three years ago. You're the one who to somebody behind my back just the other week. >> Like it always happens. He's a cop. They never do anything to him. >> As citizens, we trust the police officers to serve with integrity. But what happens when some corrupt officers overstep their boundaries and in turn get caught and exposed by their fellow officers? >> Okay. Is there a reason why you use the women's? Do you identify as female or I'm just trying to get to know you? >> I I I just accidentally walked in there. I've been a cop. You're not You're not >> Oh, where were you caught at? >> Up in South Carolina. >> In South Carolina. >> I mean, I was grabbing over and everything and dancing all around. I mean, you know, we th up in there. Come on, man. I just told you what happened. >> The first case begins at a McDonald's store involving a disturbed ex cop's crazy act of groping an employee that was uncovered by police officers. He touched her already. She She's so nervous. She's running and that she almost fell down. >> What did he do? What did he >> He's touching all her titty, all her body and stuff. >> So So you just said you were grabbing her titties? >> Yeah. >> So But why wouldn't you maybe just grab her shoulder? You said >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Stay right here with me. Stay right here with me. William. William. >> William, I'm I'm fine. Stay right here with me. >> Police officers rushed to a McDonald's after an employee reported being groped by a creep who crawled under the stall while she was cleaning the woman's restroom. On arrival, officers immediately spoke with the store manager to gather more details about this very disturbing incident. >> What was he doing? >> Just try to touch his skin the restaurant. Just try to touch it. >> Like touch her like how? Like >> Oh, hi Tom. >> How are you? >> What are you doing? >> Yeah, I think he in the bathroom. >> Yeah, >> but but he trying to touch somebody. >> He touched her already. She She's so nervous. She's running down. She almost fell down. >> What did he do? What did he >> He touching all her titty, all her body and stuff. He tried to touch He tried to knock her down in the bathroom. >> The suspect, an ex cop, casually walked out of the woman's restroom and his unusual behavior immediately raised the officer's suspicions during questioning. However, even more shocking revelations were about to unfold. >> What's up, man? >> What? >> Hey, Mr. Williams. >> That's him. That's him. >> Okay. Hey, >> what's what's going on, man? >> They They called and said you were causing a little scene in here, >> did they? >> Yeah. >> Well, I came in here and tried to get some drink and stuff. >> I'll be right back. Go talk to >> So, you try to get a drink? Okay. >> Yeah, I came here to get drink and I didn't fall in trouble. >> Yeah. >> Did you physically touch anybody? >> No, sir. I didn't physically touch anybody. >> Yeah. Cuz somebody said they kind of like like I don't know if you were asking a question or something. You were touching them or >> No, sir. I didn't physical touch anybody. >> Would you have your driver's license with you? >> I mean, escape this gentleman. >> I know, but you you took We didn't I I I just want to identify you and then you >> said your wings. >> Yeah, but I need to get your birthday and everything like it should keep his name. >> It's quick, man. I'm telling you. I'm not as of right now, you're not in any trouble. I just need to identify. That's all. Can you switch? >> You have any weapons on you or anything? I got my hands. >> Well, other than that. >> I mean, do you have any knives? Nothing? >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. >> So, you're down in the Keys for how long? Do you know? >> Well, you just coming to visit or you do you live down here? >> Are you okay? Let's Are you okay? >> Listen, I'm okay. I came in here to get a drink. >> Okay. Is there a reason why you use the women's? Do you identify as female or I'm just trying to get to know you? I >> I I just accidentally walked in there. >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. Did you say no weapons whatsoever on you? I'm going to check real quick just for your safety and mine. All right. Yeah. >> I'm not going to ding your pockets. I just want Can I have a drop? >> I will give it to you. I promise. I promise you I'll give it back to you. You got Turn around for me. You place your hand at the top of your head for me. Just hands on top of your head for me. Like on top. There you go. There you go. >> All right. You're good. Now you get relaxed. All right. Yeah, I'll give you your license back in in no time. Promise. >> Well, Jeffy, I like >> I'm just waiting for them to tell me you're you're good, man. You have any warrants? >> No. You >> all right? >> Yeah. Feel fine. Feel great. >> All right. You want to have a seat? >> No, I don't have a seat. >> You see that? >> What are you all right? You're like staring at me. You're kind of making me nervous. >> Motorcycle thing. Are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm okay. >> You're a little stressed? >> No. >> You sure you're not stressed? >> Yeah. >> I mean I mean you are you have following correct protocols? >> Yeah. >> I've been a cop. You're not You're not >> Oh, where were you cop at? >> Up south coming. >> This parameter. What age is it? >> Was undercover cop? >> Oh, undercover. >> As the officer continued to interrogate him, the man's responses quickly started to shift from slightly odd to completely absurd and disturbing. >> You have my driver's license? Yeah, I I'm going to give it back to you, William. No worry. Or Sunny. Sunny. Was it Sunny you said? >> Can you see? You know the protocol. I got Make sure you don't want it. >> I know. I just I just I thought you look kind of nervous and all. I was just wondering. I mean, I've done undercover stuff, too. I mean, we had to kill people and everything, you know. Everything. No, thankfully you know I have any thankfully now just back on the system running What brings you down to the queue since we're waiting here? >> Actually came down to see a president Elon Musk. >> Oh yeah. >> So I don't have any air down here. I don't follow news too much. >> Yeah. >> Like down in Key West or >> I don't know where You know what I think what it was that that was going on? I I kind of got >> I picked up these radio waves and here I mean you've been undercover, right? So you know about radio waves where they could communicate with you kind of from remotely and I you know I had these radio waves going and I had these things going >> and can I get it back there? I promise. >> And so I had these radio waves going and I started dancing. You know I went in there and everything. Yeah. >> Start dancing again. I mean, I hear these radio waves. You feel that? I just started happen. I was doing undercover stuff >> when you were doing undercover stuff. I don't know if maybe it's different up there with the >> cuz down here it's an island chain. Maybe the ocean or something. I don't know if that causes it. >> I'm not sure. Keep hearing those radio lights. >> Yeah. >> That started while I was on the cover. >> Do you have your uh agency ID with you? >> No, I haven't done it for a while. >> Oh, you haven't done it for a while. When did you when did you get out? >> But no decisions been made. We're just trying to get figure out what happened. Do you want to give us a written statement as to what happened today? >> I accidentally walked in there and I I meant to walk and that's >> Gotcha. Do you want to write that? It's up to you. You don't have to, but what you like, right? >> Okay. >> Like I said, no decisions been made yet, but because you're not free to walk away, I want to read this to you before I ask any question. Okay. >> You know, he read me out as soon as >> I still have to. No, I'm required to. So, >> you have the right to remain silent. The officers were shocked by the ex- cop's behavior and attitude, but it didn't take them long to uncover his guilt and misconduct. Despite his attempts to hide the truth, his words and actions told a completely different story. >> So, Mr. Whis, may I ask you a few questions? If you don't mind, it's up to you. And if you don't want me to, that's perfectly okay. Um, but if you would like me to, I would like to ask you a couple questions. >> Sure. All right. >> Okay. So the >> the the young lady out there saying that you you grabbed her in the chest area. What happened to that? >> I mean, I was grabbing my little titties and everything and we were dancing all around, you know, and then we I threw her up in there, you know. Oh, come on, man. I just told you what happened. >> Mhm. >> I mean, I'm just going there. I mean, I went in there, but I'm just going there. >> So, why would you grab her? >> I was just cutting with you, man. I just want to go. I mean, I went in there. I meant to go in here. So why would you grab her chest instead of her shoulders? >> What are you talking about? >> I'm just what I'm trying to get figured out. >> So So you just said you were grabbing her titties. >> Yeah. >> So But why wouldn't you maybe just grab her shoulder instead of her titties? >> You know, I should grab Right. >> Okay. All right. So what happened with that? Would you grab it for me? >> You know, like long nipples grabbing on we I was throwing up in the air and around and it was like a wizard up above me, you know. Way in there. Did Did she ask you to do that? >> Yeah. I mean, she couldn't I mean, I was like I mean, they called me in. I mean, somebody's ass ran in there and I throw him. >> So So what did she actually say? Like how did she How did she ask you to do that? >> I'm just nice and slow. You know, she kind of bounc >> I got you. All right. The officers maintained their composure throughout the investigation, which the ex- cop mistook for weakness, but he soon discovered the consequences of crossing the line. >> All right, but give give me one second, please. All right, we're going to work hopefully on that. Just give me one more. >> You mind if I get a give us a second, man? >> I have a code. Do they ask? >> They should. >> Can I get Well, let's wait till they're done. We'll let you know when >> Hold on, hold on, hold on. Stay right here with me. Stay right here with me. What? William. William. >> William. I'm I'm fine. Stay right here with me. William. William. >> Stay right here with me, buddy. Please. William. I'm I'm telling you. I'm telling you. Please. Stand right here for me. William, >> William, please step over. I'm not going to ask you again. Move. >> Okay. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Turn away. Face away from the deputy. >> Sure. Face away from the deputy. You hear? Look at me. If the deputy tells you you have to do something, you have to do it. >> We're going to step you out to the deputy's car here. You're going to have to sit in the back there since you don't want to cooperate in here. >> Do you want some trespass warrant? >> Yes, please. >> Yes. Yes. >> Not a problem. We'll do that >> because the thing is we don't want him coming back in here. We got a lot of ladies in the bathroom. Even me, that guy was all the way to here. >> He came in here >> of course. She was like shaking and screaming >> bathroom over to here. >> All the way to here. >> Once he saw that, he ran back to the bathroom. >> And then when I said sir and then he ran back this way, we thought he left. But what I did, I opened the door to see where he's going to run to. But he went to the bathroom. And then why you going to go to a lady's bathroom? This is maybe he got some mental problem, but that's not the point. And then if he sick, somebody has to be with him. He cannot be in the building and doing bad things to people. >> The ex- cop was taken to jail and charged with battery. From a violent cop to an officer who abused his authority to stalk his girlfriend and get exposed and charged by his own colleagues. >> She's been with this dude for like like four months, close to like four months that she's been with this guy. He's cheating on me, lying in the internet. Did she know anything about the air check? >> Yeah, she did. She found it later. Nothing like that. I just legitimately wanted to talk to him and figure out >> how long she'd been playing for. >> On April the 17th, 2025, an offduty Roswell police officer, Troy, showed up at the house of his ex-girlfriend's current partner, banging on the door, demanding to speak with her. When police arrived, they found their fellow officer outside the house and confronted him. >> What's going on, Troy? What's going on, man? What's good? I've been for over a year and she's been cheating on me with this dude right here and she was not coming to the door at all. And all I want to do is just talk to this dude. So, I'm honestly I just wanted to talk, but at this point I'm just going to go to admin about it. Um, she's been apparently cheating on me for months and just lying about it. And I've been hearing rumors about her being at station six. This guy's a firefighter. Um, same car I've seen at the fire station. And all I wanted to do is talk, but now I'm going to have to report it out. So, okay. All right. Troy attempted to bond with the officers, hoping to gain their support and avoid consequences. But his story would have to be exceptionally convincing to justify his questionable actions. Something that seemed highly improbable. >> So, I've been with her for over a year. Apparently, she's been with this dude for like like 4 months, close to like 4 months that she's been with this guy. He's cheating on me, lying to me about it. So, I just figured all this stuff out now and that's why I'm here. I'm just trying to talk to him. >> And so, how did you figure it out? >> So, essentially, um about four or five months ago, right, like how I said that four month gap. >> Mhm. Um, we were having some issues and um, I had her location uh, because I had an Apple Air Tag in her gym bag and this address popped up. Um, and I she'd been staying here for for like weeks on end, >> right? And um she had been staying here for weeks on end. And um I basically um she would just tell me that she was at her grandma's or or her uh >> so so apparently she had been um she'd been saying that she was at her grandma's and and stuff and I just didn't know. I just didn't I I didn't think anything of it. And um and I like I never told her anything about this address cuz she didn't want to know where. She just doesn't like me being nosy, I guess. Or I'm assuming. >> Um but she had been living with me, too. So she would be like, "Oh, well, I'm going to my grandma's." Um and this location will pop up with her appear tag. And um then she'd come back and she'd stay with me and she'd be staying with me for weeks. And so there'd be rumors like uh well um she's talking to to a firefighter and I'm like no, she's not. And um I'm just so lost in my head right now. Okay. Did she know anything about the air check? >> Yeah, she did. She found it later. >> But but did she know that you had put it in her bag? >> Yeah. before she found it. >> Oh, no. Okay. All right. But this that was months ago. Um she found it. We just had our little dispute over it. And I never mentioned anything about this address. So, >> and then tonight you decided to come over here and check it for yourself or >> Well, yeah, cuz I finally cuz I tied two together cuz the Hyundai Sonata. >> Mhm. And I have been I have um I was told like like two months ago that she was seen uh with another dude in this this Honey Sonata. I'd ask her she denied it and then she would go and cuz it was at the department like everyone talks, right? So she would go to up to them and be like, "Hey, you didn't see me in that car. Like what what's the matter if you don't get in my business?" Stuff like that. Now I just tied two together and here's her unit. Here's his car. We're supposed to be in a relationship. She's obviously sleeping with him. So, I just wanted to talk to him. I just wanted to I never thought about getting like physical or anything like that. I just legitimately wanted to talk to him and figure out how long she'd been playing me for. >> The officers then went and questioned Troy's girlfriend to hear her version of the story. And slowly the truth began to take shape and it gave a clearer picture of the gravity of the offense which their fellow colleague had committed. >> Did you know anything about a air tag? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> He did. >> I end up finding out. >> Yeah. I did ask him like did she know you put an air tag or did she find it? >> Found it. >> And he he did. He had me. I didn't know who it was cuz we haven't went on behaving. And I was sitting there and I was like, "Why the heck does my phone keep saying like it's trying to connect to something?" And I didn't know what that was cuz I've never had an Air Tag. Well, then he started like pinging it like as if it was a headphone. And I was like, "What?" And we found it. Like he literally had I still have it. It's on my gym bag and it slipped and it was placed in there. And I was like, "What the hell?" >> Do you feel like He's talking. >> It's one of the I know it's a yes or no. I didn't up till this point. >> Okay. You didn't up until this point when he actually showed over here. >> Correct. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Armed with this new information. The officers returned to question their colleague more intensely. Under the mounting pressure, the cop began showing clear signs of nervousness. >> I noticed she right here at the front door. Um, and then when we were called, we we did hear the knocking in the background. Okay. With that knocking in the background, was that you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, when I spoke with you, you stated that uh been in a romantic relationship. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And that you had discovered that she was she had been cheating on you. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Um, at one point of your statement, you had told me that you had put an air tag in her gym bag. >> Yes. >> Is that correct? >> Yes. Okay. What around when when was that that you put >> This was like December. >> So you put the the you put the tag in her bag in December. Um do you have like approximate date or you just know like >> um she went on vacation um to Florida >> and before that like a week before that? Um that's probably when I that's when I did it. >> Okay. >> About a week before that. >> Okay. Um, do you know about when she possibly discovered it? >> Um, the day of she leaving the uh that she was leaving the Florida, she um confirmed me about it when she got to Albuquerque. >> Okay. All right. Um, so after that incident, was there any more like any other incidences of you possibly like following her or showing up places where she's at without her knowledge? No. Um, and so how did you discover how did you discover that this is one of that this is his vehicle? >> So like I said before, I discovered this address through one of the days on the Air Tag. Okay. >> Um, she was like saying she was going to the gym. went to the gym and she um because she was living with me and then um she said she wasn't um that she's going to go stay at her grandma's and um this is apparently where her grandma was or is. Um so that's like I've known of this address like I've always known of this address. Um so like I always just thought this was like her grandma's address. Um, like I was I never like like ran to see who the owner was of any vehicle or anything like that. Like I always just believed her and I thought it was her grandma's. Um, so when she said she would go to her grandma's, I knew she was here. Um, as far as like following her and stuff, I've never done any of that. Never followed her any any sort. Um there is an instance where she um where there was like a uh cuz she drives a red Jeep. Um there was a red Jeep um driving down like one of the streets like while I was on patrol and I was like huh I cuz at the time she said that she was um like in Albuquerque or something for a doctor's appointment and um uh I just saw that red jeep. I was like, "There can't it can't be." So, I ran it. It wasn't her. And then I told her about it. I was like, "Hey, by the way, like I thought that was you." And I ran it and it wasn't. I was just being paranoid. And she was like and she got on to me and got all mad and upset. So, um she's always like held that grudge against me thinking that I'm trying to like follow cars thinking it's her, but um that was like that only instance um as far as anything else. Okay. So, what provoked you to come over here tonight? >> So, I had learned from another officer about a day or two ago while I was on shift that was at