officer. Why would I put confetti in my own vehicle? >> I don't know. >> Yeah, it's just >> Why are you guys shooting confetti at each other? >> Why are you targeting us? >> littering? Why are you littering? >> I'm not doing anything. Somebody did it to my own car. Why would I do this to my own car? >> Well, he said you guys were shooting at each other. So, we're trying to figure >> a hundred of us. There's a hundred. >> Well, right now there's just four of you. >> but make just It doesn't make sense why I would do this to my own car. >> Doesn't make sense why you would deploy garbage on a public roadway. >> What? What? Me? Did you see You have a video of me doing it? >> He said you did. >> [laughter] >> All right. You can You can take me to court and subpoena footage, I guess. This This is ridiculous. >> I'll do today though is I'm going to issue citations for speeding. >> Okay. >> And also probably littering or something. >> Well, dude, you have to understand when people shoot it in the car and our windows are open, they're going to fly out of the car. So, >> cuz you're a witness to this event? >> Sure. >> Okay, sounds good. I need your ID. >> This is this. It's just the wind that's blowing it out when the windows are open, you know. >> You're disposing trash out the >> I understand where you're coming from. It's very frustrating to me because this has been targeting by many officers. I'm just trying to make you explain I understand >> I'm not throwing anything out my car, officer. >> Okay, well, he did. He said you did, too. >> [laughter] >> He said that he said he's trying to entrap you right now and me. He's saying that he saw you throw it out your window. >> real quick. That's all. >> Sure. >> Now he's trying to cut him off because he got caught in his lie. >> He's trying to entrap you right now and me. He's saying that he saw you throw it out your window. >> real quick. That's all. >> Sure. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. I'm like genuinely fed up with the targeting and harassment. He did not get us for any sort of speed. >> Hey, hey buddy. Can I get you right now? >> And he does not legally need your ID. I mean, technically now this is an investigation. Absolutely ridiculous. >> Chase, if I get pulled into this, I'm going to be pissed. >> No, you can't He can't do anything to you. Oh Oh my god, my lawyers are going to have a field day with this, dude. >> In fact, you must have given me the wrong one. >> Oh, sorry. Apologies. Yep. >> So, how about that ID? >> Yep, I'm getting it right now. Almost there. >> No, I'm asking for his. >> Um I I handed it to you. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, you didn't give me your driver's license when I asked you for it? >> Me? >> Yeah. >> I accidentally handed you my card, officer, like I mentioned. >> Well, you gave me two different IDs now. >> I've [laughter] given you one ID, officer. >> Sounds good. I'll be busy. I'm going to give you guys some tickets today, and we'll let you be on your way, okay? >> Appreciate it. Sounds good. What? Dude, my lawyer is going to have a field day with this. My lawyer's going to have a field day with this. >> Yeah, it's ridiculous. >> What the freak? >> He goes, "What else What's all this I'm going to ask you to stand at your driver's door. >> Yep, I gave him a trip permit. Uh VIN is up here. It is uh temporary registration in Washington state, which is legal. >> displayed on your vehicle? >> It was. I pulled it off my window to give it to you, like you asked for. >> Okay, you pulled it off of your window to hand it to me? >> Correct, like you asked for. >> You handed me a registration card. >> That is a temporary registration. This car is a Washington state car. >> you're not showing me a plate that's displayed on your your vehicle window. >> because it's a temporary registration that gets mounted on my back windshield according to Washington state law. >> Are you going to be able to supply proof of insurance today? >> Yep, that's right here. >> Okay. Who's your insurance through? >> Progressive, right here. >> Sounds good. Which vehicle is it that's on here that I'm looking at? >> It's the McLaren. >> S3? >> Nope, it's the McLaren. >> The McLaren? >> Yep, it's the middle one. 2019 McLaren 720S. >> Your VIN number on this says 00297 and the last four >> on your dash it's different. >> I understand. I just have this issue. >> So you don't have insurance on this vehicle? >> Oh my goodness. [laughter] I just had this issue with the cop. Insurance mistakenly did not put the last digit on here. >> Okay, you can explain that to the court. I'm going to write you a citation today for operating without liability insurance, okay? >> Awesome. Appreciate it. >> to love that nitpicking. >> Explain that to the court. I'm going to write you a citation today for operating without liability insurance, okay? >> Awesome. Appreciate it. Thank you. The most power trip. Oh my goodness. Can you get a load of this? >> Dude, this is totally a trap. >> This is entrapment. This is harassment. This is targeting. >> We never once said that we were shooting you. >> I know. I didn't say anything. Like you you can't entrap like that. That's