You going to get tag? NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. SHE'S PREGNANT. SHE'S PREGNANT. She's pregnant. So, this is my house. That's my ex. We were married. She's pregnant with my kid, but we're not together cuz she's pregnant. We did a a >> So, it's your age. >> Yes, my ex. >> Sometimes female same gender couples turn almost anywhere into battlegrounds without thinking about the consequences. What happens when they realize that their unchecked tantrum just got the cops involved? >> Get the OUT OF HERE. [ __ ] STOP. WHAT IS GOING ON? >> Don't touch me. Please >> let go of the door. >> Excuse me. >> What are you doing? >> This is my partner. >> I don't care who it is. >> Step back. >> Give a about you having a badge, bro. >> Here are several interesting moments when dumb lesbian couples get the cops involved in their chaotic moment. Starting with this couple who started their day as love birds but ended it behind bars after turning the street into [music] a night fighting arena. >> Are you guys fighting on the ground? >> Yeah, she just made me angry and that's all. >> So, she's what texting other people or something or >> Yeah, I just feel she was supposed to text. >> We were dating at one point. >> Okay. >> We were fighting on the ground. She was just trying to swing and so I grabbed her by her neck and I put her downwards. Late on February the 23rd, 2024 in Texas, officers were dispatched after a 911 call reported that two ladies who seemed to be lovers were screaming and fighting in the middle of the street loud enough to wake the entire neighborhood. The moment the officers pulled up to the exact scene, they knew that they were about to have a very long night. >> Hey, stay there. You guys fighting on the ground? >> Yeah, she just made me angrier, that's all. >> All right. Hey, you stay over there by the car. You come over here. Hey. So, what is going on out here? >> It's just a stupid argument I saw on her phone and let's say I had to pull over. >> So, she's what? Texting other people or something or? >> Yeah, I just feel she's not supposed to be texting. >> All right. You got an ID on you? >> No, I don't. >> Are you guys friends? Dating, I'm guessing. Or >> No, we weren't dating. >> Not dating. So, what's she What's she texting other people that makes you guys get in a physical fight out here in the parking lot? >> We were dating at one point. >> Okay. So, it was like a relationship there. But I think after this, like that's it. Like it's not going to be a problem. I just saw I happened to see someone on her phone. We were driving. I had to like I didn't want to like get into any altercations with her like while I was driving. So, >> I had to pull over and that's when just the whole argument thing happened. >> And then the argument happened. She got out of the car or something like that. And then she was like hitting the car. Like what was going on there? just hitting the car and just got into like a couple pist fights and that's it. >> So I was hitting the car so I get out and I'm like what are you doing? Like why are you hitting my car and then yeah the whole thing after that it's just kind of >> who hit who first? Like what's going on there? >> Um honestly I don't know. >> Okay. >> I can't recall. >> Do you have her ID? >> I don't. >> She said you picked up all of her cards. Oh, she had Yeah, I have. >> The officers knew that in situations like this, the real aggressor could easily pretend to be the victim. Not wanting to jump to conclusions despite how convincing she was, some officers walked over to the second lady to hear her side of the story. >> What's going on? >> She just I think she's drunk. Honestly, I think she's drunk because we went to some crab boil place and she drank. I mean, the margaritas were pretty huge. She saw me texting. We're not together. We're just friends, but we like she's my ex. >> And we were just driving and I was saving a picture to my phone to put out somebody's contact, a new friend, and she just like exploded. Like I don't know if she thought that it was something else or whatever. She has like this demeanor to her when she's drunk cuz I've been through it many times. And it seems like she's she's at least something right now. And she's been driving crazy. So, okay, can you just pull over and drop me off cuz I'm comfortable with you driving. And so she was like, "Okay, get out." I was like, "Okay, cool. Let me just call my dad and let him know where I'm at before you leave." >> And she was just trying to take off. And then she called her friend telling him to come and pick her up because I wouldn't get out the car. And I was like, "It wasn't that I was trying to get out. Wasn't trying to get out the car. I just didn't want to be left stranded here. Like I wanted to make sure my dad knew where I was and I had a for sure ride coming." And she just went off. And we've just been racing back and forth trying to get her to calm down and talk to me, but she won't stop and talk to me. The second lady gave a story completely different from her lovers, believing that she could throw the officers off track. But what she didn't know was that before the officers arrived on the scene, they had already received a detailed report on what had happened. >> Who was outside the car? Cuz there's I guess there's cameras like security cameras. >> She's been in the car the whole time. >> They called us. They said that someone's on the outside of the car like hitting the outside of the car. >> Well, it was a whole car. The one that was rolled down. >> Okay. So, as was what they said. What happened after? Did you have your >> She like got out or she pulled out and took off and parked right here cuz we were down there and then she walked down and I took her phone away from her because she was calling somebody telling them to come and pick her up and saying all this that wasn't true. And so I was trying to get him to be like, "Hey, like I think she's drunk. Like I don't know she's saying I don't know why she's being like this." And and I just took her phone away. >> At what point were you guys fighting on the ground? >> We were fighting on the ground. She was just trying to swing and so I grabbed her by her neck and I put her downwards like on the like not like on the floor or anything but I had her head tilted down. Well, at one point she had me in a headlock but then and then I had put her head down cuz she was trying to swing at me but that's it. I wasn't hitting her and she wasn't like she didn't really land any punches or anything. >> She tried to and you just kind of stopped her. >> I'm telling you I think she's drunk because when she's drunk she don't really know how to fight. >> At this point the officers were more confused than ever. They were faced with two different stories from the ladies and it was difficult to tell who was telling the truth. Instead of guessing in the dark, the officers went to the witness who made the 911 call to review the video footage he had, hoping it would cut through the noise and