So, on this stop I had already known before I even pulled that car over that her registration was expired. She was displaying expired tags and ran a check through the computer. It checks through the state database and then I find out, yep, it's expired. So, when I make that stop and I go up and she says, "Oh, I have a registration." I already know at that point that's that's just not true.
