YOU MOTHER. >> Just have chiefs. JUST STAND UP. >> WE'RE GIVING YOU A CHANCE TO STAND UP. >> OFF ME. OFF ME. >> CHILL OUT. >> Here are several instances where kids snitch on their evil parents and get them arrested. Starting with the case of this 9-year-old boy who tearfully handed his mom's stash over to the police. >> You found this stuff, right? >> Where did you find it at? >> Oh, on accident. >> On accident? >> Yeah. >> Hello. How are you? >> Well, thank you. >> Do you know what look like? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. So, where were the at >> You are going to be placed under arrest for possession of control substance. >> I understand. >> On the 13th of July 2022, police were dispatched to a home in Nevada where a young boy had claimed to have found in the house. The substances were very well concealed in the home until the sun came upon them. Upon arrival, the cops were met with a very bizarre situation. >> Hello. >> How are you? >> Well, thank you. >> So, we were called to come check on your son. >> Okay. Yeah. He's on my phone in the bathroom for like an hour. >> Can I come in and talk to you? >> I sure. Yes. What is >> I have no idea. >> I have no idea what that is. >> Well, you just handed it to me. >> Okay. I don't know. I >> This is your child. >> This is my baby. Yes. He's been in the bathroom for an hour. >> Okay. >> Literally an hour. >> Who else home with you? >> Me and him. >> All right. That's it. >> Why are you sweating? >> I'm sweating. I'm not sweating. >> You look sweating. >> Make sure you by yourself. >> No, I'm freaking out right now. >> So, there was other people here earlier. They left. >> There was no other people here earlier. My friend Christmas. >> So, this is your house? >> My house. >> So, >> I don't know why you're here. >> Well, you're you're do you have an ex-boyfriend or ex-husband? >> Baby daddy? Yes. >> Okay. Sorry. He called cuz he wanted us to check on your son. He was concerned that there was some stuff going on that he was facetiming your ex. What's his name? >> My ex-husband. Tony. >> Tony. He was facetiming Tony. He was concerned about his welfare. >> There's nobody here. >> Well, you're here. >> Yeah. No, but what was the concern? I I'm trying to figure out. >> Well, I guess when he was on FaceTime with Tony, he was showing Tony this stuff that he found in the house. I don't even know what that is. >> Well, I don't either. >> Well, I don't know even know what h is happening. I know that my kid went in the bathroom for an hour and I've been like, "What's wrong?" We were having a popsicle playing Fortnite and >> Right. All >> and there was nobody else home. Nobody else is here. >> So, all this stuff in this house is yours? >> This is all my Yeah. >> So, everything in the house is yours? >> Well, this is my house. >> Okay. And this is in your house? >> Well, Kristen was here earlier. >> My girlfriend. She came by. >> Um she's housesitting up the street for our regional manager. Um, we're in property management. Um, she has a baby kitten watching the kitten. >> So, how is your relationship with Tony? >> That's never been good. You know, >> were you guys ever married? >> How long were you guys married for? >> Um, five 700. >> We don't have to do to have the house. Take a look at the >> I don't even know what that is, you guys. I don't know where it came from. I don't know what what is happening right now, you guys. I don't >> I don't I mean, yeah. I mean, 100%. Like I said, why we're here. Tony was what's his name again? Was FaceTiming Tony. He was concerned. He was scared. He said, "I found this in the house. I think it's so Tony calls us to come and check on Austin, >> your kid." >> Okay. Well, I don't even know what this is or where you found it. >> I don't either. >> I don't either. Okay, >> I get it. And like that's why we're here. >> The mom remained adamant that she knew nothing of what was going on, but the cops could tell that something was off about the way she was fidgeting and sweating. a clear indication that there was something that she was hiding. Meanwhile, another officer decided to get her son's side of the story and was taken a back when the boy burst out crying. >> And what did what did you find inside the house that that that made you scared? >> Okay. Do you know what drugs look like? [sighs] >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. So, where were the >> uh underneath underneath a nightstand? >> Underneath the nightstand. >> Here. >> Okay. Gotcha. Does do you ever seen anything like that here before? >> Um, no. >> No. Okay. So, where are those at right now? There. Nobody in Nobody inside's in trouble for anything. I just need to try to figure out what's going on. >> I just I >> Okay. And who was that? >> Okay. So, you gave them officer some stuff. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. What uh And you've have you ever seen anything like that in the house before? >> No. >> Okay. But you know what what drugs do look like? >> Yeah. >> So is there like a lot of people that come and go in and out of the house? >> Um only people that I know that come through the house are some of her friends and that's it. >> Okay. Do you think somebody might have dropped something off or it was somebody else's that they accidentally left here? I think I actually dropped they dropped something off on accident. >> You think they dropped some off on accident? >> No, not on accident on purpose. >> Okay. >> All right. So, how long have you guys lived in the house here? >> Uh, about 2 years. >> About 2 years. Who lives in the house here with you? >> Just me and my mom. >> So, it's you and your and your and your real mom, your biological mom. Okay. >> And you and your mom are the only two people that are here right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> All right. Any idea who do you think left the stuff here? >> Uh, her friend, which his nickname is Poncho, but his real name is Alfonso. >> Okay. And is Alfonso kind of a mean guy or is he pretty nice or? >> Uh, I don't see him too much, but just he's one of those people where you look at him and you know it and he just he always acts weird around me. >> Okay. >> It's the only person I can think of. Has he ever threatened you or hurt you or anything like that? >> No. >> He just acts kind of weird. And is he just a friend to your mom or are they? >> He's a friend. >> Okay. >> That's all I [music] know. >> She just kind of shows up every once in a while. >> Yeah. I've only seen him about once or twice. >> And you And you think he dropped the stuff off? >> Yes. >> So, you got scared tonight. You You called your dad. >> You found this stuff, right? Where did you find it at? >> On accident. >> On accident? >> Yeah. >> Where where where was it at? Under her nightstand. >> What's that? >> Under her nightstand. >> Under her nightstand. So that would be in the bedroom that she sleeps in. >> Yeah. >> And And how did you recognize that? Like what did you think when you saw it? >> I just saw a couple baggies. I was curious. >> Mhm. >> Pull it out and then I knew what it was. >> Yeah. From like TV and stuff. >> What? >> Like you thought like maybe it was drugs from like TV and stuff? >> Yeah. >> Right. Right. And you got scared and you called your dad. >> Yeah. And what did he say? >> Call the police. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Well, you did the right thing. I know you don't want to get anybody in trouble. And we're here to make sure everybody's safe and that you're safe and your mom's safe and uh >> Yeah. I guess your dad, he's going to come here and check on you. Okay. Did you know that? >> Okay. The more details a child exposed about his mom, the more it became clear that she might be a wolf hiding in sheep skin. On her end, she was busy selling the narrative of being a clueless victim who was being framed by her ex-husband and son. A tale the police tried believing, at least for the moment. >> Your dad said he was going to put you up for a dodge. Your mom, >> have you told your dad that? >> Yes. >> What did your dad say when you told him? He's >> kind of getting mad about how I do. >> Uh-huh. Okay. Have you told your dad about the other stuff that she's done? The the physical back in the day? >> Yeah. >> And what was his reaction? What did he say? >> Mad like >> Uh-huh. >> like hitting. >> Okay. Have you ever talked to police officers about that stuff that's happened? >> Not really everything. >> Okay. You you have had a police officers out to your house before, though? Um, yes. >> One of the officer calls the report in to his supervisor, noting on the phone just how large the bag was. >> The kid, he's been talking to my partner. I've been kind of overhearing it while I've been doing my investigation. And he's been I've been kind of hearing about some possible physical in the past by mom from you know that. And then he's the kid. He's been talking to my partner. I've been kind of overhearing it while I've been doing my investigation. and he's been I've been kind of hearing about some pos possible physical passed by mom from you know that and then he's basically cuz he wants to be with dad more but you know how those situations can sometimes be coached you know >> yeah PCS possession control substance um I don't think I mean I don't it's not package for individual sale or anything but it's a large amount like enough that we're thinking about maybe calling our NARS to come out and look at It's not just like a little baggie, you know. >> Yeah. It's It's like one of my top five, you know, of my 20 year career of of Pauls. >> I don't even know what your son has said. I've been in here with you and Officer Engel and Officer Anson whole time. So, it's not like I'm sitting here listening, trying to figure that out. I know you kind of try and keep listening, which is understandable. Um, >> but it's interesting >> because he was coached so early that it was all in >> that was that was going to be my next line of questioning. Do you think he's ever been coached? >> It was robotically. It was literally work for work >> because he just started volunteering all kinds of information that I wasn't asking him about. And I asked him, I go, "Has your dad ever told you to say things about your mom that weren't true?" And he straight said, "No, absolutely not. very direct almost like he was anticipating that was going to be my next question. >> I don't know. I don't know what this is all like next. Um I'm bringing this whole court thing up because of um when that was going on. There were things that like were um said about me and he's going to go home with his backpack um and stuff like that. whatever this thing is. Um, I'm completely I don't even know how what what this is or what it's about, but >> [music] >> um I'm having a heart attack now thinking about this court thing if that's what it's stirring up again. I'm trying to say. >> Do you think your ex-husband would attempt to set you up >> to win full custody of Austin? >> Oh, that's what the objective was then. Now, I didn't think we had anything going on. Um, but he has been um short on the last 2 months payment. Um, I don't know what his situation is, but that's something to mention, I guess. I We're at this point again, but I don't know if that's what's happening, then that's what's happening. I mean, do I need to get like my lawyer or whatever? I mean, what do I need to do with that? I mean, you already have a lawyer for your previous divorce proceedings and custody issues, everything else. Is that correct? >> No, it's been all dropped and done with her finished with everything. >> Has anything happened in his dad's life that would >> Yes. >> change and make him want to have >> financially >> Austin back. So, I think maybe financially. her ex-husband arrived to pick up their son. And not only did he not look surprised, he also hinted that she might be guilty. Unfortunately, while she was trying too hard to look and sound innocent, the police officers could tell that her story wasn't adding up. >> So, we're 21. >> Kind of explain to me the situation of what's going on. >> What's happened tonight? >> Yeah. >> Um, I don't really know. Um, we're in the middle of a normal night and then he grabs he asked for my phone, going to the restroom. Um, asked to play a video and locks the door behind him and is in there for a long time. Next thing I know, I hear um Tonyy's voice on the phone and I'm like, "Are you coming out?" And I'm jiggling the door knob. This goes on for quite a while. >> Yeah. >> Um, and >> so you didn't know what he had or what what what he was doing. >> I didn't know I didn't know anything about anything until we knocked on the door. >> Right. Right. But you came you guys came down to the door together cuz you guys were right next to each other. >> No. He was um I heard the knock at the door and then um I heard the bathroom door open. I've been sitting here on the stairs like are you coming out? Are you coming out? I'm like are we going to sleep on the floor? I'm like playing a game with him kind of but I'm like what? I don't. >> So then um he comes running out. I hear the you guys at the door and we were right there together. Um >> so you didn't see that he had that in his hand? No, I don't even know what this is. I don't know what anything about [music] it was happening. >> Um, so what we're going to do obviously we're going to test it and make sure uh to discover what it is. >> Okay. >> I mean to me it looks probably like you know >> you know what math is like whatever like I mean I've >> come everybody knows what is. You've watched Breaking Bad. I mean Jesus. >> I have never seen Breaking Bad. >> Well you should. Um but let's just be really honest. Okay. So, it's not good that this stuff was in the house with uh wherever it was, whatever it is, let's say it's illegal. It's terrible that a 9-year-old can find that and have access to it and and know that what it is to call the police and and have us come out here and check on you and him. Um, now to be honest, yeah, you're in some trouble. You know, you're in some trouble. >> I'm in trouble. >> Yeah, you're in some trouble. >> Um, and honesty, >> I'm in trouble. >> Yeah. I mean, >> from our point of view, the door opens and and hands me what could be a couple ounces of >> First of all, I don't edit >> that came from your house. >> I'm freaking out right now, >> 100%. So everything we do and everything that