Don't play with me. I'm pregnant. >> I'm telling you. >> Let me out. LET me out. LET ME OUT. A LOT of Gen Alpha [music] brats grow so accustomed to getting away with so much misconduct that the idea of consequences almost begins to feel like a myth. So what [snorts] really happens when these brats finally get their first genuine taste of consequences? >> That's why. Let's be honest, Dad. You're going to give me my phone. >> Okay. Okay. This doesn't work like that. >> He's telling me he's going to give my phone. He doesn't pay for that bill. >> Hey, let go. Let go. Let go of me. You're not I want TO GET LET GO OF LET GO OF >> STOP, BRO. I DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. LET GO OF ME. WHAT [laughter] the >> Let go of me. Don't >> shut up. >> Here are humbling moments when Gen Alpha Bratz get [music] their first real taste of consequences. First on the list of Gen Alpha Bratz is Belinda, who had a taste of consequences after she tried to prank the cops with emails threatening her own life. >> You didn't call send an email to our admin. >> What me? >> Wasn't you? >> Okay, I get a lot of you. >> What's that? >> I did you. >> I know. I MESSED UP. SO WHAT? >> GET OFF ME NOW. >> DON'T KICK IT. GET YOU. >> STOP MOVING JUST LIKE they did cuz they >> stop. >> Oh, he punched me away. On October the 3rd, 2025, officers responded to the home of a young woman named Belinda after receiving multiple emails in which the sender threatened to take her own life. They rushed over hoping to arrive in time to prevent a tragedy. But little did they know that a bored Gen Alpha brat was up to mischief and she decided to take things up a notch by casting the cops as unwitting actors in her little drama. >> Hello, we got called said that you called the police department saying that you were going What's that? >> I I didn't do that. >> You didn't call. >> You didn't send an email to our admin. >> It wasn't me. >> Wasn't you? >> Why me? Oh, me. >> Yeah. Our police department said that they received an email from you to our admin. >> Wasn't me. I mean, admin is me. >> It' be our email service up there. >> Well, it wasn't me. >> Okay. >> Is everything okay? I see you're crying. Yeah, I think >> Well, they they sent an email that talked about you. >> Oh, I never do that. >> We want to make sure that that's >> Oh, I I I love myself. We never do that. I know that. >> Well, it came from your email to our admin email. >> Well, it wasn't me. >> All right. Can you pull up your email real quick so we can see if it got sent? >> Okay, I lost you. >> What's that? I did do it. >> Okay. >> I just I'm not gonna try. It's not that. >> Well, I understand that. But you understand like when we get an email saying that someone >> have to show up, we have to call and go through the process cuz they won't fix my doctors won't even help me and my school. >> I don't think so. >> Tell my mom >> here. I'll tell her. She was kind of dumb to think that the officers wouldn't figure out her next play. She already fooled them once and they were not about to let that happen again. >> I'll tell her. >> I'll tell her. >> I'll tell her here. Sit down. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm not. I'm hold >> I'll tell my own mom. >> Stop that. I I swear to God. Don't touch me. >> Stop. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Stop. >> Don't touch me. >> Stop. Hello. >> You're not going to candy. >> I got it. >> Don't touch me. I didn't send you an email. >> You just said you did my [ __ ] phone. I didn't send you email, man. >> You just said you did. >> I was with you. I didn't send you Yes. What's going on? >> So, [snorts] Belinda sent an email to the police. Belinda sent an email to the police department saying she was going to So, that's why we showed up out here. >> I don't know why she does like that. >> I don't know either, but um she said she sent the email. Now she's saying she didn't send it. But, um we have EMS coming so that they can do what they have to do for that. But she seems like she might be a little >> intoxicated and >> yeah, >> she tried to get in. We didn't want her to barricade herself in. So, we stopped her from going inside. I just wanted you to let you know we were here. >> I'll keep your phone. >> Get out of my leaving your house. >> Come in my walking around like that. You see what happens to see what happens to I'm laying here. I bother nobody. >> We have TO HAVE YOU. >> MY MOM IS RIGHT HERE. They need a link. >> You pausing yourself. You emailed them. >> Depositing yourself. >> I got hips and cops here talking crap. You need to tell them to leave now. No, let me finish. >> You need to You need to tell them to leave. Someone emailed them. I'm sitting here in my house laying down going to bed. Tell them to leave now. >> Let the sheriff's office. >> I'm going to give you a phone. Alex, you better tell them to leave now. I'm or I'm going to call the freaking White House. I'm not playing. >> I email the public defenders office every day. >> You can call the PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE. >> I CALL I KNOW I GET UP. SO WHAT? >> That's not what that's call and say that you're going to >> do that, dude. Get out of here. Give me phone. I'll give >> anytime you say you're going to >> I'm not going to I didn't say you were sent. >> I never sent the email. Look at my phone. >> OKAY. WHAT WAS THAT? >> IT'S probably your kid cuz you can't CUZ LORIE LARSON TALKED ON FACEBOOK. MAYBE IT WAS YOUR KID. IT WASN'T ME. It wasn't me. I'm trying to tell YOU WASN'T ME. NOT WITH GODDAMN CAT TALKING. She said they're talking. It's your kid. Tell your kid now. INSTEAD, INSTEAD TALK was me. >> Listen, I'm not going to give a Tell your kid and your wife to stop talking. It's not even my wife. >> I don't give a kid to that. She know she did. She been talking every day. DOES IT really matter? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> I hate your HAT YOUR WIFE. >> NO, NOT I hate his wife. >> Okay. >> That much. They keep talking about me. >> It was his ex-wife. I know who it is. It is what it is. Don't mean she got to say that. And I know the wrong person. >> It ain't my kid. I guarantee that. >> I'm not mad at her. She's talking. >> Get out of my not right now. They got to check you now. Stop. I'll jail right now. >> They're right there. >> I'll push you right now. I'll go jail. >> No, you'll do it. >> No, I want to go. I'll beat out that my face. >> I'll beat the out of you. Pants of >> While the cops [snorts] are waiting for EMS to arrive, she continued her erratic behavior. After all, she would eventually get away with it like always. >> I swear to God. >> Don't you don't do that. >> TOUCH ME WITH MY STOMACH. Do it. I'm cops now. >> Give me my kid. Give me my phone. >> Don't you touch Give my phone. I have to get her. >> Let's go one other way. >> Yeah, you come with me. >> Okay. >> Don't you me. >> Let's go. I'm not worried about I don't think so. Do it. Hold me up. >> This is my house. This is my room. And you will leave now. >> You don't have a choice. >> No, I Oh, I do have a choice, sweetheart. I do. I do have a very Hey, there's laws. Baby girl, boys, get the out of here. I tell you once and you get you will get out THIS MY ROOM. GET OUT OF MY room now. I'm not playing. At law, I can't leave you. You need to either voluntary, which mean drive me with my stole moving. Do it. >> I really want you to come voluntary so we don't have to do this. Or it's involuntary, which means the cuffs go on and we bring you in and it's an automatic 72-hour hold. I don't want that. >> Mom, bring me my phone. Let me call the White House. Bring my phone. >> Bring me my phone now. >> Bring me my phone. Touch me. Do it. Don't touch me. >> Mom, look at them. Get off me now. >> DON'T KICK IT. GET YOU >> STOP MOVING. Don't stop. >> Don't kick me. MOM, CALL DAD. Don't ask me. Stop. You're going to catch charges by doing this, which means you go to jail after you get out of the hospital. Just stop. Please. >> Please. >> I got this. You do what you need to do. I've got this. >> Get off me now. >> Mom, you're good. >> Get off me. >> All right. Come on. >> Get off me. >> We'll take her this way. Okay. Come on. You got it. Yeah. Stand up. >> Fine. Now, >> come on, Belinda. >> No. Not till you hurt my hands and I >> you you you know what everything's being recorded, RIGHT? >> STOP NOW. THAT'S ENOUGH. >> WALK. >> NO. >> MOM, CALL DAD NOW. Call dad now. >> Call him now. >> They're grabbing me by the arms and just like they did Jer. >> Stop. >> Oh, he punched me in the lung. >> Oh, I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Stop. I CAN'T BREATHE. STOP. STOP FOR A SECOND. GOD DAMN IT. >> MOMMY. They call the EMT. Mommy touched me in the L. >> She's going to jail now. >> She was later booked into jail for battery on an LEO and resisting arrest. Up next is 19-year-old Samarion Peterson, who turned a simple traffic stop into pure mayhem just because she didn't like the cops. >> You made an improper turn on Arlington from fourth. >> No, I didn't. Okay, >> you're laughing like we won't fight or something. Do you want to work? Oh, okay. I thought that, too. Shut the >> Did you just threaten to fight me? >> I sure did. LIKE, WHAT? >> TURN OVER NOW. >> Roll over >> now. Now. >> Call my grandmother. CALL MY GRANDMOTHER. >> DON'T CARE. Just put her in the car. >> She don't like the police. >> She don't like the police. That's fine. On August the 1st, 2023, officers pulled over a vehicle for an improper turn, unaware that the routine stop was about to bring them face to face with the queen of Gen Alpha Bratz. >> Hello. >> Yes. >> You have your ID on you? >> Uh-uh. >> No. >> What am I getting pulled over for though? >> You made an improper turn on Arlington from fourth. >> No, I didn't. >> Okay. When when you make behind me, you went behind me going down Chittan and then you turned down there. You've been following me. You really hit a UI because you seen you walk past my grandmother's house and then you hit a U-turn for no reason. I'm going the speed limit. Like I'm not I didn't say you were speeding. >> I said you made an improper turn. >> I didn't hit no improper turn. You did. >> Okay. Can I explain it to you and maybe maybe you'll understand. >> You're playing with me cuz you pulled me over for no reason. I didn't do to you. You don't even know me. >> I don't know you. You're right. >> Right. So what is you even playing with me for? You're following me from vent effort all the way down here. Like that is crazy. What are you following me? >> Okay. You don't have an ID on you? >> No, I don't. >> How old are you? >> It don't even matter. >> It does matter. >> It don't because you you really was scouting, too. Like, what did what did I do to you? >> What's your name? What's your name? Do you have a license? >> No. >> I don't know. >> You don't know? Okay. Do you have a license? >> She is 13, 15 years old. >> Okay. No, she doesn't have a license. >> I don't. >> Okay. Just hold tight >> cuz that's not like What? And then it's I know it's never two cars. >> It's never what? >> Two cars. >> It's almost always two cars. >> I don't even know why you got stopped. >> That's what I'm saying. He don't even know why I got stopped. He said I made a proper turn. How are you on fourth and then I'm on whatever street that is on you. You see me turn. >> Where where did you Where did you turn from? >> From what's that street called? Fifth. >> Fifth Avenue. So how did you see me turn from you follow me since then? >> Which way? Which way did you turn? reason I turned right. >> You turned right? >> Yes. >> Oh, did you come all the way? What lane did you end up in? So, you turned right on Arlington from Fifth. >> Yeah, somebody called my grandma or something. I'm ready to go because I really speed no point of sitting right here. Like >> Okay. Well, you're you're being detained. This is a traffic stop. That's how that works. >> I don't care because you been following me. Been scouting like you're you're I don't talk to like you let me out the car or something. Get away from the car. Let me out. >> No. >> Yes. >> If you get out, you're going in cuffs. Do you understand me? >> I don't care because you been you are looking you sound like that. >> Stop. Just relax. >> Y'all is irritating me. Y'all irritating me because you looking for a reason to follow me. It's my reason why you're following me from then ever all the way up. >> I don't know you. >> I'm not the man that was following me. >> Let me explain something. >> I don't care. >> The calmer you are, the better it's going to work out for you. Okay. >> It's already bad. Like what? >> Why is it bad? >> Because I'm getting pulled over. Even your phone was empty. >> Yeah, you followed me. >> So a problem yesterday and then I wasn't even outside yesterday. >> They pulled up on us yesterday because it was crazy. >> So much people outside the hospital and he did a U-turn when he seen the car from >> That's a surgeon. He doesn't have time to scare. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? WHY DO YOU keep talking to me on my side? He's right here. Why do you keep opening your mouth? >> You're laughing like we won't fight or something. Do you want to work? Oh, okay. I thought that too. Shut up. Did you just threaten to fight me? >> I sure did. Like what? >> Go ahead and step out of the car. >> I don't give a >> Did you get off me? >> Stop. >> Turn over now. >> Roll over >> now. Now. >> The tra behind your back. >> Just listen. >> Bro, I'm listening to Just hit me in my mouth. >> I want to hit you. >> Yes, you did. >> Don't grab. >> Bro, why aren't you talking to me? What the hit you? Call my grandma. Call my grandma. Call my grandma. Call my grandmother. Call my grandmother. >> Okay. >> Get this lady off. >> Yeah. >> Whoever grab me by my hand like that. Who is on me? Get this lady off me. >> Get this lady. >> Why you let her mama get out of this? WHY YOU LET HER GRAB me like that? >> Come on, girl. Let me go. >> Why do you keep GRABBING ME FROM DIFFERENT POSITIONS? >> HERE, just put her in the car. >> The hell y'all pulling me from two different ways? >> Get off me. Why is she still on me? And y'all doing that on purpose? cuz y'all know I'm not yummy just grabbing them. >> Like a typical postmillennial kid who thought consequences were for everyone else. She kept blowing hot and cold, clearly struggling to accept what was really happening. >> No, she don't have no tight. >> My keep having on me, bro. >> Yeah, bro. Just listen. But y'all let her kick me. Y smacking my You smack my like. >> All right. She's >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Take a car. >> Call my grandma. >> Call my grandmother. >> What do you mean? Why? Cuz I'm 19 years old. WHAT? CALL MY GRANDMA. Guess what? You're an adult to be MY MOM. I GUARANTEE YOU >> YOU'RE AN ADULT. >> I don't care. Call my grandmother. >> Okay, we'll call her when we get a second. >> Call my grandmother. >> Why are you being SO DIFFICULT? >> CUZ Y'ALL JUST BREAK. YOU JUST BUSTED my lip. What >> did you not threaten to fight the other officer and then you got out? >> Talking crazy to me. Quit talking. >> I told you to put your hands behind your back and you pulled away and squared up. >> Who squared up? My mom say I squared up. My mom say I squared up. >> Put your foot in. >> Brother square up. >> Put your foot in. Put your foot in. >> Call my grandma. >> Once they finally got her into the police car, the officers turned to question [music] her sister. But what she said next caught everyone completely off guard. >> Did the other officer to get your information? >> What's that? >> No. >> No. Okay. You're not in any trouble. >> You are in the vehicle. >> What's your name? Who are you to her? >> Her sister. >> Sister. Okay. Is that normal behavior for her? >> Yes. like just to freak out cuz more than likely she would have just got a a warning like not even a ticket. >> That's what she do when she get angry she >> like that whole thing was unnecess like none of that would have happened. >> That's how she get like every time. Are you her mom or me? She flip up. >> It's crazy. So basically I want to speak with you about what happened during the traffic stop. Were you present? >> I'm 16. 16. >> And were you driving the car? >> No, I just was driving. What's her name? >> Samaria. >> Samaria. >> Peterson. >> Peterson. Okay. And uh you just let me know what happened once the police got behind you and they started to investigate when the traffic stop. >> She was sorry. >> Yeah. Let me >> What? What? I just I just I don't know what happened. I'm trying to figure out what happens so I can conduct an investigation on the >> She start yelling cuz they was trying to tell her that she did something that she didn't do. >> Yeah, they turned. >> What were they trying to tell her? That she did that she did. >> They said she turned like say she get on the right lane to the right. She drove out and she got on the left lane but they thought she trying to get the right. >> Okay. Okay. >> And that put us off. >> Yeah. She got mad cuz everybody was talking to her and the flashlight was in her eye and then another girl was right there talking to her. >> A police officer. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What was being said? >> Nothing for real. That she ain't just like how one police is on this side with the flashlight and the other was not the flashlight. They both talking to her. >> Okay. She just didn't like being >> over stimulated by the conversation. I guess >> she don't like the police. >> She don't like the police. That's fine. Uh, has she ever had any negative encounters with the police? Like for her not to like >> Okay. Uh, okay. So, she was driving today. She was they were talking to her. Then what happened when they asked her to get out of the car? Is that >> um they had to get out the car and turn around. Then the police officer just slapped her on the floor. >> Okay. So they asked her to get out >> and turn around. >> Turn around. Was she being compliant? >> Yeah. Like she was like not trying to get on the floor. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Uh were was she saying anything or were they saying anything while >> Yeah, she was saying like get off me. Stuff like that. >> Get off me. >> Like you hit me in my mouth. >> Okay. >> Uh did you did you look while it was happening from the bathroom? Okay. What did you see? >> That was all on top of her. Like two of them. >> Start from when they were pulling her out. What did you say? >> They got her They got her off the car. They told her to step out. She stepped out. Then they told her to turn around. She wasn't trying to turn around. One right there in the back of the car. He grabbed her and stumped her to the floor. And at one place was like tell her tell tell him to get off of her, but another police got on top of her cuz I guess he's not trying to put her hand behind her back. >> Yeah. >> And they forced her and she said one of them in her mouth. >> Okay. like punched her, kicked her, slapped >> her again. >> Did you see it? >> No. >> No. Okay. At any time during this, you know, application of force, were they giving her commands? Were they telling her, you know, give me your hands or stop resisting or anything like that? >> He said something. I forgot though. When they when she tried to give them when she wasn't trying to give her that hands, put them behind her back. He said something. >> Okay. You see, did you see any strikes thrown? Any punches, kicks, knees? No. Okay. >> After listening to her sister's side of the story, the detective decided to question Samarion about the incident. But the moment she started talking, he could finally see where her grievances were stemming from. >> Uh, traffic stop today. Correct. >> But the traffic stop. We really keeping in like everybody want to be honest here. It was a a problem from jump cuz he seen me plow my grandmother's house and my grandmother's house got braided. weeks ago some my grandma didn't even know type stuff. My grandma didn't know the house. So, the house already been targeted. And I guess yesterday when I was at the hospital with my brother, I guess that same police officer who pulled me over, that exact same police officer said something about the house being it was too many people outside. Okay. So, the house I guess been getting watched, but I didn't know cuz I haven't been there. I've been with my little brother cuz my mom had a baby and the baby came early. So, I've been at the hospital. So, I wasn't there. I didn't even know that the police was there