You know what I'm talking about. IDs. >> It's windy outside. >> Windy has nothing to do with what I saw. I just watched the video of you taking a doggy style on the beach. >> That's not cool. >> Sometimes people are simply stupid and boldly think that they can do [music] the deed in public like it was their god-given right. Not until they're busted in the most embarrassing way that they'll never forget. >> I saw when I walked over there and I was just, you know, he had his fingers up inside her. >> Were they on the bench? They were sitting on the picnic table. >> Were you guys banging on that ride? >> No, they were filming. >> No, honey. I listen. So, my cigarettes I have shorts on. >> You saw his wiener in her. >> Yeah. Oh my god. Absolutely not. >> Here are several moments when suspects were busted doing the deed in public. Starting with Austin and [music] his dumped girlfriend. He tried to spice things up on a picnic by turning a beach [music] line into their playroom, unaware that what they thought was a secret had gone viral. >> I just saw the video of you [music] guys having it's on my camera. >> On February the 11th, 2024, just before sunset in Florida, officers with the Key West Police Department rushed to Smathers Beach after several callers reported that a couple had thrown caution to the wind and had brought their private business to the beach. By the time officers arrived, the couple was already walking away, thinking they had just had the moment of their lives. >> Guys, need to talk to you. What's up? >> I'm hanging out by my car real quick. >> You have the IDs on you? >> Yeah. >> IDs for what? >> I just saw a video of you guys. >> What happened? >> What do you think you were doing? Why do you think I'm talking to you? >> You may have the wrong people. Wait. >> I don't have the wrong people. There's a video of you guys. All right. You know what I'm talking about. IDs. >> It's windy outside. [music] Wendy has nothing to do with what I saw. >> After a brief face off with the couple, the officers quickly realized the best way to squeeze out every ounce of truth from them was to interrogate them separately. But once the story started coming in, things only got more complicated. >> You know why I'm talking to you. I don't care what he says. You know I'm talking. I just saw the video of you guys having sex with her. >> It's on my camera. It's not good. >> It's not good. You're right. It's not good. I'm a full-time um customer service agent at the Um, >> okay. >> It's a store. I work as a car. My favorite food is >> Okay. >> I love being a car. >> Where are you living? >> Um, I live in Key [music] West. I'm >> your address. >> Is African work? >> Yeah, everything's all right. We're just trying to find out why you guys haven't in front of kids over there at the beach. >> No, we're not. >> Okay. >> Probably not. >> You want to see the video? >> We'll be good as soon as possible to go. Will you be good to go soon? Well, right now we're still investigating what I just told you. I just watched the video of you >> taking it doggy style on the beach. >> That's not cool. >> You're right. It's not cool. >> That would not be me. >> It was you. >> Meanwhile, Austin was with another set of officers, completely in the dark about what his girlfriend was saying. But he knew one thing for sure. If he wanted any at talking his way out of this mess, their stories had to line up perfectly because one wrong word and the whole house of cards would come crashing down. >> You know why we're here? >> Mr. Austin, what what thing in the last few minutes do you think might have had someone call the police with you and your and your girlfriend? >> Somebody tried to say something to me. I'm not leaning on the tree like he was like don't do that argument. >> I don't know what he is saying exactly. >> Help you a little bit, Mr. Dawson. >> I don't know. >> If if I was just over by White [music] Street Pier a few minutes ago >> and the person who called the police showed me a video on their phone of you and your girlfriend, what would [music] that video be showing you? >> Sir, stay good to me now. Last time we >> I'm going to go take it. >> No, stay right there. >> I got nothing to say. Honestly, you know, I'm not trying to do any harm to anybody trouble, but I ain't got nothing to say any question or anything. I I don't know nothing about anything whatever they're saying, you know, could have been what I don't know. I don't know. So, I I don't want to cause any problems or nothing, but at the same time, [music] >> you know, >> so you failed to answer the question. Okay. I'm not going to answer a question because I don't feel like I've done anything wrong. >> All right. >> I didn't say you did anything wrong. I sit down. What were you doing? I'm gonna pet you down for weapons. I wasn't doing anything. >> Turn right around. >> Keep your hands up. Just turn around. >> You welcome to put your hands in my pocket. >> Turn around. >> Turn around and do not put your hands in your pocket. Put your hands on the hood. >> While the pressure kept mounting for Austin, his girlfriend was falling apart on the other side. By then, she knew that she was walking on thin ice and every word out of her mouth had to be chosen more carefully than ever before because one slip of the tongue can make the whole situation blow up in her face. Why is he always do you know? >> Well, he's not in handcuffs right now. I know he's being