She attacked me, so I defended myself. >> Shoving me down, kicking me. I can't do it. >> Need help. >> GET ON YOUR STOMACH NOW. ROLL OVER ON YOUR STOMACH NOW. >> Do you want to fight? >> See, they got a pot of piss. >> Some kids have such bad attitudes and act so recklessly that they even go as far as beating up their own parents. But what happens when their violent actions against their own parents land them in the harsh glare of the justice system? >> I HATE YOU ALL. I HATE YOU ALL. >> I pay her salary, your salary, and your salary. >> Here are several times when kids go berserk and beat their parents up. Starting with this wild and deranged boy who turned a supposedly joyous family trip into a nightmare by trying to take his mother's life on a Disney vacation. >> I am not resisting. I AM NOT RESISTING >> because of him. And he puts his he's like you and goes like this. Well, my son has enough. I'm tired of him cussing me out. tired of him telling me to >> if my kids told me that I I wouldn't be talking to him. >> On March the 13th, 2024, officers responded to a disturbance call from a hotel where a group of vacationers got into a horrible clash, marking a shocking turn of events for what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip. The clash involved a man, his mother, and his brother. When the police arrived, they immediately went to apprehend the suspect, who began to scream like a lunatic. The police started to question the suspect's mother, who described the devastating details surrounding the event. I'm not resisting. >> I am not resisting. I AM NOT RESISTING. I I WAS PUTTING MY BAG IN THE CAR. >> WHAT the >> You piece of cops. You >> I didn't do to you. >> Stop resisting. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. >> I AM NOT RESISTING. >> I'm not I didn't have my hands, mama. I'm not resisting. Stand me up, please. I'm not resisting. You're hurting my neck. >> You're hurting my chest. Please. >> He's going to get handcuffs in the tape. >> Please. I didn't do anything. Move. >> Gavin, shut up. >> Mama, please help. >> I didn't do anything to them. I just wanted you to my dick. >> Mommy's choking me. >> Ow. Ow. Come on. What the did I do to you, bro? Ow. You're hurting my arm. Just let me go. You're hurting my arm. >> You're hurting my I don't have anything, bro. That's my Stop. What did I do? Hop in the back. >> My collarbone, dude. I can sit here myself. >> Then let me sit up. >> Step up. >> Let me sit up. >> This is why you're in handcuffs, y'all. Listen. STEP UP. >> HEY, YOU'RE a piece of What the is your badge number, dude? >> Well, I'm I'm calm. What is your badge number? >> I need my medication. >> What's going on? >> Hey, what's up? How you doing? How you doing, man? >> Good to see you again. Hey, a long time ago. >> I know. Um the lady came into the uh office and then you want to sit down. >> I suffered from panic attack really bad. >> And he's I took my kids to Disney. >> Come talk to me. I just got back from Disney. Come on. I know it's going to sound hard. Just listen. Deep breaths through your nose for a few seconds. Slow deep breaths. Hold it out slow. I know it's hard. For try and force yourself. He's going to go. You're just talking to him. Okay. So, deep breath. Where'd you go to Disney? >> I I bought a season passes. >> Okay. >> And I was bringing all the kids down to Disney for >> awesome >> spring break. He's my oldest. He's 20. >> Okay. >> He's made this trip absolutely miserable. >> Okay. >> He does have anxiety and he has a medical card. I'm not I'm not worried about George right now. We're worried about what's going on here. >> All he's done is complain and tell me that he hopes I die and hopes I don't get a car crash and all this other crap. I was trying to get home tonight. I have nightwise. Me and my son, me and my youngest son were in a very bad car accident in Tallahassee in September. >> Sorry to hear that. >> And I thought I could drive home, but I couldn't. And so I had to pull over and then he got into drivers and he would not. I kept panicking. I had to get out of the car. He would not. He was bound to tell me to keep going. Finally, we made him get out off here where I don't even know where I'm at. And he took us to this the circle K that's down there and he whipped it in and he was like like he stopped so hard that it looked like we were about to hit the tree. >> Made my son going to a panic attack. He walked off. He was not he said that he was leaving, finding his own way home. We get here. I go in, I try to reserve a room. The credit card is within my mom's name. They won't let me. >> I try to use ATMs or ATMs down. I get in the car and I tell him that this trip has been absolutely miserable because of him and he puts his