Just when they thought it was over, Audrey decided to pull a typical Karen on everyone. I know shadow marble >> one set of red marble half of marble. >> We're not doing a transaction. >> You're not doing anything. >> Hey, >> you can't buy anything. >> Oh, there you go. >> You cannot do this to me. >> Yes, I can. >> No. >> Yes, I can. >> I have money. 36 equivalent female 105 Julia Campell 34. Dude, >> you cannot arrest me, dude. >> Okay, dude. Just as the deputies began to regain control, Campbell crossed the line by assaulting an officer. And as it turned out, that was just the opening act in the chaos that she had in store. >> Please don't kick. >> Please don't kick. >> You did it. >> Please don't kick. >> Stop. >> Oh my god. You >> stop kicking. >> Let go of me. >> Stop kicking. Julia, >> take the cuff off right now. >> Calm down. This isn't you. You don't act like this. I'm very high rank for a sergeant. >> Calm down. And like I said, if we don't make it back this evening, we >> we'll get it tomorrow. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> With Campbell finally in the back of the cruiser, things seem to settle down. So it seems. >> You know who Elon Musk is? >> We're going to get in this. >> If you don't know who Elon Musk is, he's going to get in this car. Okay. Don't touch me again. >> Back the off. >> Give me my wallet. Dude, >> I'm I'm going to ask you one more time to sit in this car and then I'm going to put you in the car. No, that's a lotion. >> Audrey Campbell was charged with resisting with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, and trespassing. She was sentenced to 3 years of probation and fines. The entitlement does not stop there, as this Karen treated Walmart like her personal lounge. That was until officers arrived to trespass her unruly self. >> You want to walk to the front with me? We >> I can't hear you. >> I am deaf. >> Two dogs. >> I love jail. I go all the time. >> Okay. What are you doing? >> On October the 27th, 2024 in Florida, officers were dispatched to a Walmart following reports of a disruptive customer. According to the caller, a woman had become upset after being denied a return due to the lack of a receipt and was causing a scene. When officers arrived, they located her in the electronic section who was not in the slightest of moods to cooperate. >> Hi. >> What are we doing? I don't know. Are you stretching? I don't know, >> but I don't What do you want me to do? What do you want me to do? >> Are you arresting me? >> No. >> What? You called us. Sit. >> I'm confused. Let take me out. Do >> you have a receipt? Let's go. >> Take me out. Don't touch me. >> Take me out. Take me out. >> You want to go to jail? >> Take me out. >> Take me out. Officer, deputy, sheriff. >> Take me out. >> Ma'am, if you don't leave, you're going to >> leave. If >> you don't leave, you're going to go to jail. And we're The dog's going to go to the ACC. >> Excuse me. >> If you don't leave, >> my dog's on a leash. >> Yeah, but your dog, when you go to jail, your dog's going to go to the AC. >> Let's go to jail. Please. I love it. >> Are you refusing to leave, >> ma'am? Here. >> Oh my gosh. >> Do you have uh do you have your name in Dead of Earth or LP wants to of jail. I go all the time. >> Can you just tell her that if she she doesn't leave she want her trust back? >> I got your >> she needs to leave and if not I'll take her to jail. >> Chris. >> Oh no. So you are not allowed back here for one year. After if you do come back here for one year. >> We see you in here. We're going to call them. They're going to come here. >> All right ma'am. So you're officially trespassed. >> You're trespassed. Absolutely. >> I'm trespassed. >> Yeah. >> You work here? >> Yeah. >> You don't look like you work here. >> Well, I'm trespassed. Let's go. The girl believes that acting like a clown would perhaps excuse her from accountability. Except that Walmart was not her personal circus, and no officer was willing to tolerate her beyond necessity. >> I'm wanting to go in cuffs. Thank you. >> This is what y'all wanted. >> You wanted to come off. >> I love you. >> Take one of the cuffs off. And where's my item that I paid for? >> You want to go in the dog? >> My attorney's going to love this. >> Ma'am, you had ample opportunity to leave. >> Literally. >> Can you just get his 14? I I'll write down. It's my pleasure to take this case. No, seriously. >> That's Chris Charles. Don't >> I don't really want to take this game. >> Yeah, we'll take it with her for her stuff. >> That's my And that's my >> This is your congratulations. You are the proud owner of this. >> All right, let's go. >> I need to slow down. Sorry, you're breaking up just a little bit. You said blackmail 15. >> Yeah, 104. And I'm 1012 with her signal 70 Dalmatian. >> Yeah, just want to their their number 45. Did you get my black item? The phone thing. Okay, great. >> My attorney is going to love this. >> Well, we asked you to leave like a million times. Slow down. >> Slow down. >> What you want to hurry? I'm not a hurry. >> You're right. It looks better if I slow down. Yeah, >> it does. You're on my phone, bro. >> If the girl thought she could escape consequences after all her provocations, she was horribly mistaken. The smartest decision officers made in that situation was not entertaining her diva attitude. But like every Karen who doesn't want to be ignored, this one also resorted to attention-seeking behavior. Hey, what are you doing? >> Stand up and walk. >> Can you walk? >> What are you doing? >> Hold both of us. She wants >> I love problems. >> I love chaos. >> Our problems always. >> So much problems always. Come on. Look at that. >> You're hurting me. >> Yeah. Well, that's tough. >> Bam. Stand up and walk. Jess, you want to take the dog? I'll pick her up. Here, Eric. I'll pick her up. Bam. You need to stand up right here. These are my first love it. >> Have any property on you? >> No. Have a seat. >> In the end, the girl was charged with trespassing, obstructing an officer without violence, and battery on an LEO. Following in the footsteps of the last entitled shopper, this delusional Karen thought she'd get away with snatching items from Walmart in broad daylight. >> I don't want to embarrass you in the parking lot. >> You're not going to embarrass. >> Bring your cart. Come back inside the store, please. If you want to leave out of here, you're going to change your attitude. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. If you want to leave out of here, you're going to change your attitude. >> And I'm I'm trying to get I'm >> I told you to stop. >> What the is you doing there, son? You not going to sit up here and put me on my face that I'm aing woman? You You break something. >> On August the 19th, 2022, a Walmart officer spotted a woman stuffing merchandise into her bag in plain sight. But when he followed her into the parking lot to confront her, it quickly became clear that this wasn't just another petty theft case. Rather, he was up against a Karen who believed she was above the law. >> Excuse me, ma'am. You come back inside the store for me. Bring your cart. Come back inside the store. >> Bring your cart. Bring your cart. Come back inside the store. I don't want to embarrass you in the parking lot. >> You're not going to embarrass. >> Bring your cart. Come back inside the store, please. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> I done did all of this. All of that. >> Bring your card inside the store, please. I'm coming inside the store now. I am coming out >> cuz I don't know what you what you >> after I spent all of that. >> Let go back to this door right here. >> This >> ma'am push the car inside the store. >> I'll put my car inside the store before I snap. Oh wow. and keep walking back in towards the cash registers. >> Okay. >> Going to make a right here. We're going to walk down to the other side of the store. >> 92268 Westb. >> Okay. >> Where do you want me to go? >> Can you open up a signal 65 at Walmart? I'll be 104. We uh walk on one to the AP office. >> Stop right here. >> You want to stop here? >> Yeah. >> All right. Go ahead and pull your card up over here for me. >> From the moment she was stopped, the woman oozed arrogance. It wasn't long before the officer had had enough of her smug attitude. So, he made it clear that playtime was over. >> I just did that and I just talked to the lady. >> Ma'am, listen. Listen, >> she just said ID. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay, so what is y'all talking about? What? What is it? Because it's two training. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> No, no, no. But I can tell you my >> So So let's stop right now. Okay. >> I'm stopping you for shoplifting. >> If you want to leave out of here, you're going to change your attitude. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. If you want to leave out of here, you're going to change your attitude. Okay. >> If not, I'll just take you to the county cuz I really don't care. >> I don't go to jail. >> You don't? cuz you can't tell you is I I don't go to jail. I don't have a record. But what I'm telling you, >> right? But what I'm telling you is today you can make your way to the county. >> What did I make? >> Number one is this purse and also the clothes in this cart that you bagged up at the register. >> So let's let's let's change the tone. >> Okay. >> Let me tell y'all something. I scanned my penny and there's an employee here that seen it. If you saying I shoplifted my panties, they're $3. >> I I done sit up there and find all of this. That's why exactly I don't come here. I don't do not come to this Walmart because y'all be on. If that's the case, you could have easily said, >> "Okay, first of all, stop. Stop all that. Back away. Back away from the card mail. Back away from the card." >> I'm backing away. Giving you >> Where's your receipt at? >> My receipt is right here. >> Okay. Give me your receipt. >> Cuz I have two transactions. >> Okay. Excellent. There's that, Miss Daisy. >> Okay. >> This purse does not belong to you. This purse belongs to the store. I watched you take this off the shelf and tear the tags off. These do not belong to you. This does not belong to you. Oh, why should you put this inside the purse? Please don't grab any of the stolen merchandise. Anything but >> don't grab anything out of the purse. Okay. >> All right. Go ahead. >> That belongs to us. >> Okay. You got that? Thank you. I can go into my wallet. >> No, you cannot. Not right now. >> What do you mean? >> Because I've stopped you for a lawful reason. No, you cannot go into your wallet. I don't know what's inside your wallet. Please step over here. Okay. >> Okay, that's it. Miss Daisy, I'm I'm going to walk her down to the office and then we'll walk. Can you Can you Can you just tell her to put this put my money back on my card? Hold this. Can you please put my money back on my car? >> You'll get this in a second. Walk this way. >> I I would tell you this is here. Let's walk