I got you at 87 in a 45. Step out for me. >> to do that. >> You're scaring me, sir. >> I'm a child of God. >> All right, internet. I'm Frank Slope. I've got 25 years as a deputy sheriff here in the state of Arizona. Now, today we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown on a video that we got from the channel Body Cam Files. They're a great channel. They've got a couple hundred thousand subscribers, and they consistently put out great stuff. So, while we're checking out this video today, we got card number four. >> [screaming] >> Card number four is one of five that we sell in a pack. You can check it out right here, or you can just go to bodycambingo.com. You can order them there also. So, let's get to today's video. >> Police catch up to a driver after observing her speeding recklessly during rush hour traffic. >> Deputy Lynn, this is the sheriff's office. What can I do for you now for me? I stopped you today because I got you at 87 in a 45 posted. Is there a reason for the speed today? To be 87 miles per hour in a 45, that's the reason for the stop. I'm sorry? >> I didn't realize we were speeding. >> How do you not realize you're doing almost 90 miles an hour? >> Yeah. >> Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> I was following this You asked me a question. I'm going the same speed as the car in front. >> No, you were not. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> It's simple. I do, but you asked me a question. I'm >> Okay, go and step out for me then. How about that? Go and open your door and step out for me. >> going to do that. You asked me for my license. >> And I'm telling you step out of the vehicle. Here comes back up. >> You asked me for my license. >> I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. You can exit the vehicle, you can go to jail in handcuffs. It's up to you. This can be a ticket or it could be jail. IT'S UP TO YOU. YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES RIGHT NOW. YOU CAN OPEN THE DOOR AND YOU CAN exit the vehicle with me, and we can conduct business back by my car. >> So, can I ask you a question? >> 160. >> Can I ask you >> No, I'm not on I'm not the one answering questions here. All right, you want to talk about a reason for stop being awesome? It's 87 in a 45. When you're 3 miles an hour away from being double the speed limit. Now, in the great state of Florida, you have the super speeder law if you're more than 50 miles an hour over the speed limit. So, she doesn't get to be a super speeder, but she shows an obvious disregard for the safety of others, which absolutely meets the threshold for reckless. So, reckless driving at you know, almost double the speed limit. And then the deputy contacts her and she immediately has an attitude. Like, if I was already looking at a whole bunch of different reasons to be booked into jail, I don't think I'd be giving attitude to the person with the handcuffs and the ride to the county jail. But, that's what it looks like we're looking at. >> Start me another unit, please. >> Can I ask you a question? >> I need you to exit the vehicle, ma'am. I'm asking you to exit the vehicle. >> Are we going to do this at the red light or >> Yes, we are. I have a I have lights on behind you. I'm asking you exit the vehicle. >> It's an order. >> This is my last request before you go to jail. >> Can I ask the reason? >> Because I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. >> not a order. >> I've asked you to exit the vehicle so we can conduct business by my vehicle. >> Or what's the reason you want >> need a I do not need a reason. >> reason for that. >> Case law says I do not need a reason to ask you to exit the vehicle. >> I'm going to take her for what on that one. >> Exit the vehicle. You're fixing to go to jail. Step back here by the front of my car. Step back here by the front of my car. >> Oh, nice car. >> Nice Charger. >> What do you want me for? >> Explain to me why you're doing 87 miles per hour in a 45 mile an hour zone. Okay, do you have your license and registration? >> I could have had it when you asked me for it. >> Yep, I asked you to exit the vehicle. So, now I just want your license then if you don't have your registration because it's in the vehicle. >> There you go. >> You are about to go to jail. >> Cuz cuz you want to. >> No, because of reckless driving and because of refusing Get back the vehicle. >> But, sir, I was going to ask answer your question and you literally stopped me from the >> You know what reckless driving is in the state of Florida? >> Go ahead and continue to cut me off after every sentence. Go ahead and do that. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Yep, we're done. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're going to jail for reckless driving and refusing lawful order. Exit the vehicle when I ask you. >> I literally ex- I exited the vehicle >> Stop resisting. >> You asked me to ex- I exited the vehicle >> Stop resisting. >> I LITERALLY I'M NOT OH. >> AND DOWN WE GO. HERE WE GO. >> Are you kidding WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR? >> Step it up. She's resisting. >> Resisting what? >> Oh, look what you're doing. >> What are you talking about, sir? >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting anything. >> your back. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> ARE YOU MAD YOU'RE NOT LIKE WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR? DOES ANYONE SEE THIS? >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> ARE YOU RESISTING? CAN SOMEONE STOP THIS GUY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? >> STOP. ALL she's doing is resisting. >> back. I did nothing to you. >> Stop resisting. >> Resisting for what, though? >> I'm not videoing. >> You asked me a question and I answered it. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> YOU'RE REALLY RIDICULOUS RIGHT NOW. >> YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET pepper sprayed. >> Pepper sprayed? >> Put your hand behind your back. Stop. The definition of resisting. Put your hand behind your back. >> YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO THIS TO ME, SIR. >> NO, reckless driving is a >> Put your hands behind >> CRIMINAL ARREST. >> FOR WHAT? >> I'M [screaming] GIVING YOU AN ORDER. >> HE GAVE ME AN ORDER FOR WHAT? HE HAS NO RIGHT TO DO THIS to me. HE'S ON A POWER TRIP RIGHT NOW, BRO. ARE YOU KIDDING >> I think I know my rights. I'll do that one. You got all the people just standing there. >> YOU'RE KIDDING ME, BRO. I DID NOTHING TO YOU. >> STOP. >> I DID NOTHING TO YOU, BRO. YOU'RE SCARING ME, SIR. I HAVE NO >> HOW WAS SHE ON HER FEET AGAIN? >> SAID NOTHING. YOU KNOW WHAT >> something now. >> Now I am. Now I am. >> What's going on here? >> Right. Thank you. >> He'll arrest anybody he feels like. So, at this point >> I guarantee that this deputy outweighs the suspect. Yes, I've said it before, physical fights take a lot out of you. Now, she is very actively resisting. Uh she's standing up, he's pulling her back down. He's trying to get her hands behind her back, and he's getting gassed. He's wearing all of his gear, he's wearing an external carrier, he's wearing a duty belt. Um you know, she's got none of that extra weight. So, everything he does, every time he lifts himself up, he's got his body weight plus everything on him, plus dealing with someone who's physically resisting. It just gasses you out. No matter how good a shape you're in, eventually you're going to get gassed. So, I very seldom will I tell people, "Hey, get involved in in a law enforcement arrest if you see it." Like the overwhelming majority of the time, let the cops do their thing. But, when you have a single officer like this, and he's fighting in the middle of the road, you know, in the in the the center median with someone, um and you see that fight going on, and he's not immediately taking care of it, I'm I was happy to see those good Samaritans show up and give him a hand. I wouldn't say to do it all the time, but in this very specific scenario, he could have used a hand, and it was good that there was someone there to help. >> Stop. You don't have to throw me on THE CAR. I'M RIGHT HERE. I'M RIGHT HERE. >> YOU'RE ON MY HOOD. >> I'M RIGHT HERE. I'M NOT LEANING ON YOUR BRO. I'M RIGHT HERE. >> What a terrible human. >> I DON'T LEAN ON ANYTHING. >> STOP. STOP. STOP. >> YOU DON'T have to lean me on anything. I'M STANDING [music] UP. >> STOP. I'M NOT GOING TO LEAN ON YOUR >> THE HOOD. >> I don't have to lean on your >> Lean on the hood. >> I'm right here. I'm standing up. >> Hey, stop. Stop. There we go. Turn around. All right. >> I'M LITERALLY STANDING UP. >> STOP. STOP YELLING. STOP. YOU got to catch your breath for a minute. >> Stop hurting me, and I won't stop the keep yelling. >> You're