Hey, what's going on, man? Can you take anything? >> Your mom, dude. >> Hey, what's going on, man? [Music] >> Drugs don't just wreck lives. They create chaos, confusion, and moments so outrageous you'd think they were scenes from a movie. Having driven individuals to extreme public meltdowns and dangerous encounters with police, you wonder why people still do drugs. >> Let us take the IV out if you're going to get out. >> Can't leave that in you. >> You're the one smoking blues with your kids in the car. You're going to get no sympathy for me. >> So, you're going to sit down and cooperate with this me anyway? >> Yes. >> Here are some wild moments that prove loud and clear why you shouldn't do drugs. Starting off with an 18-year-old lady who was so desperate to elude the consequences of her actions. She hid the substance in a spot no cop would dare search without getting in serious trouble. >> Okay. Were you smoking marijuana today? I I see you got shells and stuff in there. Who smokes in the car? >> Mom, I don't know where to put it cuz I got tiny so it's going to fall. That's why I put it in my leg, bro. >> On October the 9th, 2023 in Ohio, state highway patrol trooper Worsh observed a vehicle commit several traffic violations and he initiated a routine stop. When he approached the car, he walked straight into what would become one of the most bizarre encounters he would ever face where nothing about the situation was normal. >> You okay? >> Yes. I was trying to get home. I'm so sorry. You >> I was on my phone and Yes. I >> I got you. >> I was trying to type in my address. Honestly, I'm so sorry. >> I got you. You got to do that. Coming up to a red light would have been a perfect time to do it. >> I understand. >> You got your license with you? >> How old are you? >> I'm I'm 18. >> I do not believe I have my >> Okay. Hold my light here for you. >> There you go. I'm sorry. I'm so like shaking. >> No, it's I understand that. So, you're Alison. You are 18, right? Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you got your proof of insurance with you? Oh, hey. >> Perfect. >> There we go. Here, take this back. I don't need this now. >> Okay. >> Because my insurance just got renewed. So, I don't need to find anyone. >> I got you. >> I believe that's >> I got you. I got you. Okay. Were you smoking marijuana today? I see you got shells and stuff in there. Who smokes in the car? >> Um, that is from my boyfriend. >> I got you. >> I do let him drive sometimes because his car is getting morphed on. So, >> I got you. When's the last time you smoke? >> Um, honestly, like a couple hours ago. >> Couple hours ago. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to have you stuff out for me. I just want to make sure you're safe to be driving. You know, couple hours ago could still be in your system. So, I'm going to do some field sobriety checks with you and if everything's good, you know, I'll let you drive home. Okay. >> Come on. Over here. >> Can I bring my baby with you? >> I don't I don't want you take one more hit of that. Okay. That's not THC, right? No. Good. Over here. Do you mind if I pay you down for weapons before we go any further? You just want to face my car. I got a camera there and I got a camera on my chest. If you just want to interlace your fingers, put them behind your head. There we go. And I'm going to use the back of my hand. Pay you down. If you have any weapons or anything like that on your person. All right, you can relax. Actually, go stand on the sidewalk for me. All right, last vape. Okay. >> To make sure the cannabis she admitted to using wasn't still affecting her, the officer had her perform a field sobriety test, which she completely failed. >> Um, like 1 to 10, how do you feel? Or 0 to 10, how do you feel? I feel honestly at a one or two. >> At a one or two? >> I got to where I could perfectly drive home. Like >> I got you. Um so who do you live with? Your grandma's. >> My mother. >> Your mother. Okay. Where she live? >> I'm on my way to Ayria. >> Same address. Same address that's on your license. Okay. So I'm going to tell you this right now. Um >> you're going home tonight. You're going to end up getting picked up or dropped off. But we're going to take you in to do some additional like urine test kind of stuff like that. Not with me, but with like a female officer. I'm not going to tow your car. I'm going to leave it here. So that way somebody can come pick it up. You're not going to have to pay like a tow fee or anything like that. And then um you got your phone in there, right? Yeah. >> I'll let you call your parent or mom or grandma or whoever you want to come pick you up. Just let them know what's going on. Okay. No. Over here. Over here. So, I'm going to grab that for you. So, I will tell you I'm going to have to put you in handcuffs while I transport you. You are under arrest, but you're not going to jail or anything. There's no mug shots, not going to be on Facebook, nothing like that. Okay? This is a driving under the influence of marijuana and or other drugs. Okay? I don't know what's all in your system. I can assume marijuana just because of the smell of it. Okay. You don't seem like you're on any other type of drug than marijuana. Okay. Did you have a little bit of alcohol tonight? >> No. >> No. Okay. Just stand right here in front of my car. I'm going to put my gloves on. Okay. >> Roll my sleeve down. >> Roll your sleeves down. Yeah, of course. >> All right. Just stand right here. Stand right here. Sorry. >> That's okay. Now, I know you're nervous, but hey, you got the nicest trooper that you could probably get. So, so it worked out pretty well for you. >> Um, you got to understand that when we've been smoking earlier and me as an officer, if I'm watching you hit a curb as you're driving down, I really can't let you drive after that, you know. >> Yeah. >> How long have you been 18? >> Um, since December, I'm going to turn 19. >> Okay. So, you turned nine. So, you What'd you go to high school at? >> Um, JBS. >> Okay. Hey, what what was your main high school? Okay, gotcha. All right, just face my camera for me. I just like having everything on camera. Okay, if you just step back just a little bit, I'm going to check your hoodie pocket. You got your vape here? Okay, I'm going to let you hang on to your vape, but no more using it until I let you go. Okay. >> All right. >> Nothing there. Hey, I'm gonna remove your watch. Okay. >> And your phone's just in the cup holder in there. >> Yes. >> All right. I'm gonna