finally separate fact from fiction. >> Good. How you doing? >> I'm doing all right. Are you the one that called in about awesome? Do you have it on camera? >> Yeah, I have it on camera. I have the footage. I send it to me to my supervisor so if y'all need it, he can be able to provide that. Am I able to Could I watch it right now? I just need to figure out >> what was going on in that whole situation. >> They just pulled up. >> Yeah. >> And once they pulled up, the guy got out of the car. >> Mhm. >> And then once he got out of the car, he started talking on the phone and the lady followed him. >> Okay. Right here. >> So that driver got out, walked away. >> Yeah. The driver got out, walked away, and then the lady started following him. [clears throat] >> Mhm. Oh, wow. Yeah. She running full speed. I heard >> Yeah, she was running at him. No, it goes on from here because they fought a while and then the guy ran away. Yeah. >> Got in the car. >> Oh, wow. Looks like they're fighting over here, too. >> Yeah, they So, once he parked on the side, you'll see he parked on the side. >> She comes uh starts punching the car. >> Mhm. >> Uh once he started punching the car, >> then they drove off and then they went to the other parking lot in the other building. And now you could see them jumping here and fighting. >> Yeah. >> But you'll see her. She'll pull up. They'll come back together. Okay. So at this point is where he just started fighting. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And then he walks back and then she follows him but he doesn't let her in the car. >> Yeah. >> So she starts punching the car. >> So that's why he goes and punchs on the other side of the building >> and then she follows him. So that's why you see them coming over here and they start squabbbling and fighting. >> Yeah. >> Oh, looks like the driver's running away too. >> Yeah. The driver kept trying to run away, but they kept coming back and squabbbling and squabbbing. >> While the officers were coming out from the witness's office to watch the footage, the second lady was already overwhelmed with fear, but still tried to brace herself up [music] with some confidence, knowing for sure that if she had any chance of coming out of this mess, she had better come up with something more convincing. >> So, I watched some video what happened. So you guys stopped over there and then she got out and walked away from you and then you like ran all the way down there. >> Well, cuz Well, yeah, but I didn't do anything to her. Like I was just she was on the phone telling someone that like a bunch of that wasn't true. And so I personally think that she's drunk and so because I've dealt with her while she was joking. So I was like, "Dude, like now is not the time to be calling people saying it's not true." And so I was trying to walk after her because she's obviously mad. >> But she's like all the way on the other side of the building and you run down to her and you guys meet up down there and then you guys start fighting. >> Yeah. >> So you start fighting there and then she runs away. She move goes back to the car and then you guys start fighting again and then she drives away and parks over there and then get back out and then you guys start fighting again. >> Did you have any like injuries or visible marks? >> Good. It was I'm telling you it wasn't it was a petty [ __ ] fight. It wasn't hard punches or anything like that. It wasn't anything serious like >> Mhm. >> I told her to give me my phone. She wouldn't give me my phone. That's when I was knocking on her window to give me my phone. She still wouldn't give a me. >> I saw you kicking the the window too. Beating the hell out of the window and kicking it >> because she wouldn't open you know you have my phone. >> I mean if you guys just got in a fight, would you open the door for somebody you got in a fight with? >> But if you have my phone, what do you expect? How >> did you get her phone? You took it off of her from over there. She had it on her phone and I was like, "Just give me your phone." And I snatched it away from her. I didn't touch her or anything. I just took her phone. Um, and then she wouldn't give me my phone back. So then that's when it's like I tried to be calm and like deescalate it, but then when like, "You're disrespecting me." Like I don't know what else you expect. >> After confirming that she was the suspect, the officer turned back to the first lady who had obviously taken the brunt of the chaos and still wasn't sure how things would eventually end. >> Uh, can I check your eyes real quick? I just need to make sure you were all right to drive. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, >> I mean, they're a little like watery, but >> that's all right. So, >> um, have you suffered any head injuries recently? Like, serious? >> No, I mean, she hit me pretty hard, but I mean, I don't know. >> Yeah, I saw it on the camera, so I saw everything that happened. >> So, feet together, arms down by your side, just like that for me. Stare at the green light. Stay in that position. Follow this light with your your eyes and your eyes only. Okay. >> Just your eyes. >> Oh, sorry. So, he had one of the big margaritas, >> I guess. So, yeah, we they came out with them. I didn't think it was going to be that big. Yeah, they were pretty. >> Let's see your hands real quick. >> Besides this one here, I think that's pretty much it. >> Yeah, I'll take pictures of that real quick. >> Even after confirming that she was the victim, the officers weren't ready to wrap up the scene just yet. There were still loose ends to tie. So, what I'm going to have you do, can you flip the camera on in that car? Thank you. Here, come on over here. So, just stand right over here for me. So, what I'm going to have you do is put your right foot in front of your left, just like that, heel to toe with your arms down by your sides, and maintain that position until I tell you otherwise. Do you understand? >> There you go. All right. Now, stay in that position till I tell you otherwise. All right. So, when I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down that line there. Uh, when you take your ninth step, you're going to turn around keeping your front foot planted with a series of small steps with your other foot and then take nine heel totoe steps back down the line. One, two, four, >> and then the right. >> Yeah, just keep keep going. >> One, two, >> okay, you can stay right there. Just feet together, arms down by your side. When I tell you to, you're going to raise one foot off the ground. Either foot doesn't matter. Left or right, approximately 6 in the height of a Coke can. >> All right, begin. >> 1,000345,26,27. >> I can tell you have a you've had something to drink. >> Yeah, >> you've already admitted that. >> Well, I mean, she also hit me in the head, so kind of a little like >> Yeah. So on a if I had to have you place your level of intoxication on a scale from zero to 10 with zero being totally sober and 10 being the most blackout I'm not I'm not not black out but like I you know >> where would you put yourself on that scale? >> Yeah. I mean I would put myself at a maybe a three out of five. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'm going to be honest with you. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Just hang out at the front of the car right there for me. On the other side, the aggressive girlfriend was obviously smart enough to hold on to her stand till the end, but she was obviously too stupid to understand that turning the street into a fighting arena comes at a cost. >> All right, so turn around >> for what? >> Assault. >> What about her? She started it too. >> So based on the video and everything, >> but she threw punches first by trying to get her phone. So when if someone initiates like by punching first and someone punches back, it doesn't mean that they're biting you. It's they're trying to protect themselves. >> She was punching me, dude. Like like she started the whole thing. >> Then why did you sprint after her? Grab her. >> I sprinted after her because she left the car in the middle of the parking lot. Dude, I did not. I'm literally on bail right now. Why would I put myself in a situation to instigate a fight? So, right now you're being placed under arrest for that. >> Let's go to the front of my car real quick. Give me my camera. Turn it off. >> Her wallet is right here in my thing. >> There's literally like nothing to show that I was the one that instigated it. >> Everything over there is on video. >> Can you push my glasses up for me? >> Here, I just got to take them off anyway. >> I understand that, but I heard you say that there's nothing to show of who instigated it. So, how are you able to arrest me if you have no sense of who instigated it? I didn't touch her when I took her and I'm rolling and she knows that. >> Well, if you go up and grab something out of somebody's hand, they're going to try to get it back, right? And I see you two on top of each other over there on the end of the >> I don't understand. Why wouldn't we just be separated for the night? >> But that's not how it works in the state of Texas, >> sir. All right, let's walk back this way. >> Is there anything that I can do not get arrested? >> Nope. >> I didn't want it like to go down this way, but like >> better now than later, right? >> Yeah. In the end, she was charged with battery. Unlike the previous lovers, Natalie thought that having a lawyer dad gave her the right to engage her girlfriend in a public [music] fight right in front of officers. >> My dad is a lawyer. >> Okay. Who is she to you? She's my girlfriend. >> On January the 1st, 2025, at around 3:00 a.m. in Sarasota, Florida, officers responded to a call from a club manager reporting a fight involving two lesbians, later identified as Cassandra and Natalie, and their friends in the club. But when officers arrived, it was clear that the situation had been downplayed over the phone. What they walked into wasn't just a small scuffle. It was a full-blown scene of chaos unfolding in real time with emotions running high and tensions still very much alive. >> Chill out. >> People get in the arguments. That's my girl. >> Okay, but then why are you putting hands on that? >> Dude, that's my girl. You ain't trying to girl once in a while. >> Okay, that was not Jazzy. Hey, are we not? >> But the thing is, you pushed her. You shoved her. >> That's what we're saying. >> Get my hair out of my mouth. Want to see me? Get my hair out of my mouth. Out of my mouth. Otherwise, I can't talk. >> She's in my mouth. You see? Yeah. >> That's how you're going to act. You're acting out of my mouth. I'm not acting like a child. >> You are acting like a child. >> No, I'm not. >> Do you want to go to jail? We're trying to just get your side of the story. What happened? >> Okay, >> girl. You're not helping. Not saying Cassie, there's nothing wrong. And yet they want to try me, dude. They're literally talk to her. There's nothing wrong. >> Didn't take long before the officers had Natalie in handcuffs for shoving Cassandra several times. Ideally, that should have eased the tension hanging in the air. Instead, the reverse was the case. >> I'm not pressing charges, nothing like that. We're good. I >> Who is she to you? >> She's my girlfriend. But if if that escalates stuff, then no, we're in a club where people are pushing each other. Obviously, she's going to shove me. >> We're in a club full of god knows how many people. >> All right. Do you have your ID? >> I don't have my ID. I have I have a photo of it. >> Do you have a Florida ID, though? >> Yes, I do. I don't have it on. >> I have to go back. Do me a favor. >> Figure out what this is. Just wait over here on the sidewalk. Okay. >> Cassandra quickly had to take off her sweater as the tension started weighing heavily on her. She was obviously in love with her girlfriend Natalie. And if there was a perfect time to prove her love for her, not mind the cost, they had to be now. >> So, here's here's our situation. All right. I'm >> Are y'all arresting her? >> Here's our situation. I'm going to be honest with you. Okay. Here's the thing. >> What can I do to make sure she's out of trouble? >> You guys are you guys are dating? Well, she put her hands on you. That's the issue. >> But I don't want charges. >> Hold on. In the state of Florida, it does not matter. You guys have a dating history, which means we have to do something in order to keep you safe. Here's the thing. Here's what I'm telling them. It wasn't a shove as in like she's going to beat her. >> While Cassandra was trying to appeal to the officer's emotions, Natalie was on the other side messing things up, diligently clearing her path to jail. >> Lean forward. >> No, I promise you, like, it's stuck on my wrist. Like, I'm not even like right here. It's stuck on my wrist. Like, it's so so so tight. Please. This hurts. This [ __ ] hurts. >> I know it does. I think that you should try. >> Okay. Listen very carefully. I'm going to loosen this hand. >> Do the other one. No. I'm not going to watch. >> No. No. No. Listen. Stop talking. You're prolonging this. >> Okay. Make that very clear. I'm not pressing charges. Okay. I I won't I'll be loud. Okay. >> I have all the money, Cassie. I will I will give you my money. Take my money. My money right now. I'm not worried about your driver's license. That was a lie. in the car. >> I can't I CAN'T arrested I'm gettingrested down. >> Hey, >> you want me to call your parents? Yes or no? >> No. No. Call >> him in jail. >> Do not call him. I need >> you can swallow. You have to stay back 10. >> Just let me know what you're going to literally right here. Main Street. >> I don't have the numbers. They're in my car. They're in my phone. I don't have the numbers. I don't have the numbers. I do not have the numbers. Look, I do not have the numbers. They let me do that. >> They're coming to my friend. >> They have the numbers. Then why didn't you let me check me? Check me. Check me. I'm losing this. You know, they do. You