station six uh with her red jeep and there was a male inside of her doorway and obviously still currently dating. And I was like the >> Troy did his best to create a convincing coverup story, but he was clearly failing as his questionable actions were about to be exposed. >> After learning that, like I called her, I called her, I confronted her about it. Um, she was just very very like super defensive. Um, saying that she was going to like go to admin if like I try to like cause anything and like to keep our relationship like a secret. And um, I was just so overwhelmed with emotion. And like I didn't know like I didn't want to believe it. And then backtrack um about 5 months 5 months ago um Spites had told me that was seen in a white Hyundai Sonata um driving down the street on their day off and I was like that can't be her. And then I confronted her about it and she was like, "No, the I was at a chiropractor blah blah blah." And I was like, "Okay." And then she confronts Spit about it. Was like, "You keep my name out of your mouth." Like, "That's not me." And then fasttracked to here. She's seen at station 6. There's a white Hyundai Sonata that I saw at station 6 when I drove by it. And >> when did you drive by station six? This was like the day of him telling me that. >> No, it was 5 months ago. >> No, the day um the officer told me that um she was seen at station 6. This was like 2 days ago that she was seen at station 6. >> Okay. So, you drove by station six to see if that car was there. >> Yeah, there's a white um well, I wasn't necessarily looking for that specific vehicle. I was just seeing that she was there. >> And then while I was driving by, I noticed there was a white Honda. I was like, "That's just weird." I mean, but there's a lot, so I didn't know if it was it was that one for sure. And then um um it was today um we were talking uh cuz we've been having a lot of problems with our relationship cuz she's got a lot going on apparently is what she's been saying. And um we've just been going through a lot and just argue, arguing, um trying to talk things through. And I like I I needed someone to talk to and um she said she was going to talk to me in the morning and I was like, "Okay, cool." Said, "I love you. Good night." And um I was just curious. I was like, "Is she I wonder if she's home." Um like she says she is. So I drove by here and I saw that white honey. I'm like, but I've always thought this was her grandma's house. So I just like I'm like, "Okay. And um it just I guess all the it all came together. >> Yeah. >> Do you do you think it was wise knocking on the door though at 1:00 in the morning? >> Like I was just so overwhelmed with emotion that I just wanted to know the truth, right? Like I didn't want to like be physical or anything of the sort. I just wanted to have a conversation with whoever this firefighter dude is. That's it. Cuz I just want to know the truth. I deserve to know the truth. Especially if I've been with this chick for over a year and she's been doing this to me for months. >> Congratulations. >> Like that's not fair to me. And I just want to know the truth. I know it probably wasn't right, but I was just so overwhelmed with emotion. And I would just want to know the truth. Like I'm calm and collective. I'm not trying to cause any problems. I'm not breaking it. I'm not tampering with their vehicles. I'm not doing any of the extracurricular. I just literally I was just staying at the door cuz I know she's here and she said it's her grandma's. I mean, why wouldn't she's done this to me before where she is at my door at 1:2 in the morning because of smaller problems. So, I I just wanted to talk to him if possible and that's why I was at the door cuz I just thought this was her grandma's. I don't know. >> After getting the statements from both the parties involved, the officers reached a conclusion and decided to take action. >> I'm going be straight up with you. All right. with the incidents that's going on. Dude, this is matching this is matching the the elements of stalking. Bro, >> I'm not stalking, but I've never stalked. Like, I've never had the intent. >> But check this out. Putting an Air Tag in her bag without her knowledge. Okay, that is monitoring a person's movements, which is an element for stalking. Okay. Showing up to this house. Okay. Unannounced. Okay. Seeing that the vehicle that belonged to a guy that she possibly was talking to, seeing her unit here. Okay. And then you knocking on the door, ringing the doorbell for 20 minutes. Also is you showing up physically to a place where she is at that you were uninvited to. >> Well, I didn't know I was uninvited. >> Well, did she say come over here? >> No, she didn't say it. But she didn't not say that I can't be here. that. But but then she say, "Hey, come over here at this time of night." >> No. No. >> Okay. All right. So now we have multiple instances and then also you driving by station 6 to see if her vehicle is there. Okay. Another attempt to monitor. All right. So those are all falling to the elements of stalking. Okay. And and it happening more than one time. Okay. All right, that's where we're at. And then also showing up to these people's house, ringing the doorbell for 20 minutes, and like she wants to press charges against you, like the the homeowner. Okay. >> Um, spent a lot of time on the phone while I was in there, um, talking to lieutenant, um, talking to the DAs, everything like that, man. Cuz we got to make sure we are doing our due diligence in all of it. Mhm. >> Okay. And so as of right now, okay, with the statements I've got from in there and the statements I've gotten from you, okay, you are going to be placed under arrest for stalking and criminal trespass. Okay. This is not an easy thing for me to do. This is something that I don't want to do. Okay. >> So, criminal trespass on what? >> Criminal trespass and stalking. Okay. Is any of it against a household member? >> No. Stalking and criminal trespass is not against a household member. >> Am I able to get this an arrest site? >> No, this is not an arrest. This is No, this is not an arrest site. >> As far as the stalking, like is she the one pressing the charges? >> She said she did want to press charges. >> All right. >> Yeah. This one's like classified as like u it's still kind of under the Family Violence Protection Act, but this is one of those ones that we need to ask them like it could fall like if I meet you online >> because I've never seen like stalking like on a household member. That's why I was asking. >> Yeah. No. No. That's the thing. It kind of falls under the family fine violence protection act, but it's kind of not. >> You think I'm going to lose my job? >> That's not for me to determine. >> But like like do you think >> I don't know. >> So I mean I didn't lay no hands. I didn't try to fight. right now. Right now, you're only being charged, okay? You're not being convicted or anything like that. Okay? But granted, yes, they are going to put you on that. I'm going to let you know right now, they're going to put you on admin leave. Lieutenant Fry is already at the PD waiting on us. They'll put you on admin leave until they determine what they want to do. >> Okay. >> Those are my keys. >> All right. Okay. Uh >> I just have my wall on my phone. >> Okay. No, that's fine. So, you said your rifle, you said your rifle's in here with you? >> Yeah. I was >> um >> You said your rifle's in here, right? >> My rifle, my vest. Okay. >> All right. Here. >> All right. And then the rest of your stuff is at your place. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Yeah. We'll get the phone number for your mom. That way she can meet them to pick up the rest of your stuff. Okay. Um other than that, just go ahead and cuff them in the front and we'll do it like that. We pretty much we kicked everybody out of the PD so that way nobody going to be there. Um we'll just sit you upstairs while I type up the paperwork and stuff like that. Okay. Take my watch off. >> Take your watch off. >> Yeah. Troy was taken to the police department where he was charged with stalking and placed on administrative leave. It is a wild case where an arrogant detective falsely harassed an innocent bystander only to be immediately exposed. >> No, we're leaving. >> No, no, no. You're not going. >> You're not a cop to detain me. >> Wait for the police officer. >> You are not a cop. Hey, he's trying to kidnap me. One day, a fellow man by the name of Jeremiah was peacefully walking through a neighborhood in Nashville with his family. At the time, he didn't know this, but he was about to get completely harassed by an arrogant detective. >> Sir, >> what are you doing? >> Sir. Sir, >> my phone, man. Sam, >> stop. >> I'm not being by you. >> Doesn't get down the road so your kid doesn't get hit. Dude, >> I haven't seen any weapons. >> That don't mean I don't have weapons. >> No, now he's threatened me. What do you think he has weapons? >> No, I didn't threaten you. It's on video, you liar. After talking to the officer for a few minutes, he began to realize the amount of trouble he was really in and tried to make up for his mistakes. >> Is that your name? >> Detective William Thor with Metro Police. >> Not trying to hurt you. Don't want to scare you. I'm really sorry for the confrontation I had in front of your child. Okay. I feel really bad about that and I just want to apologize to you. So, I am sorry for upsetting your kid, especially around the holidays. So, >> yeah, cuz she's never going to forget that now. And she's going to look at cops as pieces of shits because of you. >> You're absolutely right. Taking that into consideration. Apologize to you. >> I try to teach my kid that not all cops are bad. And I apologize. And I want you to understand how hard it is for me to >> Oh, I know how hard it is for cops. I know. I'm a First Amendment auditor. I know. >> All right. Well, we need more people like you with this bill. In the end, Detective Williams Thurot was fired. In gross overstepping of boundaries, an Albuquerque police officer, Liam King, got exposed for groping an innocent female. >> He said, "Look, I'm not going to look in your purse or anything. I'm just going to search your body." And when he would search like um he was just going way too high on my leg, under my butt, um my p like you know when he was going to my legs, he was touching, you know, my >> But