this guy was simply exercising his First Amendment right to film in public but this state official decided she was above the law and took matters into her own hands literally so then she learned her lesson the hard way and you're new here yes I hope I hope you enjoy I'm sorry are you filming yeah yeah yeah I do not want to be filmed that's that's kind of your problem from here what happens from here is I go and I'll generate my reports and everything like that you'll receive a summon to court as victim witness probably um for Sal and battery and you'll have to appear at a certain date and time at pburg District Court like I apologetic if she understands that what she did was wrong absolutely then she doesn't have to lose her job and her livelihood because that's now she's under investigation pending criminal charges it's her first day she's under the 90-day probation or period her whole life is screwed up absolutely I would like to looking to screw up people's lives honestly don't want people being assaulted for no reason I don't blame you and I really appreciate you guys actually you know giving them a chance