have anything on you anyway? >> No, I don't. I'm girl. I'm a girl. All I got was my bra. My panties on me, dude. >> Perfect. All right. All I need is numbers. All I need is numbers. these guys. You two, can you move your feet further apart for me? >> What the mother of these men? >> I am searching you. >> No, please do this. >> Okay. All right. I don't know what that has. >> Three months left. Hey, wait. Is there wiped it out? >> Can I Can I have a wet one? >> I don't have I just cleaned. No, I heard about cop cars. No, I get in there cop cars. They're disgusting. >> Don't catch them. Don't catch her. >> They're disgusting. >> I just cleaned it. >> I cleaned I cleaned it after my last transport. All right. >> You're a girl, >> bro. This is sort of >> Listen, if you keep moving, you're I'm going to leave them as they are. Okay. >> Are they lever locks? >> All right. Okay. Back off. >> Yes. You're the one doing this to yourself. All right. You put yourself in this position. >> How many times did you ask? >> You put yourself in this car. All right. >> Like six or seven times and she told me she didn't have it. And then I >> She gave you >> She had to think about her birthday and then she finally gave it to me and I was already >> What the car? >> They already told me I have the number. That's another >> You guys told me that I can have the numbers. You guys told me >> you got resisting too. >> Yep. While Cassandra was still trying to appeal to the officer's emotions, hoping sympathy might tilt things in her favor, Natalie, on the other end was busy making matters worse. >> Can I just talk to her real quick? >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> Okay. >> Hey, Natalie. Cuz Sandra >> gave me her phone number for you to call. Okay. She said call her cuz she's going to be waiting. The first time you guys allowed to call me. >> No. So, they'll allow it if it doesn't go through. Okay, here's the thing. She said, "Call her cuz she'll be waiting outside the jail to post your bail." Okay, so I'm going to put this phone number in your bag, okay? With your phone. >> What bag? >> She's got your She's got your phone with your ID. Okay, >> I have my phone. >> That way you can get emergency. >> But can you please listen? This is already back. >> Hey, Natalie. >> Pull my shirt. Pull my shirt. Can you see the rash on me? >> No. No. No. No. >> Sit sideways. It won't hurt as much. There you go. Sit back. >> No. Pull my shirt. >> I see the rash. >> Can you see the rash? That's all over my body. >> I'm really sorry. >> Yeah, >> because I'm not trying to deal with it. It makes you really No. No. Just pull the shirt off my back. >> I see it. All right. >> If you sit sideways, it won't hurt as much. Okay. >> No. I've been sitting sideways. You can't just like just a little bit. I'm not finding >> like dude. >> Girlfriend. >> She didn't have her ID on her. >> I It wasn't my her, not yours. Your girlfriend, Cassandra. >> You're good. >> Okay. All right. Thanks. >> She's double locked. You're good. All right, Natalie. Call your girlfriend. End of call. >> In the end, she was charged with battery, resisting an officer without violence, and disorderly intoxication. Up next is this pregnant and jealous woman who went after her wife for leaving her and moving on so quickly. >> Stop touching me. >> Stop right here. >> Look, look, look. Come over here. >> Get off me. She's pregnant. Stop. >> Xavier, SHUT THE I'M TALKING TO ME. SHE WAS MY WIFE. ARE YOU DUMB? >> You have a dummy. >> Are you dumb? On March the 18th, 2023, late at night in Georgia, an officer responded to a domestic disturbance call from a woman reporting that her ex-wife had shown up at her home in a full-blown rage, damaging anything in sight and confronting anyone who got in her way. At first, the officer expected the situation might be exaggerated, but the moment they arrived at the apartment, a devastating reality shattered that assumption. >> Savannah Police Department. >> Yes. Can you come in? Hurry up, please. >> Come in. >> She's right here. Get her out of here. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Stop touching me. >> Hold on. What's going on? >> She came in. >> Hey, look. >> She came in. >> Stop touching me. >> Right here. >> Look. Look. Look. Look. Come over here for me. Excuse me. >> You stand over there for me. Sit on the phone. >> Ma'am, come here. >> He said come here. >> Can you come here and talk to me? >> You going to get tased. >> No. No. NO. NO. NO. SHE'S PREGNANT. SHE'S PREGNANT. She's pregnant. Get off. Get off. SHE'S PREGNANT. MASER, STOP. >> XAVIER, shut the [laughter] talking. >> No. See what you doing. >> STOP. STOP, BRO. STOP. >> LOOK, you're already pregnant now. I'm not trying to hurt you. Chill out. >> All right. >> All right. You don't have to put me in cuffs. All right. >> Come outside and talk to me. >> All right. >> Come outside and talk to me real quick. >> Come on. Step outside and talk. Put your shoes on. >> Stay in here. >> Put your shoes on. We're going to step outside and talk. Come on. >> No. you. >> If you don't listen, >> I'M NOT. >> BRO, ARE you bro? >> This is coming from what? >> Watch out. >> I don't know. Hold on. >> Step outside for me. >> A little E2, bro. Imagine that. >> YOU GOT PREGNANT. OH YEAH, I GOT PREGNANT. >> UP TO THIS MOMENT, the only thing the officer could clearly piece together was that the two women had once been lovers and that one of them was pregnant. Beyond that, everything was tense and unstable. He knew that there was no room for delay. He had to do something before the situation became life-threatening. >> She was my wife. Are you dumb? >> Are you dumb? >> We went through a process. >> Have a seat for me. Have a seat for me. Have a seat for me. Just have a seat on the stairs for me. >> Have a seat on the stairs for me. That's it. >> I don't want >> I don't want to sit. >> Nah. Can one of y'all just chill out over here for me? >> All right. So, well, I'm going to wait for my partner to get ugly. >> Can you take me upstairs? >> You You can wait. >> That's hers. Well, I think she has one. >> This your phone. Going to put your phone in your pocket. All right. >> Can you No, don't touch me. >> I'm going to put your phone in your pocket. >> All right. I got >> Where is she? I'm going to put your phone back inside. Which one? >> All right. I got it. >> Can you take me out these cuffs? >> No, not right now. >> Right now, the office had pieced together that the pregnant partner was the primary aggressor. And she was using her condition as leverage to unleash long-held anger at her ex-lover. >> Get up over here for me. >> She got her phone in her pocket. >> Can you wait? Just wait. >> Can you take these cups off me, please? >> No. Come on. Let's go downstairs. You got your shoes on? >> No. >> Where your shoes at? >> Can you take these cuffs off me, please? >> Put your shoes on. >> Put your shoes on. >> Can you take these cuffs off me? >> Put your shoes on. >> Give me a sec. >> Walk with me. >> Walk. Can you get these hips off me? >> Walk. >> All right. I'm walk. >> All right. >> Hey, you hold her for me real quick for >> All right. But can you take the cuffs off me though? >> She's pregnant, but sitting on one. So, >> can you >> I just want to head up. >> Take the [ __ ] off me now. >> No, we can go downstairs and we're going to You Well, one of y'all got your cars right here behind you. All right, bro. Let me put her in one of these cars. >> You want her in mine? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You want Do you have her phone? >> No. It's in her back pocket. The case. The It has a boy on the case. That's mine. >> It's in her back right pocket. >> Can y'all take the cups out me? Cuz why am I the only one with the phone? >> So, is that her phone? Can you These are not comfortable. Can you And I'm the only one. You can take these off. >> It's cuz you're resisting. Stop resisting. >> Is that her phone, though? >> I'll put her phone. >> All right. Well, we'll figure out who it is. I'm taking >> All right. Can you get off me? >> Nope. Just hit the boat. Hold on. >> All right, that's fine. Give me this phone as well. >> Give me this phone. Patch it on real quick. This one got Have a seat for him, please. While she sat in the back of the cruiser, the officer spoke with her ex-wife, who gave a full confession on how it all escalated into full-blown chaos. >> So, what's what? >> So, this is my house. That's my ex. We were married. She's pregnant with my kid, but we're not together. We're waiting. I didn't want to process her for divorce. But >> when you say she's pregnant with your kid, >> she's pregnant. We did a uh uh >> So it's your age? >> Yes, my egg. >> Okay. >> So, um >> So, um she called my phone like 20 times before she came here. I didn't answer. >> What time What time did all this start? >> Uh she has my phone. I can't I don't know. She has my phone. >> So, give me an approximate. >> Uh what time is it? >> It is 8:57. So, like 9. No, like 7 7 o'clock. >> Okay. So, like >> Okay. >> So, she called me. I didn't answer cuz I was out. Then >> she called you. >> Yes. So, then out of nowhere, we're cleaning up and we heard a knock at the door. >> You two are cleaning up? >> Yes, we're cleaning up. >> And we hear a knock at the door. So, um I go to open the door. I tell her to step in the room cuz I already know how this is going to go. We're together. We'll figure it out. >> Okay. But I was with her and >> obviously Okay. >> So, um >> when she comes, she knocks on the door. >> Yeah, she knocks on the door. So, I try to tell her like, "You can't come in. Like, you don't I don't have to go into my house." So, she pushes me out the way. I'm not trying to push the girl. So, I'm just like trying to block her. >> She pushes her way in. >> Yeah. She pushes her way in. Then she's going through all my stuff, going through my house. So, at this point, I know she's looking for somebody cuz she's opening every single door that she sees. So then, >> so when she pushes you in, what do you do at that point? You just let her come in. >> Yeah. I was already behind her and I didn't. >> Yeah. I'm No, I'm I'm just asking questions. I'm just trying to get the situation down. So she pushes her way in and you just kind of step back and allow her to >> So I learn cuz I'm thinking we just want if you don't, you're just going to stay right here. >> So then she tries to go to my room and I'm like, "No, you're not going to my room. Like you don't you're not going to just walk into my house and walk your house." funnily enough, deep within her, she still had feelings for her pregnant ex-wife, even after everything had spiraled out of control. Those feelings weren't enough to make her hold back the most disastrous part of the story. >> I was trying to block her and she grabbed my throat. >> But they but then we moved to the mark right there. Scratchy. >> Yeah. Turn around on the other side, too. >> She's got someone. You got someone on you, too? Like right here. So, we moved into the kitchen and they're still arguing. Then she swung first. She hit her in her face. Then that's when I tried to hurry up and get in between them cuz I knew they was about to start fighting. >> So, I would move under a little couple things. >> Hey, man. >> You can get in. >> So, she's arguing whatever trying to get to me and she hit me and I'm just like, okay. Like, I'm I'm not used to that cuz she hit her all the time. So, I bag back. I did not hit her. I did not hit her. She's Oh, she's taking over for her. All that kind of stuff. I'm like, "Okay, well, >> you're taking up for her >> cuz she's pregnant." So, I'm like, "Don't hit her." >> Okay. Just I'm just asking. >> So, she's like, "Don't hit her. She's pregnant." At this point, I have not hit this girl. This girl has hit me. So, I'm just like I I go in the room. I mean, I go in the kitchen and I'm calling my mom. I'm like, "She just hit me. She just hit me." >> In the end, she was charged with battery. The previous woman was dumb as a rock, but still, she was nothing compared to Elelliana, who saw her girlfriend as property that she could bully anywhere and at any time she desired. Stop. >> Get the out of here. Stop. Don't touch me. Please >> let go of the door. >> Excuse me. This is my partner. I'm asking you to stop touching. >> Look at me. Look at me. Step. >> Have a right. I know my right. >> On November the 18th, 2023, at around 4:00 a.m. in Ohio, right outside the Lakewood Police Station, an officer spotted a young woman aggressively tugging at a car door while the driver inside screamed for help. First glance, it looked like a straightup robbery. Instantly, the officers moved in cautiously, his hand [music] near his holster, ready for anything. But as he got closer, the situation took a darker but less frightening turn. >> What's going on? >> Open the door. >> What's going on? Stop. Stop. >> Get the out of here. >> I said stop. What is going on? >> Don't touch me. Please >> let go of the door. >> Excuse me. >> What are you doing? >> This is my partner. I'm asking you to stop and I'm telling you to stop. >> I have a rifle law. I'm asking you to stop touching me. >> Stop. >> Please get your hand off me. >> Then step back. This is my partner and I'm asking you to stop me. >> Look at me. >> Step back. >> Have a right doors in front of the cops. >> This is my partner. >> I don't care who it is. >> Step back. >> I give a about YOU HAVING A BADGE, BRO. GO >> AHEAD. Do you want >> asking you I don't give a >> carried away by her own aggression didn't realize that she wasn't dealing with officers who would just let things slide or look the other way. >> I'm asking you to stay. Take a step back. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> No. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> No. >> No. Put your arms behind your back. >> No. >> Let go. >> Am I under arrest? >> Yes. >> Why? >> Disorderly conduct. Put your arms behind. It's >> a lie. >> I'm talking to my partner. >> Get the off me, bro. >> Get the asking you to get the off. >> No. >> Turn around. >> Get off me, dude. >> Drinking. She's been drinking. >> Turn the around. We're done playing. >> No. I'm not playing with you. Get the upp get up asking me to get the me right now. >> Put your hands behind bed. >> Wait, guys. >> No, we're past this. >> We are past this. >> Put your hand. Wait. Stop. >> Oh, bro. These stupid. This the you did >> I didn't do that. I told you I was you did >> stop here. I'm I'm I'm letting to go >> then stop. >> All right. I'm letting go. >> All of your hard [ __ ] work is just down the drain now because you're getting arrested cuz you wanted a drink and you wanted to act a fool. >> Cuz you >> No, you this is you. >> We're going to have fun >> in the east. >> You just grab my phone. Yeah. And I'm LETTING EVERYBODY KNOW YOU'RE getting arrested because you wanted a [ __ ] drink and you wanted to act a fool. >> Go sit in the car. I'm going to talk to you in a minute. >> Why do you got to make hard? I'm trying to talk to you. See what was going on. And you made hard. Sit down on the curb. >> Don't Don't talk to me like that. >> Do you [laughter] want to get in the car? >> You're under arrest. I can't get [laughter] >> you got anything on you that's going to poke me, stick me or hurt me? >> Yep. >> Give it all to her, please. >> I'm asking you on my phone. Do all the bull that you got to do. You [ __ ] >> Can you [ __ ] >> We are so done. >> You were making this so much worse. We're making it. >> Are we doing this to you? >> No, you did this to yourself. >> Are you [ __ ] you? >> I got hurt. >> You don't got to do all that. >> Sit in the car. Put your feet in. >> I will cooperate. >> Put your feet in. >> Hold on. Let me talk to you. >> We're not listening. >> Put your feet in. >> I tried to listen to you. Hold on real quick. >> This you're not TELLING US WHAT'S GOING >> You came up here. >> Okay. Where the police? >> I don't care. >> It's okay. IT'S OKAY. IT'S MY FAULT. I WAS BEING It's okay. >> It is okay. IT WAS MY FAULT. It's my fault. >> Sit down. >> I am. I am. I am. Can you just >> Can I just fix my wrist? There. Sit down. >> Like >> ah [ __ ] >> there. It's fine. >> Oh, it's not. No, I GOT I GOT LIKE TURN MY WRIST real quick. >> My phone. Hold on. I just got to turn my wrist. >> Oh, there you go. >> Hold on. I just got >> That's my phone. >> Okay. No. >> Can you Can you grab the mall and then just give it to her? >> Everything's out of your pocket. >> This one? >> Yeah. Everything's out. >> After getting Elelliana into the back of the patrol car, the officer turned his attention to her girlfriend, who wasn't calm either, but was smart enough to know that she could either end up like her girlfriend or spend the night at home. It all depended on how she chose her words. >> How did that happen? She got drunk with her friend. >> And I can I have her phone? I need her phone and the keys. >> I need the phone and her keys. >> If she says together, >> I need her keys. This my car. I need her keys. I need her phone. >> Wait a second. >> No, I need her. >> NOTHING. YOU'RE NOT TELLING US WHAT'S GOING ON. >> YOU CAME UP HERE WHEN I was her. I don't care. I was having a conversation with her by herself and you cops wanted to up. We had a dispute. >> It wasn't even physical. She tried to open the door and this mother came up and tried to arrest her. That was it. >> Okay. >> We were having a dispute on our own. >> So those are her keys. >> Yeah. No, there that's my car. That's my car. Those are my keys. That's my phone. >> That's my keys. My phone. My wallet. >> Is that your >> That is registered to me. >> Stop yelling. Stop yelling so we can >> that phone I bought. That's my phone. It's registered under my name. >> If she's using it, then she has to keep it. >> No, it's my phone. >> I asked her for it back. That's the whole reason why we're in this dispute. I pay for that bill. It's under my name. I paid $900 for that phone. I let her use it. >> Yes. >> I need her phone. I paid for that phone. 9124. >> So if she had the phone and I'm talking to you reasonably. >> Okay. You gave it to her as a gift and she's been using it. >> That is not her phone. >> You just said you gave it to her. >> I let her use it today. Yes. >> Okay. And that's why this is all stolen. >> Yes. Because she wanted to go out and drink. She was texting people off of my phone. I came here to get out of my house cuz she's been drinking. She asked me where I was. I told her the police station. She I seen her pull in and she thought I was at somebody's house. So, she tried to open the door and then that's when you were sitting right there and she pulled over here and she told me to open the door and I said, "No." Well, I didn't realize that the door wasn't locked. So, she opened the door. But she has been drinking. She's been drinking since. >> And when I tried to talk to her, she went >> I know. And she has every right to get arrested for that. I I completely understand. I told her that she needed to relax. But >> did you run her already? >> No. >> 11. Do you? >> Yes. >> Are you able to get both cars out of here? >> Can I just talk to her for two seconds before you take her? Can I just tell her to calm down? But I think we're past that. >> She's not going. >> She's crying and I know her drunk. Can I just tell her to calm down? >> Can I just >> You already tried to tell her to calm down. It didn't work. >> I know, but >> the officers weren't expecting a girl like Elelliana to be cool-headed. Not when she was bold enough to follow her girlfriend to the station to confront her where she had run for safety. The officers expected that by this time she ought to have come out of her illusion and embraced reality. But little did they know that all they had seen so far was just a shadow of how lunatic she was. Hey, shut the [ __ ] up. >> Probably. >> Yeah. >> Hey, stop kicking the door. >> I'm [ __ ] asking you, [ __ ] >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> I don't give a >> move my handcuffs in the front. >> Bro, bro, I I promise you I'll make a [ __ ] >> and I promise you they're not getting move. Come on, >> man. [ __ ] you. >> No. [ __ ] you. >> Take me out. >> Come on. >> Go get an extra charge for you. Taking me out. >> You're going to get a lot of char. >> Hey, come on, man. Come on. [clears throat] Come on. >> I'm not that difficult. >> All right. >> You guys have one. Just put it in the front. >> All right. >> Where do you >> go? >> What's your name? >> Rollers. >> Say you're Stop touching me like that. >> I won't cooperate. But don't >> you will not >> You're not going to get cooperation out of me if you touch me like that. Bro, I'm trying to tell you. I'm not [clears throat] a criminal. >> This is a drunk night and I'm being a [ __ ] >> What? >> What is she here for? >> DC resisting an obstruction. >> That's a [ __ ] lie. I'mma fight that. Of course. I'm I'm going to get a I'm going to get a lawyer. [ __ ] you. >> You're right. >> Yeah, I know. [ __ ] you. In the end, she was charged with assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Elelliana