Enforcement responded to multiple
reports of an erratic woman riding a
bicycle against traffic down East State
Road 100 keying Vehicles as she went
upon their arrival events escalated at
an almost unbelievable Pace resulting in
some of the most hostile and shocking
Behavior we've ever seen I swear to God
and burn this down I'm not playing with

rather than chase her across the field
the officer opts to get back in the car
and drive towards her

assault of the officer with this
makeshift weapon would become Central to
the media frenzy surrounding this case
however it's important to note that the
assault isn't caught on camera
while the item can be seen in her hand
here the screen quickly cuts to Black in
the scuffle so it's impossible to say
from this footage alone whether the
assault took place it is at least
feasible to infer that the item is
simply still in her hand from allegedly
keying Vehicles moments earlier
this will likely be a focal point of her
trial

unsuccessful officers decide to utilize
a Hubble strap although it looks drastic
this is a standard additional restraint
which law enforcement can use to reduce
movement of a detainee's arms and legs
if their behavior is overly violent to
prevent harm to themselves or responding

behavior officers have resorted to
tasing her which is a valid tactic often
used in these types of situations
by doing so officers are able to gain
compliance so they can safely restrain
her
as far as providing Bree with warnings
before utilizing the taser these
policies can vary from one Department to
the next it seems that the warning Bree
received before being tased was very
brief but at most this would be a
potential policy violation and not a
legal one
it does appear however that the amount
of force exerted on Brie by the taser
was proportional to her combative
physical resistance put your other hand

through her backpack take witness
statements and wait for an ambulance to
arrive on scene EMS arrives to assist
the officers with the irate suspect what
kind of medical treatment all all
that doesn't really specify okay I

at this point EMS departs the scene
although Brie stated that she wanted all
medical treatment EMS could provide it
appears that she refused treatment when
it was offered to her once EMS arrives
at a scene such as this they will make
the necessary medical decisions and
police are generally not allowed to
interfere with this process police are
only able to force treatment on an
individual when an involuntary Health
hold has been put in place
perhaps EMS deemed Brie untransportable
due to her extreme level of agitation as
you'll see Brie will soon be transported
to the hospital by police cruiser rather
than ambulance
back inside the vehicle Bree is
exhibiting increasingly manic behavior
watch how she alternates between
completely calm and almost out of it
to spouting long-winded nonsensical

the medical staff at Advent Health Palm
Coast's emergency department yeah she's
extremely combative so

including aggravated battery on an
officer fleeing to elude a law
enforcement officer resisting an officer
with violence and criminal mischief over
a thousand dollars
if found guilty these charges would join
a growing list for Brie most recently in
2021 she was convicted of resisting an
officer with violence and disorderly
intoxication due to narcotics
Bree currently sits in Flagler County
Jail where she awaits trial
