The great channel of real body cams is where we're at today. Uh we found this video. Sam says it looks good. We're on body cam bingo again. So, this is a new card. Um we moved some stuff around. Uh name and badge number. Nowhere on here. So, we're going to see if that one comes back to bite me. But, um upper corner we got race card. You know, I love it when they drop that. Um I know my rights. I know the law. Some variation of that. Um don't touch me. I always like that one. Um, somehow mentions their phone, mentions lawyer or court or like a lawsuit, I'm going to sue you. Some variation thereof. Um, when being told that they're under arrest, they say for what, which I love. Um, I'm not resisting. Usually while they're doing something, which would be consistent with resisting. And of course, call your supervisor on the bottom corner. We love that one. So, that's today's card. We're going to see how it goes. Blue MS Alaska Kirk Police. You know I'm audio and video recording. >> I'm going to record too. I know why you pulled me over because it says no left turn there. >> Yep. Exactly. >> My GPS code is right there. >> Okay. >> That doesn't matter. >> Yep. >> Yep. That's why I'm here. So, I'm only one person that can only stop so many cars at a time. Yeah. Uh just because your GPS says, you still have to follow all the signs and markings on the road. The excuse of I was just following my GPS is one I've heard on the side of the road a bunch. You know, I was going 70. Well, my my GPS said the speed limit here is 70. And you look out, there's a sign right in front of him that says 40. Like, well, GPS said it. GPS doesn't supersede the law. Like look through your six foot wide windshield and pay attention instead of paying attention to whatever else you're looking at in your car and look out your window and pay attention to things like no left turn signs, like construction zone, like road closed, like any other sign that's out there directs you the proper way to drive on the roadway. But saying that your excuse is, "Well, my GPS told me to go that way." That doesn't work. >> I know, but that's why that sign's there. Do you have your driver's license, registration, proof of insurance? >> I have a driver license. I picked up the car. I have my registration. Do >> you have any sort of >> to me? Do you have any sort of identification? >> Why do I have to identify myself? >> Because you still did not follow the traffic control device. That's the sign there. >> You're driving. When I walk up to someone's car, I'm like, "Hey, let me see your driver's license." And you're like, "Why do I have to show you my driver's license? I I don't have to I don't feel like I need to show you that." Automatically, red flags go up. red flags that their license is canceled, suspended, revoked, restricted, or that they don't want you to know who they are because they have warrants. There's something there's something going on there. It's just not a normal response in the tens of thousands of traffic stops that I've done. That's not a normal response. So, red flags should go up everywhere. And it sounds like this officer that made the initial stop got on the radio and said, "Hey, send me some other people." Like, this is, you know, the things just aren't adding up. and he's probably right. >> You still like the speed limit all of a sudden says on your phone or anything like that like 40 mph, but it's a construction zone and it says it's 25 and that's what's posted out on the street. I >> I'm just giving you an example, right? So the lines the devices that are on the road, meaning the signs, those are more lawful and what you're supposed to do rather than a GPS, which is not always accurate, >> right? >> It's a great explanation. They >> tell you to turn left somewhere, but if that road's closed, doesn't mean you can turn left there. I really feel like I'm getting violated right now for real cuz other cars are doing it as well and I feel like I'm getting pulled over to driving while black race car >> feel that way. Like I said, you're the I just parked there and you're the first car that I saw. >> Do you And then this looks like this is the title. Do you have like the actual >> registration for it? Okay. All right. Just wait here. I'll be right back. >> So dumb. So again, >> when you get here, you might want to grab your spikes. He did not initially want to comply and give his ID. >> I like it. >> Radio just for cat. >> Radio wonder >> driver's license status expired. >> Nice. >> She has no no business driving at all. At all. One little bit. No business driving. >> I'll figure it out in a second. Why don't you grab one? I'll I'll >> So passenger is also recording. They have a kid in the back seat, but I just they're FYI, they're pulling the I only stopped them because they're black. I stopped. The original reason for the stop was just the no. That's fine. >> So stupid. >> Let's put the spikes down. >> I'll put it behind