this way cuz I I don't want it. >> Ma'am, leave everything in the car and walk this way. >> $300 for all my stuff. Walk this way. Please don't be aggressive. >> Walk this way. >> Please don't be aggressive. >> Pay attention to what I'm telling you then. >> I am paying attention to what >> Please walk this way. That's frustrating. You talking about what you saw, what you watched. Okay, you got what you wanted. Let it go. Cuz everything else I paid for. >> The a black guy that went into the bathroom, he's with them. There's two other women. Go this way, please. Make a right towards those doors. >> Never been caught. Excellent. >> No, not being caught. You being past? >> Yes, I am. >> Glad you picked up on it. Step inside. You going to have a seat over here on this bench. I'm >> step inside. Have a seat on the bench. Step inside. Have a seat on the bench. >> I'm only going to tell you one more time. Step inside, have a seat on the bench. >> I'm going to step inside and you going to let me out. >> When the officer finally got the car into a holding room, he thought the worst was behind him. He had no idea that the real storm was about to hit. >> I'mma step inside. She got what she wanted. If that's the case, here my food scam card. Give me back all my money on her. And I will leave. I was simply I don't want [ __ ] from Walmart. I'll go to Walmart on 441. Period. I'm not writing down. I'm not going to have my name because I ain't >> have a seat. No, you're going to have a seat. >> Um, ma'am, >> you can start another unit if you have one. back on my card. And I'm tired. >> Yes. Have I told Kathy I to help you in order? What is this? You need to communicate. >> I've already told you what you've been stopped for. >> Okay. You said shoplifting with a purse and you didn't pay for your pennies. >> That's correct. >> And I paid for everything else by my >> Okay, that's fine. So, they're going to go through the car. >> You want me to pay for the pennies? Swipe my car. >> No, I said go ahead and go ahead and just refund me my money back and I'll go somewhere else. It's simple. >> It's common sense. >> That's why usually people come in and they pay for the stuff and they get the lead. myself. Sir, don't don't don't come at me like that because I'm not thick. I don't have a record being a thick. >> Okay. But you got caught stealing today, right? >> I got caught stealing today. Okay. If that justifies your situation, cool. >> No, it justifies your situation, ma'am. >> No, it doesn't work that way. >> What doesn't work that way? >> You don't just get to leave. >> Why do I not get to leave? >> Because you're being stopped. >> I mean, >> I don't I don't understand why this is so hard for you to understand. But the more she tested the officer's patience, the closer she got to sealing her own fate. >> And bump me again like that. And I'm I'm trying to get I'm >> I told you to stop. >> What the is you doing there, son? You sitting up here. And within minutes, she found herself in handcuffs. But despite being arrested, she made sure to showcase her horrid attitude. >> Cuz soon as I get out this, I'm gone. You ain't even supposed to handle a woman like that. >> Wait, how are you? >> I'm good. >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Good, man. >> Yeah. I'm being sarcastic. >> I hope your wife like it. >> I don't like women. >> Yeah, I bet you don't. It shows. I love my mother and my great grandmother. >> Mhm. That's that you you you're talking about something that's over under $25. You're not even trying to help. >> You're talking about you coming in here to fix the problem to get it resolved. And then you talking about I'm resisting arrest. How the I'm resist arrest when you slap me on my face, man. Call the EMT. >> Call the AM. >> Take a seat, man. >> Call the EMT now before I buck out this door and I give y'all a real reason to arrest me. >> You're not going to do that, ma'am. >> I swear to God, I am on my >> anniversary is on the 21st. I'm not playing with y'all. It's Saturday. >> Calling the medic. >> No. No. I got to go to work tomorrow. Are you not listening? You said you want the medics. I have to tell them what your complaint is. >> My complaint is what you did. Tell them what you did. >> You know what the did. >> Don't talk to me. >> Okay. >> Can I go to the bathroom? >> Uh, give me a second. There's another officer coming back. >> Yeah. Come back and I'm gone. >> Well, they'll be able to walk to the bathroom. Okay. >> They can walk me to the bathroom and I'm just going to run. >> Well, then we're not going to be able to take you to the bathroom then. >> You don't have to chase me. No, I'm saying I'll be able to take you to the bathroom. >> You're going to take me to the bathroom cuz I'm not going to sit here and piss. >> Well, not if you're going to run. >> I'm going to run and go home. I don't deserve to go to jail. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. >> Because it's two transactions. They both had food. They both had everything. They were shopping together. The only thing I did was the last the couple items I had. >> Okay. So, this shows that you did not scan $32,6.75 worth of items before tax. That's what this shows. >> That's what this is. They went through your cart and they compare the items that were scanned in the cart with the receipt you gave and anything that wasn't scanned and paid for. >> That I did not scan. We had two carts. Did they go into the cart that already left? >> No, they took Listen, that's common sense. >> Okay. But listen, ma'am, they took the cart that you had. >> The cart that I had. >> You had You had the receipt for your cart and the lady and the lady gave you the receipt along with your food stamp card for the card she had. Correct. >> Then did you get the receipt for my sister? >> We took your receipt. >> Your receipt. >> I understand. You said we're both in here shopping together. >> But miss, your receipt was for your shopping cart. >> Okay. >> When the other officer gets here, we will make arrangements to take you to the bathroom. How? I have to go now. >> Okay. Well, you have to wait, ma'am. >> I can't wait. >> Okay. And you're going to have to wait. >> I have a bladder problem. >> I understand that. >> I have a bladder problem. >> Please have a seat, Miss >> Please have a seat. >> I have to pee now. >> Okay. Well, please have a seat >> because I'm already pissed off about what you just putting in there. I'm trying to get out again. Please have a seat. >> And I asked you the same thing. Let me on my >> We are going. >> We are going back to what we went through initially. I'm asking you to have a seat. Please have a seat. >> You doing it now because you have him in here. You didn't try to stab me in front of the lady >> again. I'm asking you to please have a seat. >> How can I have a seat when I got to pee? You want me to >> I want you to please have a seat while I do my paperwork. >> Okay. >> When escaping her cuffs didn't work, she stooped to desperate new lows. But these officers were neither new to her games nor were they about to let her win. So, how about this? I'll be over here because I can't pee. You're gonna make it come out >> again. Please have a seat. >> You're going to make it come out to the other office. How can I hold it? >> Have a seat. He's on his way. And we're going to take you to the restroom. Okay. >> You doing the >> I want you to pee on yourself, but I can't take you to the bathroom. >> Okay. >> You're so rude. >> Call my dad. I should be able to make a phone call. >> Ma'am, please have a seat. Thank you. I'm having a seat. >> Hey, she needs to pee. Um, I don't mind walking her there. And I said she needs to pee really bad. I don't know how you feel. >> She's going to have to be uncuffed and I can stand away. >> Yeah. I mean, it's it's up to you since you're transport. I just I told I told her that I would ask, you know. All right. It's fine. Come on. >> I'll uh I'll walk down there with you. >> Okay. >> Oh my gosh. What? >> Bathroom. Hang on. Hang on. >> Can you just take my jacket off? >> Hold on a second. You coming out? >> You coming out? season. [Music] Oh, okay. I'm sorry. what she's doing. Come on, let's go. >> We got to go. I didn't make a phone call. >> You can make one, but you have to do that once you get to the jail. We have to be able to get there quickly. >> I don't want to go to jail. I tell you that. >> Okay. >> Put a charge on me saying I I um resisted arrest. How can you resist arrest? >> All right. Come on. How? How? How? [Music] [Applause] Let me go. >> And because you guys can't take the other hand. >> Stand over there in the corner. >> I already washed my hands. >> Stand over there in the corner. >> That's not a place to wash your hands. >> For what? >> Put your hands together like you're praying. >> No, you can put my hands in front because I'm not putting my hand. >> They have to go to your back now. >> They have to go on your back. That's >> okay. You see how you how you being aggressive? Look at that. Just relax my arm. I feel relaxing for you. >> Whatever y'all want to say, I'm not going down. >> After a messy bathroom incident, the officers finally loaded her into the cruiser. But by that point, the woman's insufferable attitude had escalated to a whole different level. >> I will run. >> Okay. >> Don't do that. Come on. Don't do Don't Yes, you know exactly. >> You know what you're doing. What am I doing? >> You are making this situation so much more difficult. >> How am I making it difficult when I'm not even touching anything? >> I'm holding my stuff >> and you are trying to slip the cuffs. >> How am I trying to slip the cup? I'm holding my hand. >> You're making it tighter than what it has to be. >> Then stop trying to slip the cuffs. >> How can I slip the cuff when I have a small wrist, sir? That doesn't make any sense. You already have it tight. Call the ambulance now. I'm not leaving with you until I see the ambulance. >> Did you grab my Go ahead. >> Did you grab Did you grab my stuff? >> Yes, I have it. >> Okay, go put me in the car. I don't want to be in the car. >> You're making this my walk. >> Damn. >> Walk. Just walk. >> He already broke it. >> Just sit down. >> Get my flipper from by the door. So then you got to say something. But you have to stop moving around. >> I want to go home. >> I'm not going to no hospital in no jail. I'm going to the hospital. Call my brother. And if you do not comply, I'm not going in the car with you. Those are my rights. If you can't call EMT to come check me out, come see me, then I'm not leaving with you. >> Is EMT coming? Where's the MT at the parking? >> Okay. Where where we're at? We're at in the parking lot. So I can go and show them this and I can show them that my >> You want to go out this door? Where they at? >> Where's the EMT guys? >> They're in the other corner of this parking lot. You got to be patient. What? What other porn? I don't even I don't even need no >> On the flip side, the officers had reached their limit, so they dropped the