was obviously lousy and arrogant, but she was nothing compared to this girl who looked so harmless but turned her girlfriend Amari into a one-handed person and still tried to play the victim. >> You saying that that you guys got an argument and she she jumped on you? She start hitting you in the face how many times? On the last day of May 2025, on a rainy afternoon in Florida, a young woman later identified as Amari, arrived at the Clearwater Police Station, reporting that she had fled her girlfriend's home after a violent argument that left her with a broken hand and nearly cost her her life. Taking the report seriously, officers were quickly assigned to escort her back to the apartment to retrieve her belongings. But upon getting to the apartment, they met her girlfriend, who gave a different confession from that which Amari had reported. We go in with you. So her car is gone then. It's not here. >> I think that's her car right there. >> Oh, that button you saw. >> Why is all this doodoo out here? >> I don't know. Somebody been running the door maintenance to come, but they still don't even have anything. And of course scrambling. >> That's disgusting. >> She not letting me turn. >> It was raining while we were here. >> She's on it. >> Yeah. She's holding the You need to open the door. There you go. She's allowed to come in and get her stuff. >> Yeah. Tell me what happened earlier. >> She can stay outside. >> She can come in with she. >> You're good. Go. >> You're good. Tell me what happened earlier. >> Um, what you mean? What What's early like? What time? >> Oh, so they came here. Well, they had somebody in. And she seen that I had somebody in here. She got mad and she fought me all the way. She dragged me all the way out the door. >> She drag you? >> Mhm. >> How did that happen? >> What you mean? >> Like, how did she drag you? >> Oh, by my hair. She dragged me by my hair. My wig is off. It's in the bathroom. So, I had a wig on. She dragged me by her and dragged me all the way outside and he was fighting out there and she she stopped because she said I broke her arm. Her arm broke or whatever. So, I came back in here. She called her mom. She told her mom to come and her mom pulled up with her and like three other people and When I let them in, they all jump on. >> They all jump. All of them did. >> Where you got any marks on you anywhere? >> I know. >> No, I'm right here. >> Who jumped on you? >> I can't. >> Hold on. Let me just check your face first. >> Go that way. >> All right. No way. Let me see your neck. That's all right. All right. Now, show me that injury in your mouth that you're showing. >> All right. What about your arms? Is your arms? >> Nothing. Let me get pictures of >> my arms. Okay. >> Other side. Flip your hands over. Let's get your legs. Can I get the back side of your legs, please? All right. She's saying that that you guys got an argument and she she jumped on you and drugged you out of the house and you have that market. You don't have anything else. And then uh and then when she came here, she other people came in and they all jumped on you. >> Yeah. She caught she caught when she called her mom and they all got out the car and they were stand their first day was banging on the door. I didn't let them in at first and then I opened the door when I was >> I got this. >> Okay. Thank you. >> When [music] they all when they all came in and they jumped on you, what what were they doing? >> You said they jumped on you. So, how how did they do that? That's what I'm asking. >> Oh, like she was she was sitting at the door. She pushed the door open. She not here right now, though. She not with them right now. But when she did, she stood right here and she >> start hitting you in the face. >> How many times? >> The suspect's story sounded quite convincing, but the officers weren't buying it. Something didn't add up. How could it be that Amari allegedly showed up twice with a group of people to attack her? Yet, she had nothing more than a minor cut on her lip. >> We're going to go and place you on arrest for phony battery. She's got a fracture on her elbow. I'm going to walk her this way. Will you have them come lock the door? >> You've ever been arrested before? >> All right. >> Why did you post all of her credit card stuff and her IDs and stuff on >> that picture of you guys in bed though? And she posted Oh my god. Oh, >> you're on. And she posted what? >> She posted um my social >> where she post that at on Snapchat. But she deleted it. She ain't tell y'all that though. >> No, she didn't tell me that. >> Yeah, I know. >> She didn't. >> Be careful. Listen, don't call nobody on your phone. Just hold on to it. >> In less than 5 minutes, the suspect's parents rushed to the scene, clearly trying to tilt the story in their child's favor. But instead of helping, their version of the story only made things more complicated, leaving the officers with more contradictions to sort through. >> She was here alone. She said when she had guests that they were knocking on the door trying to get in, the the guest came out and Amari barged in. When Amari came in, she jumped on my daughter and that's how my daughter who had a a wig on her head last night when she came to my house and now it's off her head. She said Amari then dragged her out of the house and then whatever happened outside happened outside. My daughter goes back in and that's when Maya and I even spoke to Amari's mother this morning and she admitted that they all came back in and the girl jumped on my child and that's how Sariah end up with the bus. Look, Sariah said she told them to get out and she tried to she did try to get them out and Amar's arm got caught in the door when they were leaving out. So it's not like she took her and slam my daughter that's too weak to slam down a a girl that's twice her size. Her arm her mother even told me her arm got caught in the door and that's how her arm got that way. Not from a slam on the ground. >> Yeah. So >> so it's just unfortunate that she didn't have anyone here to defend her and everybody's going against what she and she's going and she's going in jail for with a felony battery charge. >> There's two Well, like I said, I'm investigating two and she's going to jail for >> Well, I talked with her. She didn't mention a different girl during the first incident. She mentioned her and Amari, which is the girl that got her arm broken, >> right, with the dreads. >> That's what I'm talking about. >> The second incident, though. That's not the first incident. >> That was the first incident. >> Her arm got hurt on the second incident when Sariah tried to get them all out of the apartment on the first. >> I got my story straight. You guys have a different story. My investigation is very clear. It's all on body camera. And I know that uh but you guys weren't here either. you're you're going back to word of mouth as well. Now, I am investigating the second incident that occurred. I still have a phone call to make to somebody she said she was on FaceTime