your license registration appr 40 still faster than 35 LIC to drive car yeah yes you did you do not 157 41 with me man upset about the vehicle I like this cop right from the GetGo she pulls the hey I'm traveling and he kicks out on the radio says hey I have a sovereign start me another one hey get out of your car you're under arrest that's it like he he is no BS um he's obviously seen this before um he knew exactly how to take care of business and I like that you know she requests a supervisor and he's like no because all that is is a delay tactic and he knows a supervisor's coming he kicked it out on the radio supervisor is going to slow roll to that anyway he's eventually going to get there but that doesn't stop everything where it's at and then they just they pause until a supervisor gets there he continues to work the problem and to try to get her out of the car this guy yeah you are being detained right now step out the vehicle young lady I I know I right either you step out the vehicle I will remove you from the vehicle I like this guy 157 Sovereign supervis Sovereign citizen did you hear what I said you need to get a supervisor out here right now no you need to step out the vehicle right now so her demanding that a supervisor come to the scene um that's depends on each Department's policy um in the panal county sheriff's office hey man supervisor could be an hour away we're not just going to stop what we're doing and wait for an hour so that supervisors they're already going to be coming he kicked out on the radio hey as a sovereign citizen um other units are going to come that way because they know what going to go down this road and um but she doesn't have a right to a supervisor so that's yet another misconception that she's under like pretty much called ATM he said he was going to ask her and then he was going to like make her here we use ask tell make or ATM so first you politely ask someone then you tell them with some level of authority and then you make them um so if it's like hey can you please get out of your car that's an Ask A tell is hey get out of your car the make is you grab them and pull them out of the car are out here right now no you're going to step out the vehicle right now you are going to get me a supervisor out here right now that's fine know all right what right is that I I do not have to have a driver's license don't call supervisor or else what I guess we're not going to go anywhere then well you're going to go somewhere just hold it for me and go and give me the channel you need to get a supervisor out misconception that whenever they say jump that every police officer has to say how high and that is not the case um and we have to be professional we need to be cordial and that's absolutely a requirement of our job but when you're being confrontational like this you don't get what you want and uh I think she was just she seemed so so offended um that she didn't get what she wanted but she didn't deserve it because of her demeanor are you failing to to are you failing to give me your driver's license I don't have to give you a driver's license to drive a car this is not a commercial vehicle okay I'm not driving I'm traveling I have all the laws back here okay mhm so you're not going to give me a driver's license I'm not going to give you a driver's license I don't have to give where the speed limit was saying that is before she got off the bridge CU actually did a u-turn we were in the 35 Zone we pull over here I introduced myself and said the reason any reason why we're driving this fast I say you got your license she immediately goes into I don't need a license to drive the vehicle okay and they said I am traveling okay so you do need a license to drive a vehicle and you do have to identify to what happens when the boss says it have Li to a yes you do I do not you're wrong but okay I know common law natural La I don't care about common law you're in the State of Florida you're in the State of Florida you're in the State of Florida doesn't matter in what state it does matter I'm in the US it does matter so you better hope the information you gave us comes back as to being you so at this point in time I need you to shut the vehicle off and step out of the car I'm I'm not getting out of the vehicle you're going to get out of the car I haven't been suspected of a crime you are being legally stopped on a traffic stop you are not being cooperative it is not a ter stop trust me I know the difference you're speeding turn the vehicle off and get out on high points when did you Mo move here about two months ago from pasola Mississippi okay and you don't know what county you live in now after two months I don't I don't that's not something that's I understand the law but the deputies are worried she also might have an actual gun you got some Karma I'm not worried about my karma I know I know I know no you know what I'm actually worried about people like you who think that laws don't no there is no quot it's people like you who believe that laws don't pertain to them and that's just not the case then enjoy spending a lifetime in and out of two months ago so why are you still just carrying around ammo know that am I was in there the next thing the deputies find in Smith's car gets her in much bigger trouble drugs inside the vehicle you are under arrest now for possession of felony narcotics yeah she's obviously going to go to jail when she goes to jail they're obviously going to tow her car so as a way to mitigate liability every agency that I know prior to towing a vehicle will conduct an inventory of items of value within that vehicle we documented on the tow sheet and it just keeps there from being out allegations of you know hey this is missing out of my car that's missing out of my car so typically we'll ask someone hey are there any items of value in your car that you want me to document and then we'll go through and make sure that there's nothing um of value in there that we need to write down so during this inventory of items of value in the vehicle they find cocaine well sorry maybe you shouldn't be doing things illegal while you're doing other things that are legal and then have things that are illegal in your car I didn't give yall permission to search my vehicle need's being towed we're inventorying it we're not searching y yes you are it's inventory searching my vehicle you say that our laws don't matter to you so what does it matter obviously I don't have any laws right now no there's plenty of laws you're just breaking now I don't have to mind laws that aren't that aren't valid they're valid laws so is the narcotics law also not valid the United States and the State of Florida seem to think they are the United States has a constitution that we we fall under right statutes mandates codes so none of that matters so under our constitution it still gives the the state governments the right to govern themselves correct that's right and the sheriff has all the power that's right also true Sheriff does he is the head law enforcement he's not part of NATO he's not part of the Council on I'm said hey we want to be independent the Constitution was ratified in 1787 so that is when we actually have a constitution for these United States and in 1871 I don't think it was changed in 1776 it it dve driving without a license yes the court adjudicated her guilty plea on drug paraphernalia and DUI charges that means she could have the charges removed from her record if she completed one year of Probation and met all of her sentencing requirements but court records show she violated her probation in 2023 when an officer tried to pull her over for having a headlight out and she refused to stop until she was in her driveway she also still didn't have a valid driver's license
