I am a local. I live here. So why still apply to local? Hey buddy. On July 15th, 2022 in Florida, police officers were dispatched in reference to a hit-and-run crash where the suspect fled the scene. Body Cam Leak is where we found this video. Uh I'm digging it. I like that uh you know they got good subtitles. I like their the topic. Uh I like everything about it. So check them out if you're looking for something just like this [ __ ] Oh, she's asleep. Hey, puppies. What? There's a dog in there. Hey, puppy. Oh, there's a dog in there. Oh, I just want to play with the dog. Hello. Can I pet that dog? Huh? Wake up. You need to wake up. All right. All right. All right. All right. You know where we at right now? What city? Oh, Florida. All right. What city? Low volume. All right. Hey, can you step out for me? What's your name? Parole. What is it? Well, I did not drive at all. Not a problem. C. Can you step out? No, because that is Okay. Yeah. All right. How about this? I'm First of all, pet that dog. So, you might just think, "Hey, Frank's got this cool shirt, kind of Hawaiianish." If you look really close, there's guns all over this shirt, and that's why I love it. Retro Rifle shirts are supporting this channel, and they make awesome shirts. So, I've got a bunch of them. I wear them not only when I'm making videos, but I wear them when I'm out and about in public. I love them. They're comfortable. They're a local company, so they're out of here in Tempee. I've been to there. They got a great store. You can go in there, check out all the different shirts they have. Uh, check out all the different patterns, colors, everything they got. It's awesome. I need you to step out of the car. You know, I can't do that. It's like a It's like a rocking hard place because what? I respect you guys to close. So, if you respect me, I'm asking you to step out very nicely. That is awesome. And I did not drive my car tonight. So, leave me. Not a problem. I'm not even I'm going to go down for someone else [ __ ] I got I got you. I'm just asking you to step out if you respect me that you say you do. Yes. Yes. I'm asking you to step out. I don't actually pet that dog. We're here to help you. So, I'm asking you to step out of your vehicle. If not, I will be more than happy to help you out of your vehicle. I don't know. So, I would rather have you step out of your vehicle on your own. Okay. So, is there any before before we go into is there anything I can say or do to get you out of this vehicle? No. Without grabbing those stupid dreads, dragging you out? Who? The dogs are fine right now. The dogs are fine. Everything's good. No car won't. What's that? A wall. We can close the door. Dog stay in the car. He responds to my my right. I got that. The dog's chilling in the front seat. He's cool. Yes. The big one responds to my stress. That dog's cooler than you. Swinging much. So, he is though. Let's stand. Let's stand over here. Okay, we can close the door and he's fine. Come here. Hey, look. Come here. There we go. Come on. Wait. There we go. There we go. That was easy. Okay. That's my child. I got that. And I'm going to treat your child the best possible way possible. No. Slam door. Do you have an ID in the car? I do. Okay. Where's that at? In the front door. In the front door. What side? Left side. Left driver's side. Yes. We're just coming up. Okay. I'm going to have Officer Hansel retrieve your driver's side. No problem. Okay. Can you grab your ID out of the So, what's going on today? I have three service dogs. The one that you just shoved away from me is my biggest issue. You mean the one that was sitting in the front seat just looking at you, panting? Yes. Got you. This lady has three service dogs. That's like saying that Luna and Canela here are service dogs. They might be emotional support animals because they'll lick my face and they're awesome, but they're not service animals. You don't have three service animals. You have one. If you have more than one, you just have pets like these guys. So, I'm going to call a little BS on this one right from the beginning. He is training my fair amounts. Amazing. This is me because I am no longer active service duty. Okay. Are you having any type of medical episodes today? No. I've literally been sleeping in my car. Closed down. This is embarrassing. That is my I work at Lui. That is like that's my mother. Open the door. Please open the mouth. You need to put on a sweater. Okay. Her her husband's a canine handler. Yes. That's what I said. You said her husband's a canine handler. Can I move and tell them to sit? That's a small a small prize. We'll worry about that later. Okay. Yeah. Dog's cool. They're they're chilling. They're not anymore. I have two kids and those are also my two kids. This is also a big surprise for me. I was just trying to save my car. Like the only thing I have there. was just sitting right there right in my car. You know, you don't know what I've been through. I don't know what you've been through. That's fine. I just want my dogs to be okay. I don't care about me. Just want my dogs. Yeah, we like dogs better than most kids. That's funny. I like it. What happens to my dogs? Then we have to call the ASPCA. I volunteer with the