here. You >> like it. It's a good move. There we go. So, the move of putting a a spike strip or a stop stick uh on in front and back of wheels on both sides of the car is a great move. Um it's a preemptive move just in case he decides to drive away, he drives over those. The spikes within those strips flatten the tire and it decreases the possibility of there being a high-speed pursuit because your tires are flat. Um it's a great move. We use it in SWAT all the time. um just to, you know, we'll put stop sticks in front of garages just to make sure someone can't drive out of their garage um and then, you know, access the roadway. So, we we do it um preemptively in a different fashion. This is a great heads up move by these officers. >> Let's go and open the door, sir. >> For what? >> I have you step out real quick. >> For what? And why are Spike's buying my car? >> So, you're not free to go. >> First of all, first of all, I'm bound with your aggression. I'm recording just like you were >> in this and just FYI, so this is a supervisor. You're being detained. So you have a warrant out of Belleview. So I need you to step out of the car. >> So what am I being arrested for? Just a warrant. >> You're being driving without >> Just the warrant is what we're taking you on. >> Belle is confirmed on the warrant. You are under arrest for the warrant. Confirmed out. Believe. Step out of the car, sir. >> Okay, cool. I'm asking you again for confirmation. I'm videoing. I'm going to tell. >> He already said right now, you've been issued a lawful directive to step out of the car. You've been advised the reason for your arrest. Step out of the car. >> Listen, listen. Hold on. First of all, cuz if you get aggressive with me, it's going to be a lawsuit. >> There's one. >> I'm going to tell you one last time. You didn't step out of the car. I >> mentions court lawsuit. >> I am asking a question. >> So, right now, both of y'all are >> That didn't take long. >> Tell me the question. >> The question is, is my family going to be able to go? >> Yeah, you were. You are the only person being placed under arrest. >> Only the Belle view and want. >> That is why you're being placed under arrest at this time. Yes. >> Okay. Here. >> Here's my hat. Here's my hat. Here's my hat. >> I'm giving my wife my belongings. >> That's fine. >> I'm not doing anything crazy. >> Wearing a jumpsuit. >> Can you please back up? I had bad altercations with the police. >> Step out. >> I will get out, turn around, and put my hands on the roof of my car. Please. So, we're going to make >> Just stand up. What are you, a child? >> I don't want to step on this man. Bump with this man. >> I'm not worried about you doing that. St. Just stand out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Now, you see how they being [ __ ] >> I'm asking for my safety in there. >> They're not worried about their safety. Get out of the car. >> I don't want to talk to you. I'm talking to the supervisor. >> Yeah. Step out. >> I'm talking to the supervisor. >> Oh, look. He can step out. arrest you place your hands >> because you have to put your hands on him to place someone under arrest. You didn't even let me put my hand on my hand. Don't take me to the ground. I'mma do your hand. [laughter] >> Actively resisting on me hell, bro. I understand this a misdemeanor, bro. Come on, bro. You didn't kill no >> misdemeanor or not, still a crime. >> Get his ass number. GET HIS BADGE NUMBER. I'M SICK. HEY, step back. Step back. Sue ass, [screaming] >> bro. He just hurt my wrist. >> Oh, no. >> He hurt my wrist. >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. I asked him. Listen to me. Listen to me. I asked him to let me out my car so I can turn around and put my hands. You are a child. >> Bad altercations with police abusing me like this before. >> You have not been abused. >> Wait. Hold now. Get their badge number and report them now. >> I will give you >> Hey, record this. >> Record what? There's like five body warn cameras there. >> See what I'm saying? >> Separate. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> SEPARATE YOUR FACE. >> OH, YOU are going to get sued. >> Separate your face. Oh, you're going to get sued. >> I wish I could I wish I could circle that 10 times. >> I WON THE LAST YOU'RE GOING TO GET SUED. I'm not even aggressive. >> This guy needs an Academy Award for the for this performance. >> Nothing about me is aggressive. Y twisting my wrist. I love it. I love it. You're going to get sued. Hey, this dude is named J. >> Supervisor. I don't even see his badge number. I don't have my badge number on my vest either. >> We can put him here. It's a [ __ ] >> You didn't even give me your number. >> I love this [ __ ] >> What an idiot. >> You're getting sued, dummy. >> Now let me go. I'm in a car. >> You got bullied on in school, didn't you? >> I'm going to reach across here so I can get your cells, man. I'm sliding over. >> I'm sliding over. I'm all