I didn't make any advances toward her at all. On June the 25th, 2023, Albuquerque police officer Liam King faced serious trouble after being accused of inappropriately searching a female suspect. The victim filed a complaint and was questioned by special investigators at the police station about the incident. >> I'm the lieutenant of the special victims. Okay. >> Justin here is my acting sergeant. He's also a detective in the crimes unit. So the reason why we're involved is because the statements that was told um was on an officer that inappropriately touched you. Yes. >> Okay. So that's why we're here. This is what we specialize in. >> So the process is going to be very simple. We just want to hear what took place. Give us as much detail and then we'll just kind of follow up on some questions. >> Okay. >> Before we start, is there any questions that you have? >> No. >> Okay. Can you tell me start with the date and the timeish and then we'll go from there? >> Um, okay. I don't know the today's date. >> Oh, that's okay. I don't have my watch. So, was this at It was Yeah, about um I believe it was like around 6:00 p.m. >> Okay. >> Um I can get this exact time because actually you need the exact time because I text my sister right after it happened. I text my sister. So, >> we're going to go back to those in a minute. Uh just for the recording. Um I do want to confirm the information that was provided. Um and this is reference case number. >> Okay. So I was walking to the uh Dollar General on um Lomus and Monroe. Um I had stopped before I got there. I stopped to smoke a cigarette. So I kind of sat on um like um where you park, you know, the little curve for the cars, you know. I was sitting on one of those um parking things. Mhm. >> Um I was smoking a cigarette and I was on my phone and I seen um a patrol car, you know, kind of pass me and I looked in the building I was sitting at. I've been arrested for um being on, you know, where business are closed and I'm and I'm sitting on the property. So at that time I was like I looked back to see if the business was open. It wasn't. So I started to gather my things so I could um leave the property so I didn't you know get harassed or whatever. Um then I seen the patrol car like turn around and he was started coming back towards me. Um his window was down and uh he he was turning in right as I was going to walk across the street. I just was ignoring him. Um and he's like hey uh you want a cigarette? And I was like uh sure. So he pulled in and he got out his car. He went around to the passenger side, got a pack of cigarettes in a torch lighter, gave me the cigarette, and then he like lid my cigarette for me, and uh he said, "You look familiar. Um, have I arrested you before?" And I'm like, "No, I don't think so." Like, "That's strange. You have I know faces." And I was just like, "Um, I so do I never rest before." And um so then he was just uh just, you know, making small talk. He said he was bored. Um that it was a slow night. um and he was just bored uh if I would just talk to him for a little bit. And so I agreed to, you know, um I knew I didn't have any warrants or anything, you know, I wasn't worried about anything, so I just uh agreed to talk to him. Um >> the victim was initially nervous and hesitant, but as she described the incident, investigators realized they were facing a serious complaint against their colleague, >> he like immediately asked me, um uh do you have any booze on you? And I said, "No." And he's like, "Uh, do you mind if I search you?" And I was like, "Why?" And you know, I was like, "Do you have a probable cause?" You know, like I thought we were just talking, you know. And um he said, "No, I'm just uh I'm just asking if I could search you." And he's like, "So you you're not going to search me?" And I was like, "I don't feel that there's a reason to." Um and so we just kept talking. Um we sat there talking for a good minute just about random stuff. Um and again, he had um asked me if he could search me again. Oh, actually, no. you he want to run my name? Cuz I said, "Oh, I don't have no warrant or anything." And he's like, "Do you mind if I check?" And I said, "Sure." Um, I remembered I had a non-extritable warrant out of Sandball County. And so I was like, "Oh, I have one out of Sandball County, but it's not extraable." And he brought it up. He's like, "Yeah." He's like, "Let me check the bail on that, the bond on that." And he told me it was 2100. Um, and we kept talking for a little bit. Uh, and then he asked um to search me again. And I was just like, "Why?" And then he had made a statement like, "Oh, Kim Kim lets me search her. Um, I think she likes it though." And I was like, "I really doubt she lets you search her, you know, like." And um and he's like, "She does. Ask her." And I just like shrugged it off. Um then he uh he said, "Look, I'm not going to look in your purse or anything. I'm just going to search your body." And he said, "I'll put your purse." He's like, "My lapel cam's off." Um so I'm gonna put your purse on on my hood of the car, which he I gave him my purse. put it on the car and he asked me to put my hands on, you know, his police car and I did and he's like, "Can you spread your legs?" I spread my legs. Um, he began to search. Uh, immediately I felt uncomfortable. Um he was like just like when he would search like um he was just going way too high on my leg under my butt. Um my p like you know when he would go to my legs he was touching you know my um he pulled my pants out and went on the like runs two fingers on the inside of my underwear like on top of my pants. >> I've never been I've been searched a lot. I've never been searched like that at all ever. Then he proceeded to um uh tell me he's going to search for my you know my bra, which you know, it's my understanding they're supposed to use the back of the hand and just go under. Um he did that a little and then he was like leaning over and he pulled my um my my bra out so my boob was exposed. Um and I I immediately took my hands out the car and like put my you know my hands on my chest and I was like officer I don't think you're supposed to be doing that. Um and he said please put your hands on the back of the car, you know. So I did and uh and so he um he went to the other breast, you know, and and did the same thing. I had my money in there and um I did have a a baggie on me that had like um uh so like but just like a few sprinkles, you know, it was just like empty bag. Um and he he's like, "Oh, you have a baggie." And I said, "Well, it's empty." He said, "Well, it's enough to uh field test. Um I'm not going to arrest you, though. um just you know uh make make me a promise if I'm not going to arrest you if my lapel comes off if it was on I would have to arrest you. I said for that there's nothing there you know and he's like he's like yeah he's like but um just whenever you see me out he's like just be as nice to me then as you are to me now. I don't I I don't know if that I guess me searching letting him feel me. I don't know what he meant by that. I'm thinking that's what he meant. Um, so then after he searched, um, I just I didn't, um, like let him know anything that I was bothered or anything. I just said, "Okay, well, I'm going to go to the store and I got to get my cats food, you know." And, um, and he said, "Okay." And uh, he said, "Remember, you have to be nice to me next time. You know, every time you see me, you got to be nice to me." And I said, "Okay." >> Officer King allegedly approached the woman without probable cause and failed to activate his body cam. As she recounted her ordeal, the woman appeared deeply afraid of the repercussions of speaking out against a police officer. Her testimony revealed even more troubling details about the situation. >> He could see that, you know, he was doing wrong, you know. So then he hand me um I don't really want to pursue anything cuz I don't want any trouble out of this. I I feel like um I don't want if nothing happens to him. Like I don't want him to come after me. Like I feel like he would, you know, and he knows the area that I used to stay in, you know. So like I just didn't want any trouble. Yes, I can't look past this. Like I have to call it in and and he's like, "Do you trust me?" And I was like, "Yes." And he said, "Okay." And he's like, "We're going to protect you." And I was like, "Okay." Were you wearing the same clothes that you >> No, I was just going to say that. Also, I was in a sports bra um a black sports bra and um and then just a regular jeans. So, you know, I was, you know, more provocative. You know, I it was only right here. Um, and then of course, you know, that's what I guess that's why he, you know, so he's more able to like, you know, cuz with this I can't pull it down or, you know, he was able to just, you know, like pull my shirt open. Um, but yeah. >> What color? Sports bra. >> Oh, black. And he said the third time he asked to search. >> Um did you tell him okay or what happened? >> Yeah. Um he said that's when he said he wasn't going to search my purse. He just wanted to search my body. And at that time I felt like okay um I wasn't worried about anything, you know. Um I I honestly forgot that baggy was even in there. It didn't have anything anyway. So I wasn't really worried about it. And he was a male officer. So, I didn't feel like that he should I didn't had no I like I wouldn't even think that he would have opened my shirt like that to even see anything, you know? So, I wasn't worried about anything. So, I gave my once he said he's not going to look at my purse, I just handed it to him and and allowed the search because I didn't feel like he was going to like give up until he got it. >> Okay. To help me understand kind of the dynamics, how tall are you? >> 51. >> And how tall was he? >> He's about um maybe like 5'8. Describe him for me. Uh he's native, a little bit heavy set. Uh [Music] his I think his name is Officer King. Um I think it was like a L before the King. I'm not sure exactly that part, but uh King for sure. Um and he said he had been on the force for three and a half years. walk me through the search. So, you're leaning up against the vehicle. Kind of walk me through where his hands are and where they're at. >> Okay. Um he started um he asked me to spread my I when I when he asked when I he said, "Put your hands on the car." Um I automatically like