And in today's video is from the decaf police department over there in Texas where you had these decap police officers pull over this guy for a license plate light and it started from a license plate light to a hey man we smell marijuana. Can you step out the car? But the thing about that is this guy is paralyzed. He can't just step out the car like that. And these officers clearly had no common decency and they were trying to pull this guy out the car and then just the way how they were acting towards him just goes to show man that these officers are really disgusting down there. And then on top of that his other friend that was in the passenger seat is blind and these officers didn't even have no common decency for him too. having him step out the car and he kept telling that he was blind. And these officers just seemed like they weren't believe it until they actually realized they were telling the truth. And also, I'm going to play a news clip where the chief and the lieutenant resigned from this police department. They was only left with two officers. Do y'all Y'all got body cams rolling? >> Mhm. >> Okay. I sincerely did not know we had a tag light out or I wouldn't have came to Texas with a tag light out. >> I didn't even think that was a thing. I don't even know if it has a light hill. It's a Cadillac. Hey, stop digging around in there, man. >> Where's my at the very bottom? Jacob >> in the seat. >> No, in the >> Hey, stop digging around in there, man. >> Brother, I'm I'm not going to piss on myself. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Do what you got to do. I'm letting you know. I'm letting you know that. >> What do you know? I'm letting you know that piss on how can you do that on himself. Sir, I don't understand how this is legal for you to do that, sir. Jacob, do not pee because if he gives you an indecent exposure, I >> You're serious? >> That is crazy. Jacob, Jacob, look at me. Do not do it. Wait until whoever is above him to get here. You notice You notice I'm I'm constantly shaking here. In a minute I'll start sweating. No, stop. Baby, >> baby, I'm not. I'm not getting [ __ ] mad at him. I'm not. >> But it's called autonomic dysflexia. >> And And it's because my bladder is distended and it's because I have to piss and and literally I use this straw to poke my bladder to pee and I have to do that. >> Okay. I have to do that. I'm just letting you know if you expose yourself, I'm charging you with it. >> Please, please, >> just die. I guess have a UTI. >> Get pissed on yourself, dog. >> They're refusing to let you go see how you medically have to pee. >> This has got to be 100% against the >> But I am pissing on myself. >> Well, don't do nothing. >> I'm not I'm not I can't cast. >> No, Jack. >> That's what you're telling me right now. You can't step back for two seconds. Let me pee. I'm literally pissing on myself >> as a grown man from from grown man to grown man. >> Please just let just pee. It's fine. >> We got another video. >> Bro, >> and like I said earlier, no type of common decency from these police officers. >> How you doing today? >> I'm doing good. >> Can I Can I use I'm pissing on myself right now. Is there any way I could cast real quick? Dog stand here and watch me or whatever. I've asked him several times. He told me I was going to get charged with indecent exposure. >> Yeah, I can't have you pulling that out on the side of the road. >> So, >> I don't that's medically how he has to use the bathroom, sir. >> I'm on a time schedule by my doctors. I have to piss every four hours or my bladder gets distended and I can it can cause issues. >> You hush. >> I can't listen to both of y'all at the same time. >> Well, done told you. >> You hush, too. Thanks. All right. Yeah. I don't let y'all leave me to die again. >> I'm just pissing on myself. Like I said, I I I use that not doing that. And it can all >> So, because he's paralyzed, he thinks that means he doesn't have to get out of the car. >> Nothing for call search. >> Okay. We're still going to get out the car. >> Okay. >> So, let's do that now. >> Go for it. I'll grab some gloves and we'll make it happen. >> Grab a set. [Music] >> Will you tell me how I can get drug a wheelchair? Like I said earlier, >> a wheelchair. If I had known, I was going to go through the other side of I was expecting to run down here and run back, brother. >> We can get you up and walk you back and sit you. >> Brother, I can't I can't walk. I can't walk. >> We can walk you. >> I told you we can assist you. >> Is that how you want to do this, brother? >> Front wheel. I don't know. I'd like to piss whenever I could. I'm steadily pissing on myself. That's why my legs are acting all funny. Um, but that's a I mean, that's that's that's whatever. >> Would you rather do it that way? >> Do you not want our help? >> That's what y'all supposed to do? Save and protect and help. Huh? We're offering to help. >> We offered to help early. Your whole tune changed the minute he got on scene. Your whole >> Okay, [ __ ] whatever, dude. Then do whatever you want, man. [Applause] Notice how hard this officer is breathing because he's hoping to find something just to end him not finding what he thought he smelled. >> Just little little [ __ ] This officer got so mad he couldn't