Today's video comes from NY Detective. Obviously, as a New Yorker, I love the name of the channel, but their quality is great. So, they're putting out good stuff. We've used them before, and we're going to use them today. We're going to use them for body cam bingo. So, new card, we switched some squares up. Um if I know my rights or I know the law, something some variation of that, mentions lawyer or taking the cops to court, um call your supervisor, we have uh ask for phone, I love don't touch me. That's one of my favorites. Um name and badge number, obviously that's a classic. Uh I love when people say for what? Like, oh, you're you're under arrest for DUI. For what? What am I For what? Love it. So, I'm hoping I'm going to get that one. And then drops the race card. Anything that has to do with anything about race, I circle that one. So, that's uh those are today's squares. We're going to see how we match up. All right, unmarked car. I like rocking the unmarked. Two-man unit, I'm digging it. The car is literally wet. Come on. I love a stop for headlights required in the rain. Obviously, they're in Florida. It's a great idea. Rains there all the time. I would have to look up in Arizona law if under the headlight requirement statute if it says rain or inclement weather. I don't know. I actually don't know. Um I just know that it's sunrise to sunset. No, sunset to sunrise you got to have them. Um but yeah, I don't know. I don't know, but I love that it's a good stop there. I mean, you got speeding speeding's a good stop, too. But I I love a stop um for needing headlights during the rain. It's I feel like it's kind of common sense, but it's a great stop. Got you. No, man. I'll take your report. Going fishing's a good thing. You don't got yours? Mhm. Thanks. Yep. What's that? It's a radio antenna. That's what that is. Thank you. Um you don't got no weapons on you, right? No guns, nothing like that? Just keep your hands on the steering wheel there. Thank you. Just have them up with your hands. I'm going to take your seatbelt off for you. Call your mom, McCree. Come on, dude. You've been doing this many too many times. Call your mom, dude. Come on here. Big boy. Yes. Okay. McCree, you sweating a lot, bro? You weren't sweating when we started. Ain't that hot. I'm wearing all this stuff. I ain't sweating. All right, stop that nonsense. Well, What are you doing? All right, you know what I hate? Scammers. You know what makes them even worse? Is when they target me with specific personal information. No one's going to arrest me for missing jury duty, and Arizona doesn't even have a toll road. You know what you need to get your information back from the internet? Incogni. These scammers buy your information from data brokers. Now, you can go ahead and call a data broker and ask that your name be removed, and they have to do it. Look, good instructions. So, we've done some body cam videos of cops in airports. This is a different frequent flyer. Our passenger, officer walks up to the driver, talks to the driver, recognizes the passenger. Obviously, they've had run-ins before. Obviously, this is a dude who If the cops know, and this guy is he's kind of dressed in tac, you know, kind of a a tactical vest. Um he's in an unmarked car. They're probably some sort of like street crime team or narc team or you know, something. They're not just regular patrol officers. Um these guys are obviously in a unit where they're looking for bad guys, and that officer walks up and immediately recognizes a bad guy that he's dealt with before. So, passenger says I don't have ID. They don't need ID. They know who I am. Do this. So, and it kind of you can you can see that he's been through this before. Stop it. Here we go. I like it. I like this guy goes straight to gun. That's a good move. Part of this uh me thinking that this is kind of a street crimes team is the officer on the passenger side, I love that he goes straight to gun when passenger starts moving around all weird and hanky. Um it's you know, he's not showing him his hands. That officer is giving very, very clear instructions that that guy is not listening to. Um you're That guy's getting real close to getting shot. Um and he should. Uh that guy is doing things that like that movement in the car, that's not normal movement for a person. And I like that that officer immediately recognized it, saw it, saw that he couldn't see his hands, go straight to gun, is ready for if that suspect presents a weapon to deal with that threat. Um ultimately, they get him out. You know, and obviously he's got to be taken into custody, but I really like the fact that that officer on the passenger side is not only a great backup officer, but he's tactically sound in not only recognizing a threat, but then giving clear commands on like, look, this is how you don't get shot. Do what I tell you to. Um I love that. I love it. It was great cop work. Put your hands on the dash. Like, how hard is that? How hard of an instruction is that? So easy. Well, I got lawsuit. I feel like I know my rights. Know the law. You said see you in court? Look, just put your hands behind your back. Stop. Let's