let you use your phone in the backseat of my car. >> However, things got more interesting as she made a call to her mom. >> Okay. Have a seat right there. >> I'm going to put your seat belt on. You just lean your head back for me real quick. >> Put my seat belt on. You said I You said I get to leave, not in your car, >> huh? >> You I thought you said I >> Oh, no. No. You're We're taking you to I can't do a urine test here. I'm going to take you to a female officer. Look, there's no booking or anything like that, but you got to wait. >> Are can you let me have my phone first? >> Yeah, I can do that. >> So, I can call my mother. >> Yep. >> Thank you. A break for my driver. Here's this. Are you able to get your hands in front of you? Okay. Go ahead and dial it. Just keep the handcuffs on. Okay. >> Call EPD. See if they have a female officer on duty. >> Hi. Um, I just got pulled over. you need to come get my car. I'm not getting arrested, but I'm in the back of a shady car and then they're about to go take me to go take it. Um um I'm trying to think. I'm Lake Avenue coming back from yammies and then he's search he's searching my car. Mom, I got I got one in there and then I got him. They're just Okay. And listen, I'm not being arrested, but my car is unless you come get my car being towed. And then they're searching my He's searching my car right now. And then I Listen, I'm not being arrested technically. I'm just going to take a drug test cuz he tried to do a sobriety test on me. He said, "All right, well, I think like you might be under the influence of marijuana still." Um, and they're trying to find me a female officer to do it. Dude, I have on me I need to get rid of. All right. Do I put it up? Do I put it up my thing? >> Yes. >> Okay. What? I can't hear you. What? Yeah. I mean, I might not get arrested. I'm just going to do a test. I need to be in handcuffs to be transported. >> Yeah, I'm in handcuffs. I dropped my phone again and I'm not going to be able to pick it up. You got >> I dropped my phone again. >> The yellow box truck is obstructed. >> Okay. Hello. I dropped my phone. All right. So, my best tip is just hang up and pray these don't fall out. Hello. No, I can't hear you. Kind of ish. All right. I picked up my phone. Hello. >> I'll be there. >> All right. But listen, there's one over there that's in a tube. >> Okay. >> Bye. >> She had told her mom she was in possession of illegal substances and was desperate to get rid of them before the cops found out. In a lastditch effort, she made one bold and reckless move, completely ignoring the consequences. [Music] Hey, I feel a little bit safer. I put it in my vag. Oh, what are you doing? It's in plastic. Dude, then I got to put it back on my bra. Like, I'm on camera technically, so I mean, what? >> I don't know what. >> All right. Well, he's getting in my car. [Music] He's moving my car. [Music] >> Mom, I don't know where to put it cuz I got tiny. So, it's going to fall. That's why I put it in my JJ. Bro, >> dude, I already I already took it back and put it back in my bra. What do I do? He's gone. So, I got the time. Put it in my shoe now. >> I know. >> Georgia. >> George Edward George 468. I think that was just the address. >> Edward George 458 Georgia. >> Okay, >> dude. When I get to the jail, I'm going to have to get out my shoes. It's in my shoes right now. Where do I put it? >> Which part of Lake Avenue are you on? Okay. Also, I ripped open the bag on accident cuz I hate these bags. And he's walking back this way and I got my flashlight on. Let me make sure I don't go [ __ ] behind me. I hate life. All right, I'm taking you off this bey's coming back. All right, I think we're about to leave. He's got my purse. Should I ask? >> Okay. Did you get a hold? >> Yes. >> Good. So, we're going to go to the Yria Police Department and then you can get picked up there. I parked your car right here on the corner of 51st Street. Okay. >> All right. It's at the corner of 51st and Lake Avenue. >> Sorry. >> Okay. I got to buckle you in. Okay. So, just lean your head back for me. >> Is your mom going to put you up there? >> Yes. After being taken to the station for a urine test, she was uncuffed and released, at least for the moment. She lit up with joy, thinking she had somehow outsmarted the cops and dodged the worst of it. But that celebration was short-lived because the real consequences were just around the corner. >> Just have a seat back where you were. I'm going to get your stuff typed up. Door open. >> I'll roll down a window if you want. >> No, it's not. >> Okay. I thought you >> done. >> Thank you. Have a good night cuz I get to leave. That means it's good. be right back with you. You just got to talk to your mom real quick. Okay. >> Okay. >> Hi. [Music] >> All right. You're the registered owner of the Ford. Do you know where your car is at? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Good. >> Oh, it's home already. Good. Here's this. So, she's got court on Thursday at uh >> Wait, wait, wait. You're taking her? >> No, I'm dropping her off to you. >> Oh, >> I'm just letting you know your mom. I like telling everybody something like >> Oh, no. No. Come on over here. Let's get her out of the car. >> Um, so basically driving under the influence of marijuana. Um, she's driving around hitting curbs and stuff like that. >> Jesus mighty. >> Yeah, probably not paying attention, but we got to stay focused on the road, you You went on my phone right after the light and then he was like, "Gid night past the light." >> Yeah. You know, um, so I got one yellow piece of paper. It said, "Copy of that form I read you." Okay. This just says you got court on Thursday the 12th at 10:00 Municipal Court, which is right on the other side of that building. >> Where it's at. >> Yep. Yep. Um, other than that, just everything we kind of talked about, it's already on here. You got the possession of marijuana. >> In the end, she was charged with operating a vehicle impaired. possession of marijuana, distracted while driving, and marked lane violation. She might have given us a glimpse as to why we shouldn't do drugs. However, the moment an officer encountered a substance trafficker high on his own supply along the I4 highway drives that point even further home. >> Hey, what's going on, man? Did you take anything? >> Mom, >> hey. Hey, what did you take, man? Central. >> On September the 20th, 2024, an officer responded to a report about a man sitting in a parked vehicle on the westbound side of I4, kicking the