from Suzanne who figured that the best way to handle a dispute with a customer was by firing at him. >> I just the air like I didn't act or did I she got upset about some food? >> Suzanne decided to go get her gun and come outside and my car >> to some McDonald's employees waving a fake firearm at a bunch of teenagers and a McDonald's parking lot. >> My daughter was just at the McDonald's and an employee came out and pulled a gun on her. He was sitting there with it in his hand out just holding it and waving it around. >> They want you arrested. >> Okay. >> So, um, have you ever been arrested before for anything? >> Here are five times when McDonald's employees realize that they're going to jail. Meet this 19-year-old McDonald's employee who thought that being a hotthead justified threatening a customer with a firearm. >> He pulled it. They in. They all ran to the back. You saw them show you a gun? >> No, but I I had high temp, man. I'm sorry. >> I I bring a weapon. I can call I can call my father right now. He knows about audit. I bring a weapon for my protection. >> On November the 2nd, 2025, officers were dispatched to a McDonald's after receiving reports that an employee had threatened a customer with a firearm. It wasn't the kind of call officers typically received from a fast food joint because it's usually the customer causing problems for staff. >> They said that. No, they said that the employee here put a gun on them. But I heard on the background radio. >> No, they must be. >> Well, she's here. But he said he pulled a gun. He pulled it. They in there. THEY ALL RAN TO THE BACK. >> Ran to the back. >> Just wait here. >> Yeah, they all ran to the back. The good he got >> open the door. That's crazy. That's crazy. >> Like they don't hear me knocking. >> Yeah, he right there. >> The manager. >> He had the police station. >> No, he >> You don't hear me knocking? >> I've been banging back there. I've been banging on this window back here, >> which is your employee that pulled a gun. Cuz I know I know damn sure cuz I know you're district director. You're not supposed to have a gun in McDonald's. So, I need I need you to call her cuz you're the manager. Where's your weapon? >> Huh? >> It's back here. You want me to take you to get it? >> No. Well, you're going to stay right here. Where is it? Where is back there? >> So, it's in the break room. >> In a break room? >> Yes, sir. >> Put him in custody for detain for a minute. We can figure out what's going on. >> Is the gun only? >> No, I I put it away, but >> you saw them show you a gun? >> No, but I I had high temp, man. I'm sorry. But do they do they have did you see a gun? >> I'm not sure, but I what they were saying to me and she came back with. >> Yeah. Hold on. No, no. Come on. You come on this side. We're going to deal with this. We're going to do this. >> Okay. Cuz I I bring a weapon. I can call I can call my father right now. He knows about audit. I bring a weapon for my protection. So basically, she >> But now McDonald's let you come to work with him. >> The thing is, I'm not sure. But >> where where's your gun? >> It's in a break room by the slides. It's at It's on the floor in the corner. So, if you go in the break room, look to the left. It's going to be slides on the slide. But I'm going to explain to you what happened. Right. She came by herself. >> Right. >> And she she got hostile. She got real hostile. So me I'm trying to get her respect and let her know, >> you know what I'm saying? We going I'm trying to You feel me? We can't give you a window right cuz it's policy. Well, we we in a bad neighborhood so we can't you know what I'm saying? >> So you had a general thief for protection. You're saying? >> Yes. >> But now the only thing is the McDonald's policy in the back. let you have it. Your boss, your manager. >> The thing is, >> do you know you have it on you? Your boss. >> I'm not sure. They never say anything. >> How old are you? >> I'm 19. >> You're 19. >> I'm I'm older. You feel me? So, >> but here, did you ever But did you see them pull a gun out the car? >> I'm not going to lie, I haven't. But my thinking since she came back with all those people, it made me think she wanted to do something. >> Remember, she came by herself and she said, "Okay, I'm going to come back." cuz she got mad that one of my co-workers couldn't give her the the food in the window cuz policy, >> right? Okay. >> So then she came she she came back with like a car with three people, right? I I I'm showing my respect out the window. I'm like, "Okay, King, you know what I'm saying? I'm going to give you a drinks, but can you calm it down a little bit? You already mad. You coming back mad." So then the lady in the back, she wrote down the window. Oh, it's 12:00. This and that. Who? They mad at me now. So now in my mind I'm trying to do something. So I walk outside. So I'm not going to lie. I shouldn't have. It's my temper. But at the same time, you came back like you was trying to do something. Like you was trying >> But no time you saw them had a weapon on them. >> No, I'm not going to say I seen them have a weapon. I'm just saying it's like y'all came back like y'all was trying to fight me or do anything with me. But I could call my dad right now. >> We'll figure this out. Hold on. You don't have to call him >> cuz it's my The thing is it's my dad weapon. >> All right. >> And he knows I use it for protection. >> Oh, it's your dad's gun. >> You're 19 years old. Have you checked the gun um restrictions? >> It's clean. It's clean. It's just >> No, I'm talking about for for you to carry as a 19year-old. >> Yeah, I I'm think I'm I don't >> It's not that you think. You got to know the laws at the end of the day because you're only 19 years old. >> Okay. So, that's one more thing. >> But I can call my and he'll tell you everything. He said he said he never he said he never saw a gun was pulled by them. >> The officers found it hard to understand why anyone would draw a firearm on a group of people simply because they thought they were threatened. Still, they gave him the opportunity to explain himself, hoping his account would provide some context that would eventually justify his actions and possibly save him from going to jail. >> But I'm going, like I say, I'm going to call my dad, let him talk. >> No, no. That's okay. I'm not I'm not trying to get arrested over there. >> No, no, no. Listen, listen. We'll figure this out and we'll go from there. Okay, the one more thing is just um let's go let's start one thing at a time >> and and this my dad weapon so I can't I don't you know >> all right >> but you see how she bring more people right she bring more people she came and started this mind you it's this it's a business it's a McDonald's so every day you going to meet crazy people you going to meet but you came and you came with all these people >> yeah you feel me and thought it was cool for you to just think you going to do all that to me like no you you talking crazy to me you feel me. >> While one officer continued questioning the 19-year-old, another started interviewing the rest of the staff. He knew there was always a chance the other employees would close ranks and defend their coworker. >> Did you guys see anything? >> Yeah, we saw everything. Like, we saw everything. It first started with the people in the car. They did not want to wait in the line. And then she had walked up to the window and start like she started to have um she started like she have an attitude with me. I'm just trying to tell her that she got to get a line and she got a mobile order. Then they had a wait like they had came. >> Okay. They