searched. >> I can see that. >> Yeah, his sister. >> We were together together. >> What's that? >> I finished work today and we were together. Nothing happened long. >> Okay. That's your [music] boyfriend? >> Yeah, that's my boyfriend. After a while, we just came straight to Madd's week. >> Oh, okay. >> We'll be just fine. I we didn't know what not to do or not to do. >> Despite how tense the air was, Austin's girlfriend kept her cool, wearing a bold smile like she thought she could breeze right out of the mess without a scratch. But what she didn't realize was that with every passing second, the officers were getting better ideas on how to bring them to a welldeserved end. >> I bring her over there with you guys. Go stand next to him. >> Which should be fine, >> right? >> Yeah. >> I told him not to work. I'm not anything. But >> you just had in front of a 14-year-old kid and a 15-y old kid. >> Who are these people? >> Come on. I just watched the video. You think you just pointed out? >> Come on. >> Just got serious. What did you What did you just say? >> And you know what? And then the ignorance that that you try to think that I have for you to sit here and lie in my face is pretty embarrassing. >> I really don't remember anything like that. >> On an undercurrent of that's real respect. Like honestly, >> it's not out of respect cuz you're lying straight to my face. under now I I let's not talk about I'll say no >> Austin quickly realized that the longer he and his girlfriend kept playing cat and mouse with the officers the better grip the officers were getting on them he needed to come up with something more compelling but unfortunately it was already too late >> what is that >> Yep. We need a [music] >> purse bunch of kids over there. >> I'll take their stuff. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I got it. never said another area. Might be something in there just saying away from me. It's not fair. That's fair. >> Oh, it's completely fair. It's not fair that little kids have to watch you have on the beach. >> Definitely not fair. Anybody have to watch me do this? >> It's not fair. >> It's visible from the place where 100 people are fishing. >> Disrespectful. >> It's very disrespectful. You're right. Absolutely. >> Not right for me. Yeah. And that multiple people came up to me, [music] described both of you, and I saw a video of you guys doing >> That's not fair. That's not fair. I would never be this way to anybody. I'm always You did You definitely didn't hide well. I'll tell you that much. [music] >> I'm a respectful person. >> You might be a respectful person, but you messed up. A disrespectful messed up to the children. >> You have to be respectful to the children. >> You have anything else in your back region? You realize if you go to the jail and you have something hidden inside your it's going to be a felony. Correct. >> Yeah. Take a green. >> What? >> I agreed. I don't have nothing. I'm [music] supposed to be working a full-time job. Nothing in common with anything in trouble. Consider it. >> In the end, they were charged for public indecency and disorderly conduct. Just when we thought Austin and his girlfriend were the worst case of couples messing around in public, this couple thought the perfect way to celebrate their anniversary was to get busy on [music] a busy roadside. >> What's going on? >> You drink it? >> I don't. >> Good. Get up. >> Stand up. You sit right there. Pull your pants up. I've got two calls. You guys are sitting here having on the side of the road. >> Your pants are down. >> All right. Listen. Don't say anymore. Don't say anymore. On March the 16th, 2024, around midday in Indian [music] River County, an officer on patrol received calls from alarmed neighbors reporting that two adults, Arnold and April, were seen getting a little >> Sheriff's office. Both of you get up. >> What's going on? >> You drink it? >> I don't. >> Good. Get up. Stand up. You sit right there. Don't move. You stand up. Turn around. >> Pull your pants up. Turn around. >> No. It's not even, bro. >> Do you realize where you're at right now? Go to the side of the damn road. >> Yeah, we are. >> Yeah, we ain't open. They don't open till 11:00. >> Take take a seat right there. You stand up. Take a seat. Sit down. >> While Arnold sat on the floor thinking of how he could play the hero and save himself and his lover from the mess after claiming they were having their anniversary, the officer turned to April to also get her in cuffs. >> 121. I got two detained. Don't pull away from me. >> No, no, I won't. >> Don't pull away from me. I'm going to dump on the ground. >> Watch you got everybody watching. You know that, right, bro? >> You're on the You're on the ground. >> I know where I'm at, bro. >> Don't pull away from me. Okay, I'm going to put you on the ground. >> Hello. >> Don't worry about He just doing his job. >> No, he's not doing his job. >> My brother's a chair. movie. >> Don't worry about it. >> All right. >> Cuz there's no reason for this. We're allowed here. I have two. >> Congratulations. You're both under arrest for indecent exposure. >> What are you talking about? >> On the side of the road. I don't want to hear. YOU'RE ALLOWED, BRO. >> NO, you're not. >> Yeah, that's legal. >> Get in the car. >> You sit right there, >> bro. >> That's unnecessary. >> 1190. Step it up. She's resisting. >> Don't move. I'm not going to tell you again. Don't move. >> Step it