windshield and acting completely erratic. On arrival, Deputy Graham encountered Kerry Thomas Crownover, who was high over the moon and in a world of his own. >> Hey, what's going on, buddy? [Music] One alpha 44 central >> 44. >> Can you start me rescue, please? He's definitely on something. >> I copy that. >> Hey, what's going on, man? Can you take anything? >> Your mom, dude. >> Hey, what's going on, man? >> Here, relax. Just relax, man. Relax. >> Sit in the car real quick. Okay. >> Whoa. >> Sit in the car real quick. >> Hey, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Hey, relax. >> Relax. >> It was a pathetic sight watching a grown man reduced to something closer to a zombie than a functioning adult. But the officer had his priorities set. First get him safely into custody, then figure out what had him spiraling so hard. Whatever it was, it had clearly taken complete control. >> Can you step back for me? >> Relax. >> Relax. >> 24 central. Give me the channel. >> Stop. 24th central. Where's my second? >> Come here. >> [ __ ] Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. Give me your other hand. Give me your hand. Put your other hand behind your back. >> Put your other hand behind your back now. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> 44. I'm holding the camera until you get another unit on. >> Yeah. Keep me the channel. He's still fighting. >> Relax. Relax. Copy. >> Unit code three for 107. Central. [Music] >> What's your name? >> Hey, what did you take, man? >> 41. >> I need you to calm down, buddy. Okay. I cannot have you running out into traffic or kicking me, man. >> With the suspect secured in custody, the officer set out to find what had triggered the bizarre behavior. But what they found left them speechless. [Music] With a follow-up search warrant, Crownover's home in Dand was searched, leading to different illegal substances being recovered, including 2,516 g of MDMA, 363 g of cocaine, 1,000 g of psilocybin, 510 g of amphetamine, along with alprazilam, 2C, LSD, cannabis, and 11 firearms. >> You got you got a pair of gloves on you. Actually, I got some. >> No, I was only set. I got given my >> I got I got some. >> In the end, he was charged with armed trafficking of MDMA, amphetamines, and cocaine, possession of psilocybin, LSD, and cannabis with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Up next is the case of 34year-old Kyle, a substance addict, jumping from one crime to another because he was high and had absolutely no control over his own self. So much fun. I'm always >> you Kevin, how many mushrooms you take? >> How many did you take? >> Zero. >> You know I had to bite you in the right. I'm sorry cuz you know I love you. On April the 1st, 2024 in Marshfield, Wisconsin, officers responded to a call from a gas station about a man identified as 34year-old Kyle allegedly stealing from the store. However, before the cops arrived, he was nowhere to be found, but his addiction knows how to fish him out. >> I was the one who helped him. So, two ladies right here and I had a gentleman trying to buy beer. As he was coming up, the guy just budges right through, walks around. Right when he gets to this point, I'm kind of confused cuz why is there a guest behind my counter? He gets over here and I ask him like, "So, excuse me. Does he work here?" He's like, "No." Grabs the camel filter or camel blue. He's going to have one of these on him. >> Okay. They're 864. >> What? >> That gentleman that I was on the phone with, >> he was the one who kind of tried stopping him cuz we're not allowed to do that. I I can't do that. >> Just a a good shot of his face would be perfect. And then I'll get a good video of the whole encounters so we can find them for now. >> Okay. Did you like just take it off inside then or >> I I honestly can't tell you what happened cuz I was in the kitchen. >> Four or six other units. Where can I get a photo right now from camera footage? We'll send it out shortly. >> Four or six units sent a photo out. Long black hair, glasses, some kind of religious tie-dye shirt. >> What seems like a minor theft was just the tip of the iceberg because this would be the start of a wild chain of events no one would see coming. As officers searched for the suspects, dispatch came through with a bizarre update. an incident at a nearby hotel involving a man matching Kyle's description. According to reports, he was trying to hug employees and at one point dropped his pants and flashed his bare backside. This wasn't just theft anymore. Kyle was on a full-blown meltdown, a living and shameless example of why no one should abuse substances. >> Hey, get down. Get >> you, buddy. >> Stop kicking you. >> Yeah, you don't know who he is. You >> on the third floor fighting. >> Oh, you b me. >> You going to me? >> You going to b me? >> I know you want to go home and play hell on your stomach. >> Hey, you going to look at her? >> No. You know you can't get me on my stomach. So much fun. I love mushrooms >> on your stomach. >> Hey, hold on. Marshiel. >> Oh, the fire's at 712 though. >> Oh, that guy is at a divot. >> Are you okay, sir? >> Yeah. >> Am I? No. Ain't nobody asking me. >> I heard I got to adjust these. >> I'm the one with disability. You guys don't have smaller ones. >> Oh, wait. That's cuz you're tripping balls, too. It's okay. You could probably loosen those a little bit. >> Yeah, I'm working on it. >> Oh, man. You having fun? Oh, that's right. Did you want to go shoot bugs and bots? >> Really? >> Oh, I made you mad, didn't I? Yeah, I hear you laughing. >> You can loosen them up. How many cuffs are you going to put on me? >> Enough. >> Enough. Yeah. You laughing so bad. You were mad earlier. >> Can you get off my ankle, please? >> Well, I had to. >> All right. >> You know the drill. >> So, Kyle, you're under arrest right now. Okay. >> Am I? >> Are you done fighting with us? >> Am I? You going to take off cuffs? >> No. >> No. The You know, I'm stuck with this. Oh, >> yes. I see your smile. >> Are you hurt anywhere? >> I'm hurt all over the place right now. >> On your butt for us. Okay. >> You >> He was in a different world, thinking the cops were his gang playing around with him. However, the cops focused on taking him out of the hotel and straight to jail. But he wasn't ready to make that easy for them. >> Hey, how many mushrooms did you take? >> I had four. >> Can you stand up for us? >> Nope. I ain't doing it. Can you walk for us? >> I ain't doing a Can I get a drink, please? >> Hi, buddy. >> Sir, if you