Um, this ordinance you guys are trying to pass, 2026-nothing, basically you give yourself permission to come on to private property without warrants and without the homeowner's consent. Narrate it as if, um, well, if they don't give you a consent, then you're going to use that as some sort of evidence of cross-contamination. It's abundantly clear that you guys have learned absolutely nothing about the Fourth Amendment. >> your first warning. You're being traffic stopped. >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door open. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please. >> Thanks for paying your taxes. >> I need your ID. >> Is that all right? >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the road. >> Let's unviolate my right to vote. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back in with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the city of Wayne over there in Michigan, where you have this gentleman right here who's been dealing with some harassment from the police department and the fire department when they keep coming on to his property about him having these small fires. In this video, he went to the council meeting and he was expressing how he feels about his government. He got up and spoke twice, and they basically kicked him out cuz he was expressing how he felt about his government. And it just goes to show, when you're at these council meetings that you really tell them how you feel, they're just going to kick you out just because they can. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Good evening. >> Good evening. My name is Deven McFarlane, running for City Council, 37701 Glenwood Road. Uh yeah, I had a question. Well, it's not really going to matter anyways. It goes in one ear and out the other in Wayne, but um this ordinance you guys are trying to pass, 2026-nothing, uh public works, um basically you give yourself permission to come on to private property without warrants, without exigent circumstances, and without the homeowner's consent. And then you narrate it as if um well, if they don't give you a consent, then you're going to use that as some sort of evidence of cross-contamination. So, it's abundantly clear that you guys have learned absolutely nothing about the Fourth Amendment, how how simple it is. It's very really a simple amendment. And then you uh put these officers in in unwinable positions because if they're, you know, told by you to enforce a unconstitutional ordinance, well, you know, that's an issue. So, I encourage everybody in the city of Wayne, if any of these people come on your property without a warrant, without articulation of probable cause, without your consent, or without exigent circumstances, that's the big one, then um you should, of course, deny them entry, and you should uh tell them to, you know, well, you can you can use the pejorative language that you want to use, but uh there's one thing in particular it says I'd like to point it out. Uh let's see here. So much verbal diarrhea to look through. Oh, let's see here. It is the duty of the city to cause inspections to be made on all properties. And then um it goes on to say uh yeah, you they just basically give yourself authorization to come on someone's property. So, um Fourth Amendment is the supreme law of the land, guys. It's called the supremacy clause of the United States Constitution, so um you can follow it if you want, but don't say I didn't tell you so cuz it kind of seems like you guys are going to try to use this as a back door to enter onto my property and um that's just not going to happen. We're not going to do any more malicious prosecutions and all that, so Yeah, just want to let you guys know they're trying to pass more unconstitutional fourth amendment violating ordinances. They're called void for vagueness um because you can't have a law that supersedes the Constitution, but see you guys haven't learned nothing, but that's what you would expect from some part-timers, right, guys? That's what you would expect, so some part-timers, pretenders. But um yeah, vote for me. I'll repeal all these uh unconstitutional ordinances and uh we'll make sure that uh the bad government actors are held accountable for their actions because a warrantless search and seizure is presumed to be unconstitutional. So, just something to think about, guys. You don't have to comply with these clowns. So, that's all I got. Thanks. >> Item number three, presentations. 