Florida [snorts] man police body cams is the site we found this. I love it just because of the site. Everyone knows I love the Florida man. They're great for body cam bingo. It's what we're doing today. So I got some of my favorites. I know my rights, dropping the race card which obviously I love. Call your supervisor, asks for their phone. Um Call my parents, name and badge number, resisting while saying not resisting but still resisting and then somehow mentions a lawyer. So those are our boxes for today and we're going to see how it goes. How's it going? I'm Officer Estrada with the Atlanta Police Department. Can I see your license, registration, proof of insurance? Yep. What's going on here? I've done a traffic stop or several thousand. When that window comes down this much and it's not a mechanical problem, you are dealing with someone difficult. It's just the way it happens. You can tell. Window goes down all the way, maybe not. Window goes down this far, more chances are likely than not you're dealing with a jerk. And the registration and proof of insurance? Is it a rental? Okay. How long have you had the rental for? Do you know how to roll the window down in your rental? I'm sorry. I can't hear you. There we go. Okay. Wearing a body worn camera, you have a video camera attached to your chest. So someone videoing doesn't really mean anything because you everything's already videoed. You have the video is there already. So it's such a it's like a stupid flex where it's like I'm going to video you. No one cares. Absolutely no one cares. Like cops get videoed every day all over the place. People do that to me. I'm like, I got a camera in 4K right behind me. Your stupid phone doesn't do anything. So it's just a dumb flex. The reason I'm pulling you over is you ran the stop sign back there at Livingston and Broadway and you're talking on your phone and had coffee in the in the other hand. Well, you did. Okay. And you're So I can't be on my You cannot be holding your phone and you cannot be holding coffee in another hand. You need to be paying attention to driving. I got to say it feels like I have deja vu. Gold continues to hit brand new all-time highs and silver has surged to its highest level since 2011. And one more time that's franklovesgold.com. Okay. I'm just letting you know You're in a residential It is when you when you're not paying attention. You're running a stop sign. You got a phone in one hand and a coffee in the other and you're in a residential neighborhood. So okay. I guess we just don't care about safety. Stay there please. Florida is different than Arizona in many ways. One of which the majority of agencies from what I understand still have paper tickets and their tickets are one violation per piece of paper. So if you write someone for three or four violations, you have to fill out the same information by hand on three or four separate violation sheets. Terrible. When I rode with my boy Chorney down Coral Springs, he's got electric tickets so electronic ticket but they're still only one. So as he put the information in, he would print out each individual citation for one violation per citation. I think we do things better here in Arizona. They give us up to five spaces. I like that better. Just it feels better for the environment. >> Hello. Just going to have you step out so you can sign for this. You're not getting out? Yes, ma'am. What? What is the problem? You're a terrible driver, ma'am. This officer is asking you to step out. >> No. I know better than to get out of my car. Well, according to Florida state statute, if we ask you to get out of the vehicle, unfortunately you have to get out. I can sign right here. I'm not going to get out. >> You need to step out of the vehicle. I'm not going to get out. Well, here's the deal. You're being placed under arrest and you need to step outside of the vehicle. You need to step out of the vehicle or I'm going to take you out by busting this window. Get out or we're going to take you out. You are under arrest. Yeah. >> with a suspended license. It's a criminal offense. >> Step out of the vehicle. This is not going to end well for you. You need to step out of the vehicle. Ah, nothing I love more than a sense of entitlement that leads to someone getting thrown out of a car. >> vehicle or I'm going to bust this window. Open the door, ma'am. Just open the door, ma'am. Do you have a punch? Break it. Open the vehicle now. You have no more chances. Open the vehicle and step out. Open the vehicle and step out. Or I am going to pull you out of this vehicle. Do you understand me? You are dictating how this goes. You are under arrest. You need to step out of the vehicle and put your hands behind your back. Yes. I pulled you over. You need to step out of the vehicle. Okay. Step out of the vehicle right now. Door open? Step out. Come on. You're under arrest. You're now under arrest. Step out of the vehicle. Yeah, but not like this. Okay, just get But not like this. But not like this. Ma'am, get out of the car. >> No. You have to. Why? You're under arrest. >> For? Driving with a suspended license. You're going to hit me? Are you going to hit me? Get out of the car. No. Unbelievable. All right, you're about to get sprayed. I don't. I also don't want y'all You have to get out. Go. You are under arrest. That's not harassing. It's a traffic stop. Step out of the vehicle. Here it comes. Step out of the vehicle now. So difficult. And Step out of the vehicle. >> take three of y'all. It's three of them. Yeah. She mentions here that there are three officers. Yeah. Yeah, if you're going to get into a physical