illegal. >> No. >> It's illegal. >> That's what I was telling you guys the whole time I was telling you >> I knew you wouldn't say anything. >> That's insane. >> It was him. >> Yeah, he >> [laughter] >> was like, "You guys admitted to it." No, we didn't. >> Dude, I was getting pissed off. I started like not raising my voice and I'm like, "Why would I do my own car?" Like use your freaking brain. >> Um hey man, just to save you some time, too. >> Yep. >> You might want to call somebody to come get your vehicle cuz I'm not going to let you drive away from here without liability insurance. >> [laughter] >> He's out there with a tow truck. >> Okay. Oh. Oh, [ __ ] me. Oh, that is amazing. Insurance accidentally did not put the last digit on my on the ID card. I am, but I need to I want to call my lawyer is what I want to do. I need to be able to get out, officer, to look at my VIN so I can call insurance. >> Rabbi, he said it's not okay. >> Of course it's not. Guaranteed now I have insurance. >> Did you just change it? >> Yep, I just updated my insurance. But I guarantee he's going to hit me with something else now. >> he's not going to drive away. >> I'm I'm going to drive away. I want him I'm I want him to keep adding stuff. I've never been like this with the cops. >> the He seizes the confetti for evidence. >> I know. Well, he's took Did he He seized it? >> He took some of the confetti in the car. >> Bro. That's cool. That jet's insane. My insurance is updated. I'm really curious what he's going to try to hit me with to make He does not He's not going to let me drive away. He's going to impound the car. He's either going to Whatever BS speed he just said to, he's going to then try to impound the car. How does it make sense for somebody He said call somebody else to come get the car. This is >> And he's saying that they said that we were shooting him. >> it's entrapment. It is so illegal. Can I do a citizen's arrest? Just so you guys are updated, we've been sitting here. Let's check the last time I filmed to see It's been It's been a hot minute that we've been sitting here. He's doing this on purpose. Oh wait, it was filming on your phone. But the last time I filmed after we were sitting here in a for a fat minute, it's been 20 minutes. >> Plus confirm. >> So it's been at least 30 minutes, at least. And I know he's doing it on purpose, which is fine. Take your time. Give me my ticket. Or maybe just be nicer, bro. Here we go. He's not writing any It's hard for you guys to hear this cuz it's so far away. He's going to do us a favor not write any passengers a ticket today. It's very kind. Now, you see, I can understand the confetti stuff. Like I I do get it's littering to a a degree. These are all biodegradable. Does he know that? No, it does He doesn't He doesn't care. He's That's That's not why he pulled us over. He He was on a power trip. >> Um so I I can understand that to a degree, but it wasn't us. There's a hundred other cars that just drove by. >> All right, these are both the documents you gave me, right? >> Awesome. Yeah, they should be. Correct. And then the licenses. >> All right. So, were you able to get that proof of insurance today? Were you able to find something that matches this vehicle? >> I was just able to call insurance and update it. It's the whole insurance card there. >> Okay, one sec here. Uh for 2016. Okay, so it's that middle one there. So, I do see your VIN number is now on there. That's great. That's good. That helps me out a lot. Um So, same thing I was telling him, man. >> I heard a little bit. >> Okay. Just don't be shooting confetti >> Yep, absolutely. >> windows. Uh you're you're causing problems with the environment by doing that. >> Yeah, I got that. >> I am going to issue a citation. It's going to be for disposal of refuse upon a public highway. >> Okay. >> It's going to be for you and as well as the other driver. I'm going to give you a warning for speeding. >> Okay. >> Um do you have any questions for me today? >> Um no. If I could just get your name and >> badge number would be awesome. Deputy Brian Slingsby, I'm badge number 672 at the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office. >> Other than that, I appreciate your time. >> Yeah, you're welcome, man. Drive safe. >> Thank you. >> Uh take your registration. Yeah, one sec. I don't know. Did I give it to him? >> Nah, I think he's good. >> What did he give you? >> Uh whatever you got. The disposal of public roads. >> Yeah, this this is my insurance card. >> Oh, this is Oh, sorry. Yeah, he gave that to me saying I gave that to me. I'm like, "No, I didn't." This guy is a little slow. Yep. Have a good day. >> Thanks, sir. Have a good day. >> Protect and serve. It's not even a moving violation, so who cares? >> No, I I don't care. I I He could write me for 150 over. I'd say, "Thank you very much." Be on my day. I'm not going to argue with like I don't care. Write me for whatever you want. >> Yeah. >> Don't [ __ ] Don't do illegal [ __ ] Don't entrap. Don't harass. Don't target. Like it that's what gets me insane. If I do something, I will take the ticket. I did it. Like anytime I'm speeding, give me the ticket. I don't care. It's when they're illegal and power tripping about it. That's when I have an issue. There's a hundred other cars that just drove out of here. >> It's ridiculous. >> Anyway, boys, I'm sorry. >> I'll help you out here. I'll just take that and put it in my pocket. >> Drinks on me tonight since I I I most definitely escalated that. >> And just when you thought the harassment was over with, just a few moments later he got pulled over by this park police officer. >> I'm calling in for backup. >> Oh my gosh, dude. Yet again, I did nothing that several other cars >> What's a check? >> haven't done. It is what it is. I keep grabbing my >> Hands up in front of you where I can see them. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Bad choice for your buddy to pull away, right? >> The in the Porsche? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I'm an officer guys with the park service. Do you have your driver's license on you? Any weapons in the vehicle? >> No. >> Reach for your driver's license. >> Can I reach down? >> Go ahead. >> Yeah. >> Is this your vehicle or a rental? >> This is mine. >> Do you have the registration on you? >> I have my trip permit behind me if I can reach back. >> Sure. No weapons in the vehicle? >> No, ma'am. I'm going slow. There it is. >> And do you have insurance? >> Yep, it's on my phone. I'm going to reach down. >> You're fine to film me, but stop reaching around, okay? >> Same. >> Y'all are going to be out. You got to abide by the laws. Do you hear me? >> It's going to be the middle one. 2019 McLaren 720S. >> All right, don't get out and don't reach around for anything, okay? >> Okay. I'll get my hands on the wheel. What the I'm parked in the middle of my hazards on waiting for my buddy 2 seconds away to pass again. Dude, I thought she was going to shoot me. Dude, I what did I do? Bad choice for your buddy to leave. I don't I don't know. >> How was he supposed to >> I was Yeah, like like what? You can't make this up. >> This is a joke. >> You can't make this up. I've never had these issues. On the West Coast, I've never had these issues. >> This is a joke, yeah. >> I'm like scared to move. >> [laughter] >> Hey, this is This is going to sound douchey. It's not meant to be. We're driving very expensive cars. You think I'm just strapped up going to just start shooting everybody? There's a hundred of us that just drove by. It's clearly not a stolen car. There's luggage, there's clothes in here. There's a full livery on the car. All every car is a matching livery. Dude, you can't make this up. Is she just mad at us parking? That's what it seems like. >> Jeez, dude. >> Dude, this video is supposed to end on my last pullover. This guy's This is the same day. Same day, by the way. >> There's been two others since that. >> It's been an uh Not even an hour down the road, I don't think. Really? >> This chick was on one. >> Dude, she was reaching for her gun when she was walking. Her hand was on her gun. >> Don't reach for anything. Like, bro. >> Like, she was walk I've I've seen that in movies where they you know they approach with their [ __ ] hand on their weapon. Legit, I thought she was going to shoot me. I thought she was going to like put your hands behind your back. I'm like, what did I do? >> You can film, but stop reaching. >> I'm not reaching. I have two phone phones. Both of our hands are occupied. Literally, like Bro, I'm actually going to crash out if she tries to write you up for something. >> Dude, I don't I I'm going to crash out, too. >> I'm going to put the camera out the window, but I'm scared she's going to shoot >> going to shoot you. She's going to shoot you. >> What did I do? I I The thing is, though, when I pulled in here, I can understand if she wants me to move. That's That's fine. That's not an issue. Realistically, 20 maybe 30 seconds I was parked here when she came. >> Yeah. >> If even. Like I was still putting this in the parking brake on. I don't know, dude. What if my car was broken down? You know what I mean? She just assumed. Like what if my car is broken down? My hazards are on. It's not like my hazards aren't on. >> You should have actually said that. >> What I'm My car is broken, man. I'm sorry. >> Man. Should've said my car shut off or something. >> That's crazy. All right. You know, maybe she just had a long day. >> She needs to loosen up a little. >> Oh my gosh, bro. I feel bad whoever's with her. Oh my god. >> Let's just say that she has him on a leash. >> Absolutely without a doubt. >> [laughter] >> And his parents, probably. What's taking so long? I don't understand. You're going to see the thousand tickets I've been issued in less than 2 days? She's probably going to give me a ticket for some BS. Tickets in South Dakota, Montana, assuming Wyoming. Let's just go for the trifecta. >> Now, here's a ticket. She has her [ __ ] clipboard. >> Do you have a permanent plate? >> No, that's what the temporary registration is for. >> Yeah, it's only valid for 3 days. >> Correct. Should be valid today. >> It is. >> Yeah. >> Do you have a permanent plate that you use otherwise? >> Uh >> That you can can display on the vehicle? >> No, not right now. That's why I have that. >> Do you have a registration