No, no. >> Just listen for 2 seconds. >> No. >> You're making it worse. >> No, you are all making me worse. I'm going to call my daddy. >> Have a seat. >> Yeah, I'm going in the house. >> No. We're investigating a crash. Stop. Stop. >> You're going in the house. >> No, you're not going in the house. >> Rich kids often assume that they're shielded from responsibility because of their parents' wealth, right until they run into the wrong officers and find out that money, status, or daddy's influence doesn't override the law. >> Dad. Dad. >> There's nothing I can do. >> Just Just see what See what I am. >> Calm down. >> Here are several unhinged moments when rich kids realize that daddy can't save them. Starting with this drunk and naive driver who seemed to believe officers needed her father's permission before they could arrest her. >> Well, that's how >> I just want to >> That's how things start That's how things start to escalate when you don't listen. >> my daddy. >> On February the 26th, 2023 at about 2:30 a.m. a Sunday patrol officer stopped a speeding vehicle and moved in to figure out why the driver was operating so erratically at that hour. >> Hello. Hey, how are you? >> I'm doing well. How about yourself? >> I'm good. >> My name is Sergeant Spencer with the Sheriff's Office. 68 mph in a 45 mph zone. >> I'm sorry. I At this point, I >> Say it again. Any lawful reason for your speed of 68? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. I'm going to need your driver's license, your registration, and your insurance. Thank you very much. >> 10-4, dispatch. Verify what state you're in. That is the state of Florida, correct? >> Alabama. >> I'm sorry. >> All right, thank you. You can go. >> 10-19 at 67, 10-4. >> Now, are you aware that your driver's license is suspended? >> What is it? >> Are you aware that your driver's license is suspended? >> No. >> All right, it's suspended in >> For what? >> Uh all I see from Alabama shows it's suspended um back in December of 2022. >> For what? >> Uh I don't know. All I see is it's suspended. >> Well, that's what I was like For what? >> Uh all I see is it's suspended. I don't know the details. Uh if it was Florida, I could give you the details, but if it was Alabama, I can't give you the details cuz all I see is it's suspended. >> So, what do I do? >> You have to You can't drive. >> I have a girlfriend. Like, I'm literally going to Gulf Breeze. I'm just trying to get to my car. >> No, you can't go to Gulf Breeze cuz you now You now that you know that your license is suspended, if you continue to drive in Florida, you will be arrested in Florida. >> Look, I got to leave. That's what That's what I was looking for when you pulled me over because I knew that I had to gotten a ticket and and she told him she said if you get pulled over, she's like, "Make sure you have all of this on you here." >> Well, any paperwork that you show me now won't do you any good cuz I have to go with my computer shows. And if my computer shows suspended, any paperwork, I can't verify that. Okay? Uh how far does your girlfriend live from here? >> Um she is almost to the Gulf Breeze area. >> Okay. All >> Your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system. >> Got anybody? >> Yes, sir. >> Got anybody? >> No. >> All right. So, how much is my supposed paperwork do? All right. I've issued you two citations. The first citation I've issued you is for your speed on the Var Parkway. Um this citation is for 68 miles an hour and a posted 45. That citation is $281. I've issued you two options. Option one, you pay the citation online, by phone, or in person. Option um five of the is a driver improvement I'm sorry, is a traffic court. You'll be there, I'll be there, and hearing officer decide what happens with the citation. I would contact the clerk of the court since you live in Alabama to see if you can take a driver improvement course. I'm not sure since you live in Alabama, but I would call and 10-4. You have any questions for me on that? The next citation I'm issuing you is a citation for unknowingly driving while your license is suspended. Now that you know your license is suspended, you can't operate a motor vehicle in the state of Florida. If you do, you're subject to be arrested. Okay? >> Okay. >> This citation is $160. I've issued you two options on there. Option one, you pay the citation online, by phone, or in person. Option five is traffic court if you choose to do so. I will contest the citation in the traffic stop. Any questions on that? >> Stay from here. So, that Uber? >> From here? Well, you got to figure out what you're going to do with your car because it's on >> After issuing the citation and explaining the necessary information, the situation took a sharp turn. The officer quickly realized that this was no longer a routine stop. It had turned into a full-blown babysitting. >> I can't give you legal advice. I can only do what I can do. Okay, I know. I can't give you legal advice. I can't give you legal advice. >> So, like do I like I can't like I can't like do I get in the car and sit there or like do I I don't know what to do. >> That's the decision that you have to make on who you going to call. You can call a tow truck, you can call an Uber and go to your friend. