This guy simply wanted his right to not answer questions respected. >> Look. Hey, you're not under arrest. Um, you're not under arrest. Hey, did I say you're under arrest? No, we just want to talk to you. Hey, man. I just want to talk to you. All I have to do is ask you questions. Y'all made it harder than needed to be. >> I'm on the way to our penthouse, bro. >> Okay, that's fine. And you'll be on your way once we're done talking to you. Hey, stop running. If you run, you're going to get tased. I'm letting you right now. If you run, you're going to get tased. >> 61 taser. >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. On the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> On the ground. >> I'm going to tase you. Get on the ground. >> Put the phone down. Lay down on your stomach. >> HE OWE ME FOR NOTHING. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> I'M TALKING TO MY FRIEND. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. >> IF YOU'RE TALKING TO >> THAT'S ALL WE DOING. >> All we're doing is asking you questions, man. And guess what? If y'all would have stopped and talked to me, I could have learned that and y'all could be on your way. But look at you now. You guys didn't want to listen.