had spread my legs and put my hands on the car. Um then he asked me to spread my legs more. And so I did and then he ran them um up and down my legs, but when he got to like my butt, he went underneath it. Um like I felt I could feel him like, you know, touching underneath my butt. And then he went in the front, you know, and and his hands were like, you know, touching my pride parts on both sides of my legs. >> Okay. >> Um then he proceeded to uh I think my bra neck, my boobs next, you know, the the back and then he went to my boobs. That's when he exposed my boob. I mean when I looked down like I could see my boob like you know and so and he could too cuz he was like right here you know and that's when I was like um and then afterwards then he asked me to uh like lift my hair you know so I lifted my hair and then he said okay and then um it was over that's when he went to this boob or before the hair to this boob and discovered the baggie and then um I think he wanted me to like think he was doing me a favor you know by not arresting me Um, but I knew what he was doing was not right. He he seen me as, you know, an addict. Um, he knew, you know, uh, as soon as he knew where I had been, uh, staying previously, he was automatically like, uh, do you have blues on you? You know, he knew that I was an addict cuz the house that I stayed in, you know, and I feel like he just, uh, you know, just, you know, singledig me out, knew that he could do whatever he wanted and, um, either nobody's going to believe me or I wasn't going to say nothing. After taking the victim's testimony, the officers shifted their focus to Liam King, who was clearly aware he was in serious trouble, though he had no idea just how much worse things would soon get for him. >> Starting yesterday with the Dollar General um call for service. Tell me about the rest of your evening. So, I cleared the call for service. Um, and I began driving um I want to say south on Monroe and I seen a female sitting on the curb um on the southwest side of the of the church, I think it is. I called out with it on site and I turned around um and I parked and I was like I it was a central encounter. Um, I got out and I asked her if she wanted a cigarette. She said yes. Um, and we started talking. Um, I recognized her. Um, and obviously I see a lot of people every day. Um, I thought it might she might have been somebody with a possible warrant. Um, so I like I said, it was just a consensual encounter. I be talking to her. Um, she was acting very fidgety. Um, and um, as I was talking with her, um, she brought up a female that I've encountered um, prior named Kimberly. Um, just a previous call for service. Um, and she said Kimberly calls calls me her boyfriend or whatever. Um, I'm I'm really not sure why. Um, and um, I asked if I could search her. She said yes. Um and as I was searching her um I did the you know regular searches they taught us in the academy. Um the left side first search legs search the the breast area with the back of my hand. And as I was doing that um I seen money and a bag inside her bra. Um and I was like what is that? And she's like oh. and she pulled it out and it was it I don't it didn't look like anything at all. Um I just kind of told her like hey like this is enough to arrest you on I was lying at the time. Um just to try to get some information about her from possible sellers in the area. Um um I asked her to continue searching. She said yes. Um I went to the other side. I used the back of my hand and went along her brow line and I kind of peeked over um to see if she had any other um narcotics in her braw line. Um and I went along to pull the top of the brawling from the front and then pulled it back so that way I can just to see if I can glance to see a little more if she had any other bags on her at all. Um, and as I got done, um, like I used my back of my hand search inside of her leg. Um, and I told her I I'll be using the back of my hand to search inside your leg up to your thigh line. Um, and I did that. Um, and at that time, I believe I know what this is about. She said, "I don't think that's the way you're supposed to search." Um, and I said, "I'm sorry. Um, I didn't mean to do that." And as I like backed away, um I was kind of like backed up toward my car. Um and I looked down and I realized my my OPD was off. Um and instead of turning it on, I I knew I was going to get um an IIA just for failure to activate my own body recording device. So I told her like, "Hey, this is enough to arrest you on," which it wasn't. There was nothing in the bag. Um, and I told her like, "Hey, I'll make you a deal. I won't arrest you. Um, I won't I won't arrest you as long as you next time I see you, you know, be nice and give me some information about some possible sellers." >> Liam tried to talk his way out of this, but investigators wouldn't let him off, even as a fellow officer. His crimes were soon exposed to all. But I I do kind of know what this is about cuz she said, "I don't think this is the way you're supposed to search people." Um, but I didn't make any advances toward her at all. Um, nothing like that. I I should have activated my own body record, but I didn't realize it in the timing. I didn't I didn't touch anything under clothing. I didn't grasp anything over the clothing. I didn't intentionally try to touch anything. I used the back of my hand and I searched her bra line and then I used both hands to pull the strap of the bra to to pop to see if she was hiding any actual narcotics. And I realized after the fact that my camera was not recording and I told her as long as she's nice to me next time and possibly gives me information I won't arrest her but I didn't have any criminal charges at that time. >> Okay. So, the good news is it's very similar to what the allegations are. So, you're you're fully aware of what she's claiming. >> Tell me more about you pulling the strap. And describe to me what she was wearing. She was wearing a a black like crop top and she was wearing a I don't know what color bra but she was wearing a bra underneath that crop top and she was wearing jeans and on the left left side like I said when I was searching her was when I moved her bra line up I seen one and then um a bag um when I kind of went up like the way they taught us in the academy U top. And I did the same thing on the other side. And I couldn't see anything. So I used my hand. And this is the bra strap. And I went like this. I pulled forward and then back. Like forward and then back. And I will be completely honest with you guys. I have nothing to hide that her nipple did come out for a second, but I did not touch it. Um, and she pulled both hands to grasp and she said, "This I don't think this is the way you're supposed to search people." Um, but I did not touch her breast. I used the back of my hand. Like that's the closest I ever got to touching her breast was with the back of my hand, searching her bra line. Um, I did not intend to show her nipple. I did not reach inside her bras up her bra at all to try to cup her breasts. I did not um perform any criminal contact at all um on her. And I should have turned on my camera, but I didn't realize it until after. >> He claimed it was a routine consensual encounter, but the victim's testimony and harrowing experience was proving otherwise. >> Um, so after I I told her, I I'll use the back of my hand to search the inside of your leg. Um, so I use the back of my hand and I went up to where her her um I guess her thigh line right here. Um, I don't search him correctly and I've I've missed like a month month and a half ago or two months ago I missed like 53 fs on a male. Um, he had it stuffed inside his his crotch. So since then I tried to search people a little better. Um, and I went up to the back of her leg. Um I did not um up to in here. I went through and I pulled back. That's on both sides. I did that. >> Okay. >> And if you're asking if I touched her at all, I don't think I did. Um like I said, I I did not touch her. I went up with the back of my hand, searched the inside of her leg in a backwards motion. And I did not use the front of my hand. I used the back of my hand like the way they taught us in the academy. >> Okay. And did you search any other parts of her body? >> Yes. So I searched her belt line. >> Okay. >> Pulled her her belt line and I pulled it around um just to see if there was any strings holding on to her belt loops at all. But I did not reach inside her pants at all. I didn't do any of that. I simply use my fingers around. Okay. >> So, you stated earlier in your statement that you knew her of another person. >> I I thought I knew her. >> Okay. >> Tell me more about that. >> So, I thought I knew her. Um, I've just like I said, seeing um seen a lot of people around the city and I I recognize a lot of people that I arrest and I thought I knew through there but um after she gave me her name and all I was finding reports that I written on her. >> Tell me more about gave her name. How did you find out her name? >> I I just asked her. I was like, "Okay, do you do you possibly have any warrants?" And she said, "No." And then I I didn't I I told her she wasn't in trouble. She wasn't in detain. Like I said, I made sure she realized it was a consensual encounter and um I was very relaxed with her. Um I just asked like, "Do you want me to check?" And she said yes. So I got into my car and she just stood there. Um like I said, I didn't put her in any position of disadvantage or anything like that. Um and I just ran her. I've I've done this quite a bit. Um, I mean, I'll talk to people as a consensual encounter and just see if they have new warrants, if they're willing to, uh, without being forced to give me their identification. Um, and when they don't have any warrants, I just try to see if I can talk my way into a um, a consensual search, like consent to search um, just to see if they have any other narcotics on them. I've um, I've I've had pretty good success with it in the past. And um when you finally was able to get the the search for the blues, what happened? >> Um just like I told you in the beginning, I explained you how I searched. Um >> tell me where she was. >> She was she standed um toward my vehicle. Um and I didn't grab her hands at all. She placed them up on the vehicle and she's like, "It's as good as" and she said, "Yeah. So, really quick, I just want to ask what criminal offense am I looking at? >> You're at this time you're being um investigated for a criminal contact, which is a f felony and false imprisonment. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, what we have here is we're trying to understand the purpose of the stop and the legal aspect of why we conducted a search. Can you help me to understand where the legal concept comes from to conduct a search? >> So, like I said, it was a consensual encounter. >> Okay. >> I made sure not to put her in a position of disadvantage. That way, she would feel like she is being detained at all. And I explained to her that she's not in any trouble and she's not being detained at all. I was just bored looking around the area. Um, and I I made sure to It made sure for her to feel like she wasn't being detained. Um, just and I'll explain that a little bit. >> You saw the look of confusion. Thank you. >> Like I got out of my vehicle. I asked if she wanted a cigarette. I guess she was walking away. She said yes. And I got out of my car and I told like, "You're not being detained at all. Um, I'm just bored. It's a hot day. Um, and I just wanted to come talk to you for a minute. Um, and I didn't um place her handcuffs at all. I didn't I didn't sit her down on the curbs that way she feel like she could not leave. Um, and um, like I said, it was just a simple consensual encounter and I I never told her she was detained at all. After hearing both sides, detectives gathered enough evidence to secure a conviction and things started to look grim for Liam King. >> If cuz like I said, when I pushed up on this side to go search the braw line, um, the piece of the bag poked up from her bra. Oh, and >> and the baggie. And what did you do with the baggie? >> I threw it away. There was there was really nothing in it. Um I threw it away at the K9 pumps. >> Okay. >> Um but I I didn't see anything in it at all. I just told her, "Hey, this is enough to test. This is enough to arrest." And she was like, "Just that little bit." And I said, "Yeah." Like I I was lying. um just so that way I can see if she could possibly, you know, give me like some information on dealers or whatever. Um but I I didn't have any criminal charges on her at all. >> And pulling the front part of the top part of the bra, was that part of the trains that you received? >> No. >> Okay. >> I don't I don't believe so. No. >> Um exposing the breasts. Is that >> No. The only reason why I did that, I didn't mean to expose the breast. I did that to see if I can possibly locate like a piece of baggie cuz she had the baggie in the in the left breast side of this and I just wanted to see if I can possibly see another bag. So, listening to your side, I mean, at this point, I'm I'm thinking if I was you, okay, that went a little bit further than I intended. That's not what I kind of intended for it to happen. She makes a comment that you said that's not how a search She is. She said that that's not how she said I don't think that's how a search is supposed to be and I apologize. I said I'm sorry. Um I didn't mean to do that. >> Okay. And how did she take that? >> Um she she she laughs and I think I mean I she laughs and then I just tell her like hey what did I tell her? She laughed and then I right back away. I went to like the the front of my car. She was still standing in the same spot. And I just told her like, you know, like this is enough to arrest you on like and I want you to know that um that this is enough to arrest you on and I'm choosing not to arrest you. I just want you to like who's selling the area. So everything you say documented unless you have any other questions for us. Um we're not going to ask you any other questions. >> Liam King was charged for false imprisonment, demanding or receiving a bribe, violation of ethical principles and inappropriate contact. It's not every day a dirty cop gets exposed by his own comrades and almost never by someone meant to protect his secrets. But this time, the silence broke from the most unlikeliest of sources. >> He broke the door. He broke the like the front door. He punched the two with this one. And I'm tired of like the kids. >> So like literally right now, bro, I into a cheeseburger rider at her. On August the 10th, 2023, Florida police received a distressing 911 call from a female who claimed that her husband, an active Miami Dade police officer, Andreas Perez, had gone out of control. >> Tell me exactly what happened. >> Uh, we got in a dispute with my husband >> and he ended up putting hands on me and and he and he ended up breaking the house. >> How many minutes ago did this happen? like 15 minutes ago. You would never >> He hit you. Do you need a fire rescue? >> No. No. You pushed me. >> Okay. >> You destroyed everything. You destroyed everything. Look at the the front door. Look at the front door. Look at the door. Look everything. Look at everything. Look at >> Okay, ma'am. Try to try to refrain from arguing with him. >> Huh? Try to refrain from arguing with him after you hit me and you break everything. Do you still say you're going to destroy me? You're going to say you a female. >> Okay. >> Yes. I'm literally calling my because I'm done with you because you have everything. >> The officers rushed to the scene and were immediately alerted by the screams coming from inside, but nothing could prepare them for the events that were going to unfold. I'd rather [Music] >> it was good. >> All right, just come on. Talk to my partner. You know what's going on. What's going on, man? >> You got an argument with your wife, >> huh? >> You got an argument with your I don't know who day of >> Yeah, wife. What happened? What's going on? >> Um 23. >> Yeah, go in. >> Uh long story short, uh with the kids, we were going through some some issues. Long story short, she wants to call a split. Things don't make sense. It's all about financial problems to be honest with you. She doesn't have a job, so she's been trying to find one. >> Um I tried to tell her, "Let's go out with the kids, whatever." So, we took the kids out. Why? took the kids out. Um, came back, bought food, and man, I I can show you all the messages. It's just >> we got another spiel. We got another >> Okay. Um, when is it over? >> I always just want to like I don't want to be with him anymore. He's always like he's always act this way whenever I'm like whenever I'm depressed or something. I always have to be good. when I feel like he's after a week. He's acting now. >> Okay. What What actually happened? >> He broke the door. He broke the Yes. Like the front door. He punched the two with this one. And I'm tired of like the kids. >> The officers did their best to understand the situation. And although it was quite difficult to determine the truth, from the look of things, it was most likely going to emerge soon. >> I'm I'm not going to tell you. It's >> I get you. I get you. You know, I I know she's going to say whatever, but long story short, I I don't I don't really get it, bro. Like the you know, your wife tells you like, oh, like I want to go have fun. So then she literally tells you I want to go have fun with like somebody else >> and then I'm like like okay fine. Like um you know sometimes you catch me at good moments I'm understanding the next like it's it's bad. >> So it's like I don't know where I put my anger, you know. So, I put my anger and Yeah, fine. I break a door, break a couple [ __ ] break a wall. >> It's better than the other, >> right? Right. You know what I'm trying to say? So, a couple times. Yeah. So, like literally right now, bro, I threw a cheeseburger at her. >> What? Okay. So, what what actually happened today? What is what is the argument over? I'm sorry. He's He's He says it's money. It's not money. I I'm stressed cuz I've been trying to find a job. I've been trying to like >> So, it's work later. >> I have I have a lot of issues building up like my family, this and that. So, today I wanted to stay in bed. He took the kids and and and and I get to a point in my life, but I feel like I need to restart. I need to like cuz it's just so much fun. So I cannot give a little bit of attitude. I cannot anything that he starts that he always ends up being very aggressive. Very aggressive. >> When you say very aggressive, what do you mean? >> He normally breaks breaks walls, breaks the door, breaks >> Okay. I'm talking about as far as where you concerned. You guys are physical today? >> Yeah. >> Okay. When you say physical, huh? >> Um, we were eating here >> and then he hit me with the bag, >> grabbed me and that's when I went like he's he's grabbing me like that and for me to push him I start, you know, because he was grabbing Okay. >> That the McDonald's cheeseburger. >> Um, >> it didn't get I mean it was a verbal. Was it a verbal argument? >> It gets verbal and obviously it gets really bad because I punch a >> I mean so there's nothing you know like there's nothing wrong with punching a wall. It's always better to punch a wall, >> right? But in her eyes I know it's bad and I'm not trying to make it bad for I'm promise you man. It's been eight years. I'm trying to be understanding, but like I tell her it's like, "Yo, yo, okay, so if you're broke, why does that tell you, okay, you want to go have fun with somebody? We can break up right now. You can go on. You go have fun with somebody else, >> right? >> But you're still broke. It still doesn't change your situation. >> It's not going to change anything." >> So, I'm literally trying I I told her, >> you do realize you're literally turning me in just to go have fun. >> We can go have fun. Yes, I'm always working, but I'm working because there's a financial I'm trying to the bills, right? >> So, bro, I'm working every overtime, every detail, every damn thing. >> But as the officers dug deeper, a troubling picture appeared. >> Look, I slap in the face. I took off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, f Friday to tomorrow. I I have a a Dolphins game to go work a detail, but I took off these three days literally to go spend the time with her. And like literally she told me last night, "Oh, I'm going to go out with some guy, whatever." And I'm like, "Bro, I can show him." It caught me at a at a good moment cuz I'm like, "Okay, fine." Like, I'm trying to be understanding. But then at night, not that she went out, she ended up just going to the gym cuz the the guy said no, whatever. >> But