still resisting. What a terrible terrible person. Stop pulling that. >> Oh my god. >> Stop. Until you can calm down and be searched. Now we got Now we got some help there. >> What are you talking about? WHAT THE BRO? YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> BECAUSE YOU CAN'T CALM DOWN. STOP RESISTING. >> [screaming] >> YOU'RE HURTING ME, BRO. >> [screaming] >> STOP. WHAT? >> NOW YOU DON'T WANT TO LEAN ON THE CAR. >> PUT your foot in now. >> Put your foot in the other side. >> She probably is single one. She fighting like she was. Dude, it took You see my other dudes over there? It was me and two of them grown men trying to subdue her. She been hitting some buzz balls. >> Oh, that's why. >> All right, so you going to jail today. You made that choice. >> Yes, she is. >> Can somebody come pick up my car cuz they need >> Oh, heck no. We're towing that. No, you ain't fighting the police and getting your car back. No. No. Ain't a chance. >> even got to explain anything. >> Oh, I don't have to. You're right. >> No, >> [laughter] >> cuz you're not going to. >> You're absolutely correct. I'm going to explain to you why you're going to jail though. It's called battery on LEO. That's a felony. Resisting with violence. >> Yeah. >> You're resisting. You didn't literally hit me. >> driving. >> to me. I'm I guarantee you my lawyer's going to get you. >> That's what they all say. >> No mentions court lawyer. >> It'll be on your arrest report. >> badge number? All right. >> No, I wish I had name and badge number on here. >> WHAT IS THAT LITTLE APPARATUS DOING to you? Nothing. >> I'm going to get her out of here. Towing everything in it. Thank you. >> Tow it and everything in it. >> Yep. >> Yeah. I hope you GOT EVERYTHING I GOT CUZ I SWEAR I I know everything that's in there. So, go ahead. Pray my daughter's okay. God forbid you hurt my kid. Pray for them guys as well. >> You threatening me? So, are you making threats to my family now? >> You could turn up the radio just like you had it, huh? >> No, I mean are you threatening my family now? Cuz that's another charge if you want it. >> Can you hear me though? >> Sure as if you want it. All right. Chase her. >> You with me? You with my family, right? >> What kind of stupid logic is that? >> It's just your life, right? It's your wife and your kids, right? You think you're the only one who got a family? Come on now. Oh, now you want to get sensitive about your family, but you didn't give a about mine, right? Oh, okay. Exactly. So, I don't give a Go ahead. Turn that up too. You better keep it static though cuz if you don't, I'm going to keep talking to you. >> I'll let you keep talking. >> Yeah, turn it off. >> Talk all you want. >> Better yet, turn it off. >> Yeah. talk all you want. >> Cuz I'm a child of God. >> What? I think it's amazing you're sitting back here preaching after you get done fighting the police. >> And the way you're acting as soon as you approached my vehicle was not how Jesus acted. >> What? >> With the children that he created. Correct? >> That's drunk talk right there. >> You're a child of God, right? >> Although I have been to college, I have not been to the seminary. So and I absolutely would not I I wouldn't put myself forth as a biblical scholar. But I know a thing or two about Jesus. So as she talks about what Jesus wanted and you know, being Christ-like, being Christ-like is the protecting of those who are weak. Jesus loved to pay his taxes. Jesus turned the other cheek. Jesus sometimes submitted to authority. Right? Because those are all things that make you Christ-like. What Jesus didn't do was drive down the road drunk on buzz balls and fight with the cops. So I think she needs she needs to go to church and talk to a priest about what being Christ-like is cuz she's got the wrong idea. >> You're a creation of this world. And who does this world world belong to? >> I think you're hilarious. >> You work for the devil, but God created you. >> I think you're hilarious. >> I don't think I work for the devil. >> And and you know who else thought Jesus was hilarious? The same people that arrested him and had him crucified. So go ahead and find me hilarious and I hope you get >> Who was that? Do you know? >> Yeah, I hope you get me arrested and I hope you get everything you want today and I hope that check is fat. >> IT IS. >> IT'S FAT and I hope you get to >> She says it is. >> Yeah, and