pleasantries and gave her a harsh dose of reality. >> I'm not getting no I'm not. No. Call my brother now. Call my brother now, please. Call my brother now. Call my brother now, please. Because you didn't. >> You did not even call M. >> You did not even call MT. That's where I'm >> No, she's out of the seat belt. >> Okay, we'll hobble her. Do you have a hobble truck? >> Uh, no. >> I'm not over there. >> Hey, >> you're not going to keep doing this on somebody. No, cuz y'all not respecting where the I said. >> Listen to me. >> No. No. >> If you don't stop, >> we are going to hobble your feet. >> No. No. No. >> You understand that? >> No. No. No. Tell them I want an empty right now. >> You are going to see the nurse at the jail. >> I don't want to see no nurse. >> Okay. >> I don't want to see no. >> The nurse has more training. The nurse has more training than a paramedic. >> No, they don't. >> Yes, they do. >> I'm a licensed. It >> is a registered nurse. Then you should know that a registered nurse has more training. >> It hurt. You got my You got my whole back. And if my wrist get broke, it's over. >> Yeah. If she's saying she's going to go, we don't got to wrestle with her. >> All right. >> Let's see. Yeah. I mean, you put the seat belt on and she took the seat belt off. >> That's on her. >> All right. All right. Thank you. >> Yep. No problem. >> And where's my jacket? >> In the end, the woman was charged with theft and resisting arrest without violence and was sentenced to a pre-trial diversion program, which included a 4-hour theft abatement course, a 4-hour anger management course and a $100 fine. Just like the last Karen got what was coming to her, so did this blonde Bimbo, who refused to take accountability for her theft. >> Don't. I had surgery on my shoulder. Let me go. >> Then walk. >> Don't talk to me like that. >> Then walk on your own. >> I'm not going there. >> That's funny. >> Let myself go. >> Stop. >> Call my husband. >> Let's go put her in the car. I'm not going anywhere until I talk to my hotel. >> Let you go. >> On May the 26th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a Walmart after a woman was caught trying to push a cart full of unpaid items through the garden exit. An employee stopped her, but the moment the officer stepped in, the lady's entitlement went into overdrive. >> Pull away from me. >> Do not >> I need my bag. Don't. I had surgery on my shoulder. Let me go. >> Then walk. >> Don't talk to me like that. >> Then walk on your own. >> You don't want me to cuss at you. You will not cuss at me. >> Yes. Please keep on because I've got an officer that's in my family that's on his way. >> Cool. >> And I He can tell you that you won't talk to me like that. >> And you're not going to keep swinging me around. >> Then walk. >> I'm walking. You're pinching my arm. in that part. We're leaving forever. I'm not guaranteed. That's funny. >> Let my stuff go. >> You're under arrest. >> It's pinching me. >> Sit down. >> You won't abuse me. You might do it to everybody else, but you will not. >> You're going to do what I tell you. >> Let me >> do what I tell you. >> Call my husband now. >> Stop. >> Call my husband. >> Let's go put her in the car. >> Call my husband. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. Carefully. >> You're going to jail. >> You cannot hit me like that. >> Stop. Do you have anything on you? >> Listen. >> Let me go. >> No. You're going. >> Yes or no. >> I'm not going anywhere until I talk to my hotel. >> Let me go. >> Get in the car. >> Take a seat. Kick your feet down. >> I need my stuff. I can't. >> From the get-go, the woman refused to cooperate. choosing aggression over compliance. After a brief scuffle, officers got her into the cruiser, but weren't prepared to deal with not just a thieving Karen, but a lying one as well. >> Nope. You get it after. >> You can't take me to jail for not I was not. [Music] >> Okay, we'll get you to in the jail. >> Y'all can't take me for something that I didn't do. >> My kids are unattended. >> You have kids here? >> My kids are unattended. >> Where? I just >> How old are they? >> How old are your children? >> Where are your kids at? >> Where are your kids at? >> I'm not sure. >> How old are they? Want to sit out here and get some air? >> How old are your children? >> I have so calm down. >> I got an ambulance coming to check. They said they never saw any kids with her. >> Do you have kids here for real? >> Are the kids at this store? >> I'm a 16. >> A 16-year-old. >> Can I Can I please go in and sit down for a second in the office? >> Please. >> Just wait here. EMS is coming here. Be easier than walking in and walking out. I know, but I talked to the the man in there because I was not shoplifting and I don't understand how to >> Did you guys see her come into the store? >> We didn't. We did not. We picked her up when she was shopping on an aisle. >> We watched her come from the back of the store all the way up through Garden Center, try the garden center gate, which was locked. Then she looked, saw the uh east emergency uh access out the side. So she goes up to it, tries the bar, looks around, repositioned some of the stuff she had, pushed through that bar, and that's when Kevin got to the gates, held it. Uh, and then we had a female witness come up. At no time did I see any children. >> Okay. >> I'm going to look and see if I can. >> All right. Yeah. She's saying she has some juvenile children here, and I don't want to leave them. That's fine. I just want to check. I don't want to leave them here. >> No, I understand. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> can I please sit in my office and calm down and talk? >> If you'll be calm and do what I tell you to do. I was upset because I was not shoplifting. >> I don't understand how they consider it shoplifting. >> You tried to push a huge shopping cart full of items out of a closed >> pulled the gentleman that was in there pulled the bug out. I have a gift card for over $200. Why would I steal it? >> All right. But when I tell you you're going to jail and you tell me we're not going to jail, >> I'm sorry. I was upset. And when I ask you to sit down and you don't sit down and then you like bucket me like you see what I'm saying? Like that's not the best way to handle this. Okay. >> If you if we come in here and you sit down and you be calm >> and we're going to come inside. Are you going to be calm? All right. Let's go inside. >> Cuz I'm sure they want to talk to you as well. And then you can talk to them as well cuz they're the ones prosecuting. What's her name? What's your name? >> Her name is um Shares. If you What's in my If you let me see my phone, I can see if she's already left. >> So, she didn't come here. >> She drove a separate car, but she was >> So, she is okay to be by herself. >> I just want to make sure she's not out there waiting on me, >> okay? >> Because she met me up. >> Okay. >> When officers discovered that she had lied about having kids nearby, they knew she wasn't just another petty shoplifter. and what they uncovered next only solidified their suspicions. >> So, you've been stopped here before? >> If you want to have a seat, stop for shoplifting. >> You guys want to have a seat? >> Um, I had a situation like 5 years ago where I had some people with me and we came in this room right here, but it was sort of >> Oh, yes, ma'am. I knew that name was familiar. You dealt with me last time as well. You've lost a lot of weight since then. M yeah, but it was it was um >> almost a felony. >> No, it I don't know how long you stopped her. >> Prosecutor, >> I understand, but it was it was thrown out. I didn't have to go to jail or anything like that because of the circumstances. If you remember correctly, there was a group of people with me and the older lady that was in that was in here was able to prove that it was the um three um younger adults with back then. We had to go to court and if I believe I remember correctly, he never showed up. >> No, that's not true. You can call >> if you're in handcuffs or else you >> could hand me my please. >> No. >> So EMS just pulled up. They're going to come in and check on you. Make sure you're okay. Okay. >> Hi. >> How's it going? >> So we had a little wrestling match while in handcuffs. Uh she said she had a seizure and said something about her arm bleeding. >> Well, you said something about your arm was bleeding or leg you were bleeding somewhere. Let's since they're here, let's have >> It may have been sweat that I felt. >> Okay. Yeah. Double check. Make sure you're okay. I don't see more detail. >> Can I pull my ball down? >> Yeah, if you can like down. >> Can you pull it down under the >> I can't get up there. It's probably not my idea. >> I got a female officer to come help you out if you need it. >> It's okay. I got it. >> All right. So, you good? >> Yes. >> I was actually looking for >> All right. This is should try the gate first. Gate's locked. All right, that's the camera. >> Okay. I don't I'm not sure how what happened with the camera. So, I'm going to do it as separate. >> No, I didn't. >> No, I didn't. >> That's her. >> Oh, she's the camera lady. That was good. I was trying to say that the serial number was wrong. It was the wrong camera. >> I didn't say that. The workers said that. >> But she goes to this fire door over here. >> Okay. >> I bought the camera. >> Mhm. >> I still have the receiving. So, first she pushes the lever in and she stands in for a minute. >> Oh, you saw the face? >> Yeah. She got so excited. Yeah. >> No, I didn't. If you see what I'm doing, I'm licking my lips. >> Okay. >> I went to the tanning bed and my lips are chat and then she swapped over the rope so that she can get the cart for the door. >> But if you pay attention, I just pulled the cart there. >> The door opens the cart. >> Pro the door open. >> That's when Kevin. >> What were you going to do after that? >> I seen him right there. If he wouldn't have come, what were we going to do? >> I was going to go right to the front and pay. I have, if you look at my wallet right now, I have the money to pay for it. >> But she said that she didn't pull the card out the door at all. She gets the card fully out the door. >> No matter how hard she tried, her lies would not hold up. The evidence was overwhelming and officers moved in to make the arrest. But instead of giving up, the thieving Karen switched up to a whole new strategy. >> We're under arrest for felony shoplifting and obstruction. Okay. Okay, look. >> You lied to me. You tried to argue with me. You tried to fight everybody here, you you you didn't try and fight me physically, granted, but you argued with me the whole time. >> Why you recorded me? >> No, he took he took a picture or left. >> Um, >> and the whole time you both knew what happened. >> I wasn't fighting anybody. My arm was pinched and he let it loose. But I'm asking you if there's anything I can do, let me do. come up here and work for you for free to do community service. But my >> ma'am, I'm