On June the 2nd, 2024, officers were present when a woman assaulted an employee at a grocery store. This video comes from Crime Time Cam. So, Crime Time Cam, if you're looking for videos like this, I kind of like it. I think they did a good job editing it down. Wasn't too long. Um, and uh, looks like it's gonna be a good one. Relax. Uh, both of those cops obviously in uniform. So, this woman looks over, sees two cops in uniform, and then goes, "You know what? I'm going to punch this dude anyway." And then sucks that dude in the mouth. So, talk about like absolutely zero self-control. Um, like emotional intelligence of zero. Like, there's just there's no way for her to mitigate her own emotions. She just goes straight to fists. Um, she needs to read a book on stoicism. That's what she needs to do. I've got a couple good recommendations for her. You're going to get another card. Relax. Relax. See if the medic. You want the medics? Yeah, I do. Go talk to him. I got this. Uh, very recently, I had someone from Florida ride with me and they said Publix is the absolute best grocery store. Um, on the East Coast, I went to different grocery stores. Um, Harris Teter is kind of one of my favorites down there. And here we have fries. They have like jumbo super fries. We have AJ's, which is kind of my favorite if I'm looking for some bougie stuff. Um, but like this happens at Publix. I don't know anything about Publix. So, um, let me know. I mean, is is Publix is it is it your go-to place? Like, is there somewhere else in Florida in West Palm Beach that you would go to that's better than Publix? Cuz I don't know. I'm hearing good things. What happened? No, it was just a a very Okay, so I was getting ready to empty the garbage. Did you get that from her? Yeah. So, what happened? He walked by with all this and I was exerting some what I thought dry humor. So, she the car passed by and I go, she's she's very thirsty. I said it to him and and she goes like this and then she comes up to me and I don't remember if she said anything but I thought she oh, do you want to mess with me or something of that nature and I thought she was joking like she was going to pretend to hit me. you know, you want to mess with me, you know, kind of like that. So, I just stood there and then she actually made contact and punched me with what hand? With to leave her right hand. So, here in Arizona at some of the um grocery stores that might be in areas where shoplifting occurs. Um cops will actually work there in the offduty capacity paid by a by an independent contractor um to assist those stores to have someone on scene to prevent shoplifting. So, I don't know if these cops were there for that. Um, if they were there because there's a Starbucks there and they were going to get a drink or they were there on a different call, but whatever it was, it ended up being pretty fortuitous that they happened to be there, see the actual assault take place and then go and be able to apprehend her immediately. So, that all kind of worked out pretty good once and that's how you're pleading. Yeah. All right. Do you want to press charges on her or do you want to get arrested? Well, you know, she like I I'll probably be okay, but I'm thinking she can't keep doing this. I get that. Can I at least get your IDs on me? Huh? Can I at least get your parked in that handicap store? I mean, then I don't need this. I got enough grown. And I was actually just trying to be friendly and not even really to her, just to anybody who was going out. So, I don't know what side of the story to believe. Um, she seems to think she's pretty. I that is some people say it's in the eye of the beholder. Um this guy sees a girl which could just be a human or a biped pushing a cart filled with water and says something about being thirsty. Like it is it really related to her looks. Is he being a jerk? I don't know. I mean I I I guess I could see both sides of it. Um, I mean, if she was wearing a bikini top and a mini skirt, maybe I could see his side of it of saying like, "Hey, she's thirsty." Like, she's looking for comments. But, she's not. She's dressed like a normal person. So, I kind of tend to believe him more that it was more a a joke on what was in her cart more so than what was pushing pushing the cart. But, I don't know. I don't know what I give me some different points of view on this. I'm I'm open to other points of view. I mean, you might want to ask her what I said. Maybe she thought I said something else. I just said, "Wow, she's really thirsty." So, you said, "Wow, she's really thirsty." But I'm So, you said, "Wow, she's really thirsty." And she said, "What are you trying to mess with me?" And then that's when she punched you in the face. Something to the effect of that. Yeah. No, pretty much like it would anybody. It wasn't even going on. And you said you don't need the medics? I don't think so. My tooth is not my tooth or do you want to press charges on it or not? Do you want her to go to jail for what she's done or not? Well, what happens if we just let her go? We just let her go. Okay. Well, that's why I I got to ask these questions, Tommy. It's not up to me. What happened? Say yes. This lady punched him in the face one time. So, this officer is really pressing the the victim, hey, do you want to press charges? Because there's a saying in the police world that if there's no victim, there's no crime. And in this, I mean, obviously, they don't know each other. They don't have any sort of like domestic violence relationship. So, if he would have said, "No, I don't I don't want anything to to happen to her." Those cops would have uncuffed her and sent her on her way because if the victim didn't want to aid in prosecution, then there would be no crime. So, they wouldn't have done anything. They just would have sent her on her way. I was going to say whatever I was going to say regardless of who it was. I just It was like I thought I was going to It was like dry humor. I just go, "Wow, she's really thirsty." Or must be really thirsty, you know, because the whole cart is water. And then she goes like this. She goes, "You want to mess with me?" And I just stood there because I actually thought she was kidding. You know, you want to mess with me? Wink wink wink or something. I I had no idea that she was actually going to make contact. And they keep asking if I want to arrest her, but I feel like So this is her? Yeah. But it's like you're her driver, right? It wasn't derogatory. What? You're going to arrest her. I'm trying to decide. I'm still trying to decide. Okay. Yeah. Maybe you need to find out what happened now. Well, we know what happened. I mean, I see. We know what happened. She's obviously going to keep doing it. Tell me. We need a decision right now. Yeah. Decide what you're going to do. Why don't you stay to the side? All right. I'm going to leave that up to you. I don't think I'm going to have her arrested. Yeah, good. We'll go to court. She needs to go through the process. You know, I got arrested once. I got a DUI in 2010. Changed to 319. Put in the water. No, that's that's not going with you cuz you're going to jail. That's what happens when you punch people in the face in front of the police and then you fight with us as we're arresting you. True story, please. 85. Okay. You're going to have to do it through. It's over top. It's not a clip. Okay. So, do I Okay, I have to take it off like this. Don't do one of them. No, no, no. My handcuffs are not coming off. My wrist hurts cuz I was fighting with you, bro. Are you serious? You didn't even use your words. I don't have to use my words. Once we're once we say you're going to jail, that's it. That's how it works. You clearly don't know how to follow step of procedure. And finally, oh my god. I'm so proud of you. I'm sure you're so proud of yourself. Maybe you can go home and ask a bit about it later. Did I run? No, I didn't. Look at that. She's so mad that she got arrested and being held accountable.