we say is always recorded. We have body cams on right now. It's recording you crying. And >> I'm not >> I know. But startled upset. And I I don't believe that you don't know what it is. He He claims he found it under your nightstand. I guess you were having him look for a wallet or something earlier and he happened to stumble upon it while he was looking for something for you. Now, >> I have never in my life I don't even know. I >> Kendra, I talked to CPS before I talked to you. >> Um I guess they they they talked to you back in December >> and there there's been three cases. >> Yes, there's been we're talking like normal people. >> And the case back then that they investigated that was unsubstantiated >> was possible use of illegal that they were investigating. >> Um this is all pertaining to my trial and my ex-husband. I understand that and I understand but but those are those are just the allegations that was >> that was that was weighed against you back in December was >> possible >> right this this this mom still believed that she would be able to get off her case scot-free by acting naive and innocent but her hopes were shattered immediately the police had seen right through her and the astonishing amount of stash retrieved >> honesty is not going to get you out of some of the tr trouble that you're in tonight however ever. If you wanted to start being realistic with us and be like, "Okay, this is what we're doing. This is what it is. I want to get some help and I want you guys to help me. Maybe hold on camera. Maybe there's some avenues we can work with you to assist you a little bit on mitigating the the circumstances [music] that you're into tonight." >> What about you help? Like I don't understand what you're talking about here. If what we have in your house is that's a pretty large amount of >> know what you're like honestly I've been sitting here talking to the other one this whole time. >> I don't have any idea what this is. Okay. >> I don't have but this is your house. [snorts] >> This is my house. >> Right. That's your cup right there. Right. >> This is my everything. Yes. >> Right. So the legal standard usually is this is your house that [music] everything in the house that you have possession over. And if we get something that you can technically be responsible for >> this is not if this was this is this is or whatever. This is not mine and I'm I I don't know what else to tell you. >> So would you be willing to take a uh urine test? >> I'm not willing to do anything. I had a >> I was just asking you. >> So you wouldn't be willing to do a urine test tonight? >> No. Nothing >> for any like me? >> I'm not willing to do anything right now because my ex-husband put so many. >> But if you're clean it's going to help your case though. I don't why do I have a case? >> Well, for us because you're saying that you don't know what this is. >> What about what is it a case? >> Like let's say because your child just gave us what appears to be a large amount of >> and then let's say you you assisted us and you took a a drug test and you were completely clean. >> Well, this one >> that's that's more than I would use on a week's worth of laundry detergent. And I got four boys living at my house. >> So just because we've been here for a while now and we've restricted your movement that you do have the right to remain silent that >> Uhhuh. >> If you give up that right, you can say anything you say can will be used against you in court of law. >> I just want to read this to you. Since we're restricting your movement, we're not allowing you to go upstairs. >> You have the right to speak with an attorney for any questioning and have an attorney present [music] while you answer any questions. If you cannot afford an attorney appointed one will be appointed and provided no cost. You can decide to answer any questions now or may stop at any time and ask to speak with an attorney before any question continues. If you decide to stop answering questions once you've all begun, all question will be stopped. You understand all that basically don't talk to us and if you do it will be used against you in a court of law. So um we're kind of pretty much done. I just wanted to run the thing by you again. That's That's news to you. That whole bag of white powdery substance is like not yours. >> Not mine. Not even like anyone I can think of that I know would be associated with that. >> We did test it and it did return positive for >> I didn't know somebody must have. Um so yeah, it is positive now. Um we're going to forward this on to our NARS or officers. You know, maybe you have a change of heart. Maybe you want to talk to them. >> Me? I um >> I'm just letting you know that that they're going to get a copy of the report. >> You may want to talk to them. That might help your situation out. You know, >> realizing that she might actually end up in jail, she tried grabbing on straws by claiming that she knew the culprit, but the ball was no longer in her court, and her time for telling the truth was up. She now had to face the consequences of her actions. >> Um but at this point, you are going to be placed under arrest for possession of control substance. >> I rely literally on >> I understand. You can disagree all you want. That's fine. I I don't understand this. >> Okay. Well, your child found a bag of >> Oh my god. >> presumptively tested positive for >> under your nightstand. I that that's your right to say that. >> But the way our laws work, if we have reason or probable cause to believe that a crime occurred and you're within our we can make that arrest. >> So you have shoes. >> I know. I don't understand this. Like literally, how can I talk to your sergeant or something? This is not my stuff. This is not I did not do a crime. This is not anything. I'm honestly going to tell you who I think is in who I I can tell you who I think it is. Um he has access to my house. I am not understanding what's happening right now. This is not >> But you just you and your son live here. You told me. >> Yeah. I have a boyfriend that has access to my front door. I don't know this guy this well. However, this is I so I give you his name. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. This is not my I don't >> But you said you even said yourself you really wouldn't want to take a test either. >> I don't know what I'm supposed to do right now. >> Well, I can't give you advice on what to do. Um >> but I'm not in a crime. I didn't commit a crime. >> Well, it's possession of control substance. Um it's in your house. Um this is your house. >> It's this is not my I don't even know this was here. I don't even I can't even understand or fathom the fact that this is in my house. >> Any of you 1337. >> Um, no problem. >> Jeez, look like we just got out of the academy. >> I get the rest. >> Those cuss feel okay? That was right. All right. Do me a favor. Take two steps forward. Two steps forward. Bigger steps. You take a step back. Nope. All right. I'm going to search you once you get to the car. >> Oh, did I did that wrong or what? >> No, you did it fine. It's just there's cameras on the car. >> And since you're a female, I'm a male. We have to do everything for the cameras. Nobody sees you. It's like 2:00 in the morning. >> Is it not in the morning? Is it? >> Yeah. >> No, it's 1:00 in the morning. >> What's that? >> I I mean I do not It's not me. And like I literally >> I get it. It's a bad mad right now. I wanted the name. >> This car is mine. We're going to stand in front of those black bumpers. I was going to do a quick search. There's the camera videotaping everything. So that way it's all professional. Nothing in your pockets. Yep. I watched you put your pants on, so I pretty sure you're good to go. >> Prosecutors were able to find text evidence that she was dealing in her home while her son was present. So she was charged with drug trafficking and abusing her young dependent. While her case was crazy, it was nowhere near the case of this drunk mother who beat up her daughter for trying to HELP HER. >> LET GO. >> LET YOUR DAUGHTER have the keys. >> No. >> Stop it. >> All right. Now, >> stop it. Stop it. >> Now we're done. Hey, >> get out. Come on. You're not going to push my grandma in the face like that. Get out. >> Get out. On the 13th of May 2023, police officers were called to Carl'sbad Medical Center in New Mexico where it had been reported that two women were fighting. When the police arrived, they didn't expect to meet such an entitled and drunk Jackie engaging in a tugofwar [music] with her daughter. >> Everything's fine, dude. >> No, nobody was worked, bro. >> Cara, this is going to be reference to calling Ash. What did I say? Get the off me. Hey, enough. Enough. Enough. >> Get the off me. >> Stop. >> No. She don't listen to nothing, bro. >> Okay. >> Stop. >> Don't. >> Give me your keys. >> No. >> Who drove over here? >> I did. >> Okay. >> Let go of my >> Where are the keys at right now? >> All of my things. >> Okay. Where are the keys at right now? >> In here. >> Okay. Well, YOUR DAUGHTER DROVE. [screaming] GO. >> LET YOUR DAUGHTER have the keys. >> No. >> Okay. >> What? >> Let your daughter have the keys. She drove over here, didn't she not? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You take the keys and then give your mom re your purse back. >> Okay. Good. Please. And I'll give you everything else. Please >> just take the keys. >> Embarrassing. I'm sorry, guys. >> No, she's fine. You have to go to work. She would just let her go home. Stop. You >> have to go to work. NO. GET ON CAMERA, [ __ ] BRO. >> HEY, what is your name? Her name is Jackie. >> Jackie, stop. >> No, bro. >> Just hang out. It's fine. I'm just just chill. Okay. >> For what? >> Just chill out for a second. Just chill. All right. You can cry. It's You can be upset. It's fine. Just hang out for a second. Get in the back, stupid. >> Stop it. Stop it. Now we're done. See, you had your opportunity to calm down. Now we're doing this the other way. Okay. You can walk over here with me. Really good. Huh? See what you did. >> Stupid. >> What's wrong? >> No. What do you mean? What's wrong? >> You can barely stand up. What's wrong with you? >> What do you mean? >> You can barely stand. You've been drinking. What's going on? Tell me about what happened at work. Tell me what happened. All right. What I'm going to do is I'm going to turn you around. I'm going to let you lean up against my car. Okay? Do you understand? Do you understand what's going on? Okay. I'm going to let you go, but I want you to turn around and lean against my unit. Okay. >> While one officer tried dealing with Jackie, another approached the daughter to at least get her side of the story. According to Jackie's daughter, everything she was saying was a lie. It turned out that she came to help her mom who then jumped her. She called me when she was at work. She was there for not even an hour. She called me and she's can't even talk. And so I go over there and she can't talk. She can't control her limbs. So, I took you to my aunts and I called the the hospital and checked her vitals and there was cops there and they believed that I need to take her cuz she definitely needs medical or something. I don't know. I'm thinking take a deep breath for me. So, you two are the physicist fighting. >> Yes. >> Okay. How old are you? >> I'm 20. >> 20. Yes, I'm her daughter. >> Do you want to pursue charges on her? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. So, >> she's heavily intoxicated right now. >> Yes. >> And you were just trying to get over here to Why is she start? >> Cuz um she doesn't want to cuz she's just she doesn't I don't know. >> I don't know. She's not in her right. I've never acted like they they said someone at her job gave her something to drink and then she was out from there. >> Okay. Okay. They think it might have been some or something. >> I do. >> That's the whole purpose of being out here. She's trying to figure out exactly what's going on and why she feels that she would need to get you some help. >> For what? >> Dude, what did I do? She feels that something happened at work to make you act the way you're acting right now. >> She feels that probably the way that you're acting right now is outside of your normal character. >> Oh yeah, >> that's what I'm assuming. >> Let me tell you what. >> Okay, tell me. >> And three times. How about you tell me how the I'm acting different? >> I don't know. I don't know you. >> This ain't compared to nothing. >> Okay. >> This ain't compared to nothing. Calm the down. >> Okay. >> Well, go home. >> Okay. And you're trying to fight over what? >> I don't know. >> OVER WHAT? >> I DON'T KNOW. That's why I'm here to try to >> Oh, you going through some >> Huh? >> Oh, you're Oh, she's going to >> She's the one that's feels that you need help. That's what we're trying to figure out what you need help for. >> Okay, cool. >> Okay, >> that's cool. >> All right, >> get her help. >> Get you you help, too. >> Get her help. >> Have you been drinking at all today? >> Yeah. >> Okay. When did you start drinking? >> Earlier. >> Earlier. At work or where? No. >> No. Before work or after? Before? >> Before work and after work. >> Okay. Before work and after work. >> Yes. >> Okay. Cuz you seem a little tipsy. That's why I was asking. Okay. >> The cops realized that Jackie needed more help than they initially thought. And while they set out to help her, they didn't know that she was not yet done with her drama and was planning on a shocking event. >> The people at work said she only had one drink. >> Who gave it to her? Do you know? >> Someone says it was another bartender. Some said it was the other one. Someone said it was a drink and someone said it was a bottle. And then someone tried to say, "Oh, she brought alcohol from home." But we don't have alcohol in our home. >> She got me drink a lot. >> All right. So, this is what I'm going to offer. It's It's by no means a a have to. Okay. I'm going to ask you if you want to go in there and see a doctor. >> No. Okay. >> I'm not Bro, she's tripping. >> Okay. >> She's tripping. >> Okay. There's no need to yell. You and I are having a conversation. We can hear each other just fine right now. Yeah, she needs to know she's tripping. >> Okay. >> How much did you drink before you went to work? >> I don't know. >> A lot of a little. >> Not enough. >> Not enough. >> I think I was >> Okay. All