up, bro. Step it up, bro. >> Oh my god. >> Don't move, >> bro. We just have an eye on a person. >> You're not. And I'm trying to tell you this. >> I've gotten too close. You guys are sitting here having sex on the side of the road. >> No, we drinking drink. We all We not having We rubbing. It's our anniversary. >> It's our pants down. >> Yes. >> All right. Listen. Don't say anymore. >> Don't say anymore. Don't say anymore. >> We going to the beach. >> Oh my god. >> Bro, I'm a Vietnam vet. >> Don't say anymore. >> You both have the right to remain silent. Anything you say could or will be used against you in the court of >> law. God, >> bro, >> no trespassing, bro. >> It's no trespass. We wait on the show. >> Did I say anything about trespassing? >> Nobody understands. Holy breakfast. That's all I'm saying. We not having WE NOT I GOT MY OWN APARTMENT, my own house. Well, in fact, we can go there. Oh my 825. That's all I'm telling you. We just sit here. I just went over my ball. All I'm do is kiss. >> That's all I'm doing. That's all I'm do. I promise you my >> I'm right here in front of Popeyes. If you on US one, >> bro, we ain't done nothing. >> All we do is celebrate D. >> All right. Well, you can tell that to the >> That's what you will, bro. What you Oh my god. >> The moment more officers arrived on the ground, it finally hit the psycho couple that they weren't just dealing with a warning anymore, but a serious case [music] that had already gone way further than they could talk their way out of. >> Make sure she don't have anything to give her up. >> Okay, ma'am. You're going to flip this way towards me. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. >> All right. You're going to sit up on my leg. Okay. >> Okay. >> Relax. Just sit right here. Okay. Do you have any weapons on you? >> No. >> Does it look like it? >> Just relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Get up. Okay, we're going to get up. Get up. >> Get up. I'm not playing games. >> Get up. >> You get me up. >> Let's go. Hey, that's cool. That's fine. You can curse at me all you want. You know I wasn't doing >> okay. >> Really? Is it a piece of >> in the car? >> Yes, sir. >> What's your bro? >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car, >> guys. Uh >> okay. Get in the car. >> You need to scoot yourself up. do that. >> All right. Give me a foot. >> I got you. >> There you go. >> Can you transport her? Cuz I can't have them together. >> I'm not doing it wrong. >> So, when I rolled up on you, >> I was just I was just hugging her to say, "Let's go to the beach." I I mean, >> okay. When I stood you up, why was your penis out? >> No, my pants. You see right there? If you if you see them, they feel like I don't have a belt. I don't have a belt. And they roll down with them rubbing on them. That's all I'm saying. The guy in the liquor store, he knew it was our anniversary at Public Liquor Store. >> Okay. I'm not worried about the liquor store. What I'm worried about is the fact >> Well, we didn't open the bottle. I told him, "Don't do it. Don't do it." >> Yeah. There's multiple bottles over there that are empty, the vodka bottles. >> But but now that was before me. I just went down there and got the rum that she wanted. That's what I went and did. You can check with [clears throat] my friend at the liquor store. It's a girl there. >> So, I'm just letting you know that with the calls that I got, what I saw as I came up on scene and then when I stood you up, your penis was out. Okay. >> My pants rolled out. All I was doing was rubbing on them. >> Regardless of which, okay, you guys are committing a decent act on the side of the road. You understand? >> That was not my intention. I promise you, I'm mama. I promise you. I understand that was not your intention, but do you understand what the public is seeing? >> All right, then. I I will apologize you, the judge, everybody over here. That was I mean, my pants rolled. I was just kissing and rubbing. I said, "Baby, come on. Let's go home. Let's go." >> But it just Do Do you understand that on the side of the road? >> I understand. >> Multiple people. >> What happens if a little kid saw you guys? >> Yes, sir. >> You see how that how that looks? I lost both of my kids and your brother's kid when I came back from Vietnam. I had two twin boys, two twin girls, two twin boys. I lost all of them. >> Okay. >> Cuz the girl fell on the skateboard, fell doing martial art. This has been the nicest woman I've met. The nicest. I go out of my way to treat her night. I know. I said, "Baby," I tried to wake her up. I said, "Let's go. Let's go." I promise you. >> In the end, Arnold was charged with indecent exposure, while April was charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest. Unlike Austin and his girlfriend, this crazy couple, Sharon, Helen, and Marshall, invited a third party, McDonald, to spice up their playroom experience in a public park. >> Could you tell me WHY THE WE'RE DOING THIS in the parking lot? >> Turn around and stop moving so much. >> Sorry about that. Hey, I said stop. >> On the last day of November 2025 in Florida, Monroe County officers on patrol stumbled upon something incredibly disturbing. From a distance, they discovered three adults later identified as 37-year-old Sharon Chaplinsky, Helen Marshall Adam Lowry, and Michael Macdonald, who had brought what was supposed to be a private intimate activity, into a public park. They had