go. McCree, on the ground. Do it now. Down you go. We're trying. He's holding He's holding. Mhm. Cow. So easy to just obey. But he just forces them. Yeah, he always does. He always does. Every time. All right, the way I act like this All right. Let's see. It's funny. He's got a belt there, but he doesn't seem to be able to use it. I carry two sets of cuffs on me. I have extras in my car. Um many cops do, and therefore when you run into someone like this. I mean, there's a lot of times I I'll arrest two people at a time, but I also use two sets of cuffs because you can interlink them, and when you get a big guy like this, there's no way that his hands behind his back are going to fit um in a single set of cuffs. So, the double cuffs, you just link one to the other, and it gives you cuffs that are a little bit more spread out. For a normal size person, you don't have to do that, but you get a big boy like him, got to have double cuffs. So, it didn't surprise me that they used them. >> You're going to start him on the export. YOU KEEP KICKING ME FOR. >> I AIN'T TOOK YOU KICKING ME FOR, BRO. No one kicked anyone. Except him. I tell you get up. Bro, what you talking me for? >> Will you stop? Why are you yelling? Listen. You talking ME FOR, BRO. LISTEN, BRO. Never change. I haven't seen you in 3 years. You haven't changed one bit. Get out of my face, bro. Man, move, man. Lot of cops there. I like it. Orlando PD They don't mess around. >> your own. Cuz you're going to have to go in the patrol car or you're going to make it harder. For what? So, we would like you to stand up on your own. >> jail for? We'll explain it to you, man. For what? For this, clearly. For what? This car Listen. So, are you going to stand up on your own? Why they just beat me up, bro? You going to get up? You going to get up like a big man? HE KEEP KICKING ME. I'M NOT GOING I JUST SO YOU KNOW, WHAT YOU JUST DID WAS NO. THEY KEEP KICKING ME. KICKING ME IN MY BACK. NO ONE'S kicking you. No one's kicking. Numerous battery videos. NOW I GOT BAGGED. NOW I GOT BAGGED ON LEO. NOW I GOT BAGGED ON LEO, BRO. CAN you bring it closer cuz THE CAMERA Y'ALL DID THAT SAME [ __ ] IN MY MOTHER WHY THEY KEEP KICKING MY [ __ ] SHE'S A PEACH. MAN, y'all just kicked me the [ __ ] out. There's like 10 angles of body worn camera there. No one's kicking you. And my phone broke, bro. Your phone probably broke because you landed on it and you're fat. That's why. I'm actually laying you rest on me, bro. These guys are zero. I don't know. These guys are zero or had a zero. Thank you. I don't want to do this. Being contacted with All right. peace officer So, He's acting like a baby. That's a big boy. You're going to need a crane to get him into a car. And you're going to be charged You're going to be charged with escape if you don't listen. I'm not going to escape. I'm not I'm not escaping. >> on your own. You're escaping by not allowing us, okay? So, you need to stand up on your own. >> Bro, why y'all holding my neck like that, man? You want to add more charges, man? Go ahead. I'm going to add MORE CHARGES, BRO. MAN, LET ME GO. JUST STAND SIR, YOU'RE RESISTING arrest right now. >> I'm not resisting. You need to stand up. I'm not resisting, bro. You need to stand up. How you going to say I'm not resisting? Stand up. Man, look how these [ __ ] beat me up. Stand up on your own, all right? Sir, you need to stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Do y'all REALIZE HE DAMN NEAR 500 LB? Y'ALL DOING ALL that trying to pull him up. He's not listening. 500 lb Golly. Why don't you Why don't you ask him TO STAND UP? STAND UP. I runs in his family. Good. racist I'm his mama. HE'LL GET OFF OF Y'ALL. WHY YOU GOT YOUR HAND ON HIM? BUT WHY THEY GOT HIS HAND ON HIM? You You feeling funny. This This what This what they do to us, Ty. This what they do to us, Ty. They mad. I'm going to call out race card. Bingo. Why you letting this feel like riding the king? You're going to get more with charges. Yeah, but I'm telling you I'm his mama. I can't get him up. Okay. But let HIM GET UP. TY, why are you yelling? Stop it. That's the way he looks. No, that ain't the way. BABE, OH. BABE, OH, GET UP CUZ I AIN'T GOT TIME. YOU KNOW I GOT A BAD GET UP. I GOT A BAD HEART. BABE, OH, get up. Yeah, yeah, okay. Stand up. Kick your foot towards you, like this. Cross your leg and then roll onto your I You have to literally have to teach someone how to stand up. I'll turn to the knee. There you Look how easy it is. Just stand up. Like Ludacris said, stand up. Roll up onto your legs, okay? We're going to help you up. Bro, why don't you FORCE ME TO STOP, BRO? THAT'S CRAZY. BABE, STAND UP ON YOUR LEGS. DOWN TO YOUR LEGS. The Both of those cops are like like a They're literally not doing anything. Look how easy that is. He's a big boy. Y'all kicking me to the car, bro. We said you're going to jail. Y'all forcing me to the car. We said you're not going. Is this his? Hey, this is Huh? Should we go through it? I don't think it's been gone Oh, here we go. Ah. Stop. Hey. the last time They [ __ ] They [ __ ] MY [ __ ] WRIST. OKAY, BUT THEY SAID THEY THEY JUST SLAPPING HIM. Why you doing all this? We