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> My next question to you is how much have you had to drink? >> No, it's not even about that. >> My next question is how much have you >> My mom or >> My next question is how much have you had to drink? >> Nothing on that level. >> Okay. >> I'm just more concerned about >> I believe that you're intoxicated that your normal faculties are impaired. >> I'm more worried that I just don't want to pull off and you're sitting there telling me that my license is suspended. I'm perfectly fine with calling a friend >> Mhm. >> and telling them to come get me. I'm okay with that. But I would much rather, like of course, go home and not have to involve anyone. And that's what I'm trying to say. Like if I need to like I I'm not about to go sit in the car and like pull off and then you like try to call somebody on me and then I get in more trouble. Like I'm no. >> I understand. >> No, I have I have way too much in my life going on for that to happen. >> Mhm. >> So I'd much rather like call someone. So that's what I'm trying to say. Like where like >> Okay. I believe that you're intoxicated that your normal faculties are impaired. >> Okay. >> Okay, in other words, I believe that you're intoxicated and or pretty much drunk. >> Not at all. Like I would >> So >> I I will not get behind that car. >> So as of right now we're moving to a DUI investigation. My question to you is would you be willing to do field sobriety tests to dispel my suspicion? >> I just want to go home. >> That wasn't a question. >> No. >> The question was >> I am not. At this point, I have had the night from hell. >> Okay. >> I just want to go home. >> Well, at this point >> level at this point I have a I have had a night from hell and I just want to go home. I'm not doing anything wrong. >> At this point, that is past. If you don't want to do a field sobriety test, that's your right. However, do understand that your admission or your failure not to do field sobriety test could be used against you in court. >> I understand. >> That's the consequences for refusing to do FSTs. I can't make you, can't force you for a field sobriety test. >> I understand. >> Because I'm asking if you're willing to do a field sobriety test. >> Because I believe that you're intoxicated and that's no factor or impaired. >> What do you mean you needed it? You want me to walk the line? >> I'm asking if you're willing to do a field sobriety test. >> You want me to walk the line? >> Can I get your driver's license and registration? >> Tell >> At this point, can I call like can I grab my phone real quick? >> No, you're going to stand right there. >> I'm sorry if I offended you. >> You didn't offend me. >> I did earlier in the night. >> No, you didn't. I have a job to do. I ask questions these questions for a reason. >> I just want to go home. >> I did the mission I did the mission by taking care of what I need to take care of. Got you out and I want to talk to you at the car. I've already observed the signs of impairment while I was talking to you. Right here on the push bumper. So, apparently we don't listen. Right here. If you're not listening, I want to put you back in my car. Right here by the push bumper. >> 10-4. >> You don't want to listen? I'm calling my parent. >> Right there by the push bumper. And if you And if you walk keep walking. >> disrespecting >> If you keep walking I will put you in the back of my car. Get back over here. >> I'm just calling my dad. >> care. Do what I say. The officers had already made it clear that there would be no baby girl treatment for her, but she still seemed to believe that she could maneuver her way out of a situation she never should have been in to begin with. >> This is my dad. >> Well, that's how >> I just want to talk to my dad right now. >> That's how things start to escalate when you don't listen. >> daddy. I want my dad to be here with me right now. >> Anyways. Uh 68 mph got her on radar when I come up here and stop her. I'm talking to her, I smell the odor of alcohol, I can see blood under her eyes. She's talking with a slur of speech. I do my thing back here. I issue her citations and the same indicators on the pavement are exhibited while standing here that I saw in the car while issuing her these things. >> I just called my dad. >> Uh when I talked to her she said that she's willing to do field sobriety test, so uh she may change her mind. So, I'll ask again. Okay. Are you still willing to do field sobriety test? >> I want to do it. >> Okay, what it is, okay, I'm going to check your eyes, I'm going to make sure you can walk a straight line, I'm going to make sure you can balance. >> Okay. >> I'm good enough