going to be honest with you, and I'm not trying to be rude, but I wouldn't trust you to work here. >> I understand, but there's got to be something else that we can do. >> This is your second offense at the store, ma'am. You've been caught here before. >> But my the first one that you're referring to, I didn't have to go to court or anything because it wasn't the lady that was in here with you determined it was the others. They were charged with >> ma'am. You're the one in the system. There's no others in the system. It's just you charged. >> I'm just asking you is please. Is there something else we can do? >> I I can't if I give you a break, I have to give everybody else a break and I I can't do that. >> My next my next question is are your children here or child? Cuz that's why we came back. You told me you had children here. >> I don't I don't know. She's already left. >> Okay. But she has her own car and if she can't find you, she's adult enough to get in her car and drive to wherever she's going to go. It's not a juvenile child. I don't want to leave like a 10-year-old here. >> No, but they are um unattended tonight. >> So, do you have younger children other than the 16-year-old at home? >> Uh-huh. >> What's your address? >> 9 25 >> 925. What? If you don't tell me the address, I'm going to charge you the children cuz I got to make sure your children are okay. >> But her sister's with her. My daughter's >> So, there is people to take care of her. Well, the 16year-old, but by Madison County guidelines today. >> Okay. So, what's the address that they are at or going to be at tonight? Cuz you're not going to be out of jail until Tuesday. >> So, how are we going to take care of your children until Tuesday? >> My husband will be home. >> So, there will be somebody home to take care of your children. >> Yes, he'll he'll come home >> tonight. >> Yes. >> Okay. How many kids you got at the house? >> And what time will he be home? >> Two. >> In the morning. Oh, two kids. Sorry. Sorry. >> No, he'll be home tonight. >> Okay. So, they're going to be okay at home with the 16-year-old until Well, hang on a second. How old's the second child? Not the 16-year-old. >> She's 14. >> So, the 14-year-old was at home alone. >> No, the uh the 16-year-old is there with her, and she was supposed to go by and pick up her older sister. >> You just said the 16-year-old was here. >> I said she drove here. And remember, I just said I don't know if she's still here. The woman's pleased and crocodile tears didn't work on anyone in the room. And when her sob story flopped, she reached for one last desperate excuse. >> Is there any way I can say one more thing to Samantha? >> Miss Samantha wants to talk to you. >> And um gentleman, is he your coworker, colleague? >> Um he works. >> He works for you. >> Yes, ma'am. >> 601. I just like for you to understand >> that I was upset >> and I apologize. >> I understand, man, but we gave you every opportunity to cooperate with us and all you wanted to do was was argue. You have to understand where we're coming from on it, too. Fine. >> But I thought >> we gave you an opportunity. >> But I thought the opportunity for me to cooperate was coming with you. You said to comply and come with you, right? We told you that several times and we stood there for about 10 minutes arguing. Maybe not 10 minutes, but a good 5 minutes arguing about it. >> And I I apologize. I was scared. I was flirting. But please don't lock me up for this. I will lose my career. I will lose my family. >> I am. >> If you have, please don't do this to me. >> Ma'am, I lock up people for doing a lot less than this. I had one earlier today that was a little over $40 and they got locked up. So if I lock them up, I have to lock you up. >> I never shut my face here. >> It's fairness and consistency. If I'm not fair and consistent, then I lose my job. And I'm not losing my job for anybody. Anybody. >> Is there anything that we've talked about to do? I begging you not to lock me up. >> Please do anything. I'll never shut my face around here again. >> I ma'am, I understand that you're concerned about losing your career, but what you don't understand is that if I cut you a break and I let you go, I lose my career. And that's how I support my family. And I have to support my family. >> My family for the oil. I gave you notified right now that you're restricted from Walmart property for at least the next years from you cannot enter any or you will be arrested for criminal tres. >> We're done with her. >> Yeah, she's good to go right now. >> Come on, let's walk out. >> Samantha, >> I can't tell. >> Please, I cannot. >> No other option. Get up and walk. >> The officers were ready to wrap things up, but true to her car nature, the suspect was determined to drag things out. That was when one officer posed a question she could not dodge. >> All right, this female officer is going to just check you. Make sure you ain't got anything on you. >> We're going to go to this car right here. I'm going to patch you down really quick. Okay. You don't have anything on you, do you? >> Just so you know, if you cross the guard line at the jail, that's another charge. Okay. And I'd rather you not get that. Yes. >> I have no control over that. >> Understand? I can't go to jail. I will move. >> 811 dispatch. >> I will move back. >> Confirmed. There were no children at the store. She's been cleared by EMS. >> Is there anything you can do to help me? >> I can't. >> Can you take me back to talk to her? >> She said she was done talking to you. Can you do radio over and ask her if I can have one more chance at the doctor? Please, sir. I don't want to lose my kids. I don't want to lose my job. >> So, what are you what have you been taking? >> What do you mean? >> Are you taking any like narcotics or prescription medications? >> Oops. Well, you're displaying a lot of uh characteristics that are common with people that use narcotics. >> Yeah. Before that, before on video, when you were pushing around your shopping cart inside the store, are you on? >> Yeah. >> Sure. >> You sure? >> Yeah. >> Yes, I'm sure that everything that I say, nobody's There's nothing to believe. It's on video. You pushed a $1,000 plus worth of merchandise out of a fire exit. That is not common. Very. It's like rare. The people that do that are intentionally stealing. >> Walked up. >> Huh? When this when the guy walked up, I I brought attention to him and I told him, I said something to him first. >> What'd you say to him? >> I said, "Sir." And he said, "Yeah." And I said, "I opened this door because the other one would not open. I wasn't I wasn't aware that the garden center club was closed and I can't get out." and he said, "Okay, that's no problem. We'll just go back." >> All right. Well, you'll have a day to explain it on your court date in front of a judge. And if a judge agrees with you that it was a a a simple mistake, or honest mistake, then I'm sure he'll drop the charges. If not, then whatever happens happens. Yes, sir. >> I'll lose my job because I don't report to work. Well, you're not going to be out till Tuesday. >> How can y'all just take their word for it? >> I didn't take their word for it. They showed me video of you walking out of the store without paying for merchandise. That's called shoplifting. >> I didn't even get all my way out of the store. >> Yeah, you did. I watched it on video. You completely walked outside of the store. Out of a fire exit. >> I work at a hospital. >> What do you do at the hospital? >> I'm a nurse. Oh, well, >> I mean, it looks like y'all >> being able to believe a part of what I'm saying. >> Uh, you know what? After watching the video, I'm going to be honest with you, I don't believe any of it. >> Sounds like uh Yeah, I don't I don't believe any of it. >> So, you honestly think I would have walked >> Yes. >> to my honestly think you attempted to shop >> the parking lot? >> I do. I do. >> With all my stuff not in a bag. >> Uh-huh. But that's just my opinion. But it it really doesn't matter what my opinion is. Walmart's prosecuting. So whether I think you did it or not is irrelevant. >> I need to call my dad. >> You will have a chance to use the phone in here. >> The woman was charged with felony theft by shoplifting and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers. While the previous Karen was positively insufferable, this lady fared no better when she tried making fraudulent returns at a Walmart. >> You know that the things you returned, >> you selected from the store. You didn't pay for I mean, I It's not like I was doing major stuff, but I mean, I know. >> What do you mean major stuff? Yesterday was almost $1,000. >> I've never been arrested before. >> Oh, come on. I find that hard to believe. >> Everything you said >> since the time we contacted you >> with you the whole >> has either been a lie or some kind of roundabout crap. >> On July the 28th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a Walmart in response to an active shoplifting incident involving a woman who was making fraudulent returns. >> She's doing a second return. Okay. Okay. He's trying to scan her her her digital receipt. >> Yeah, just for the record, we have PCR already for return fraud. >> Uh, he struggled last night. It's not scanning for whatever reason. >> Where's your authority guy? Is he going to help you? >> I still have not been able to locate him. He might actually be on lunch. >> We only had one today. I cannot find him anywhere. She's doing a second return for Sean. Actually, she might be doing a third return. >> Wow. Sounds like she needs to go to jail. Yeah, I she's I I'm just I don't even want to know how many times she's gotten away on us. >> Tell your uh yellow vest, don't stop her. Just wave her on. >> Keep going. Keep going. >> Yeah, I swear to God if she goes into subway, I'm going to have a freaking stroke. No, we got the crime anyway already. So, we'll just contact her in Safeway. >> All right. So, he's giving her more cash now. >> Okay. >> Can't exactly tell how much cash he's pulling out. He's not making it easy for me to count. >> That's okay. >> All right. But he did give her a receipt. So, we'll just use that receipt. She put that money in her right pocket. No, she pulled it back out. >> She's going to be gone by the time we get there anyway. >> All right. She's moving away from the customer service. She did not try to return that speaker. >> Okay. So, she's going to walk out with it then. >> Yeah. She looks like she's coming to the GM or the pharmacy side. I lied. She turned around. Okay. >> What the [ __ ] Yep. She's going towards grocery now. >> Grocery. Okay. >> All right. She's in front of the nail salon. >> Okay. >> She's in front of Subway. Yeah, she's coming out. She's wearing a black shirt with like a Playboy bunny on her back. >> She out the store. >> She's about to cross the final point of sale here in a second. >> Didn't take long for deputies to pull up to the store entrance where they confronted her only to be met with