he's like and goes like this. Well, my son has had enough >> on your face. >> Yeah. Like right here. Okay. >> My son has had enough. So he turned around and said, "Don'ting touch my mom." And so they started fighting. And I I just I can't take it anymore. I've got I've got my 17-year-old, my 15-year-old, and my 12-year-old. >> Okay. >> So, they're going back and forth with my 12-year-old in the middle. And I was afraid that he was going to hit. That's why when they were doing that, afraid that it was going to actually hit my child. That's why I was like, "Call the cops. I'm done. I can't do it anymore." >> Okay. With uh with him and your son getting an altercation, what what happened? >> He was protecting me. He was tired of him. The way he was talking to me when he put his hand on you. Well, he didn't put his hand on me. >> The police went further to question the suspect, who didn't seem to be apologetic. >> I'm not trying to cause no problem. This is my We're on a trip to Disney, bro. >> Yeah. No, I mean, >> this is >> I just came from Disney. >> It's just crazy. >> I'm not trying to No problems. I'm not, you know, trying to be No, >> it's a little late for that. >> Well, that's not the whole thing. I was put my bag in the car and then the dude, the whatever his name is, the blacker cop, the darker cop came up and grabbed me. And as I already put my bag in the car, so I was gonna let him get me. But then I that's when y'all to the ground. And that's when I started going crazy because I didn't know what was happening. >> So I was I was looking. Okay. I saw you walk into the car. We're called here because of family fighting. We're not going to let someone get into a car, reach into a car to grab some unknown object. We don't know what you >> sir. I completely understand. At which point you started to pull and started to yell and cuss and that is constitutes resisting. >> Yes, sir. I completely understand. But from my point of view, I I just didn't I I've never had somebody grab me like that, so I didn't know how to react. I >> Okay. >> I don't I don't deal. >> He didn't He didn't grab you hard. I can tell you that. I've seen him use force if needed. >> I know. Yes, sir. But >> he grabbed me. I'm not used to anyone touching me like that. So, I I don't >> Well, unfortunately, I have I have really bad anxiety. >> You're more than likely going to be under arrest tonight for resisting without and I don't know anything else. I like I said, Officer Mosa is going to be the one working the case. He's still going to figure out the rest. Okay. >> All right. Can I Can I at least talk to my mom? Can you try to see if my mom come over here? >> Yeah. Yeah, I'll buy. Thank you, man. I appreciate it. >> Yes, sir. >> You keep on going to the car and putting stuff in there. I don't know what's inside. >> I was I wasn't even thinking about I've never been anything like that. >> We're going to get in cuz we got to move our car so this gentleman can get to his hotel room. So, if you want to hop back in, we're going to pull back up. >> Here you go. Just watch step. All right, man. >> I'm going move you over to this truck right over here. Okay. His mother was interviewed again and it was clear that she was trying to come to terms with the trauma that she had just experienced. >> Well, he didn't put his hand on me. He just he reached around and did like this but it touched my hand and so or not my hand but and so of course my other son you better quit. I've had enough. >> Yeah. Okay. >> This is my shy, quiet kid that doesn't ever do anything and he finally stuck up for me. Um, Minoso, if you want to talk to her. Sorry. This offic he's going to he's going to I'm going to try and talk to your son and calm him down a little bit. Okay. >> I'm tired of him cussing me out. I'm tired of him telling me to >> my kids told me that I I'm going to be talking to him. >> Like, I'm trying so hard to make this such a good vacation and it's just going to hell. >> I'm a single mom. I've been a single mom since day one for 20 years. >> Yeah. Is this uh is this the end of your guys' trip? >> Yeah, we were supposed to check out the hotel room tomorrow and go home, but I I missed my bed and I've got four dogs at the house. My emotional support dog is at the house that I really need to get home. >> What kind of dog? >> She's a a Chihuahua Terrier. >> Okay. >> And I wanted to bring her, but my mom was like, "Nope." because if we got it right then, you know, it could hurt her and stuff. But >> So, I'm going to ask you. I'm sorry. I was just talking. >> So, at what point did your son take off the head seat and threaten you to hurt this one? >> So, at what point did he end up cuz he said your son said he took off the head seat and was going to