I'm KDP. Perfect. She making pig noises. Lens of Law Police Body Cam Videos is where we found this. First time that we've grabbed a video from their site, but uh they did a pretty good job of this one, so we might have to check him out again. You should, too. Punching another woman multiple times in the face. Britney likes to brawl. Britney was dating the woman's ex-boyfriend and had a personal vendetta with her. Before exiting the building, Britney was observed on camera dropping multiple items from her shirt, one of which was a small plastic baggie with a white powder in it. Sounds like coke. Hi, you Britney. Officer. Hi. You want to step out here for a second? Okay. So, what happened earlier? Hello. Come out here and talk with us for a minute, please. All right. on the other squad. Negative 586 and 7432. Put your writing. Britney's not coming out. Okay. What happened earlier at the uh educational support center today? I don't think I need to be your dad for you. You seen the video. So, what happened? She's nice. Okay. So, why'd you go there? Cuz she wanted to keep threatening me and was just getting threatening you how. Huh? threatening you. How? Well, did you read everything? Did you do your job? Then you know. So why are you here? I'm trying to figure out what's going on. Not mine. Redly shirts and uh white Adidas shorts. Unless you have a warrant or need to say anything else. Have a good night. Come here. Door's locked. Britney says that this other woman who she rocked uh was threatening her and that's what incited the rocking. Um just cuz someone says something that you don't like doesn't mean you get to go and punch them in the face. Um there are yep there are times when that's appropriate and the law allows for that. Um, but you're going to go to like you say something that deserves to be punched in the face. That is against the law. You can't say that. But if it's just like a like, hey, I'm going to steal your man. You can't just walk up and punch someone in the face. Uh, and it sounds like that's what Britney did. I think Britney just I mean, she's already playing with this other lady's toys. Like, but you don't have to punch her. You already got her toys. And he is a lucky man. So, there's that. You able to kick the door out? That's felony. Suspect just retreated back into the house. We got uh some more units over here. Supervisor felony. Check the door and then come out. Try the door handle. Just see if it's open. We're going to kick the door in. Britney's house is not Fort Knox. Um, if you have like a big custom house, you have a big thick wooden double reinforced front door that's custom made, like a regular, you're probably just not going to walk up to and kick it. That side door of Britney's house, you could put a boot to that and then be standing in Britney's living room 5 seconds after. Like, that's not a reinforced door. It's not a steel core. Um, and you know, even if she had the dead bolt locked, um, but if that's just a regular door with a little door handle, a little twisty knob, uh, to lock it, one kick from a from a full-size human, um, and we're in that house. So, they very easily could have kicked that door. Um, most agencies now have some sort of breaching equipment that they'll give to a sergeant, whether it be a ram or a sledge or um, halagan, mixture of both. Um, that allows us to access houses a little bit more than just kicking it cuz there's obviously injury. You could hurt your hurt your knee or your ankle, your foot or something like that. So, we always like to hit doors with something. Um, but I mean you could still go old school and kick a door. We're going to kick the door in if you don't open the door. If I don't open the door, what? We're going to kick the door in. No, you're not. No, you're not. We don't need a warrant. If they didn't have any sort of probable cause to arrest Britney on a felony, they would need a warrant to enter her house. That's correct. But there is a felony exception to that. Um, so after they know that she's in the house, they know that she has committed this felony, um, they can go in and get her. I mean, they were they were just nice and cordial and didn't kick that door, but they were well within their right to immediately break that glass and grab Britney and pull her through it if they could get her out of the house. um if that front door would have been unlocked, that officer could have very easily opened up that door, went in after her, grabbed her, and pulled her out. So, um Britney was not correct. They did not need a warrant. Um if this was going to be a standoff, they would probably write paper on the house uh just to make things a little bit easier because then the exigency is gone. But for right there, while she's in the threshold of the door, they could have went in and grabbed her. Um, so Britney probably needs to read up on Well, Britney needs to read up on a lot of things, but law is one of the things. And now she's up like I don't know if she goes to prison, she'll have plenty of time. Maybe she should get