An officer was dispatched to a bar to evict a group of people who had been denied service for creating a ruckus in the pool. This is what happened next. >> All right, internet. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 24-year veteran of the sheriff's office out here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. Police Insiders, the channel where we found this video. They consistently put out highlevel videos for everyone. Today, body cam bingo is the game we're going to play while we're watching. [cheering] So, we have cards one through five are available on the website. Today we're using card number five. So, let's see how well we do. >> Yeah. >> That dude's got a lot of hair. >> And I saw that Hey, what's up with the serving that guy? Hey buddy, open. Do you have a tab here? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. All right. So, they already talked to you about this. So, all you have to do is leave. Don't go back. Come back. You can BR what you said. >> Yeah. No, I'm not. But I was wrong there. Whatever. It's fine. >> Or whatever he said. So, this whole issue started because there's a girl on a guy's shoulders. They're both probably drunk and the staff at this establishment is like, "Hey, you can't do that. You're going to fall and split your head open." And they told this group multiple times. The group refused to stop and then refused to leave. So now law enforcement's involved. Super common scenario where drunk people are doing drunk people things and the staff of the restaurant's like, "Hey, that's it. You guys are done." >> That's it. >> Three times. Three times. >> Um, whoever's the tab, >> whoever's under the tab, who's under the tab, whoever Newman is, it's got to be. Um, so somebody's working on the tab, right? >> All right. Like it. >> The group was taking their sweet time to pack up. And while some were cooperating, few others had a feeling that they were too important to be kicked out. >> No, I'm going to do >> You're dumb. You're actually >> That's a true. >> I mean, don't you want more money? >> Money, right? Well, your money is not as valuable as my bill. >> Oh, I'm just making observations. Pretty smart. [laughter] >> Humble. >> I mean, you guys thought it was done. >> You had two minutes. >> Listen, you have 2 minutes to get ready. And if you're not done, I'm taking you to Jo. So, you have 2 minutes. >> That's >> I don't care to use. >> That's ridiculous. >> Oh, you can't take >> time hack. Let's go. 2 minutes. >> Time hack. I love it. >> I would start a clock. But you know, you guys know that we don't actually have been here for like no >> fun's done. I'm going to do this real quick. 37. Everyone thinking they're too important. No, he can't. He knows he really we all >> Oh, there are police. This chick drops the we're all in the military line to the officer. Now I never served but I know a lot of people who have and I know a basis of being in a militaristic organization or me in a paramililitary organization. You follow orders when they're given to you. That is that is what I my boss says something I do it because that's my job. So, I don't understand how she could throw out the military card but then absolutely defy every order that is given to her that are reasonable and easily obtainable and she just can't seem to figure it out. So, I don't know what kind of military she was in. Maybe I don't know cinjun maybe. Okay. So, all I ask is I'm doing very polite and >> well that's why like oh you're doing like nothing. That's one way to get out. I like it. >> I did. >> For what? FOR WHAT? WHAT AM I GOING TO JAIL? >> I'LL TAKE IT. For what? >> Let me go. I HAVE MY American right. What am I going to jail for? What am I going to stop? >> Here we go. >> The hunk couldn't save his girl and she was handcuffed as swiftly as she was tackled to the ground. >> Come on, let's go. >> I don't know. Let's go. >> Great. Highway 11 105. >> What am I passing for? >> And gave you two minutes to get your stop and leave, but you wouldn't. All right. >> You said that you didn't care getting arrested. So, here we are. >> Exactly what you said. >> What do I do, sir? >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. I got a bingo. >> Hop against the car. >> Pull my >> hop against the car. >> Place your feet apart. >> I've done this before. >> Video. >> My parents are bossing me. >> 70. Come on. Can I have another unit? >> I've done this before. I swear. >> You've done this before. >> I didn't do anything. I'm >> Don't move. >> I'm not a prison. >> Don't move. >> I'm not a person. You want to arrest? >> No. No. You are the person I want to arrest. >> What is wrong with my sense? One wrong word. One wrong word. That's >> words have meaning. >> It's a problem when another person is Hold on. Stop. Stop talking. When there's another guy trying to help you. He's trying to take you away out of the problem. And now you are telling him to step away, which that's why I stepped in. >> Okay. So now you are about to start a fight with another guy because he's trying to help [laughter] you. >> I'm not trying to fight you. >> And I gave you instructions. I'm not trying >> to put your hands behind your back. You said no. >> Listen. I will listen. Please. >> We are beyond that line right now. >> We are. Please don't. >> I give you a chance. >> Sorry. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Do you have anything on you? Anything sharp? Anything illegal that I should know? >> Check. I don't. >> You don't. >> Please. Please don't. >> Too late. >> Handcuffs are on. Once I put handcuffs on someone and I tell that person, you're going to jail, except for someone of higher rank than me coming and telling me that I have to release that person. That person is never ever coming out of handcuffs until they get to jail. That's just the way it is. And I have never in my career had someone higher ranking come and say, "Hey, take that person out of cuffs and let him go." It just doesn't happen. So when this officer tells this girl she's under arrest, then gets in a mild physical altercation with her to take her into custody, she's going to jail. And it doesn't matter what anyone says. Boyfriend, best friend, you know, establishment owner, good Samaritan, it doesn't matter. It's once all of those boxes are checked and especially having to use force to take someone into custody, she's not getting released. She is absolutely going to get a booking photo. And that's just the way it happens. >> Step back. >> Understood. >> Do you have any property here that I need to that I need to grab? >> I can't do anything. >> I'm asking you a question. Is there any property that I need to collect for you and the property? What do you have? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. Okay. >> All right. Let's go this way, >> please. Nope. >> Right. Off against the car. >> Off against the car. >> Sir, please. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please. Sir, please. >> Nope. All I said was one word. >> I'm sorry. >> Please. Please. >> And we're back again. >> Please don't >> get in. >> Look at me. Please >> get in. Watch your head. >> No. Put your legs inside. >> Put your legs inside. I don't deserve could be here, dude. >> I don't own a bar with a pool in it in a tropical location. But if I did, I would say to myself, self, I want good-looking guys and girls to be here to draw in other people. So, if you own this establishment and you are kicking out two very good-looking women along with dudes that I don't know, they're they're not they're not, you know, they're dudes, but you're throwing away the money that they're going to spend and the fact that they're a good-looking group of humans. You're pushing all that out the door. The actions that had to happen before this officer got there had to be egregious enough that the place is like, "Hey, look, I get it. You could take your beautiful selves and go somewhere else." So, it's whatever happened before this officer got there, it had to be that. >> Please, please. Do you have her property, phone, wallet for her to take to the jail? >> She's drunk and she's an idiot and she shouldn't have done that. I was closing out our tap. I should have grabbed her and brought her out. I failed her. >> Listen, I I think you did the right thing trying to help, but then it was becoming either letting her fight you or >> please please >> or not doing anything. Please >> if we can help any do you have her wallet or or phone? We're we're working on this. >> Okay. So, is there any way there's nothing you can do for her? >> The best advice that anyone could give to this dude is run. This girl's got more red flags than an amusement park. And I mean, she's obviously been down this road before. She said she's been arrested before. Um like you're 23, you're a pretty girl. You obviously drink a lot and you obviously make bad decisions. Probably not someone you want to bring home to mom. Just throwing that out there. So, like the best thing this dude could do is take this break while she goes to jail and he needs to leave town and change his phone number and not talk to her anymore cuz she's she's not going to lead him into anything good. And if she would have turned around and they would have gotten into an actual fight like now it now you're she's dragging him down with her. Absolutely not. So hope this dude takes some good advice. >> I didn't deserve this stupid. >> I have no clue what happened. >> I don't know either. Apparently apparently I yelled at some guy. I don't know. What is that? >> Love you so much. >> I did nothing. I have no shoes. Can you get me shoes? >> I'll get I'll get them. >> I had shoes. I had shoes. They're >> right there. >> Should I jug myself? >> Give me one second. Let me put him back. I did nothing. I yelled at a guy. That's all I did. I'm so sorry that I yelled at a guy. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. Another charge on my record. >> Another one. >> I'm so good. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. >> I'll go talk to your boyfriend, but at this point, I don't think [laughter] I don't think there's much I can do. >> I'm so sorry. Sorry. I'm sorry. >> Sorry. Sorry. What's that? >> Said whatever my boyfriend. I don't care. Okay. >> Love you. >> I love you. >> I love you so much. >> Please, [laughter] sir. Please. >> Yep. >> I'm so sorry. >> Think she said I've been arrested before. >> Caught up in this stupid [ __ ] I'm so sorry. [ __ ] my life. Oh my god. Please for the love of God. >> This is out of my hands. >> Sir, I swear. >> Can you hear me? Can you hear me? Sir, >> okay. I'm sorry, but I swear I'm the sweetest soul, dude. I'm the [ __ ] sweetest soul. I CANNOT [laughter and screaming] [screaming] go me. >> You've done this before. >> My life like the 23-year-old female was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, and resisting arrest. >> All right, guys. We got a bingo. Boom. Straight across in the middle. I didn't do anything. Got my free square and then I know my rights in the law. So, card five crushed it today.