right. So, do you know what year it is? >> Yeah. >> What year is it? >> 2023. >> You know who the president is? >> Yeah. >> Who is the president? >> Not my vote. >> Mine either, but who is the president? >> Biden. >> Okay. Do you know where you're at? What city you're in? >> United. >> All right. So, what we can offer is we can give you a ride home. Okay? All right. That way, we avoid the conflict with you and your daughter. Okay? Because of your intoxicated state, I don't want you having control of your vehicle. Okay? Because if something happens and somebody gets hurt, I don't want you to get in trouble. >> Okay? So, we'll give you a ride home. Okay? Your daughter's going to maintain control of your vehicle until you sober up and follow us home. >> Yeah. I'll have her follow you home and stay there with you if you need to or whatever the case is. I just don't want you having physical control of your vehicle. >> No, you're fine. >> Okay. That's my only concern right now is I just I don't want you >> call the cops. >> Okay. >> 9 years ago when I was driving. Okay. >> Well, >> not that you should have called you guys. Okay. >> Well, I don't know. I don't want you falling over, Jackie. Okay. >> I just have to do it today. >> Okay. Jackie, what I need you to do is take a step forward and turn around so I can take those handcuffs off of you. Okay. >> Right there. All right. So, she's obviously refusing. Okay. Uh, we kind of figured that was what was going to happen, but she knows what year it is. She knows where she's at. She knows who the president is. Like, there's no indications outside of the fact that she's really drunk. >> Okay. >> That would lead me to believe that people are taking herself. She's I did tell her that you're going to maintain control of the vehicle based on the fact that she's intoxicated. Uh, and I don't want her having control. All right. What I would suggest [music] is that you follow her home. You can park the vehicle there, take the keys. That way she doesn't have access to it. >> Okay. And she's okay with that as it stands right now. >> Okay. >> She's okay with you having control of the vehicle because last thing I want is her getting in trouble or her hurting somebody else or herself because she wanted to go to Awesome and get a burrito or something. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, if uh the officer that she's going to be with is in a white uh charger. Okay. >> Jackie arrived home and it became clear that due to her aggressive nature, they didn't want her on the premises. The cop interrogated Jackie's niece, who explained that Jackie was not only aggressive to her own daughter, but even to other family members. Their fear was soon realized when she suddenly lost her mind and turned a simple situation into one that warranted some discipline. >> You are up and what do y'all want me to get checked for? >> Cuz you're saying you're >> No, I was the thing I I was ask this guy. >> So, what happened? Have one drink. >> We were chilling. We were chilling. We were fine. I don't know where her whatever she was. >> I came out here right here. >> I don't want her here though because like she she's obviously aggressive and I'm not >> Get out. Come on. You're not going to push my grandma in the face like >> Get out. >> Come on. >> Get out. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I watched you touch her. >> I went like this. >> I watched you touch her. >> I said good. Okay. >> You can you can calm down or I can take you to the ground. >> We're going home. >> No, you're going to jail. >> For what? >> Her battery. I watched you. >> I didn't do anything to >> I just watched you. >> I said happy slap her in the face. >> I didn't slap her. I went like this. No. This is trippy. >> I watched you shove that wheelchair out of the way and hit her in the face. >> I said happy mother's day. And I move the >> Put your hands behind your back. Okay. Okay, I'm done playing nice. Get up against the car. Let's go. >> 209. >> Batter on a household member in my presence. >> No, I seen her. Slap her in the face wheelchair and then went like this to her. >> No, she shoved the wheelchair, got in my face, but no, she did not hit me. She >> Grammy, we were watching. >> We watched her. She went like this to you. Maybe she did, but not really hard. >> Yeah, >> she did not put a hand on me. >> No, I'm not drunk. I'm not under. >> Grammy, I literally >> I saw it, Graham. We know you love her. We know. But come on, be realistic right now. >> She did not hit me. >> Okay. >> Well, here here's the problem. >> I would go out. >> It still happened in my presence. Okay. It still happened in my presence. So, she's going to jail until Monday. >> Okay. If you if you choose not to press charges later or to cooperate, >> don't put that on the report. >> That's why I have to put it on the report because I witnessed it. >> Yes, I will. >> You can't you can't lie, Grammy. >> I'm not lying. She did not hit me. >> Oh, she didn't hit you, but she went like this to you. She put her hands on you in an aggressive manner out of aggressive. >> And that is the definition of a battery in the state of New Mexico. Okay. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yes. and she didn't. >> So, she's going to jail and she won't get out till Monday. Okay. >> Despite being on her way to jail already, nothing was stopping Jackie from running her mouth and insulting the same officer who had initially tried to help her. Became clear that she no longer cared how deep in trouble she was burying herself. >> Mother go until my niece had a >> What do you want me to do? I want you to walk into the ER >> and then >> let's go. >> I'm not playing games with you. >> No, I'm not playing games with you either. You're not going to play. >> Quit or you're going to catch another charge. >> Quit or you're going to catch another charge for resisting. >> Can you please get this guy the out of here, please? >> Why? >> Show him your video and get the on. >> Unlawful application. Of course. Get the out of here, bro. >> I've been a good mom for 20 years. Get the out of here, peep. I didn't do to my mom. You are nobody. And you know it. Don't look at me all stupid. Well, he's going to take you to jail right now. Okay. He's the only officer I have available to you. >> No. No. I ain't going to jail without a pay test and some more. >> This dude brought me over here for that. >> I brought you over here to be medically cleared. The doctor brought me over here to be medically cleared for alcohol and some more. >> Okay. Well, the doctor just cleared you. >> No, he What do you mean he cleared you? >> That was the doctor you were talking to. >> It's not about whether or not you have it in your system. It's whether or not you're medically able to be in jail. >> Okay. The doctor has cleared you. We need to walk you back out to the unit. Okay. >> Don't make it any worse for yourself. If you want, I'll walk you out there. >> What? Please. >> Okay. >> Please. I don't like this guy. >> Okay. I'm going to walk you out this He put me in jail because of my niece's little >> Get out of my face. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. And next time you want to take somebody to jail, you need to clear them first. >> You ready? >> Just put the shoe down. There we go. >> All right. >> What's your name? >> Why does he have a >> No. Why does he have a camera on me? because it's for >> Well, then I want I want it to turn it on. >> What's your name? >> I'm arrested under illegal pretenses by JP. Jackie was charged with battery on a household member and resisting an officer during an arrest. If you thought Jackie was a terrible and evil mother, meet this Karen who forcibly tried to stop her child from speaking to the police. >> Go sit on your porch and >> Don't touch me. >> Go sit on your porch. Okay, great. I still have to do my job. >> How old are you? 22 years old. >> I'm 30, ma'am. Go sit on your freaking porch. >> Get on the ground. Now you're under arrest. >> On the 4th of April 2022, officers were dispatched to a residence where a 13-year-old girl reported her mother for domestic. Upon arriving, the police didn't know that they would soon meet a crazy woman who would quickly give them hell on earth. >> IEP. She has an IEP. >> Okay. >> Sorry, she has an IEP. >> What's IEP? >> She's special needs. >> Okay. >> I need to tell you that. >> Okay. You're not trained. Well, then you need to call someone that's trained with people that are special needs. >> Well, let's just figure out what's going on. >> No, call. You've not been trained. I'm sorry, sir. You're so young. She has bit me. >> I'm not going to be able to talk. >> Please multiple times when I've talked to someone. >> She She looks like she's able to talk to us. Fine, ma'am. I'll talk to you. >> No, no, you don't talk to her unless you talk to me in front of her. >> That's not true at all, ma'am. If I'm investigating child, which is what I'm dealing with or >> child? >> Yes. >> Child, >> go sit over me. >> Go sit on your porch until I can talk to you. >> Oh my god. >> Go sit on your porch until >> Don't catch me. >> Go sit on your porch until I'm done talking. >> Call somebody that deals with me. I can smell it on you from here, ma'am. >> Oh, wow. Boo. >> Go sit on your porch so I can ask her why she called police. >> She's calm. She seems fine and able to disc. I know what I'm talking about. I just asked you, sir. I have took classes. >> Okay, great. I still have to do my job. >> How old are you? 22 years old. >> I'm 30, ma'am. Go sit on your freaking porch. >> The police realized it wouldn't be easy dealing with this woman as she was more entitled than they had originally thought. Most reasonable people realize when they're on the wrong side of things, but this Karen just kept wreaking havoc despite already having a charge on her head. >> All right, I'm done with this. Turn around. You better not come. >> You're under arrest for obstructing official business. >> Oh, really? >> Yes. >> Get off. >> Get on the ground. Now you're under resisting arrest. >> Goodness. I'll stand up on my own. >> She's obstructing and resisting. >> He's hurting. >> Pull your leg up so you can stand up. >> I can't help you get up. You got to listen to him at this point. >> I can't get up on my own. Please. Please. >> You really can't. We've got to help you. Okay. So, just let us help you. Okay. >> Pull your knee up. So, he go I kept >> You pulled away from me in handcuffs. >> Somebody, she has an IEP. She is It doesn't matter. You're still resisting right now. >> Despite being in cuffs, she started making unreasonable demands, perhaps mistaking the cop's kindness for weakness. Her daughter claimed her mom lost her mind when she tried leaving the house, and this prompted her to call the police. The evil mom soon came to realize that not only was she going to pay her price, but there was nothing she could do about her situation. You're not holding the vehicle. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I can feel you pulling. >> Take a seat. We're going to call an ambulance in your face. >> We're going to get someone to come. You're >> all right. Need a double real quick. >> No. Take the handcuffs off. This is [ __ ] >> Yeah, we can't do that right now. Okay. >> Oh, no. No, no, no. Give me a phone. I'm calling a lawyer. Give me a phone. >> You'll be able to >> You can have your phone call at county. Take a seat. >> No, I'm not going to go to county. Take a seat. >> I need you to take a seat right now. At this point, you're under arrest. >> Put your legs in. >> Put your legs inside the car. >> She has an IEP. I understand that this sir, you just hit my face on this ground. You see, you see >> I told you to go sit on the porch and get a statement from 32 yet. >> No, no, no. Ma'am, >> how old are you? I get an answer to come in. >> Please do. Please do. >> Put your legs in the car right now. >> No. No. Please do. Put your car legs in the car or you're going to get choked in the car. >> In the car? You heard me. Listen. >> I'm not going to listen unless you can listen. >> She's been hurting people. >> I'm not going to listen unless you can listen. >> She's been hurting. >> Can this conversation go two ways? >> Yeah, she's >> Okay. I hear that you're telling me she has an IEP. I understand. That's a school program. Well, you're again you're interrupting me again. >> What was it? >> You're you're interrupting me again. >> You guys are not doing what you're supposed to do. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to go ahead and let you talk to >> You're supposed to have >> I'm going to go ahead and let you talk to a supervisor about that and we're going to have ambulance check you out. Make sure your face is all right. >> Different officers out here. >> You were obstructing and you wouldn't let us investigate to get to that information. She's not going to be able to go anywhere with her blanket. >> Well, that's unfortunately you decided that tonight. So, >> no, I didn't. That officer really really hurt me >> because you resisted arrest. >> I did not resist. It's all on my ring. I did not resist. >> It's also on his body worn camera. So, >> I did not resist. >> I did not resist him. My daughter was even crying. I did not resist him. She was crying because she called the police. >> She was on you >> because she felt like I was so I was never she me I have like old bruises all over my butt. >> Realizing how bad her situation had become, she tried balling her eyes out to garner sympathy. But by now the police were already fed up with her antics. Despite her rude behavior, the police officers were trying their best to be nice and tried accommodating her discomfort despite their effort not being reciprocated. >> There's doors. If you go in my house, there's doors off hedges. There's holes in the wall. >> Then you should have been reasonable with the officer to be able to explain that to us. >> I was trying to >> You were acting out. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. He I told him I'll just back my house. >> Do you We will We will get you some re He >> placed you under arrest. We can get you some resources for Dan Street. >> No, I have it all. >> Okay, we can get you. >> He was very very He was very >> Well, I don't think you're going to listen to me try to help you. So, I'm going to go ahead and start paperwork. I don't have any charges in in the last >> You have obstructing now >> 13 years. No, I don't. No, I don't. I didn't do anything of this sort. >> Okay, >> let me out of this car. I have rights. >> No, I have rights. There are There are rights under constitution. There are rights. Um >> I wish >> we can get you resources for Dan Street later for your daughter if you need. Do you need those charged with anything? >> Okay. Well, then you can't claim that she's hurting you to us if you don't want any charges, right? That doesn't make any sense. So, I'm going to go ahead and leave you alone. You can talk to a sergeant about this. I'll be right outside the vehicle. Okay. Why am I Why am I in this? >> Because you obstructed. >> I did not. >> Okay. >> No, I did not. >> So, we had to get the medics had to talk to you first, but I'm Sergeant Williams. Okay. I was not here, obviously, whenever it happened earlier. >> I need to see my my >> your face. Okay. I actually have to take a picture of it anyway. So, how about I'll take a picture and then I can show it to you. Does that sound good? >> Cuz I've got to get a picture of >> Oh, I need all these handcuffs. >> All those. >> You're not able to twist for me? No, I'm able to get all these handcuffs because you're treating me like a criminal and I'm not. >> Okay. Do you want me to get a picture of the white guard? >> Oh, no. The officer body slammed me. >> Okay. So, when he got out here, what happened >> when he first when he first got here? What was going on? >> He didn't want to listen to me. I kept telling him >> go to the code. >> I kept telling him I kept telling him to call special officers to deal with her because that's what they told me to do. >> Okay. Okay. >> You know what I'm talking about, right? >> CIT. I'm CIT. So, what? >> She didn't do it. >> Okay. So, what happened next? >> Can't do it. >> Okay. What happened? >> When all her antics were being ignored, she decided to do what most Karens know how to do best. And so, she started lying as though her life depended on it. This little girl abuses me all five months so much. Julie, she did me in the car today and I had to stop the car, guys. Cuz you don't know because I'm not going to do what my mom did to me. I'm not going to put her at you. So, you didn't call us earlier? >> Gee, she she So, so I'm only here to investigate what happened with the officer. So, so you were asking him to call somebody else out here and then what happened? >> He didn't do anything. >> Did he give you any orders or tell you to do anything? >> No, >> he just I don't know why he didn't. I don't like he's like a big dude. Like I was going to eat him. >> So, how how >> I don't know. It's all on my Ring video cam. >> What? What am I under arrest? You were under arrest for obstructing justice or official business. Official business. So, he was giving you orders to step away so he could talk to your daughter. >> No, he was not. I kept telling him to call somebody. >> But you did not listen to his orders. >> No. How do you know you weren't here? >> It's on camera. They all the officers have cameras. Okay. So, I'd like to Okay. And I would like to get access to that. So, there will probably be a sergeant reaching out to you this week. Probably not me. So that we can get access to that video. Okay. cuz I would like to see it, but I can't see it right now because you are under arrest. Okay? >> You act like I >> Here's the thing. >> Amanda, let's let's be let's be honest with each other, okay? If you can't even summon so I could go out my house. >> If you weren't drinking, >> you probably would have been able to listen to him, right? >> Listen. No, it's not. Oh my gosh. It's my day off. I work 7 days. >> I get it. I get it. But when the officers come out, you have to listen to them. >> I did. He listen. >> That's not how it works. You have to listen to him. >> Why? >> Because he was investigating. Okay. You can always ask for a sergeant, but you can't not comply. >> I did. >> You complied 100%. >> Yeah. >> The cops, who could easily see through her lies, decided to teach her that no one, not even her big ego, was immune to the law. >> 100%. You didn't do anything. You didn't try to pull away. You didn't try to not get arrested. You didn't you didn't argue with him at all. The cameras that I'm going to watch are going to show you being perfectly >> cooperative. I don't have to do anything. >> When he went to put you under arrest, did you cooperate? >> He had no business even being >> okay >> in my yard. >> Yes, he did. He had a call for it situation. He had to investigate it by law. That is his job. And it listen honestly from what he told me. And I told him that he had to call >> special people to deal with her and he didn't do it. >> Okay. >> So there you go. >> Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. >> So there's nothing else you want to tell me. >> No, he he didn't do that. He didn't do that. And he didn't listen to me. And then he attacked me. He attacked me. >> He was placing you under arrest. >> Oh, no. No. No. He jumped on me. >> He jumped on you. Now, first you said he threw >> You act You act like I Do you think I resisted arrest? Do you think I touched him? Do you think I did any of that >> on camera? YOU PULLED AWAY. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> NO, I did not. >> All right. >> No. >> I'm going to give you a minute to calm down and then I'll come back and talk. >> No, I did not. >> I'm going to give you a minute TO CALM DOWN. >> SIT TIGHT. >> When did I get on When did I get on the phone? >> I just watched the video one more time. Is there anything you want to revise about your statement? >> No. about what happened today. >> No. >> Okay. >> I didn't attack him or nothing. >> I didn't say you attacked him, but you did you did resist arrest. Okay. >> How? How? Why? Why would he even tell me I was under arrest? >> We're obstructing official business. >> How was I? >> Because you weren't looking to his orders when he was trying to investigate. >> I was telling him to call to call. Did you not hear that? Did you not keep hearing me say to call to call special officers out? Okay. That doesn't solve it though. >> No. Yes. That's >> No, you still have to listen to the officer on scene. >> I did listen to him. >> No, you did not. Okay. So, do you have any other questions for me? >> I need you to uncover me. >> That's not going to happen. Any other questions? >> Give me the summons and uncover. >> Okay. Go ahead and sit back in. >> No. >> I I I want I want an ambulance. >> Put You already got an ambulance. >> No, they never did anything. >> Yes, they did. I stood right here the whole time. >> My arms hurt. >> Put your knees in. >> But my arms >> Put your knees in or your knees are going to hurt when I shut the door. I don't want to hurt your knee. And then the kids don't like him. >> Okay. >> And then I really don't know what the hell is going on with them. >> So then you guys start, you two started arguing about her, man. Is that what I'm getting? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You two started arguing about him. >> Yeah. But not like physical, just like verbal. >> Okay. >> And I'm not sure who called the cops. >> It doesn't matter. >> I don't care either. >> Okay. >> You know what I mean? Like this is not for not being to call the cops first. >> More interactions with the woman pointed towards the fact that she was used to getting away with things. So no amount of warning was ever going to get her to fully cooperate. >> No. Nothing happens. Like I can go. Like I literally drove over here. >> Did you hit her? >> Never. >> Did she hit you? >> Never. We would never. She has a a good baby. >> Let me take this real quick. >> Yeah. >> Oh, wait. No. Okay. >> Yeah. >> See your hands? >> Hold on. >> Okay. >> The other one. Flip it over. Nope. Flip it this way, please. >> Palm up. Hand up. There you go. Palm up. Palm up now. >> What happened to your head? >> My head whacked. Oh, I I have my hands, my hair, iron, and her. >> Yeah, of course. >> No, no, you can't call her. >> There's nothing. [clears throat] I swear. >> Hey, this is my nephew. >> Okay. >> Yes, he's fine. >> Where's your stepdad? >> Can you Can you just just hang here real quick? Okay. >> No, you stay outside. >> Call >> stay outside. >> No, I want to go. Can I get my >> No, I listen. What did I tell you? What did I tell you? >> Right. >> I'm being cool with you. >> Just look at me, please. >> I am looking at you. I'm being >> Don't go nowhere yet. Okay. >> His eyes. >> You don't have to. >> Hey, will you stop talking unless you're going into a car? >> You don't have to. >> Not playing games, >> but I just I would like to talk. >> Either you're going to get handcuffed and put in a car or you guys stand there and shut up. Understand? >> Here. Where's Mario? >> I asked you to stay inside. >> Okay. My son here. >> He's not going. He's not going anywhere. Investigation right now. He's not leaving. You cannot go anywhere. I just told him the same. >> You cannot go anywhere, Isaac. >> I just told him the same thing. Can you go? >> There's my ex. I'm bringing my baby. Can I go get my baby? >> Not yet. No one's Can you wait? >> Bring me the baby. My right. I'll be with you in a second. OKAY. DON'T GO ANYWHERE BEFORE I PUT YOU IN MY CAR. I'M DONE. >> He's not going nowhere. Hey, you go to the car. Last time I'm gonna tell you, you go to the car and you wait and I'll be there in a minute. We're not playing games. >> Yeah. >> So, she's saying they're both very, >> very >> Hey, what' I say? I said stand there and shut up. Sorry. >> So, she's claiming no 33. I have not got stuck with son. He's very upset. >> Okay. >> Call the stepdad to come pick him up. He does not want to be here. >> That's beside the point. >> Can you because I don't know. Can you come here? >> Yeah. >> Turn and face this officer. >> Yeah. >> Is this She's saying this is from a flat iron. She got her hair done. >> No, it's not. >> What is it? Not that. >> Would [clears throat] you like to speak with him? >> Yeah. I'm going to go check. >> Hey, listen. >> I'm only going to tell you one last time, okay? Don't get closer to him. You're going to stand right there and you're not going to talk until he asks you something. Do you understand? Because now I'm to the point where I'm going to arrest you. >> Calm yourself. I'm about to calm myself in 2 seconds. >> Police noticed that something wasn't adding up in her story and so they decided to talk with the visibly shaken and crying boy who had taken the courage to call for help. The cops realized his mother had disregarded his safety while fighting her sister. >> Do you mind if I open it? Hey, are you okay? Hey, it's okay. Hey, it's okay. Cry. >> My stepson. >> He's my stepson. I love him so much, too. >> Just cry. It's all right. When you get a second, I'm going to ask you a couple questions. Okay. But you tell me when you're ready. All right. >> Do you mind if I say it right here? Okay. Let's talk. What happened? >> So, I I like to go outside. I like to play soccer. So, >> after a long day of playing, I come inside and uh then I come in and then my mom served me some food. But, >> which one's mom? The one that just walked out. Not this one. Right. >> The one that walked out and my son. But um right when I walked in, I hear them cursing at each other saying like F word, A words, S word, B words, W word. >> Not very nice words. No. No. And then I just want my food. They go inside the room and they're drinking like crazy. My aunt's like, "Give me all the wine." And and then my mom gets the vape and the wine, drinks all of it, smokes the vape, throws it on the floor. Then they start screaming at each other saying, "Why the like the f would you do that? You stupid little piece of everything." And then like my mom grabs her into the room, pushes her. Then u my still saying, "Give me my wine. I want wine." And they keep talking about giving me drugs. Give like they talk about giving drugs, talking about no, I want no, I want this. And then like I'm just in the room just waiting for him to get here cuz I really want to leave. >> Okay. You said you said mom pushed aunt into the room. >> Yeah. And then >> do you remember how I know? I know. I'm going to stop you for a second. >> I couldn't. I couldn't. >> Do you remember like if at any point her aunt's face was touched or anything like that? >> Oh, they were both hitting each other. >> They were both hitting each other. Okay. Do you remember who started it? >> It was mostly my own cuz she kept talking and then my mom got really mad and everything. >> Let Okay, let me reward it. Do you know who pushed first or or put hands on? Like if I was to put hands on him right now, I I'm the one. >> My my aunt. >> Your aunt. >> Do you remember? >> My mom started like really pushing her a lot. >> Okay. And where where did your aunt push? Like was it in the living room? >> Trying to push her to the side so she could get the wine. And my mom was like, "No, wine is bad." And my mom kept pushing her pushing her and pushing her back. Then my my arm like pushed her really hard, too. And then and my mom got the wine and she left the house. Your mom left the house. Okay. >> Am I always just screaming in the room on the phone? >> Okay. All right. All right. You guys are just going to sit here just for a minute. That way I can finish my investigation. I got to come back and get your name and and stuff and then from there we'll go forward. Okay. >> Good deal. All right. Hang in there. Okay. You got to cry. Cry. All right. We all cry. Okay. So, don't hold it in. Talk. No. With a clear understanding of what had transpired, the police tried talking to the boy's mom, who was also as intoxicated as her sister. And the bad mom tried making up a lie to cover for both of them. And for a while, it seemed to work, at least for the moment. >> Listen, this is a sister thing. She doesn't need to go like that. I think that's >> She does. Because you guys aren't listening. >> No, because you guys are being aggressive. >> We're not being aggressive. I have been I have not been aggressive the entire time I've been here until you're not listening. Char dealer. >> You're right. We do. >> Don't worry. You got me at me for the [ __ ] Listen, at least my hair is good. Why we got to me and my sister in a little alteration like the >> Come here. You come here. You I'm sorry. Can you come outside now? You inside. Please don't touch each