When dealing with the police, the unfortunate reality is that situations can quickly devolve when logic is overridden by impulsive behavior. Okay, that's fine. >> It's not cuz you're Mexican. >> I'm not I'm not I'm not Hispanic. >> I'm not >> I'm not Hispanic. >> You look Spanish. >> Well, I'm not Spanish. >> Well, you look it. >> Well, that that's fine. But the officers would soon come to understand that getting behind the wheel while being heavily intoxicated would be one of the lesser problems they would have with her. >> Date my mom. Miss, you mind stepping out the vehicle for me and talking to me? >> Oh, >> would you mind doing a standard ice soiety test for me? >> Yes, sir. >> You will do this test? >> But my thing didn't come up or what? >> Well, I'm asking you. She slipped the cuff and she bit Sergeant I think he was saying she's the one who bit uh Sergeant and she tried to bite him again. >> Quickly realizing their cruiser couldn't contain this unmanageable individual. The officers called in specialized support. However, instead of deescalation, their intervention near merely intensified the volatile situation. >> We have to put one arm mask over that. Okay. [Music] We're going to pull you up. Okay. I'm going to pull you up. [Music] >> Okay. >> Wait, what about my mask on? >> Yeah. Well, I'm going to follow you guys uh right behind you guys if you guys have any issues. Just hit your lights. We >> probably need some normal. He's like, >> he's got a baby cop. Okay. It shouldn't take him too long. >> Yes, ma'am. It shouldn't take too long to get an officer down here to do the breath sample. Okay. >> As chaotic as that night was, you'd think she might have learned something. But old habits die hard. 3 years later, a report came in about a road accident. And the driver trying to flee the scene turned out to be none other than the same spoiled brat. >> You had that accident. Okay. >> Okay. He's not feeling good. >> Okay. We're still over here. You can't leave your car. Come on. You can't leave your house. Okay, let's go back over here. >> She was doing over 65 down this street. >> Okay, take care of it. >> Yes, you were. >> I was not weirdo. >> Stop. >> Okay, come over here and talk to me. There wasn't much like attention >> until Lilo started like pancing like that >> and then I started freaking out and I didn't mean for it to be like that. >> Okay. Do you have any kind of medical conditions that what what medical conditions do you have? >> Okay. >> I don't know, but it just makes me whenever my dog's freaking out like that. >> Okay. >> It's okay. >> You want to look at me real quick? Just making sure like you don't you didn't hit your head or anything back to the face. >> It was likely airbag and I was this. >> Okay. That's up I don't know. That's >> I'll be okay. And you haven't had anything to drink? Nothing at all. You don't Do you drink at all? When was the last time you had anything to drink? >> Like 4 in the morning. >> This morning? >> What did you have to drink this morning? No. >> Uh beginning. >> Beginning of the year. Okay. >> The officers had their suspicions about her, but they wanted confirmation. So they put her through a field sobriety test. It didn't take long for the results to expose the loopholes in her story and confirm that something was not adding up. >> Do a breathalyzer test. Do you have consent to breath wiser? No. >> What do I do with my dog? >> Do you have some like pick her up? >> Yeah. Okay. I'll have Do you have your phone on you? No. Do you know the phone number her tag? Okay. Do you know a number that someone can call? >> Should be my ex-boyfriend. >> Your ex? What's his name? >> Chris. >> Chris. Okay. [Applause] >> Be okay, baby. I'm sorry. >> Nothing. >> No, ma'am. Is there anybody else that you can think of off the top of your head? >> Honestly, he lives down the street. Like, I look down the street. Is there any possible way that we can drive by there and I can tell him, "Hey, this is what's happening." >> I can see if I can send an officer over there to see if you can come come do it. But so right now, we're close the door. I'm going to get you get you put in the back. Okay. >> Yeah. We're I'm going to try and find someone. If not, we'll see what we can do. Okay. We'll see what we can do. I appreciate you being very cooperative. Okay. You don't have anything on you here. In front of it for me right here. Right there. Perfect. No. So getting towed anyway. >> She said 10 minutes. >> The dog kind of needs. >> All right. >> With everything wrapped up at the scene, officers prepared to transport her back to the station. But even that short trip and the arrival at the station didn't come without its own share of drama. >> Did he let you know that your mom is going to come get your dog? Okay. I thought I had my jewel. >> I didn't find anything on you. >> Okay. >> Was it in your pocket >> or was it in like your shorts? >> I was just looking at your >> Okay. I didn't I was like I searched. I didn't think you Come right. >> Hi Tory. Dude, what the did you do now? Come here. >> Right there. Stop. Perfect. >> What did you do? >> Um, what's your guy name? >> What's his name? >> All right, we're go. I go there. You got to go to the bathroom at all right now. >> Okay. Yeah, we'll we'll go to the bathroom. >> Thank you. >> Okay, go ahead and have a seat right there. All right. So, this officer tells me that you're willing to provide a breast specimen. Is that correct? Okay. So, there's some things that I need to know. One, do you have anything in your mouth right now? Gum, tobacco, anything like that. Okay. Two, I have to observe you for 15 minutes. said to let any residual alcohol that may be in your mouth evaporate before we do this test so that it is in a uh >> an acceptable yeah okay um so while I'm doing that 15minute observation period which hasn't started yet I'll let you know when it starts you cannot put your hand near your mouth if you belge or anything like that I have to start the 15 minutes over again okay >> I'm Okay. So, so if you were to vomit or have a real deep down burp because that's coming up from your stomach, it could put residual alcohol in your mouth. So, I have to start all over again. Okay. Um, do you have any questions? No. Okay. So, Okay. I've started the 15 minutes. Okay. Yeah, >> last time I brought her in, she's >> headbutted me in the face. That was fun. So yeah, headbutted the last time. >> She's being very very polite today though, so it was kind of nice. It was refreshing. >> It was running for the soccer fields. >> So was her car disabled or she just stayed? >> It was disabled. >> Okay. But she from what every witness says is she tried to go off like she took her dog and everything and was like walking off. >> As a result, the first incident led to her arrest and she was charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and a police officer. In the second, she was once again hit with driving under the influence charges, but this time tied to property damage. While all her tantrums led to nothing but self-sabotage, she was no match for this chaotic woman who declared war on the cops the moment they showed up after she was caught trespassing and geared up like she was preparing for the apocalypse. >> Oh yeah, she's got a knife. Oh yeah, she's got a knife in the back. >> She's coming towards us. >> You're on private property. >> Turn around. No, nobody you be looking at your ugly or big old pooping little pull out your gun on me. Wrong with you. >> On April the 30th, 2024, police responded to reports of a disturbed woman wielding a baseball bat, a soccer ball, and a knife in her hand while trespassing on private property. trying to get the wanted me to give her the keys to my boss's truck. >> Yeah, right. So, where she at? The toilet. >> Oh, no. >> Yeah, I need an officer out of my uh business property. There is a psycho woman. >> It is a knife. >> Yeah, it is definitely a knife. >> Oh, yeah. She's got a knife. Oh yeah, she's got a knife and a bat. >> She's coming towards us. >> You're on private property. >> Didn't take long for officers to arrive, but the moment they stepped onto the scene, their initial assumptions were quickly dashed. This woman was unequivocally marching to the beat of her own drum and following lawful instructions was a foreign concept to her. >> Come here. Drop the back. Come here. Drop the goddamn back. Drop the fat. Come here. Turn around. Turn around. >> No. Roll over. Roll over. >> Get on your stomach. >> No. I got her leg. Stand back again. >> What? Why me? >> Let go. Let me go. Let me go now. I'll get up. I'll get up. Your hand. Get up. I'll get up. >> I'll get up. I'll get up. Listen to me. I'll give you my I'll give you my word. >> I'll give you my word. I'll handcuff you. >> I'll give you my word. I'll stop. >> No. Give us your hand now. >> All right, stop. Slow down. >> Roll her this way. She's clenching her hand, so just make sure. >> Help. Nothing. >> Huh? Give me your hand. Give me your hand. Give me your hands. >> I don't grab my arm. >> Give me your hands. I got it. Calm down. Down here. Calm down. Mom, now you put me in the ambulance. They going to treat me. Try it again. Roll over. >> Let me get up on the top. I need to roll over >> on your butt. Stand up. Got enough speed. Stand up. I'll spit. I'll spit. I'll know that. I'm nervous. >> After the I rate woman was finally restrained, the officers approached the eager neighbor. And that was when the unexpected depth of the chaos became clear. Their revelation showed that the situation the officers had just stepped into was considerably more intense and hazardous than it seemed. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Okay. Give us one moment. >> Thank you. >> She had the back. She was swinging it around >> in my house. Yeah. She like >> we got video of her. >> She got the video of her trying to go in my house. >> I just took her to the ground. >> Did you find a knife? >> No. >> Yeah. She was swinging a knife and she swing that look like. >> Seeing the panic on the faces around them, officers knew the best move was to get the disturbed woman away from the scene. But before they could, a search had to be done. And that's when they caught the first glimpse of the chaos still waiting to unfold. >> Jenny, go search a female. >> Awesome. The bag of the bag. >> Copy. Do you have anything that's going to poke stick me? I >> told you. I just told you. Make sure. Lean forward. >> Lean forward. >> Yeah. No. Lay back real good. >> You double lock the cuffs. >> Huh? >> You double lock those cuffs. >> Yeah, I just did. >> Where's the knife you had? >> Holy sh. Okay, >> chill. >> God damn it. Drink water. Stop. I don't want to be taking >> USA doing it for us all day continues up. >> What is it when people violate your personal mental space? What kind of violation is that you tell you again? >> I just stand up. I'm just stand your feet. >> I spreaded the spread. >> I got bad legs. Okay. ain't nobody you need the book of your ugly that big old pull out your gun on me wrong with you real wrong with you >> all right she's I don't see anything >> KKK baby I laughed about it my little girl up >> you want me to take her shoes >> no I take my shoes off >> she's good I take my shoes off >> she doesn't have one I told you I got nothing on. I got nothing. My bag's over there. I don't want it cuz it's got my desk. >> I don't have a damn knife. >> Okay. >> I'm carrying knife. Let's go play baseball. Some other violations going to put me through. No. >> All right. Where What car do you want her to go in? >> Before I know how to do all that crazy. So, >> I'm following instructions. It's really simple. If we say to let something out your hands, let it out your hands. I know I am constructed and nice. I'm laughing for y'all again. >> Do you want the whole thing? >> Okay. >> Clake, right? >> Yeah. >> Your partition's closed, right? >> I'll head to Clake and then see if I can find a >> Well, these are the people from Clake right here. The officers quickly returned to the gathered neighbors who were practically bursting to share. As the vivid details poured out, the sheer audacity of it all caused jaws to drop, making the true nature of the situation far more shocking than first impressions suggested. >> She didn't say like, "I'll stab you or anything." >> Yeah, >> but she made a motion. >> But that's what I'm saying. She was walking away from >> the knife is here. >> I just need this address. >> Lady right here got video. She's going to pull it up right now. >> Oh, perfect. >> Okay. >> So, I'm going to show her like actually >> uh I'll go get our camera. >> She didn't say like she made a motion indicator. >> But that's what I'm saying. She was walking away from me when I opened the door. what she said. So she started from that side and pretty much walked over. One of the guys saw her around the truck. So he came out and originally told her to get out of here. So this is her kind of walking off of the property and she just walked over there and starts opening up boxes and looking through crap, yelling and picking up bats. >> What was that? >> Oh, she was trying to get in my car. Oh my god. That looks like the knife, is it? >> That's when she That's where the knife over there. >> There one video that >> they said none of that stuff was like that. They had their stuff working. >> You can see her open up this bin and >> throw it. She's throwing clothes everywhere. And >> there's the camera. Go get the camera. Peter where it's at >> statements. You want me to start gather? >> If you don't mind if you want to grab some We're going to start taking pictures and stuff. Let's start up here. Get pictures of the bat and the ball. >> What else was >> I think that's it. >> Okay. >> And then we're going to go over there and take pictures of the knife. Collect it. >> Oh, just stay around right here. I'm just going to grab a bag. >> Over there. Oh, loveless. They're over there. But you got to you have to walk around. >> Oh, I see >> loveless. You can't get through the fence there. You have to walk around. >> In the end, she was charged with petty theft, aggravated assault, obstructing an officer without violence, resisting arrest with violence, and bribery of a public servant. Up next, a female driver and dealer who had a brilliant strategy to evade capture during a traffic stop, which involved speeding away only to have it shockingly end by literally pooping on herself. The moment officers approached the vehicle, it became clear that the driver had broken more than just traffic laws and seemed dead set on breaking a few more before the day was over. >> Hello. Just caused an accident. [Applause] >> All right. So, this is what's going to happen. You have a little bit of in your in your lap right there. Josiah, don't move. You know why I'm stopping you? Vehicle fled. It turned out in the Shannondoa area. White female driver. Yeah. I mean, we haven't seen her come out. We're just trying to locate the vehicle driving up and down the streets. It's a white Buick Kansas plate. It's a rental. She had a baggie of a white crystal substance in her lap. All right. Despite her obvious efforts to avoid arrests, the officers remained nearby. However, her escape took an unexpected and dramatic turn that nobody, not even the police officers themselves, could have predicted. I can't make that toward [Applause] me. I'm sorry. >> No, he didn't. >> Yes, he did. >> I'm so sorry. He had a gun on me. Please. Please. He had a gun on me. Please help me. Stand up. >> Please help me. >> Stand up. Is he in that house? >> I don't know. >> Or is he running? >> So scary. >> He said anything. He was going to kill me. >> Stand up. >> I can't. I don't know how to stand myself. I'm so scared. I swear to God. >> You would never get away from me. But >> I wouldn't try. Like I swear to God he had a gun on me. You don't understand. >> In his hoodie. >> Yes. >> That's what I'm telling you. He made me run. Copy. >> I'm assuming these white cars are >> hand [Applause] back. [Music] [ __ ] >> I think we have to walk jump more fences. Who wants to come on? >> Are you able to jump this fence? >> I think I'm so scared. Please tell me this. I did this like you jump. >> Come on. >> Stop talking. >> My bad. >> Come on. >> Come on. Jump. >> I'm in the area. >> Okay, now I got the vehicle. Where where did you see it? >> Okay, he went >> Did he drop the fence? >> He went this way, right? And then he seen this fence. So, he jumped this way and then he went that way. Cuz I was thinking, Josiah, what am I supposed to do? What am I supposed to do? That's why I didn't leave the car cuz I don't know what to do. >> What' you do with your mask? >> Anything heing has on the floorboard? >> Would you? It was in your mask. >> I have No, he was throwing it. You didn't see it. I swear to God, you didn't see that. I had personally one syringe. >> Ma'am, it's on my video. You want to lie? Are you able to put her in your car? >> No, I don't have a cage, but I got some stuff underneath this truck. >> Yeah, they were dumping a lot. >> No, it was all the passenger and you could see that. >> Well, you're still screwed. >> I know I'm screwed. Other way. Other way. This way. >> Stand next to the tire. [Applause] hands around. >> With the other occupants still on the loose for now, the officers turned their attention to the female driver, who now seemed to realize that playing nice with the law might have saved us some trouble. But just as things looked like they were beginning to cool off, new intel hit the scene, and chaos came right back with it. Thank you. >> What? >> Yes. >> Joy. >> Yeah. Yeah. Go get him. Go get him. [Applause] >> He's running that way. >> Running that way. [Applause] left or something >> and he looked over at me and he went like this and I was like so I took off and then he was like if we get caught I swear to God you're dead. He was like I don't >> He said I didn't >> just leave that stuff there. We'll get to it in a minute. >> He said I didn't kill one person's nothing to do with you. What do you think? I said just one for a passenger. She's saying zero uh RC. >> I just haven't seen my key go home. I just want to move back home. >> Black hoodie, dark shorts or probably have a backpack. >> It's a black backpack. It's a Puma backpack with a green Puma sign on it. >> Is it like a shoulder satchel or was he wearing >> It's a full backpack. He had it just going over his shoulder and then he has on the black one. It's black camo. It's black camo. >> And then the pants are like um they're all ripped up. They look like you went over a fence. And they're like light purple and green and blue. >> Okay. >> Pastel color. I know cuz he was just driving >> cuz he didn't want to let me go. >> From US. He was running towards Shannondoa on Clinton or between houses. >> Oh, I guarantee you. He went for the trailer park. Tell him he went for the trailer park. We're right on the corner from the trailer park. The trailer park right over Dollar General. That's where he went to. I guarantee you. Hey, I'm being advised he may be running toward uh >> trailer park >> the sh >> that's where his people are now checked >> down to the way if we can get a unit in there. >> I don't have the title station. >> Is it going to be hard to get out? >> No, not as long as I work with you guys. Right. >> Thank you. >> And I do mean whatever. rental >> don't know but I know you know I can't please >> what's the target's name >> he goes as Houston that's what I met him under until recently but he told me his own name >> 221 I'm coming down main >> I've been trying to get a hold of the game over freaking people but I don't know how to do it safely or whatever anyways cuz I'm going to go to Kansas and I'm too far tightened and they won't let me leave I have a ticket for plane ticket to fly home to see my kids closer 24 >> 219. Is this 10:15? Going to the station. >> Go with this officer. We're going to keep you at the station for now. The detectives are going to talk to you at the station. Okay. >> Promise. >> They're going to be on their way as soon as we clear off this. >> Okay. Can you make sure they grab my phone? >> Yeah, we'll take care of all that. >> Yeah, cuz I'm going to need it. Okay. This is I'm telling you, like I can I can more than make them happy. >> She has not been searched yet. But >> I myself because I'm so scared cuz you got a gun on me. I'm sorry. >> I'm not trying to