yesterday until the car. She said, "Oh yeah, that's the same man." So I'm like, "Okay." Like I'm not doing nothing. So I pull out the driveway. I pull out the driveway. My grandma stay. I pull on the driveway. He follow me all the way down to I'm doing the whole I'm doing speed limits, stopping at every stop sign. You still follow me. Still following me. So obviously it it's destined. It's over with. I'm getting pulled off. So then I turn on left. I turn left on fifth because Taco Bell on exchange. I turn left on fifth and then I turn right on. He was turning right on Arlington after I turned right on Arlington cuz I was looking. I was paying attention cuz he just disappeared from behind me. So I'm looking around me and he said I made an improper turn, but he was not even on the same street as me to know when or where I turned at. So then when I hit the turn, he pulled me. He pulled me over. So I'm mad already. I'm not going to lie. I'm mad. >> How did he Hang on. How did he pull you over if he turned left and he turned right? >> He I mean he turned right. He turned right with me. I turn right and then I seen him turn right after I was already in the lane cuz I look I know exactly where he was at. >> So he pulled me over. I get in the right lane. I get in the right lane. I'm not going to lie. I definitely did have an attitude cuz I'm already mad cuz I know you're pulling me over. I know that you just you looking for a reason because it's already been a problem at this house a couple of times. So I pull you I pull off and you follow me. So I know it's already problem. So I'm irritating now. So I start talking. I'm like I don't I'm I'm not trying to tell you my name or none of that but telling my name. Then the dude was ready to talk to me. He talking I'm not I was yelling. He still talking to me. Then the lady over here she keep saying stuff to me like just keep getting smart and she being snarky like she got an attitude or something and she don't even know me and I don't even know where she came from to be honest cuz I didn't see her. So I'm like I told her to quit talking to me. I'm not talking to her. She get to get smart and giggling laughing and I am who I am. I don't like when people being funny. I cannot stand that. I do not like being funny. Like do not be funny. you don't know. So I ain't going to lie. I said I put my hands on her like talking to me before I get mad. So then she start laughing like, "Oh, but you just so I said, "Yeah, I sure did say that." She get mad. She get mad. She start laughing some more or whatever. And then she just laughed it up. Something like, "So quit talking to me." Like, "Why is you still even talking to me if I just said you said I threatened you or whatever? >> Quit talking to me." Like that's all you had to do from Jug was stop talking to me. if it's already a man telling me what I did wrong and what I didn't do wrong and who did this and he didn't do that. Why do you keep coming to talk to me? Like what is your problem? So then I get out the car. I get out the car or whatever and then he said something put your hands behind your back. So I'm I'm confused. I'm like for what? So then he grabbed me or whatever. He grabbed me. He said I spread up with him. But I swear to God I never hurt my hand. >> So where did he grab you? >> He grabbed my head. Grabbed my head. Grab your wrist. No, he grabbed my at first he got my arm and then he grabbed my head like he put my head in his chest and slammed me to the floor. So then he slammed me to the floor. Then the lady is in the lady get on top of me with her knees fall in my back and he got his knees in my arm and the other dude got his knees on my shoulder and they pushed my face and he said stop resisting but I was not resisting at this point. I'm on the floor. What am I going to do on on a cement? >> Okay. So my face hit the seam and they still just pulling me like they pulling my my arms dragging on across the seaman and stuff like and you think I'm really Why would I be fighting? You already dragging me across the seaman like this is a girl. I'm not trying to be out here bruised up and scratched up. Like what? Then when they're doing all this, are they saying anything? >> They just keep saying stop resisting. But I swear to God I wasn't resisting. You see how >> you saying anything to them? >> I was saying get off me. Like get off me. Please get off me. Like cuz you grabbing my head. What did you grab in my head? I'm scared as hell. You slam the me big as hell. I'm a girl. So then she she I'm telling I'm telling him to get the get at least get her off. Like at least get her off. >> She kept spinning her stories convinced that she had the detective cornered. It didn't take long though for her to realize that he wasn't born yesterday and this definitely was not his first rodeo. >> Like at least get her off because I didn't threaten this lady or say I'm going to put my hand on her. She she laughing. So I'm already know she getting the kick out of this cuz soon as I get to hit the floor she stop stop and she got her knees all in my back grabbing the back of my head. So then I'm getting out. They trying to put me in this car or whatever. But there ain't no fails putting me in that car or this car. So you got her grabbing me from this side and him grabbing me from this side. So my arms is going this way. You know I got these cups already. So I get mad cuz I'm like y'all pulling me in two different directions like this hurt. And then these cups is tight as hell and my lip is hurting. my Olympic. I'm talking then she's up spread your legs. My legs is like this. She get to kick in my legs some more. I'm damn near in a splint. Then they talking about So first one when they first pull me off they talking about some in the car. Why would it be in the car? Why is that the first thing that come out your mouth? Then they talking about do she got she said oh do she got on her and then she get to tapping me. You see but I have got this was tied up. This is tight. I have on some tight shorts. You going to see if I have a me like it's big as hell I have on me. So then she spray my leg. She keep kicking my legs or whatever. I'm damn near in a split. She's still just kicking me. Something like can somebody else do it? That's all I was asking. I will spread my legs. Do whatever. Just get this lady off me. >> Understandably though. Like you would you if if you were being searched, would you rather have a a man search you? >> I'd rather a man search you other than her like she is like >> it was just it was that prior interaction. >> You being vindictive. I'm not stupid. I'm 19 years old. I know when you trying to be funny and you trying to be funny cuz you was already being funny since I said I was going to fight you or whatever. So and then you you the first one you the first one being real aggressive but I ain't going to lie. You