And he's on a bike. Jesus. You know what, sir? You have a great You have a great night, okay? I was just I was just going to give you a call. I was trying to call. Yeah, he's good to go. I know exactly what he's talking about. He said he calls him whenever I get If I get pulled over or something, you know, cuz I don't He don't have the right to question me since I'm still a minor. Okay, but look, I mean, Corey If this officer is asking you something You know it's common sense to just comply and talk to him. I know. And it's always common sense to remain silent, but they never want to have that conversation. >> Officer is asking you something You know it's common sense to comply and talk to him. I know. He's not dangerous. It's just a a symbol uh uh bicycle infraction, okay? >> [snorts] >> No, I know, but I don't He was getting mad. He told me I couldn't call my dad. I I can call my dad. What gives him the right to tell me I can't call my dad? Well, he just wanted to have a conversation. Dude, I'm I'm pretty sure Look, Corey, I'm pretty sure if you would talk to him you you would've been at home already. I think this is just my um Huh? I think it was just an all over exaggeration. I don't know. No, these These are consequences for your actions. That's what it is. You need to You need to acknowledge that. I don't even have to talk to you. Then don't. That's what I was doing. >> Have a good night. All right, good. All right. Goodbye. You good to go? No, I need to go talk to the sergeant. I need to get my dad to come. He really slammed me on the ground. Well, then comply. You're You're talking to your Yes, you do. Slammed me on the ground. My dad's going Yeah, it doesn't matter your age. You committed a traffic offense. We have every right to talk to you. And he still slammed me on the ground. I wasn't doing anything to harm him. I I I was >> You were failing to follow instructions. That's what you were doing. All right. Have a nice night. Now, I don't have any kids, but I swear that was my son, best believe I'll be at that police station by Monday. Because I'm trying to understand what's so illegal about him having his phone out. >> Could you put your phone up for me, please? I can't call my dad? No. What did I just say? I said no, right? And now you're calling him. I wonder why Officer Cardenas doesn't like phones. But I guess if you pull that phone out, he's going to slam you on the ground. I don't have to I have the right. I have the right to go. Hey, he's grabbing me. He's grabbing me. And you having these officers trying to do some cos playing, but he wasn't going for it. If this officer is asking [snorts] you something, you know it's common sense to just comply and talk to him. I need your sergeant. I need to get my badge number. Let me see your something. You don't really slam me on the ground. Well, then comply. But you don't have any right to slam him on the ground because he has his phone out. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this again police officer for slamming this kid on the ground because he was calling his dad. You having this officer telling him, "Hey, put your phone away." I don't know what's illegal about him having his phone out. Now we live in Texas. You know me, I'm going to have my phone out. I wish officer would tell me to put my phone away. Then you having him slam him on the ground just because he had his phone out cuz he was calling his dad. And then you having this officer saying, "Look, if you just would have listened, none of this would have happened." he tried to ask for a supervisor, they want to laugh and say, "Oh, well, you should have just followed directions." I don't see what's illegal about him having his phone out. We live in Texas. I know plenty of people that record. But for some reason, something tells me that if he was a little bit older and wasn't the age that he was, I don't believe that this officer would have did this. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
