this man was sitting in his car watching passers by then this cop got called by someone who felt offended by it apparently looking at people is a deeply suspicious activity but the guy stood up for his rights and wouldn't submit to the cop's unlawful demands the reason I'm out with you is I just got a call that you're out here watching people do you have your identification well it's the crime there is no crime but you're going to identify because I'm investigating who is the uh complainant I don't have to give you their it because they got Fourth Amendment rights well who else has Fourth Amendment rights here you record with whatever you want man oh thank you you giv me permission to record you don't need to be talking to me for anything so what you're trying to push push on the me is is ridiculous I don't care what you're doing if you're enjoying the park that's fine somebody just called and said they're offended by you staring at them you making them feel uncomfortable that oh okay staring and making them feel uncomfortable that's untrue so it's a he said she said I'm not going to sit here and argue with you buddy we don't need to talk in the first place all right you have a good day