SBCA. Perfect. They'll know you. I know what I'm doing. I live here. I'm a local. You have to realize how important they are to me. These are not released. I smell I smell booze. Do you? Okay. Probably the rest of I smell blues, but I wouldn't doubt if there's something else on board. Yeah, because I would agree with that. This to happen at 7:30 in the morning and we swept over the wheel. But you see the mannerisms where it's like and of course very animated. How is this this always happens when we have somewhere to be? That's what drew this. There's no way that these cops want to deal with this. You know, it's not it's different. If it's 10:00 at night on a Saturday night, you're like, "Hey, there's a hit and run with an alcohol impaired driver." Yeah, you you'd get that. I get that. Those nighttime cops are used to dealing with that. But if you're working dayshift, looking for DUIs is not at the top of your to-do list. So, and you know, this cop's like, "Look, we have this always happens when we have someplace to be." Where they're going to is probably breakfast. Like, that's where they had to be. And um I hate it all the time. I when I'm on my way somewhere, I see the best violations. I stop a car and I end up, you know, getting a warrant and drugs and suspended and DUIs and all of the things happen whenever we're on our way somewhere. It's just the way Murphy works. Girl knows about Tell them that I need a zip right here, please. If if you're not directly involved, don't want to be I'd probably keep on going. She's fine. I love it. There we go. I like that. I love you, too. I just need to see Frank. Frank, that is my service dog song. I got it. No. No. That's stupid. Please. Okay, we're sitting here in the car. You know what PTSD is? Yes. Yes. I actually don't me please. I actually You need to be mom. Please. I need him. They're fine. PTSD is a thing, right? It's this is not something made up. It is absolutely It is legitimate. It's factual. But people that really suffer from it don't use it like a crutch like this. Um, law enforcement and military both have extreme cases of cases of PTSD. Um, both of our jobs are terrible. They impact us in ways that um that you can't exactly put your thumb on, but they change your life for the remainder of your life after you do both of our jobs. Um, so it's different and impacts you differently but in the same way. So, but this like using it as as this crutch that absolutely defines her um is pretty BS. And I think for all of us that have been through some traumatic stuff um it's it's a disservice. So, shame on you hair dreaded crazy lady. I'm going to deny my rights as a citizen for my service dog. I want to request the presence of officer Carl Welch. I want to request the presence of Renie. You can say who all you want. I just want my We don't We don't understand what you're saying because you're slurring. I'm not actually. I'm speaking very good English, but you can say whatever you want. I didn't say you're speaking poor English. Thank you, Commissioner Kates. Well, uh, I have a maritime law administration degree and I am also a sponsor. Watch your mouth. Okay. Maritime law administration degree. And you might be trying to right now. I'm all I'm asking is literally for that dog to sit beside me cuz you have no idea what I've been through. Request denied. That's fine. But it's not cuz I'm slurring. It's cuz you denied it. That's fine. That's on you. But not for my dog to not be with me because he was trying to be with me. Do not say cuz I'm slurring. slurring is spelled s l u r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r r i i n g. I have nine degrees. Do not say I'm sorry. Your nine degrees are crazy. You cuz you That's what we call liability laws. I know what gray area laws are. So we call the FWC with living board laws, buddy. I know what I'm doing here. I am a local. I live here. So laws still apply to locals. Hey buddy, do not Thank you. Wait, you move it left and right. No, I want Okay, I'm not human. I'm sorry. The laws do apply local or not, but I am not actually a cheapkate. I do know what I'm talking about and you're being extremely rude and I try to sleep in my car. What you're doing right now is I'm extremely upset because I do actually I'm sorry. I'm an ex-Marine. Some of my very best friends are Marines. Um I've have my friends from high school are Marines. Friends I work with right now are Marines. Um none of them are ex-Marines. Like I don't have friends that are ex-Marines. I have friends that are Marines that are no longer active. Absolutely. But I don't have ex-Marines that are friends. And every single one of them, if I said, "Hey, man. Yo, hey, this is my buddy. He's an ex-Marine." They would correct me. You can look up my entire record. It's not necessary. No one cares. I didn't drive anywhere tonight. I just want my dog. D. I just want Frank, please. Okay. So, you say your dog's name is Frank. It's a great name for a dog. belittle what I'm going through. Excuse me. So, here here's what it is. I'm I'm not here to coddle you. And I'm not here to drive or hit anyone. I'm here to throw away. But that's what you did. No one said you hit anyone. So, I agree. But I'm being attacked like I did. All