in fact chosen to get wild under a particular tree for shelter and better comfort. The officers showed up but had no idea that they're about to witness one of the most disturbing cases of public indecency [music] that they would ever come across in their entire careers. >> Hi. >> Shut up. >> COULD YOU TELL ME WHY THE were doing this in a parking lot? >> I know that's not >> No, you were doing the same thing. Don't stupid licenses guys. Everybody, >> I don't >> got your ID on you. Sit down. >> Sit. >> I know you got public earlier. >> Good. Sit down. >> I I'm >> All right. Sit down. >> I shouldn't be doing what I'm doing. >> Sit down. >> I'm sorry, sir. >> Sit. >> I'm sorry. >> M A R S H A L L then L A R E. >> Wow. >> It's still I didn't expose nothing. Marshall, you got middle initial? A >> have a cigarette before I go to jail. >> And what was your date of birth? >> Huh? >> 2882. >> You born 2 years? >> Yeah. Where's your ID out of, Marshall? >> What? >> Where's your ID out of? >> You know, most of us do IDs. >> What? Florida. What state? >> North Carolina. >> What state? >> North Carolina. >> North Carolina. >> I'm a Carolina boy. You know we all got lost here. >> All right. And you I remember you but I don't remember your name. You had that weird that Yeah. That acting alien chick. >> Yeah. Sharon. >> Yeah. S H A R O N. >> I got stuck here. >> All right. Spell your last name again. CZ. Good luck with that. >> CZ A. You remember the CZ. >> That's funny. CZ AP. >> It was like a week ago, right? >> Like three days ago. CZ AP. >> CZ A L. >> C A P L A N S. >> No. C >> C Z A P as L I N S K Y. >> All right, let's try that. D Z A P >> L I N >> L A N >> L I N >> L L I N >> S K Y >> S K Y >> being honest. >> And what was your middle initial? >> Helen. >> Age. And what was your date of birth? >> 22719. >> So he's on top of her pulling her pants on going down her. He's ced his out with his hand on her. >> Well, we didn't expose. >> Yes, >> we didn't. Yes. Yeah. >> Where's your license? >> Across the street. >> Where's your license? >> I don't need to go to jail right now. >> Huh? >> Drive. >> You said you had an ID on you. >> All right. What's your name? >> Michael Howard. >> M I C H A E L. >> Yeah. >> We did not. >> We keep getting calls for for you. >> We keep getting calls for you. But I didn't do that much wrong. I didn't have my pants down. Really? >> I wasn't naked. None of that. >> It's not what they said. >> Yeah. >> I want a cigarette. >> Well, you can arrest them, too. >> We'll let you know what we're going to do. >> All right. I'm not going to talk to that. >> I'll try to be reasonable. You know what I'm saying? >> At the moment, the trio were yet to understand that the show was over. While the officers were busy trying to clean up the mess, the trio was actually waiting for the officers to leave so they could continue from where they stopped. Especially Sharon, who had been caught a few weeks ago for the same offense. >> We keep getting calls for for you. >> Huh? >> We keep getting calls for you. >> But I didn't do that much wrong. I didn't have my pants down. >> Really? >> I wasn't naked. None of that. >> It's not what they said. >> Yeah. >> I want a cigarette. >> What? You getting arrested, too? We'll let you know what we're going to do. >> All right. I'm not going to talk to that. >> I'll try to be reasonable. >> You know what I'm saying? >> I just don't want to go to jail. I need to go to rehab. >> Well, you need to do something cuz we keep getting calls. Do you have anything sharp on you? >> No, I do not. I meant >> Don't put your hands in your pocket. >> I have a letter. >> Okay, give me that cuz you can't take that anyway. >> I know that. Please don't take me. >> Well, let's see. Turn around. >> You have nothing sharp on you. >> No, I do not. >> And I >> Hold still. >> You didn't catch me. I'm a [ __ ] down here. >> Come here. >> Turn around and stop moving so much. >> Sorry about that. >> Hey, I SAID STOP. DO you hear me? I TOLD YOU TO STOP. >> I TRIED. >> WOW. >> You know what? You got stupid laws here. You really do. >> I'm from those counties. This counts. >> You want to press me and harass me? Hey, Daniel. So your >> you got to do you have to >> I I'm sorry. I >> didn't tell you to come down here. >> I guess my key No, it's stupid. >> Okay. Well, I didn't tell you to come down. >> But she was arrested. >> Big feet. Get the hell out of here before we arrest. >> No, you keep doing that. >> No, you were arrested for dumb. >> Well, because you're doing dumb. >> Sorry, but for my county. >> No, I'm not playing. >> Listen, I don't play with you. You go and go IN MY CAR. ON MY COUNTY. I'll sue your for this and I'll get away with it. You know that I'll call Morgan. Morgan, you know that, right? >> All right. Well, sounds like a plan >> because I'm [screaming] IN THE CAR. >> TAMPA BAY. >> I SAID GO IN THE CAR. >> I'M ABOUT TAMPA BAY. >> You can't get away with this. >> You good? What do you need? Extra handcuffs. >> I got extra handcuffs. Okay. >> Where's his other shoe? >> Yours. Is that all alcohol? >> I didn't know. I don't feel like you wet. >> You're disgusting. When the officers alongside Sharon, Adam, and Michael arrived at the station, Sharon began to act in an amoral way that would either make her or break her. >> I might listen. You're going to listen? Yes, >> I am. >> I believe he's about to. >> Okay. You will not fight. >> I'm not. >> Let's go. >> All right. Thank