waited in line. They came all the way up to the window. >> Okay. >> They first threatened him. >> What they say? When you say threat, what they say? >> They had a gun first. They had a gun first. What do you mean they had a gun first? >> They had guns first, bro. >> He got protected. >> You saw their gun? >> Yes. >> Yeah, they So, what happened was when he was here, I was the one trying to calm him down and stuff. What happened was he was at the window. They were mad that they like he didn't give them their drinks or whatever, but we always give them the drinks and the food at the same time. And he was cashing out. They started they threatened him for his life. Like they said, "Hey, if y'all don't give me my food, something's about to happen." And then he saw the gun and then he was like, "Hey." So like, you know, like he got all mad and all that stuff. I was trying to calm him down and stuff, but they all like routed him up. They pulled out their weapon and all that. So I was just I was trying to tell both sides, "Chill. Calm down." >> All right. >> The officer initially believed the employees were simply trying to protect their coworker by claiming that the complainant had a firearm. Even so, he decided to verify the story for himself, fully expecting the lead to go nowhere. To his surprise, the search of the woman's vehicle revealed that she did in fact [music] possess a firearm. However, further investigation quickly changed the direction of the case. After speaking with the woman, the officer learned that the weapon was legally owned and properly licensed. More importantly, there was no evidence that she had threatened anyone with it. With the information in hand, it became increasingly clear that the 19-year-old employee may have drawn his weapon without legal justification. >> How old are you? 19. >> Huh? >> I'm 19. You're not supposed to have a firearm. >> You know that? >> Yes, sir. >> So, why do you have a gun at 19? >> For protection, but it's >> his dad. >> Yeah, it was a >> But even though I don't supposed to carry it, it's a bad neighborhood. So, I use it for protection. >> Let him cover him cuz >> you're not supposed to have a gun. >> Even the state of Florida is 21 years old, man. It's not 19. >> So, I don't know if you're that gifted. I give today 21 to carry a firearm. >> Just come off a sec. >> He was charged [music] with aggravated assault. Drawing a weapon on an innocent woman was an absolutely terrible idea. But even more terrible was Terry, who denied owning a weapon after brandishing a BB gun onto a group of teenagers at a McDonald's parking lot. >> He was sitting there with it in his hand out just holding it and waving it around. >> Oh, >> so I don't have a gun. >> Is it a pellet gun? >> So I don't want to I don't want to tell you I'm a liar. So I don't have a you know. >> On April the 4th, 2024, New York officers responded to a residence after a mother called to make a disturbing report. >> Guess who called? >> I called. >> Okay. Um, my daughter was just at the McDonald's and an employee came out and pulled a gun on her out of her out of his car that's parked next to her. This is her car. He pulled out of this one. >> Okay. >> Out of the center console. >> What was the issue? >> They wanted them off the property. So, he pulled >> They were doing donuts. >> They were doing donuts, which I don't trust. My daughter was doing a donut. She doesn't even know how to parallel park. If it was, I'll take care of that. There's no reason for him to pull a gun on teenagers. >> Okay. All right, we'll go have a conversation with him. So, you who was there? You >> We were there and then our friends were waiting there. >> Okay. So, just out of your mouth, what happened? >> Okay, so we did some dumb things. We got into the car was doing circles around in the parking lot and then that's when the workers came out and I didn't I was kind of like down in the car like I wasn't looking out the windows. But according to him and a couple of the other guys there, a gun was pulled from that person who sent the council and um I have a video. The worker came up. It was being super aggressive and was like, >> "Who saw the gun?" I I saw it. I was like in front of our car, watched him walk all the way to his car, go into his center console and pull it out, put it in his waistband, and then walk over to their car. And then I went over to my friend's car. Um, I kind of w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w walked away from it. And then when I came back cuz she got in the car while I was going to leave, he was sitting there with it in his hand out just holding it and waving it around. >> Okay. >> So, >> he didn't like shove it in anybody's face. No. Okay. All right. >> All right. >> But still, >> I I understand. I'm just explaining from what from our what we So, all right. Do you mind just talking to them, getting a couple names for me? I'm going to go there. One of the officers immediately went over to McDonald's to question the employee involved in order to find out what had really happened. >> Oh my. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> How are you? >> I saw you pull up on the camera. I said, "Well, there's a cop parked behind my car outside." So, we're going to go outside. >> What happened over here? >> So, >> is this locked? >> It is locked, actually. I can still get >> Oh, wait. Okay. So, there was probably seven or eight cars out here. Okay. >> The parking lot was full. Sorry if I had really bad anxiety already, but there was a car parked there where she's parked here, right next to this manager's car. >> Yep. >> Over there next to Kate's car on the right side of my car and one on the left side of my car. And there were two parked right here. >> Okay. >> And there was like three or four people outside of these two cars. like five or six people out of the cars that was Nobody was in the car that was to the left of my >> Yeah, I saw a picture that they just showed. >> But um yeah, there was a lot of people. I don't even know how many. But I came outside and I said, "What's going on?" And nobody was answering these. So I started walking over here. >> Yeah. >> Cuz they were doing donuts around my car. And I walked over here and I said, "What are we doing? Like does anybody know what's going on?" And then uh two kids that were parked over there said she'll hit you with her car. She she doesn't give a >> So I kept walking over here because >> So I'll just get to the they they all there's like three or four that claiming that you went into the car and pulled out a gun. >> So I don't have a gun. >> Is it a pellet gun? >> I have these in my pocket that I was holding and I said I'll get a gun out of my center console >> after they said that she was going to hit me with her car. >> Okay. So, they're being pretty specific about anything. So, >> my car key. >> All right. You mind if we just take a look so I can say that there's no gun in there? >> And what was there a few There was like two other employees out here, too. >> There was. Yeah, they were watching. >> Here's your tape. >> Thank you. Mind if I just take a peek and just >> Yeah, for sure. >> All right. Thanks. Oh. >> So, I don't want to I don't want to tell you I'm a liar. So, I don't have a you know, >> this is what you probably pulled. >> I didn't have it out. No. >> Well, I got three three different people saying >> Well, we have cameras. That's fine. I also recorded the entire interaction. >> Okay. >> Yeah. If you don't mind, is um your manager out here? >> Is your manager here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's not a joke. That's dangerous. >> I'm going