over. >> This is a great video for a bingo. >> I'm maintaining my position. I am maintaining my position seat belt in my safety cross >> because you have twisted both of my arms out of human goddamn twisting form. >> Out of human twisting form. >> You're given every option to apply, sir. >> And I did. >> I got out of my car. It's on camera. Put your hands. It's on camera. Fight me in court. Fight me in court. It's on camera. >> Oh, they will. I don't want to talk. It's >> on our cameras. >> And it is. And I got out the car. >> I got out the car >> after being a baby. >> The car. I submitted I Hey, I got out the car and let them arrest me. You a >> There we go. Oh, now it's quiet. >> Can't do anything. >> I don't I lost my license. Everything I wal >> I don't. My wallet was stolen. >> No, no, no. Not that you have a license on your person. Do you have a license in general? >> I do, but I don't have it on. >> No. >> As long as you have a Man, as long as you have a valid license, that's all I'm asking. You don't have to have it on you. That's okay. >> They just want to know if they can release the car to someone with a license. >> It's a misdemeanor. >> Both the the suspect and suspect's wife are both adamant that this is just a misdemeanor and it's a misdemeanor. Well, misdemeanor is still a crime. And there's lots of misdemeanor that don't land you in jail unless you're not a responsible adult. And that's what a warrant is. a warrant is not being responsible. A judge has said whatever, come back on Thursday, pay this fine, get, you know, they set some sort of stipulation. You haven't come to terms with that and you said, "No, I'm not. I'm going to do what I want instead of what you want, judge." Then the judge says, "Well, here's a warrant. You need to come back in and talk to me." So, if he would have just been a responsible adult taking care of the aforementioned issue, whatever that was that led to have him having a warrant, he wouldn't have a warrant. But again, he's just not listening. He just it seems to be his problem. And he found a companion, a wife, a life partner, um, who shares that same sentiment. So they're like a match made in heaven of not wanting to accept responsibility and wanting to be a victim of absolutely everything. >> We just get a deep breath. I almost my husband >> your husband. >> Yes. Why? >> Just asking. You don't have to give me your full name. I'm just trying to chat. >> Was it nice to meet you? My name's Corpal Gore. Okay. >> What can I do to help you? >> Y'all just manhandled my husband for a misdemeanor. Nonviolent. >> I know Serge was here. I was still a crime. >> Nonviolent. No, I don't want to talk in the court. I don't want to talk to you at all. >> I don't want to talk to you at all. >> He has a warrant for >> I don't want to talk to him. I don't want to talk to him. >> She talked to me. >> I wasn't here though. He can help explain better what happened. I just >> I know what he's arrested for. It's a nonviolent misdemeanor. >> That right there, I was there for the incident. >> It's nonviolent. I mean, lie. >> It was not. I understand it was nonviolent. >> Everyone's against you. You're just a victim of lying and police brutality and racial profiling and everything. You're just a victim everywhere. >> He wasn't he wasn't he wasn't racist or nothing. He wasn't involved or anything. >> All he had to do was >> HE HAS A BAD arm and you you assaulting him for no reason. >> I don't know if there was any assault that happened there. >> No reason at all. >> You guys met four officers from one man. >> Yeah. >> And it's not even a felony. Four officers. Is that really? >> That's right. >> He didn't get violent. He said, "I'mma go with you three times. I'mma go with you." So wife is mad that there's four officers there. A four officers. Well, there's two large adults. Both the male being large in stature, her being large in circumference, um they're both large. So if she decides to get out of the car and start to fight to protect her husband, well now you have two on two. And that's not fair. I want four on two. I want to be safe so we can use the least amount of force that's necessary to affect an arrest and keep everyone safe instead of fighting on the side of the road. Like we don't do things oneon-one and there is no fair. We don't do things that are fair. That's not how use of force works. And uh I don't think that she quite understands that. She wanted to lean on the fact that it was race-based when really it's safety based. Um and she's just too ignorant to understand that. >> And they still manhandled him. There was no need for any of that. Okay. As I said, I wasn't here for it, >> man. How do you think it looks? Four to five white men and one black family. >> Who cares? >> Who cares what color you are? >> It was three. Okay. I was Now it's four because obviously things got escalated when he wasn't going to go into handcuffs. >> He was the thing he said three. All