you so much. >> Cuz that >> Yeah, I'm about to go. I probably did go to the bathroom right here. That's disgusting. You know what I'm saying? I already warned you three times. >> I'm not stupid. >> Right here. >> I'm not reasonable. >> Go right here. >> I'm not >> I'm not pressing you guys right now. >> Well, you wear. So, >> I can't begging you to the right cuz you're all going to be ignorant. So, I'm not >> left and then left. You need to relax. >> We have the other bathroom. We have to stay to the right. >> Take me to rehab cuz I can't relax. >> To the right again. >> To the right, Sharon. >> Yes. >> I'm embarrassed right now. >> Right. >> That's why I'm like to the left. >> Embarrassed because you didn't listen to me. >> And then to the right. I can feel my face >> right here. >> Oh my god. I'm sorry. Twist me every way. >> No. Let me see. Look at that. >> I don't want to touch it. >> All these look like me. >> All right. Wait right here for me. >> All right. >> You want to sit down? >> Uh, I need a handcuff in the front. So, >> okay. Put my hand in the front. >> In the front. And then you're going to put your hand on your head. Do you hear me? >> Okay, I need to go to rehab. I need to get help. I need to go back home so you don't see me out here. And don't need to [ __ ] me like this. Okay, I know what I need. >> Go there. And you don't want me helping me out like this. >> You put me in jail, I'll keeping up. And I'm telling you right now, cuz I already know that I don't want this life. I really don't. >> I was just about to get my help. >> Please don't throw that away. >> This? >> Yes, it's right here for you. All right. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> You messed my life up more. Every time I get out of jail here, the kids want me to drink more. And I don't want that life anymore. And nobody wants to listen to me. But do you actually care? What can I do about that? Actually, >> let's go. >> Cuz I am an alcoholic. >> I told you I'm not going to help you unless you help yourself. >> Why can't I get a program? I would help myself if you give me a program. >> I would help myself if you quit putting me in jail. >> Honestly, I'm trying to tell you that. And nobody wants to listen right here. >> That's just messed up. I just I just want to get help. I don't want to be an alcoholic anymore. >> Stop tensing up. I'm telling you. >> I'm telling you this. I want to get help, but you are not letting me get help cuz you want to keep me. >> I want to program so bad. >> Go. >> I want to program so bad. I want to get the help I need. But you guys go in the car. >> Keep doing this to me. >> Go in the car. >> Well, how are you going to make me go to the court if you're pushing me in the opposite direction? >> Thank you. >> All right. You going to listen? >> I am. >> All right. >> Okay. I got you. >> Let's go. >> I didn't want to disrespect you, but you didn't want to listen. >> Let's go, please. >> That was the issue. >> I tried to ask what I needed. How you doing? How you doing? >> If we have to go an hour away, I really do need water. I'm trying to dehydrate. I'm an alcoholic. >> Uhhuh. >> And I dr earlier. I got you. >> And you know how that dehydrates. >> I'll give you a second. Can I drink some water? >> Please do. Thank you. >> No idea. Okay. >> Despite Sharon appearing to maintain her composure, the officers weren't willing to leave anything to chance. Experience had taught them that situations like this can flip quickly within the twinkling of an eye, especially when alcohol was involved. Okay, I got it. >> No, I understand that. >> No needles. Don't worry. Run. No, I do not. I'm homeless. What's in here? >> It might be a lighter. That's about it. That's all I can think of. >> No, I took the lighter out already. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Jesus change. >> You need to pull my pants down. >> Yep. Pull. Pull them up. >> The gentleman is pulling. >> Okay. Can you all loosen these? >> I got you. >> I know. They're just too much. It's way too much. If I wanted to run, I would have tried to run, but I did not. Did I? >> No. You just tried to fight. >> I'm going to tell you. I'm going to >> Cuz I was upset. >> I was upset. >> Are you cool with that? >> It was unreasonable. You understand that? >> Hey. >> Oh my gosh. I'm sorry. >> I didn't realize what the hell I was doing. >> I copy the other stuff anyway. >> Okay, cool. Thank you. >> How is the female getting arrested when they didn't realize what they were doing and they got taken advantage of? >> Because I was drunk cuz I had not excuse not move. >> But I don't control these gentlemen around here, do I? Hey Sharon, you need to stop moving. >> I'm really not. I'm really not. I'm just standing here. That's funny. >> Come on. >> It's funny she wants to keep claiming these things. I want to be reasonable, but somebody wants to talk reasonable kind of things. It's not right. I believe in fairness and this ain't fair. >> Go ahead. >> What upsets me is that y'all want to treat people with >> drugs and alcohol like it's a real issue. But we need to go to rehab, not jail. >> You want to keep creating problems, you keep putting people in jail, you keep creating more problems. If you can think about it and actually put people in rehab, it'll create less problems. I don't know. Maybe I'm from a different county than here. You don't think like we do? But okay. >> So, those two >> uh I don't know what