to hold on to this for sure. >> All right. >> I wouldn't think. >> Is this registered to you? >> My car. >> What's your name? >> Kyrie. >> I'm tossing. >> You were in the back seat and you didn't say you along with it just like the rest of them. >> You're fine. That's just not smart. If you were to hit somebody's car, you would all be like, that's a long note. I don't need a cond. >> That's not a joke. That's dangerous. >> I don't know why the >> y'all over there watching. >> This is just all on your Snap. This is like on your story. >> Oh, no. I wouldn't post that on my story at 10:10 p.m. >> Okay. >> So, 30 minutes ago. >> Like, that's a lawsuit. >> Oh, sorry. What' I do? >> You went to a different >> Okay. It's the same video, but I just say this twice. >> Is there a way I can buffer through it? >> Seven cars. That's >> So, what was the call about specifically? >> McDonald's employee medicine with a gun. >> Oh, okay. >> So, >> I apologize. >> Well, so here, I'm not trying to Listen, it is what it is at this point. >> No, it is. >> It looks like you're putting it in your pocket here with the shadow. >> Yeah, it was never out in front of anybody, >> right? But enough where they saw it. >> I don't think it would be visible, especially if it were in this pocket. >> Yeah. >> In a matter of minutes, Terry's account had changed several times. She initially claimed that her firearm never left her vehicle. Later, she admitted that it had been in her pocket, though she insisted it remained concealed and was never visible to anyone. >> Oh, that's exactly >> This stuff is visible. This right here is visible, >> right? They they So, this is just the story. They told me that you literally pulled it out from kind of thing and shoved it in there and then walked around. Then when you were over here, then you pulled it out again. I just not point over here. >> Well, when you were with the other employees and stuff. So, >> no, I didn't pull out anybody over here. >> Are you the manager? >> Does anybody else have a video? >> Um, I haven't. I got the other um So, they obviously with something like this, they send the whole Calvary, so they're all over there. So, I'm just trying to figure out what >> Hello. >> Hello. >> How are you? then better. >> Fair enough. >> So, um I'm just going to throw it out there. Dumb decision. Don't do that. >> Yeah. >> Very dumb. >> Okay. >> Understand what he said. >> Uh we out here for all that? >> No, I came out as the yelling was happening and then I everybody got going. >> Does he know? >> Yeah, I meant for him. >> Yeah, he got he called >> about what you did. >> No. Okay. He got a call from one of their parents in that I was I threatened them with a gun. >> So, doesn't take much to somebody still and obviously if so you're in >> Yeah, for sure. >> So, that's what we're looking at right now. Okay. Um, do you have cameras that are over in this area? >> Uh, no. Not that replay. All of ours are inside only. We don't have any on the parking lot. >> Okay. >> All I have is >> Yeah, I just saw that and that kind of shows the same shadow her putting in which matched up to their Ryan. So, it was in So, obviously, um, >> so what exactly would be counter this menacing? >> Pretty much. So, if me and you were in argument, I have I flip open a knife and I got a knife out. >> Well, that's not what happened. >> As the evidence continued to undermine her account, Terry seemed to realize that the situation was slipping out of her control. Yet, she remained committed to a story that officers were finding increasingly difficult to believe. You went and got a gun or something that looked like a Hold on. Something that looks >> if you pulled this out on me. >> That's not what happened. >> I'm just saying if you went like this. >> Can I demonstrate to you? Exactly. >> If you went out like this and said like that and walked around, I'm ex but I'm explaining. >> I understand your example. >> So, it's the same idea. You're pulling out for them to see it. >> Correct. >> I didn't want them to see it. >> But you did. >> Well, I was walking across the parking lot. There's like 30 people outside. I'm out here alone. I'm walking across the parking lot to my car. He said, "She's going to hit you with her car. She doesn't give a I opened my car door, went like this, and I walked over and I said, "You need I immediately started recording." >> I'm not going to sit here and keep arguing with you. Are you okay? The The fact is you went and grabbed something that looks like a gun, shoved it in your pants so that all these kids can see it to get them out of here. It's It's a very simple thing. I just heard you cursing at him and screaming at him. >> I'm not arguing. >> But you are. And you you just lied to me about even pulling it out. You're trying to tell me that you had vapes in your pocket. >> I did. I did because when I asked you about this, you said you saw why you argue with me. >> You're in the wrong. >> Okay. Well, >> turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Actually, can I have my >> I'm taking it for evidence. >> Hey, Siri, call my mom on speaker. Is there >> I'm sorry. Someone else is going to have to finish what I'm doing. I do have my idea. Well, I was trying to talk to you, but you want to scream at me and you want to keep >> my car and lock. >> Can you stop talking for one second? >> Also, >> I'm not trying to backpedal and explain my out of being in handcuffs, but I'm I wasn't trying to argue with you about what was happening. I was trying to explain what was happening from my standpoint. I wasn't >> I get your standpoint. I do. Okay. The problem is I'm trying to explain it from obviously a criminal aspect of it. >> Mhm. >> I you know, it is what it is. it whatever light you're trying to paint it in. And I I'm not trying to say you're backpedaling, but it doesn't it still doesn't paint a good light. >> Mhm. >> And like I said, the actions that you did were stupid. >> That's fair. >> Okay. >> I do understand that. That's why I don't actually own an actual firearm. I also wouldn't fire a beating gun at somebody. Oh, here and here's the thing. In New York, >> even pulling out something that looks like a firearm, an imitation pistol, with the intent to intimidate somebody, >> you know that >> Well, it wasn't even with the intent to intimidate somebody. I was intimidated. I was I'm shaking right now. I didn't know what to do. There was 30 people standing around outside and I said, "Can you please leave?" And they said, yelling to me that they're going to leave with their car. >> So, that's fine. But here's my problem with that. You came out and you know, you left a secured building to come out to approach them. Then you continue to approach them. >> The door was already shut. I was going That's why I came outside to begin with. >> You're videotaping it. You're being hostile towards them as well. I know they're I I understand their kids and they're running their mouth, too. I get that. Okay. I'm not being I see I trust me, I see both sides of every story. When they're telling me the story, I'm like, there's more to it than them being innocent sitting here and you guys coming out to scream at them. So obviously the one girl started admitting that they were driving like morons doing circles in the parking lot around all the cars and stuff and then everything escalated. Okay. I I I got the quick gist of it and I'm like, "All right, let me just come over here and make sure this a isn't a real gun and two, maybe management didn't know what was going on, >> that kind of thing and figure out what the hell is going on or if this is all made up." So obviously