did slam me but you the main one. Knee all in my back. Oh, stop. Stop. What are you doing? And then she giggling and what the funny that is him 19. You old enough to be my mom. I guarantee. >> Okay. So they get you down on the ground and then they they uh >> all on me body weight the knees. Was there any was there any strikes thrown at you? No. He punches, kicks, nobody hit me. >> No. Okay. What about your lip? How did that uh >> I don't know. I just know he grabbed me. He had my head. I couldn't even see for real cuz he had my head in his chest. Had my head in his chest. He slam me on the floor. Whatever. >> He grabbed the back of your head and put his chest. Yeah. >> Okay. Uh as far as as far as after they're on top of you, uh you What happened after that? After >> they was on top of me. As soon as I hit the floor, I immediately put my hands behind my back because I'm already on the floor. Within minutes, officers located the suspected vehicle a few kilometers from the store and initiated a traffic stop. However, moments after making contact before the conversation had even properly begun, the officers noticed something that immediately changed the tone of the encounter. >> Hello. >> Hello. She was in the store 20 or 30 minutes late at the front door. >> At the end of the calculation, they found out that the total of the stolen items was over $900. But just as the officer turned to leave, he decided to talk to someone else. >> All right. Can you just what's your position here at the at Kohl's? >> I'm the leader on duty. Um also known as like a supervisor or manager on duty. >> All right. And do you deal with asset protection or >> um yes, we are trained in loss prevention, asset protection in terms of trying to stop um shoplifterss as well as um if they do steal stuff like get like call cops and you know. >> All right. And to um what happened on today's date? So, today's date, uh, the 24th, Christmas Eve, um, at about 1:50 or so, um, I was in the back, um, in the bathroom. I got a call from an associate saying there was a black female in here who she believed was in here before, um, concealing merchandise pertaining to like um, women's clothing. Okay. >> Um, after getting the call, um, I'm still on the phone with the associate. I come up here and then I see the the suspect, the woman, um passing through fixtures, kind of like ducking but trying to be like kind of careful with it. Um just trying to stay out of sight or constantly moving. Um once I got like visual contact, I noticed um she was black female, like freshly done hair, like braids about 30 in or so. Um she was a bit lighter. She had a white shirt on with floral accents like um yellow blue. She had uh denim jeans on and um once I was able to um like what's the word? ID her in terms of um like make contact or visual contact, I noticed that she had two bags, a red gift bag like uh for Christmas presents and stuff and then one of our tote bags that she was seen grabbing as she entered the store. Can you just grab a tote bag? >> Um, a Mickey Mouse bag, white with like just regular Mickey, but very >> Yeah. Yeah, that bag, right? This bag right here. >> Okay. >> Was she alone or by herself? >> She was with one other person, a younger girl from the looks of it. Um, maybe a daughter. She had headphones on. I want to say the headphones might have been red or purple. Um, I can't recall. Um, she was wearing I want to say like a lighter hoodie, maybe a gray or white hoodie. Um, but I didn't look too much at her only because she wasn't the one that was holding the merchandise and not the person that was like originally IDed. >> Okay. So, um, a once I was after a while of monitoring her, like about 2 minutes or so, she exited the store with unpaid for merchandise in a bag to which I believe were a green dress, a blue dress, and some other like miscellaneous clothing. I couldn't fully ID um just due to only getting like bits of it from when she was going through fixtures. And then um she left in a beige color like newerish Honda Accord like a 2016 or so. Um I noticed the plate either looked like a custom plate or an out of state plate. Okay. >> Um and that's when I called you guys and then um you guys came. I viewed her as the one who's in the store [clears throat] and upon reviewing footer the further footage of video that we had on the Sephora area um it was seen that she had Sephora items and once she grabbed the Sephora >> uh fragrances so like um a few sets >> all the colog that were inside of the bag >> um two Virtue Versace uh >> but all those items that are in there belong to to Kohl's. >> Yes. All of these items that are in this bag belong >> Were any of them paid for? No, nothing was paid for. >> Nothing was paid for. And so she went past all points of sale without attempting to render any form of payment or did she make any >> um no attempt to pay or anything? Um she went through the back area of the registers as she looked appearing to be getting in line, but then she kind of cut behind around um the little baker's rack we have and fixtures and made her way throughout the door at uh 1:45. As the interrogation went on, the officer was certain the suspect wouldn't escape the consequences of her actions. He already had all the information he needed to seal her fate. But just before wrapping things up, he had one final question for the manager. >> No. 154 when I called you guys. >> Did she come in with this bag? >> No, she did not. >> Okay. So, she came in with >> with anything that I saw, but she was seen like the first minute or two of her entering. She had a red gift bag, but I can't ID it as ours. >> Neither one of them walked in with that bag. >> No. >> And then that bag >> left the store. All of these items inside. Okay. And we've already scanned all the items and they confirmed that they do belong to you guys and they were not paid for. >> Uh and you do wish to pursue charges against um the person responsible for ceiling and the person that you went and identified was the person who Yes. >> in fact was in store. >> Okay. Um, and the value of those items came out to, I believe, approximately $936 before tax. >> And then after taxes, $1,000. >> Yeah, we go with this. So, um, but still, uh, $936. Um, >> and you anything else that you can think of that would be important? You guys got all the property back from this. Um, no other addresses were located. She said that she placed some on. the addresses that were found that I was able to ID. Um, they were ended up being put back, the deputy said that she said. Um, so I have the exact type address. I don't know if it's the same size cuz I didn't see her put them away, but I did see her them in her possession. >> Now, we do have all the property back. >> Yes. >> Okay. Perfect. All right. Thank you. >> I have a good one. Thank you. Let me just >> take a picture. Phone number for you here. >> 