happened with the No, that was >> Hey, what can I do to transfer to Panalis County? >> What can I do? >> Hey, back up a little bit. >> I'm just asking. I want to know. Come on. Come this way. >> What kind of information can I get to transfer? >> Give me one second. >> To my county. >> I got you. >> And get out of here cuz I don't want here anymore. >> I know. >> Eric, can I do I will right now. And I want the information I can. >> I got you. >> And that's why I'm still here. >> I need to go back home. >> Okay. >> I can't be here anymore. I got stuck here. >> I got you. >> In the end, Sharon Marshall and McDonald were charged with indecent exposure and disorderly intoxication. If you think the trio getting down in a public park was the worst case of people doing the deed in public, well then you haven't met 27-year-old Kimberly. It was nearly in her birthday clothes while her partner, 29-year-old Ryan, did some business on her on a public [music] bench. >> So, he was sitting and she was standing facing him and he had his hands up in in her skirt and then was put his fingers in his mouth. You could see he was >> Oh my gosh. Okay. So, he was digitally set up for me. Am I getting arrested? >> On May the 4th, 2025, just before sunset in Florida, officers responded to multiple 911 calls, reporting a couple, 29-year-old Ryan and 27-year-old Kimberly, who were seen crossing all boundaries of decency in a public space. [music] When officers arrived, they quickly scanned the area, but the couple had already split up, leaving the situation unclear. However, a female officer approached one of the witnesses, who was among the callers for proper documentation. But one thing she was not prepared for was the grueling picture [music] that her witness was going to paint. >> What happened? So I got stopped as I was walking over there. Well, I saw when I walked over there and I was just, you know, he had his fingers up inside her. >> Were they on the bench? >> They were sitting on the picked table where he was sitting on the table with his feet on the on the seat where his name and she was between them and he had his hands up in in her kukarachi. >> Was he she facing him? >> Yeah. So she was sitting on the bench like you >> No, she was standing. >> Oh, so her feet were on the seated portion. >> Yeah. >> He was sitting where like food and stuff goes, >> and she was Okay. >> And she was facing him. So he was sitting and she was facing >> standing facing him >> and he had his hands up in in her skirt and then was put his fingers in his mouth. Oh yeah. You could you could see he was just >> Oh my gosh. Okay. So he was digitally >> and then took his fingers out and then smelt them and tasted them. >> I don't know if he tasted them. She's like cuz I stopped and talked to Benny for a minute and I'm like what the hell's going on? He said crazy. That's not even >> wonderful. >> She said his he had her whole his whole face in her crotch at one point, but you did not see that. >> I did not see that. >> Okay. All right. And your >> and somebody else stopped me down the thing. He goes, "Did you see that couple on the bench?" And I said, "Yeah." goes, "Is anybody going to call?" I'm like, "Well, here's the number you can call." And then coming back, somebody else stopped me. I was like, "Well, let me call." >> She had just taken the bottle. Right after that happened, she just take the bottle out of the bag and open the bottle. >> The Captain Morgan one. >> Okay. And then after that, they did that and then she was chasing it with a Coke. >> Perfect. And then after you saw the digital going on, did they stop? >> Yeah, they stopped. >> Okay. They stopped and then you called us and then obviously we then showed up. I'm a savannah. >> Yeah. But every time it was I kept on doing my tickets. >> Okay. >> While the officers interrogated the witness, Ryan on the other side of the road had gone into a restaurant to wash his hands of the fluid that got stuck in his fingers during the seemingly private [music] session he had with his partner on the public bench. >> And just hold that. >> Do you have anything illegal on you? >> Anything that's going to poke me, stick me? I know you know that you can't have the open container, but when I when I when I showed up, that's when you uh start to hide it in the bag. You got nothing in your shoes or anything like that? >> No. All right, let's just have a seat. On the other hand, Kimberly was seated on the same public [music] bench where she had been with Ryan a few minutes earlier, patiently waiting for him to return from the restaurant, completely unaware that she was about to pay the cost [music] of turning a public bench into a mini motel. >> Stand up for me. >> Am I getting arrested? Yeah. For what? >> Just order the conduct right now. All right. >> Just order the condom. >> I love you. Can I get um Can I get the address before we leave? >> The address? >> Yeah. >> The address here? >> No. To our house where we're staying at. >> All right. We'll talk about that in a second. In one second. >> Sorry. I find giving you a lot to do. >> What's disorderly conduct? >> Huh? >> What's disorderly conduct? >> Like if you're doing if you're doing things that are like causing a disturbance to others in the area or anything like that. >> I wasn't. >> Huh? >> I wasn't. Well, someone called us here, so >> we were arguing. >> Okay. >> Anything on you? >> No, ma'am. >> Nothing tucked. >> No, ma'am. >> All