with you? >> Yes. >> All right. >> Can I call him again? >> Uh you can hold on for that, okay? >> He just wants to be on the phone. >> Okay, well, you're not going to be near your phone. Like you're not going to be able to hold it because you're going to have to have like your arms down by your side, stuff like that. So, you're not going to be able to hold it at the time. Okay? >> I'm just >> I understand. Did you tell him where you're at? >> father. >> I understand. >> I told him what where I'm at. I told him the situation. I told him what's going on. He said do what I'm told to do. He said but make sure I'm present. >> But he's present? Okay, is he coming? >> Nope, but he said call him on the phone. He wants to be involved. >> Okay, well, would you be okay if we call him, put him on speaker, and let my partner hold the phone? >> to him the whole time. >> Well, I'm going to have my hands full, too. So, would you mind if my partner holds the phone? >> I'll hold it. Daddy. I'm not sure. >> Hey, what's Can you walk her over there into the parking lot so that way we're off the road? >> I think I'm not sure what I'm doing. >> We're We're going to walk right over here. >> I'm not I'm not I'm not getting mad. I'm not because the whole reason that I'm here is because of you. I'm not I'm not I'm not mad. Daddy, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm annoyed. Guess who got me to this in the damn reason? You know why I'm here? For her. I know. I know I know. No, I'm sorry. Like >> We're just going to hang out right here. >> I'm annoyed and I'm You're like What is it? >> I think it's the phone on that line right there. >> Hold on. I got to get it. Daddy, I'm okay. I love you. This one? >> I think so. >> This one? >> Yeah. We'll let him Let Wait just a minute. Let him get started. >> cartwheel? >> Yeah, I wouldn't do that. >> Letting you hold the phone? >> For what? >> So that way we can Or I can hold it. It's whatever you want. >> can hold it. Up to you at that point, but it needs to be out of your hands because it's recording. >> I mean, I'm Look. At this point, I'm a female. It's you. It's you. It's me. >> Everything we're doing is recording. He's been nice enough to let you hold on to the phone and call your dad already. So, >> I'm Look. At this point, this is just me. >> I understand. Every Everything we're doing is recorded. >> Just to tell you about stuff. I got a camera in my car. Okay, well, we understand but again I I know I understand. Well, I understand, okay. I got four daughters myself. I get it but for what we're going to for for well, for what we're going to be doing, okay, you just can't have your phone in your hands. All right? Okay. Eventually, the officer administered a field sobriety test hoping to bring a close to what was quickly turning into a much bigger situation [music] than it first appeared. All right. You color blind? Can you tell me what color that is? >> Green. >> Perfect. So, I'm going to hold this flashlight up, okay? Don't stare at it. It's just so I can see your eyes. I need you to follow this green light with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay? You're going to keep your head perfectly still. You understand those instructions? Do you understand the instructions? >> Do I keep my head still or my eyes still? >> You keep your head still and whenever I move this, you're going to follow it with your eyes only. You understand that? >> Yeah. >> Okay, can you put your feet back together for me? Arms down at your side, just nice and relaxed. Okay, keep your head perfectly still, okay? Arms at your side, please. >> Am I supposed to be following this? >> You follow it with your eyes, keep your head still, okay? So, keep your nose pointed at me and then follow the light with your eyes. >> I like this. This is so my daddy's thing. >> Was your dad a cop? >> He was. He was just a dad and three daughters. >> All right, here you go. >> You said you had four? >> No. >> You need to start over. >> You may begin. >> Is that one? >> Yep. Watch feet. >> two three four five Start by counting to six. seven eight nine And then is it >> Probably. >> one two three four five six seven eight nine 10 >> Good. >> By that point, the officers had seen enough of her antics that the sobriety test no longer looked routine. It had turned into a full display of impairment. >> Close your eyes. Count to 30. Okay. Arms down by your side, nice and relaxed, all loosey-goosey. >> Do I keep my feet together or apart? >> Feet together. All right. Whenever you're ready. Just tilt your head back. Tilt your head back, close your eyes. Count to 30. Arms by your side. Okay. At this time, you are going to be placed under arrest for DUI, okay? Those aren't too tight on you, are they? >> I literally >> Okay. You want to come with me? We're going to go to the passenger side of my car, okay? Okay. We can either have you walk or we can make you walk. I don't want to have to make you, okay? >> Can I to my husband? I need to call my dad. >> We will let you call your dad, but we got to get in the car first, okay? >> No. >> Don't pull away from me. Okay? I've been very polite to you this entire time, so please do not start arguing and fight with me now, okay? >> I didn't do anything. >> Okay, come on. >> resisting at all. >> Okay. >> And I've been very And I've been very >> Watch around this curb right here. Here, watch out. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Don't pull away. Come on. >> Make you treat me with respect. >> All right. Sit down. Sit down for me. There you go. >> I didn't do nothing. >> I've been very polite this entire time. >> I've been so nice. >> If I have to ask you one more time to stop pulling away from me, I will tack on that additional charge, you understand? Good. Have a seat for me. We will call your parents in just a minute. Go ahead and have a seat for >> I don't trust you people. >> Sit down, please. >> Can you please call them now so they're aware of what is happening? >> They will be aware. Please sit down. >> someone other than the three of you. I just need someone else to witness this, please. >> Don't worry. It's all on camera. >> Please. I'm asking for a female to be present. I I need someone else to be present in here. I don't trust this. And I'm sorry. >> Listen to me very carefully. They are about to pull you into this car, you understand? So, sit down for me. >> It's not about that. I just need to be respected. >> I understand. I've been very respectful with you. >> And that's all that I'm asking. >> Okay, fasten your seatbelt. Please sit back for me. We're going to put this over your head so that way it's not choking on you, okay? Okay. Where do your parents live? Where do your parents live? >> I live in CT, let me see the zip code. >> Okay. Well, we're about to. Okay. >> Then call them. >> We're about to. We got face ID? >> 1030. >> You see it there? >> Pop. >> Yep. >> Hey. Hey. >> Hey, is this Dad? >> Yes, sir. >> All right, this is Deputy Jones with the Sheriff's Office. >> Yes, sir. >> Hey, I'm just letting you know that your daughter was currently placed under arrest for driving under the influence. >> Okay. Where which >> But yet hasn't taken a breathalyzer. >> We're in Santa Rosa. >> Okay. >> Um Where Where do you live at? >> I live in uh Basically, a little town called Axis, Alabama. >> Oh, you're over in Alabama? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay, does she have any family members who live close to Navarre, Florida? >> Uh she has a one of her best friends who is right there in Navarre. >> That's where I was going. >> Cassidy. >> Okay. >> Yes, she has one of her best friends who is right there. >> That's where I was >> Okay. So, what we're going to try to do is we're going to try to get a hold of Cassidy to see if she can come get your daughter's vehicle so that way we don't have to tow it. >> The brief phone conversation between the officer and her father already made one thing clear. This wasn't a situation that Daddy could simply make disappear. Some people just don't know when to quit. >> Okay, if Cassidy is unable to come get it for whatever reason, we will have to tow it so it's not on the side of the road. >> Okay. >> Daddy, please. >> Okay. Would you like to talk to your dad real quick? >> Well, yeah. >> Would you like to talk to your dad real quick? >> I literally don't know what to say. Like I don't know, Daddy. I don't have a phone. Use my phone. Like I've been trying to call everybody. The police come get me. All night. >> All right. Okay. >> Can we come get her? >> Well >> Please. Like please. Daddy, I can't use my phone. The police officer has it. >> You asked to call your dad first. >> I've been obviously trying to call her. Like obviously. I have no other reason to be over here. Daddy, okay. >> Okay. So, sir, just to let you know, we're going to hang up the phone. We're going to call her, okay? >> Okay. >> All right. Hold on. Again, I'm passing you the phone. Calm down. You're going to watch everything that I do. So, put your arms down. I don't need you hurting yourself. >> Well, obviously I'm not incapable. >> I know. Stop. >> All right. Don't do that. >> C A S S I >> C A S S? Is it Cassi A? >> I mean, I don't know how she's going to get my car. >> Well, she can have somebody >> She can have somebody bring her out here. >> Your call has been forwarded to an >> Okay. We'll try one more time. >> Just call my daddy again. Just call him up. >> Well, let's Okay. All right. Can you listen to my sergeant explain what he's got to explain real quick, then we'll call your dad? How did you Okay, we'll call your dad just one more time out of courtesy, okay? >> Daddy, she can't answer. >> You're right. Uh yes, sir. I have the At the very minimum, it's going to be a couple of hours. >> Okay. So, what is What is the process? What do we Just wait till she gets processed and then she can call us back or >> Yes, sir. So, we're going to go up to the jail. Um