threaten to kill you with head. Well, >> yeah, man. What's up? >> Turn up the lights, man. >> Yeah, I got you. I'm going to have him leave his back lights on so no one comes in and rear end. Okay, but I got these two. All right, man. I got to take some pictures of you cuz when we took you down, I'm going to do some extra paperwork on that. Okay, so just step on out. >> The suspect's mother gave the police every single piece of information that they needed without leaving any single detail out, [music] even though it could mean the worst for her son. >> Yeah, I I found the hotel if you want me to give you the address. Okay. We can if you want to call ahead too and see if they got some uh some availability before you drive over that way. >> Is this your phone? >> That's his. >> Okay, perfect. All right, I'm going to grab his phone together. Does he have a wallet? >> Um >> does he have anything you don't want in the car that belongs to him? >> I mean, that's his his bag. I mean, all his stuff is in here. Like, >> the clothes and stuff does not there's no narcotics. I know you said he had his medical card or something like that. >> That's He said that's his wax that he gets from the dispensary. >> Okay. >> I don't know what's in it. >> Is it just wax or is there other stuff in it? >> I I don't know. I >> Where's it at? >> In that bag. Yeah. I don't >> So, this is this is what he was worried about putting in the car when Johnson was coming out. So, >> how it [music] works being domestic cuz you guys are family. You reside together. You're family by blood. there's going to be a no bond set foot. He goes up there, meaning he won't be able to get out tonight till he sees a judge tomorrow. When the judge releases him, there's normally a no contact order put in place, meaning he's not allowed to be around usually 500 ft with you. He's not allowed to communicate with you, have third party communication or any sort of like tell, hey, grandma, can you tell mom this that violates it? But so, let me let me let me explain. I know it's a lot. And so basically with that, if he [music] violates it, he gets arrested again, puts back in jail on a no bond status and it's another charge added to the the domestic. So I I I know. So let me let me finish finish the explanation. The judge determines what is the no on the no contact order. He could say, "Hey, we're not going to do all this." Or he could determine everything. It's all up to the judge. So do you have enough money for a lawyer? Well, sorry. Does he have enough money for a lawyer because he's an adult? >> Huh? [music] >> He only does Door Dash. >> So, he'll more likely more than likely qualify for a public defender. Cuz go about it the right way. Don't go about it the wrong way. Cuz god forbid, let's say you guys say, "I'm I'm going to I'm going to still talk with him and you're in the car and get pulled over and you're all together, he's going to get arrested. It'll show up." Um, and also for his court cases, he may not have to come back every time, but it's going to be in Lake County unless the the public defender can get it relocated up to Tallahassee. But it's more likely going to be done in Lake County because that's where the incident occurred. Can't take it. >> How long he's going to be staying? >> At least overnight. >> But if there's no contact, then how would he be able to contact me that he's out? They won't be able to. Then you could put >> Well, he gets phone with a >> Yeah, he'll get on his property back. >> Will his phone be charged? >> I can't say if it'll be charged or not. It depends on if it's off or how charged it is. >> At the jail, they'll let him take numbers out of the phone. So, when he gets processed after his fingerprints are in, he'll be able to make phone calls from there. >> He probably doesn't even know our phone numbers. >> So, they'll let him use his phone to write the phone numbers down. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. But I would highly recommend him not call you guys, which officer Minosa will tell him because if he does, that's all a jail recorded phone call. >> And like he said, it's going to be another charge. So >> yeah, it may not be immediately, but if the judge issues a no victim contact and again the judge I've seen it rarely happen, but the judge will make the no victim contact where like he he can still communicate with family. >> In the end, the man was charged with criminal threats and menacing. Moving on, we have a deviant girl who not only tried to intimidate her mother, but even went as far as beating her up, but she was given a dose of her own medicine. >> So, we got in an argument. I lost my teeth. She took him. Still hasn't come back. She attacked me, so I defended myself. She