there's truth here. Okay. Mhm. >> So, just sit tight for a second. I'm going to talk. What's your manager's name? I just I I hate arguing. I hate people trying to talk over me while I'm trying to explain. >> Okay. >> I get that. I'm the same way. >> So, I I can talk. >> And I'm really anxious, so I like try to rationalize like they're speaking to me. I need to wait my turn. And >> you know, >> but I got a thought. I'm going to get out now. >> I get it. >> With Terry now in cuffs, he could only hope for a miracle at this point as officers decided to speak to the mothers of the kids that he had menaced. So, so right now you're not under arrest at this point. Okay. >> Okay. >> Um I have to go back over and talk to these people cuz they're figure out if they're going to go that route of pursuing charges. >> Okay. >> Okay. And that's what we're looking at. um that video on your phone. If you don't want your phone gone for a week for us to pull that video, do you think you just email it to me and then that way it kind of shows how these kids are, how many there were, and kind of give a little bit of your side of it. >> All right. >> Well, regardless, the video doesn't necessarily corroborate the story because nobody was really talking at the end of the video. >> They were all just like, "Okay, let's leave." You know, >> I don't necessarily know what Like I absolutely can email you the video. What that would do. >> I So we have to do our due diligence and try and get every piece. >> So they want you arrested. >> Okay. >> So um have you ever been arrested before for anything? >> No. >> So if everything >> I just have a couple questions before. >> Yep. >> So like what happened? Like >> So you have >> So I understand that like men like menacing with a gun is a very serious crime. >> Yep. So, >> so, so this one's going to be menacing. It's So, there's one that's going to be called a CPW. So, promote possession of a weapon. All right. So, it's by using um it's it's in New York State, they call it an imitation pistol. Pretty much anything that looks like >> it could be a real gun and menacing somebody with it. Okay? or you know instilling fear on somebody with the intent that that that person could get hurt or obviously if somebody decides to do something because of the perception. Okay. Um the other one would be menacing and I got to make sure that one if it's means an actual weapon or if it means other things that New York State defines is that that's the only thing I got double check cuz I don't know every law off the top of my head. >> Okay. Um as long as your criminal history is good and you've been decent with me, I'll try and be decent with you. Terry was eventually charged with fourthderee criminal possession of a weapon and secondderee menacing. Just when you thought nothing could be more wild than trying to justify brandishing a fake firearm, here comes Suzanne, a McDonald's manager who believed that she had every justification to discharge a firearm at her customers >> directly at us. >> Let me let me ask her first and foremost. Do you have a firearm? >> Yes, I do. >> Where is it at? >> It's in my bag. >> Okay. Firearm? >> Yes, I did. Cuz it was five of them and one of me. So she was like, "No." And then she threw a drink on me. Okay. >> On June the 14th, 2024, officers responded to a call from two visibly shaken women who claimed that they had narrowly avoided a potentially life-threatening encounter. According to them, what was supposed to be a quick stop at McDonald's for a meal quickly turned into a frightening encounter when an employee decided to pull a firearm on them. Yeah, she got aggravated about food and she threw No, let me tell she threw DRINKS AT MY CAR. >> SHE THREW DRINKS at the car because directly at us. >> Oh god. >> What they said? >> Said they fire two at him. with the black body right here. Hold on. >> What happened with them? >> You can come in and talk to me first. >> Were you involved in this? >> Yes. First. >> All right. Let me let me let me ask something. First and foremost, do you have a firearm? >> Yes, I do. >> Where is it at? >> It's in my bag. >> Okay. Firearm? >> Yes, I did. Cuz it was five of them and one of me. >> They started getting out their car. I just in the air like I didn't I was sitting right standing right here. They was all the way over there. They start call >> I'm going to hold on to this. Okay. Stay right here. Stay right here. >> Um >> Hey man, I'm not taking no. >> They they started talking. I was like um I guess they order got messed up. They they thought they ordered something but they didn't. I thought >> this was in the drivethru. >> Drive-thru. In the drive-thru. I'm a manager here. Okay. >> At the end of the day, it's my job to get these orders out. So, I was like, "Okay." Cuz they already in the drivethru for 15 minutes. I'm like, "Okay, I could give you one sandwich, but you I have you have to pay for the other one." >> Okay. >> And he she was like, "Oh, I want another McDouble." I was like, "Okay, you got to pay for that one, too." And I told them they told him. Then she was like, "Oh, I'm not going to pay for nothing." And she started yapping at the mouth. >> So, I was like, "I don't I just closed him with I said I said, "I don't get paid enough for this." I don't know if they heard me, but that's when they started getting rowdy like, "Okay." And then I guess I had Rachel with my uh coworker right here. I like can you please get under that food? Like I was trying to get away from the situation >> with the gun. Was it still on you or did you have to get it from her back? >> No. And my bag was right next to you. >> Your bag was next to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, >> sorry. I know I shouldn't have. >> Where did you from? Just so I can >> I was Yeah, I was standing right here in the front. >> In the front? >> Yeah, I was standing right here. >> All right. Thank you. >> So, and then she pulled off. They still talking. So I'm like, "Okay, what's the problem?" Like, "What's the problem? Y'all still I gave y'all y'all sandwich. That's it." >> Okay. >> So she was like, "No." And then she threw a drink on me. >> Okay. >> They pulled around. >> I c I came out like And then they pulled up here. It was three of them got out the car >> and you were outside by that. >> Yeah. Cuz I was trying to see if they was leaving. >> Okay. >> So >> she came back. They left and they came back. So when I when they came back, they all three of them had got out the car cuz they had left. They pulled like around the I guess in these apartments right here that they came back. Three of them got um three of them got out the car. I said, "Oh no, I'm not going to I'm not I don't Uhuh. No, we're not doing that." >> Yeah. >> So I did have my gun. My gun is always in my bag >> because the area that is the same. Yeah. Yeah. >> So that that's way how it happened. Like >> Okay. Now, soon at any time, you said there was like three of them. I think there was like three of them. >> Yeah, it was three girls out of the car. One had a pink bunny. >> How close were they to you? Like, were they out were they just in their car talking? >> No, they started getting out the car. They They was out the car standing like how you standing. They was walking towards this McDonald. They was walking towards in the best of your ability. We're not going to walk on it, but um Excuse me. You're fine. So, just just stand right here. You're fine. I walked right here by my car and they was right there. >> You see where that little the post thing right there? Okay. So, were you behind it or in front of it? Kind of where in general >> behind