561. Who was it that saw her that believed that she was concealing items from before? >> Um, Trish Cooper. She's the one that called me where she saw her. >> Okay. >> Miss Cooper. me. >> No, real quick. Just so so you recognized the person from before. >> No, I just got that vibe and then when I saw what I saw her like doing this with the glasses or the dresses and being loud and she had the bag like that don't look great. She got the Mickey bag. It's already behavior. >> Exactly. >> You have a good case for today. >> All right, y'all. Thank you. >> Have a good day. >> She was eventually charged with petite theft. >> Although Jessica was one hell of a Gen Alpha brat, she was nothing compared to this Arby's staff member who decided to take a station after she got fired. >> Don't come at me that way. >> I don't give a >> Okay. That's No. Bro, let me the out, bro. MAD BECAUSE I GOT ATTITUDE. Stupid bro. Let me GO do nothing. I WANT MY FATHER. Let me [crying] go. >> Don't touch me. >> Come on out. >> I'm not going to the hospital. >> Checked out, too. >> I'm not going to the hospital. >> You're already there. >> Well, I'm not going in. You stay calm and just we'll be in and out. We just got to check you out. >> Yeah, once you refuse, it's air condition in there. >> I want to talk to my dad. >> We get through this situation. You can >> I want to talk to him now. >> You cannot talk to him now. >> What day? I don't know what to tell. In the end, she was charged with aggravated menacing, obstruction of official business, resisting arrest, and criminal trespass. Meet a typical nextgen brat called Jimmy who called the cops on her father just because she got grounded, and it backfired terribly. >> Like, she was like, "Come on, give me your phone. Give me your phone." And then I hit my arm on something. She can't take my phone. She does not pay the bill for that phone. >> And then we got home and my wife told her that she was grounded from the phone and took her phone. >> He's telling me he's going to give my phone. He doesn't pay for that bill. He's going to give me my phone. >> I hate you, Dad. I hate you. I will never forgive you. >> Officers responded to a home following an report. And upon their arrival, the complainant ran into the patrol vehicle to seek refuge from her alleged. This immediately led cops to begin their investigation, hoping to get to the bottom of the situation. >> Hang tight right there for me. I'll come talk to you in a second. >> This is my real dad. Mind you, my real dad left me when I was 10 years old. >> And I bet I told my case, I told everyone. I said, "Please don't send me down there. I knew I was going to feel depressed. I knew something crazy, but my happiness comes first before anything." >> Okay. Okay. Let's roll back. What h was your father physical with you? That's your father. >> Okay, that's your father and your mother. >> Okay. How'd that happen? >> She was grabbing my arm and stuff. >> Okay. Why [snorts] was she grabbing your arm? >> She was just like, "Here, let me see. I'm not going to hurt you or anything. Just tell me." >> Like, she was like, "Come on, give me your phone. Give me your phone." And then I hit my arm on something. She can't take my phone. She does not pay the bill for that phone. And then she was like, "Get out of my house. Get out of my house." And the only reason she's saying that is because I was cursing. >> Okay. Because they're so Christian that they they can't hear one curse word without them. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Lipping everything out. Jimmy J E M I. I begged them not to send me. >> Okay. Who did you beg? >> My case worker to judge everyone. I told them what was going to happen. Nobody listened. >> You begged not to come here. Why? >> Because my dad first off left me when I was 10 years old. >> So you have you seen him since you were 10? Um, actually the old home I was living at drove me down here to visit him like last year, but before that it was like since four years basically four years ago. >> So you haven't seen him for 4 years up until the this time? >> Yeah. >> Have you been in contact with him at all? >> He he'll call me and he used to call me all the time. I would just ignore his calls because I don't even like my dad as it is. >> So what happened today? >> He got mad at me for cursing. >> Okay. >> And I was just like, "Dad, I'm a old girl. been on her arms for years. Like, I'm not going to be able to control that. Like, I've been cursing for the longest time. Like, what the woo? It's not the end of the world, right? >> Mhm. >> And then his wife was like, "Get out of my house. You're not welcome here." And I was like, "Okay." So, I have my stuff. And then she takes my phone and goes in the other room. >> Well, first off, that's not her phone to touch. Her and my dad did not pay the bill for that phone. That is my phone that I've had for years. >> She took your phone. What happened? You said you then proceeded to go take her phone. >> Yes. And then I called the >> What happened from there? I called the cops. I stayed on the phone with the cops the whole time. >> So, where did the physical stuff happen? >> Whenever she was trying to Oh, yeah. Whenever she tried to take my phone, I was like, "No, give me my phone back." And >> so, and you went to grab the phone and you slipped off of it and slammed into something. >> Yes. >> What did you hit? >> One of the I don't even know. I'm so mad right now. I told him for ever lay hands on you outside as of right today or in the past four days you've been here. >> No. >> Okay. >> And how long ago was the last time? >> Last time he was in my life when I was 10. >> You said about Okay. So you said it was when you're 10. >> Okay. >> I ran away when I was eight because how bad you used to be with me. >> Hey honey. >> Hi. I'm I'm Deputy Griffith. Okay. I'm going to talk to you for a few minutes. Let me see your wrist. >> I'm going to go talk with parents real quick if that's okay. >> I'm just so tired of this. I don't understand. I begged them not to send me down. >> She was like, "Grab my arm." She was like, "No." Like, "I don't even know." And then like I swung my arm back like that. Then I ran into her room and I grabbed her phone. So I called the cops because like I didn't want to lay my hand on my dad's wife because like that's disrespectful. Like I'm just not trying to be disrespectful. I just didn't I literally didn't ask to come here. I wanted to still stay in the foster home I was living in. And the lady told me I could I'm welcome back whenever. That's where I wanted to stay or I wanted to live with my mom's boyfriend, but he when he was fostering me, he got charged with a dismember to a minor. I don't know what to do no more. I just don't want to. I think my happiness matters more than anything. how depressed I am when I'm around. >> Meanwhile, an officer