altercation with someone which is that's going to happen. By her just by her actions, you know that that's going to happen. You're not going to do it by yourself. We never fight by ourselves. So having three officers there or four or five is absolutely normal. Totally normal. You need at least two or three just for one to do the the you know, the transport, one to do the tow sheet, if there's any other paperwork or stuff that has to be impounded. There's you need multiple people there. So it just shows her she's just trying to make things up to you know, try to exaggerate the situation when really it's just our it's just how we do business. Maybe if you didn't have to be arrested, there wouldn't be three guys there. It's your fault. >> Are you going to step out? Yeah, but Stop resisting. Get out. >> I can get out on my own. Get out. I can get out on my Get out. You have all the time right now. Let's go. Give me a second. I'll get out on my own. I can get out. And now you're out. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. She's so dumb. They're arresting me, guys. Yeah. And it's three of them. Yeah. Yep. Totally normal. What happens when you're being mean? It happens when you act like that. We call friends. I love it. I love when people like this go to jail. Is this going to get out of jail? No, this is not what I wanted to be doing. Good for the soul. Do you have like a specific problem? No. With me? I have a problem that you ran a stop sign, you're driving with a not valid license, and you're holding coffee and a phone in your hand while you're driving. Who was driving? That's a flat out lie. >> Nobody was. I watched you. Sit down. Sit down. So, you're sitting back. No, get in the car. We're not playing this game. Get in the car. Pull over through. It's done. You're under arrest. Sit in the vehicle, please. >> it. Get in the vehicle. Sit down. Thank you. She moves at the pace of a snail. Can y'all get my purse out of here? I have your purse. This is uh Lululemon one, right? Can I have my car keys? This one? I'm going to want my house keys. Okay, and now you're flipping your handcuffs to the front. They are too tight. I told you You're also being charged with resisting arrest. >> Okay, I'll fix them. >> Okay. Absolutely. Can you help me get her handcuffs in the back? They are too tight. They're hurting my wrists. Turn around, face that way. Wait. I I asked you to make it a little bit looser. >> You never asked me. Oh, my when that other guy was standing there. Well, you never asked me. Put your hands behind your back. This was tight, too. Okay, give me a second and I can fix it. And when I get all this other [ __ ] on my wrist, you just put it all on top of all of that. Well, that's what happens when you fight. Yep. That's what happens. Can you Can you honestly expect me to be terrified of white police officers? I'm going to say race card. >> And where's the compassion? We gave you every opportunity. >> But you weren't telling me why. You weren't telling me why. >> I clearly explained to you why you're being under arrest. And then you rolled up your window. So, how am I supposed Yes. Okay, well, it's suspended. It's been suspended twice. Oh, y'all made it. 33rd. 33rd Street and John Young Parkway. Okay, we're there. Write it down, dude. Okay. All right, you got your maps up? He said I'm getting booked for Yeah. Put my cuffs on. Okay. Like, why would you go to the scene of a traffic stop? What do you think is going to happen? Like, what are you going to do? Can I get you the pizza guy? Can't scare me. Unbelievable. So, unless her or the husband is here, whoever's on the rental, whoever's on the rental agreement, we can't give the car out. >> Yep. So, why y'all take the keys? Yeah, we've got the keys. So, where do we come get them from? This is the one I was No, it'll be at 580 Wilmer Avenue. We'll give you a sheet That sheet right there. >> She said she didn't want to go with the one who arrested her because he was being overly aggressive. Like, it's okay to be a Overly aggressive? He wasn't being aggressive, and unfortunately, you don't get to pick and choose what That's dumb. That guy was super nice. >> Paid to be. Like, nobody knocks on my door and What's that? Like I said, isn't it your mom? Yeah. I explained to her when we asked you to step out of the vehicle, you step out of the vehicle. So, like >> Stitch The state statute says you have to get out of the vehicle. Do you know like how long it'll take for them to get here? >> and locked the doors. Because like No, no because What's your answer? If you tell somebody to get out of the car, is that like drunk, weed, smell, or something like We knew we were going to arrest her. Y'all knew y'all was going to arrest me. And Yeah. she had tickets to sign. So, we could have you step out of the vehicle, sign tickets. >> For any reason. But unfortunately for her, she was going to be arrested. It is, Maya? He's right here. But you said it don't take long to She was driving on a suspended license, and it's suspended been suspended twice. These officers are like way incredibly accommodating to this. They're like, talk to her. She's an adult. Down the road. Have a great day. Instead of arguing holding court on the side of the road. By the king bingo, kind of a dud. Multiple times, race card was dropped. So, if I had like three across, and it was just race card, race card, race card, we would have had it. But, didn't get it on this one. Better luck next time. Something else I need some luck with is subscribers. We have almost 300,000 as of right now, and I'd love to to get over that get across that line.