this post right here. I was behind it a little bit. >> Okay. So, where were they standing? >> Right here where this police but they walked up here like in this area where the welcome >> curve right there. Yeah. Yeah. That's kind of where they were. >> Yeah. That's why they started walking and they was parked right there where that police y'all truck at. >> Okay. Now, how many rounds did you >> like warning? Can you kind of demonstrate um how you did it? Was it just kind of just up in the air or was it just like >> It was really like just in the bushes like tight. >> What do you mean in the >> like over here in this area? >> All right. >> Who Who's on the vehicle? >> All of us. >> Okay. Okay. >> Who's the driver? >> Who's the driver? I didn't. >> It's my part. >> It's my part. >> Something in the way Susan talked about firing at her customers put the officers on edge. They weren't there to argue right or wrong. They needed the truth. Every detail of it before anything else could happen. >> Who Who's in the vehicle? >> All of us. >> Okay. >> Who's the driver? >> Who's the driver? >> It's my car. >> All right. Can I get your ID? All right. So, whenever I ask you what happened, can you just try it calmly explain to me what happened? Okay. >> We literally just came up here for some food. Honestly, some food. >> She got aggravated. I guess she got aggravated about the order. >> Okay. >> Cuz it was two orders. She got aggravated about two orders. And you know, once you get aggravated with two orders, >> were you y'all in the drive-thru? >> Yes, we were in the drivethru. >> Okay. >> She got upset. Is this your current address? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> She got upset about some food >> or whatever and >> she got the order wrong. They went to telling her that she had the order wrong. She got upset. She was like, "Oh, this child don't pay me too much for all of this and flam the window or whatever the case may be." So then they I like they told her they was like, "Well, if you don't like your like you don't like your job, then don't be there." >> They told her that. >> Yeah, they told her. Yes. >> And while you were driving in the drive-thru, right? >> Yeah. We was just literally parked cuz we were waiting on our food. >> And they told her, "If you don't like your job, then don't be there." She got out, she got really upset with that. Came back, gave the food, threw the phone, threw the food or whatever out the damn window to us, took a drink, and threw it inside the car. I don't hear. >> So, so, so she said your friends told her, "If you don't like your job, don't be here. Don't work here." >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then what happened after that? She brought the food and then she took the drink and threw it inside the car. So then they took their drink and threw it back out. Got out the car and threw it right back. >> Brought the food and threw the food at the car. >> No, they threw the drink cuz she threw a drink. So then they threw their drink. >> No. Okay. I understand. What I'm asking is the the worker threw the >> Okay. >> at threw it at the car like to John. She didn't give it to her. She threw it at >> Oh yeah, she threw that back. >> And then that's when your friends threw it back. >> Yeah, they got the car and they threw that back. Then I seen when she threw it right back at my car. So then I got out the car and threw my drink up on her. >> I open the door and threw my drink. So then she decided to bring her ET looking ass outside and want to get her gun and then went the and my car. >> Okay. >> So I don't know money or whatever the case may be. >> Right. So every in >> come over here. >> This is a lot of it's hard to understand. I got to get this for for a nice police report. Okay. So she she was bringing the cruise to your car. She threw it at your car. Then your friends got back out the car. Threw it back out there and she threw the drink. >> Yeah. They threw the drink. Yeah. >> It was like a fighting match with >> get basically cuz she got >> Okay. >> It wasn't that deep for her to pull out no more car especially not my car. And I just told her dumb this not their car. This is my car. After she threw the food back the second time. What did that's when you hopped out? >> Yeah, I hopped out and I I open the window and I threw my drink on her ass cuz don't throw no drink on my goddamn car. Hell, take them up take that up in the streets. >> So then we got right here came outside with her little prune or she went to her car. >> So when you got out through drink on it, that's when she went to go grab her gun. >> I guess so. Cuz we pulled off going to head home. >> So you pulled off after? pulled off, wanted to go head home. Suzanne decided to go get her gun and come outside and shoot my car, fired two. >> So after you pulled out, that's when she came out the front right here. >> Yeah. Came out the damn front, went to talk her gun. I had to stop, got out my car, and I was ready to fight. >> Okay. >> And I'm about to call my dad cuz the insurance daddy name. I'm not playing like that. Like >> it should be on the camera. >> It should be on the camera. They they need to >> So So you guys pulled off. Where about where were you at when when she >> We literally We was literally right here. They came She came outside the car. >> Okay. She >> Oh, because she can't control her anger. >> Did you hear the bullets hit the car? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I literally seen her car, but I'm thinking she in the air just at my car like she goddamn goddamn Wonder Man or whatever the case may be. With new evidence in hand, the officers knew that they were about to put Suzanne's story to the ultimate test. The facts that they had uncovered painted a very different picture from the one that she had been trying to sell. And if they were correct, her entire account was about to come crashing down. >> We could go back in the back like in the manager office. I think these people >> when I play your >> We'll just do it here. It's not a big deal. So, um, because of what happened earlier, um, same thing what I told him. I just have to read this. It doesn't mean that you're in the restaurant or anything like that. Okay. >> So, when they got to my window, I'm up here by myself. I'm making drinks. I'm doing this. I know. I'm backing down. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, >> I'm sorry. I didn't mean to cut you off. >> The lobby, is it was it closed when you guys were doing the drive-thru or? >> Yeah, drive-thru only. Loby's closed. >> Yeah. >> Now, one lobby's closed. Does that mean the doors are locked? >> Yes. >> Watch. Okay. >> So, when um they came to my window, she she was up here cuz she was trying to help me clear it out. So, I gave them their food first. I went to the kitchen. I went to go help him in the kitchen. I went to the kitchen. I went to go clear out some orders. She came up here to help me up here. I gave them their food. Gave them their drinks. I closed the window. She She I guess they were still sitting there when I went back to make the drink or back. I think I was making a back in the door. That's what I don't know. >> Yeah, that's okay. >> So, she they were still at the window and um she went to the window, I guess, and they like their fries cold. >> Okay. >> So, she took the fries back and she gave me some I gave I think you had gave me some fresh new fries. >> Mhm. >> So, boom. She was like, "Okay, I'm missing a sandwich." I was like, "Okay, what sandwich you missing?" And she was like, "No." She said, "No." She said, "Oh, they missing the order." I said, "What order