This guy was out filming in public when six cop cars pulled up on him just because he was carrying a tripod bag on his shoulder. So, the cops used the classic suspicious behavior excuse to violate his rights, but the guy wasn't having it. He knew the law and sent all six cops packing. Relax, I just need to talk to you.