be gross at all. >> Kilo coming as well. I'm scared as hell. >> With her story now taking a darker turn, the officers made the call to bring her in for questioning. But on the way to the station, even more disturbing details came to light, turning a messy situation into something much deeper. And then he pulled us over and he's like, "You [ __ ] like I have never gotten." You guys can see it. I don't need I told him I've been trying to get a hold of the game over task force to try to freaking help them. He's like, I want to go to Kansas. I want to get out of here, but they won't let me leave. >> We need help. >> We're taking you to the station. >> What? >> I'm taking you to the police station. >> Yeah, but they're going to forget about me. >> No, they're not. They can't. >> Oh, they do. I don't know about you. I think they do. >> Did they catch you? >> I don't know yet. >> Uh, nothing. I got something for the detectives. I'm sorry. >> What did he have under his sweatshirt? >> A gun. >> I understand that. But a shirt. >> What do you mean? >> Did he have a t-shirt under his shirt? >> Um, he had on under his hoodie. I think he just had a regular t-shirt on. And I believe it was white with black lettering. I'm not positive. And his pants. And he had a change outfit. Just pair of snow pants in his backpack. They were black. Hold on. What was that? He had a pair of black sweat pants in his backpack. >> Okay, we found the backpack. >> They got him. >> They got the backpack. Uh, what color was the gun? >> The gun? Silver and black. >> Silver and black. Do you know what kind of gun it was? >> I can't tell you exactly, but my dad used to have one like and it kind of looked like a 45, but I don't know for sure. >> Okay. But you know, >> like the shape of it, but I don't know guns very well. >> You don't know the model? Okay. >> No. Like I don't know guns very well. I'm sorry. This is what my dad had. So that's kind of what was in the back. Oh, don't tell any face cuz this is scared out of me. >> I got you. I know it's hard to see. >> No, you have no idea how hard it is. I don't have family or nothing down here. So whenever they found me, they freaking gave me a bus. He didn't let me go to work in over a week and a half. You going to be lying and say I had co I work for McDonald's. Like I'm at work all the time. Even as my employer, I'm a great freaking employee. Guy buzz my he has a ball cap. I do remember that. And I always pull the hood up. The ball cap is black. All black and white. I think he said RIP or something on the back where the little hood thing is. >> Once at the station, officers got her prepped for questioning. And that was when the puzzle pieces started coming together. With each carefully worded question, her story began to unravel piece by piece. >> So, I'm here to talk to you about um when the officers found you and stuff like that. Obviously, he had to use some force and stuff like that. Um are you hurt, injured in any way or >> I don't know, honestly. I'm like scared. >> But you don't have no cuts to knock down, don't you, right? Not >> I don't I honestly any luck I don't know. I'm scared right now. I don't know what >> So when when he found you, you he you advised you jumped over a fence? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Okay. Where were you? What were you doing after? >> Um I went over and I hid underneath like a little think I was [ __ ] as cuz I don't run from the place. This ain't like this ain't I do. You feel me? >> So I went and I hid it underneath the grill cover. >> Okay. >> And he kicked me a couple times. Thank you. Thank you. >> That's why you put some more. >> I don't know what's on there. >> Yeah, that's >> So again, so you were underneath a cover. He came over the fence and what happened? >> I was hiding under Well, I don't know. Oh, I guess he probably got over the fence for you underneath the cover seeing you. >> And he kicked me a couple times and he was like, "Come out. Come out." And so like I lifted it up and he the taser at me. He was like, "Put your hands up." And so I did. >> Okay. Obviously you know why he he was chasing you and stuff like that. >> Are you um Is there anything you felt that happened that was wrong at all? >> No. I mean I shouldn't have been running. >> All right. So I'm going to turn this off now. Okay. >> Okay. I feel like I'm not going to charge the police. Soon, the lead officer stepped into the interrogation room, armed with questions that uncovered far more than just how a routine traffic stop spiraled into a highstakes chase, as what followed revealed details that no one saw coming. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> All right, I'm on detective Cedric. >> Hi. >> Um, I want to talk to you reference to a case is totally unrelated to what's happened out here. Um, see if you can help me out in it. I was trying to actually trying to talk to Josiah, but >> Okay. That that didn't >> talking about that chick. >> But yeah, but um because >> Yeah, because you're under arrest. I got to read your rights. >> Um do you know what you're being charged with? >> No. >> Okay. I'm not 100% sure yet. Neither. You are being charged with something by them. But I mean, some of the questions may lead into that. I just want to let you know. That's why I want to read you your rights. Okay. Go ahead. >> Um what is your um current address? >> I don't have nobody. I told them I said I've been trying to go back to Kansas. I'm from Kansas. I ain't been down >> Kansas. I ain't been down here 5 months and I don't already know the head ups in the world and I'm trying to get the out of it. >> Yeah, >> because I don't have nobody. So, they're trying to lure my ass in cuz I'm the easy one. >> You know what I mean? >> Well, we'll talk about it. >> I want to go back to Kansas and they won't let me go. I have a flight in the morning to go see my kids and I come back Sunday and they >> Oh, you have a flight for in the morning? >> Yes. And they won't let me go. >> You got a You got a cell phone number? >> No. >> Where's your phone at? >> Oh, I can show you some [ __ ] >> Okay. And I do mean I can show you some I guarantee you I'd have enough you would let me get on that plane tomorrow. I guarantee you I can tell you who brings it in this count. >> Hey, what's up? >> Hey, she said if y'all can't get her cell phone out the car. She said there's a lot of useful information in there. Reference 35. >> I think we have it. Is the pink one with the case? >> Yes, that's it. >> That's it. >> Is she willing to open the >> Yes, I sure the hell will. >> Yep. What What's your What's your password? >> I had to put my finger on it. >> Okay. All right. What did he get here? >> Yeah, cuz I I want some type of guarantee. >> Are you in the interview room? >> Yeah, I'm in the interview room now >> with her. >> Yeah. >> All right. I guess one of us come in there. >> Okay. >> I want some type of guarantee because if I do this and I'm willing to wear a wire, I don't care. Whatever I need. >> All right. Well, I'm not the police. You have the guys from the come and talk to you. I'm reference uh I work violent crimes. >> Okay. I'm going to read your rights and then from there we'll start talking. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. You understand that? >> Just say yes or no. Do you know how do you know? >> I know him as Houston technically is what I originally met him under. So that's just kind of what I call him. I do know his actual name. >> What's his real name? >> Uh something. I know that he has a child with uh Jessica. >> I mean, how long do you >> have I known him for a month? >> About a month. Okay. Uh the guy >> right after his whoever that chick is died. >> Um Heather. >> Okay. Did you know was you and Josiah in a relationship? Y'all dating? Eh, sort of kind of >> kind of like we haven't left each other basically since we've been together, but we're not together. >> Okay. So, you you met him how long ago, you say? >> About a month. >> About a month ago. >> And what what particulars what situation did you meet him under? >> Um, I met him under I was over there hanging out over at a house um up in a galley off of Post Road. >> Okay. >> Um, we were hanging out I was hanging over there with someone that called Buddy. >> Okay. Um, and while hanging out over there, um, he came over and then Jessica was over there. Jessica was in the house as well. >> Okay. >> Um, and whenever that happened, that's whenever I met Josiah. He was asleep on the couch the first day that I came over there. >> Okay. >> Um, that I had seen him. He was knocking on the couch just kind of spread out or whatever. And then I came back a day later and then he was awake and I was hanging out in Jessica's room talking to her and he came in or whatever and she's like, "Oh yeah, this is my baby daddy." Okay. So, that's how y'all met back then. And y'all been together ever since. >> Basically, every day almost. >> Every day. Did you want to ask her something about that phone real quick before I got >> um just to backtrack what y'all talking about? So, Josiah lives at >> Josiah lives with Jessica right now. Post Road. >> On Post Road. >> I can't tell you the exact address. I can point it on the map. >> But he lives on Post Road. >> Yeah. And then I can show you where it goes to. >> Gotcha. What's in the phone? You said that you >> um lots of lots of lot of driver information. >> What you got? Like what? Um, I can tell you who moves in all like >> What did y'all do at the Big Cypress address today? >> The what? >> The Big Cypress address. The trailer park y'all came from today >> that we went to. He went and got Molly. Um, and >> where is it at now? Where was it? Like we got >> in the car. I don't know about the Molly. He said he he set the up on Okay. So in the car you got the little radio thing, right? With the little thing right there. He had up there and then we got pulled over and I was like, "Oh." And that's whenever he just started throwing everything in my lap being like, "Do something with it." And I was like, "What the?" >> Her strategy so far was clear. Portray herself as the victim despite being the driver that attempted the escape. The officers observed this but remained composed and allowed her to speak all the while being aware that her story would dictate their approach. >> How much was it? >> Um $20 worth. >> And how much mile? >> $20 worth. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> He wasn't like I don't get enough to move. I use like and so but I do know a lot of people like I drove I drove around three different people that sell and I know where things are coming from across the border um that way not across the border to Mexico but like the next town down um I can tell you all that. Where the hell did you guys find that out of curiosity? >> Somewhere in a bunch of applesauce or something. >> Oh it was on the passenger side. >> Um so >> and a bunch of applesauce. >> Yeah. I don't know what that is on there. Um so when he threw the stuff in the into your lap and you let me know if I'm getting ahead of you. No, no. I haven't even started talking yet, but >> yeah, he's really had a chance. Go ahead. >> Okay. All right. So, well, I'll just do my portion so he can finish with you. What's If you want to just go ahead and unlock it in front of me and shove whatever you said you got in here. >> Okay. Um, can I >> You and Josiah are dating. >> Not really. We just haven't loved each other. >> Gotcha. >> Uh-huh. Uh, my head straight. Do you know Karen? Karen? Um, see, I'm not good with people's names. I'm so sorry, but I can literally [ __ ] show you faces if I see them. He goes by Luda. Um he's on probation or fighting a charge right now. I can't remember which. He's literally coaching uh the person that's moving in all the the >> into where >> into here. Uh he lives over on sorry I'm from Kansas. I've never really been down here. So like I can show you on maps. I can literally show you faces. I can even point them out. But I >> I just moved down here. Um okay. Anybody you're dealing with in the Palm Bay area or that Josia taking you to or you guys gone? >> Palm Bay area would be >> besides Big Cypress. Do you know who he find from at Big Cypress? >> Not the second house we went to. I don't know those people. Um the second trailer, but that's probably me. >> Yep. >> All right. Would you let Would you let us go through it like to see if we got there's information on there that can help us? >> I mean, what do you mean? Cuz am I going to actually get anything out of that though? Am I going to be able to work? That's my thing is like my only ways to work. I need to get out any kind of trouble as >> first of all. First thing I need to see what happened out there today. I want to go over that today. >> Okay. >> I want to go over that and then they'll probably come back in and talk to you some more. >> Yeah. Once he's done u we'll talk to you and see uh what we can do for you. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Like I said, like that I know probably >> cuz a lot of stuff be based on um his interview too of what all happened today. >> I just need you to be totally honest with me. What happened today? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Whatever I can do to help, I don't mind. Just help me please cuz I don't want to be here anymore. >> Um, is that where your family is in Kansas? >> That's where I'm from. >> Born and raised. Never been anywhere. But >> what brought you to Florida anyway? >> My cousin. >> Okay. So today, was you with Josiah today when >> Okay. And what car y'all was in? >> My car. >> That's That's your car? Yes. >> What type of car is it? >> It's a 2010 um Lincoln Town Car. vehicle cross. Sorry. Vehicle cross four-door sedan. Um, >> so that's your car? >> Yes, it is. >> It's registered to someone else though, right? >> No, it's not. >> It's registered to you. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. >> I own that vehicle. >> All right. Was you with Josiah today when I called him? >> He was inside the house. >> Did he Did when he came back out, did he? >> Oh, yeah. First thing he did was tell me the homicide detective wanted to talk to me. I don't feel like dealing with him right now, though. >> Okay. So, you guys leave. >> That's is because literally he said he said that. That's whenever I started to freak out. >> Okay. >> He pulled a gun on me. >> When did he pull the gun on you? When he came out the house or >> Okay. So >> So you guys, so he comes out of the house, right? On get in the car. >> It's on Cypress, right? Um he gets in the car. >> On the passenger side. >> And you're driving. You guys drive off. >> Okay. What happens next? >> So then I turn down and I go down the street, right? And we're going to head towards the gas station. Okay. >> And I went to turn right and he said, "No, don't do that." I said, "Why?" And he don't like this. He had his hand in his pocket and he goes, "Unless you want to talk to the homicide detective." And I said, "What do you mean?" He said, "Yeah, you just called." He said, "And he wants to talk to me." And I was like, "What the?" And so I looked up, I seen the light went green and I was like, "Okay." So I hurried and I went over the other way. And as I was turning, like I was freaked out cuz like I looked and I seen the little the shape of the gun. You know what I mean? And >> the imprint of the gun. >> Yeah. >> She was permitted to say whatever she believed was true. But as she approached the traffic stop portion of her account, the inconsistencies in her story were inevitably about to surface >> like in his little pocket cuz he didn't I mean he's not that big. He's not that big a dude. So I was like what the And so like I swerved a little bit and whenever I did that's whenever like he was like you stupid you get me caught and I'm going to kill you. He was like he's like already so it's nothing to kill you. Okay. >> And then that's whenever I heard the siren and he was like don't you pull over. Don't you pull over. He's like I want to shoot. And so I pulled I was like, "Watch this. Watch this. I got this." >> He said, "Don't pull over." >> Yeah. I was like, "Watch this. Watch this. I got this. I got this." He was like, "Just hide everything. Just hide everything." He's like, "Do something with throw it on my lap." And so I'm just sitting there like cuz that's when the officer was like, "Yeah, in your lap." I'm sitting there like, "I don't even know what the in my lap at this point." You know what I mean? I don't know. Like cuz I didn't have anything in my lap when I was driving obviously. >> Okay. >> And then um turned around, I pulled over and then the cop said I had my lap and he's like, >> he said, "What?" The cop said what? >> In my lap. And so he was like, "Okay, come Josiah, you already know why I want to talk to you." And and he was like, "She's got in her lap." And and I looked over at Josiah. And he had this freaking look and he was like, and it looked like he has freaking I was like, "Oh my god." Okay, fine. And so I took off because like I didn't even go that far from my car. I wasn't trying to run. >> Okay. So when the cop came up to the car, you said you looked down at Josiah and he had his finger on the trigger. >> I mean like his his finger was like this. >> Could you see the gun itself? the imprint of it whenever we first pull it like this time or both times period >> like the time when the cop is at the car. Do you see the gun? >> You see the You should be able to see the imprint of it. Yes. Okay. >> Cuz his hand was in his pocket. >> Okay. Does do he ever take it out? >> No. No. No. When he was with me. >> Okay. So, he never took it out. Did he ever point it at you? >> He pointed at me the entire time I was driving since he got back in the car. >> Okay. So, did he take it out and point it at you? >> No, he had it like I can't >> So, he had it he had it in >> He had it like this. >> What was he wearing? >> A black hoodie. >> Okay. Was it underneath the hoodie or underneath the pants he was wearing? >> It was like in his little pocket on his hoodie. >> Okay. It was in there. >> Yes. >> Okay. And he's pointing it towards your direction. >> Yes. He pointed it like this. >> Okay. >> Like you know how you can aim at somebody or whatever it >> say. What is he saying? >> What do you mean >> when he points that gun at you? What does he say? >> The very whatever he first pointed it at me whenever we very first left the house. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> He was talking about how you wanted to talk to him >> and how he didn't want me to turn that way unless I wanted to deal with you. >> Okay. >> First it was it's exactly where I was. Don't turn that way. I said why? He said unless you want to deal with the homic was the cops behind you at that point. >> I don't know that that car actually I think so. Yeah. >> Okay. But you didn't know >> because I didn't know. I didn't know. I thought that was a regular car. >> All right. So because they hadn't cut their lights on yet, right? >> No. >> Okay. So instead of going right, he told you to go a different direction. So you went left. >> Uh-huh. >> Okay. And that's when everyone was that other car because I had seen in front of the gun. I started to freak out. >> Okay. >> And then next thing I know the cop turns on their lights. >> Okay. >> So that means that they're copying. >> And then you guys eventually you stop. Is that correct? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And when you stop, what happens? >> Whenever I stop, he's whenever they seen the lights or whatever, he told me not to stop. First of all, he was like, I said, "Hold on. I got this. I got this. Trust me. Trust me. Trust me. Just just >> Is he pointing the gun at you when he tell you not to stop?" Okay. I was like, "Just thought, just think." He's like, "Okay, hurry up." And so he he's like, "Do something with this." Because there's obviously paraphernalia. >> So he's giving you telling you to do something. >> Yeah. He's throwing everything at me. Okay. >> And I'm like, "What the?" I'm like, "Just so I'm just, you know, trying to get everything off me, whatever." And I'm like, "Hey." Trying to be all sick. It didn't work obviously. So that's whenever he called Josiah and then he was like or he called somebody forgot Josiah or whatever. He said, "You know why you want to talk to or something already?" And then he said, "She's got something in her lap." And I looked over cuz I didn't know who he was talking to to begin with. And Josiah was looking at me like this and it looked like he was starting to so I took off. And so I stayed by the car anyways. >> Okay. So So at that point when the cops at the window and the police officer at the window, you see Josiah with the gun, he's still holding on to the gun. >> Yes. He didn't look over the whole time. >> Okay. Why did you drive off? >> Because I was scared that he was going to pull the trigger on me. >> Did he tell you he was going to pull the trigger on? Did he tell you he was going to shoot you? Did he threaten you? He said that before we even got like before the cop was at the window. >> Is the cop walking to the window when he's saying stuff to you? >> I said he said if I go to jail I'm going to kill you. >> That's what he tells you. >> Yes. >> As the cop walking up to the car. >> No, this was before he said I've already killed somebody. He said I've already shot somebody. It's you. >> Okay. >> A dance around the focal point of their questions was drawing to a close as even the most carefully constructed lies had their own expiration date. >> So this was earlier before they had stopped. This was literally whenever he told me not to turn right. >> Okay. >> To turn left. >> Okay. >> And then I almost hit that car. And this was right before the cops shut out, turn the lights. >> Okay. So, when you drive off from the cops, why did you drive off? Tell me. Why did you drive off? >> Cuz I was scared he was going to shoot me. >> And at that point, was he pointing something at you? >> Yes. During that time? Yes. >> Okay. And what was he saying? Was he Did he make any threats to you at that point? Well, while I was driving off or when I >> Right before you got ready to drive off because at some point you're you're stopped, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. The cops at the window. All right. He's at the window, right? The police officer at the window. All right. So, you probably feel somewhat safe cuz there's a police officer there. >> No, not really. >> Okay. >> Cuz the cop doesn't know there's a gun there. >> Okay. Okay. >> And on top of that, he keeps looking up and going like this and everything else. And so I'm like, >> so you see the gun, you see him holding the gun still. >> Yes. And I see the cop keeps freaking looking back talking to the other guy and this that and the other. And I'm like, what the like? Okay. >> I don't know what to do. >> So, you drove off. >> I drove off and I went right around the corner. >> Okay. As you drive off, what is he saying? >> He's like He's like, "Go the other way." He's like, "What the what am I supposed to do now? You dumb. You got us pulled over." And I was like, "Look, here's what I'm going to do." I was like, "I'm going to go around the corner. I'm going to pull on somebody backyard. You go. I'll distract him. Just go. Just go." I was like, "I got this. I got this." Okay. >> And so, that's why I stayed with the car. I didn't want to go with him. I wasn't really trying to run. I didn't do like Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I do go like this. I mean, yes, it's a charge, but it's really not that bad of a charge. You know what I mean? >> Did you see him? So, so eventually you drive off. How do you stop? What make you stop? >> What made me stop? >> Yeah. >> Whenever I freaking got like he was like, "Turn turn." And so I got away and then I was like, "Okay, I'm just going to go here." And so I parked and he was like, "No, I'm going in the backyard." So I ran into the backyard and then he was like, "I'm going. I'm going." And so he ran off and he took off and he took his little backpack with him and I said, "Jose, where's my stuff?" And he was like, "I don't." And he took off. >> What color was his backpack? black with a green panther on it. Boom. Boom. Lego. >> Now, did you jump out the car and take off running, too? >> I stayed by the car pretty much all the time. I took off and started to try to run whenever I seen the freaking cop car and I got scared and I jumped one whole fence and then I tried to hide underneath the grill. >> Okay. But they caught you. >> No, cuz I didn't go very far cuz I was just scared. I don't I don't do this. >> Now, did you know Josiah had that gun before he even got in the car today? Have you seen him with the gun before? >> Yeah, I've seen him with a gun before. >> Okay. That day? Today, did you see him with a gun >> prior to him getting in the car? No. I didn't know you had it on. >> Does he usually carry a gun on him? >> Sometimes. Not really. Usually. No. >> The gun that you saw him with, what does it look like? >> Black and silver. >> Is it a revolver or semi? >> Semi. >> Okay. You know what the brand name of it is? >> I don't know the brand name. No. Okay. >> I'm a felon, so I'm not going to be around him. >> When was the last time you saw him with that gun? >> You mean other than today? >> Yes. When was the last time you saw him with it? Physically saw it. Not >> him. No. No. No. I'm trying to think. Um, let's see. Cuz he last yesterday or whatever. He had left me for a little bit and he went to Jessica's and it was right before then that I had seen him and then he tried to get in the car with me with it whenever he left Jessica's but I wouldn't let him. >> So the last time you physically saw him with it was yesterday you said or earlier today? I'm sorry I was >> No, no, you're fine. Um it would have been yesterday morning whenever he tried to get in the car with him. >> Okay. Now, um, when you're sitting in the car and the car and the cop get behind you before he even cuts the lights out and he's telling you already someone, is he holding the gun pointed in your direction? >> Yes. >> And you don't see the gun, you see the imprint? >> I see the imprint. Yes. >> And how did that make you feel? >> I myself like literally they had to throw my pants. >> Now, when the cop came up to the car, is the gun still pointed at you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Well, whenever I looked over it, I mean, I could still see clearly the imprint and everything. So, yes. >> So, all right. So the gun is still pointed at you and you drove off because you felt that your life was in danger at that point. Is that what I'm saying? Even though he didn't >> I already felt like my life was in danger. Period. Like I don't this >> So he didn't tell you to drive off at that point. You just drove off on your own because you saw the gun pointed at you. Is that what you're telling me? >> I mean basically I guess. >> Okay. That that's that's what I want to know. >> One thing was clear to the officer. She had acted her own accord, having willingly been with the man without any undue influence. Now, the more she tried to pin everything on him, the more she ins snared herself and compounded the difficulties for everyone involved. >> No, just saying it afterwards doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but like I'm sorry, I don't do that. >> Now, you say he's got a sweater. He's got a sweater. A little sweater. So, which hand is the is the gun in? Is it this hand? >> The right hand. >> So, he's using this hand. >> No, that's your left hand. >> Sorry, you're right. The right hand? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, this hand is in the pocket. Yes. Okay. What is the other hand doing? No, I can't tell you exactly. I remember he was throwing a whole bunch of [ __ ] towards me. >> Okay. Um, so you guys drive off and you get stopped and whatnot. >> Now, are you and him involved in a uh intimate relationship? >> No, we have never had sex. >> Okay. So, y'all are just friends? >> Yes. >> Okay. What do you think he did with the gun? Did Did you see him throw it out before you? >> No, he didn't. I mean, I seen him throw out stuff. >> Did you see him take the gun with him when he left? >> I saw him throw things out the window, but I did not see what they were. Okay. >> And I also seen him grab his backpack and run. >> Okay. >> Did you see him leave the gun in the car or did you see him take the gun with him? >> I honestly don't know. Only thing I did was stay by the car cuz I didn't know what to do. >> Okay. >> And I started looking around the car trying to make sure there wasn't like anything in there. But like I honestly freaked out and started taking everything out of my car. I don't know why. And I just set it up beside my car. Now, >> do you have a valid license? >> Yes, I do. >> Florida. Just uh >> Florida and Kansas. >> And Kansas. >> Mhm. I'm legal to drive everywhere. >> All right. Let me ask you something. Did you drive off because you just didn't want to go to jail for the >> Yeah. >> Is that it? >> But I mean, he did have a gun. >> But I'm saying though, is that the reason why you drive off? You drove off. Okay. Uh >> but like he did have a gun though upstairs. >> Okay. He did have a gun. But I don't want you to sit here. I want you to be honest with me because you have been so far. >> Yeah. >> But when you drove off, he didn't tell you. >> No, he didn't tell me. No, I was scaredless. Period. >> Scared going to jail at that point. >> Yeah. >> Okay. But earlier you was a little frightened when he >> said he didn't mind killing me. Yeah. That's whenever I swerved and I almost hit that car cuz I was putting >> Tell me about this girl Heather. Do you know her? >> No, I never got to meet her. >> Okay. Did he tell you about her? >> Kind. He told me that that was his girlfriend. Um that they were together for some time. um something about she oded and that like then he started going into um that the dude that was hanging around her all the time he won't come around and he's looking for him and this this and this because he must have done something because you know she she all of a sudden quit coming around and he had to have killed her and >> he what >> he had to have killed her or something. >> Who the other guy? >> Mhm. >> Who's who's the other guy? Did he say he was with her that night she died? >> Josiah was not. >> He was not. How do you know that? because he told me that he was laying on Jessica's bed whenever Jessica's father called and gave him the phone call and told him what happened. >> Okay. Okay. I'm going to let them come in here and talk to you. And uh >> Can I have a glass of water? >> Yeah. Yeah. I got water. I got soda. >> Soda, please. >> Okay. All right. Raise your hand. You swear everything you told me was the truth. >> I swear everything I tell you the truth, the whole truth. Nothing but the truth. Tell me God. >> All right. Just hang tight right here. After confirming that her actions during the traffic stop were done of her own free will, the lead officer stepped out, passing the interrogation to another. What followed were questions that revealed more than just the original scope of the case, revealing just how deeply entangled she truly was. >> Hey, how's it going? >> Hey, I'm Corporal Neon. Um, >> Corporal what? >> Neon. >> Hello. >> All right. Um, real quick, I got to talk to you. I got to put this on. I want to talk to you about this, but nothing nothing about what happened. Okay. >> So, um, real quick, I'm here to talk to you about, um, when the officers found you and stuff like that. Obviously, he had to use some force and stuff like that. Um, are you hurt, injured in any way or >> I don't know, honestly. I'm like scared. >> But you don't have no cuts or not on you, right? Not like >> I don't I honestly any looked I don't know. I'm scared right now. I don't know what >> So when when he found you, you he you advised you jumped over a fence. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And what were you what were you doing after that? Um, I went over and I hid underneath like a little guy was [ __ ] as cuz I don't run from the place. This ain't like this ain't I do. You feel me? So then I go in. I hid underneath the grill cover. >> Okay. And then >> and he kicked me a couple times. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> That's what I say. You put someone again. So you were underneath a cover. He came over the fence and what happened? >> And I was hiding underneath Well, I don't know. I guess he probably got over the fence for you underneath the cover cuz he knew um and then kicked me a couple times and he was like, "Come out. Come out." And so like I lifted it up, kneing the taser at me. He was like, "Put your hands up." And so I did. >> Okay. Um obviously you know why he he was chasing you and stuff like that. >> Are you um >> is there anything you thought that would happen that was wrong at all? >> No. I mean I shouldn't have been running. >> Okay. All right. So I'm going to turn this off now. Okay. >> Okay. I mean like I'm not going to charge the police. and I try to coach I mean I'm sure he probably wasn't supposed to kick me per se, but like I'd rather that than freaking get shocked. >> Yeah. Um >> and it wasn't really even that hard. >> Yeah. He was just trying to like >> trying to be like, "Come on, get the [ __ ] out." >> Um >> like I said, I bet I looked really stupid. I would love to see that video and laugh at myself later. Um, you thought you >> my close friend that literally sleeps in my car with me every night almost. Are >> you homeless? >> Yeah, I want to go back to Kansas. >> Why are you going for >> my cousin and then I lost my daughter and then kind of got stuck here. I haven't been able to go back cuz my daughter was St. K's down here. >> Okay. >> Um, and then I've kind of get like So, you know, you kind of get started in the game. Yeah. >> Right. And then you're homeless, right? >> Mhm. >> And then those bigger dogs kind of just pull you a little bit closer, a little bit, and then they won't let you go. >> So, what are you using right now? >> Um, I use a little bit of like boy or sometimes I do pills or sometimes I do um >> Okay. to pick you up. >> Yeah, just kind of that. Okay. >> Um, how much are you using a day? >> Um, honestly, I don't use pretty much anything every day. >> Okay. So, >> all right. So, like today, have we shot up today? No. No. >> When was the last time you used something? >> Uh, we just got something actually >> to use. >> To use like and I hadn't even got to do it like that's what he was there for. >> What does Josiah use? >> Josiah smokes crack and >> Okay. What was he? >> I believe he's 34 33 something like that. >> Okay. >> Let's see if it's him. >> No, it's Luda. Oh, that's one of them that you guys are going to want. >> I know Luda. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. my skin black now. >> He's moving again. >> Um, >> he's moving big again. >> So, here's the deal. Obviously, um I mean, you're going to have to go to jail. So, there's nothing I can do. I I'm not going to I don't lie to people. Okay. So, I tell them the truth. There's nothing I can do for you not to go to jail today. Okay. Um can I help you out after you get, you know, uh arraigned and stuff like that? Go to bail, maybe? Yeah, I can do that. Um it obviously depends on on your criminal history, you know, what kind of stuff you've been in. >> All right. Can you silence that for me? I'll let you I'll make a text or a call on the law. But like I said, I don't lie to people. So, you're going to have to go to jail today. Okay. >> Okay. Will you be able to get out tomorrow? >> Um, it it depends what the charges are and I can figure out what the charges are right now. When I go back over there, I haven't even talked to my guys yet to see what's going on. I was >> probably petty running and all that [ __ ] >> Yeah. So, um, what the thing is is like, um, obviously I need to know what you can do before I can I can say, "Hey, yeah, this is worth fighting for." You know, like I said, I know I know who you deal with, or I'm pretty sure I know who you deal with and stuff like that. >> Her constant ranting had led her straight to a crossroads. She could either spill more in a bid to dodge the inevitable, which judging by her track record, shouldn't be too hard or keep her mouth shut. But either way, the outcome wasn't going to be easy to live with. >> I'm willing to do anything. >> Okay. So, like I said, >> and they all trust me enough like I I run Luda around, too. >> What What So, what is >> And I mean, I run Luda in his in his plugs around. What does your criminal history look like? What is >> I have one possession case and that's it. >> That's it. That's it. >> And what do you have with your kid? Is there anything charges? >> No, no charges. >> Okay. >> Um >> um they just took they just took her because they thought she they're trying to get me straight. >> Okay. So So who can you who can you buy from? Like if you walked out if you walked out of here. >> If I walked out of here right now, I can go from buy from Luda or any of his folks. I can go buy from um somebody that they call a whose girls locked in here right now for distribution. M >> um or any of his plugs. Um pretty much like I can go to probably 12 different places with between Palo Bay and Ogali. >> Okay. >> And all of them are not know it's $10 a point type places. I'm talking about 70 $80 a gram at most. >> Mhm. >> So where's Ay staying at? >> Huh? >> Where's Ay staying at? >> Ay, >> he stays in uh what the is the name of those apartments? Um the apartments on Croin uh Lake Washington. You know what I'm talking about? the the the I forgot what the hell the name of him is. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> Yep. And then he also has in a place that he rents though over on Ogali. He hardly ever goes there though. He doesn't go there that often. He goes there. That's where like his main stash is though. >> Okay. >> And then he goes over to this [ __ ] house over off of Post or I mean Croin in Lake Washington. >> How do you know this stuff? >> Cuz I drive him around. >> So you drive a a too? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So how does that work? They call you and say, "Hey." >> I'm like, "Hey, what's up? You working for me?" And they're like, "Oh, yeah. I need to go busing and service." Or, "Oh, yeah. I need to go reup." I just drive through. >> And how they pay you with dope or money? >> Money. >> Money. >> Oh, yeah. I don't accept dope as payment cuz I can always go buy dope later. But you give me dope and I get cheated out. >> Yeah. Do they um do they do business in front of you or they always >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> They always have people coming up to the car and everything else. And I've gone inside with them to their connects house and everything. >> Yeah. How much you ever What's the most you've seen? the most I've seen. >> Yeah. >> About a pound of freaking uh boy. I've seen uh bagged up bags of uh like where they're sitting there mixing it up trying to make it look like boy and stuff. I've seen which that's not really a big deal anymore. Um >> where you seen this boy at? >> The boy with ay >> where where like in Palm Bay >> the house? Uh it's down this way and he calls it the hood or whatever. Um it's down this way. It I like I said I got Google Google Maps on my phone for everything. >> Is it like apartment or duplex? >> No, it's like a house. >> House. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And he walks we walk up inside there. Sometimes he'll have me go in there. Sometimes he'll go in there by himself and he'll walk inside there and if it's not if I don't go with him, he said no. If I go with him, we'll sit there we'll chill, you know, have a couple drinks or whatever and talk and then that's whenever like you can see kind of what they're doing inside there. So, if you pull up a map right now, you'd be able to tell me where it was at. >> I could pull up my Google Maps. My Google Maps traps my I can show you everything I do every single day. >> Okay. >> Every location I've ever been to. >> So, go ahead and pull up your map real quick. And what's this on here? By the way, >> I don't applesauce. I think strawberry applesauce. >> All right. I'm going to get something to wipe that down, >> please. Cuz Yeah. Thank you. >> It wasn't on there when we got pulled at Walmart. >> I get a wipe >> originally. I have a Okay, so here's the deal. I have a plan to get to go see my kids so I don't lose custody of them full custody for Friday um at 1:00 and then I have a plan take it back for Sunday if there I can do anything you need before then if I can make that mother I have no problem walking into any house whatever and I I do this with my phone all the time anyways I actually have actually recordings don't let me see what what they're all >> I have phone now so many recordings um is there any way you can like take this off for a second. These handcuffs are >> I don't have handcuff either. I don't deal with that, you know. >> Okay. They just suck. >> I'm not a regular police officer. >> You're not a regular police. What are you from? The gang over task force or whatever. I'm >> DA. >> DEA. Mhm. >> Oh, I like that better. Everybody's always talking about game over, game over. And I'm like, I get in touch with these people so I can go home. >> Okay. So, >> put it down so I make sure. >> Oh, yeah. No. So, you can see everything I'm doing. So, just wipe that away. As it became painfully clear, she'd throw even her own mother under the bus to dodge the consequences of her actions. She took it a step further when pressed with tougher questions. Singing like a canary the moment things got sensitive. >> First of all, we can do this. Oh, sorry. You don't want to see that. Oh well, I don't care. Um, let's see. Videos maps. I don't want to go through all that right this second. So, I'm going to make it look really tired. I don't think I have signal in here. >> Okay. You need batteries? 10% is fine. >> Yeah. You probably won't have to say no back here. What What uh what do you have? >> I literally like Do you know what Google timeline is? >> Yeah. No, I'm talking about what service do you have? >> Uh Metro. >> What? Uh let's say I go to your maps and I could dump the the locations on your maps. What it show you saying it will show everywhere you've been. >> Yeah. >> What's your uh do you mind giving me your password just so I can try to dump the locations off of it? >> 1 2 3 4. >> So let's talk more about what's going on then. Um, so a ay Luda Luda. So if if >> Luda's back in the game for real, for real. >> For real, for real. >> Like for real, for real. >> Okay. >> Like and I know that like what he used to do and stuff like that and everything else. And like he went up whatever D to go see his people, right? And so like during that time, I thought he was clean at first cuz he never said nothing over the phone about >> You know his real name just so I can make sure we talk about the same person. >> God damn it. No, I can't tell you off the top of my head. Let me figure out if I can get his uh name. >> I'm going to say if you can get a picture or I can probably get a picture. And when I mean I go around and I meet his plug plugs. I mean I meet his plug plugs just like uh what's her name's in here right now? Codina. Ain't she? >> I'm not sure. Why? Why would she be here in here or in Sharps? >> Uh I don't know. She's in jail. >> Yeah. This Palm Bay. So >> what's the difference? >> Sharps is where our This is just a holding facility. You know what I'm saying? Sharps is where we keep everybody. >> What's just What do you mean? So where the hell am I going to go? You go to the sharps. >> What's that? >> It's a county facility. You know what I'm saying? >> No, I don't. I've never like This is so weird. I'm from Kansas. Like we go to jail. We go to jail. That's it. >> Yeah. So, you probably get arrested by the sheriff department up there. It's something like that. You go to their jail. But this is a city department, right? >> No, we all go to the same jail. >> Yeah. So, so this is just this is just the police department here. Boom. >> And then the sheriff comes and gets you takes you to jail. This is just the holding facility while until the sheriff gets here. >> Oh, that's so weird. So, there's no actual jail here >> there. Not in this place right here. >> Mhm. as a wife. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> His jail picture looks like though. >> Oh yeah, he looks different. >> He looks a lot different when he's not really locked up. Mhm. He's real skinny now. >> All right. So, what's going to happen is I'm going to go I'm going to do that thing I said with your phone real quick. Um and then I'm going to come back and talk to you. Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead. >> Um let's get some phone numbers. What's What's uh Luda's phone number real quick and then a um so let's say you go to jail right now, right? And you get bond you get your bond reduced or you get out. Is it going to look weird to them? >> No. I don't get in trouble. They know that. And most of them don't know that I'm in jail. >> Okay. But Josiah does. >> Josiah does. But Josiah is not connected to Ay or Luda. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. All right. So, what's awesome? Cody is not Luda's girlfriend. Uh is she goes by Cody? Um she's another person in jail. >> She a white female. >> Yeah. >> Cody. >> Mhm. She's in jail right now. >> She got picked up on her warrant. >> Yeah. Oh, she from what I heard, she's going away for loan loan, Diane. >> Yeah, I don't need her number then. Yeah, I know that. >> No, that's not his girlfriend number. >> No, I know. I need I need a girlfriend number yet. >> You need a girlfriend's number? >> Yeah. >> I don't think your girlfriend would like that. Sorry. It makes me feel a little bit better. Um, Tanya. There we go. >> How she look, Tanya. >> Tanya. She female or >> Yeah, she's like she's like white and Spanish maybe. And she's like real she's thick. Like she ain't butt like average females, you know, and she's she rarely ever comes out the house. Yeah. >> Um, she says she's 40. >> Oh, >> 40. No, she's not a baby mama, is it? >> 35, 38. No, it's not a baby mama. >> Okay. >> But he is, uh, talking to her again. And he's also got some girlfriend that's like he's hiding from everybody that I just started finding out about. Um, that is like off hidden and she's been handling a lot of his money. So, like she's she's a big like money supplier for him right now. >> Okay. All right. So, what I got to do is I got to take you back there real quick so I can go through this and then I'll bring you back out when I'm done. Okay. >> Okay. Let's uh >> So, what are you going to do with the numbers? Out of curiosity, >> I'm going to store them with my for my my information. >> I have no problem wearing whatever. Nobody searches me ever. Nobody's ever questionable for me cuz it's just I'm real nause. >> Yeah. Can you get a pair of socks or something? >> In the end, she was charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer, possession of illegal substances, and resisting arrest. While she got just what she deserved, she was nothing compared to these Kim Kardashian wannabes who were too drunk to stand straight, but had enough left to throw tantrums when officers tried to help them. >> Rolling all over the sidewalk, >> baby. Cuz it's baby. Okay, I'm not baby. All right, >> fix your shirt. Who are you calling? >> I got the chill. Oh my god. >> I'm not there. Please, please, please. I swear to God. Please, please. That was >> Stop talking my face. >> During an evening patrol in Florida, officers spotted one woman unconscious on the sidewalk and her friend wobbling on the edge of collapse. What began as a routine check for their safety quickly spiraled as the two turned hostile and did everything they could to provoke a confrontation with police. [Applause] >> Over here. >> We're good. Thank you. >> Um, do you guys have someone here with you? Cuz if you don't, you're going to the hospital. So, do you have someone you can call? >> No. >> No. It's not a choice. Okay. This is the police. >> And if I say you're going to the hospital, you're going. >> Okay. Do you have someone you can call? >> No. >> Okay. Then you're going to the hospital. >> No. No. Chill. Chill. Chill. >> Who can you call? >> Shut up. Come on. Come on. Chill. >> I know my address. I just want to go home. Okay, baby. >> But the problem is what's going on over there. You can't even stand rolling all over the sidewalk. >> Baby, cuz it's a baby. Okay. I'm not baby. All right. >> Fix your shirt, by the way. You're >> Hey, >> fix your shirt. >> So, what who can you call that can help you? We need to get someone here to help you. >> What? Are you you have a friend around here somewhere? I got the Uber. >> All right, listen. We can't hang out with you all night. What? Who are you calling? >> I got the Uber. Oh my god. >> It was glaringly obvious the pair were heavily intoxicated, a fact they underscored by randomly attempting to open and enter the police cruiser uninvited. The officers swiftly intervened but were unprepared for the fact that although they were high as a kite, their ability to cause trouble was still very operational. All right, put your hands behind you. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand back here. There you go. [Applause] Have a seat. Oh my god. >> Yeah. Now >> what she going to jail? >> Oh my god. So bad. I was just trying to call my >> I was just trying to get my friends in. >> Where's the other purse? Oh, I think that was she had both of them. So, >> I'll put her in mind for now. Come on over here. >> You got a female for search. [Applause] Oh my god. >> That was stupid. >> I was just trying to get my friend. >> You don't run from the police, right? That's not very smart. >> You were just going to go to the hospital. Now you're going to go to jail. >> I can't breathe into this. I can't breathe. I was just trying to cuz she's drunk. I'm not there drunk. Please, please, please. I swear to God. Please, please. I was >> Stop talking in my face. Okay. >> I'm going to I'm going to hold up for a second. >> Pull your hands back away from your body. >> I can't breathe. Oh my god. >> You can breathe. You're talking. You're out of your business, man. Go away. I don't care. We're still we're still not getting the point, are we? >> We do realize this is the police, right? >> Yes. I don't know who's >> Okay. Well, that's problem number one. That's why you're in this position, right? Maybe we should. >> I'm in this position. My friend is not I don't even live here. I live in LA. >> Oh my god. I can't live. You ain't in LA anymore. How is he? >> I don't know what you get away with in LA, but you ain't LA anymore. >> Oh, you're not from LA. Get out of here. >> Is that