don't hang out in the lobby, I'll talk to you in a second. >> You going up or down? >> How many mushrooms you take? >> Hey, call those feds cuz I guarantee they're cops. They're popping up mushrooms at the station. I see them with a smile. Set me down. At least I don't got to walk anymore. >> You guys are sometimes. You really are. >> I see the smile. >> No one's smiling here. >> I am. >> This is not funny, Kyle. >> That is really funny. >> It's not nice what you did. >> It's not nice what you did. You got to shoot somebody over a acorn. Really? You nugget? You know, you douche. Everybody laughing. How many mushrooms you take? You >> full of car right now. >> Nice chili out. >> You want searching one more time? >> I ain't got nothing on me. You know that. >> Cuz you're the >> Yeah, we Eric and I did not have him searched at all. >> Yeah, but you know I ain't got nothing on me cuz you're the one walking around with me later. >> Oh, I get to fight you now. Do I have a seat? >> No. >> Sit in the car. >> No. >> Get in. Sit in the car. >> No. Get me in the car. Get in the seat. Get in the seat. Get in the car. You >> adding charges to your arrest. Your probation officer is not like this. >> I don't give a judge going to get after you arrest me, too. >> I wish I could get your nose. >> Can you put your man? Oh, >> why not? >> Cuz you know I got to do it first. >> Come on. >> You know I do. >> You do not. >> I do. >> You do not have to. >> What's your name? >> Kevin. >> Hi, Kevin. >> How are you? >> Oh, I'm all right. >> Oh, that's right. I you earlier today. >> No, no, that was you. >> Sit in the car. >> You getting me? >> How many Caesars do I have? Does anyone have a full cage? >> Uh, you 97 does. >> 97. You want to try 97? >> No. I'm shorter than all of you. >> Yeah, let's do that. Just lighten up. Give me, Kyle. >> No. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. >> No. >> Ready. Count one. Relax. >> Can you guys give me a minute? Please >> tell Lisa I said hi. I miss her. >> Is everything all right with that one? >> Did you hurt it? What happened? >> Well, you know, I got the screws in this one over here. You do? Yeah, >> you. >> Oh, man. You had fun with that one, didn't you? Should have told you about that. >> Oh, that's right, Kevin. You went through that, didn't you? So, you already know Star Wars. Tell Al I said hi while you stepdaughter. We can loosen it up. >> Huh? Like, you going to loosen it up? >> Yeah. Like, >> how many takes? So much fun. >> Hey Taylor, you still running around big. >> Yep. >> Hey, the fire's going outside. No, you >> watch your head. I don't want you to get hurt. >> You don't want me to get hurt. H, >> stop resisting. >> Charge. >> Stop resisting. You're going to get hurt. Am I >> going to get hurt? >> Am I okay? >> With Kyle secured in the back of the cruiser, the officers made their way back into the hotel to speak with the staff. After everything he had just pulled, they needed to hear firsthand what kind of chaos he stirred up. And the employees were more than ready to talk. So, he came to the desk and tried to hug her and like kind of harass her, I guess, um, is what originally took place and that's why I was called. I just went to my room. He refused to leave. He just kept talking and talking and talking, you know, mumbling and he felt that when I got on the phone with Sunshine. He's like, "She's on mushrooms." >> Got a little bit of a scratch. >> A little scratch on your neck. >> Yeah. >> From from him. >> Yeah. From him. Yeah. When he was just attacking me before you guys came up. >> Okay. Do you want anything done about that specifically? I mean, I want to press charges on whatever I can with this so he don't come back because next time he comes, I'm probably not going to even call you guys. I'm just gonna knock him the out. I'm sick of I'm not going to deal with this kind of people around here. >> Yeah. And and we don't want you to, but but we don't want you to end up with worse than what you got. >> He turned around obviously and didn't like it that you guys were coming up. He heard you guys coming up the stairs. So, he turned around and I was standing there and he kind of like shoved me to try to get around me basically. So, then I grabbed him and was like, "You're not going to run away now cuz now you just scratched me. So, now you're going to stand here until they come and get you." Okay. >> Okay. Thank you for You're welcome. >> I wish we could have found him sooner cuz we we had been looking for him for like over a half an hour already because of something else. >> And then when we got this call, we kind of figured >> Yeah. >> Before he could be booked into jail, he had to be transported to the hospital for medical clearance. But the moment they arrived at the hospital, it was like round two had officially begun. >> How many mushrooms do you take? >> Is that what you took today? >> How many did you take? >> I haven't tried them yet. Have you? Is that what you're on today? >> I I know you're on them. >> Well, I just want to make sure that I know what you're on. >> You got them in your pocket. >> Do you want some more? >> That's what you want. I know you want more. All right. We're going to go in here. We're going to get checked out. All right. You going to be cool with us, man? You settle down now. >> You? >> Yeah. Or no. >> All right. Ready? >> Nope. >> Can I at least get a drink of water? >> Yeah. >> If you walk down with us, I'll get you a bottle of water. Okay, man. >> No. >> Do you like ice in it or not? Can you give me the bottle of water first? >> Do you like icing it? >> Uh, I will cooperate when you give me a grab a bottle of water out of your EMS room. >> See, and I see you're trying to be nice. >> I'm a nice guy. >> And I know you're a nice guy, too, at times. I >> know I am. >> I know you can be. >> I'm Kevin. How many mushrooms you take? >> How many did you take? >> I zero. >> Uhhuh. >> But I heard they're fun to take. >> Oh, they're so much fun. >> I was talking to someone from Colorado. They said they're a lot of fun. >> Yeah, >> they they do them in that candy bars. >> Oh, yeah. Candy bars, gummies, and then >> they said they Yeah, Colorado everything's legal out there. >> Taylor, >> let's go. >> Oh, we got to go downstairs first. >> No. Can I get a drink of water? >> Yeah, we'll go downstairs. Okay. And then we'll get a little bit. Okay, we just got to go downstairs. Let's go. >> No, I ain't moving. Are coming. >> Let's go. We're safe. We'll keep We'll protect you from the