[laughter] >> Police dash cams are meant to capture the truth, but sometimes they record moments so shocking they're hard to believe. From bizarre behavior to flat-out terrifying encounters, these clips show the darkest side of what officers face on the road. >> Spit it out. Spit it out. >> Here are the most disturbing things ever caught on [music] police dash cam. Starting with a guy who took desperation to a whole new level. Spit it out. >> On September the 12th, 2024, an officer spotted a traffic violation and kicked off what should have been a routine stop. But the moment he approached the vehicle, things took a sharp turn. What he walked into was anything but routine, and it quickly became one of the most unexpected encounters of his shift. >> Can you identify yourself? The reason I stopped you when you were behind me at 14th and Lake at when you were in the left turn lane, you crossed over that solid white line. You have to stay in your designated turn lane. Put your hands behind your back. Don't resist. You're going to get tased. >> I got nothing, bro. >> Stop. What's this? Spit it out. Spit it out. Spit it out. >> I don't have nothing. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YOU TASED ME, BRO. >> At this point, things were beginning to take a wild turn. He clearly feared the cops more than the deadly effects of whatever he had taken. As the substance started to hit hard, the signs were all over him. But even then, running from the law seems like the bigger threat in his mind. >> Where are my shoes? >> Well, you're not going to get them right now cuz you're going to run again. Ready? One, two, three. >> Bro, I don't got nothing on me, man. >> Yeah, we watched you swallow already. We watched you swallow. You can tell the paramedics. >> I swallowed >> I watched you, dude. Resisting arrest, causing injury, aggravated battery on a police officer, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice, unlawful possession of a driver, and driving on a revoked license. Up next is a psycho Karen who completely lost it after cops were called on her for causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. >> WHERE IS YOUR CAR? >> RIGHT THERE. >> LET'S GO. >> HUH? >> Let's go. >> HUH? >> LET'S GO. >> [screaming] >> YOU YELLING AT ME? >> YES, YOU SAID GO AHEAD AND GO. >> YOU YELLING AT ME? >> OW. Criminal trespassing, two counts of resisting officer, possession of paraphernalia, and aggravated battery on a police officer. Just like this unhinged here's a case of another straight-up psycho who violated his bond and decided that if he was going down, he was taking some cops down with him. >> I told you you're under arrest for bond violation. Okay? We're going to break your window and take you out of the car. >> I promise you. >> Unlock the car. >> I'mma do something to one of y'all. >> Unlock the car right now. >> On December the 11th, 2024 in Bay City, officers responded to a report involving A'shon Langton for a bond violation. On arrival, the cops weren't aware that he had a script that he was following and cooperating with them wasn't found within it. Just ram me. >> After slamming into the pursuing officer's cruiser, the teens thought that they'd made a clean getaway. But their victory lap was cut short when another unit jumped in and picked up the chase, cranking the pursuit up to 80 mph and letting them know that the game was far from over. >> All right, radio, we're headed back south on 260 from North Lakeland. In the end, he was charged with possession of tools with intent of burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia. When it comes to disturbing moments caught on police dashcams, the case of Myree Hodge definitely makes the list. Drunk behind the wheel, he slammed right into officers actively investigating a crash. Then, unbelievably, tried to flee THE SCENE. >> STOP! STOP! GET OUT OF THE CAR [screaming] NOW! WATCH OUT! The pedestrian was promptly transported to the hospital for treatment. As a result of the crash, the officers closed the street to enable them to begin an investigation unaware that there were many crazy drivers on the loose. A few hours into the investigation, Hodge, another crazy driver, ignored the blockades and drove straight into the crash scene, damaging several vehicles before fleeing the scene. >> Get up! Get out OF THE CAR! STOP! STOP! GET OUT OF THE CAR [screaming] NOW. >> AT THIS POINT, HODGE HAD ALREADY REALIZED THE damage that he had caused, [music] but he didn't have plans of paying for his actions. Fortunately, these cops were not the type to let him slip through their fingers [music] that easily. At least not after damaging their cruisers and running into them. During the chase, he was carrying a huge quantity of heroin, which he attempted to discard by tossing it out the window during the chase, but it was fortunately found by the officers. Hodge was eventually charged with two counts of first criminal attempt at seven counts of first reckless endangerment, two counts of evading responsibility, engaging police in a pursuit, motor vehicle offenses, and possessing narcotics with intent to sell.