find nothing. He's over here slamming stuff back into their bags. >> I'm good if you're good. >> Yeah, y'all can get back in the vehicle. Can you see? >> Yeah. No, I can't see that now. Does my buddy need help? >> Calm down. >> I'm going to offer him help. >> Let it Yeah. I say we we can manage, bro. >> Corner of the car right here. Corner of the car right there. >> I got you. You got it. Let go. >> You need a You need a hand. >> Are we done? >> Yeah. >> Well, you can't help it. >> Yeah. I was about to say, if you don't mind, do you mind if Dallas grabs me real quick? >> What's that? >> Mind if Dallas grabs me real quick? >> We do this all the time. We We're bra, like I said, follow us on social media, man. We're brave and blind. It gets a million views >> like nothing. >> Going down right there. >> Oh, thank you, sir. >> Am I Am I allowed to grab >> No, just leave it up there for now. >> Yep. >> Showed up or supervisor. >> Normally. >> Yeah. Only show you. >> I told you to be quiet. >> Yeah. Hey, that's old. >> That's your old story. Hey, here's >> here's their ID run herard. And they had that in the vehicle. >> They all three get it or somebody clean. >> Give it to the driver. >> Both magazines are in this little blue bag. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Actually, I'm going to put both guns in there if that's okay. >> Yeah, that's fine. And this is a news clip that furthers my suspicion that this department is just picking up random people off the street. >> Now, a small community in East Texas has only two police officers right now. >> Earlier this week, the Dicab police chief and lieutenant resigned abruptly from the department. KTBS 3's Julie Parr has more on the city's search for more officers. Mayor Lo Walker didn't say why the police chief and lieutenant resigned, but he says the city is working to bring the department up to full staff. >> We want to keep every citizen safe, and that's why uh I personally and the council supports a strong police department. >> Chief Chris Atkinson, a 15-year veteran with the police department, resigned immediately on Tuesday. Lieutenant Alexander Norman, who's been with the department for four years, resigned the following day. DECAB has a population of more than 1,500 people. The city's current budget allows for hiring up to six officers. Mayor Walker believes the city will soon be able to find a new chief of police. He says he's already been on the phone talking with the current police chief of another community. >> We will be getting together for interview and he comes highly recommended and uh we're just going to move forward. This isn't the first time, you know, we've been very short-handed and all the other agencies have worked with us on protecting the citizens, which is the priority. >> Until more officers are hired, Mayor Walker says that the city is leaning on their cooperative agreement with neighboring law enforcement agencies for assistance. Reporting in Decab, Texas, >> an interim chief has not been named yet, and Will Rhodess and Kenny Foster are the remaining officers employed with the DECAB Police Department. You look at that. That officer didn't find what he claimed that he smelled. Because in the beginning, you having this officer pretend like he actually cares. I'm Oh yeah. What's your dog? Let me pay. Switches to, "Hey, you mind if I search the car? I smell marijuana." >> He'll let you clean his. He'll let you clip the nails. My female. I got to hold her down. Sit on her. >> Yeah. She Is there any marijuana in here? Cuz I'm smelling marijuana. Are we sure ain't nobody got none on her? >> Okay. I'm smelling some. Are we >> We 100% sure. >> I'm guessing that officer wasn't 100% sure either because he obviously didn't find any. and his officer was so sure that he smelled something. He wanted to force this paralyzed guy to get out the car just to have him get back in and then wants to start searching while he was still in the car. >> I'm asking you to get out of the car. >> He cannot. He doesn't have a wheelchair, sir. He cannot. Please. Okay, then remove me. >> Okay. >> Can't search the vehicle with somebody in it. >> Okay, then you're going to have to get [ __ ] out of the car, dude. Then get out of the car. Then we will assist you out of the car. They want to assist about the car. But yeah, these officers clearly don't have no training when it comes to dealing with people that are handicapped. And one of the key things to always notice when an officer doesn't find anything, the way how he puts the stuff back is so aggressively because he's upset cuz he couldn't find anything. He doesn't have no one to be mad at but his own self. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these decal police officers for pulling this paralyzed guy over, saying that they smell marijuana, trying to force him out the car, then having him crawl to the back just for these officers not to end up finding anything. And like I said, man, a lot of these smalltown Texas cops, man, they use that excuse quite often. It happened to me even a few times, too. And they end up not finding nothing. Like sooner or later, they just going to have to come up with a different tactic when it comes to being a tyrant. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
