is see driver's license please I don't have one I'm just trying to pick up a c i don't have one I this my only way to get to work okay but you're going I realized the second I saw the speed limit sign I realized I was going way too fast I'm like shocked way too fast I apologize I'm supposed to be at work in 4 minutes and I'm running away so so your poor time management has now created all of this yes I apologize do you have anything with you that says who you are yeah I have an ID let's start that so you have an ID card so your driver's license is suspended I haven't had one um I'm sorry you what I've never had one you've never had a license so why are you driving if you've never had a license did you put those stickers on your car yes it is is that's like a like a proclamation that you've made it's just a funny sticker I thought it would be funny ah this episode starts out with me stopping a box the uh big giant sticker on the back said it it is part of my vocabulary um and it was just funny that he was proclaiming to everyone else that he was driving a box because it was one uh and he had all these other issues of never having a driver's license and registration Insurance all all of the other things also um but just the fact that he would put that on a car um and it's part of my venacular um we thought was great see registration current proof Insurance you don't have that so you don't have registration you don't have insurance you don't have a driver's license and you're driving a self-proclaimed okay I couldn't even say it um yeah so I think he's probably right with the uh the stickers that he put on his car and I believe that car is going to become temporary property of the state because he's never been issued a driver's license he just thinks that it's okay to drive around cuz he's a millennial so I got to own this uh done some research been yelled at on the internet and uh the driver of this video uh the first car he was probably actually a gen Z which is born after 96 and I called him a millennial which is between 81 and 96 so I I screwed that up um earlier on in my life I kind of just got used to say that Millennials uh were were the generation that was substandard um they have been now replaced by gen Z who are absolutely substandard um and Millennials are now of the age they become useful members of society uh where genzi is still useless probably feels entitled possibly drive as if it is a right and not a privilege so he's definitely not going to make it to work on time yeah definitely not making it to work it's literally it's like you just found every motor vehicle law that you could find and decided to not come in compliance with any of them like literally everything Arizona law says I shall tow this vehicle um and with your um voracious non-compliance with Arizona Motor Vehicle law good work this is just part of part of the uh part of the what happens here loud and slow not so much slow um so but you're free to go so um grab your water bottle get walking over to your friend's house get some water over [Music] there and on i p out from Johnson Ranch and I'm a little bit late for my class which needs no reason for any speeding I get that I have had a suspended license already I've get that you're so young to already have had a suspended license how did that happen beaing tickets and I know so exactly what you did today [Music] yes all right take care of some business here K don't there's no there's no crying in baseball know and there's no crying in speeding I'm not crying it's just why why because apparently like you've heard of a learning curve right that kind of goes like this your learning curve is like this means that you're not getting the point that you shouldn't be speeding you are 24 miles an hour above the speed level that's fast you're a criminal amount of speed above the speed limit I know I would that 24 I promise you I would it's locked in on my radar what I don't want to hear as I do from everyone else in your generation is excuses I want to hear excuses all I want to hear is hey man man my right foot it likes the it likes the pedal on the right that's it I get it people speed but what I don't want is whole bunch of excuses because I didn't give exuses I told you I was late to class and that gives me no right to speed I know that and it's my fault and here we go this is me holding you responsible s I'm still don't worry about it man don't worry about it if people didn't speed if people didn't speed I wouldn't have anyone to talk to I would drive around all day in my car by myself I have people so I need people to speed and I appreciate you doing that for me were you speeding no you weren't does so I I know that you're driving a car but does this car happen to identify as a bicycle cuz you were driving with two of your wheels in the bike lane like all the way from video that I'm so sorry I have the boot on my leg oh you big old boot yeah yeah so I tried to I'm going to a doctor's appointment I tried to so how does the boot on your left foot affect how you steer your car with your two good hands it hurt I don't know what I was doing I was wasn't really pay attention I can tell I wasn't paying attention but my mind was trying to put my mind on my boot but when I do this it hurt and when so don't do that and it won't hurt I know I try not to think about it when I push the chair back I'm too short this my brother's car so I have to try to I'm sorry I that's okay I'm going to shut this door here nice and easy for you there we go [Music] okay all right thank you ultimately I give this lady a war she had all the stuff we had a great conversation we kicked her loose um it was just all of her talking about her boot that made it noteworthy enough that Sam picked that to go in the video um but I'm probably in the I don't know 80% of the stops that I make I write tickets to because that's my job but I I also give a lot of I give a lot of warning I mean 20% of the stops that I make if not even more are are still warnings um but it's not the message that the office want to put out is that I'm out there slinging warnings um and the other thing is it's not a good message for enforcing the law when I'm out there giving warnings so we don't put them all out on uh on video that we give them but I do give them in real life the reason I stopped you is all those cars are moving there and you just split traffic okay and you can't do that here you don't have registration no what's that on your bike so the fact been expired um this has been in my um I supect when I was fishing in California take your take your helmet off so I can talk to you okay so they suspended your license plate when you were in California they've suspended your registration means you can't drive so can't drive means that you can't drive you don't just get to drive when you want so you have no registration you have no insurance okay just wanted to make sure in Arizona you can only split traffic in a road posted at 45 M hour or less and only if there's uh traffic is stopped and it has to be two lanes in each Direction and traffic has to be at a complete stop and then you can you can pass by um so this one traffic is moving and he blows past me U while we're in the act of moving which is was the reason for my stop um it's a new law in Arizona it's probably about a year old now or so um so people are still getting used to it I still give a ton of warnings for it um because even though people just think it's lane splitting um but it is it is not lane splitting on any road anywhere um there's some very it's specifically outlined in the statute when and where and how you can do that um but that violation also led to all of these other violations uh which he was cited for so it was a good reason to stop and talk to him uh and it led to some bigger stuff you don't have to turn your car off man it's hot out here yeah I was doing the steing you actually weren't I was doing 45 well now well first of all that's not true cuz I locked you in on radar at 57 and you were at 57 before dude this is not a back and forth I'm not looking for information from you so you were at 57 before you cross the elongation of a line created by the 45 mph sign so you still in a 25 mph Zone going more than double the speed limit so at no time were you doing the speed limit except when you passed it on the way to your top speed and he's got all these excuses and then I run his driver's license and he's suspended from tickets that were I think issu issued by the panal county sheriff's office so failure to pay for criminal violation failure to pay for criminal violation failure to comply with financial responsibility um so he is suspended while he is driving and says that he wasn't that he was only doing the speed limit which he wasn't and he was in a 25 M hour Zone going more than double the speed limit so so he's going to have some issues here um as a result of one having a ton of excuses as to why he was doing what he was doing and two the fact that he's driving and shouldn't be behind the wheel of a vehicle at all okay so um your driver's license is suspended so you know that okay so you shouldn't be driving at all just don't drive because you can't and obviously you're not good at it so that was 25 and 26 uh got to see
