So, when the pedestrian ran across the road, he almost hit the pedestrian, but luckily nothing happened. You having this officer pulls up next to him and starts yelling at him. And he wasn't going for it. He was talking back to her because he said, "If you going to disrespect me, I'm not finna respect you." And you having this officer just go completely crazy on this guy because he told her some things that she definitely didn't want to hear. I'mma to it and get my reaction.