right. I'm going to look. >> Except for my um on my necklace. >> I see your necklace. That's fine. >> You have no bra or anything on, right? >> No, ma'am. >> You have underwear on? >> Yes. >> Just turn this way. I'm trying to avoid a crowd seeing anything. You have a what is it? A pad? >> Yeah, it's a toilet paper. Cuz I'm I'm spotting. >> Okay. There's nothing tucked up under there if if I pulled that toilet paper out. >> Yeah. No, >> there's no or nothing in that toilet paper cuz I'm going to be real mad if you get to jail and they find something. >> No. No. >> Cuz you need to tell me now. >> No, I'm not. >> I don't have nothing. I'll go to the bathroom with you and show you. >> Okay. I trust you. I'm just saying I'm going to be mad if they get you to jail and it ends up being something else. >> Can I Can I Can I get the address to where we're staying so when I get out I know where to go because I don't live in >> Get the address from him? >> Yeah, because I don't live in St. Pete. >> Does he know the address? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'll get it from him. >> And um the our the phone number to Ryan Williams, which is our roommate. >> Okay, I'll get it. Hang tight. >> Can I get that back? >> Yeah, it's going on your property. Okay, it's my I promise. >> Am I being arrested? >> I guess they're taking you, but I got a couple other things I got to do, so just hang tight. Do you need more AC or are you good? >> AC. >> A little bit more AC. Okay. >> In the end, they were charged with disorderly conduct, ordinance violation, possession of alcohol in a prohibited area, and lewd behavior in public. Just when we thought that we had seen the most awful moments when suspects were busted doing the deed in public, this couple thought that having a good time at an amusement park could only be perfected if they did it under the blue sky in the presence of teenagers. >> On her hands and knees were off. He was on his knees doing it back AND FORTH. >> YOU SAW HIS wiener in her. >> Oh my god. Absolutely not. On August the 14th, 2025 in Ohio, officers received a call from some teenagers at an amusement park reporting that a couple had collided their broomstick and jewel right in [music] their presence. Upon arrival, what the officers thought would be quickly resolved in minutes took a more complicated twist. The moment they began interrogating the suspects being interrupted, how much we had to drink today alcohol. That doesn't answer my question. How much you had to drink today? >> Four. Four or five years. >> Okay. And are you staying at one of our resorts? >> No. >> Okay. Which one? >> Okay. >> Were you guys banging on that ride? >> No. >> No. Honey, I listen. So, my cigarettes I have shorts on >> beneath my dress first off, >> so there is no easy access that's happening here. And I have them in my pocket in the shorts. They fell out. I bent over to retrieve them on the ride. >> Why was he behind you then? >> He was trying to help me because they were clear across the ride. >> You want me to answer that? Well, probably not, I guess, because they're going to like, you know, >> I'm going to go I'm going to go talk to the young girls who saw it >> and see what they thought they saw. >> See what they say. Um, and then we'll go from there. After interrogating the couple, the female officer was left confused as she began to doubt whether the call they received was true or if it was just some spoiled teenagers trying to make a mountain out of a molehill. >> Hi. So >> like okay she was on her hand and knees her hands were off. He was on his knees doing it back and forth. >> There were two of us looking one way and two of us the other way like >> Yeah. And when we looked back like he was there was here got naked. We saw her butt. Oh yes, I saw it. >> So I did you see his wiener? >> I looked away. It was in it but I looked. >> Did you saw his wiener in her? >> Oh my god. Absolutely not. >> Absolutely not. >> The second time it got dressed to like when they got back up they like just started. >> Yeah. And then they were laughing when they saw and they also were in line. Wait, tell them what they said when you were in line. >> I was in line. Uh like they kept like going this close to me and like bumping into me and I was like Jesus Christ like me and they started laughing and then they started calling like this little this little [ __ ] is like they were like this little [ __ ] is like being so rude to me and I didn't I just said can you please come off of me? Right. They were being on top of each other like we have like two miners and two adults in this group. >> Um 18. So clearly but not okay. >> Yeah. Absolutely not. They said that that that she was getting um cigarettes. >> Oh my butt out and inside of her. That doesn't sound like cigarettes. >> I don't think so. >> For sure. Maybe like half butt naked like >> Oh yeah, I didn't know that's how you guys >> inside. >> I didn't know like that's used. >> How old are you guys? >> I'm 15 and a half. >> Which Who are which one? >> I'm 17. >> And you are 18. >> At this point, the female officer was more confused than ever before. The teenagers had given quite a convincing narration of what they claimed to have witnessed, which contrasted with the couple's account. So, how how long did you guys ride this ride? >> Four minutes, maybe. >> How many times did you guys go around? >> Around three. >> Okay. So, why can those girls, which