blatant entitlement. >> There she is. >> Hi, security. >> So, you just did some fraudulent returns. >> Yes, you. Okay, go ahead. Put your hands behind your back. Drop the receipts. Put your phone down. Put your hands behind your back. Do >> you have any weapons on you? >> No. Okay. >> You're under arrest for theft. I've been watching you for about a good 20 minutes already. >> I just paid for that though and I just went to the rescue. Sorry. >> Tried doing it yesterday, too. >> Everything I didn't do anything yesterday. >> You got away. You're right. >> You're under arrest for theft. The speaker is not paid for. We know that already. This receipt shopping. You didn't select You selected these things from the store. >> I just pasted I just pasted those. I got the receipt right there. >> Remember everything's on camera. >> No, I get it. That's fine. But >> you lie to us. >> It's a good straight kick to the jail. >> Look at the receipts is what I was saying. >> Yeah, the receipts are all fraudulent. We know already. You're not the first person that brought this up. Okay. So, anyway, you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand your rights? >> Okay. So, we're going to escort you back to the loss prevention office. Dave, just throw her in my car. I'm just going to drive her over there. Okay. First off, we have to identify you. What is this nonsense? Tessa M comes back to a Talisan Peak who's a male that's 611 175. >> Why would your brother come up as you? >> That's not my name though. I don't know why. >> I don't know either. >> There's driver status right there. >> Well, you better start thinking about different name cuz this one ain't working. You just said that that was your brother. >> No, I was saying I don't. But if that's not me right there, >> you know, you got to keep your life straight cuz I listen really well. >> Okay. What I'm trying to say is that drivers I don't give a rat's about the driver's status. I want to know who you are. I'm going to run it one more time. And if not, you're you're just going to go to jail for providing false information to law enforcement. Regardless if you have a warrant, nothing. I'll just book you. That's that's the simplest way for me. It's Sunday. Last name again. What is your real name? I'm going to run it again. If it comes back, no record. We're not even going to go in the office. You're going to go straight to jail. I'm listening. I don't either, but it usually means that people are lying about their name. >> No, but above it, it said driver status. >> I don't give a about the driver's status. What is your real name? >> That's my name. >> That don't look like her. >> Oh, she's got both. >> What is your middle initial? And what is your date of birth? 93. >> Nope. Comes back to Talison. 611 175. Male. You're definitely not a male. >> Is your ID out of Washington? >> No, it's Portland, Oregon. >> It's out of Oregon. >> Yeah. It's in my purse. >> It's It's in your purse inside? >> Yeah, it should be. >> Okay. >> But before the officers could grill her on her fraudulent actions, they ran into a bigger headache, figuring out who she was. That task sounded easy, except the woman decided to turn into a game of cat and mouse. >> So, which one of these IDs is yours? >> Tessa. >> So, I'm going to use that. >> Passport to the right. >> Yeah. Who are these? >> I'm not sure, sir. >> Well, they were in your purse. >> I understand that. Yeah. >> So, where's where's your organ ID? >> It's in there. If it's not, it's in my car. >> Whose car is that, by the way? >> It's mine. It's >> not registered to you. >> I just got it. >> So, are you Ashley? >> No, it's probably in my car. >> I'm guessing you're not this guy, Elijah. >> I was just looking for it, too. It's probably in my car. >> Where's this passport you speak of? >> He's got it in his hand. >> Passport. >> And then my driver's license. It should It should be right there in my my car. >> So, the name on this is correct. >> Yes, sir. My driver's license. It's in my car. I had it on. Did you check this pocket? >> What's the uh address on your coins? wasn't in any my ID or anything in there. That's what I'm saying. >> You would know that, would you? >> Well, no, because I it might I can't feel right there. >> Oh, yeah. Where is it? >> It's in my car. If it's not in my purse, it's in my car. >> Just for your car. >> Yeah, but I I mean, I don't want to just have the door open like without me there. >> Transport you through your car. >> It's nice little catch. >> She got lucky yesterday when we were dealing with all the other commotion is when she tried to do that. They must have all been together and they just >> I I feel like they do have like a little meet up and say, "Hey, let's all just try to mass surge them and see what happened." >> Disregarding the false identity for a moment, the officers returned to the task at hand, which was to question the woman over her deceitful actions. However, they underestimated what length she would go to in an attempt to save her face. >> So that you know, in contact with loss prevention the whole time you've been here, they spotted you right away because they recognized you from yesterday. They know that the things you returned, >> you selected from the store. You didn't pay for them. You didn't come in with them. >> There's a couple of them I didn't. >> There's a couple things you came in with. Speaker you selected and have to be removed from a glass case by an associate, right? >> Yes. >> You never paid for that. Fortunately, you didn't try to return that for cash, but you did do two p ones for cash and those are being scrutinized right now. >> It's just been a little hard for me. I mean, it's not like I was doing major stuff, but I mean, I know. >> What do you mean major stuff? Yesterday was almost $1,000. >> I got really scared. What? >> Yeah. for my card not working. >> Yeah. Thousand bucks. >> Okay, back to the store. We'll figure something out. >> Is she 100% the one that tried to get out yesterday? Um, >> but my card, >> she didn't change her her clothes or anything. >> Really? >> She said she tried to use her card, but everything she said >> tried to take the card out of merchandise, but there was three managers that prevented her from doing it. >> No, they didn't stop me or anything. They were just standing around me. >> And that's when you decided that, oh, I'm not going to risk it getting caught because you were right there at the point of sale, final point of sale to take it out, >> right? My card declined. >> Well, you still took the cart all the way to the final point of sale. >> Yeah. Who does that? >> Well, you have to to bring it up. >> But your card got declined. How are you going to pay for it? >> You leave your card. >> Okay. You're going to be booked into jail cuz that's the only reasonable way we can identify you cuz you got so many IDs. You can't find your driver's license. So, that's the safest way for me cuz I don't want to get your name is not really Tessa. I don't want to get >> Tessa in trouble because you lied about your identity. >> I'm telling you the truth about my identity, you guys. It's right there. >> Which one? But Tessa, >> I said I just grabbed that bag. >> It doesn't really look like you. >> I'm moving. I just grab my bag there. Use that bag. >> So that's $649. That's not counting the refund from >> Wow. >> $649. >> Wow. >> What? Me? >> Yeah. >> I just paid for some though. >> Not even close to This ain't even close to $649. >> Have you ever been trespassed or anything here, you guys? Right. Going to be trespassed and cited and booked into jail. >> Gordon, do you want me to do the theft and the refund fraud like twice? >> You can do it all in one. >> Okay. >> So, I don't know. >> I've never been arrested before. >> Oh, come on. I find that hard to believe. >> Look, everything >> I've never done. >> Everything you said >> I've seen people >> since the time we contacted you >> with you the whole >> has either been a lie or some kind of roundabout crap. >> How has it been a lie? I've been talking about everything. >> I paid for that. No, I paid for some of it. As I said, >> you know what? We're not We're not dealing with semantics here. This is not an English language course. Okay. >> I have pretty good ears. I've been doing this for 30 years. I know when people lie to me. >> What What state were you born in? >> Portland. >> Wisconsin. >> Oh my god. >> I was like a passport. >> More lies. >> What would be the difference? >> No. What do you mean? >> He He just asked you. >> I didn't hear him say >> state were you born in? I heard it. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I thought he was talking about that. >> And you said Portland, Oregon. >> That's where I'm from. I'm sorry. That's just You guys have a lot going on right now. Like, what do >> you mean a lot going on? I got a lot going on, too. >> I'm sorry, you guys. I've never gone through this before. >> What's your last name? >> How do you spell it? >> Okay. What's your middle or sorry, what's your first name? >> Tessa. >> Tessa. What's your middle initial? >> M as in Mary. >> Yes. >> Why does your passport say L? >> That's not >> That's not your passport all of a sudden. >> No, I didn't say that. >> Then what? You guys, >> you know what? I'm just going to do the psych based on what she's giving me >> and the jail can figure it out. You know, this could have been so easy. >> I'm answering everything. I've been telling you everything. >> Yeah, you're answering everything. That's great. But you everything's roundabout or a lie. >> It is not. >> You know, I'm very observant. So is this officer and that officer. >> And you can go get my driver's license, too. >> Place of birth, Wisconsin, USA. He asked you specifically. >> I thought about where you from. I didn't hear that part, you guys. I just said I was sorry. I didn't hear. >> And what the hell is this supposed to be? I don't know if that's in there. >> You say somebody trying to wash a driver's license, make another one. You know exactly what that means. >> Once the woman realized the officers weren't falling for her web of madeup stories, she dropped the act and switched tactics. Suddenly, she wasn't a smoothtalking scammer anymore. Rather, she was the victim. >> You guys, please don't do this. Like, >> if you ask them nicely, they may not tow your car. >> If your car's not gone by 11:00 tonight, your car is being >> Please don't do this. I understand something was really wrong, but come on you guys. Please. >> I've never been in trouble with you guys before. I've seen way >> dude. You haven't been caught. Don't cry. >> Your tears are not going to change the outcome. It's not going to make me feel any less damage. You guys, but please give me a chance. >> My job is to make sure you are held accountable. I'm doing my part. >> I don't hold myself accountable for it, sir. I really >> I don't trust you to hold yourself accountable. >> Did you hold yourself accountable yesterday when you got caught? >> I didn't I didn't