I'm saying is I just need my dog. You don't get it. Please give my dog. Please give me alcohol. You don't know I'm PG. Please give me my dog. Please give me Frank. Leave beads in there. Please give me Frank. Request denied. Denied. What do I need to do? Everyone needs a dog named Frank. Just sit just sit there and be chill for a little bit. Officer Andrew is handling an issue down the street involving this vehicle and he's going to come over here and we're going to have a chat and then we're going to take it from there. Please, you don't need Okay, I'm not being mean. I'm just being very blunt to the point. You don't even know understand what PTSD is cuz you would never do this any Oh, yeah. Cuz cops don't have PTSD. You're going through cuz my brother is a fellow officer with terrible PTSD. Well, ma'am, I'm glad I'm glad you were there through my entire life cuz Keep going. You don't get it. That's why I'm not asking for beans. Beans is fine. I re But you know, give me my brother. Please give me my dog. Please. I never drove. I tried to sleep in my car. I would never just I love this world. I love locals. I would never. Please. I just need my dog. Please. Please. You don't get it. If you if you deny me of my constitutional rights through the ADA act, American Disability Act, that is my dog and you don't have the time to you don't get stop. Give me mying dog, please. And I'm being as respectful as I can when I say that. You don't the level that I'm Give me my dog, please. I just need him to sit beside me. You might be literally that's all they give me my dog. Give me my dog, please. Frank, what? Give me my dog, please. Gonna need Frank, please. He will never bite you. He's 13. He's almost blind. Please give me my dog. Call Carl. Call Randy. Please. I've been here for eight years. Please, I need my dog. It's my right as a US. Give me my dog. Give be my dog. be is sweet and stupid. But Frank is trained. I spent $8,000 on this [ __ ] I'm running out of the service. I need him. Please give me my family. You think I'm drunk? You don't know what PTSD is then. Shame on you. I'm right here right now. Let it out. Down you go. I will never I have nothing in my pockets and I have respect to you. You're going to stay seated. You will deny me my rights as a US citizen. I'm not denying your right to the United States. I don't know if you could find it in the Constitution where it says you could pet your dog. You have no idea, but you're free. I did not drive. I stepped in my car. I don't know who I don't even know what I mean. Pull him up. It's fine. I've done nothing. Okay. This is officer Andrew. I don't know who that is. That's fine. Well, he's walking up right now. No, it's fine. So, he's got What have I done otherwise? Well, he's got to talk to you about some stuff. What's up? You were involved in a crash? I wasn't. No. Yeah, I'm telling you, you were. Was someone in my car involved in a crash? How was I involved in Have you not seen your car? I was not. I was sleeping in my car. That's probably why you got into a crash? No. Um, this is your uh crash reports. Okay. This is the crash report number. Here you go. I would never have been involved cuz I did not drink and drive. Okay, that's fine. Do you want to take this or not? Absolutely not. Cuz I Is this me admitting fault though? No, it's not. Based upon this based upon the smells coming from your body, you wreak I was sleeping in my car yesterday. You wreak heavily of alcohol. The key was in the ignition of your vehicle. You're slumped over the wheel. Your vehicle was involved in a crash. 3 minutes. What is crashing? Before another person called to bring us to your location. I like it. What is crashed on this vehicle? Um well, I'll see all the transmission fluid that you've leaked right there. The puddle of transmission fluid. Two flat tires. Any of that. Okay. You'll be any of the vegan, but I was sleeping in my car. So, what have I what am I guilty of other than wanting to see my service on please live? Okay, so probably guilty of DUI. This whole thing starts as a report of a hit and run. So, she was probably drunk, which it appears that she is. Um, hit a car and then pulled over here and is like, "Hey, now's a great time to take a nap." So, and then supposedly takes a nap there while they find her behind the wheel. Um, if this if there was no collision that ever took place, but someone walking by just happened to look over and go, "Ah, some pretty cool dogs. That lady's asleep on her steering wheel. I should call the police to check on her." This would still be a DUI. The DUI has nothing to do with the crash. The DUI has to do with the fact that she's in actual physical control with her key in the ignition, sitting in the driver's seat, and impaired by probably everything. I would imagine that there's probably some alcohol coupled with the left side of the medicine cabinet all leading to what we're watching here. So, during my conversations with you, one, you're extremely hard to wake up. You're extremely emotional. You smell of alcohol. Your speech is slurred. Oh, man. And un unintelligible at times. You are good. Experiencing high and low emotional statuses. Oh my god. So, what did you do in the military service