other on the way in and out. >> Where? >> I just want my baby. >> No one's going anywhere. They're not leaving. Okay. >> I just want my baby. Hey you. >> What? >> I need you to calm down. >> Okay. >> You're very upset, Rachel. I understand. >> And I just broke up after 3 years and having a baby. >> It's rough >> because you're a narcissist. >> Last night. >> I know she's not okay. I really think she has mental problems. She came to visit me and she was a fifth grade. >> When did she come? >> Last night. >> Oh, she came last night. What happened? And today we were having some wine and she just acts a fool. She's screaming and I think [laughter] I'm here please your voice. I can't take the screams anymore. Please out of control. So I left for a walk. >> I saw you weren't you when I got here. >> Mhm. >> Why? >> At no point did you guys touch each other? >> No, I don't know. I think she um got my phone. I think trying to get phone back. I have long nails so perhaps I scratched. I'm not sure. Or maybe she scratched herself. I don't know. Okay. No point. Did Did she hit you? >> No point. You hit her. Any pushing? >> So, you were you were upset. >> I did. I left. I left. I didn't He cannot leave. He's another one that's on my radar and I need to go to court. He cannot leave. He can't take my baby. My baby lives here with me and he lives here with me. He cannot leave. [clears throat] >> Hold on. It doesn't look like he's going anywhere. Officer Mack over here is not dealing with this nonsense. I will take him to court. He cannot take my baby. >> It doesn't look like he's going anywhere. He's probably just sitting in his car. >> This is mom. >> Hi. >> Hey. >> All right. So, I'm officer Barage. >> Hi, Bar. >> Cuz then your son wants to be >> balling his eyes out. Okay. >> Stay with me though. >> Okay. But listen to me. I'll be with him tomorrow. >> But listen to me for a second. Okay. >> Let's let's worry about son first. Okay. So, he saw stuff, okay? And with her, right? He's gone with both of you guys. Balling his eyes out. Okay. Not keeping it together whatsoever. >> Let me interrupt you. You cannot go with him. Not his father. He cannot go with him. >> Okay. Okay. But his father wants him to go with him >> tomorrow. That's when he's back. >> I get that. Dad's in Mississippi. >> Yeah. Dad can come tomorrow and pick him up. It's fine. >> So, what happened >> with my sister? Yeah. She came last night supposedly, you know, to come and spend some time. Today we were having some wine and she lost it. My sister has had other altercations. However, there's never been cops involved. My sister's not okay in the head. I really think she needs to get diagnosed from the bottom of my heart because she doesn't act like an adult. >> When she realized that the police could see right through her lies, she decided to fess up on what had happened without realizing it was going to happen again. >> What adult yells at top of their lung whether they're sober or alcohol? Come on. you know. >> So, I'm going to tell you your son thinks that both of you guys are children right now. >> I know. I understand. >> I mean, he's saying that >> I left. I walked away. I couldn't take it anymore. >> Okay. But he's saying that you put your hands on her >> cuz she had my phone. >> She put her hands on you. So, do you realize that that's domestic? That's domestic battery. >> Yeah. I was trying to take my phone away from her. I understand. I understand. I understand. >> So, explain to me when it began physical. When it turned from just yelling to physical. >> When she took my phone. Right. >> When she took my phone so I'm like I got on top of her to give my phone back. Stop. This is enough. >> But it's okay. Like I don't have any marks or anything. She wasn't being >> it doesn't matter about marks and matters about what everybody's saying. And the only non- intoxicated person right now has given more truthful information than you guys put together. >> I get it. It's just I guess she doesn't want to put me in any trouble and I don't want to put her any trouble. It's not like it's not like we fought or anything. You know what I'm saying? However, it was like, "Oh, get off me. Oh, you know, stop. Stop." And I will tell you just leave. just leave. Please, just leave. Please, just get out. So, I left. I walked. >> When I got here, she was >> I walked. I went and I walked. >> I can't take this drama. I can't. >> Back inside. >> So, let me tell everything about Mario. >> Yeah, he go inside. He's going to arrest you. Go inside. >> No, no, no. I don't want to hear. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. I promise to go inside. >> Let's go inside. Inside. >> Go inside. Bro, it's not a joke, bro. really not a joke inside. >> That's right, man. Inside to be here inside. >> Oh, yeah. >> Next time you come outside, you're going to my car. >> Listen, this is what's going to happen. We are going to take your your sister. >> You're going to do what? >> I'm I'm going to take your sister with me. All right. We pull her out of here. I don't want you I won't say a word. >> Stand by that blue car right there. This way there's no issues. >> Hey, listen. I know that we started off hot. Okay. >> I know that we started off hot. Okay. So once we get her in the car, we're going to me and you are going to talk a little bit more. However, I'm I always make this very clear cuz I don't want there to be any confusion. >> I want you to stand beside that blue SUV. During that time, don't take a step forward or you can be arrested as well. Okay. Okay, you're good. And then I sit on the floor. >> Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> The blue SUV. >> Blue SUV. >> The light blue one. >> What's up? >> What's up? What's going on? >> No. >> No. Give me a search warrant. >> Now clear on the culprit. The police set out to teach justice, and this was when all hell broke loose. >> No. Hey, slowly. >> Nope. >> NO. HEY, >> WAIT. OW, BRO. What the >> Hey, they broke my nose. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. Cuz right now it'll be fine cuz she would freak the [ __ ] out. I know you. >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. Just leave for a little while. >> Oh my god. >> You want me to get up? What's it called? Running down the road naked. >> NO, THAT WOULD BE YOUR OWN FAULT. Not me. I didn't do nothing. [screaming] Okay. And that was weird. [ __ ] >> Thank you. >> That's disgusting. [snorts] What's disgusting is now. But that's a good sign cuz it'll at least clear my sinuses. >> Let's go. I've not been able to have a train. That's what I'm trying to do. Shut your mouth, please. >> Then pick it up >> with everything. >> Then pick it up. >> I understand you do stuff, >> Chloe. >> Okay. >> Are we all on the goddamn right I am. Does it really [ __ ] matter? >> Yeah, dude. I'm not going to charge you with nothing. Then just leave for the night. >> Go. >> Go. >> Where am I? >> Out the room. >> Man, >> listen. You just got to go for a while. >> And I didn't know then. >> From what they're telling me, you don't look >> I should be doing something right now. >> SO YOU DON'T >> BY FINDING my goddamn paper that I'm missing. >> I'm the one who should be here right now. >> They're asking you to leave. Just when the cops thought that she had decided to be cooperative, she decided to be even more ridiculous, making it obvious that she was determined to make things as difficult as possible for them. >> I don't Yeah. So what? Why don't they leave? They were leaving. News to me. They're leaving again. So why do I need to leave? >> Cuz you live here. >> Yes, I do. Yeah, that's why I'm didn't mind that you guys were called to begin with even bigger than anything [ __ ] bite or whatever cuz Yeah. Oh. Does she live here? No, >> she don't live here. She don't pay rent here. She comes here because we're her family. >> I'll call the landlord, right? >> Does she stay here? Like, from my understanding, she lives on Am Street. >> Yeah. Okay. M street. >> Where's your stuff? Just get your bag and go for a little while. It's just for the night. Y >> Okay. >> You guys don't want her here, correct? >> Not right now. >> You don't want her here. >> This is your last chance. Get yourself here to hear. >> You need to get your stuff and you need to get stuff and need to leave. >> Get your stuff right now or you're going to be arrested for trespassing. >> Why am I trespassing? >> Get your stuff. >> She just said I lived here. >> No, she did not. Get your stuff. Let's go. You don't live here. So, let's get >> I do. All right, let's get your stuff. What's all yours? Book bag. Let's go. Come on, let's go. >> Karma. Karma. >> Karma. >> What are you calling? I'M GETTING MY STUFF and leaving like you were telling me. Let's go. Jesus. >> Back to your Get your phone. Get your smokes. >> Really? You ran outside though. Michelle, get your stuff. Let's go. [snorts] >> I wash my hands cuz I definitely don't have water if I make it. Get your stuff. Let's go. >> Fed up with her behavior, the police decided that enough was enough. She had been given enough chances to behave and leave, but she failed to do so. It was obvious she was going to be giving them a tough time. They didn't know how far she would take things. What are we doing? Don't do that. >> Damn it. >> You check up. >> Michelle, what are you doing? >> Getting my stuff >> because I live here. You can come back tomorrow with [snorts] that stuff. >> No, maybe I can't. >> Let's go. >> Your smokes. This [ __ ] Your bag. Let's go. What are you doing? All right. Ow. Dude, get the off MY ARM RIGHT NOW, MOTHER. NOW, >> STOP. >> Are you going to not twist me? >> What's that? Broke my arm, dude. >> He has a SHOULDER PROBLEM. >> REALLY, BRO? PULL YOUR ARMS OUT. >> WHAT THE WHAT'S THAT, BRO? PULL YOUR ARMS OUT. >> WHAT THE? >> PULL YOUR ARMS OUT. >> WHAT THE WHAT THE >> Pull your arms out. Pull your arms out. Give us your arms. It's fine. >> Dude, that was my left arm, wasn't it? I DON'T EVEN KNOW. WHY DOES MY LEFT ARM HURT? DON'T HURT HER. Shoulder blade her. >> Is that the arm he grabbed? >> I don't know. >> Damn. >> That's why I said nobody like it. >> Take your arms from underneath you. [laughter] >> What are you doing? >> This carpet. >> LET ME HAVE YOUR ARM, [screaming] >> MOTHER. >> YEAH, I ALREADY DID GET MY ARM, I THINK. WELL, why didn't YOU WALK OUT? >> Cuz I'm a smart and that's my OTHER [screaming] Let her arm go. LET HER ARM GO RIGHT NOW. >> KARMA, YOU >> NO. [screaming] >> KARMA, COME ON. I THINK KARMA'S GOING to dude. >> PLEASE DON'T ARREST HER, PLEASE. KARMA, I HAVE TO PUT HER DOG DOWN. >> Listen to me. >> We are past that. Michelle had made up her mind that she was going to show hell to anyone asking her to leave the premises and nothing was stopping her. >> Wake up, dude. When did you get her? >> Karma, >> get this hair out of my mouth, dude. >> Chloe, please. >> Station, show one female in custody. >> Chloe. >> Chloe, >> I put your 211. >> Oh man, [clears throat] I taste pits and blood. >> [laughter] >> Please make sure she's out to see your dog. I HAVE TO PUT HER IN. >> LISTEN, I UNDERSTAND THAT. BUT SHE IS [laughter] [ __ ] Pop it back in place, please. Let's do this. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Dude, >> Michelle, >> stand up. >> Now that is ridiculous. Just stand up so you can feel better. >> When her arms are behind her back, it hurts her worse. She can't move that. >> Listen to me. We gave her plenty of opportunities. She wanted to then as soon as I went to go hands on to arrest her, she wants TO RESIST. >> RIGHT, BRO. EXACTLY. >> COME ON. >> EXACTLY. >> AGAIN, stand up. >> All right. This is what we're doing. HER grab an ankle. >> Let's go. >> Please don't hurt. Please don't. >> That feels better. Chloe, >> if she wants to act like this, >> get up. You're going to look stupid. I'm trying to do SOMETHING. CHLOE, JUST THROW ME THE OUT THE OUT. CHLOE, [screaming] >> WHAT? JUST THE OUTFIT. Don't break THE >> NOBODY IS. >> I HAVE TO PAY for >> I'm not dealing with this. >> Don't do that. DON'T DO THAT. MY NEIGHBOR'S My neighbor's hurt. >> Okay. Well, is she going to walk? STAND UP. >> GODAMN IT. SORRY. >> Put her on her feet. Put her on her feet. >> No, she's not going to walk. Chloe, >> you mother STAND UP. >> [screaming] >> WE'RE GIVING YOU A CHANCE TO STAND UP ME. >> I KNOW YOU BOTH ARE. >> YOU NEED TO CHILL OUT. YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO THE GROUND. >> You got it. >> Get some mock me. >> Chill. >> Are you going to walk? >> Don't hurt your >> Let's walk. >> I got you, you motheruckers. >> What are we doing? Quit trying to get out of your cuffs and let's go. >> Okay, back to GO. >> CALEB, GO. >> WHOA, YOU'RE MAKING ME DIZZY. WHAT? You had an opportunity to walk and you don't want to walk. >> So, I'm going to carry you. Huh? >> Mother, don't do it. >> Calm down. >> Don't do it. >> DON'T DO IT. >> CALM DOWN. >> DON'T DO IT. >> Do not grab me. Are you going to stand up? >> Chloe, I understand that, but what are we supposed to do? While acting like a complete psycho, she was only making it obvious why the cops had to be called on her in the first place. And the police remained adamant on teaching her a lesson. >> I understand. >> You suck. I know I'm a smart. >> Deal with it. Stop yanking my face. >> Nobody is smears in. >> Stop. >> They're busting my wrist up. >> YOU'REING YOURSELF. >> BUSTING MY GODDAMN. >> You're doing it yourself. I'm trying to Are you going to stand up? Listen to me. Are you going to stand up? I want to stand up. >> Okay. >> And be able to walk. [screaming] >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I >> gave you. >> You are not even standing. Michelle, >> her arms. >> Michelle, what are we doing? I got her. >> What are we [laughter] doing? What are you doing? Stop messing a smart ass. What are we doing? Are you going to stand up? >> [ __ ] >> Are you going to stand up, Michelle? >> Joe, go back inside, please. >> Not either. Please go back inside. >> Please go back inside. Joe, don't clap. >> That looks like >> Are we going to stand up? [laughter] >> Are you going to stand up? >> I'm having problems. >> All right, come on. You going to stand up, Michelle? Are >> you going to see? >> Yeah. Okay, let's let's stand up. We're going to help you stand up. Okay. >> Can I give me another? >> Thank you. >> Take a deep breath. You're all right. >> You ready to stand up? Huh? >> What? What is wrong, Michelle? Are you going to talk? What is up? >> Are you going to talk or no? [snorts] Dude, >> do you want to stand up? Michelle, >> I don't know yet. Oh, I'm [clears throat] um drives drunk every single day in his face. >> Are we going to stand up, Michelle? >> Dude, >> what? >> Yeah, I jerked my >> Michelle, you jerked your own arm. >> Stop. >> What are you doing? All right, let's try to stand her. We're going to stand you up, Michelle. Put your legs underneath you. >> Put your >> Oh, damn. Did you feel that? That felt >> Stop dropping. >> Regardless, the cops have made it their mission to ensure that she ended up in prison for all the charges she had accumulated [music] and nothing was going to change their mind. >> Stop dropping. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. Come on. >> I got your phone in your face. >> Do not spit on either one of us. Please spit. >> Please do not spit. I can't help it. >> Get in. Step in. >> Dude, can you get the off? >> NO, WE CANNOT. WE HAVE TO put you in the car. >> You don't got to break my bones by doing it. I thought you went over this, dude. >> Michelle, >> I know, dude. Why are you hurting me? I'm not >> Because we are asking you to get in the car, Michelle. >> Because I'm a mad intense. >> GET IN THE CAR. YEAH. >> LOOK AT ME NOW. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. >> I'm not resisting at all. >> Yes, you are. >> Yeah. Now, Jess, I was my point. >> Put your foot. >> YOU GUYS ARE busting my bones up. Put your foot in the car >> FROM THE GET GO. PUT YOUR FOOT IN. >> What the was that? >> Get your foot in. >> If they shut the door on your foot, that's your own fault. >> I don't care. Here. >> What is that? Hers. phone and her glasses. >> I'm sorry, guys. >> What? >> We got the >> Yeah, >> Ben's in the house. Chloe's in the house. >> Yeah. Um, >> we're fine. >> Go straight to or what? >> Yeah, go straight to Um, you don't need to be sorry, Chloe. So, here's the issue, right? >> Where? 219. >> I ask her how many times to leave. I know. Okay. >> I go to put my hand on her. >> She's just an >> And she wants to pull away and then that's when she's starting everything. She wants to eat a tangerine or an orange or whatever the hell instead of just leaving. >> She was throwing oranges earlier. >> Yep. So, she wants to continue to play games. As you saw, we tried to have her stand. She doesn't want to stand. When she does stand, >> she wants to go >> weak-legged or whatever. So, >> I know. Just be careful like that shoulder like she's just >> so 100% understand you. The issue is is that when she is now resisting us essentially fighting with us. >> I know >> sometimes stuff goes out the window. You know she's making her shoulder worse for herself than what we're doing. >> I know cuz she get up and walk. >> Hence why we were carrying her out like we were carrying her out. >> So >> I know it's just I wouldn't have called but dude she'll be like that all night. She'll >> Yeah. No, she's going to be like that all night. So, and she wouldn't have left. >> I don't know what she takes or what she does, but >> Do you guys need anything? Okay. She should be out, I'm assuming, tomorrow or the next day, but that's going to be up to her, too, cuz I can't control anything she does in jail. So, >> hopefully she's sober when she gets out. >> Hopefully. So, all right. She was charged with assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and trespassing. Just like Michelle, this lady was crazy enough to leave her children unattended while she blacked out due to an overdose. >> It is ridiculous. You're leaving kids unattended while you're over here getting your little fix. >> 911. >> The kids that were here, they're outside right now crying cuz they thought you were >> Can y'all explain to me what I'm getting? Like, am I going to Dell or for what? >> Child neglect. On March the 27th, 2023, officers received a call from a concerned child whose mother had been unresponsive for hours despite his persistent knocking. On arrival at the house, the cops took control of the situation only to be encountered with a shocking and unexpected scene. >> You okay, >> ma'am? She's responsive. in >> helloetition. >> Police Department of Fire. >> Can you move? >> I'm more interested in >> Okay, drawers in the way. Y'all got better tools than I do. >> Mad. >> Let's break the door. Huh? >> Is that her right there? >> Yeah, that's her. >> Yeah, she's getting smashed. Yeah, her leg cut her leg or something. >> Anybody got uh anything to smash against real quick? >> Nothing here. That's heavy enough to do that. >> Hey, >> you've been drinking. You've been doing drug and she's semi alert. Uh fires here work with her. We will need him. So, never mind. They're 97 up top. >> So, you have tin foil there all over your nose and wrist. Hey, how about we be some honest here since we got kiddos that called us and you're over here passed out. It is ridiculous. You're leaving kids while you're over here getting your little high. That is ridiculous. So, let's work with them and try to help some things out. >> You got any idea, man? >> What? >> Identification. That's what >> I do. Okay. This is ridiculous. It is. It sure is. >> Has nothing to do with me and my kid. >> Actually, it does. You're the one that called 911. >> They called 911. >> The kids that were here, they're outside right now crying cuz they thought you were >> What? >> Yeah, that's what >> Oh my gosh. >> What's your last name? >> My last name is Weber. Has nothing to do with me. And >> what's your first name, Miss Weber? >> My name is Ashley. >> How you spell that for me? >> S H L E Y. So, who called >> your kids? >> Upon getting to the scene, the officers immediately sensed something was [music] a miss. The mess and scattered wraps around the woman painted a suspicious picture, heightening their concern. However, this was only the beginning of Ashley's madeup lies. >> I'm telling you, the cops came and we spoke with them earlier. We explained all this to him to the police, the actual policeman. He apparently did. And the lady that is over these apartments, which is my best friend's mother-in-law, um is a judge. And we explained all this to her like she was here. They had all this done. >> Okay. Let's let's focus let's focus on >> please again can you shut that door. Um I the neighbors has been nothing besides crazy since because and that was because the people that own here apparently it was a big old house before I got here and I was not aware of that. >> I'm just trying to figure out why there's aluminum foil in the bathroom. >> I was just in the bathroom and apparently that's where he done that right up in that shelf. So or not the shelf the ceiling. Like I literally just took my medicine and was getting ready to take a shower and get my kids. >> How did he do it in there? And how were you not able to leave the bathroom? >> Sir, I just got here. We was starting to clean everything to get out. The next thing I know, I was I took my medicine. Exact. Do you not hear what I'm saying? >> How How did he just leave you passed out in the bathroom? >> Sir, he was not here. The cops just picked him up. >> The cops just got him within him. not function or not functioning with them or anything. I literally opened the door, took it's a Jared name on there. >> So, when was you taken away today? >> Oh, went around 1 2:00. >> We we got here like maybe 20 minutes ago and whenever we got here, you were passing. >> Are you not hearing what I said? >> You were unconscious. >> I just took my >> went to the bathroom to pee >> my It was I take it three times a day apparently. That's where he had his medicine balled up in that with a foil, a uh >> bag or whatever. I was literally on the pot sitting there within the time and then the next thing I know I was in the floor and this had happened. >> So, I mean I I can't tell you exactly. Um I was not willingly taking no medicine. Um I was on the phone with my friend and I told her I was going to call him to work because all this crazy stuff has happened. Um, all he the owner could say was there was this watting Mexican that stayed here. Um, and that was it was hell getting him out. I was not aware of any of this until um, all this started happening with the landlord and them were the HOA fees. And like I said once again, um, the lady was literally a judge. Like that's what she is, a retired judge. So, her daughter-in-law has went to prison, all this crap, and she was my best friend. Um, I was not aware that this place was hot. My dad passed away, went through a divorce, and they offered to start running this team um within the month, and I thought it was just a good idea to start up here, start working at Mercy Hospital, and just going from there. >> The cops remained unconvinced by her explanations as her story clearly contradicted the situation in which she was found. So, like what happened when I got back? >> I got back. Uh, the door was locked. I was getting ready to take a shower. The next thing I know, I woke up to this. So, what h like someone called, my kids called. What? Like, we was getting ready to take a shower. I was getting them ready. We were doing homework and we were going to just grab something from the Mexican restaurant at the mall right after her base or whatever. Well, according to the notes that I saw when we got this back here >> and from what I've gathered from us being here, you weren't able to let yourself out of the bathroom. In fact, you were slumped up in the bathroom and you weren't able to open the door and then the kids got upset and called 911 cuz they were concerned about anyone even close my suspicious activity. >> Is it that strong whatever he had in that bottle like them all clipped up in mine? for you to just be on my medicine and me take it and be whatever happened. Is it that strong to do? Like I I don't know exactly what was in the bottle besides the what I heard y'all say. >> Shouldn't make you pass out. >> Not my medicine. I'm saying the sepsis how it was on my medicine in the bottle. >> What the was? >> They said it was spent. That's what he was on. you want to be breathing right now. It's going to be a whole different situation. >> That's what he did. So, it was he got it right down here from the people above down below over there sellers at all. >> So, is that what you took? >> Huh? >> Is that what you took? >> Sorry, I didn't take it. Willie, could you not just hear what I said? >> No, I I walked in after the fact. >> Can you not yell at me? I'm just asking. >> So, don't don't give me attitude either. Okay. I walked in after the fact. I don't I don't I I just showed up. Okay. All I know is you were passed out. That's all I know. >> Okay. When you get the rest of the story, we can talk because we're not going to I'm gonna argue. >> So then just keep your mouth shut then. Okay. >> We're not We're not talking. I'm not asking you any questions or anything. >> Excuse me. I can talk. This is my house. >> All right. >> And actually, um could you step outside because you can step outside unless you have a warrant. You're not supposed to. >> I I have a legal reason to be here. Okay. Well, like I said, my mom my mom is a judge. >> That's fine. This is this is recorded, so that's fine. >> That is completely fine. There's no need for you to trick me like I'm a drug addict. I just got the guy out of here that was good. >> So, you do not have to be disrespectful, and neither do I. >> In a desperate attempt at escaping the consequences of her actions, she began to act aggressively towards one of the officers, but he maintained his professionalism. When offered a chance to go to the hospital for evaluation, she refused, stubbornly sticking to her story and continuing to act innocent. >> Who am I speaking with? Are you the paramedic? Okay. Um, can I get a shirt on because I do not like treat been treated by this officer like I am some freaking like I have no clue who he is and he's not going to come here and disrespect me in my home because he's a me. >> It had nothing. But he's not going to sit here and act like this to me in my own. >> This is ridiculous. >> Can we do a few more questions? Get it over with. Get a shirt on and get everything over. He can, but he's not going to treat me like he's I'm an LPN to at Mercy Hospital. Like, >> what's your first and last name for me? >> My name is Ashley Weber. >> Okay. Say, >> yes. >> How do y'all work? Do y'all work like us when you move >> and areas? So, this whole story is just I mean, you can protect that, but We well the other we work so all of us that are on right now we work the model. >> Okay. >> So how long did you live here again? What did you say? A couple months. >> No I just moved. We got here in August. >> In August. >> Yes. And everything was fine. And with the with the path of that um my now ex-boyfriend was working at this liquor store up here. Um, and so it was a big old deal of the neighbors or the people that owns here is my they lived here in in the past and she went over and she's been to prison. My dad passed away. I went on a 30-year marriage. So anyways, I work my 24-hour shift and apparently in the process of these me working and him working these hours up here, he was messing with these people down here that literally sell Pent and all um and the girls pregnant too. And anyways, all this was happening when I was at work. Come to find out, I found out everything that happened and started kicking him out with the clocks. He was turned in. Um they knocked on the door this morning. I will let him in to get me. So >> So he's in jail now, right? As of today. >> Yes. And it's not for something he did. I guess they have a hold on him. He has >> um 10 business days to let Oklahoma City or not Oklahoma City, Sequoia County come and get him from Oklahoma City. So he had it all like in this bottle in uh with aluminum pool. He had it all like before in my medicine >> to apparently I guess to hide what he uses. I'm literally clueless when it comes to medicine. I don't know until I started the people that did live here. They said if we find anything or whatever um it is from them and they said they had it hid in that walk right there. >> Is that that's where you had it? >> No, they said that's where they always their drugs. Right there when you see that thing that comes up. >> Yeah. After extensive dialogue between Ashley and the officers, her story remained unchanged. She continued to shift