that's where we do our breathalyzer. We don't do it on the side of the road. >> Yes, sir. >> Um so, she'll have an opportunity to provide a breath sample. >> to do it. >> Okay, that's your right, but she has the opportunity to provide a breath sample. Um whether she does >> I love you, Daddy, and I'm not about to do it. >> Okay, whether she does or not, all right, um then I will do my reports. Whenever my reports are done, the jail will be able to process her. >> Okay. >> Um whenever she gets processed by the jail, she will have a like a card almost that she can access the phones at the jail. >> Okay. >> They will allow her to get cell phone numbers like out of her phone and keep on a paper with her. So, she will be able to have your number and everything else. Um and then from there she'll be able to contact you more. She will have a copy of the tow receipt since we can't have anybody come and get her vehicle. >> That's right. >> So, she will have all the information of where the vehicle's going um and all of that. Okay. >> Daddy, like get my my my my bank card that's in my car. Like whatever you Like use it. I will pay for every bit of it. Like I >> go my my bank card my my card is in my car. Can I at least give my purse out of my car? >> You want to take your purse >> Use my debit card. >> to take your purse with you? >> Yes. >> Okay, we'll do that. >> at least use my debit card to pay for all of it. >> Hey Wilson. >> It is in there. >> Can you get her purse out? >> In the end, she was charged [music] with DUI and resisting without arrest. The last brat was awful, just like Stephanie. This violent brat rants about her dad owning the island couldn't save her after she almost wiped out people with a Tesla. >> No, this is what happens when you flee and then you kick me. >> I didn't flee and I didn't kick you. Call my father. >> No, no. >> He owns the island. >> On February the 21st, 2022 in Duck Key, Florida, dispatch received a call about a woman who nearly struck two pedestrians after a close crash with a palm tree while driving a Tesla. When officers located her, they expected possible impairment, but what would catch them off guard was the level of entitlement and disrespect she was going to display [music] during this encounter. >> Turn off of the vehicle. Turn it off. Stand in front of my patrol vehicle right now. Right now. Ma'am. >> Sorry, what are you accusing me of? >> Ma'am. >> Yeah. >> You need to come over here right now. >> Why? >> Cuz I'm telling you to. You're running from me. >> I did not. I'm right here. >> Yeah. Now you are. >> So what do you want? >> Ma'am. >> What do you need? >> Do you need me to pepper spray you? You need to get over here RIGHT NOW. TURN AROUND. >> TURN WHAT? >> 511, she's refusing to comply. Get out. Get out of the vehicle. >> You got me. Stop, bro. I own the >> Actively resisting. Get out OF THE GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. SHE'S TAKING OFF. 50 11, I'M IN PURSUIT AGAIN. >> WHEN the officer located her again, they didn't approach the situation the same way. They stayed alert, adjusted [music] their tactics, and made sure that every step was calculated, knowing how quickly things could evolve with someone that volatile. >> We've stopped again. Turn off the vehicle. Sheriff's office. >> You just stopped me over. Oh my god, DAD. SHERIFF'S ARRESTING ME. >> STOP RESISTING. >> WOAH, DUDE. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> Don't resist. >> What are you doing, dude? You didn't even know me. Dad, THEY'RE ARRESTING ME. >> STOP RESISTING. >> DAD. DAD. >> GET ON YOUR FEET. >> DAD. GET OFF ME ON THE FLOOR, [screaming] DAD. I DON'T KNOW >> [crying] >> WHAT I DID. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS? >> 1 TO 10. >> WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? WAIT. WAIT, MY DAD IS IN THE CAR. Why are you doing this? >> Okay, like I'm on the phone. >> No. No, I'm not. MY DAD IS ON THE PHONE, AND HE'S HEY. >> HEY. >> YOU ARE NOT GOING TO KICK ME. This is not okay. Get your leg over here, and turn over. >> Ma'am, she's actively fighting us still. >> What happened? What >> [crying] >> No, this is what happens when you flee and then you kick me. >> I didn't flee and I didn't kick you. >> So, those lights and sirens mean nothing? We're just out here >> Can I call my father? >> No. >> He owns the island. >> 10-11, you can release her. >> Call my father. >> I'm not calling your dad. >> Then what are you going to do? >> are you? How old are you? >> I'm 24. >> Okay, 24, we don't need to call your dad. >> Yeah, you're right and you're not going to take me anywhere. >> You could have killed someone. Yes, you could >> Yeah, I could have killed you, too, but you're alive, right? >> I don't want to hear anything You need to notify him. >> I don't need to notify anyone. You're an adult. >> Yeah, but who are you? >> Uh, he's the police. >> I didn't know that. I'm not under the influence of anything. >> Do you know my parents have three houses