Like why is Spirit being also not flexible in like she's got an app and the app says, "Hey, my seat's in, you know, row 13 and Spirit is saying, "Hey, your seat's in 37." Why doesn't Spirit just put someone else in 37? Like, why does it have to be this lady? Obviously, she's throwing a fit. Why inconvenience everyone else by making him get off the plane and take this lady into custody when you could just move someone else? Like, this could be super simple. I feel like it's just spirit might have made a little bit more of this than they needed