they missing?" Cuz I gave them two bags. They had two separate orders. I gave them two bags. Everything was in the bag. She was like, "Oh, they said they missing an order." I can say, "Okay." Boom. So, I go to the window as a manager. I go to the window. I said, "Okay, so what sandwich you missing?" Cuz I know what I put in the bag. And she was like, "Oh, I'm missing a McDouble." And I said, "Okay, what was the McDouble?" Cuz I was going to give it to them. I was going to give it to them. And she like, "Oh, no onion, no pickle." I said, "Oh, um, I called back. I said, "Hey, Darren, can you make a McDouble? No onion, no pickle." The girl in the back seat, she's like, "Oh, and I wanted double with cheese." I said, "Well, you'll have to pay for that." And she was like, "Oh, I'm not paying for nothing." She was like, "I'm not paying for nothing that I didn't um" She like that I already paid for. >> So, um that's when I was like, "Okay, I'll give you one sandwich, but I have to charge you for next." She's like, "Okay, boom." So, I guess he was like the dude in the back, he started getting like he was like, "Oh, he's like all this over sandwich." I'm like, "Well, I'm like it's that's our stuff policy." like >> and he was like, "Oh, y'all doing motion?" And he started talking like, "Oh, you started selling out." And so I'm like, "Okay." Boom. I closed in with I said, "Rachel, can you deal with them?" Cuz she's a manager, too. She's a manager and trainer. I like, "Can you deal with them?" Because I don't get paid enough. I guess they heard me say that, which I didn't know they heard me say it cuz I was closing the window. >> So that's when they started getting rowdy, rowdy, rowdy. I'm like, "Okay, what you deal with that?" Like, so I stepped away from the window and she was like, "I don't want to deal with them." >> So I go back to the window. I said, "Okay, I can give you I I'm still explaining. I give you one sandwich, but I can't give you the other one." >> Okay. >> And I She was like, "Oh, you acting like you aggravated." I was like, "No, it's just y'all been in my drive for a while. Why have other customers behind y'all?" >> She was like, "Oh, well, they show." Okay. Boom. They drive up to the third window. The girl I think she had a pink third window is >> it's kind of a little bit. Okay. So they drive up to the third window. >> The girl with pink bunny and orange shorts. I think that's what she had when I I know she had a pink bunny on. >> She got out the window. When she got out the car, she threw a slushie through the window cuz my window was open cuz door I was going to hand out a Door Dash order. >> Okay. She got out the car and threw the slushie on me and got all the orders with. So I'm like, "Okay, boom." I calm down. I said, "Where my purse at?" Cuz I already knew they was cuz they came around. They parked right there. That's that's when they started getting out the park. >> Where? Can you show me where >> they was? Right there. Where the truck at? Where the >> just I'm just right here where the police You see where he's leaving that truck leaving right there. Okay. And then that's when they started getting where they standing now. Okay. >> Suzanne continued talking convinced that she could talk her way out of the situation. >> Okay. So I go out peep around they started arguing with the boy in the kitchen >> from from there from >> Yeah. From from there they were standing right there. So they started arguing with him and him like oh I ain't worried cuz I got people like I got family. >> Do you remember what they were saying? >> No I I didn't I didn't even hear them cuz I wasn't by this door. >> Got you. Okay. >> So they left then they came back. >> Okay. >> I don't know what they did within that time frame. >> How long did they leave? >> Like 2 seconds. They I think they went to these apartments, came right back. >> Yeah, cuz that they left twice and they came back. Okay. So, I come to the window. I'm like, "What's going on?" Like, cuz we got orders to get out. He over here argue with them at the window. I'm like, "Come on. We got orders to get out." That's when they started getting right again with me. >> So, I was like, "Okay, cool." They started getting out the car again. So, I stood right there. I lost two war. >> Just to let them know like >> and did you see if they were leaving whenever you they whenever you if you don't mind just explain. >> No, they were still parked. >> They were still parked in at that spot where you told me they were >> still parked in that that area. I don't know where is that but they was parked in that area. >> And then from where you were standing >> after I let the warning off that's when they left. >> That's when they left. Okay. And it was just two correct. >> Yeah. And then when they came back they sat right there and I guess they was waiting for y'all. >> Okay. Was there three? I think it was two or three. I don't know who got out it was but and then the dude got out the car too. She say I don't I don't I didn't see cuz I wasn't by the door at first. So I don't know who got out the car but I seen it was the girl with the >> girl in the front seat. She got out first and then the girl in the driver's seat she got out and then the dude that's that was behind the driver seat. He got out. >> Yeah. See it was three of them. So I'm right. >> Okay. Um, can you [music] tell me >> maybe just in a little bit more detail, maybe specific on where you were standing? Would it have been like near the windows of the business or like >> Yeah, it was it was near these windows. >> There's like a um kind of like a handicap sign there. >> It was like close to that sign. >> So, okay. Cuz there was a sign bushes >> and then the uh like the red >> what you call that? Like curve the I guess you could say the red curb. Yeah. I was standing I think this time I was standing a little like like right there. Yeah. Cuz I remember I was standing by my car cuz I was going to leave. >> Okay. >> But I seen that they was they they didn't leave. >> Okay. >> That's when they got in the car. I was going to get in my car and leave. My car is parked right here. >> Okay. >> So I was going to get my car leave. They um first and then let me go back. Let me go back. >> After she threw the drink, I closed the window. They was shaking the window. They was beating on the window. They like, "Oh, you need to come outside. need to come outside. I didn't go outside cuz I already know what y'all trying to do. Like >> so they can't they they stop right there. I I'm watching to see what like what they going to do. Like what is y'all going to leave? They stopped right there where that police car then they went over there. >> Went to that spot we were talking about. Okay. Okay. >> For a moment, Suzanne appeared to believe that the hardest part was out behind her after portraying herself as someone who had repeatedly tried to deescalate the situation. It was safe for her to assume that the officers understood her perspective and were now ready to move on. Yeah. >> So, whenever they were pulling off and you said the other worker saw them stopping right here. >> Mhm. >> How come you came out of the store? >> I was pulling him back in cuz that's when he was arguing. >> You were pulling back. >> I said, "Come on, Darius. Let's let's go." Like cuz he he our grill person. >> So then what happened after you pulled him back in and you came back out? >> He still he still was arguing. That's when they pulled over there, I guess. Cuz I had stepped back in. Like I don't know what happened between from the time they was right here and right here. But I know he was still both of them, her