Roll over, on your stomach. So, a lot of people complain about stop and ID. Um that's not what this is. This guy committed a traffic violation as he's driving on the road and was stopped by a a motor deputy in Brevard County for an observed violation of Florida traffic law. That's not stop and ID. He has been seized per the Fourth Amendment and during this seizure and this investigation that's happening, he has to provide evidence of his identity. That's just the way the law works. I don't know I don't know in what country that that doesn't work, but if he doesn't want to obey that law, maybe he should move there.
