I'm doing nothing wrong to you, sir. >> Just Just go. Just He could kill you, dude. You never know. >> Literally, I just moved back here from Nashville doing the very thing. >> Since he's one to push it, I would just do what he says. >> Wait, what? What? What am I doing? >> You're not doing anything wrong, dude. You could file a complaint later. >> I will. I most certainly will. >> I knew your name and >> No, you're not. >> Just let him, dude. >> He could do something worse. You never know. He could do something worse. >> Sir, can you can you not throw my things around, please? That cost me money, sir. All right. This is This is a joke. I've literally never been arrested. >> Just preach this. >> Don't Don't answer any questions. >> Oh my god. Are you kidding me? >> Tell them you don't answer questions. You don't answer questions. >> I'm not answering any questions, sir. Are you joking with me right now? You asked me to turn the music off, so I did that. >> You asked for my name, but why do you need my name? >> Really? Well, you could have done. >> Do you have your decimal reader, sir? >> Yeah. Do you have your decimal reader? Right back on. Are you kidding me? For playing the saxophone, >> I didn't even get to play that. Actually, >> that even started. >> You can slow it down is what he says. I'm sorry to resist. Can I get your name? >> No. >> Okay. If I can't get your name, you're going to be arrested. >> No. What do you want my name for? What? What is that going to change right now? >> Because you're committing a crime. I need to leave the >> Are you writing me a citation? >> I can't. >> Well, do that. Do that. Write me a citation. >> What's your name first then? That's right. >> No, write me a citation. >> I can't read your citation until your name. >> But no, it's just unfair. I don't feel like I I need to give you my name. I didn't do anything wrong. You came. You told >> your supervisor on the way. >> You told me to turn the music down. I turned it off. >> I listen. The only thing this guy did wrong was not feeding this officer for his ID cuz boy he was feeding. >> I turned it off. >> I listen I told you I'm trying to see what you write before >> for the north. Okay. So you asked me to turn it down. I did that. So you're still going to give me a ticket for >> because you asked you asked me to turn it off. I turned it off. What am I arrested for? >> Oh my god. This is ridiculous. I mean, you know that you're already involved. >> Ask for habius corpus. >> Yeah. >> Ask now. >> Corpus. >> Yeah. There has to be complaints. There has to be >> And I'll be honest, I respect law enforcement, but this is who who will complain about it. >> No one. Because I always play here and no one's ever complained. >> The municipality of the city can't beat here all the time, man. I come down here >> and I play all the time and no one has ever once made me stop. This lady's right across the street. He says that's the state side and I mean this is the park side and that's the city side. So I was going to pack my things up to go to the city side. >> Let him do it. >> Let him do that. >> You had the discretion. You had the discretion to just let him go. Man, >> like you could have just came over here, asked me to turn off like you did, and I would have left, which I tried to do, but you grabbed me. >> I need to identify. >> No, you don't. >> No, you don't need to. If you identify yourself, you're here. >> No, no, I will not. Okay, you don't need to. >> He said he said he'll cut you a break if you uh go ahead and identify yourself. >> My name is Ken Lambert. Okay, great. I I didn't do if you want me to stop, I'll stop, sir. >> I just don't want Why am I being detained for playing music? >> So legally, maybe you just had to be 10 ft away. >> Why am I being >> detained? You can go another sir. I didn't just try to walk away. You told me to stop it. I stopped it. You said that I can play on that side because it's the city side and not the um park side. So, I was going to go there and play on the city side. >> You grabbed me as I tried to pack my things up to get out of here like you asked. >> Just go ahead and give >> No, I'll sit down and wait. This is ridiculous. I hope you lose your job. I hope you work. >> Just get Hey, just give it to him, dude. He might He might let you go. Oh, he might get a sentence. >> No, no. If he's asking under threat of arrest, he'll do it. You have a lawsuit. >> You have a lawsuit. You're doing under threat of arrest. >> No, he just he asked for claim. >> I saw that. I'm sorry. My wife, what? >> Yeah, this is ridiculous. It's Christmas. Just playing music. I know. >> Yeah. Glad you're here. >> Leave it to cops to ruin the Christmas spirit. >> Well, he he's violated. >> The federal statute says unless you unless you break the crime, unless you commit a crime, you don't have to >> a statue of ordinance. There are people there are people out there watching murdering >> and you're talking to the guy whose music you talk that all you have to do is give me your name >> like I'm doing nothing. >> You could just skip all this but >> all of this. You could just let me go man. >> You could just let him go. >> Won't allow you to do that right now. >> So I need to identify committing a crime. You're refusing to identify yourself. >> You came I didn't commit a crime. All you had