went to Jimmy's house to talk to her father. And what he revealed turned everything that they thought they knew from Jimmy on its head. >> Tell me a little bit what's going on today. >> All right. So, we just got my daughter. I got custody papers here. >> Okay. >> Everything's been fine. She got in a fight with her boyfriend last night. Uh kind of uh had a fit of rage. I was vaping in our house and stuff like that. Asked her to step outside. That kind of escalated of her attitude, >> throwing stuff in a room, punching stuff. We took her out to eat earlier. She was hitting the back of our car seats and punching our car seats, yelling. She got on the phone with her CSB case worker in Ohio, was yelling and screaming, jumped out of the truck over here at Bethl Church. >> And then we got home and my wife told her that she was grounded from the phone and took her phone. And then that's when she proceeded to call the cop. >> And she tried to grab the phone back. What happened? >> When who tried to grab the phone back? >> When your daughter tried to grab the phone back? >> I think she grabbed it off her bed. I don't even >> She grabbed it out of her hands. But she she's had she's had been in and out of children. She's had problems up there with running away and not respecting authority and cops and stuff up here. >> And all this is stemming from her being grounded due to what you explained to me. Sir. >> Okay. >> From the cell phone. >> Main thing is she said you attacked her. Did you attack her? >> No, sir. I attacked her. >> What was What was that all about? >> That's what she's telling her. >> Cell phone taken from her. >> She said you were attacking her on by your own phone. That's what dispatch was saying. >> I never touch my car. >> Okay. >> So, she >> Why was she saying all that? >> I have no idea. She got grounded from the phone. >> What phone was she on? Call us. >> What's that? She grabbed my wife's phone off the table to call you guys. >> Okay. You never laid hand on her. Your wife never did either. >> Yes, sir. >> She's just trying to get out of the house, get her way. >> Yes, sir. >> That's exactly what it is. That's why she's down here. >> Okay. Why' y'all bring her down for that? She's going to do all that. >> She's my daughter, man. She She was running her in a foster home. >> What are you going to do about it to get it straightened up? >> I don't know. I mean, I I I don't know. >> Listen, I already went I [laughter] would No, I mean I do. You know what I'm saying? >> What you going to do? She's grounded. >> Tell me what I ask. What? She's grounded. >> What are you gonna do? >> She's grounded. >> That don't seem like that's working. What are you going to do? That's why I'm asking you. >> Keep being her dad and loving her. >> The only thing I can do. >> No matter what happens, don't lay a hand on them. >> Yes, sir. >> Cuz when you do, then that that puts you involved with that situation. Yes, sir. >> If you didn't lay your hand on right now, you ain't got to worry about it. Okay. >> But when you start laying hands on I know they're your youngans, sir. >> They need this right here. >> You know, and you can do that right there. >> It's legal. You can do that. Yes, sir. >> You just can't bust the eyes, bust the head open, and throw them around the room. Can't do none of that, sir. But you can legally make them on the rear end and make them mine. >> Now, the situation had become a classic father versus daughter showdown. And the cops knew that there was only one way to get to the bottom of it. >> She and her dad have been going at it ever since she got in a fight with her boyfriend last night. >> Okay. Ever since last night. Okay. What was this fight about? >> Her boyfriend. >> She's been getting at it with her father. What's the argument between them on in regards to that? >> I think the uh abandonment from the past. After speaking with the young woman's father and his wife, they decided to talk to her again, hoping they could at least get her to be calm. A move they were going to end up regretting. >> Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, listen to me. Okay? Don't be ugly with me. Don't be mean at me. You don't even know who I am. I don't even know you. Name >> you came from Ohio. You got friends in Ohio. You want to be with your friends in Ohio? >> No. I just want to go back to my man. I'm sorry. I just chill out. >> Nobody open this door for you to start arguing like that. >> Arguing. >> Well, just stop it. >> Just tired. >> Well, just stop it then. You're not of age to be doing all that. I know you don't like hearing that, but I was your age at one time, too. Everybody was. Okay. I'm just trying to come to a happy medium here. And you're going to be next year, January. Correct. Guess what? Guess what? You know what that means? >> You know what that means? >> You know what that means? >> Do you know what that means? >> If you can't help with me, then I just don't >> That's what I'm doing right now. >> But you don't want none. >> I don't. >> You don't want none. >> I do. I didn't. >> Well, then don't. >> Well, the thing about it is you ain't listening to nothing saying cuz it ain't going your way. That's why you're not. >> Why? Because >> you're next January and you ain't still ain't answering my question. Guess what that is? >> What? you year from is what then you can do. You know what you can do then? [laughter] >> Happiness is all that matters. >> You know what? It's less than you don't know me. You don't know what you don't know me put me through. >> You're not going to put me through it. >> I'm not putting you through nothing. >> And what are you doing then? >> You don't know the word that I have. >> What are you doing right now? I'm >> crying. >> Yeah. For what reason? >> Because my [laughter] heart is so bro. >> Oh yeah. >> [laughter] >> I've been on my own since I was 11 years old. My dad just now wants me back at >> You didn't know what I just said? You didn't even know what I just said. You didn't hear what I just said. >> You said I got two years. >> No, I didn't. >> Till I That's what >> No, I did not. I said you have less than two years. >> And I guess you don't care, do you? I do care, but I'm not. Whether you care or not? >> Well, you ain't got no choice until then. You got >> Oh my god, I'm not. I'm fine. I'm not >> We can't just jerk you out of a house like that. It don't work like that. >> Get the away from me. >> Don't you Don't you cuss me like that. Don't touch me. You're not >> You're being videoed right now. Don't you touch you. I really don't have >> Get back in the car now. >> Get back in the car now. not going to help me out there. >> Don't talk to her that door open. Talk to her through the glass. >> At this point, they decided to call EMS to get her evaluated. But while they waited for the medics to arrive, they figured they needed to have a