two of them are juveniles, describe to me your guys' private partners? Yeah, I'm not sure. Like I told you, >> I don't I understand. But so listen, this is what I'm going to do for you, okay? You understand that there's cameras and I can watch those cameras and see. So just tell me the truth cuz I know you're lying. So just be honest cuz lying is not going to get you anywhere. >> No, it's not. >> No, it's not. You're lying 100%. >> You're lying. I don't. So, so four four juvenile girls are just going to make that up. >> Two of them are two two of them are 18 and two of them are juvenile. So when I watch those cameras, I'm not going to see you guys. [music] You're lying. She wants to tell the truth. >> Do you understand that you can be arrested for this? It's a It's a It's an N2. Yeah. a misdemeanor of the second degree and you guys can go to jail cuz you're not from here and then you'll have to post BOND OR I CAN CALL THE JUDGE in no bond since you guys are lying and I know you're lying. It's up to you guys. I'll let you guys talk about it. >> After the officer had carefully reviewed the footage of the incident at the park, she returned to the couple who were still hoping the officer had no solid evidence against them. So you're sticking to your story of the cigarettes. >> Yeah. She may have shaking her butt from me a little bit. So now the story's changing. >> Huh? Now your story. >> So she Well, yeah. But you guys have kids. >> Okay. So, I want you to picture you have kids and your 15year-old comes here and she sees two grown-ups having >> she they they saw they saw what they said to me and what they saw. I would be embarrassed. >> Who the [ __ ] who hasn't seen it that they're saying like that? So you think it's appropriate that they saw that's not appropriate that they saw >> but these mother these days I don't know what the hell >> So you think it's appropriate that they saw you >> put it put it to your wife on the ferris wheel >> yes >> did I say that I say that word I'm not >> No you're not going to do that to me you said they see what they've seen all this stuff. >> No I'm not trying to do nothing with you. said, "Well, they know they know >> well >> they're calling their >> what >> I don't know what they're trying to say. >> Okay. >> While the couple, especially the man, was slowly gaining confidence, believing the officers had no evidence against them and that it was a matter of their word against the teenager's claims [music] unknown to him, the officer had already spotted several contradictions in his statement." Well, like I told you, you're going to go to jail. So, >> what? >> What? >> What? >> Public indecency. You can't have sex on a ride. >> I gave you the opportunity to tell the truth. You didn't want to. >> So, all No, I don't have to show you footage. So, all I have is in your head. So, I don't have to show it to you. No, I don't. No, I don't. Don't tell me how to do my job. Don't even >> Yeah. >> I'm not Did I >> Don't listen. >> Are you telling me I did something I didn't think of? >> I have four witnesses. >> Well, you're both going to jail. So, you have the opportunity to be honest. You didn't want to be. There's no way around it. I guess there's no way around. >> Well, here's the deal. So, I can call the judge since you guys don't live here and um like I don't know. I don't know. I I think that since you guys don't even have any remorse for what you did to those children and how upset they are, like that that's what bothers me and now you're lying to me. You you don't even care what you did to those children. >> But either way, but they're upset and you guys are trying to deny that you did it. >> Like, >> well, I do applaud them. They were upset. >> Yeah. Why wouldn't they become >> Why wouldn't they be upset? Like, and then you guys are sitting here lying. Like, >> I understand the concern, >> right? And like, why was the one saying you called her a [ __ ] >> Nobody called anybody a [ __ ] >> Well, you want me to Well, you lied to me this whole time. No, >> she's saying you called her a [ __ ] >> Nobody. We never spoke directly to this girl at all. >> She said that you guys were touching her in the lion. You said that you called her a [ __ ] >> I have two friends that were with us in mind that they may have overheard [ __ ] being thrown around loosely, but it was not directed towards them. >> Do you see where I'm coming from though? >> I do. I >> like it. It would probably be a different story if you guys would have been like, "Yeah, we messed up." you know, because really this is Cedar Point and it's up to me if charges are done or not and I work for the city. So, had you been like, "We didn't mean for people to see us like we've been drinking, you know, but you sat here and blatantly lied to my face and I have these juveniles that are traumatized." So, are you able to write us a ticket like ban us from the park or Okay, so we have friends that are here and that came with us. So, if we had to stay, am I able to get a hold of these said friends and so they can at least get back to Sawmill? >> Yeah. Both of us. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to This is what I'm going to do. I'm going to go ask them if they want to pursue charges. And if they say yes, you're going to go to jail. If they say no, then you're going to be banned from the party. In the end, they were taken to the county jail charged with misdemeanor [music] public indecency.