and him was still at that window at the door. >> Just so you know, like the lobby was closed. So just us >> and the doors were locked, correct? >> Yeah. >> How come you didn't stay in? >> I had pulled I stopped and pulled him in. That's how that's when they started getting out the car right there. >> And why didn't you go back in when you watched them go back in? >> Because they started approaching you. Cuz I was going to get ready to go. I my car is right here. I was going to get ready to go. I realized I didn't have my key. That's what made me even go back outside. They came back. >> So you pulled your friend in the other car. >> Yeah. Yeah. But he did not come in. >> Okay. >> Yeah. He didn't come in >> and then that's when they started approaching. >> Yeah. That's when they they parked right there and then they started getting out the car. My car is right here. >> And you didn't want to go back inside? >> No, cuz I was want to go home. >> Okay. >> Walk me through how you came to have the gun in your hand >> cuz it's I keep my gun literally right here. My bag is in my bag all the time. >> So, >> I grabbed my bag cuz I'm going to go. >> Okay. >> So, I'm like, "Dar, come on. Get back in here." Like, >> I was saying I I was going to stay, but I was like, "No, I'm not going to stay cuz it was already a heated situation." >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, I was going to He He's still arguing with them. I'm going to go cuz I don't I came in here. I realized I didn't have my That's when they got out the car. They were standing right here. Him and Rachel. >> So when you realized you didn't have your key, you went back inside then came back out. >> Yes. >> And you >> I got my Yeah, I had got my key. They were still out there. >> And you got your key. Did you grab your gun while you had your key, too? >> I already have my gun cuz it was in my bag. My key wasn't in my bag. >> What I'm asking is how come you didn't stay inside if you saw them coming? >> Because I was going to go home. >> Okay. Where was the key at? >> It was sitting right there by like where we keep our uh pie our apple pies and stuff. Do you normally keep it there or in your bag? >> No, I I guess I took it out when I had took my charger out cuz uh Rick had asked me to um get my charger and it was hanging up with my charger. So, I just sat it down cuz my bag was like it was like I have to show you. >> Okay. So, then after that, you guys walked out this way? >> Yes. Walked out this way. >> They was still right there. That's when she was like, "Oh, you need to put the gun down and come fight me." It was the girl with the pink one like I got on. I think that's what she got on. I'm just like >> I'm trying to get at like why you came back out if you knew there was a disturbance out here. >> Cuz I was going to go home. I just told my boyfriend that I'm going to come home. >> Why didn't you stay inside until they left? >> Cuz they wasn't leaving. They was already here in the drivethru 30 minutes. They was right there for another 10 then right there for another 20. They was no sign of leaving >> to call us to get them out of here. >> No. No. Nobody thought to call you. >> Okay. So then they approached you which made you Yeah, they was standing right here. Like they had got their car standing right here. I'm trying to get in my car right here. >> They were just standing. >> No, they was walking like towards They got that far though. Like >> Okay. Like where my car is right there? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And my car is right here. So I'm standing like in this area. >> Okay. >> All right. And then walk me through like your actions right there. >> I just let my Okay. And then what do they do after that? That's when they left. >> Okay. >> They came they went to these apartments and then they came back. >> And then what did you do after that? >> I went back inside. >> Okay. >> That's when I went back inside after I let go cuz I was just going to help her stay. Cuz she like can you help me stay and clear out? And I thought, "Okay, yeah, I'll help you stay and clear out." I didn't even know they called the police cuz I was going to help her clear this her out cuz her screens were full and I was going to go home. >> Okay. So you were about to go home and then after you you decided to stay again. >> Yeah. Because that's when they left. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. So that that's that's what made him leave. That's why I just said the war. They left after I shut the I didn't know they was coming back though. >> As Suzanne continued recounting the incident, they noticed several details that didn't quite line up with the evidence that they had already gathered. But rather than challenge her immediately, the officers chose to see where her story would lead. >> So you wanted to go home because you wanted to avoid them or you just telling your boyfriend that you were coming home? >> I was just going to come home cuz I was just I had enough. Like I was >> of them. >> You went back and the whole thing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You see that? >> Put your hands behind your back. Just like that. Like you're praying. So right now you're going to get yourself a question. >> So um she discharged her firearm at the I was at the individuals there as they were leaving. Um she did admit to it. So what she told >> it's aggravated assault with a gun. >> So >> aggravated assault with a dead. >> Yep. So >> she going to fight it. She going to get off on her because they came back to the drive-thru on foot and threw the drink in her face. >> So I just kind of want you guys to maybe just to understand is I >> She shouldn't be the only one going to jail. >> Correct. And you're absolutely right because they were the first person to basically antagonize the entire thing. But my thing is obviously firearm is not good. >> That's not enough. She should have just took off. >> The one of the bullets did strike the vehicle and obviously >> you know they ain't taking nobody to jail but Red. >> So at this moment and that's what we got so far. Um obviously we are still going to continue to do our investigations. We are going to um obviously we have all of their information. So if that's the case then we will put charges on them too. >> And y'all said y'all have the shows take care of me. >> She has it. Yeah. >> Y'all going to submit proper evidence? >> Yeah we do. Yeah. >> Yep. We'll do that. Knock it out. You have the casing right there. >> Where's that right here? Okay. >> We'll submit those. >> Do you want your family members to have your cap, too, >> or do you want to keep >> They going to take it off as soon as we get down there. >> Okay. All right. >> All right, man. Grab a seat. You >> good? You want the window down? >> In the end, Suzanne was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon with the intent to take a life. Unlike Suzanne, who missed her when she fired at her customers, this McDonald's employee landed her when she snatched her 17-year-old customer by the neck for no clear reason. And then this employee approached you and did what? >> Attacked me and she grabbed my throat and put me on the ground and she knocked down. >> On April the 14th, 2025, police were dispatched to a McDonald's after receiving [music] reports of a battery incident. When they arrived, they started talking to a young woman who quickly painted a troubling picture of an experience that no customer would ever expect to have while simply trying to order a meal. >> I I was outside. >> I took a picture. I took a I took a picture of it. Maybe a little redness. >> Yeah. So, I