boss. >> You know we ain't safe. >> We're safe, man. >> No, you know we ain't safe. >> All right, let's go. Let's go. One leg time in. Okay, we went downstairs. We'll take some cuffs off and we'll get you a bottle of water. Okay, come on. What's that? >> What time is it? >> 12:55 now, probably. Probably you're past your bedtime. Let's go. Quicker we get done with this, quicker you get out of here. >> No, cuz you know we stuck in the echo and Taylor's running around the >> All right, we're coming up. All right, no more water. No more water. Watch your head. All right. Knock it off. >> I got him. >> So, how many times did you get six? Seven. >> Hey, don't fight me. >> You got it. Got it. >> Yeah. He just bit my >> help. >> Dealing with him became very exhausting for everyone involved with frustration written all over the cop's faces. They wanted nothing more than to throw him into jail already. But he wasn't done yet. Whatever he had taken was still surging wildly through his system, fueling non-stop bursts of energy and keeping him locked in a loop of wild erratic behavior. >> Stop scratching me. >> Let go of me. >> EMS garage. >> What are you? >> I don't want to mess around with that. >> Happy Easter. All right, let's leave that. >> You can loosen up with a little bit. >> You know that. >> World's going to end. >> Did you just watch our stuff? Thanks. >> World's going to end. You know that, right? Bots are coming. >> 114. Where are we now? >> Bots are coming. >> Bots are Hi, Elon. What time is it? >> Kevin. >> Hi, Kevin. >> You know I had to bite you in the right. I'm sorry. cuz you know I love you. >> It's just part of >> one of you guys when I was updating >> I have to [Music] these guys and they don't know what to do. >> No, let's just keep carrying. >> You're okay. Thank you. >> What fell in my pocket? >> So the eclipse. Oh man. You going up or down? >> Down. >> Why not up? >> Hi everybody. Hi. Hi everybody. >> Oh, you didn't have to be so hard. >> We're going to put ours on. Okay, >> how many washrooms do you take? >> Sit up. >> Sit up. >> Come on. Sit up. >> That's fine. >> I'll bend them. >> Okay. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Stop kicking. >> That's how this works. >> How many mushrooms? >> Let me just explain one thing. I worked in prison for 14 years. I strapped down a thousand guys. Please trust me. Okay. All right. I'm going to hang on to this hand. Relax. Relax. >> How many did you take? >> No, I know you did. >> How many did you take? >> How many did you take? >> Whoever has that handcuff cannot let go of any >> you have. Kyle, stop it. >> You don't don't I got to fight now. >> Thoughts are coming. >> Listen to me. >> If you bite me again, you will real fast. >> Hug that. Hug that. >> So, don't do that again. >> What are you going to do? >> What are you going to do? You're going to threaten me. Okay. >> What are you going to do? >> Oh, man. >> Take a breath. Everybody's all right. Nobody's hurt. >> I'm not asking you, brother. >> Oh, I know. >> Hold still. >> What are you going to do? >> What are you going to do? >> Yeah, I can't I don't hurt me now. >> That's cuz you're not being a brother. >> The medical staff had had enough of his aggressive behavior. So, they decided to sedate him. One way or the other, he was going to be calm. >> So, try to relax a little bit. Okay, guys. >> What the? As soon as we saw that picture, we were both like, "Oh, no." >> He stole some cigarettes from a quick trip. >> Done fighting for a little while? >> Nope. >> I'd like you to be >> I I need to go fight the bots. >> Hell divers will be there when you're out. >> Tell me your name. Hey, >> tell me your name. >> Why? >> Cuz I want to call you by your name instead of, "Hey guy." >> Yeah. But >> good for you, Carson. You know you get buff, right? I'm just trying to be nice. >> In the end, he was charged with two counts of battery/ threat to an officer, battery, resisting an officer, disorderly conduct, and retail theft. Consequently, he was sentenced to one year in jail, and 7 years of probation. Just like Kyle, here's 17-year-old Owen Gross, who was completely lost in a Matrix style loop after taking hallucinagens that sent him to an alternate reality. >> Come over here. Get out. Hand on the ground. Face first. >> On the ground. >> Hands out. No. >> Where's the female? >> Female's on the ground over there. >> It's not a female. >> He said the THC pen was his. >> Well, he said he had one on his person, but he didn't. So, I'm guessing whatever. >> Anything is fine. >> On February the 6th, 2022 in Wisconsin, an officer on routine patrol was nearly struck by a reckless driver. He quickly initiated a traffic stop, not yet realizing that the person behind the wheel was 17-year-old Owen Gross. Completely out of his mind, high as a kite, lost in a world so far removed from reality and ready to do the unthinkable in this realm. >> Through dangerous places, this uncomfortable place, >> Jesus. >> And yet, this is what the Lord God is doing for his people, his people of Israel. It's interesting. 227 cal and for some reason best known to him he suddenly hit the gas flagging off a high-speed chase. >> 27 comos that come back cuz my driver just took off on me. Let's go car three. Come on, Moss. >> Male driver, female passenger by me. The head of attendant here window of his car. >> After a long chase, the officer finally made a fantastic move he never saw coming. >> Spun out at the intersection of water and center point. In a minute here, >> your hands >> turn the car off. Show us your [ __ ] hands. >> Turn the [ __ ] car off. Stop the car. >> Stop racing. >> Stop breathing. Touch your hands. >> Your car is on my door. >> Get out of the car. Come towards me. >> Your car is on my door. >> Stay right there. >> Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. Come towards me. >> Grab my jacket. >> Is there anybody in the back seat? >> Get out of the car now. Come over here. >> Get out. >> Get out of the ground face first. >> Get out of the ground. >> Hands out now. Is there anybody in the back seat? >> No. >> Don't flag us. >> I promise. We'll talk later. Just shut your mouth. >> Back seat. Back there, Mike. >> Where's the female? >> Female's on the ground over there. >> It's not a female. >> I'm going to move up. >> Hey, bro. I wasn't moving, man. I just handcuffed. You just got into pursuit. >> I I wasn't trying to I wasn't driving, man. I was just trying to I was just trying to get him to stop the car, dude. >> Just dragging his right over the >> hands on top of your head. Start leaning over towards me. >> Turn off the engine. Is it off right now? Put that in the car. >> You're coming over this right there. >> All right. >> You understand? We're not waiting for you. Put your hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. on you. >> Put your knees up. >> Put your knees up. >> Get up. >> Uh, >> may I put my shoe back on? >> Can I put my feet? >> No, not right now. >> Um, go to this. My car is right here. This one's your case. Yeah. >> Do you have anything illegal on you? >> Yeah. >> What? >> A10. >> Where? >> My left pocket. >> Okay. >> Anything else? >> Uh, there might be. >> Lucky didn't kill any. >> Is that the driver? >> Yes. He's going to stick him in here. >> Yeah. Watch your head or something. >> Shoot, Logan. >> I'm Owen. >> What's that? >> You call me Logan. I'm Owen. >> Owen. Sorry. Push. >> Push. There we go. Thank you. >> Doing all right. >> Are you injured? >> No. Okay. drinking or anything? >> I can't smell anything on him. >> The officers thought they were conversing with him, but little did they know that while he might have been there physically, whatever he was on had transported his mind somewhere else entirely. >> He said the THC pen was his. Well, he said he had one on his person, but he didn't. So, I'm guessing whatever. >> Anything is mine. >> Do you know what he's arrested for? >> Not yet. >> A whole bunch of stuff. Right now, you're going to probably get a dozen tickets for running stop signs. The reason I was going to stop you is for running a stop sign when you almost keep on me right over here. Okay? If you would have stopped, we would have dealt with it then. The problem is now because you hit my lieutenant with your vehicle and you ran from us. Blue stop signs and turn your lights off. You're going to jail for felony fleeing. Okay. >> And better do law enforce. >> All right. And I don't know what else we got here with all the other THC stuff in the car, but that'll all be criminal. Okay. And depending on what we find, I might be doing some field sobriety with you, particularly okay to drive, which based on your own behavior, probably not. >> Upon searching the vehicle, the officers uncovered what he probably wished he had ditched long ago during the chase. They discovered a bag containing 12 g of mushrooms, two marijuana pipes, and a grinder with marijuana residue on it. Building their case, the officers tuned to the passenger, a decision they would obviously not regret. >> Are you Logan? Yeah. >> All right, man. So, here's the deal. What? I know you were a passenger in the car and you really didn't have um what would you call it? Um yeah, I really have a choice here. So, I'm going to ask you some questions. Okay. You don't have to answer them. >> But as of right now, because you were a passenger, I really don't plan on doing much with you or if anything. Okay. Um but obviously, we found some stuff in the car >> that we got to deal with and other things. So, um >> is my right to remain silent going to be better here or cuz none of that is mine. I can't give you legal advice, okay? >> But I, like I said, I also realize that you were a passenger in the car and you're kind of >> screwed that way. I mean, I'm not I don't expect you to jump out of a moving vehicle. >> I told him to stop and he to let me out and to to let me like >> or just stop the car so we can get >> talk to you guys cuz it was a >> red light, right? >> Okay. All right. >> You put your your ID back in your wallet. We're done with it. >> Okay. So, here's the thing, Logan. Right now, you've been cooperative. You were just being detained because you were the passenger. I'm gonna have you step out. I'm gonna take those handcuffs off, but I do want to talk to you. Okay. >> So, why don't you step out? >> He has been searched, correct? >> Yeah. Okay. I got everything else in his pockets right here. >> Can you have this back then? >> Uh, yeah, that's fine. >> All right. Well, let me talk to him first, then I'll give him everything. >> Okay. I put my coat on. >> That was searched, correct? Coat. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. I had to take all >> Okay. Yep. Uh, let me just take this cuff off here. Go ahead and put your coat on a few questions. Just the three things I would >> here. These are your cuffs. >> Yeah. Is this Is this THC? >> No, that's I don't smoke. >> All right. >> I know stupid. I look like it, but I don't because it makes me sick >> and I'm on my 90° settlement. >> What about the shrooms we found? >> Those are I don't do shrooms. better. >> All right. So, like I said, I just want to ask you a few questions. We got your information and then as long as we're good, I'm going to let you go tonight, okay? But I want to get some info for you. So, why don't you just have a seat again? You aren't you're just being, you know, you're not under arrest. >> So, that was the cop that stopped you guys initially. Okay. Right over here. >> Um I told Colin, is that his name? >> Or always get >> Owen. That is Owen. Why'd you say Deon? cuz I get his name confused with Devon and Owen because he works with me and my manager's name is Devon. >> I just want to make sure we didn't have the wrong name. Um so obviously I stopped you guys from pulling that stop sign. You guys almost hit me right there. >> Yeah, I know. >> Um why did he take off? >> I have no idea because because he has shoes in his car and stuff and um I told him I said first off like you're not going to search him for it. I mean, just stop. Like, there's a cop. You ran a red light. Pay the fine. If they search you, then that's your fault. You had the stuff in your car. >> And he's like, "No, I got it. We're going to get out of this." I'm like, "No, you're not." I said, "They are cops. They're going to catch you every time." >> Like, they're trained. I'm like I'm like, "I don't want to get in trouble for this, man." I'm like, "They're going to hit your car. You're going to speed out or you're going to get shot." I said, "You need to stop the car." I'm like, "It's just a red light." I said, "You're going to get a felon." I said, "Stop." the earlier you stop right now, the better it's going to be for you, right? >> And he's he just said, "No, I'm gonna get us out of this. I'll go out of their >> jurisdiction." I'm like, "There is no jurisdiction to run. Like, >> you need to stop. There's they're calling back up." Like, you need to stop your car. I mean, it's worse than it's going to be. >> So, when you guys went over