a law book and read. Do it. This is your warning. This door is locked here. Is that one open? I think they barricaded it with something. Britney, come out now. Now we're going to kick the door in. Get out here. You're under arrest. Britney, here. Get it. 694P. She's looking at me through the uh front door on the north side. Thank you for scaring my kids. Thank you. So Britney's like, "You're scaring my kids. You're doing this to my kids." I don't think Britney has the emotional intelligence to recognize that she's doing this to her kids. If she would have just walked outside when the officers initially said, "Hey, come outside. You're under arrest." Her kids wouldn't have been traumatized at all. But instead, she's in the house causing this ruckus, this commotion, and all of this hubbaloo hubbloo. And all of that does is get her kids more and more excited and more and more panicked over what's going on. But if she just would have walked out, talked to the officers, been placed under arrest, and went quietly, she would have probably had less charges and her kids would have been traumatized. She did this to them. The cops are just doing their job. They got called there because she rocked someone. It's all Britney's fault. Britney needs to accept some responsibility. Britney, you're under arrest. You need to come out of the house. No, I'm not. Yes, you are. No, I'm not. Yes, you are. For possession of co and disorderly conduct. I can't tell you how many times I've told someone, "Hey, you're under arrest." And their response is, "No, I'm not." That's not the way the law works. people, people of the internet, humans, citizens of the internet. Um, when I say under color of law as a sworn law enforcement officer, when I say you're under arrest, that has a legal ramification. When you say no, I'm not, you don't negate my legal ramification. Like, it's just you being stupid. And Britney shows us how stupid she is. When they have this back and forth of, you're under arrest. No, I'm not. Yes, you are. No, I'm not. She is. She's under arrest. And no matter how many times that she says that she's not, she's still under arrest because the law enforcement officer is sworn by the state and he has the ability to enforce laws. Britney does cocaine. Those two people are not the same. So when one person says something, it means something. When Britney says something, it doesn't. Where's the Britney? Exit the house. Huh? Britney, there we go. Get a warrant. We're not going to play these games. Not either. I have kids. I don't need to play games. You have kids at the house. Make this peaceful. All right. Your job and do it right. That's what we're doing. We're not going anywhere. I guess you're standing there on [ __ ] All right. You want to go to the back? Britney, you're under arrest. Come to the door. It is all because of your actions. What? Open the door and I'll tell you. No. White female, white shirt, black yoga pants. You don't speak louder. Not talking to you. Well, then quit talking. Open the door. He's like a kid. Open the door. He's still here in there. Yeah, she's over here. That male's in there, too. Just so you know. Yeah. Unbelievable. Yeah, I know. That's why I take this a little slow. Nice to have resistance. An obstruction. I like it. Can you go over this side of the house like a muppet? Hello. No. Yes. Get a warrant. No. Get out here now. And then I will leave. Get out here now. You're going to get tased. Well, close the window. Is there a felony warrant? Yeah. Well, felony arrest. Yeah. Okay. There's kids in the house, though. Just so I'm coming out. Nope. Don't. No. I'm coming out. Okay. Which door? That one. Okay. Make sure you got your hands up. That's it. You got You know what? You go taser. I go. So, anytime when there's a less lethal option, whether it be a beanag shotgun, a 40 mm, a taser, um, OC spray. Whenever someone deploys that, there is another officer there that's on lethal coverage. So, let's say they're going to decide to tase, that door opens. Um, they get into a fight with Britney, the guy with less lethal deploys his taser and then boyfriend comes out and wants to give a deadly force option or tries to protect his his girlfriend. Um, that's when that lethal guy then he doesn't have to transition. He's only got one thing in his hands. The one thing in his hands is gun. Then he goes to work. So, um, it's always best practice to have a lethal less lethal coverage. I'll just go hands on work. Big thing is I'm worried about boyfriend in there. Hey, she said she's coming out through this door. Tell her to come out now. We're not going to beat her up. We never were going to beat her up. Cover this front door here. She's already done all the beating out. Stay in his vehicle. Said she's coming right now. Okay. Thank you. She's getting arrested for felony possession of cocaine, disorderly conduct, and obstructing. So, tell her to come out. All right. Come open the window up. My guy, I have finishing up right now. I have four of my cops here right now. You're scared as hell. Okay, exit