to do so you know turn the music off. I did. He doesn't know for a fact that you've committed a crime. >> What? No, >> I complied. You grabbed me. >> Committing a crime, you have to hurt somebody or property. >> You grabbed me. You broke an ordinance. >> Sir, I was trying to walk away like you asked me to do. You grabbed me >> and then put on me. I've never been cuffed in my life. >> Okay. >> But now I have because I met you. >> Just give him your name, man. >> I gave him my name already. >> I'm still sitting here gearing and cuss. That's why I felt like I didn't >> Well, it's an illegal detainment because you >> He's arresting me because he said my music was too detained right now. >> Well, you you >> if I'm not being detained, why can't I walk away? >> No, he said that's the definition of being detained. >> You are You are detained. You're being detained. >> I am totally being detained. If I weren't detained, I could walk away. >> Correct. >> Which is the opposite of being detained. >> Okay. So, >> just calm down, man. >> I said you're detained. I was trying to identify yourself. >> Okay. or whatever. Just >> what what what do you need to do right now? Okay. >> I don't know. >> Oh my god. >> Just so you know, my man, technically you have to to commit a crime, you have to hurt somebody or damn somebody. >> I did commit a crime. >> Ordinances and statutes and policies are not law. >> I didn't commit a crime. And according to the Arkansas Supreme Court, >> you don't have to ID without actually committing a crime >> unless you're driving. >> Pretty popular guy around here. That don't mean anything. I know it doesn't, but I'm going to make sure everyone I know knows about it. >> Yeah. So he say so city can't actually do anything here because he'd be violating the the law because he's on federal property. told me too loud. >> See, the the city can't do anything here because he's this is federal property. That's against the law. He has he has zero jurisdiction. >> I am I am You asked me to turn this guy in here. >> Yeah. Yeah, he did. >> I wasn't trying to walk away. I was trying to attack my face. >> No, he asked me my name and I said, "Why do I need to know my name? I did. Where is the problem now? >> So you do have to commit a crime viol. >> No matter police officer or park ranger, they're always going to back up each other. >> Why am I >> What does the Arkansas Constitution say about crime? >> Well, you're on the park service side of the city, so that's federal land. Federal laws are different. the Arkansas State. >> Where's he going? >> He chose to put cuffs on me because he said my music was too loud. I turned it off in the ass. She put cuffs on and it's got a long time. You mind if I say something? >> So we were watching all this. So >> statue is not actually done actually really good. I've been doing this for 25 years. I just moved back here from Batfield playing for Martino Mac and I'm like literally like sitting here getting handcuffed because of that because of what I do and no one shop owners down here just comes back out here just ask if I don't get anything he wants to leave as long as possible arrested. >> So get total powers thing for him. Like he literally saw >> you're right. You're all right. So just let him do his thing and then fight it fight it later in court. >> And after he realized how wrong he was, that's when he got angry. >> Just make sure he says verbally that he will arrest you if you don't get the dragon. Once he sits down and arrest your ticket, but I need some information from you. All right. Where are you staying at? >> Imagine feeling for ID so bad you harass somebody with a saxophone because from the beginning when he didn't want to give this officer his name, man, this officer got physical real quick. >> He's wrong. He's in the wrong. >> I am relaxed. You're grabbing me for no reason. >> Don't resist. This officer said, "One way or another, you going to feed me your ID." And even then, when this officer told him to turn the music off, he didn't. He was just going to go on the other side. But this officer, nope, I got to get that ID. >> You asked You asked me to turn it off. I turned it off. What? What am I arrested for? >> And the thing is, no one even complained about this guy. This officer really just wanted to get this ID because he had nothing better to do. >> Who Who will complain about it? >> No one. Because I always play here and no one's ever played the municipality, the city let me go, man. >> You could just let them go. >> Pride won't allow you to do that right now. >> And that's one thing about offices, man. They can never let go of their ego. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this Arkansas park ranger for detaining this guy all because he said that the music was too loud. And even when he turned it down, was going to go on the other side. You having this officer said, "Nope, I need to get that ID." You already know when this guy was not handing it over, this officer started feeding more to the point he had to put hands on him and put him in handcuffs just to get his ID. And it just goes to show, man, cops or park rangers, they all all the same. They be feing for that ID. And when you don't give it to them, they going to do everything they can to get it. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day.