blame onto others, refusing to take any responsibility for the incident. >> This all happened like I came home, took my medicine, was getting ready to take a shower and packing. You see the boxes, packing his stuff, and then I guess this happened in that process time. >> Scary. >> It is scary that I literally walked in there and then I woke up and y'all was here. So that's how bad I guess that's how strong >> this and the the lady that works here or that owns this which is my best friend's mother-in-law. She don't play about anything like that. Like she even put her daughter-in-law in jail. Like she's on >> Is there a landlord out here today? >> That no. >> But that's the thing. Um she don't care if it's family, daughter, whoever. You're doing something wrong. She's going to >> She's going to I guess she did them, which I was not aware that this was a >> house. >> Yeah. >> Prior to that, all they could say when he came over here, all he could say was there was a Mexican squatting in here and took for months to get them out. That's what his exact words was every time. >> The lease on here, is it under your name or is it his name? >> It is not at least in anybody's name. Like, it was just my best friend. I don't I was here and they let him stay. >> He just took over then after that >> you kind of just took over. I started paying the rent and everything. >> It was never with him. Like no, I'm scared. I have to have this medicine every day that I take. >> So now I don't know like if it happened like that then I don't know if I should throw it away or what I but if I don't take it I'm going to be sick. If you do start to feel worse, if you feel faint again, please, please, please, I cannot stress this enough. Hold us back because if you pass out in there again and for whatever reason, I'm not interested in, okay? I'm solely here for your health and wellbeing. Okay? >> If anything changes, you start to feel faint or feel more sick or you're going to pass out, I need you to call 911 right away. >> Okay? >> Yes. I mean, yes, sir. That's fine. Um, that is me. I don't know what should I not take Dha medicine away. I'm supposed to take it three times a day. >> No, I would only take only take your medicine as is recommended by your doctor. Don't take any less or don't take any more. And that's fine. If you're taking the medicine that's recommended by your doctor. >> What I'm saying is that powder stuff is in there. Like, I don't know how much got out of what you had. >> Oh, that was whatever. With the situation now under control, the officers knew from the beginning that Ashley's claims of innocence was a facade. She believed she had successfully deceived them and avoided jail. But the reality was about to change drastically. >> So, what what was your first time? And I'm sorry. I I like I I said I walked in after the fact. You know, I I all I knew whenever I was coming here is that you there was a you know, female passed out in the bathroom. Kids were in the home and they were they were concerned. Okay. They actually thought that you were you were gone. Okay. So, they were scared. Um, so I I show up here. You're obviously, you know, up and breathing, talking and so on. Um, I I don't know what what's going on. I don't know the backtory. Um, so my name is Officer Cho City. Okay. What is your name? >> Ashley. >> Ashley. Okay. Ashley. So here's what's going to happen. Okay. Like I said, I don't have details as to what happened or anything. There's another officer that was here before me as well as my supervisor. Okay. So, what I need you to do right now, what we're what we are going to do right now actually is you and I are going to go downstairs. Okay. Um, I'm going to have you sit in my car while we get while I speak to other officers and see what what we're going to do. Okay. Obviously, we need to make arrangements for like he said, you know, he'd like another adult to be here with your kids, you know, and all these things. Okay. Now, for you to sit in my car, you you will be in cuffs in my car. Okay? You can't sit in the backseat of my car without without cuffs. Okay? Per policy. >> Excuse me. >> Can y'all not come in here and sit with me? I'm not >> No, we'll have to go down there. Okay. And and your kids are down there. I mean, I'm not going to do I'm not going to cuff you in front of your kids, you know, but I'll I'll I'll I'll have you sit on my car and your kids I I said I saw them when I came up here, but I don't know exactly where they're at downstairs. Okay. >> Um >> Um I mean, I don't feel comfortable going and getting >> Okay. Well, not too bad. We're going to stand up cuffs. >> Huh? >> We're going to go and stand up. I don't care. We're I don't care how comfortable you feel or not feel. >> We're standing up. >> Okay. Okay. I mean, what am I going to what is going on like as far as >> Can y'all explain me what I'm getting? Like, am I going to jail or >> for what? >> Child neglect. >> Cuz I took my medicine and it had been Are you serious? >> 100% serious. >> This is not okay. >> You admitted to him that was in your hand. >> I did not admit to that. That was a lie. I told y'all that he just went to jail this morning. >> This is ridiculous. Like y'all, >> sir, please do not be rude to me. I don't know. >> I'm not. I pulled right I You want me to be rude? I could have left pulled you in front of your kids. I pulled over here so your kids aren't seeing handcuffs. That's not being rude. That's being considered. >> That's not explaining to what y'all's doing. >> I just told you you're going to jail. >> At this point, the officers have gathered enough evidence to disprove Ashley's claims of innocence. Armed with his proof, they prepared to take her to jail. >> This is ridiculous. My god. Sitting there saying this and it had to do with you and it spent powder with all my medicine from the people downstairs. >> You smoke your huh? >> I don't smoke my like y'all are not listening. >> Okay. Well, I was there when I kicked in the door >> and I opened y'all in >> They did not. You did not. >> I didn't let you. >> Fire. Fire tore the door off the hinges. >> I'm talking about this morning. >> We weren't here this morning. This is this afternoon. 6:00 in the afternoon. >> Oh my god. This is ridiculous. It's like you're sitting here saying I said I smoke my deal. That was not said either. >> Okay. Well, >> that was not like what the [ __ ] >> You know inside your body or inside your cavities or anything like that? >> No up inside your body. >> I'm a nurse. No, I don't. >> Okay. >> Checking you dropping anything back there. We'll go this way. You stay in front on the off chance you throw up. You're not accidentally getting me with it. Don't think you will. But >> according to reports, Ashley had a state misdemeanor warrant out of another county for her family. In the end, Ashley was charged with two counts of parental duties alongside the warrants from the other county. Agreed that Michelle was crazy, but she was nothing compared to this woman who left her six-year-old kid stranded to go catch up with a friend at a bar. And >> I realized she's just missing. She just doesn't know where her mom is. >> Where's your mommy at? >> Sit next to me if you need to. Okay. >> You don't know. You said you walked from your car. Yeah. >> But you don't remember which way she walked when she left the car? >> No. >> Okay. >> What on God's green earth were you doing? >> That your daughter is here by herself at 7 years old where she's terrified and goes into the bar. >> On the 29th of October 2023, officers were dispatched to a local bar after receiving reports of a wandering 7-year-old who had walked in just after 2 a.m. searching for her mother. Upon arrival, they were approached by a staff member who provided crucial details about the unfolding situation. >> How you doing, man? >> Jason. >> So, we've got a little girl inside >> and um her mom was here earlier. >> She looks just like her mom, which is like >> immediately when she came in, she came in after we closed, she walked up to the door and >> she was immediately welcomed cuz like why is there a little kid here? Cuz I I actually got out of my seat and I was like, brought her kid to a bar this lady. and I realized she's just missing. She just doesn't know where her mom is. And that's our problem. We've got a little girl inside. Her name is Mom's name is Victoria. Um I've tried calling her mom several times. I've actually tried asking her last names and going on Facebook and finding maybe trying to find mutual friends. I've tried everything. Guys, >> what's the How'd you get the phone number? >> She's actually a regular here. She actually used to work here a long time ago. The girl's mom. >> Okay. Um, but that's that's that's it. I mean, I I have I have tried everything. >> Do you have an address for her? >> I don't. >> Okay. >> Um, >> you don't have her last name? >> No. >> Okay. >> I think probably the little girl does. I I think I I had the the dad's last name. I have a a solid phone number, so I didn't ask for the last name. >> All right. >> Can I have your names? >> Huh? >> Chris. Matt. >> Chris. Matt. Who's who's the one talking to? >> I'll be talking to >> Matt. Chris. >> Chris. >> Where's uh my friends? They're heroes. >> Chris, how you doing? >> I'm like a little pumpkin. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Where'd you walk from? Um, I walked from my car with you. >> All right. It was on you guys. We're out. All right. >> It's okay. You can tell us where you came from. Okay. Do you want to sit in that comfy booth with them? >> You want to sit with us? >> It's okay. >> Where's your phone ice cream? >> It melted. >> It melted. You let it You let them just melt all the way. >> What about What's your mom's name? Um, her name is Veronica. Roxan. >> Veronica. What was the last name? >> Roxan. >> Roxan. >> Belle. >> Belle. >> Okay. >> Her name was Roxan and her last name. >> The officers obtained Veronica's information from her daughter, hoping to track her whereabouts. However, when they asked the child about her mother's location and how she ended up at the bar, her response left the officer stunned. >> Where's your mommy at? >> Sit next to me if you need to. Okay. >> You don't know. You said you walk from your car. >> Yeah, because um she I fell asleep during it and then she had a bed there. Ever since cuz we um got there and like 10 minutes and then and then I my mom said it wouldn't be long and then she um after like 5 to 10 minutes she she just haven't came back. >> Okay. Where is your car around here somewhere? Um, yeah, it's over there. I can show you it. >> Yeah, let's do that. Easy way to solve this. Run the tag on the car. Get mom's name. Get mom's address. Emergency contact. >> Walk with you. >> I will walk with you if that's okay. Can I walk with her? >> Yeah, of course. >> These guys are just helping us. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You tell them anything that you feel like you need to tell them. >> Okay. >> And they found Sky Phone. New phone stand. >> She had her phone in there. >> Oh, yeah. >> She left her phone in her bed. That light over there. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Those are the keys. >> What's the keys? >> Okay. >> Do you want to give it to this night? >> Yeah. He's going to help us out. Okay. >> It can maybe be in any of these buildings. It's okay. >> She walked off to one, but I can't see where because she turned the lights off. >> Okay. >> Has this ever happened before? >> Um, no. She never leaves the car without me. >> No. >> She said it's something really important and she said it'll be a real quick, but it hasn't because it was like was [music] like 5 to 10 minutes. >> Which way did you say she walked? >> Um, I couldn't see because she turned the the lights off. Every single one. >> Okay. >> Okay. But you don't remember which way she walked when she left the car? >> No. >> Okay. >> You got some words for your mom when she gets back. >> There weren't people around, but I saw that spark. I thought it was just a little car, but now I can see that's a campfire. >> So, the campfire was there when you first got here. >> Um, yeah. >> Okay. >> But there was only a little bit of it. I got you. >> Were you able to see the people around the campfire? [music] >> No. >> No. >> The bus is blocking it. >> Bus is blocking it. >> Okie do. >> You're doing so good. >> On getting to Veronica's car, the officers discovered that Veronica had left all means of communication in the car, making it nearly impossible to reach her. Nearly 4 hours had passed since she vanished, leaving her daughter alone. As a child described her mother, another group of officers contacted them with crucial findings. >> If she'd walk down here, she would never leave me >> because this she's never done anything like this before. But >> but that's blocked off, so she can't go that way. >> Yeah. >> 10 minutes. And then I found skydive the land. I heard people talking. I followed it and I went inside. >> Okay. You came to hang out with us, right? >> Because the car was off. Completely off minutes. >> That's good. >> Hour, maybe. >> An hour. >> Maybe. >> Okay. You're thinking more than an hour or less than an hour. >> No, I think right around an hour. >> I don't I don't think it was a ton more than that. Right around an hour for sure. >> We got her some food and then it was kind of like >> Yeah, she was living good. >> What do we do? Um, she has a purse that goes around here and it's like um to here and then she wears it right mostly around here or here >> and then she has her phone in it but she didn't bring her phone right >> where was her shirt maybe. Do you know what was it? Like pink purple >> like long sleeve white >> long sleeve white. Was she wearing pants? >> Um, no. >> No. What was she wearing? >> Um, she was wearing a long sleeve shirt. And then she wore [music] um she wore some shorts. >> Wore some shorts. Shorts? >> Like shorts like me? >> Um, yeah. >> Like this? Like little shorts? Tight shorts. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And a long sleeve white. >> I know. >> I know when I I'll see you because he knows her. Veronica was eventually found, but just when the officers anticipated a reasonable explanation for her actions, she left them disappointed with her unconvincing responses. >> No question. Jason's set a minute out, so I'm assuming he's still coming. >> She uh was heading back to her car to get her daughter. >> Where from? >> Um another car. >> Which car? Oh, over here. >> Okay. You realize that it's 6:30 in the morning, right? >> I I do now. >> And you realize that your daughter 7? >> Yes. >> 7 years old has been by herself with us for four. >> For 4 hours. >> I don't know. You know, you understand my frustration with this whole situation, right? >> What on God's green earth were you doing? >> That your daughter is here by herself at 7 years old where she's terrified and goes into the bar and asks random bar people to help and call the police. >> I have no idea. I'm sorry. >> Sorry ain't going to cut it. >> She said she was in a car somewhere over there. >> Can you show us? >> Yes. Who was in that car? >> Go hang out. Can you guys just kind of keep an eye? >> Were you in the car alone? >> So, wait. You were in the car alone? >> Yes. Whose car is it? >> I have no idea. >> Why were you in someone's car you don't even know? >> I have I I have no idea. >> You understand how this looks, right? >> I do. >> What's your choice? >> My My choice is alcohol, but like I I I don't know how I ended up in the car. I just woke up in the car, honestly. >> How'd you end up here? >> Um I I came here to meet friends. Yeah. So, like all I all I know is I I came here to meet friends. Um and then I I car Yeah. Ran. Like I came here to meet my friend Renan and then I woke up in that car. That's all I know. >> Her explanation seemed fabricated. And even when the officers gave her the benefit of the doubt, she continued to decline their offers of assistance, which only contributed to their suspicions. >> I really didn't mean to leave my 7year-old alone in the car. I would never do such a thing. >> I mean, her her dad last year when he was he was stabbed me in the in the heart. Um like I would never try to leave my son alone. >> So when you met your friends here, Renan? >> Yes. >> When you met Renan here, did you go into the bar? >> Yes, absolutely. >> Okay. Did you have a drink? >> Yes. >> What was the last thing you remember? The last thing I remember is me and my friend running on here and then having a drink and that's it. But like I mean I'm not an alcoholic, you know what I mean? Like I I I can hold my drink. Like I'm I'm 35 years old, you know? I mean like that was probably like my third drink, you know what I mean? So, um, it it shouldn't have knocked me out, but >> I don't know why I was in that car. >> Now, I'm not a woman and I don't know how things >> are. Do you feel like maybe you were violated in any way? >> I don't know. Like, I woke up in a car that wasn't mine. I woke up in a situation where I I didn't know where I was at. Um, >> were your clothes on? >> My clothes were on. Yes. Um, my clothes were buttoned. Yes. Um, but um I don't know how I ended up like this. You know what I mean? Like I shouldn't have ended up like this. Like I've never been >> Oh, you're right. Shouldn't have ended up like this. >> Right. Right. >> Also, probably shouldn't have come up here with your seven-year-old. >> Right. Well, I just came up here to to say hi to my friend, have a drink, and then leave. But like, obviously, it didn't turn out that way. You know what I mean? >> So, you said you had three drinks. >> Yes. >> What is it that you drink? >> Um, I drink beer. >> Yes. So, I had two beers um before I came here. I had a beer when I got here. So, yeah. I I don't know how I got from two beers before here and then one here. I had one where I'm getting out. >> When's the last time you saw Ren? >> Um I mean obviously it's been several hours. >> Like were you sitting at the bar together and then next thing you know you're waking up in the car or >> you go to the bathroom? >> Like I don't I don't remember anything from tonight. Despite the officers advising her to come clean, she stuck to her fabricated story, but she was failing to see that it was digging [music] her deeper into trouble. >> Tonight is very hasty, but as far as being here, I don't mind getting here. >> I mean, yeah, in a sense, because I only had two beers, you know what I mean? But other than that, no. Well, you stated that you came here to meet friends >> and then you remembered going into the bar. So, you do remember coming here. >> Yes. >> Yes. So, let's be honest. Okay. >> Yeah. I'm >> That's going to be the best way for this situation. Okay. Because you just left your seven-year-old daughter alone for 6 hours, >> right? >> You understand that, right? >> I understand that. >> So, let's be honest with us. When we ask you questions, you answer them completely and truthfully. All right. Most certainly. >> All right. So, after you left the bar, >> what happened? >> Not after I left the bar. After I left City Limits. Um, >> after you left City Limits. >> Yes. >> Tonight? >> Yes. >> When were you at city limits tonight? >> Before they came here. >> Before I knew. >> Yes. Okay. >> Yes. >> Um, I met my friend Renan here. And then I >> got Isan a male or female? >> We've talked. >> Okay. So, um, with, uh, you don't remember, you don't remember leaving at all, like from here? >> No. >> Okay. Um, how long have you known Ron? >> Um, probably for like I would say four, five months. >> What's your guys' relationship? >> We're friends. >> You guys hook up, make out, do any of that? >> Uh, benefits. Yeah. Right. Um, excuse me. Um, so the very last thing you remember, do you remember where you were standing over here? >> No. >> No. Um, so what's your what's your last memory at this bar? Do you like location? Like were you inside outside? >> I remember coming to the bar and being on. >> So you just remember showing up and then it was done. How much did you have to drink before you came here? >> Uh, two beers. >> Two beers. Any? >> No. >> Suboxin? Yes. >> You took suboxin? >> Yes. >> How much you take? >> Um, one strip a day. >> Okay. You didn't take anything else? >> No. >> Yes. >> So, with your What kind of beer was it that you drank? Um, it was I would say the equivalent to a yingling >> mingling. So, um, was it a draft bottle? >> Draft. Okay. >> The conversation was going around in circles as Veronica refused to cooperate with the officers. Just when it [music] seemed hopeless, the officers posed a question that would finally shed some light on the situation. >> All you remember showing up, meeting her on, and then that's it from here. Um, who besides your daughter were you at city limits with? >> Just your daughter? You guys weren't having dinner with anybody else or anything like that? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Um, all right. Um, [clears throat] so [snorts] >> you met Renan? Was it out here or was it inside? >> It was inside. >> He was already here waiting on you. Yes, he was already here. >> Did he have your beer waiting for you when you got here? >> No. >> Or you ordered it when you got here? >> I ordered it when I got here. >> And then from the time that you got handed your beer, did you ever leave that beer unattended? Like go to the bathroom or do whatever? >> Yes. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes. Stupidly yes. I lived here my whole life. Um I'm very by yourself. I grew up in Atlanta. Um this is a place that I trust. So >> Have you ever used in the past? >> I have. Um I'm an ex IV addict. Um but uh I've been sober now from IV drug for 5 years. >> When was the last time you used? >> It's been 5 years. >> It's been 5 years. >> So you didn't know D back in January? January >> of this year that there's a Valuchia County Sheriff's Office report about >> Yes, I absolutely did. >> Okay. So, the last time you used was January. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, again, I don't understand why we're lying cuz a lot of a lot of these questions we're asking you, we we know some of the answers to. We're trying. >> But the behavior the behavior that I've done is 5 years ago. >> We're not talking about the behavior. We're talking about your actions. So, >> so you can see where the level of distrust is, >> right? >> Right. Cuz, >> you know, we're not we're not new kids in the block. I mean, he kind of is, but he's he's smarter than the average cookie, right? >> So, >> we're not around here because a seven-year-old was left by herself to walk into a bar of strangers who could have been the most god awful people on the planet, but thankfully, they've been nothing but angels the entire time. They have devoted their time since she came in the bar to make sure that this experience does not become a severely experience. Yes, sir. >> Okay, I understand. >> It appeared that she didn't grasp the seriousness of her situation, prompting the officers to make it very clear to her. >> This is what we're trying to figure out right now is just what happened because like we've been telling you, we've been searching for you for 6 hours, >> right? I mean, cuz even before we got we got brought into all this, they've been trying to blow up your phone and get in contact with you at least an hour or so before they even called us. >> Right. >> Right. >> So, this is a very serious situation. >> Okay. So, obviously, >> you know, >> if something if you were the victim of something, obviously we will address that and go forward from there, right? However, right now, your daughter in a way is also victimized because she was because she was she was left here to her own devices and in a car that had not clearly been running for a long time, >> which luckily it's the middle of the night cuz it was in the middle of the day. She >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, you may may have been sober from those hard 5 years ago or I guess January. Yes, sir. >> Alcohol doesn't it it's not that much different. Okay. Because I've I have my brother who for 20 years, he would drink, he would still smoke weed, fall back right back into it every time. >> Now, if you're one of the few that don't go back to it, again, alcohol is just another another avenue, >> right? >> Okay. So, >> this this is a very serious situation. All right. Um, not only could I mean, like you said, the people in there were nice, >> right? >> Had they not been nice, somebody could have been like, "You know what? I'm going to help you find your mom. Come get in my car. Let's go." You know what? >> Then you never see your daughter again. >> Yes, sir. >> Probably sold on a black market to become a a [ __ ] or, you know, a slave of some sort. >> You know, or Yes, sir. >> We could have just found her in that ditch, right? Well, we were looking for you. understand. >> No, honesty goes a long way. >> Listen, >> if you're 100% clear, you know, >> you're not >> I just hooked a guy up yesterday, you know, who was honest with me and said, you know what? I got some here. I got some boxing here. I got some needles here. Right. So, I took care of him. Guess what? >> He went to jail, but he he didn't get pounded like he could have got pounded >> cuz he was honest. You're facing possible charges of child. >> I understand >> all there's a lot of stuff that'll take her away from you. >> That's all. >> So you won't see her anymore >> even when you get out of prison. >> Fearing jail time and the loss of custody of her daughter. She attempted to use her late husband's story as a cover up. However, this desperate ploy quickly backfired and did not work in her favor. >> Her dad was last year, you know, and it had a huge effect on me. You know what I mean? Um, and I wish tonight was different. >> And I'm sorry to hear that he was, but she's got to be your priority. >> Absolutely. You're absolutely right. I know she's a huge eye opener, but you know, it's not going to change the event, right? Yes, sir. >> The reason you're wearing long sleeves? >> Um, just because that's cold. When >> was the last time you used? >> Um, the last time we used January. Do you mind rolling up your sleeves? >> What's that? >> 8:00, >> sir. Is there any particular reason why you left your daughter and did not bring your phone with you? >> Um, I just wanted to go see a friend real quick, honestly, and then it it it turned into me being inebriated and not being able to function. All right. Before we go any further, >> Yes, sir. >> I do this with everybody because >> we ask questions and stuff like that. Okay. Doesn't necessarily mean you're going to jail. Doesn't necessarily mean that, but I just want to show you your rights. Okay. So, with these rights in mind, do you want to keep talking to us? >> Of course. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You're welcome. I just I mean >> this is for your protection and all right. So it's >> just to you know just to protect you and and your rights because if we ask you questions and you lie well now you just committed perjury, >> right? >> Okay. We ask you questions and you tell us something that lead us to see that you're a victim of something which is what I was trying to allude to earlier when I was asking you those questions to see if maybe you are a victim of something you or something like that. >> I've never been >> okay >> to three drinks. I am >> I have no idea. >> Trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. Because me as a parent, I have a son and I would never in my right mind do anything like that. >> I mean, I have a DCF case, you know what I mean? Like I I would never, you know what I mean? But I I honestly officer I I have no idea how I got to this point, literally. You know what I mean? Like what woke me up is all those bright lights, you know? Like I I've never been like I mean all I drink was a beer. I had three beers. So, I remember getting here. I remember having a beer and then that's it. I don't know how I woke up in a car that looks like mine and it's very similar to mine. Um, and leaving my daughter, you know, it was supposed to be just a very brief interaction and not supposed to >> and then I have Yes, sir. >> Not wearing any shoes, >> which is fine. I mean, people don't wear no shoes on, >> but your flipflops are in your car. So, did you go into the bar >> with no shoes on? >> Uh, I mean, I had to have. Um, but like I said, it was supposed to be a very brief interaction. We're not supposed to go home. >> I mean, I've never been in this bar and I don't know how. >> According to the police report, her slurred speech patterns and body movements were consistent with someone who was under the influence. In the end, Veronica was charged with a young person. Giving.