get caught yesterday. >> I know you didn't get caught. That's why you see the car didn't go through, you guys. Then I walked away from the cart. >> You're not welcome at all. And so we're putting you in the database. Life. You are trespassed from Walmart for life. Doesn't matter if it's Yelm where you had an event. Doesn't matter where it's Tacoma. Doesn't matter Federal Way. Any Walmart. You are not welcome on the property. And it's trespassing if you enter the property. Okay. >> All I can say is I can get my my driver's license. You guys, I don't know what else to say. Why? I don't understand. >> The other officer just went out to your car. >> We already looked for your ID in there. >> Like look, >> I don't know what you're trying to get out of this. You're under arrest. >> I get that. >> We need to identify you. That's it. You're not We're not about to be Okay, you know what? We're sorry. We inconvenience you. >> No, you guys aren't I understand what I did was wrong. >> And that's why you're going to get booked today because they're going to take your fingerprints at jail and then they'll actually identify you. So, if you have any other warrants or anything like that, you can probably expect to sit there and serve that time for those warrants. If you have any felony warrants, what they'll do is they'll transport you to King County Jail and have you sit there. If you have any outer state warrants, they'll extradite you back to that state and you can serve your time there. No. >> Okay. That's that's just what I'm telling you is going to happen. >> Okay. But I don't have that. >> Okay. Then if then you don't have to worry about it, then you're just going to serve your time for today's incident. >> What is that? What is that much time? You guys, I have >> I I cannot tell you. It's on the It's on the court system. >> And if I have to get that what? >> It's it's on the courts. So once once you go to jail, you're going to get you're going to have your hearing. The judge is going to determine all the facts, whether they give you bail or no bail, and then they'll go from there. >> I will do anything to get this right. I said I'm I know I do wrong and I won't ever come back to this Walmart. I promise. >> You do? You go to jail for that, too. >> What? >> Come back to this Walmart. >> I know. I'm saying I won't. There's so much worse things going on right now. Like I don't understand like why you guys can't give me the one chance. Like I've never been here before. >> So So you're right. There are worse things going on. But when we have a call for service, we have to answer that call for service. >> Yes, I did. >> And instead of three police officers helping other citizens, we're sitting here dealing with you. One because we can't identify you. I know what I >> and because of your actions today. This is your citation. It is for theft in the third degree despite you stealing probably a felonious amount of merchandise. We're going to go with the lower degree. Um not real sure what I'm going to do with the crystal cuz that I can test and he may sustain a charge because of that >> for a little bit. Can I tell you about it? >> You know what a little bit is? >> I am. >> This is not a little bit. This is actually quite a bit. you know, the Blake decision and all that stuff. >> I admit to everything I've been cooperating with you guys the whole time. I don't understand. And you know what? If you guys are hitting me so hard, like my kid is at home. >> If you turn out to be just a I apologize. >> At this point, I'm not believing you because everything you've told us is counter. >> Can she go out and look at my my car for me? >> No, she doesn't want to go through your car. Are you kidding me? >> Okay. ID. >> Theft. Fortunately, I think this is a gross misdemeanor. So, you got that. The problem is is that providing false information to law enforcement is a class C felony. >> I get that. I'm not right there. >> Yeah. So, as long as you're not worried about that. >> Can't take any. >> You can't take any IDs that are do not belong to you. Except for the Tesla one because >> Oh, that one's a different metal one as well. >> Yeah, but who? That's who she's claiming to be. I'll take a picture of that. >> Tessa Lauren. >> Getting one true statement out of this woman was like trying to catch a fish with bare hands. Just slippery, frustrating, and downright impossible. >> So Lauren, that may be your sister. >> No, it's my name. >> Your maiden middle name. >> I wasn't married. I had >> your middle name when you got married. >> No, it's Maurice is a French name, you guys. It's not like that. Like I don't know how to explain it. So when I say >> people change their last names, not their middle names. >> It's a It's a hyphened last name. It's not >> Oh boy. >> When did you get married? >> I was married 14 years. No. When did you get married? >> Um, when I was 20 to >> look straight at the camera say uh 28 maybe. >> In my 30 years not going to help my daughter >> of police work. Right. >> I have never seen anyone change their middle name when they got married. >> Nobody. >> Zero. >> When did you Hey, when did you get married? >> I was married from what I say like I was 20 to 34. >> And how old are you now? I am just uh >> Are you still married? >> No, that ID is from when or the newest one. >> We're done here. >> This is too much. >> Uh this officer is going to drive you by your car and then you're going to watch me >> put all your stuff in the car and then I'll bring back the keys. No, >> I can't have a drink of water. >> No. >> So, you finally admitted that you lied to us. No, I'm saying if you think I do. >> But my neck. >> I'm sorry for lying to you guys. >> But that became >> I don't know what I was was lying about though, you guys. >> Unsurprisingly, it was later revealed her fingerprints didn't come back to the name she provided to the cops. The woman was ultimately charged with theft, possession of a controlled substance, and providing false and misleading information to police. Speaking of behaving like a total unhinged Karen, this woman called the cops to a Walmart only to waste their time instead. >> Listen, you called me for help. >> Oh, you're going to play that? Do you want to be arrested? Okay. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Stop. Stop. >> Try me. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. On March the 14th, 2024, Ohio officers responded to a customer's call at a local Walmart, claiming the manager was threatening her. The situation took a dramatic turn when the officer's attempts at a civil conversation were met with increasingly hostile and incoherent responses. What should have been a simple discussion rapidly spiraled into something the officers never saw coming. >> Okay, you called the cops. I'm here. Yes, going on you. Come on. These people so mad at me. I don't care who does dope. >> I don't like it. >> Okay. So, what is going on? That's what I'm asking you. >> These people here. He does. >> Can you film? >> Sorry. >> Okay. Listen. You called me for help. >> Oh, you're going to play that? >> What is going on? That's what I'm asking you. I just didn't want to be in the corner. Okay. That's all I'm saying is to step out of the door. >> Yeah. You want to play? >> Listen. >> You want to play? >> I'm not messing with you. I'm asking you what's going on. >> Do you want to be tested? >> Okay. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop trying me. >> Stop trying. >> Stop. >> Stop trying me. >> Stop. Stop it. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Resisting. >> All right. Roll over. Roll over. >> Stop. Get over radio, >> dude. You really >> get off my hand. Stop. >> Pull your hand out. >> Oh, that's you addict. >> Stop. You are. >> You are under arrest. >> Come on. Sorry. >> No. >> Get stuck. I >> think it's >> I got you. >> Stop. Not >> try. We got to >> go. You got to go through. >> You said >> Is there anything on you we should know about? >> Undercover. >> Is there anything that's going to hurt us? Poke us, stick us on? >> No. >> Any weapons? >> No. >> What's your name? >> Nothing but [ __ ] >> Okay, here's another one. All right. Are you going to sit up for us? Give us more information you try to >> No. >> Despite the officer's professional approach, the Karen's resistance intensified, leading to a chaotic struggle that required multiple officers to contain. Her bizarre accusations and behavior suggested she could be under the influence. >> Stop. Stop. >> Go get a hob. Go get a hover. >> A hover. Yeah. >> They're not weapons. Stop. >> Relax. Hi. >> I got I don't need you for >> how you and he's just a twisty. Yeah. >> Stop. >> Roll her on her side and then make her sit up. She won't get kicked so much. >> Ready? Roll her on your side. [Music] >> We'll do it for you then. >> What did you say? like this. >> I've got to do I'll rip you apart. >> You all That's mine. you. >> Yep. >> I tried to help her. Okay. >> Undo that buckle. Undo that buckle. >> You want me to give her Give me your her feet so I can me swing her feet here. Pull down. You're not going to get it there. Okay, back it up. Hold her on the other side. >> You mother. She was highly uncooperative and unwilling to comply, failing to grasp that there was no undoing her actions. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> My name is Sergeant Jackson. >> Hi, Sergeant Jack. >> So, walk me through your interaction with my officer today. Kind of explain what happened. >> What would you like? >> Start from the beginning. When my officer got on scene, what happened? Their reason why you were fighting with my officer. >> There's four of you. >> No, I'm asking you why why it took four of them to to get your restraint. I'm asking that. >> Well, no. Like, >> why did it why did they have to restrain you in the first place? First of all, you know why? >> I don't care. >> You what? I'm sorry. >> Okay. All right. Well, I'll just take that as you don't want to talk to me then. Okay. All right. The officers faced an unexpected complication when a male companion, whose connection to the young woman was far deeper than initially claimed, was found to have concealed his true identity. However, the full truth came to light once his real background was uncovered. >> Bring your hands back behind your back. You're not under arrest right now. >> Spread your legs apart. Little bit wider, please. >> I'm waiting on a ride. I ain't nowhere. Who you waiting for for the ride? >> My brother. I just called him. I ain't nowhere with her. I'm innocent. I ain't nowhere with her. >> I swear to God I ain't. I'm waiting on the camera. That's why we're out here. >> Nah, I ain't coming with her. All right. Do you have some ID on you? You have You don't have a driver's license or anything? >> Not on me. Not on you. All right. I'm going to have you have a seat right over here to your right on that little stoop. Just have a seat right there. There you go. Just keep your hands on your knees. >> We all got ourselves out. >> I know. Thank