right. But on video, he said, "I'm going to go with you." >> I'm sure that baby in the back seat is unbelievably adorable. Probably just like a super cute little baby just sitting there. That kid's got an uphill battle. Um, mom and dad have probably have lived a life um of compounding victim mentalities. And in order for that little baby to make absolutely anything of themselves, they're going to have to see beyond being a victim of absolutely any slightest bit of adversity that happens. Um, and learning how to take some responsibility and uh, have a little bit of fortitude to push forward instead of blaming everything on skin color cuz that's just not going to go anywhere. >> Just cuz he said he was going to go with us. He did eventually step out of the car being directed multiple times. >> I asked question he has to put his hands behind his back for us to put his hand >> and he said he would. >> But he didn't. >> But he said he would. You didn't give him a chance to. >> That's great. I'm going to fly. It doesn't mean I'm not safety. You're an idiot. I'm talking to Courtland. I'm very mad at you. >> I'll find you. >> But it's options we can find. >> Whatever. I need you. >> Is it [snorts] just you and I? I I missed his name. Just you and >> you have a baby. >> You have a baby? That was a baby. >> No, she crying right now. Right right here in front of her. They didn't even move her right in front of her. >> Baby watching her parents act like this. >> The babies who were driving. >> I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. I handed you my card. That was it. I was just handing you a car with the case number so you guys have record of it. That's what he wanted. >> Are we just going? >> You are welcome to go. I'm just making sure you have a valid license to drive in the state. That you're not driving without a license cuz that can be a crime and I don't want you to commit any crime. So let me go. >> I'm going to give some points to these officers. Um this guy is obviously a jerk. Just a a just a terrible person. And on top of that, even after dealing with him and her being mouthy and disrespectful and rude and condescending, they still recognize that there's a child in the car. Looks like there's groceries in the back passenger seat and they still release this car to her. Um, I think they would be well within their right to tow and impound that car. At least tow that car. Um, but good for them for being able to delineate the fact that both mom and dad are pretty terrible, but that there's a child in there and probably the best way for that child to get home is in that car seat. >> Do you not want to provide any further information to us? >> No, I just want to go. >> Okay. >> You can't go. What the >> I tow that car. >> Y'all don't give a people trying to make it in this world. You manhandled that man >> for no reason. Why? And he did. Oh, whatever. Y'all see a black man get violent. This man, this whatever officer pulled him over, saw five, six cars go before him, then pull out one car over, >> lied instead. He only saw us pull over. There were three cars in front of him that were in the same direction and he pulled us over as profess. Six more cars went by and nothing. >> Nothing. >> Only catch one fish at a time. >> Tell me it's not. Three cars before is the same illegal whatever the legal way. We're not pulled over. Why is that? You want to saw us? You want me to lie to us? No answer. None at all. Why are we the only ones on that left over? >> Here's the answer I can't give you. >> Please. >> He violated the law, right, by making a left-hand turn in a in a in a section where it's unlawful to make a left hand. >> Why did the free car before who cares? He said he just got there. So, >> or not. What I can say is >> here for that. What I can say is he clearly violated the law and he was and he was held accountable for the actions for which he did like that >> articulate. I like that corporal. >> He is not a felony. >> We don't treat misdemeanor and felonies different than how we take people in custody. We take their response to us taking them in custody. >> It's a good articulation. >> Fine. There was nothing there was nothing >> and you may feel that way and you can review it as many times as you want. We all have body cameras when we're interacting with the public as well. Okay. What I can say based off what Sarn Ness has already explained to you and I know you don't want to talk to him right now, but I'll explain the same thing that he was given an opportunity. He was instruct He said that he would put his hands behind his back, but he didn't do so. And therefore, our behavior has to respond according to the behavior that we're >> y'all treat white people they're actually dangerous weapons >> less than you treat to that man. >> Absolutely not. >> On videos on Facebook, y'all know that's [ __ ] I can't account for some cases you've seen on >> All right. [snorts] >> HEY, YOU DON'T