And so, at this point, we are going to arrest you for driving under the influence of alcohol. >> So, you'll notice that there was no walk and turn, there was no one-leg stand of the standardized field sobriety test battery. But, there's also snow on the ground, and there's nowhere that's flat and dry and free of any debris. Um it's super cold, so I don't know if they they just didn't want to make her do it because of that. Um cuz there is obviously they they would have had to have used a shovel to shovel the ground free of all the the ice and snow that was there. So, if you're wondering why, um to my knowledge, that would be why they wouldn't. Um it's not simply because it's cold, but everything in in the totality of the circumstances probably better off um to not do those. And you have so much evidence of just her and how she looks and how she speaks and the fact that she was involved in a collision, you really don't need the FSDs. Like she's she's done a good enough job of showing you that she's impaired already.