live with and uh so I'll call her and talk with her about the second incident and if charges can be developed from that second incident, I will do so. >> But what I'm saying is without conversation right here, you just told us that she got her arm hurt in the first incident and she did. >> Mhm. Okay. Well, that that's what you say. >> That's a discrepation. >> That's what you said. >> That's what you said. That's what your daughter told you, >> right? Your daughter told him something different. The other person told him something different. >> But mom wasn't here either during the first story from your daughter. >> Okay. >> From the mother of the other girl's daughter also. >> But what he's saying is your daughter when we asked her about it didn't mention anything about another girl even being when I was on FaceTime and she was talking with you. >> She was talking to me about Amar. >> She said Maya. >> She said you think you're getting the names mixed up. I promise you I was on FaceTime when you came in and I think she said they said she had to get off the phone. She said Maya and I think the name >> it's a Maya and Lori Maya. >> It's two different names. >> And when she was on FaceTime with you, if you go back and watch your body, she did say that name. >> It was usual for families to stand up for their own in situations like these. But if they had been smart enough, they would have coordinated a story that didn't directly contradict [music] their daughter's own account. >> What do we have clear? We have a girl with a broken elbow >> consistent consist and her story is consistent with getting that that injury and we have your daughter with she is saying that I was through the house. I they were dragging me through the house and they were beating me up. They punched me several times and the only injury she has is a a cut on the inside of her lip. If I was punched several times in the face there be >> marks on it. There would be if I was being ded if you would if I if I d you down the stairs and outside you would have marks on your arms. You would have things consistent with this. There is none of that. All there is is a a cut on the inside of your leg. >> If I'm trying to get in somebody's apartment and I put my arm in and they close the door. Can I get to charge me assault for me trying to break into that when they just got finished jumping on me? for >> if I just got jumped on and I'm trying to close my door and you're the person is reaching their arm in the door and it gets slammed. I get charged with assault. >> That's what he's looking for. >> But that's what I'm saying. An assault. >> Well, here's the deal. She's 19. >> She's 19. I've done a comprehensive investigation. >> Whether you agree with the investigation or not on the on on this stage, we develop probable cause. A reasonable doubt is proven in court, right? So, you guys have you can get an attorney. you can go and prove beyond a reasonable doubt in court on the stage where we're at right now. I've clearly I've clearly established probable cause for the arrest or I would not have arrested her >> for battery. The reason why it's a felony is because there's a broken >> You didn't know it was >> they don't know they can't find them. >> The only people that I know that were involved from both people is the same the same person initially. >> No. >> So, and I'm going based upon um a comprehensive investigation. So, that as far as I'm concerned that's that's that's the end of our discussion. She's 19. She was a juvenile. We discuss more. That's the end of our discussion. My advice to you is to contact an attorney in reference to your daughter. She's going to be held. It's a It's domestic related. She's going to be held overnight and she'll see a judge in the morning. >> I understand that. >> Okay. >> You got to handle it. Of course, but the other party just go for you. >> There's still an investigation on the >> aggressive party. That's crazy. The the investigation still ongoing her and then she's the one that goes the investigation is still ongoing. >> I'm going to call them. >> I'm still doing I'm still working here. We I stopped to talk to you >> able to leave because we do not have criminal charges on them right now. >> So nothing happens with her. Look, they admitted to jumping on her. That's battery right then. It made me officer. >> Well, we're we're finished. >> But uh But you guys, like I said, I would I would hire an attorney. >> I understand that you you're done. I'm done with my investigation. But you got to care about >> I said I'm not done with my investigation. >> But she's already in the car. The other party's left. So therefore, that means something is concluded. >> I can't I can't drive to where they're at and go arrest them if I develop probable cause. I mean, come on. At this point in time, there was no cause to hold them. >> Have to find them. So, right. >> Why would why would they be able to understand in your emotions in reference to your daughter? >> I understand. Yeah. Of course. Of course. my daughter, then you would be the same if you came up over here and your daughter got jumped. She's saying that the people saying that she's the aggressor, she got >> we've got we've got multiple incidents happened and and I'm investigating everything together and you're listening to the three witnesses. A few minutes later, after the suspect's parent had left the scene, Amari's mother arrived at the scene from the hospital where her daughter had gone for a broken arm with a similar story as her [music] daughters, but with a spice of slight contradictions, leaving some puzzles to be resolved. >> How do how do we how is all this going to play out? Because >> I heard her say that we forced ourselves in there. Well, >> everyone's got their story, right? Right. >> Um, so she's arrested right now. >> Okay. >> So, she's going to go to jail for felony battery. Um, obviously she's got her story. We document everything that they say. >> There is from I wasn't there for the initial investigation, but obviously there's >> water. Okay. Um, there's evidence to support there's already evidence to support >> your guys. My daughter Yeah. the predominant aggressor. So like that's what that's what we are going. Just so you guys know, they said that if they if um I guess if somebody come back, I don't know how they were in a rush and it was raining. They said that they did hear all the commotion and they saw my daughter um last night, you know, heard her yelling, telling her to open the door before she called the police and everything, but they said they didn't see the actual attack. >> Okay. Okay. I understand. Um, so yeah, I mean we we could just um >> so basically with it from here, so it everything she says if everyone's you're entitled to your story whether it's that's her truth, whatever it is. >> Okay. >> So, but there was evidence to support what you got you and your daughter saying with physical evidence to corroborate it. She's going to jail right now. In the end, she was charged with felony
