This guy was just driving down the highway when this cop suddenly lit him up out of nowhere. All because moments earlier the guy flipped him off, which is actually completely legal and protected by free speech. However, the cop starts pressing him with unlawful demands to which the guy pushes back with his rights. But what the cop does in the end makes the lawsuit practically write itself. >> Why did you stop me >> for speeding? Sir, you're doing 81. >> No, I wasn't. I was going 75. You see this? I have dash cam right here as proves I was going 75. >> Take that to court, but it's going to be a warning anyway. So, this is a retaliatory stop because I did this, right? You attempted to violate my fourth amendment right. And now we reached the point where I have civil litigation against you for trying to break into my vehicle. Yeah. Yeah. That's a lossy right there.