was in there. I was I asked for ranch four times and everybody was ignoring me. So, I went behind the counter and I grabbed it. It's nowhere near the register. I was back out in the lobby and the one of the workers grabbed my arm and like was trying to grab me and I pulled away from her and I turned around and I was facing her and then she grabbed me by the throat and put me on the ground. >> Okay. >> So, you were at like the front counter. You had asked for ranch. Nobody's paying attention. How did you get behind the counter? I So the you you've been in this one, but >> I have, but just >> so there's like an >> I think there's a door you have to go in to get back there or not. >> I saw the ranch. I was in eyesight with the ranch and it was like four steps behind the counter and I had I want I just got an hour. I >> So you grabbed the ranch and then you came right back out? >> Yes. I didn't do anything else. >> Okay. And then this employee approached you and did what? >> Attacked me. She grabbed my arms like to try and keep me from walking away. I pulled away from her and then we turned face to face because she was behind me and she grabbed my throat and put me on the ground and she got me. >> She held you on the ground on the ground. >> Was she choking you? >> Okay. Were Could you breathe? >> No. >> For how long do you think that happened? >> Probably about 10 seconds >> and then and then she let you go and >> she I don't even remember what happened like after that I was there was like I like I was starting like like my vision was going white. Um, other did she grab you on your arm? >> Like like No, but I landed on my elbow and I was trying to get away from >> Okay. Do you need an ambulance? >> Honestly, no. I don't need paramedics. >> Okay. Is your >> pressure? How old are you? >> I'm 17. >> Where is your mom at? >> Which is who I'm staying with on >> and I called her and told her everything, but she there's like just absolutely no way that she can make it here right now. >> Okay. And then are these two with you? >> Yes. And they actually Travis was in the car. Kyle watched everything happen. >> Okay. So when she actually physically attacked you, you were already back. >> I was in the lobby. >> In the lobby. >> I was in the lobby. Everything. >> Was there any other customers around that saw that? >> All customers. Um this happened about 15 minutes yesterday. So everybody that was probably in the lobby is no longer in there. But all of the workers were in there. And then one of the workers looks at me and she goes, "He didn't put your she didn't put her hands on you. Stop lying." when he literally watched the whole thing happen. And there's a video from his page. >> Okay. What does the lady look like? >> She's fat. She's fat. I don't care. >> How old? >> Probably about 30, maybe 35. >> Okay. >> Just across the parking lot, another deputy was interrogating the victim's brother, who revealed some shocking details his sister seemed to have [music] left out. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Were you inside when this happened? >> Yeah. >> What did you see? >> I just We were waiting at the counter. She asked people for ranch working behind the counter. >> Yeah. >> And they just kept ignoring her and walking by. So she just set her food down, went back there, grabbed like two things ranch. And then as she was walking back, that lady just said, "Hey, you can't do that." And just grabbed her. And she said, "Hey, don't touch me." And then they just started fighting. >> So was she already back out from getting the ranch? Like back in the lobby when this happened? She was on her way out. >> Almost out in the middle. >> And the lady grabbed her arm. >> Yeah. >> And then when you say they started fighting like >> she just pulled her to the floor >> and then they were just >> So fighting her though or was >> Well, I mean she was trying to get her off of her. >> Yeah. But the lady grabbed on. Did you see her choke her at all? >> Yeah. She was holding her on the ground like that and pulling her. >> Okay. So, she goes behind to get the ranch, she grabs it. As she's walking out, the lady grabs her arm, >> pulls her to the ground, and chokes her on the ground. >> Yeah. Okay. And what's your last name? Re >> Okay. >> All right. >> After hearing from the young woman and her brothers, the deputies couldn't help but question whether age had played a role in the confrontation. The story they had been told painted a troubling picture. But there are always two sides to every story. >> Okay. Um, so since like I said, the allegations that she's making are criminal. Um, so I have to get a statement from you. So I'm going to read your rights. It doesn't mean you're under arrest or anything like that. It just means I want you to understand your rights before you answer any questions. Okay. Okay. Can I talk to you outside just real quick? Is this your family over here? Yeah. Is that where is that your ride home? >> Yes. Okay. Okay. So, you are under arrest. Okay. So, just place your hands behind your back. >> We'll we'll take care of it all behind your back. >> Why? >> Hey, I need you to stay back, please. >> I already made it. >> Who the is she? >> I don't know. Girl, >> she right there. Weirdest weirdest weirdest put your palms together went back there and hit her. >> Okay. Can I call my mama real quick? So, >> they said that they were trying to set me up because I was leaving. On May the 13th, 2023, what should have been an ordinary shift in a McDonald's allegedly took a shocking [music] turn when an employee got frustrated by the constant stream of customers. With his shift nearly over, he decided to set a dumpster on fire to create enough panic to clear the restaurant and end the rush once and for all. By midnight, the flames had climbed high enough to send neighbors scrambling for their phones, dialing 911 in a panic. Firefighters raced to the scene, battling the blaze just in time, stopping it before it could swallow the restaurant and the buildings beside it. The next day, officers arrived to investigate and interview the restaurant staff. They soon realized that they had a major problem. None of the available surveillance footage captured how the fire started or conclusively identified who was responsible. Just when the investigation appeared to be at a standstill, officers were handed a cell phone video recorded by a [music] curious customer who only filmed the employee starting a fire at the dumpster. Unaware that his recording would become the key piece of evidence to unravel a criminal investigation. >> The name of the person. >> Yeah, they want to the police here. Correct. >> Yes. >> After documenting the damage to the dumpster, the officers returned to the station expecting to arrest the suspect the next time he reported for work. After nearly 3 weeks without a sign of him, investigators began to suspect that he may have realized the police were looking for him. Rather than wait any longer, they launched a more focused effort to track him down. >> How's it going, sir? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. I'm doing this van PD. You're awesome. >> Spread your legs for me. >> What? >> So, that's what we're going to work through right now. That's why again, it's not worth fighting for cuz we don't make the decision on the war. Go ahead and step in there for me. Okay. >> I swear to God. >> I swear to God. >> Sit in the car. >> Calm down. It's okay. Let him talk. Go ahead. You guys shut the door. >> Put your foot in there. >> Just let him. >> After placing the suspect at the back of the police cruiser, they decided to talk to him.
