It's BB back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video from the Sarasota Police Department over there in Florida, where you had these Sarasota police officers pulled this business owner over saying that he was speeding. you will see what these officers were saying that this guy flew past them and that he has dark window and he was letting these officers know that they're just straight harassing him. Why do you need these many officers for a speeding ticket and for window tent? Like it just goes to show like they were doing nothing but just really trying to catch this guy on something. And we already know these officers love muting their body cameras. But when they got this guy's phone, they muted his phone too. And it just goes to show, man, when you're a successful person in this world and these officers don't like it, man, they'll try everything they can to put you in jail. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Bir muted my camera, bro. >> This officer right here. >> Hello. >> This officer right here muted my camera. >> Hello. Literally, he same officer came to my restaurant in December, slamming people, talking about they got warrants. But he could have literally walked up and told him he had a warrant instead of making them resist the arrest when he know he had backup and perimeter already situated. Mom, he lying. He said, "I flew past." Listen, ma, come over here. Come right to this truck. You ain't got to be by me. You come to this truck. They got my mama here, y'all. Yeah. I'mma show all this. >> They When I was going I was going home, right? the officer, one of these officers bust a U-turn in front of me going to a traffic stop at the Shells gas station on 41. I don't know which officer it is, but all the officers, this one right here, this one right here said it wasn't them. These two said it wasn't them. Okay. I don't know. Like I said, I don't know which officer bust a U-turn in front of me, but they bust a U-turn in front of me going to a traffic stop at the Sheriff's Gas station at that light. >> University? >> No. Soon as you cross university, next light. I go home. I come back down to pick somebody up. The officer radio these officers, this officer and this officer in saying that I blew past him. I blew the doors off. He said right here, this officer right here said he was on coconut and MLK. This officer right here never told me where he was. So my question to this officer was, did I did I blow past you >> on MLK and 41? If I blew past him on 41, that mean I had to blow past him on MLK. >> Thank you. >> MLK and 41. They pulled me over way down here on Fruitville when I hit my blanket. I don't know which one pulled me over, but this the same officer, the baldhead right there that's been coming to the restaurant, harassing me. That same one that came down there that night that has partner walked behind my restaurant and trespass before I put the gate up. That's the same officer that's been coming to my restaurant trying to get me a noise ordinance. The case I'm fighting right now. And this just goes to show that these officers have been desperate for a while trying to catch this guy on something. >> Yeah, I'm just I'm just making sure there's no issue, bro. But y'all got me in handcuffs. You're not in handcuffs. Did I run from you? Did I snatch away from you? Why am I detained? >> I gave I gave you my license, my registration, everything. No, he detained me because my word of mouth. I got freedom of speech. I got freedom of speech, bro. I got freedom of speech. I know I got freedom of speech. >> That makes sense. >> Y'all killing my rights, bro. Y'all killing my rats. Y'all killing my rats. >> It's a traffic stop. It's just a traffic stop. >> Minutes at a time. >> I don't have >> Yeah, I've been calm. He put handcuffs on me while I was calm. He They literally patted me down three times. This the four fifth time. They literally pulled me to the truck and patted me down in front of the truck. Took my shoes off and off. What they looking for? Make it make sense. Literally, look how they got the truck. Look how they got the truck blocked in. Dwight, come back over here, please. >> Yes, sir. I'm coming. I'm coming. Ber Ber, I don't want no problems. Nick Ber, I don't want no problems. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. >> All right, Officer Nick. Like, literally, bro, I done been patted down four, five times like I'm carrying bricks around this make sense. The same officers that come by the restaurant, then they got new officers that they train to learn you. >> I ain't ask you. I ain't ask you nothing, bro. I ain't ask you nothing. I can speak my I got a freedom of speech. >> Me, too. But you're a police officer. It's a difference. >> Stop yelling for me, >> man. I'm not yelling at you. I can talk. I got a freedom of speech, bro. >> Yeah, but I'm trying to let you go. >> I got a freedom of speech. >> I don't want you to drop your phone. Can you move your hands back so you can hold it? I'll even hold it for you. >> Now you can hold it for me. But when I wanted you to hold it, you wouldn't. That's because this isn't Burger. But I wonder you with >> you. They weren't picking up off the truck. You been watching telling me you know, >> you know. But they also know what a foyer request is. They also know that I'm be >> honest. I didn't know what that meant. The brief. >> It don't matter. >> Yes, sir. >> Listen to me, man. Getting two tickets. All right. >> For what? >> One's going to be for speeding. >> So, what was my speed limit? >> So, close to 45. My question to you, what was my speed limit? >> So you were in >> So my question to you again, >> so did you did you did you kept clock me at 60 and 45? >> You did. So where were you when you started pacing me? >> So I was on 14th Street and >> So where were you when you started pacing me? Where were you where you started pacing me? Where were you when you started pacing me? Where were you? So did you have somebody else pulled over before you started pacing me? Answer my question. What? >> Answer my question. Answer my question. I'mma get the ticket, but answer my question. It's not obstruction. >> I got a reason for you answering my question. >> Can you answer my question or not? Did you have somebody else detained before you started pacing me? Can you answer my question or not? >> Did Can you answer my question or not? Did you have somebody else detained before you started pacing me? >> Did you have somebody else detained before you started pacing me? This is for court purpose. DID YOU HAVE SOMEBODY else detained before you started pacing me? DID YOU HAVE SOME IT'S FOR COURT PURPOSES. DID YOU HAVE somebody else detained? Did you have some Give ME MY STUFF LIKE YOU TOOK IT. YOU TOOK MY STUFF. GIVE ME MY STUFF. NO. NO. YOU CAN'T TAKE ME NOWHERE. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING WRONG. I didn't do nothing wrong. Did you have somebody else to pay before you before you pace me? >> Answer my question. No, it's not. Answer my question. All your officers KNOW THAT. LIKE YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T YOU know I got the right to get off from the officer's point of view. So now I can't get the officer. What else I got up there? Y'all know exactly what time it is. 220 man. 220. Come here. Can I get your badge number? Can I get your badge number? Can I get your badge number? >> 2003. Get away from >> Can I get your name? >> Vela. 2003. He's He's riding in 220 now. He's rushing me to leave after he pulled me over and had his officers stop me saying that I flew past him and blew the doors off. >> It's kind of crazy when officers don't find what they're looking for. For some reason, they don't even want to talk to you no more. >> Now we going to request for a supervisor. I need his badge number. Ain't nobody got to go nowhere. Can I get your badge number? No, sir. Is your badge number name? >> 1794. What can I do for you? >> And your name? >> Sergeant Sto. >> So it's okay for these guys to come out and do what they want to do? >> Yes. I've been watching the whole time. >> So what? So what what you been watching >> the entire thing? I've been here the entire [snorts] time. >> So you was here on 41? >> I went on 41. I showed up right here. >> Look, he's just getting my license. But you just literally rushed me to get my [ __ ] off your truck. >> But you got my license. Wait a minute now. Wait a minute. I'm asking the question. >> Yeah, the traffic stop is over. >> But my question to you once again? >> Yes. >> So where you say you've been watching this whole time? >> Yeah, the whole time. >> So you was on 41? >> No, I was here the traffic. No, you was here. Right here. >> No. >> Do you want to talk to me or >> I'm talking to you, but I'm asking you a question. Was you on 41? >> I answer your question. >> My question to you again, was you on 41? >> I was on the traffic stop. >> So, when did the traffic stop start, >> buddy? Listen. >> No. No. Wait a minute. No, I'm not ar I'm not arguing with you. My question to you again is when did the traffic stop start? >> When did the traffic stop start? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, you got 0% tail light out and speed and whatever tickets they gave you. >> My question to you again is when did the traffic stop start? What do you mean? >> You just said just here the whole time watching. My question to you is when did the traffic stop start >> like an exact time? >> No, you just you you I asked for the sergeant, the headman or commander. You coming over your head. You tell everybody else to leave. My question to you is when did it start? I'm not here to [ __ ] with you. I'm not to go back and forth with you. I'm going ask you a simple question. When did it start? >> When did it start? >> What do you mean when? >> He just said it started on 41 by Sher's gas station. That's where you saw your violation then >> pulling somebody else over and it's okay. >> Someone else. Okay. So, first thing you need to understand >> what I need to understand. >> You got something twisted up, right? >> What? What's twisted? >> The primary person on that stop that you're talking about. Okay. He was backing somebody else up. Saw your truck go by. Saw you had a violation. >> No. What he saw was he bust a U-turn in front of me. I went home and I came back past them cuz I stay in the neighborhood. That Wait, wait a minute. Wait a minute now. Wait. No. No. Cuz you y'all don't expect us miss neighborhood. No. Wait a minute. Y'all didn't expect us to stay in that neighborhood. So I stay in that neighborhood. I came back out my neighborhood and came BACK PAST HIM AND HE telling me BUT YOU GO ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. YOU MEAN >> ANSWER THE RIGHT QUESTION. Answer the right question. Be for real. >> That part be for real. >> Well, no one of them other officers are acting like that. Their own sergeant is a tyrant himself. Because from the beginning, you having these officers search this guy two times already. Like they was really getting desperate thinking they was going to find something. >> Right or wrong? Right or wrong? Did I get that? Did I get patted down? See, now you're not answering my questions online. You just patted me down when I got out the truck. Then you patted me down oneonone over on the sidewalk at a traffic stop or no. >> Hostile. >> I'm hostile. >> Whenever you call these officers out for being on that BS, they just going to say that you're being hostile. When this guy asked his officer if he can record him, this officer said no. But he was real quick to grab that phone to mute it. >> Fella, did you look in the phone case already? >> Not yet. Oh my god. >> The police just muted my phone, y'all. Instead of asking to pick it up, he picked it up and muted the phone and gave it to his partner. >> Oh, it's nice to see that these officers think it's funny that they muted his phone. These officers took a mighty long time trying to find something on him. But whenever they couldn't find nothing for some reason, they didn't want to talk to him. >> But I'm trying to let you go. >> I got a free speech. >> I don't want you to drop your phone. Can you move your hands back so you can sir? >> So where you say you've been watching this whole time? >> Yeah, the whole time. >> So you was on 41? >> No, I was here the traffic. No, you was here. Right here. >> No. Do you want to talk to me or not? >> I'm talking to you, but I'm asking you a question. Was you on 41? >> Answer your question. >> My question to you again. Was you on 41? >> I was on the traffic stop. >> So, where did the traffic stop start? >> Listen. >> No. No. Wait a minute. No, I'm not. >> And when this sergeant was going around this guy's question, it really does surprise me that the officers under him are tyrants. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How do you feel about these Sarasota police officers for pulling this guy over and just got straight to harass him? You having these officers saying that he was speeding and then you having all of these officers pull it up. Then they want to search him like three times saying that they had something on him, saying that he had drugs and they end up not finding anything. And not to mention they muted his phone. And we already know these officers love muting them body cameras. Obviously, they were going to mute his phone on top of that. That's my take on it though.