from like a permanent plate beforehand? >> That's that's all I have right now. In Washington state. >> of the van. >> What's that? >> I'm taking a picture of the van. >> Okay, that's fine. But it's what a a temporary registration is. All right, here's your driver's license back. >> Where is your tag? I'm sure you know for Mount Rushmore already you have to display that on the vehicle. >> I it was in my back window. >> Somewhere where it's visible. >> Okay. Is that the reason you were pulling me over or was it cuz I was parked here? >> Both. >> Okay. >> I need a phone number from you. >> Okay. Area code 509. >> And your social security? >> Ex- >> I'm sorry? >> Is is I I I'll give it to you. I'm just like I'm confused why I need my social security. >> Just by her attitude alone you can tell she has a stick up her ass. >> Social security? >> Ex- >> I'm sorry? >> I I I'll give it to you. I'm just like I'm confused why I need my social security when I give you my driver's license. >> We're going to get it anyways. >> Okay. Driver's license. >> And what year is the vehicle? >> It's a 2019. Big stick up her >> This is a citation for failure to display your rear plate. >> All right. >> said, you need to have that visible. >> Okay. >> Even if it's on the outside of the vehicle, okay? >> Okay. >> Just find a way to get it visible. And then for park- I'm going to give you a warning for parking in the roadway, okay? >> Okay. Awesome. >> Any questions for me? >> No, ma'am. >> All right. Drive safe and please stay slow. >> Have a good day. Well, at least we get The thing is though, no, like she was she had she had a stick up her ass, dude. Sure, give me a ticket for You can't see it, I guess, even though you can see it. My eyesight can see it, at least. Maybe she should get glasses. But, like she was here for it. It wasn't She wasn't following me. You know what I mean? She was not there. She was coming this way and flipped around instantly. So, she had a hard-on seeing me parked with my hazards on and made an immediate assumption that an immediate assumption I'm just like You know what I mean? Like Normally, when you're pulled over and you have your hazards on, there's an issue. That's why you have hazards. I don't know. That's crazy. All right, number six. Is that six? >> Probably, dude. I can't even keep track at this point. >> Six? That's six. That's six in I can't say 24 hours now. It's slightly over 24 hours. Bro, this >> This is bad. >> Guys, there might have to be a part two to this YouTube video. Bro, this YouTube video is never going to get uploaded because every single freaking day I'm going to get three more tickets. >> Honestly, it's really ridiculous the type of harassment that people get that drive super cars because you have an issue of deputy just straight up lied to this guy saying, "Oh, well, your friend said that you threw the confetti." >> Why would I do this to my own car? >> Well, he said you guys were shooting at each other, so he's trying to >> He's trying to entrap you right now and me. He's saying that he saw you throw it out your window. >> need an ID real quick. That's all. >> And that's why he tried to cut him off because he was getting caught up in his lie. And you know he had to threaten him to tow his car. >> to call somebody to come get your vehicle cuz I'm not going to let you drive away from here without liability insurance. >> [laughter] >> Either that or I'm going to call a tow truck. >> Okay. >> I mean, honestly, you can't do nothing but laugh because this is really ridiculous. And then you have in this park police officer just be a timer for no reason. >> Bad choice for your buddy pull away, right? The in the Porsche? Yeah. You're fine to film me, but stop reaching around, okay? Dude, I thought she was going to shoot me. Dude, I what did I do? Only thing he did was just owning a nice car. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this guy that was getting harassed multiple times by different agencies over his supercar? You having that first Sheriff deputy saying, "Oh, your buddy said you were throwing confetti." And then when he caught him in his lie, he wants to switch it to, "Oh, well, you know your insurance it doesn't have the last four digits. I'm going to have to tow your vehicle." And then this guy was just laughing about it because there's nothing he really can do. It really is laughable for how ridiculous they're being. And then you having this Park Police officer just be a straight-up tyrant. She wants to say, "Oh, don't move around. Put your hands where I can see them. Oh, you're fine to record me, but stop moving around." Like she was just being a tyrant for no reason. And I just came to the conclusion it's either two things. One, they see a supercar so they automatically thinking, "Oh, this guy got money. Let's slap him with tickets." Or two, they're just straight-up jealous because they see this nice car and they want to just give this guy a hard time all because he has a nice car. Like I said, man, I thought people with muscle cars or sports cars get the most harassment. Nah, man, when you get in a supercar, that's where the real harassment starts. That's my take on it though.