your wife. >> It's called being a responsible adult. You're right. >> Being a responsible ADULT? WHAT IS THAT? >> You wouldn't know. >> Because your ego is hurt? You know what? Oh, I wish there was a for what on here. Otherwise, I already did it. WHICH IS BATTERY? DOESN'T MATTER. WRONG. DOESN'T MATTER. NO, YOU WEREN'T GOING 42. YOU WERE GOING 42 above. Yeah. Oh, no. I He's definitely 100% RIGHT. AND ONE OF US IS SITTING IN JAIL RIGHT I THINK THAT'S EGO. You committed A CRIMINAL OFFENSE. I DON'T THINK HE'S WRONG. PROTECTED A LOT OF CITIZENS. SO, in this drunken rant that she's having in here in the backseat. She's talking about how he should be protecting people. Now, as a traffic cop, I take pride in the fact that when I stop someone for doing 87 in a 45, and I take them off the streets, I'm protecting everyone else that's on those streets. I'm protecting pedestrians, I'm protecting bicyclists, I'm protecting other people in cars, I'm protecting everyone by taking her off the road and not allowing her to drive that 3,000-lb missile at Mach chicken. So, he is absolutely protecting people and he's doing it by placing her under arrest. >> You're so hurt that MUSTACHE LOOKS LIKE AND YOU CAN'T GROW a lick of hair on your head. That's why he knows you got a badge. >> It's a defense mechanism. >> That suit FITS SO WELL. I'M TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW. GO AHEAD, ARREST ME. >> I did. >> You're under arrest. >> Who did? >> I >> Do that. >> You're under arrest. >> And are YOU HAPPY WITH THAT? I HOPE you are. I hope you throw A PARTY TONIGHT. I HOPE YOU HAVE SEX WITH YOUR wife so good you create another kid, and that kid comes out to be exactly what you deserve. If they HAVEN'T ALREADY. >> WOW. >> ALL RIGHT? Go ahead and speed CUZ YOU CAN GO 40 above cuz you can't. Yeah, go slow down now, right? Cuz I said that. ass out of here. >> You're just mad. It's okay, though. You'll feel better tonight. >> Jesus name, you will have what you deserve in God's time. God controls everything and he knows I got this cuz of whatever I did. >> Which is a lot. >> That's true. It's real. >> Sinners get what they deserve, right? >> That's why you're in handcuffs. >> Right. Right. Right. Right. Go ahead. >> I love this guy. >> God knows to choose you, and God knows to choose me at this time. So, thank you. >> We're a match made in heaven, ain't we? >> Cuz I've had encounters with cops >> Little bump. >> And I'm telling >> I believe that. >> You're one of the crooked ones, and you're one of the ones they talk about online 24/7. You're why they got a stupid ass name. You're why nobody wants to >> I'm going to go race card on that. Race card, bump bump bump. >> Out here wasting my time and calling three, four other officers for what? Cuz you can't handle a 20-year-old female. Get a violin, bro. Get a violin, cuz you can't even hold a down. I bet your wife submits in bed, cuz she knows damn well she could take you down if she wanted to. And you're going to think about that every time you get in bed with her. She could actually take me down if she felt like it. >> Give me a minute. I'll be right with you. Destiny was charged with battery on an officer, criminal mischief for property damage, moving traffic violation, and resisting with violence. >> Nice. >> Her bond was set at $5,500, and she bonded out the following day. >> Well. >> She was represented by an attorney and pled nolo contendere to all the charges. Ultimately, she accepted a pre-trial diversion program. >> All right, I got to admit I missed the up and down bingo on this one. So, we had up and bingo with the I know my rights, the free middle, and then the race card down on the bottom. And I am This is truly me watching these videos for the first time. So, I try to watch the video more than I look at the card, and I made the circle on race card. I just didn't see it until the video was over and I actually took a look at the card. So, we got a good bingo on this one. Um so, card number four performed. I guarantee that other cards performed. I know there's a ton of stuff that she said in all those rants that would have checked other boxes. So, there's other boxes in there that would have would have worked on other cards. So, hope everyone got a bingo on that one. What also gives you a bingo is being a channel subscriber. Click this box. What you're going to do is going to make you a subscriber.
