This guy went back to his hometown and took out his camera to film around, which is perfectly legal and protected by the US Constitution. But the moment these cops saw him recording, eight of them rolled up on the guy like he was a threat. But this guy knew the law inside and out. And one by one, he shut them all down with legal fire.