before you were a peak police officer? Can I please stand up? No. All right. Okay. What did you do before this? So, you're not a robot. You do not need to read me anything, buddy. I'm a lawyer. Oh, then you should know what's going on. So, with that with that, you're educated on what you're doing right now with the ADA act. And that is my dog and you don't even realize maybe I slept in my car. You have to realize we are innocent until proven guilty. That's what we do here. And I might have actually sat in my car. But imagine if I did that after being a veteran for 12 years. You're welcome. What did you do? Are you done? Okay. So now I can't even imagine being you. Okay. So I'm conducting a criminal DUI investigation. Do you understand? No, because I will not blow in any breathalyzer. I would request the lawyer of the court. I will stand up without anyone. Can I please put that out there? Hold on. So before that, I have to read this to you. It doesn't necessarily mean you're getting arrested. It just means I'm conducting an investigation. Okay? You have the right to remain silent. Yeah. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer, have him present while being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. You understand what I've read to you? Absolutely. Cuz you ran off a card. Absolutely. Can I stand up now without getting guns drawn on me? John Dun. That's fine. I didn't stand up. I'm asking permission. I am respectful of the law. Okay. Fifth time you may stand. Do you even know what PTSD is? It's called post-traumatic stress disorder. I appreciate that. So, based on all my training, my experience, leave me to believe a [ __ ] Nope. That you're impaired under the influ under the influence of alcohol and or chemical. Breath. I would like to say that your normal faculties are impaired. Oh man. Are you willing to perform roadside exercise to dispel my belief you're operating a motor vehicle while on the alcohol? I deny all of it. Go ahead. Place your hands behind your back. Okay. There we go. In my pocket. I put white in your pocket. It's the one that's in my finger. By the way, you're cuz you're violating my rights as a citizen. Cuz I have vocal life. I think I have the right to drive under the influence. Okay. You still refusing to spend a sample of your breath? Absolutely. At the same time, are you Please come off. Oh, Mark. Please. Are you refusing to allow an American with a disability to have her service dog who is registered to her name? Service dog. Go to jail. Absolutely can't take. That is my dog though. Let's talk about something that's important and it's the dogs in this car. The the actual victims of this crazy lady. Um when when we deal with stuff with animals, um I'm always worried about what happens to the dogs. Uh, so off camerara in all probability, one of the officers asked this lady, "Hey, is there someone that you know who's close that we could turn your dogs over to? Do you have a family member?" Um, if not, we have animal control who will come to the scene. They'll take those dogs. Um, they'll keep them in a kennel until she gets released from jail and then she can go and pick them up. Um, so they provide that service for us and I would imagine in Florida they have something similar if they just can't turn them over to someone who the dogs know cuz kind of like kids you you know you'd really you'd rather give them over to someone that they're comfortable with. And I feel like that uh that dog just really kind of wanted to be hung out with pet given some snacks and have some belly rubs. Um so hopefully these these officers also addressed the dog issue. They're not just going to leave them there in the car. That is absolutely not acceptable in any jurisdiction. I guarantee that they did something to the best of their ability to make sure the dogs are okay. I understand that. I understand that. But they don't go to the jail. I cannot drive tonight. That's fine. So, he is denying me of my service dog for my panic attack PTSD. It is a very gray area. It sucks. Yes, absolutely. That's fine. Okay, we're going to go this way. Even my dog left. I cannot see. Have you ever been in a war? It has nothing to do with me. I am asking you a yes or no question. You think I'm drunk of That's why I know you think I'm drunk. How dare you? You just took me away from my home base cuz I was trying to sleep in my car. Someone is not my fault. What the What proof do you have? How rude. The woman was taken into custody and later charged with DUI and fleeing the scene of the accident. Do you believe the police should have been more empathetic considering her background as an ex-marine? No. Feel free to share your comments. I'll share my comments to subscribe for more videos. Not only am I wearing a new shirt, but we're doing a new membership. So, a membership to the channel. Um, along with that comes you get a really cool Fries with Frank badge. Looks just like my patch. Um, you get access to videos beforehand. You get, um, the ability to get videos that aren't going to be seen by anyone else. They're just seen by members. Um, we're going to do kind of some back and forth, maybe some Q&A. Uh, so stuff's going to be coming just for members. Look into it.