here? >> 24-year-old was later identified as Stephanie Bloodworth, a name that was connected to property around the area, though not ownership of the entire island. Not long after the dad arrived at the arrest scene and this new development, as expected of a spoiled brat, was going to come with its own drama. >> Dad! Dad! >> Need more. >> 5-11, Stephanie, you have to calm down. >> Well, why are they >> Copy 7274511. >> You've been drinking. And you were speeding. >> I wasn't >> And now the way you've acted, you've gotten yourself in a deep hole and they're going to take you to jail. >> You're going to have to calm down. >> Huh? >> There's nothing I can do. >> Just >> Just see why I can't calm down. >> I'll get down there and see you. >> 10-11, you want me >> I'll try to get down there. But you can't >> You can't start acting out. It's just going to get worse. >> What did I do? >> Well, you have violated this. >> I don't know, baby. What did I do? >> what you You know what you did. >> No, I don't. What did I do? Please. >> So >> What did I >> I'll calm down there if they'll let >> Why are there so many lights? What did It's too bad you didn't see those lights. >> I told you over and >> You just keep Please. >> She just got She got you. She got out of the car. Got back in the car. Took off. [snorts] Ran multiple stop signs. I am so happy that she >> Yeah. >> I It's It's a blessing in disguise. >> Um if you don't mind walking >> [snorts] >> can you show me what They didn't even read me my rights. >> All right, ma'am. >> Dad, they didn't read me MY RIGHTS AND THEY DON'T TELL ME WHY I'M GOING IN. >> MA'AM. MA'AM, if you resist you're going to catch more charges. >> resisting. I'm right here. >> Get in the car then, RIGHT NOW. >> DAD. >> [screaming] >> DEBBIE, YOU FOUND AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN THAT VEHICLE? >> YEAH. >> In the front door pocket. Obviously because of her level of resistance we can't do exercises. If she's calmed down when she gets there and she wants to do them and you got enough bodies, that's fine. But we can't risk that with her having fought everybody here already. >> Eventually she was taken to the station where it became obvious that her dad's influence wasn't going to undo what had already happened. And once that truth settled in, Stephanie's demeanor transformed exposing a far different personality. >> Once you begin do not stop until the exercise is completed. Stephanie, do you understand these instructions? >> You mean nine steps? >> Count it. >> Nine steps, [music] heel to toe, turn around by taking a series of small steps. Do I need to show it to you again? You sure you understand? >> though. >> You need to stretch? Oh. >> Well, I just been driving all day. >> All right, Stephanie. You have to We got We got to start doing this, okay? Do you need me to explain the instructions again to you? >> No. >> Are you sure that you understand? >> You need nine steps back. Right. >> Well, do you need me to go over the instructions again? >> No. >> Okay. Can you get into the starting position, please? Do you remember the starting position? Okay, it's going to be the left foot behind, right foot in front, just like this, Stephanie. >> I'm like you all the way. >> Okay. >> [laughter] >> Are you ready to begin? Do you understand these instructions? >> Yes. >> Okay, Stephanie, you may begin. >> After a rough field sobriety test, the officers took her into the station for a breath test. [music] Just routine, but right in that moment, Stephanie changed into a persona that they hadn't seen since the start of the wild encounter. >> Blow in there, and then we got to go on the road, okay? Thank you, ma'am. What was that? You said you don't deserve this? Oh, I agree. >> [laughter] >> Let this be a learning experience. >> Deep breath. Deep breath. >> Yeah, but we're at >> What? [music] And she was charged with driving under the influence as well as hit and run. Next up is the moment that this self-proclaimed lawyer's daughter realized that the my father's a lawyer card doesn't mysteriously halt an officer's investigation in its tracks. >> Back them on back over here for me, please. >> I'm not allowed to. >> You're not allowed to? What do you mean? Why aren't you allowed to? >> I'm not allowed to at this point. What do you mean? Why aren't you allowed to? >> I'm not allowed to at this point. And then after she bounced off of that the car just went out of the way and I couldn't really see where it went after that. >> Every witness's statement, her behavior, and signs of impairment [music] all pointed in one direction. She was the primary suspect. And as her story kept evolving from I didn't drink to I only had a little, the officers pushed the investigation further into the very territory that she had been trying to avoid. >> The car ended up like hitting the wall? >> It's not my car. >> Whose car is it? >> His. >> Okay, where's >> I don't Yeah. >> She's over there. >> Okay, was she driving?
