I I want him trespassed." Then that once that decision's made of, "Hey, you're trespassed. Get out of the car. You're under arrest." You don't get to come back on that. You don't get to say anything but, "All right, well, I guess the gig's up and I'm going to jail." But he before those words came out of that officer's mouth, he could have just put his car in reverse, slowly pulled out, and left and been totally fine. But he just he had the ability. Under a plea agreement, the man pleaded guilty to obstructing official business, and the other charges were dropped. >> Fair. >> The man spent 4 days in jail following his arrest. On January 22nd, 2025, he was sentenced to 3 years of probation and 2 years of postrelease control. He was also assessed over $900 in fees and charges. >> Good. Less than 6 months into his probation, the man violated its terms by failing to maintain sobriety and disregarding court-ordered counseling. On June 10th, he was ordered back to jail for the violation. >> Yes. >> 2 weeks later, on June 26th, the court ordered him held without bond. Then on July 9th, the court approved his release, provided he wears a GPS monitor. That is the most recent entry in the case file. >> I like it.