by Kent's towing there, that parking lot that you guys were in? >> Okay. So, he end up hitting my lieutenant with his car. >> The dude really? >> Yeah. Did he know that when he was taking off? cuz I saw that's when I saw your hands were up. So I was like, "Well, you're like I said, I knew you were kind of screwed because you're not going to jump out of a moving vehicle." >> So that's why I'm trying to work with you here like >> Yeah. >> I don't know if he did. I didn't think the dude did cuz I was just have my hands up >> and I was trying to get him to stop the car and I was going like this to try to get him to stop and he just wouldn't. I don't know why he he didn't. I don't know why he dragged me like this. Like I just hung out with him today. Having gathered some evidence, the investigative light was directed towards Owen, but in a different magnitude. >> Owen, right? All right. So, obviously, we found some stuff in the vehicle. Um, I'm not going to ask you about that, but based on that and your driving behavior and stuff, I want to do some tests to make sure that you're okay to drive. Okay. >> Are you willing to take those tests? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Step on out for me. I'm going to head back. I want you to do is you're just going to stand with your heels and toes together, arms down at your side. If he had anything to drink tonight, any prescription medic, any non-prescription drug, no shrooms, no THC. Okay. >> He had thought he was going to fool the cops and skate through the sobriety test. That was far from reality. He was way too far gone. He could be anything, but being sober, well, that wasn't one of them. >> All right. So based on all my observations, I pretty sure you either was pooping some vape or maybe took some of those shrooms, but I don't think that you were safe to drive at all tonight for multiple reasons. So you are going to be charged with operating while intoxicated at all. Okay. So put your hands behind your back. [Music] Are those okay? They're not too tight? Yep. seat. Owen, can you hear me? Okay. All right. Uh, I got a few tickets for you for right now. There might be more coming later, but this is what I have for now. Okay. Citation for um failure to yield the right away from a stop sign or failure to obey stop sign. $98.80, four points off your license. a citation for operating without your headlights because you turned them off. Um or $86.20, three points off your license. And then a citation for operating while under the influence. That one's $861 and six points off your license. All three have a court date in the municipal courthouse on April 7th at 5:00 p.m. Because of the OWI, you are required to appear on that date and time. Okay. Any questions at all on that? All right. All right. And then the other citation is for um fleeing or eluding an officer. Um that is a felony. Uh there is a court date on March 14th at 9:00 a.m. However, the Portage County Courthouse might change that. Um but as of right now, March 14th, 9:00 a.m. you are required to be uh the Portage County Circuit Courthouse at that date and time. Do you understand? >> In the end, he racked up charges for OWI involving illegal substances, possession of hallucinogenic substances, battery to an LEO, and fleeing from an officer. talking about why you shouldn't do drugs. Here's a pathetic case of 28-year-old Yasmin, who almost ended her life and that of her dependence driving while under the influence. Check it out. On October the 21st, 2023, Los Cruus's police responded to a crash involving a Honda that had slammed right into a bus stop. She's overdosing. Three miners. >> Can I go? >> Yeah. Are you in this? >> Not crash. No, I was just doing that chest compression. >> She almost hit us. She almost hit three other people. I only have a few qu I have just a few questions. I saw the paraphernalia when I pulled up on scene. It was in plain view. You passed out several times. There's witnesses saying that you're just doing circles slumped over on the in the driver car. How many blues did you smoke? >> I had just I I dropped some off just half just half. >> Just a half a blue. >> Yeah. And it was down the road. >> It was Where did you smoke it at? No, we were in the car. >> Not in the car? >> No. No. We got down. We smoked and then I smoked half of it and then we have the rest. >> Um and and [Music] do you huff? >> There's a lot of air dust in there, too. >> I don't know. I'm not going to answer that question. >> You're not going to answer? I'm just asking cuz I mean I mean obviously you admitted to the blue I was just wondering about the if you huff cuz there was all that air duster in there. You don't >> I'm not >> Oh, okay. That's fine. You don't have um [Music] >> I don't want to question. >> All right. That's fine. That's your right. She was taken to the hospital for medical clearance and a blood draw. And in the end, she was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer. Up next is the jaw-dropping moment an officer stumbled upon a guy completely wasted in his vehicle, which, as it turned out, had been converted into a mobile illegal substance warehouse. >> Holy. >> Yeah. H on the 18th of September 2023, an officer found a mysterious young man asleep in his car. At the time she approached him, she had no idea that she would be making the most shocking discovery of her life. >> Sheriff's office. Hey, sheriff's office right here. You okay? What's going on? >> I don't know. You're shining a lot. >> I'm trying not to. >> What? I mean, you're not doing a real good job. >> Huh? You're not doing a real good job, baby. >> Okay. Well, there's no need for an attitude. >> You okay? >> Yeah. I don't got no attitude. >> Huh? >> I don't have an attitude. >> Okay. >> I stopped and to take a nap and >> Okay. >> Damn. I for I forgot I passed out behind the gas station. I uh I asked the guy I stopped. I was like, "Man, let me take a nap out back." >> The guy from the gas station or the vehicle? The auto shop? No, not not in the bottle shop. The dude at the gas station. And he's like, "We'll be here like 11 or 12." And um and uh I was like, "All right, I'll just take a nap for like an hour, not like like 3:00, I guess. >> I got you. Sorry. Try not to blind you." What's your first name? >> Uh Justin. >> Justin? >> Yeah. >> Do you have a middle initial? >> Huh? >> Middle initial. >> Middle name. Uh >> um middle initial. >> Yep. >> For some reason, it was obvious that something was off about him, so the officer questioned him further. >> It's not that hard. Unless you're trying to make up a name. >> Yeah, man. So, I mean, why why are y'all messing with me? >> Huh? I got permission to be here. >> I don't know that. I got a call here about an alarm, checking out the property, making sure everything's secure, and I find you passed out in the passenger seat of the vehicle, >> and you're giving me a hard time of giving me your name, and it's past the hours of operations. It's not looking too good for you, bud. So, >> what I mean, what time is it? Oh, my watch is dead. But it's probably 3:30ish. >> 3:30 in the morning. >> Mhm. >> Good golly. >> Yeah. >> Oh. Um. >> So, what's your middle name? >> Can I get myself together? Like, >> that means will I don't know why >> Justin. No, no, no, no, no. Wilson. >> Wilson. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Do me a favor, Wilson. Keep your hands up on that dash. Nope. Sit up. Sit up. Keep your hands on that dash where I can see them. You understand? >> Eventually, the officers decided to search his vehicle. However, what they didn't know was that they were about to make the greatest discovery of their careers. Holy. >> Yeah. >> Hey, it's a lot of fitness. >> Um, >> bunch of fitness. >> Okay. In the vehicle was about 338 g of worth about $50,000 in the black market and enough to kill about $100,000 people. Other items found in his vehicle were a loaded syringe, an electronic scale, and various tools like screwdrivers, hammers, and wire cutters, which were commonly used by burglars. In the end, he was charged with possession of tools with intent of burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia. Just like Justin, Eric and Shiovanti took illegal substances use to a whole new level, pushing the limits of reckless behavior and dragging chaos along with them, showing us more reasons why we shouldn't do drugs. On the 23rd of March 2023, officers pulled over a vehicle that was running above the speed limits in Oo. The vehicle's occupants were later identified as Eric Lens and Shvante Powell. However, what was meant to be a simple traffic stop soon led the cops into making a horrifying discovery. >> Police Department. Here's our I stopped you. Your speed. >> You know how faster you're going? >> Nah. You going faster than that, man. >> Yeah, I saw you. You were coming around the corner, man. I I know you >> Yeah. Yeah, you hit your brakes. Yeah, you were going going about that fast when you went past me. I'd do a 90. Yeah, you saw me when I came around. Torpedo the brakes. I mean, I get it. Where you coming from? >> Indiana. All right. Is this your rental then or what? Yours. You got your ID with you? Anything inside the vehicle? I need no bulb. What's that? No. Any >> What's that? >> No. >> Eventually, the driver became upset with the cop for asking too many questions. A decision that would later cost him dearly. >> Traffic stops lead into a lot of different things, man. >> I just woke up. >> Nope. >> Traffic stops leading to a lot of different things. When you're going from one state to another, what just asking questions, find out, making sure everybody's on the straight and narrow, you know? It's all >> That's all. Okay. Yeah. Nope. You'd be surprised what we find out here. You know, find a bunch of coke and the other week. Traffic stop simply for speed. So, all right. Fair enough. >> Well, I'll be back with you. >> The cops had discovered that the vehicle was a rental, and the fact that the driver had been upset when questioned made him more suspicious. It was at this point that he decided to question the driver and his passenger separately. >> Come on down over here, man. face with. There you go. >> All right. Are you on probation out of Minnesota? >> No, sir. >> No, >> I'm not on nothing. >> Were you on probation before? >> No, sir. >> No. What was the last time you got arrested? >> Uh, probably like a few months back or something like that. >> What was that for? >> Uh, I got arrested in a car in a vehicle with some guys. So, about like 2 3 months ago or something like that. Probably two months ago. >> All right. What did you get arrested for, though? >> Uh, being with somebody. I guess they was >> That's not illegal. What did you get arrested for? >> I got arrested for being with somebody. It was like a basically they was coming. Somebody had a warrant and they was following >> like he had a warrant for his arrest. He was in the car with me. I was driving >> and that's when I got pulled over. I got arrested with >> What did they charge you for though? >> Uh PC um weapons. >> Okay. >> I don't know to be honest. Like I'm trying to think back, but like I got arrested like probably like a month ago or something like that. Two months ago. >> And that was for what you just said. >> And that was for what you just said. >> Yeah, I believe so. Yeah. >> What was last time you got a drug charge >> that you at least got charged? >> That was the same thing. That was I guess it was paraphernalia in the vehicle when they they towed the vehicle. >> It started becoming clear to the cops that Eric had something to hide. No matter how hard he tried to hide it, it was obvious that he was very nervous. Is there anything inside the vehicle tonight, man? No. >> If you got a little bit of weed or a pipe, I'll toss it. >> I don't have [ __ ] bro. Lie to you about that. She just really just picked me up from Indiana. I would have flew, but the [ __ ] cost too much. And I was trying to take the bus, but I still didn't have no way from Indiana to get to Chicago pretty much. The mega bus is the cheapest [ __ ] >> They don't have that up in Indiana. >> How'd you get down there? >> Say that again. >> How'd you get down there? >> Where? To Indiana. >> Yeah, >> I drove down there. I drove with my brother to Indiana. This was a while back. Probably like a few weeks or something like that. >> A week ago. Two weeks ago. >> Only been at my sister house. No. Yeah, it's like two weeks ago. >> It ain't that long. I've been down here for like 4 days. My sister basically had a housewarming party. So, I've been down here. >> What's yours inside the vehicle right now? >> I can't hear you, bro. >> What's yours inside the vehicle? >> What do you mean? What's >> bags? What What's yours? >> My duffel bag. >> Yeah. Is that it? Yeah. >> Does she have any bags? >> Uh, yeah. She got her backpack. >> All right. You have a problem if I search your bag? >> Say that again. >> Can I search your bag? >> Yeah, I would say you could search it, but I would want to know why.