GOT TO RUN YOUR NAME FOR THEM. >> OH, him again. >> You got a case coming for you. You don't even know who the he is. >> Sure. >> Who she connected to. >> So, since y'all want to rough somebody up, I'mma do this little [ __ ] Time for this [ __ ] misdemeanor, which is 30 days. You and I'mma be out back in the courthouse soon, [ __ ] ass. >> Mhm. Yep. >> You lay and your butt ass partner. >> Mhm. >> Black guy. You're racist. >> That must be it. >> So, actually, >> you're actually going to be under arrest for resisting arrest. Okay. So, go a couple. >> You have every right to do so. >> And I will cuz I didn't resist arrest. >> Stupid. never resisted. I got off her car, gave my property away. >> Dumb that's not resisting. >> Hey, Sge, I WANT TO PRESS CHARGES ON THE OFFICER. >> OKAY, >> real talk. I'll comply with whatever, but I WANT TO PRESS CHARGES for real. >> I'm pressing charges. >> Mhm. >> I'll go TO JAIL, BUT I'M PRESSING CHARGES. I did [ __ ] wrong. HEY, SORRY. OPEN MY DOOR. LET ME TELL YOU. Nothing against you, buddy. Let me get you at all. But I just got I just got abused by these police officers. >> Let's get you out. >> Okay. >> Who's who's right department right now? Watch out. >> Okay. with fingerprints and everything, but y'all going to have to beat my ass in this jail if y'all >> That was not an ass beating. >> Real [ __ ] >> Yep. >> Not even close. >> Okay, cool. It's on camera. Now you press charges on him. >> Got to be close. >> No other guy. >> Oh, literally just I'm not doing He writing me a dry ass case trying to railroad me too. M >> I had plenty of altercations like this. >> I believe you have. >> Out my car, turn around and place my hands on my roof. >> Okay, >> that's submitting and surrendering to your arrest. >> So, no reason to throw me against the car. No reason to twist my wrist. No reason to throw my arm out of proportion if I was not a threat to you [applause] or your officers. >> Gotcha. What's your name, boss? So, here's the deal. So, I talked to my boss. He's aware. We're not going to take any statements or anything like that. But >> why? >> Cuz that's only got >> abuse. No, no, no. Right. There's still cameras and all that stuff. If you want to pursue stuff on your own time, you're more than welcome to do that. That's your right. But I just wanted to let you know there's not anything more that we're going to do for it. Okay. >> So, you take charges at all. >> What's that? >> So, I just have to be booked in with them being able to do what they want to to do. >> No, no, no. Right. This >> that's against my That's against Hold on. First of all, that's against rights. I was not a threat to nobody. >> Right. Your rights haven't been suspended. >> All right. Well, that's another bingo lady. >> Okay. And if you want to pursue that on your own time, >> that is your right. You can absolutely do that just like anybody in here. I just wanted to let you know that my supervisor is aware. >> Your supervisor was one of the ones that twisted my damn arm. >> Okay. >> Um, >> so he's aware. >> That's what I'm reporting. >> Okay, I hear you. >> A man with rank >> came and escalated the whole situation. >> Nope. Your supervisor is your supervisor and that officer's car I just got out of are the exact people who wanted to throw me on the ground. Threw me up against the ground other bystanders even recording this [ __ ] >> Okay. >> It was out of pocket. >> I never said I wasn't getting out the car. I opened my car. I gave all my property to my wife and I got out the car. >> The suspect was charged with resisting arrest. >> Double bingo. So, not only did we have up and down three, but in the row next to it using the free Fridays with Frank patch, we had another bingo. That's how good this video was. So, race card obviously right from the beginning that was that was the name of this game. Um, [snorts] but then [clears throat] mentions court lawyer that he's going to sue them. He's going to sue everyone. Sue, Sue, Sue, boy named Sue, blah blah blah. Um, he said, "For what?" He said, "Hey, you know, you got a warrant." For what? Get out of the car, you're under arrest for what? Nope. Um, so that was our first bingo, which I liked. And then, uh, the I know my rights. I know the law. Um, obviously that one he mentioned quite a few times. We got our free one in the middle. And then, uh, I'm not resisting. Again, while literally actively resisting, so much so that you were actually charged with resisting. So, those are bingo. So, obviously, this card's going to be a uh, one of the ones that we're going to keep, and we'll see how we do next time. What I need you to do before next time is go to the homepage and click subscribe. Uh we're working on trying to build our subscribers. It just gives us a good idea of who's watching and uh and then you also get notified when we put up videos. So Sam puts up a video, you get notified, then you're never behind. Never behind on a big game of bingo.