3A, police officer awards presented by Police Chief Ryan Strong. >> and safely, so thank you. OFFICER NICE SMITH. >> [applause] >> CONGRATULATIONS. THANK YOU. THIS IS YOUR FIRST WARNING. DO YOU want to interrupt continue to interrupt the meeting or do you ask to leave? Thank you, Chief. >> Telling you they don't like a person that's trying to hold them accountable. And this is where he gets up for the second time to speak and just because of what he said, they're going to ask him to leave. >> again. Demetrius McFarland, 37701 Glenwood Road, running for City Council cuz someone's got to give these doofuses some competition. But anyways, yeah, this city budget, let's talk about it. So, uh what's the what's the Diane Webb, she makes 197k a year, right? Her big plan to balance the budget is to kick the can down the road 12 years down the road. And then she got praised by all you for that. That's That's interesting. Kicking the can down the road is a good job in Wayne. But uh let's see here. 2.2 was it $2.2 million in deficit and some change roughly? Conveniently the same uh the same department, well, was it the fire department? Their budget's about $2 million. The this should be a volunteer fire department. Let's be realistic here. But when was it What was it? 2009 was it or 2008? What year was it when they passed that garbage? And now we conveniently have a $2 million deficit. The same deficit as that want-to-be police department, want-to-be fire department. So I don't know. I'm I'm no math guy, but if you want to balance the budget, guys, you got to start looking at the expenditures. $197,000, $100,000. That's 300 grand, isn't it? Isn't it about 300 grand right there you could save by getting rid of it? How much is Michael Bosnak? How much is your retainer? How much did you spend on the McFarland prosecution that failed? How much did you spend? Was it like 100 grand at least? How much taxpayer money was funded for that? >> Please speak through the chair. You don't need to be talking to me. >> I can speak to whoever I want, John. I can speak to whoever I want. I can speak to whoever I want. I can say whatever I want and I can speak to whoever I want. >> Point of order. >> Point of order my ass. I can speak to whoever I want. I can do whatever I want. You're not my daddy. You're not nobody to me. So I can say whatever I want about the budget. >> We're going to take a recess, please. >> Comedy time to leave? No, it's not time to leave. No, it's not. I'm not leaving. You're you're you're going to have to remove me out of here then cuz I'm not leaving. Okay, go ahead. Violate my first amendment right. Violate my first amendment. >> And at the end of the meeting you having the mayor say this. >> I'm just going to come out and say it. The person that's been here I've been harassed for myself for over 2 years. And it's not appropriate what this person does to our residents, it's not appropriate what he does to our staff. And it's not it's wrong. And I I just think that people need to be aware of what's going on and how you treat people. It is It is not cool the way that people are being treated and continually harassed and trying to intimidate people and using your first amendment to be able to do that. It's not right. And then And then what makes it worse, this person wants to be a council person and be a disgrace to this community. It's not right. And I And anybody who saw that sign tonight, that is the person not to vote for in this upcoming election. With that, can I get a motion to adjourn? >> Move. >> Move to adjourn. >> Support. >> The mayor sounded like he finna cry because from the beginning when he gave his first speech, he was really talking some facts. You not trying to have them violate your rights, especially when it comes to your property. >> Um this ordinance you guys are trying to pass 2026-nothing. Basically, you give yourself permission to come on to private property without warrants. It's abundantly clear that you guys have learned absolutely nothing about the Fourth Amendment. >> You know, don't count us worth saying when he was saying that. And how I know they were upset, this guy said one comment and you having a chief get very upset about that. >> This is your first warning. If you continue to interrupt the meeting, you'll be asked to leave. >> Thank you, Chief. >> We don't like you. We're going to find any reason we can to take you out this meeting. And just because he talks about the budget, you having them saying nope, that's the final straw. >> How much did you spend on the McFarland prosecution that failed? It was like 100 grand at least. How much taxpayer money was funded for that? >> Please speak through the chair. You don't need to be talking like that. >> speak to whoever I want, John. >> No, you can't. Speak through the chair. >> I can speak to whoever I want. I You're You're You're going to have to remove me out of here then cuz I'm not leaving. >> who saw that sign tonight, that is the person not to vote for in this upcoming election. With that, can I get a motion to adjourn? >> When you try to hold them accountable, they get their feelings hurt. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this city of Wayne council meeting? Well, this guy was just expressing how he felt about his government. You have him saying how they're trying to pass this ordinance about going onto people's properties. He's trying to let these people know. You having them get upset about that. You having the one cop saying, "Oh, man, we're going to kick you out of here." You say one more thing. It's just because he was talking about the budget and their spending. You having the mayor saying, "Oh, no, you can get out of here with all that. You're not going to talk to them." And then towards the end, you having the mayor saying, "That's the person not to vote for." Like, he looked like he was about to cry. That's how much they get upset at people that's trying to hold them accountable. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section.