very important conversation with the couple. >> And then she's going to have to volunteer to go or y'all y'all could or the parents, you could have her go, >> okay, >> u with them or either you can take her one way or the other. We'll go back over and talk to her now. Okay. >> But she don't need to be acting up cuz she acts up anymore. Like I said, remember what I told you. And she's got that in her head. >> Somehow she's got it in her head. >> Yeah. >> Later on later on, once things mellow down, everything will work out fine. >> And she'll be forgot all about stuff. Yeah, >> but stepfather, stepmother, step back. >> A big transition. We understand that. Like I said, >> we haven't tried >> even if it gets >> even if it gets real rough, blah blah blah blah blah. >> Step back. >> Yeah. >> Let him hand his own daughter. >> While the cops were talking to the teenager's parents, another officer decided to make another attempt to talk her into getting a medical evaluation. But this time, she was like a time bomb waiting to explode. >> I'm going to open the door cuz you've been good with me. Is that okay? trying to be on route vehicles off the roadway. Thank you. >> I don't want to. >> Listen to him, dog. >> He don't look the [ __ ] out of me. >> Yeah, you deserve it. >> You took a swing at a cop. >> You look at him do worse. >> You look at him do worse. >> Why are you still talking to me? >> Get in the car. >> I'm not talking to you. >> Whose car is this? >> Sit down. >> Stop. Stop. >> Sit down. >> Dad. >> Leave me alone. >> GET IN THE >> TELL LEAVE ME ALONE. >> In the car. wrong with y'all? >> Y'all got me up. Y'all think he can put his hands on me >> again. He swing at do nothing. >> He pushed me >> after telling you to stay back and you did not comply. >> I wasn't even talking to his ass. >> Doesn't matter. >> Talk about don't comply >> now. You're under arrest. >> I wasn't even doing what the >> Upon arrival at the station, the officer tried to be courteous to her, but she chose to act clueless and play the victim card. However, that did nothing to help her case as she had already gotten herself into the situation. >> Who is that other jerk that kept chirping at you? >> Who? >> That other That other lady, she trouble. >> Uh, I don't know. She kept on talking to me though. >> And as I'm talking to >> She was talking all kinds of stuff. Yeah, she was chirping. >> As I'm talking to police officer, he pulls pushes me. I'm a girl. You don't have to do that. I almost fell on back. You don't have to do that to me. First of all, and I wasn't. >> I know. Things escalated pretty quick. So, I I'll I'll try to explain to you what what I'll do. >> I tried to push him back and now he's saying I swung at him. No, you pushed me to the point where I stumbled all the way back here. I'm a female. >> I I saw that happen. >> A 20-y old female. You don't have to put your hands on me like that. >> 20? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, so I'm going to take [music] this purse off you. Okay. Actually, I'm going to uncuff you first. We'll step off this counter. Okay. >> I'm going to put some gloves on. Okay. So, I'm going to walk you through why those things happened. Okay. And I know what it's not going to help the situation. It's not going to help you feel better, but I'll tell you just for future reference so that way you understand where the police why why we behave the way we do. Because if I just yell at you, I don't think that's constructive, right? I don't think that's going to help us get any better. >> I was talking to him, but she was also talking to me. So, it's not like I wasn't complaining. >> No, she wasn't. >> He's talking to me and this lady is screaming at me. >> It's just in that case, I know you just got to listen to what he's saying and I know it's hard to do sometimes. Okay. >> Mhm. >> But at least now you're away from her cuz I don't know what the hell her deal was. Do Do you know her? >> I just put my hands on her. That girl full on threw a bag in my face and everything. >> Okay. >> Okay. Good. >> I did not touch her at all. >> Okay. Cuz yeah, we we saw just a big old group of people and then we saw you two uh yelling at each other. Okay. Can you take your purse off for me? Go ahead and place it right up here. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, I was looking at the other person, but what I can give you is some context right now to help you understand a little bit more as to why you were placed under arrest. Okay. And that other officer will be back eventually to to speak with you with what happens and then you'll get some paper. >> Speak to him. He's very rude. >> Okay. >> Even though the officer tried his best to explain how things work to her, she chose to play dumb. She insisted she was in the right and refused to take responsibility [music] for her actions. However, that did not prove her innocence. >> So, you were trying to kind of focus on two things at once, right? So you were just involved in some crazy thing and then all of a sudden you're you're talking back and forth with that other lady, right? And then we show up, right? So at that moment our priority becomes cuz we're we're kind of walking into a fog, right? We don't know who's who. We don't know who's the bad guy or anything like that. So we don't want further fights to happen. So what that officer did, he stepped towards you. He says, "Hey, stay back." Okay? And then I step towards the other person, say, "Hey, stay back." So she's not coming towards me or anything, but she's tripping at you. Right? So that's probably what's distracting you. But when that officer gives you a command to stay back and then you advance, right? So that's so he I so he pushed you back and then you advance once more. Okay. And that's the reason you were placed under arrest. Okay. Cuz [music] by by placing it's unlawful to to put your hands on a law enforcement officer in that >> it's okay for him to push yourself. I mean like that >> if he gives you if he gives you the verbal command to do so I I think so while the phrase if it's okay or not it it it is situation dependent. Right. I didn't see exactly what happened. So, um, that can be decided later on, okay? Cuz there'll be a court date for this, but once we get this figured out, you you will be released today, okay? Unless something else crazy comes up, okay? Hey, this could be a very very small road bump and you can get back to your What are you studying? What are you studying right now? >> Nursing. No, just no, cuz another place and you don't want me. That's my whole point. >> This This whole situation is going to be reviewed. Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to put all this in. I'm going to give you your own room. Okay. We're going to go over this way. Eventually, she was charged with battery, assaulting a police officer, and resisting arrest.