you? >> Okay. But here's the problem. When the police tell you to do something, you have to do it. I don't know how they do things in LA, but in Florida, where you are, when the police tell you to do something, you do it. Okay. >> Can you please do my friend is just so drunk. >> I understand. We were trying to address that. Okay. All we were going to do is probably have her go to the hospital because she's at the point where all sorts of men are are are hovering over her and she's passed out on the street. So, we're dealing with you cuz we're concerned for your safety. But >> I'm going, too. >> That's fine. But we are the police. We're there to help her. When people are too intoxicated to help them hurt her themselves, okay? And when you don't do what you're told to do, that's why you're in this situation. Get step out. >> This is going to hurt you. >> We're going to walk away. >> I see your knee is skinned. Do you have any other injuries? >> I don't know. >> Your shoulder. Okay. Just follow the instructions of this officer. Okay. Soon, a few bystanders showed up and began speaking with the officers, helping to shed light on the situation. With their input, the officers were able to piece things together and began identifying and processing everyone involved. >> She's got What do you need? Oh, her number. >> Her sister's >> Well, she's she's going to be going to road jail the road. Do you know where it is? Right. >> Not particularly, but I'll give you a piece of paper if you want to do that. It's fine. You want to do that? >> I mean, you can bind her out, but she's going to have to so her up first. So, it's just a mystery. Not a big deal. But, I mean, we were trying not to go that route with her once she starts running away from us. What happens? >> Yeah, we were going to send them both to the hospital cuz they're both drunk, >> passed out, all sorts of dudes like picking them up and they're with us. I wish we would have found you first cuz >> when it gets to the point where we're concerned for their safety cuz they're so intoxicated, then we're obligated to do something and we were just going to they were getting a little feisty. We were going to put them in a handcuff to the hospital. >> But once it gets to the point where they start fighting with us and then >> that's what we're trying to avoid. >> Okay. What's the other girl's name? Do you know? >> They have her ID, but I just want to make sure we have the right cuz they're so drunk they can't Yeah. Just give it her dad number. Okay, I will. Okay. >> With nothing left to sort out the scene, the officers prepared to head back to the station. The unconscious troublemaker stayed slumped in the cruiser. But her partner had regained just enough clarity to make a move that would catch everyone offg guard. Where she at? While we go to car step out, you Got an extra set of >> I double lot these cuffs. I'll just get them from you next week. Morning Angel. I have it. What side of car is she on? >> Stand right here. >> All right. Do you have any underwater or anything inside of your >> Okay. The reason I asked you sticking out so I want to make sure that it's not metal. Go to Jack. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I'll supplement. I'll do her Sierra. You're doing the other. >> Yeah. You want to add her to the defendant on your supplement since she got a 43. >> Your tongue. >> Yes. Okay, we're going to actually turn them back to your >> friend. All right, y'all good? In the end, she was charged with resisting arrest without violence and disorderly intoxication. This next incident unfolds in Green County, Tennessee, where officers faced a who was fundamentally incapable of surrender, making it instantly clear he would not be taken without a struggle. Under >> arrest, internet stalking of a child. >> And there's a couple other charges we'll go over here in a little bit. Okay. [Music] What do you think this is accomplishing? >> I don't know what the is going on and I'm terrified. >> On January the 9th, 2023, a Paragold police detective along with a Green County Sheriff's deputy attempted to serve a warrant on Dylan Forner for allegedly stalking a minor online. At first, Dylan seemed cooperative, but beneath his calm surface, something far more dangerous was brewing. Hey, is this Dylan here? It's >> in the back room. >> Okay. What are you doing? I'm right here. >> Brother, you ain't listening, brother. >> Dylan knew the walls were closing in, but he wasn't about to surrender without a fight. With one unexpected move, he caught the officers offguard, turning an already tense situation into complete chaos. It's okay. >> Hey. Nope. >> Get over here. [Music] >> Yep. [Music] >> Can I have that, please? Can you give me something to drink? >> No, you're not listening. Stop. resisting. >> Stop. [Music] >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop right now. >> Man, call 911. Tell me there's somebody else out here. He's fighting. Yes, >> stop or you will be tased. Walk. Walk to his car. >> Can we sit for a minute? >> No, we're past that. >> No. Can we please? Do you have a case? >> I do. >> You're going to your car then. Hold on. >> Not doing that. >> Please. Can you hold on? Please. >> No. Walk to the truck. >> Please don't. >> Then walk to the truck >> right now. >> Do what they say. What the is going on? >> They can't [ __ ] right now. >> They know they're [ __ ] >> Hey, where's my Miranda? >> I'm not asking you any questions right now, brother. Huh? I'm asking you questions right now. Where's my Miranda? Huh? >> Where are my Miranda? Besides your car on or is it full? >> It's on the passenger side. >> Can I put this back on, please? Help me. >> Can you put it back on when you get in the truck? [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] Is there anybody else coming? >> Yep. Quit. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> You quit. [Music] >> Get in this truck right now. >> Parag taser deployed. We're still fighting. What do you think this is accomplishing? >> I don't know what the is going on and I'm terrified. >> We told you we will explain it to you. >> Well, we ain't going to explain it while we're fighting with you. >> What you say? >> Well, somebody called King. >> No, I'm not calling anybody right now. >> You're going to get in the truck and you're going to sit down. That's all we're doing right now. >> Okay. [Music] >> Okay. We're good. >> Okay. Promise. >> You can hang till I get good. Y >> wrapped up in taser wires right now. We're just going to hang out >> neighborhood. I'll be headed over to the other part of this on 11th Avenue [Music] with dispatch. We're 10 15 security can additional units. Once Dylan was in the cruiser, officers re-entered the house, and what they uncovered inside was far more unsettling than expected. The discoveries didn't just deepen the case. They left a lasting impact on the officers themselves, especially in light of the chaos that had just taken place within those walls. >> I didn't expect that. >> Uh, you got multiple phones I need to get. You see what he's going for, right? >> Is there a gun over there? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Um, got a maroon shirt, sunglasses, and something else. [Music] >> He's sad. He just doesn't know what's going on. >> He does cuz he pretty much told he told the kid yesterday, "I know this is illegal. You're too young." >> He's wanting a Sprite. >> No, >> absolutely not. >> I'm not going to help you out. >> After all that, we were we were getting him a drink and that's when he went for the gun. You just want me to take him to jail? >> Just follow me. I don't think anything's good happen tomorrow. >> Okay. You're just going to call I'll just tell them that you'll call up there and give him the charges. >> In the end, he was charged with inappropriate online communication with a minor under 15, unlawful use of a computer involving a minor, two counts of attempting to take an officer's equipment, physical altercation, resisting law enforcement, and property damage. Up next is Ashley, a med student who had one too many drinks and ended up getting a dose of her own medicine after picking a fight at the beach. That was just the beginning. She wasn't done causing trouble yet. >> Punched me in my face for no goddamn punch. >> I didn't go in her face. She came up and punched me. You're going to defend the >> Hi. Upon arrival, officers found a young woman claiming she was the victim in the situation. However, as the story unfolded, it turned out there was more to the case than met the eye. >> Where you at right now? Where you staying on? >> Uh, we live in New I mean on the beach. >> Oh, we're just like here. >> Where's your stuff? It's right there. But we don't care. They had an issue. She punched me in my face. >> Well, why does it start from the beginning? There's got to be a reason. And no one just comes up to you punch. >> No, because she thought we were like I don't even know. >> She came up to you and just hit you for no reason. >> She thought we were being I guess excessive. So, we haven't done anything. We just got back here from walking on the beach. >> Okay. >> Can we leave? I'm not doing an allegation of a crime. So, >> okay. Well, I'm leaving. >> Okay. Well, it's only me. They can leave. It's only me. >> Hey, one second. We're going to get here. >> I'm telling you to take my keys and leave. >> Just wait. It's just for right now cuz she's not being calm. >> Put her in cuffs. >> I know I am. Cuz she's not being calm. >> No, she doesn't like the police. So, why did this lady come up to me? After securing Ashley in the police car, the officers went ahead to interview one final person and discovered the missing piece they needed to conclude the investigation. >> What happened, man? >> So, my niece started watching our kids out in the water. The lady was laying here and she started cussing and saying, "You big goggle wide wearing. Why are you watching me staring at me?" Yes. >> And she said, "I'm watching my kids out here." She gets up and she just keeps cussing, cussing, cussing. And she walks this way. There was a little push between us both folk and I will not lie. I mean I'm not going to lie. I did swing because she pushed. >> Okay.
