Why did you pull me over? >> Need your license. >> Sir, why did you pull me over? Why did you pull me over? >> I wasn't driving. I was not driving. I put my blinker on. >> I put my blinker on and I pulled over to let you buy me, which is 100% legal. Yes. >> I don't know why you're being so difficult. >> Because I pulled over cuz I couldn't see. And now you're pulling me over asking for my ID. What did I do illegally? >> Because you're parked on the side of the road. >> I pulled over legally, sir. >> I pulled over illegally. >> You can't be parked. >> I pulled over to let you buy me. I didn't park. >> Okay. What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Caribou Police Department over there in Maine where you had this Caribou Police officer pulled this guy over all because that he pulled over to the side to let this officer pass him. This guy was driving on the road. He saw this officer coming up behind him and this officer's lights was blinding him. So he pulled over to the side to let this officer pass. And you have this officer say, "Oh, when you pulled over here to park, you can't do that. I need your ID." And it just goes to show that this officer really just pulled this guy over just to get his ID cuz you will see after this guy was letting this officer know that he did not do anything wrong that this stop was definitely not valid. You will see that this officer ended up just walking away. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> And badge number, please, >> sir. 907. >> 907. Okay. And why did you pull me over? >> I need your license, >> sir. Why did you pull me up? Why did you pull me over? >> I would I but it takes Hold on. Just relax. Deescalate for a second. >> Deescalate for a second, sir. I wasn't driving. I was not driving. I put my blinker on the break. >> I put my blinker on you >> and I pulled over to let you buy me, which is 100% legal. Okay, now deescalate for a second. Hold on. >> Why did you pull me over? >> Need your license. >> Why did you pull me over? Sir, please. >> Driving over the fog line in the breakdown lane. >> I put my blinker on, didn't I? >> Yeah. >> Yep. I put my blinker on and I pulled over and I stopped. >> Travel lane. Is this a travel lane? >> No, this is a stopping lane. This is where you pull over. This is where you pull over to stop. >> Look, I'm not going to argue with you, man. I need >> Can I have your supervisor, please? >> I am the supervisor. >> I would like your supervisor. I would like your supervisor, please. >> I am the only >> I would like your supervisor, please. >> Supervisor on tonight. >> I would please ask you to get your supervisor. >> I'm the only supervisor. >> Can you call your captain? Call your lieutenant? Call your sergeant. >> I can call him. They're not >> Could you please Could you please call and ask them to come down here? I can call and ask them. They're not going to answer though. >> There's nobody on the radio. >> My dispatcher. >> Okay. >> My dispatcher. >> So, could you could you call and just see if you got someone available? >> 907 Caribou. >> Go ahead. 907. >> He's requesting a supervisor. I told him I am the supervisor on the shift. >> I want your supervisor. >> My supervisor is off work right now. >> Oh, why is why? Because I'm the shift supervisor. >> Are you a sergeant? You lieutenant. >> The shift supervisor. >> Officer. >> Yes. Officer. >> Okay. Well, I need a sergeant or a lieutenant or something >> cuz you obviously clearly don't understand, sir. >> 907 Caribou. Who's that plate come back to? >> Um, go ahead. Look around. Plain view. Doctor, buddy, use it up. >> And this is where the officer gets my information from dispatch. And I try to record this over. So, >> track 2014. >> Yeah. >> Z Valley, is that you? >> What do you think? >> I'm driving this car. >> Yeah. >> I just said yes when he said my name. >> I just said yes when he said my name, didn't I? >> I did. Question, man. >> I did. I said yes. >> I don't know why you're being so difficult. >> Because I pulled over cuz I couldn't see. And now you're pulling me over asking for my ID. What did I do illegally? >> Because you're parked on the side of the road. >> I pulled over illegally, sir. In the break down lane. >> I pulled over illegally >> in the breakdown lane. That gives me that g. >> No, it does not. No, it does not. What's the law? What's the code? >> What's the code? >> You can't be parked here. >> I pulled over to let you buy me. I didn't park. >> Okay. >> I'm still sitting here. If I was parked, I'd be out of my vehicle walking around right now. >> I'm done arguing with you. You have a good night. >> Thank you, sir. Thanks for the blinding lights. >> Have some respect. >> And just another example how officers just get hungry for that ID. And since that video was short, I'm also going to play this video from the Metro Transit Police Department over there in Minnesota where you have these Metrotransit Police officers just getting hungry for this guy's ID. He's even telling these officers he not even doing anything wrong, but they ain't trying to hear that. They over here feing for his ID. >> Enough concern. We just got to identify. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> Listen, I ain't do nothing wrong. I ain't commit no crimes. I ain't do nothing wrong. >> That's totally fine. >> Just give uh your name to my partner. >> No, I do not consent. You have to identify yourself upon an law enforcement officer asking for identification. >> Let me go with this extra sh. >> What's your name? How you say your name? >> Baker. >> Baker. >> Simple. >> All right. With gratitude and respect for service, your service to and for the community, I hereby accept your oath as an open offer to enter to a private binding contract with me to secure my rights and liberty. How you go? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Good. >> Let me grab my bike off here. >> Don't you don't just tell me your name. Grab my bike up there. >> You what? >> If you don't do you have your name? What are you reaching for? >> Man, I'm trying to get you my What the Like, man. Stop threat to me. Yo, I ain't do nothing wrong. Yo, don't do that. Yo, I ain't do nothing. I'm complying with you. I'm trying to like Don't do that. Yo, >> you could just tell how bad this officer is feeling for his ID. >> Don't do that. Yo, don't do that. I ain't do nothing wrong to even be going through this. >> People ask their name, they just tell it. >> I don't have to tell you nothing. Number one, know the [ __ ] I do nothing. >> Don't get it twisted, [ __ ] I ain't trying to be rude or nothing, but you don't don't over stuff your boundaries. Don't over stuff your authority cuz you don't have that much authority, bro. Not for no [ __ ] If you thought it was something I did wrong, right? Number one. If you thought it was something I'm recording, too. So if you thought it was something I did wrong or I was allegedly supposed to commit a crime like this is what I mean you're delaying it. You're not identifying. >> It's just simple. Just give us your name and you come back later. You're on your way. That's it. [Music] So, why do we have to go through all that? We found out there's not a gun and all that. >> Cuz we we >> I just want to know who I'm talking to. That's all. >> We still got ID. >> We still got ID. So, like I explained to you why we stopped you. >> All right. >> Have you had a Minnesota ID before? >> That's ID. Yo, you want an ID? That's a ID that identifies you. >> Have you ever been issued one? >> All that is irrelevant. That That's irrelevant. >> Cuz if you come back, >> I'm not even going to talk. Cuz if you come back not in Minnesota and and then if you not come back in Minnesota then you're from like Texas county that'll be moreformational if you come back. >> If you don't come back then we got to fingerprint you or take you to jail. That's it. >> I do not consent to nothing you talking about cuz it's not that serious. >> And guess what? I don't I'm not going to argue with you, sir, cuz I don't want no problems. Like I said, I come in peace as a police officer. All right. This is simple, man. Are you here? Are you Did are you issued a Minnesota ID? That's it. >> It'll be easier, but you make it a process, right? >> Not of any other state, too. >> But if you don't come back and file Minnesota, then you're most likely going to get booked in jail. >> All right. You go ahead and do that. I told y I don't consent, right? I will be fing criminal charge against you and her. Yo, you can play them games as y'all want to. I'm play with you. I'm recording just like you are. Oh, >> nice. All right. >> All right. Cool. See, that's it. >> All right. You can um throw my ID on the ground, please. >> You want it on the grill? >> You can throw it on the ground. >> I can just hand it to you. >> Throw it on the ground. I'll get it. >> Throw it on the ground. >> I'm not playing these games just to take it from my hand. >> You already started playing the game. >> Once officer starts feeding for that ID, nothing's going to stop them from getting it because even from the first video when this guy was like trying to ask his officer what he stomped her for, he wasn't even trying to tell him at first. Stop. >> Look, I'm not going to argue with you, man. I need >> Can I have your supervisor, please? >> Yeah. He wasn't going to argue with him because he knew he was right. That's why he ended up walking away. And what I mean by officers don't stop at nothing when it comes to getting your ID. Cuz in this case right here, she had to use intimidation. Wants to say, "Well, look, I don't want to have to put you in cuffs." >> Grab my bike up. >> What? If you don't do you have your name? What are you reaching for? >> Man, I'm trying to get you my like stop threat me >> going to slam no cups so you don't feed her your ID. And then after they ran up for warrants and everything, you see how happy that officer was. >> All right. >> All right. Cool. See, that's it. >> You see that's it, man. Now we can be friends again. Like, nah, bro. You was feeding too hard for that ID. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this caribou police officer for pulling this guy over. At first, he was really just wanted his ID. And when this guy was trying to tell this officer like he literally did not do anything wrong, he pulled over to the side, let this officer pass. And that's why this officer end up walking away because he knew he was wrong. And also, how you feel about the Metro Police officers that was literally stopping at nothing to get this guy's ID even though he didn't do anything wrong? He was minding his own business, you having these officers say, "Look, man. We just need to get your name. We just need to get your name." And after they ran up for warrants, that's what you have at that office to say, "Oh, man. See, everything's good. You that's all you had to do." That's one thing that's crazy, babe. Whenever you give officers what they want, especially feeding them your ID, they just want to be friends with you and everything, thinking everything's all good when they literally just violated your rights. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music] [Music]