got to give a shout-out to mom in here. Um Maybe she didn't raise the best kid. We could agree on that. But she definitely helped. There's a lot of times that if mom's instigating the situation, we're going to remove her from the scene. But I think mom saw that junior was acting in a way that would lead him to have a negative outcome and she steps in, obviously very pro law enforcement, at least in this situation, at least with him. Um yeah, she drops the race card. Um I think that was kind of in the heat of the moment. Uh I think ultimately she's she's pretty friendly with the officers there. Um and she definitely helps talk junior um down from being so aggressive with law enforcement. So, you know, she's good antagonist, protagonist. She kind of switches roles. But ultimately, I think she helped more than she hurt. So, thanks, mom. Can you calm him down if I get you TO COME HERE? YEAH, BECAUSE COME OVER HERE. COME OVER BABE, BABE, OH. HEY, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Babe, oh. Stop. Babe, oh, please. Listen to your mom. Please. Stop. me up, boy. Please. WHAT YOU DOING? THEY MUST GO THROUGH SOME crazy stuff. We're trying to get They forcing me to stand and twisting hands off. ONCE I ONCE I GET walk to the car by yourself. Man, once I get in the car, bro, they ain't going to worry about me no more, bro. Babe, come on, babe, cuz you Babe, you know You know I got heart problems. Go get in the car. Come on. Come on, babe. I don't know what car is going to fit him. It's not a Charger. I'll tell you that. And Orlando PD holding it down again. I love it. Hey, you got to be checked before you get in the car. Stop. Don't hit your head on the window on purpose again. Please. I ain't checked before. TURN AROUND. MCCREARY, TURN AROUND. GEEZ. NOW, they did the old double cuff. That's good. Makes it a little bit more comfortable for him. You know, I probably got about five street charges, bro. Yeah. five street charges, bro. You're just a passenger. What's he have in his hand? What is this? Bro, why you pushing me to the car, bro? McCreary, this is why you need to be searched. Where that come from? This pocket, yeah. There's drugs? You said you'll smoke it? Yeah, hell that little [ __ ] right there. There ain't nothing you can do about jail for. Yeah. It might be coke, crack. Hey, you guys are going to make all the launders smell like weed now, though, too. No, it's weed. Yeah, a little bit of weed. Got a bunch of shake in his pocket. So, when you go to do the wash, hopefully you wash his clothes. Hopefully. I like that she's standing there with an umbrella. She needs subtitles. She's hard to understand. There we go. Mom's helping. I'll take mom's help. Thanks, mom. Uh resisting and I think he uh he had a gun on him. He had a gun? He had a gun? Well, I didn't know that. They just searched him. Passenger side officer, backup officer goes to gun on the passenger. They pull them out. They arrest him. We now find out subsequent search of the vehicle yields a weapon from the passenger side of that vehicle. That guy had a gun. So, all of that movement that he was doing trying to conceal the movement of his hands or try to get to a gun, that guy had a gun there in the car and that cop probably prevented a shooting by being aggressive and de-escalating that situation at the barrel at the end of his barrel. And that's probably what stopped that. So, again, great cop work. Sometimes being initially aggressive stops there from being any sort of further action and that's exactly what happened there. I think that guy was probably reaching for a gun and he looked up, saw that that cop meant business and went, "Nah, I don't think I want to die today." So, good on that cop, great officer safety, great teamwork. I I love this stop for so many reasons and that's just one of them. Well, we appreciate you calming down. No, you're good. He was charged with escape, possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with and without violence, possession of cannabis under 20 g, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. The driver and rear passenger cooperated with law enforcement during the stop. And after officers located fishing gear in the trunk that supported their explanation, neither was charged. But, I couldn't exactly hear what was going on. So, I might have misinterpreted something. No matter what, we got a bingo on this one. So, I thought I heard something about knowing the law. Sam says it was something about like lawyer, court, something like that. So, if it was lawyer court like Sam said, uh he said for what? A bunch in being taken into custody. So, we would have had bingo up and down. I thought it was I know my rights or I know the law and then race card obviously was dropped. So, we had a diagonal. No matter what, bingo. You know what's great about this? There's no rules. There's no rules. It's like uh we just we're kind of making it up as we go along. No matter what, this video is a bingo. I dig it. We're definitely going to keep this card. Uh when we come out with the final five, this one's definitely going to be one of them. What I need you to do is go and subscribe.