even hit me in the face with either her fist or flick. >> Put your hands behind your back. I will [ __ ] t you quickly. You can say, >> "We don't have heart condition, sir." On May the 5th, 2024, the police received a call about a fight between a mom and her daughter. When they arrived at the residence, they began to question the suspect's mother, who was a victim in the situation, and she revealed some very disheartening news about her daughter and the pain that she had to endure from getting beaten up by her own child. >> We got a call. Is a Is there a Sharon here? >> Hey, Miss Sharon. There's a police officer at the door, ma'am. >> All right. Tell me what happened. What'd she tell you? >> I haven't spoken to her yet. >> What hasn't happened? >> I have a medical machine that goes on your finger to see what your um oxygen level is. >> Yeah, >> she's taking that. She's taking my blood pressure cup. All I ask for is be back. Give them back. She lost her phone. I found her phone and I told her if she gave me my stuff back, I would give her back her butt. >> Give her back her what? >> [ __ ] >> Okay. >> So, we got in an argument. I lost my teeth. She took them. Still hasn't come back and attacked me. >> Is Stacy So, who's Stacy to you? >> She's my daughter. >> Okay. So, she took your oxygen level thing and then you took her phone. No, I didn't take her phone. >> Okay. >> I found her phone under my bed. >> Okay. >> Where she was in my room and for what reason? Who knows? And she lost it under my bed. I was looking under my bed for the blood pressure machine cuz I thought maybe it was under there. You know, accidents happen. >> Yeah. >> And she told me person has it. >> Okay. >> I asked him about it and he said he doesn't have it. >> Okay. So she's mad that you Why is she mad that you have her phone? >> I don't have it. She took it. >> Okay. And then then what happened? >> She attacked me. So I defended myself. >> So why did Stacy attack you? >> Because she wanted her phone back and I wanted my medical stuff back. >> I don't want to grab any cigarette. >> She even hit me in the face with either her fist or [ __ ] Okay. >> It's very difficult to understand her motivations. She's she needs help, mental help badly. >> And it's not your first time here. >> I can tell you her thought processes to show you how crazy she is. >> So when she attacked you, what happened? >> I pushed her down in the bed like that on her. >> Okay. >> Then she fisted damn bit of my neck. >> So she punched you in in the in the nose. >> Yeah. >> Okay. She's also got her head on her arm. >> Care if I see that. >> After talking to the suspect's mother, the officers approached the suspect in question, who turned out to be more entitled and nasty than they initially thought. >> Arrest, put your hand behind your back. I will tag you quicker. Why are you talking? >> I can say, >> "Put your hands behind your back. I willing you quickly." You can say, "We don't have our condition. We just sir." >> Are you talking? >> Put your hands behind your back. Don't fight her. Don't fight. >> What is wrong with you guys? >> You're under arrest for domestic violence. >> What? >> I didn't do anything, sir. >> Stop. Stop until we get you >> handcuffed. God. >> Well, on your side. >> Great up. >> All right. Come over here so we can search your morning babies. You're under arrest for domestic violence. >> Yes, we can. >> For what? >> What did my step? >> You got gloves on? >> Yeah, sir. >> You have anything on you? >> Anything illegal? Stop moving. You have anything illegal on you, sir? >> Look forward. >> Look forward. Stop moving. Okay, >> I'm pulling your pants back up. >> When the police got a hold of the suspect and began to search her, they found out that a hidden habit was controlling her every move. >> Holy mine. Stop moving. >> Stop moving. Okay. >> Stop moving. Excuse me, sir. >> Keep your chest against the car and I will not You have to keep doing that. >> Okay, let's >> unlock. Oh, back that up. >> All right, I'm going read you something. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you can, anything you say can, and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney and have one with you or while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you to represent you. Okay? You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer questions or make any statements. Do you understand these rights? I've read to you. >> 556. >> You understand? >> Yes or no? >> Just wanted to let you know I have not been able to get a hold of my sister. >> You have to do you do you do you understand the rights I read you or no? >> Just let me know if she >> You don't need >> You're being arrested for your domestic violence. Okay. to ask her if she's current if she's currently pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum. >> Are you currently pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum? >> I don't know, sir. I shouldn't tell you THAT. THAT WAY YOU THREW ME ON THE GROUND. >> WELL, DON'T OKAY. NO, that's that's your fault. Don't Don't resist. >> Don't resist. Are you Are you I told you you were under I told you YOU WERE UNDER MY PERIOD, SIR. >> HUH? NO, I am not on my period, sir. >> So, >> no, I haven't had my period. I don't know if I am or not. I haven't been tested. I haven't No, I don't have a pregnancy test. I don't know if I am or not. >> I don't have a period, sir. >> So, you just haven't had your period and that's why you think you might be? >> What do you mean? >> I mean exactly what I said. So, you haven't had your period. So, that leads you to believe you might be pregnant. >> Is that what he told you? >> We have to ask these questions. >> I DON'T HAVE MY PERIOD, so I might be pregnant. >> Okay. I'm going to adjust your cuffs and put them in the front. Okay. Are you going to Is there going to be any problem? >> No. >> While in the process of doing this. All right. Step out. >> Turn around. >> Stop. >> Put your hand on top of your head. That hand on top of your head. >> Go ahead. something new. >> Copy. Thanks. Put your hands out in front like friend. Palms together. All right, pop back in. The young lady was eventually charged with household violence. This young woman did go overboard by beating up her mother, but she was nowhere near as barbaric as the next woman who attacked her father and assaulted the cops. >> What do you mean by escalated? Yeah, she's getting physical. >> Okay, keep your head. >> Left leg coming up. Sit down. Sit down. Now you >> MOVE BACK NOW. >> I AM. >> ON DECEMBER the 6th, 2023, the authorities responded to a family violence call where a man said he was attacked by his sister, who also assaulted their father. When the police arrived, they met the suspect's brother, who gave them a brief narration of the incident and directed them to the suspect who proved to be a lot to handle. >> Oh, you'll find out. >> No, you're going to tell me. >> Well, I don't mean, but um my sister, she came over here. She's My father's young. >> She's a drug addict. She's uh kind of relapsing. She had an issue. She came over here kind of thing and it kind of escalated. >> What? What do you mean by escalated? >> Yeah, she's getting physical. >> Okay, keep your head. You >> sure? >> Is she on drugs right now? >> Uh, I don't believe so. >> Once the officer approached the young lady, things took a turn for the worse as he was met with an intoxicated individual who proved to be a lot to handle. for me. >> Hello. Come out here. >> No. >> Come on. >> No. >> SHE NEEDS TO GET BACKED. >> NO, >> MA'AM. STOP. CAREFUL. Here we go. >> Once the lady was apprehended, the officer went on to relay the bittersweet reality of the case to [music] her father. >> It's no longer our choice whether you want to press charges or don't want to press charges. Because of the fact that she was hitting you in the face like that, I told her to come outside. >> She said you basically. >> Yeah. And then she starts smacking you in the face like that during my presence, it turns into a whole different thing. Do Do you know if she took any drugs today? Who knows? >> I mean I mean not in our presence. No, >> not in your presence. How long you been here for? >> An hour. >> An hour and a half. 2 hours. 2 hours top. >> She came in. She said she's freezing. She said she said there's a hit on on the street. So So I know Hyde. >> And I said I'll call Hyde. He goes, "No, don't call Hyde. Don't call Hyde. I don't even know if Hide's worth me today. But so I didn't call Hyde and and all of a sudden she goes, "I need 20 bucks." I said, "What do you want 20 bucks for?" Oh, well, I called my mother. She wants to go to New York. Okay, I'll go to New York with you and and we'll take care of this. You know, Jason was 20 bucks for I said, "You're not smoking in front of me." >> And that's when you went crazy. >> Basically, basically, >> she clearly was hitting you when I was here. So, >> I know. And that's why you got to do your job. I know. I know. I just, you know what I mean? She's been >> Again, she's your daughter and you love her and you don't want to see her go to jail. I understand all that stuff, but as far as I'm concerned, that's unacceptable of what she was doing, especially during my presence. You know, >> for some reason, the suspect kept on screaming like a psychopath and remained very uncooperative. But the cops were equally prepared to deal with a psychotic brat like her and had just the perfect tool for it. Push it all the way. >> All