you. >> Okay. So, how'd you get here? >> Um, >> thank you. >> My mama stay out here. I came out here to stay with my mama. I just came to the store with my ride. I'm innocent. I ain't I don't know that person at all. >> Okay. So, we're in there watching cameras and the Walmart staff believe that you were talking that people are going to jump in. >> I ain't talked to her. >> You look at the camera. I ain't talk to her now. I don't know her. >> Can we watch the camera? Is it going to show that you guys came together? >> No. Watch the cameras. She ain't We ain't walking together and nothing. >> Okay. So, how did you get here? >> I came here on the bus. >> Okay. >> And my brother about to pick me up and take me home. >> What's your brother's name? I ain't that I ain't >> You don't know her at all? >> I don't know her at all. You >> saw someone down in here, right? >> I did. I did, but I don't know her. >> Who were you here with? >> No one. I thought you said you came here with somebody to get to get them. Well, well, who were you here with? Okay. I'm just trying to figure out if there's somebody else here that that we need to account for. >> All right, go ahead and stand up. >> Stand up, man. >> Go ahead. >> So, hey, your name is And you lied to us, so that's concerning. Have a seat. >> So, why'd you lie to me? >> Cuz I didn't want to get in trouble, bro. All right, I understand that. But we're just trying to figure out what's going on. So that concern with Hey, look. >> I ain't had nothing to do with this. >> Okay. But when you lie to me and you're not being truthful about your identity. >> That's why you're sitting in handcuffs right now because you you failed to identify. You're lying to me. >> But I ain't had nothing. But at the end of the day, I had nothing to do with this. >> Well, we don't know that. That's why we're talking. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> You do you have active warrants for your arrest? No, >> I ain't got no warrant. >> Okay. >> Nothing at all. Nothing at all. I ain't did nothing. >> Before we ask you any questions, you must understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer before we ask you any questions and have a lawyer with you during questioning. >> Why would I stay here if I did something? >> That Cincinnati one is a parole violation out of the Cincinnati hub. So, >> okay. >> So, what about Cinti? Any warrants out of Cinti? >> I come from Cincinnati. >> Okay. So, we're verifying that right now. You think that's that's good? Are you out pro violation out of sensing? All right, cool. I appreciate your honesty, man. >> I just want to make sure Yep. I just want to make sure these are tight and uh we can double lock them so they don't cinch down on your wrist. Your warrant for the parole violation was good. All right. You understand that? All right. Do you have anything in your sock? Anything at all? All right. All right, leave that on for me. Okay. >> Yeah, but might be a little little too tight. Yeah. >> Safety first, though. Okay. >> At the station, something critical emerged. But the lady, for reasons only known to her, pretended not to notice until the consequences forced her to cooperate. >> Is there anybody in your car at Walmart? Where are your kids at? >> No, they're not in there. >> Cuz here's the deal. right now. If your kids are left somewhere where they're not safe right now, then you're going to get charged with something out of that. Whereas, if you tell us to make sure your kids are okay, then it won't be as big of an issue. But if your kids are somewhere alone, I don't know how old they are. If they don't know enough to take care of themselves, if they're somewhere alone right now, you're going to get yourself in a lot of trouble. >> So, where are your kids at? >> If you still live, >> we'll start with this. How old are your kids? >> Okay. If something happens to them, you're going to be 100% responsible for it and spend a lot more time in prison for it if something happens. What's that? I'm not going to hurt you. You need to tell me what's going on with your kids cuz I want to make sure they're okay. Where are your kids? How old are your kids? All right. You do have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. This isn't about me trying to charge you with something, though. I'm just trying to make sure your kids are okay cuz obviously there's something going on with them that we I feel like we need to know about with how you're acting. What's that? >> We're not going to hurt your kids. If they're with somebody safe, we don't need to do anything. I just want to make sure they are safe. They are safe. You're confident enough to say that that we don't need to do anything cuz you're the mom. You're responsible for them. I'm giving you a chance if there's something that needs to be taken care of to make sure they're safe to tell us. Are they safe right now? So they're with somebody that you trust. >> Okay. >> Eventually, she was charged with obstructing official business and possession of drugs. After one train wreck of entitlement, officers were met with another when they confronted this aggressive Karen in a Walmart parking lot. >> Shoe were right down the middle of the street as I ran into the shoe. >> Hey, hold on. That is racist, man. >> I tripped him. I'm so sorry. I tripped him. >> You have anything in your pockets? I don't believe so. You can check. >> On February the 26th, 2022, an officer responding to a shoplifting call at a local Walmart found her attention diverted by a commotion in the parking lot. What began as a simple misunderstanding over a child's shoe quickly spiraled into a tense confrontation. All because a Karen was involved. >> I'm on scene. There seems to be a verbal domestic occurring in the parking lot. It's unrelated to black female black shirt. Ma'am, right behind you. >> I see him. >> I got blood coming out. >> What's going on? >> I was I did not realize that my son dropped his shoe. >> I literally am running right here because I left him right here. The shoe were right down the middle of the street as I'm running to the shoe. >> Okay, hold on. I can't listen to you if you don't. No, no, he didn't kick it up on the curb. He saw me running to it and he kicked it talking about some get this out the way. Like let's be for real. We're not going to do that cuz the police right here. >> The officer carefully pieced together the puzzle through interviews. The situation grew more tangled as a mother's frustration erupted into accusations of racism. While the man's calm demeanor stood in stark contrast to the troubling claims against him >> and knocked me on the ground and they seen >> okay. >> I mean she literally done that to me and knocked me on the ground. He's got marks on me. >> I didn't. And when I was trying to get him to get my son's shirt after he deliberately said, "I'm not going to get that." >> So, what happened from y'all's perspective? >> As I walked out the store, I seen the kid's shoe. What I did is I bumped it to the side. Somebody's going to run over it. >> It's going to get damaged. >> I figured somebody would come back and pick this up. >> That's all I did. That's what I told her. I said, "And they've seen it, too. They probably gone now. Oh, she's still right there. >> And uh >> do you want to hang on for a second so I can talk to you after I get done talking to him? >> If you don't mind, please. >> Please. >> Okay, we've got another officer that's pulling in right now. So, it should be pretty quick. >> Bring in bobbing this. Please. >> But, but I mean, I'm walking down the P. I ain't saying a word to her cuz I know I can't. >> Okay. So, you didn't say anything and you moved the shoe. So what I did is like that shoe and it flipped up on a little curving >> cuz it's kid shoe. >> Okay. >> You like grand like Well, somebody's coming back after this. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Then she comes aggressive. Pick that shoe up. I said, "I'm not going to touch that shoe. I don't want you. >> I'm not going to touch it." At least I did do >> put it back up on the curving. >> Okay. All right. >> So, we keep going and this lady right here's right behind me and she's like, "This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous." Well, then she comes and then she comes at me and hits me in my back and >> knocks me on my ground. >> I didn't. >> All right. Then she grabs me with her fingers >> and grabs me. You going to do it? >> I'm trying to, but >> aggressive. Very aggressive. >> He didn't even have to He didn't have to mean >> he did it. >> Yeah. for real. >> I just keep walking. I >> did you see any of it? >> I didn't see him get hit and stuff, but I heard her I actually heard him I mean, you know, and >> I heard the smack on his back. >> Okay. >> I mean, that's how hard literally hit me like you going to >> and then that's when my elbows hurt. >> When that lady said I turned around cuz she said, you know, you can go to jail for that. A crucial witness stepped forward, providing testimony that dramatically shifted the direction of the investigation. Her account of what she observed proved instrumental in determining the true sequence of events, leaving officers with no choice but to take decisive action. >> So, what did uh you see happen? >> Watching your bike off. I've never >> We're trying to see. >> I'm just coming out his stomach. >> He came flying, running up behind him, pushing him, pulling my brand new uniform. You you kicked my son's shoe. You need to go pick it up, lady. I'm sorry. I'm just trying to keep get the shoe out the way. And she kept falling behind him. You kept telling him, "You need to go pick my son shoe up." And then she was trying to punch him in the face. She was like, she going to punch. Wait a minute. It's not that serious. >> Then she he kept walking. >> She came walking right behind him and tripped him up and he fell on the ground. So she pushed him and he didn't fall. And so she ran up behind him and tripped him. So he did fall. He did. >> Okay. >> And then what happened? >> Uh he got up and I stopped him. I was like, "Look, it's not that serious. Ain't going to jail for." >> Mhm. >> Well, you don't understand. He kic my son's shoe. It's not this serious about the shoe. Like he kicked his shoe. He probably I didn't know if he knew shoe or I had no idea, >> but I told it wasn't that serious about the shoe trying to keep up. It's not not worth going to jail for a bit. Not it wasn't that serious right there. >> Yeah. >> But she did kick push me and kick him. >> Okay. Did you see her grab his arm at all? >> Uh I seen her reach for it, but I don't know if she grabbed it or not. >> Okay. >> She seen her fall on the ground, too. >> Yeah. I just told her I seen her kick you on the ground. She tripped you up. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Despite her efforts to make her story convincing, it unconsciously hinted that there was more to the situation than met the eye. >> Hi, ma'am. So, what's going on? I got to my car, >> okay, >> and realized that my son had lost his slides in the middle of the road. >> I realized that until we literally had got to the back of the car. >> Okay. >> I looked up there. I had just tapped my border right here. My son was still in the thing >> literally right here. >> Okay. >> But I pushed it to make sure he didn't roll out of into the streets. >> As I'm running, I'm running because I see, you know, cars or I see traffic something. So, I'm running up there again, running cuz he's right here. And as I was running, I'm like, "Oh, no. Everybody >> the witness is good to go, right direction." I'm like, "Yeah, >> I'm like my son shoot me." >> Nobody else kicked it. I'm going up there. Nobody bothered. >> Okay. >> I don't know. I can't really say the lock eyes, but he definitely saw me running. Like people see me when you see somebody running, you're going to look. So, I can't say block eyes, but he saw me running. I'm saying, you know, there's his shoe. >> Okay. Soon as I got close to the shoe, we're literally about as this distance that you can tell when somebody's running towards something. As soon as I got close to it, he kicked it as hard as he could. And he was like, "Get the out of here." And I was like, "No, excuse me, sir." And I said it just like this. I said, "Excuse me, sir. That's my son's shoes. I was just running to get it. Could you please pick that up so she kicked it?" Okay. >> He was like, "I'm not doing >> I was like, "But you just kicked it and you saw me running to it." I said, "Could you get my son's shoe?" I'm not doing [ __ ] You know what I'm saying? It was just the demeanor. And I'm like, you know what I'm saying? Like, >> wait a minute. I said, but you you know, you didn't have to kick it though. You know, like, come on, just just go get the shoe. And he just kept on going like like he's, you know, I ain't doing, you know, he just kept going that. And I'm like, hold on. Like, wait a minute. And I I will say as I did try to grab his shirt for him to bring him back over here, he kind of swung and I believe my fingernail went in his arm. I did not reach at him. I did not try to grab him. And yes, the the situation did elevate. And I do I apologize to y'all. Not to him because he was very disrespectful and he's very calm right now. But that was not his demeanor before y'all got here. He was very disrespectful at the mouth. And I'm sorry, but to me it was racial because had it been another race, I'm pretty sure he would have picked it up. probably wouldn't even kicked it if he saw another race running towards what belonged to them or anything of that nature. So that's how the situation elevated a little quickly. On top of that, again, like I told you, my son was sitting right here. So I'm trying to get back to my son. It's just me. >> Okay. >> So I hear you. So I make sure I got this right. You know, he kicked it, turned away, was walking away from you. You tried to, you know, reach up, grab him, you know, tell him stop. And when he kind of like shoot me away, you know, then you got kind of tangled up in him. >> Yes. Like I I did not I would never put my hands on nobody like seriously. >> Was there any other like contact remarks like you know, was there any like after that was there anything else that happened? >> I I tripped him. Yes, I did. I tripped him. I'm so sorry. I tripped him and I'm sorry. >> I put my foot out and I tripped him like >> as he was walking. Yes. because he I I kept trying to get him just All I really wanted was for him just to go get my son's shoe since you kicked it the way you kicked it >> like really it and I know it may sound petty to y'all like I promise you it do >> but it was just like just the simple fact like you didn't have to do that for one but since you did you could have went and got it but since you did it and you want to keep on going at it like you you know what I'm saying it's just your demeanor so I'm like you know what >> and I just I tripped him >> and and I came back to the car cuz he No, before I tripped him, he kept saying, "Well, I'm calling." He I guess he has a police friend and he just kept saying he kept telling he was like, "Get I'm about to call the police." And I was like, "You don't have to call the police if you want to. The police are already here. Like, we can go get them." And he kept saying he was going to call a friend. >> I'm I'm like I said, >> the situation escalated. that would change the way. >> I'm I'm so like >> the gravity of the situation began to sink in as officers processed all the witness's statements and evidence before them. What seemed like a simple misunderstanding over a child's shoe had evolved into a serious legal matter with officers having to make a difficult decision. >> So, as of right now, um there's simple battery for sure just by the fact that she tripped you and all that. Um, and then the marking we could possibly do battery. Um, do you guys do you want to press charges? >> I really don't. >> Okay. >> I mean, I just wanted to understand you can't do that to people. >> Okay. >> And please understand and tell her >> this is your warning. >> Okay. >> If she does it again, somebody's going to get it. >> Okay. >> Is that fine with y'all? Cuz I know the jails are completely up to you. >> It's up to you. Yeah. I'm sorry. We can tell her, but you know, yeah, it's up to you. >> If I charge you, she's going to jail. >> Yeah. >> There's also that added thing that this was in front of her child, so that there would also be potential cruelty to children in the third. >> What do you think? >> Childhood. >> What do you think? >> Frustrated. >> And I noticed So, you do want to press charges. >> Cuz if we don't, >> it's not going to stop. >> The turning point came when officers delivered news that dramatically impacted the young lady. Her reaction to the decision revealed the full weight of consequences that came from a moment of unchecked anger. >> He does want to press charges for simple battery. Okay. No, I don't want to arrest you in front of your kids. Okay. I have to go to jail. >> Yeah. So, is there someone you can call if you can come pick them up? >> Oh, girl, are you serious? Please. No. No. No. No. >> Please. Jesus. >> Ma'am. Look. >> My other child is in skating ring. >> Look. >> Can you call someone to come get them? Okay. >> Oh my god. Jesus. >> Oh my god. >> Ma'am. Oh my god. >> Here. Ma'am, can you call someone to come get your kids? I can >> here. Call someone. Okay. Just Just call someone. Okay. >> Look, just call someone. Okay. >> Oh my god. I'm going to jail. Oh my god. My daughter. Oh my god. Baby, >> just breathe. Okay. Chances are you can be or bond, you know, >> quick. Okay. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my goodness. Oh my god. I cannot believe this. My kids. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Please answer the phone. >> Jesus. >> Oh my god. Do you have a grandparent nearby or something? >> Y'all, when I say I'm a single parent, y'all, it's it's me. >> I hear you. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Jesus. How long do you think I'm not going to be in jail >> with this? Oh my god. >> I can't tell you. Concrete. You could get to the jail and they could or bond you tonight or it could be tomorrow morning that you're being released on your own recgnissance. Okay, it's up. It depends on the jail and the judges. Okay, I can't tell you that for sure. >> That I'm being released on what, sir? Am I like what's after these? I'm sorry. I'm so used to just breathe and I'll explain the best I can. >> So, some of the options that will happen at the jail. Again, I don't know what they're going to say or offer. You could either be or bonded, which means you're released on your own cognizance. >> What is that? What is tightness? >> On your own like mentality. Basically like like you're allowed to go with the belief that you will come back to your court date. So basically they'll release you with the understanding of you will come back. If not, you will get charged more. >> You at home? Are you at home? Jesus, I'm not playing. >> I need somebody to get my kids about to go to jail. I have to go to jail. I'm at Walmart. I'm at Walmart on the east side. >> Walmart. I'm so sorry. What's going on? >> I can't even explain it right now. >> The reality of the situation began to sink in as she learned about the legal process ahead. Her emotional state shifted dramatically as she struggled with the repercussions of her actions and the immediate need to arrange care for her children. >> I need to put my hands on you. So gracious, bro. I didn't even put my hands on him. >> Okay, ma'am. >> Where are the cameras at? Can I use this for I I need cameras, please. I need cameras, sir. Please. >> We're going to write a report. Okay. It's going to be in there. >> And can I get this? Can I Can I reverse this on him, please? >> His info will be in the report. If you would like to seek your own charges, you can at a later date. Okay. >> So, now I'm a criminal. Am I considered a criminal, sir? >> Yeah. Not been found guilty by a judge, have you? >> I don't. I mean, I'm asking these questions so I can know like as far as job like I say I have nothing on my records. >> So look, right now all this is is you're being arrested and suspected of a crime. We have probable probable cause that a crime has been committed being arrested under that. You'll have a day in court with a judge. Okay. >> She's got her friend coming to pick up the kiddos. Uh she was at Marathon about 3 minutes ago. So, no, ultimately >> I'm so sorry, y'all. >> So, >> I'm so sorry. >> She has a friend coming to get the kids. So, waiting until her friend has the kids 95. >> I'm so sorry. >> Sister, I need your help. They I'm about to get locked up and I'm not even playing right now. I need your help. I'm at Walmart and they about to jail. >> Were you able to look at camera video? See if it caught anything, bro. But like I need your help. >> I can go do it. >> Get out of jail. It's not the Walmart, bro. It's the jail part. Please, bro. I don't know. I guess the jail right over here. Oh my god, bro. I'm about to get locked up. Once the children's welfare was secured, the officers moved to arrest her. A turn of events she was far from being comfortable with, though it was an outcome of her actions. >> Your kids are gone. Do you mind turning around putting your hand behind your back for me, please? >> Thank you. Here, I'm just going to pull up your sleeves, okay? So, they don't catch. >> You have anything in your pockets? >> I don't believe so. You want to spin your wrist that way? It's okay. >> Yeah. If you do it like you're like you're praying, it'll it will be more comfortable. >> We're 1095. >> To better understand everything that had happened, the officers reviewed the surveillance footage. It was then that the truth started to come to light. >> Oh. Oh, she lied. She didn't trip him. She drop kicked him. That wasn't like I didn't mean to trip him. That was like >> in the end she was charged with