right now. Turn around. Um, I'm not You don't need to detain me. I got to go. Turn around. I'm out. You need to detain me. I do not need to do that. You cigarette in her mouth and everything. So, in the time between when Britney's boyfriend says, "Hey," she's putting on her shoes and coming to the door, and the time when she comes to the door um with like a carry-on bag, get like she's getting ready to board a Southwest Airlines flight um and a lit cigarette. Uh I don't know what Britney thought she was taking to jail with her, but she comes out with like an armful of stuff in a cigarette. Um like none, she doesn't need any of that. They're not gonna let any of that stuff in jail with her. So, in all probability, all that stuff was taken, probably given back to her boyfriend, so no one had to take it to jail, and then she went to jail in what she was wearing, minus the cigarette. We're recording the whole stop. Thank you. You're the one doing this. No, you do not need to touch me like this. I am. You're under arrest. Okay. You don't need toinging manhandle me. You do not need to handle me like that. There is no reason when I said I was coming out with mying hands up and my kids were at the goddamn Why are you yelling? No one's yelling. Understand you incompetent. Well, now you're catching the sort of I don't give a [ __ ] charge. That's cool. Add it on. What a peach. Yeah. Treat me like a murderer. Dumb. 7431 in custody. Sure do got word. Don't kick anything. Please stop touching me like this. Oh, that's how it's handled when you act like this. You kick me, you're getting thrown to the ground. I'm kicking you. Do not assume now. Dude, you guys areing ruthless. This ising ridiculous. Inhumane. The car. Inhumane. Separate feet. You got pockets. No, obviously. What a peach. Do it in the front. Do it in the front, Harper. Do it in the front. Do it in the front. twerking on them headlights. She say she come outside. You're not touching. You're making me touch the car the way you want me to. Hurry up and do it. Oh yeah, I got boobs. Okay. Do you have anything inside of the bra? No, I do not. No. Okay. I'm going to run my finger in between and under here. You understand? Okay. You like it? Uhhuh. Feel good? Oh, yeah, baby. Uhhuh. Yep. You got anything on your side? No. I can't. No, I don't have anything. And I told you guys that I was coming out no weapons. I was coming out just fine. And you all attacked me. You know that son of my kids. Yeah. Double wal cuz I'm such a threat. So someone from Gen Z might miss this reference. But if Lois, Malcolm's mom from Malcolm in the Middle got arrested, this is exactly what she would act like. I have had it. the whole the boob reference, the yelling and screaming, yelling at the neighbors, being just henry with the cops, being kind of a kind of a smart head. Um, this is what she would do. So, if you were wondering what it would look like if Lois ever got arrested, this is pretty much it. Just put me where you need to put me. This means double O, so up to all my haters. I'm KP. Perfect. She making pig noises as hard as you could piggy piggy. Hide behind your back. Slam that door. I'm so hurt. You want to treat me like an animal? I'm about to show you what the [ __ ] animal's like, [ __ ] I absolutely believe that she punched some lady in the face, right? I got Oh, you put your little gay hand down. Jesus Christ. She goes to DC for yelling. Yeah. DC and then her possession. Let's go. Let's go. I ain't got time for this. Book me and let's go, you dumb asses. Let's go. Wow. Bring me to the cop shop. I want to get booked. I got time for this. Listen to me. Listen to me. Let me make something perfectly clear to you. If you bang your head, I didn't bang my head. So, know your facts. Okay. Okay. If you bang anything onto any of these windows, Mhm. you have the probability of hurting yourself. That's okay. And then you have the possibility of being subject to OC spray. Oh. And like a turtle suit. I'm a first time. Okay. I believe that. Please don't pound on the windows and we won't have to do Can you loosen these and I'll be fine. No, they're not. They're not meant for comfort. Okay. You know what? This is hurting me. You put double cuffs on. No, there's one there's one cup on. Okay. Why are they to mying wrist? There should No, there should be some flex. And I can get one finger through each cup. Okay, one thing. That's enough. Houdini in this [ __ ] [ __ ] Let's go. Let's go. I got a party to go to. Let's go. Where's my seat belt? Hey, where's my seat belt? It's against the law. Hey, it's against the law and I have a seat belt out. Where's my seat belt? I would die. Oh, I'm getting out of it. Good gracious. Britney continued yelling for much of the ride to the police station. She was charged with possession of cocaine, resisting an officer, and two counts of disorderly conduct. Nice. She was found guilty of possession of cocaine and resisting an officer. She was sentenced to 18 months in state prison for possession and 9 months in local jail for resisting. Nice.