right, stay right there. MOVE YOUR DAMN LEG. DAMN LEG. >> All right, STAY RIGHT THERE. MOVE. Back up and sit down. Back in. Get inside and sit down. All right. Wait. Wait. Hold the right leg. Hold this right leg right here. All right. I got this left leg first. Coming up. >> Left leg coming up. Sit down. Sit down. Now you [laughter] >> MOVE BACK NOW. >> I AM. YOU STUPID. DO you not see me concentrating? You stupid goddamn cuck. You stupiding idiot. Sit up. >> Get out. Get out. Bring your leg. Sit up right there. >> Go. >> I hate you. I hate you. You >> got that one. >> This one. Good. >> I hate you. I hate you. >> You got it. Here. I just need to connect it to the to the crossover. You guys can't do anything else. >> You still >> You guys arrest anybody like defenders. >> You good? >> I will take this mask off easily. >> Or do we want to >> do you guys my >> pinch back >> or or do we want it? I don't want to take it over each other. It's fine. We just put it back in now. >> All right. We ready? Yeah. Let's go. Let's go. >> I hate you, bro. I hate you all. [ __ ] >> In the end, the woman was charged with household violence, resisting an officer with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. The barbaric woman was definitely a thorn in the flesh. But she was nothing compared to this ill-mannered and horrible lady who bullied her mother until she went into hiding. >> It's really violent and I'm going to stop and I'm sick. You know, >> get away. You're not talking to her right now. >> You did. >> I don't understand. >> I all I'm the one going to jail. >> On June the 26th, 2022, the police received a call concerning family disturbance at a residence. Upon arrival, they encountered the victim, a mother who was visibly traumatized by the experience. >> Reality, you shamed me. You shamed my twins aren't pregnant. Oh, my brother. Oh, shut up. >> Hey, where are you? What's going on? Where is she? Hold on. Hold on. No, no, no. Stay here. I own this house. Don't even mess with me. >> Okay, shut up. The reason No. No. I'm here because I heard sounds of violence. Get off. >> What's Are you alone or >> She touch me. >> Okay. What's going on? >> Who's in here? >> Mama. >> Okay. It's police department. Are you able to open the door? >> Don't touch me cuz you know I'm smacking you. >> That's not going to work out. You're going to get >> Yeah. No. You know, I'm a lawyer. You are not allowed to threaten officers. >> Are you okay? >> I'm a lawyer. Are you? I'm an officer and shut up. >> Are you a doctor? >> I am. So, shut up. >> Okay. Hey, >> get away. I own this house. >> Yes. Come talk to me peacefully now. >> Okay. We get her away or her going to go down. >> Just come talk peacefully. >> I'll hand you down. >> Hey, listen. You can't >> You either talk to my face here. >> Get away. Watch out. >> You either talk to >> This is my house. Get her out. >> I have to put you in cuffs. I'm going to give you more time. Just come talk to me peacefully. Just come talk to me peacefully. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm officer. Are you okay? >> I'm not going to get into a shot. >> She's checking on your mom. Listen, you're not going >> Are you okay? >> I'm hanging in there. Can you tell me what happened? Well, um I think she's been up about 2 days when she drinks and she gets really violent and I'm I'm sick, you know. I'm old. And now she's bringing up stuff that I didn't even remember when she was young about she was pregnant and had a had an abortion. She said it was my fault and you know, she's 46 and 71 and a lot has gone by, you know, but and she wants to be, but I told her, "Honey, let's be adults and need to get a place cuz I'm sick. I have a lot of medicine. I need to take my bed. I have stuff. I need time if she feels like that now that she hates me. But >> so >> when she's sober, she's not like this. But when she's been drinking, when she does, I mean, we just, you know, she's and she's way stronger than me and big and so I have to hide cuz she'll push me and I fall I fall down easy and stuff and so she it just scared me, you know, just scares me. I'm scared for her. I'm scared for her. Thank you. Stay safe. >> While the interrogation was going on, officers were distracted when the woman's daughter came along [music] trying to disrupt the investigation, which made her situation much worse. >> Hey, Mom. He wanted to talk to you cuz I'm going to call my attorney. >> What's going on? >> Get away. You're not talking to her right now. You get away with Mom. >> Listen, you're going to go to No. M. M. Mom, am I going to jail? >> Just need to chill. Just chill. I've asked you to chill. >> Okay, I'll chill. >> Okay. Well, I tried asking you so many times. >> Okay, I'll chill. I'll chill.