then at night, you tell me, "We have a spare room." So, I'm sleeping in the spare room. Oh, come >> and right after it's like, well, like I'm a ball of emotions. >> She going back and forth. >> You end the argument. >> He hit you with the bag or you hit him with the bag or >> No, he he he he said it was just like it really didn't hurt me. He said it was just But I felt like it was he was yelling. I have things over him yelling at me like I I was literally like eating and then he like it always happens. He's like, "Oh, they never do anything to him." >> Like I said, I'm I'm just trying to understand. He You guys got into an argument. He threw the bag. >> No, he didn't threw the bag. He hit me with the bag. He hit me and I It was his He grabbed the It was his hand. His hand hit me. >> He He threw the back, but he went like this. That's when I grabbed the soda and the third time. Let me let me see where I'm trying to see where it is. >> And then he he started grabbing me. >> Yeah. >> Talk to her, bro. I don't know like what you really want. Like I know I've been here, but I don't know what you wanted. >> I know. I listen you going through a lot, bro. Trust me. I I understand completely. I My wife wasn't working. I've been But I'm on OT right now, so trust me. >> I wake up, give this girl coffee, make her breakfast almost every goddamn day, bro. >> Get the baby prepared, take her to the daycare, go to work, >> repeat the process, come home, pick up the baby from the daycare. The other two boys do not come because during summer, if not, they'll be going to school right back here. >> It's like I'm doing everything. >> And how many kids you guys got? Two, three. >> We have one in common. She has her boy. I have my boy. So, I got three kids. >> Like, I don't know what >> I get you, bro. Just take it easy right now, man. Just take just take it easy. Um, >> let me um >> you got your Is this car registered to you? >> They're actually both registered to her. >> Okay. >> I sold my truck. I sold my watches. I sold everything. >> Gotcha. And then you want to tell me, "Oh, I want to drink like, >> bro, I'm being accused." >> Andreas passionately argued his case to the officer and blamed his partner. But the video evidence against him was overwhelming, prompting the officers to take action. I'm sorry. You don't have anything on here, do you? >> So, I'm going to do this for you. I'm take off your watch. All right. Yeah. Take your watch off. Thank you. >> Put your hands back. Sorry. >> So, we going to take your phone, your watch. I'm put I'm going to put this bracelet in your book bag. All right. What's up? Got you. Um, do you know where his wallet is and his keys to his police car? He said it's by the table. >> No, I got the old ones. You can I want you to disappear. I think you're I think you're just excited this has become because you want to be independent because you want to be stress free because you have a finance issue just you still can't give me we can break up you can live in your own place you tell me how was money to tell you to leave me. >> There's no way this didn't happen. >> You concentrated on the nice part. That's That's what everything tell me. >> What nice part? That's what you put. >> No, I don't trust you. That's why I'm leaving you. I don't trust you. >> Three years ago. >> I know. Not from 3 years. I don't trust you. The damage you did too much. That's why I'm leaving you. I'm leaving you because I'm done. >> Three years ago. You're the one who somebody behind my back just the other week. I have a clean system. I have my right. >> Yeah. You want to tell me >> I told you someone when I was pregnant and left your in your pregnant. >> What the [ __ ] did you do when I was out there working? You [Music] >> want to go here? >> Every [ __ ] no one. >> What you doing? Let's go. Your car to Puerto Rico. Let me >> What did you do? I didn't do that. >> But I did it. What you do means nothing. >> You didn't deserve that. What the hell you did when we first started? Now my friend saw you. Now my friend saw you naked because you decided to go speak. As the day wrapped up, Andreas Perez was taken to jail and was booked for domest in a heartbreaking case. Officers exposed an ex cop who took disciplining his kids to a whole new level. >> I mean, I spanked her. I was a police officer. I get it. I get it. I get it. >> Where were you police officer at? >> Okay. >> So, I had a hammer >> and I slapped it on the wrist with the butt of the hammer. I order real quick. You're being detained. Okay. >> Do I snipe my kids? Yes. Will I use a belt? Yes. A spoon? Yes. >> On March the 18th, 2025, officers rushed to a frantic neighbor's call, reporting a father striking his daughter's hand with a hammer. They found the children outside, but when they confronted the suspect, they were shocked to see his reaction. >> Yeah. Where they at? >> Were they fighting? >> Somebody fighting? >> No. Said people were fighting in here >> now. >> Yeah. Somebody accidentally get their hand hit with a hammer or something like that. >> Here. No. Why? That's just what somebody called and said. Who else is here with you? >> Oh, my daughter. >> Did she come out here? >> Killian. Hey, what's going on? Nothing. Okay. Does your hand hurt or anything? >> She's got a rash on her hand. >> A rash? What about your other hand? Looks a little swollen. Bruce, what happened? >> Well, Dad, will you go have a talk with my partner over here? And >> the suspect's arrogance quickly turned to defensiveness as he tried to justify his actions, but the officers saw through his lies and acted without hesitation. Tell >> me, what's going on? >> Got a phone call. I'm cool. >> I don't know. >> I can tell you're >> quiet. Tell him the truth. You >> have to be You have to be honest with me, okay? So I can help you. >> With a hammer. >> With a hammer? >> Yeah. Come over, boss. What's more talking to her? Anything happened today? >> Nothing. We've been cleaning the house. We were arguing, but we were just Nobody got hit with anything? >> I mean, I spanked her. >> Okay. Hand. No, I was uh with my hand and then we were talking and then uh I had I had a I did have a hammer, but it was just the back of the hammer. >> Did you hit her with it? >> I slapped it with it. Yeah. >> In the face or the butt? >> No, just her wrist. >> Okay. You hit wrist with a hammer? >> Yeah. Well, in the back of it, you being detained. Okay. >> Okay. Cuz I asked you what happened and you said nothing happened like that and now you're saying that. >> No, we were we were fighting. We were arguing in the kitchen. >> But when I ask you what's going on and you act like you have no idea and you're like, "Oh, a hammer. Why would anybody think that?" And then now all of a sudden you're like, "Oh, yeah. Yeah, I know. I accidentally hit her hand with a hammer." >> No. So, no. No. Come on. >> Come on now. Right. I was a police officer. I get I get Where were you police officer at? >> We woke up. >> We woke up. >> Yeah. >> Okay. This what happened. So, you know that you know that cops get lied to all the time, right? I know. I'm I'm I'm trying to assess. This is what happened. We We were arguing this morning. Did mom here? My mom's not here now. >> No, her. >> No. Okay. We were in the kitchen. Okay. We were got into an argument. I spanked her. We kept fighting. So, I had a hammer and I slapped it on the wrist with the butt of the hammer. That was it. We discussed it. We had a talk. We apologized. We We all fought and everything and then continue cleaning the house. >> Is that usually how you discipline your kids? Hitting them with a hammer. >> I didn't hit her with the butt of the hammer. I spank her. >> Well, >> I spank her. >> Well, spanking is completely different when your daughter's hand is welled up and bruised up. >> Well, like I said, the other part was she has a rash. >> That That's not a rash. >> Okay. >> Again, >> I understand you're a police officer, but at the same time, I do this every >> I got it. I'm not I'm agree with you. I was born tonight, but I wasn't born last night. >> Medical. >> Yag. >> I I slept on the wrist with with with with the butt of the hammer >> and that was it. >> 940. You also show one to 10. >> I mean, it wasn't it wasn't until you hurt her. >> You all right? >> You sure? >> What's your hand? >> Right here. >> Right. But >> I just smacked on the wrist. >> Okay. So, all right. Hey, Neil LT, we open up your truck. I'm just going to put you in the back. Okay. Again, you're not under arrest or anything like that. Okay. You're just being detained. >> Okay. >> How long were you cop when we woke up? >> Oh, about a year and a half. >> Allegedly, this had been going on for quite a long time. And as the officers talked to the kids for a bit, the darker truth came out. Did he change your hand? Right here. Right here. Did you hear anything? You >> hurt? Right here. >> My arms hurt. That's it. >> Where's mom at? >> It's okay. Come here. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. Right now. Don't hurt. It's okay. You want to take the kid in the house? >> That's one house. All right. Take them inside. It's >> okay. >> You got a cell phone. >> It's okay. >> You got a phone. House. >> It's okay. [Music] >> It's okay. Everything's okay. I promise. Okay. >> When you come off They have phones there. >> How can you call mom? >> I know her phone number. >> You know number is there phone in the house? >> We're just we're just going to call daddy. Okay. Okay. >> So, show me how we hurt. All right. Just show them what got hit. Show them what hurt. >> Where'd you get hit at? >> Right here. Oh, >> right here. Where'd you get that? You see it? You're going to check it out. Just want to make sure you're okay. Is it just right there or anywhere else? >> What do you say? He said she had a rash, but I don't It didn't look like a rash. It's obvious got some bruising. Confirm that. >> Uh, yeah. I mean, it looks like she got hit with especially the little one or the middle one. And then she said that >> she said that uh she got hit today and the one got hit today, but the little one didn't. But he said she said been going on for like over a year. >> Yeah. And so he he has hit the little one before. But um yeah, as far as it being a rash. >> Yeah. Like I get disappointing your kids, but hitting your kids with a hammer is uh far from disappointing. >> Yeah. >> And he said the mom knows about it. She's done it with the mom here before and then the mom told him to stop and he stopped for a long time and now she said it just happens when the mom leaves. >> Yeah. would you please creek? I'm going ask him real quick. >> Hey, where mom at? >> She's working. >> Where at? >> And uh we're pumpkin. >> Um she's sleeping right now. You want to You want me to call her? >> You got the phone? >> Yeah. >> What happened? >> You got the phone on you? No, it's in my house. >> Uh, >> you can come in with me, huh? >> I'll grab it. >> You know me. >> All right, I got it. But it's ain't my case, man. This is his case. >> I got you. >> All right, just hold one second. All right, >> you know me. >> I got you, man. Right now, it's business. All right, >> I got you. >> All right, hold on one second. All right. >> All right. Seat with a normal seat belt than it is to be bouncing around. What's wrong? >> So, I told her hopefully mom will come. Okay, it's okay. >> We're going to play with the sirens. Oh, here it is. >> Back at the station, the father was questioned by his fellow officers about his past actions, and his answers were surprising to say the least. What was in there? >> How do you typically do discipline as a family? Like as I said, like my my wife is the screamer. >> Mhm. >> And my wife is, how do I put it? She's the screamer, but she's the left field, you know? Let's say like the little one has her makeup and then she'll be like, "Give me your makeup stuff. I'm not giving it to you." you know, instead of talking to her and you know, let's say don't watch TV or doing something else, you you take her nightlight. Okay. Then you take another thing. Then you take another thing. It gets to a point where she'll basically be like, "Well, I don't care. You're going to just take everything, so I'm I'm not going to listen to you, so care." So, like I said, they have they're like two cats >> fighting each other, and it's like, okay. But you know, like I said, I'm more the disciplinary. You know, I'll be like, "All right, there's no TV." Why? Because of this. You know, I try to talk to them. This is why you got in trouble. We're going to learn from this. You know, you know, I try to explain to them like, "You're getting older." No, these are things that you have to take pride in. Your bed, your shoes, your clothes, your appearance. I have to tell her to take a shower. You know, like little things. But again, like I said, now all the two little ones see it. They're like, "Well, we're not going to do it either, you know." So that's the power struggle of now. That is, you know, and I don't drink in front of my kids. I never liked it. I don't smoke. If I have a beer, I'll have a beer here and there, you know? Like I I grew up in a blue collar town. Like your dad went to drink and you didn't see him till 8:00 at night. Like I never wanted my kids like that. I would say I grew up in a broken home, but I was like, I didn't want to be that dad, you know? I wanted I locked out. I was able to raise my kids from day one. >> The guy had completely lost it. Some of the answers and justifications that he gave were getting more and more bizarre and desperate by the minute as he kept defending himself. >> I want them to learn from their mistakes because God forbid I'm not here. Like when I was a kid, my mom made me cook and clean. >> Cuz when I get I got to college, I know how to cook and clean. Her kids were like, "I don't know how to do a wash." >> Yeah. >> So I make my daughter wash the clothes now. Do I punish my kids? Yes. >> Do I Am I one of those like I'm just going to be a No. And that's the infuriating part about this whole thing is it makes it sound like I'm a monster and I beat my kids. Do I smack my kids? Yes. Blazabel. Yes. A spoon. Yes. I mean, we all got cracked here and there with a spoon. Am I going to do it till I beat them and they can't sit or walk or they're bleeding or? No. Let me w them a couple times. Okay. Did you learn your lesson? Okay. I mean, it's gotten to a point where the two little ones I say, I'm going to go get my belt and they're like, "No, no, no, no, no." Now, I don't want them to fear me, >> but I want them to have a learning lesson to be like, "Hey, you screwed up. Here's a punishment." And I mean, that's like I said, the best that I try. I mean, unfortunately, we're in this circumstance, but I mean, when I punch my kids, I don't go, "I'm just going to beat you until, you know, you can't save it." No. No. I'll give them a couple laps, but then I sit down and talk to them. This is why I punished you. We're going to learn from them so we don't do it next time. You know, I'm one of those like I'll say it once, I'll say it twice if I'm going to get punished. I'm not one of those like I'm just going to come around you and smack you in the head and be like, you're an idiot. You know, I try to be a positive my kids is positive. Reassuring them, hey, everything's going to be okay. You're great. Did you have a good day? You know, I tell them every morning in the car when we leave, you're smart. You're beautiful. You have right there when you get out of school. How'd you do today? let's go over your homework, you know. So, as far as punishment, I'm the enforcer, but I make punishment a learning process. >> Yeah. >> I don't just punish them and say, "Well, take it. You act it out, you got punished. Here you go." >> Yeah. >> But my punishment has a reason. I don't just say, "I'm just doing it. Don't ask." >> Yeah. >> I punish you for this. This is what you did. Next time we're not going to do it. And I've told my kids, you're going to do it a thousand times and you're going to get punished a thousand times. I still love you. I'm not going to get I'm going to get mad at you, but it's a learning process. We will get past it. >> The detectives didn't even need to expose him as the suspect kept digging himself into a deeper hole with every word that he spoke. >> My kids take stuff and leave it in most random places. So, I found a hammer. So I was like, "All right, I'm going to take the hammer back into the room." So I was carrying that I don't know how to describe it. I guess the the head of it Yeah. in my hand and then I call it the butt of the camera going. So I'm walking around, you know, I took it and I hit her on the hand with it. Not hard. So she got mad. So then she was like, well, started getting all defensive, started cursing. Well, I was like, we're not going to do that. So then, oh, you're not going to do anything. But so I I hit her again. I was like, we're not going to do this. I was like, we're not going to fight. This is your sister. Oh, you don't do anything to them. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Like all is like putting me down. And so I hit her on the form. I said, "We're done." Hit her in the butt, baby twice, start crying, crooked, like, "We're done. I'm done with these comments to your sisters. They're mean. They're not, you know, a." So, anyway, we were done. Everything was fine. I went about my business. She was cleaning. She was upset. So, I give her space. So, I'm like, "Cool down. Talk about it later." I I told my daughter, "This is the rabbit hole we're going down." >> Mhm. when DHS came, when we had the issues at school, when she was going to when she was going to middle school, where then when she got went to the hospital three times, I'm like, if you keep saying that, they're going to put you in longer and longer and longer. Then she kicked out my my wife. Then a couple months ago before break, she came to me and said, "I can't find my science book. Somebody stole my science book and threw it in the trash." My daughter will look at you and say, "I didn't do it." And that's going to lie. Like she could somebody and be like, "I didn't do it." And have a knife in her hand. Like we had problems with her with homework. She would be on her laptop. I did I did my homework. I did my homework. I'd go in her history. She was looking at YouTube for the last four hours. Never did homework. straightfaced. That's why we had an issue with DHS because of her line before. So, she embellished a lot of things and it became well this. Well, it was really this. Well, was really this. And like I said, she could say one story, you got to take it with a grain of salt. But I believe her. >> She is my daughter. I don't care if she did it. I believe her and then whatever happened. But do I try my best to be the best dad? Do you try the best to be the best dad? best police officer. You you try to make make the best of how can we fix this situation. I had plenty of calls where I would go to a domestic and it was the same call that you know this the same family and you were like you knew the parents and you were like you are the most horrible parents. I respect you guys. We've both done this. We're all cal. I don't want to be that person be like, "Oh, >> you know, as a parent, what do I do?" >> The father was jailed and charged with endangerment. Things get even crazier in the next case as a corrupt cop created chaos at a bar and had to be restrained by his fellow officers. On the 5th of December 2022, officers were called to a local bar in reference to disorderly conduct. According to an employee who was going to get ice from the ice machine when he came upon a man urinating in the ice machine. When the employee told him to stop, the man forcefully pushed him away. Moments later, the man also got into a tussle with a security guard close by. Once officers got to the scene, they were quickly guided towards Henry. And it was here that things got crazy. >> Pissing in an ice bucket. It sounds good to me. >> Yeah. There he is. There he is. >> Yep. That's it. >> Henry's girlfriend turned around to see two fully equipped police officers heading their way. She immediately warned Henry and started running. That's when the officers started chasing them while ordering the pair to stop. >> Hey, you're going to get tased. Hey, if I get you, you're going to get tang. Hey, you're going to get tang. Get the on the ground. Both of you on the ground. Right down. >> Get on the ground. >> As the officers were ordering Henry to get to the ground, he kept telling them that he was a cop in the Chicago Police Department. As if that would get them to stop. Unfortunately for him, they didn't seem to care at all. >> Hey, dude. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your badge. >> Congratulations.
