If anything, holding public office meant she should be held to an even higher standard. >> I mean, how much have you had to drink? >> I don't know. >> What did you drink? Vodka. >> Okay. >> Sorry. It's Look, it's We're just doing our drink. >> No, I know you are. >> All right. But this time we have to play channel drive a guy. Yeah. Sorry. My car 131. >> Yep. >> Do you have anything in your pocket? [Applause] I'm going to do a light search. I'll be okay. [Applause] Go around to the other side. Go around the other side cuz there's sun right here. [Applause] 34 clear 12. Hey everybody. >> Sorry. >> I know. That's okay. [Applause] [Applause] Meanwhile, from interacting with the son, one of the officers uncovered something quite interesting. >> He just said that she's on like a whole bunch of meds. I guess it's like messing her up. But I don't know if you want to search the car and see if the meds are in here. I think we can. We can search this. Let's grab grab her driver's license. So, we really need her phone. Um, he said he's I don't there's meds in here or anything like that. Okay. Just look for the meds in here. >> Did she say she had alcohol? >> Yeah, you did. >> Yeah. Um, >> yeah. Okay, that's it right there. >> Oh, that's alcohol. >> Mhm. >> She said she drank vodka. So, >> yeah, that's a mixture of something. Um, maybe that and the mixture of the um vodka. Is >> she going to blow? >> I don't know. All right. I I don't know what this uh or you know the damage is from neither. So I don't mean she said ran for the kids school. We don't know where it happened. It could happen anywhere. It happened on the way here. >> We have this. >> After completing the search of her vehicle, the officers transported her to the station for further investigation, hoping to uncover where and what she might have damaged. [Applause] You can step out. >> Just watch your step. >> Sorry. >> It's all right. Take your time. >> Separating. >> You want a straight back? >> Yeah. Just take a seat on the bench. Now you can stand up. I'm going to get you out of the cuffs. You just you can leave those shoes on, but you're going to have to pop them off just to show that there's nothing there. Yeah. Let me take a seat on the bench. You can throw them back on. Um, you don't have anything in your pockets. I already checked, but no belt. No. >> All right. >> Give me your left hand. Take that ring off for me, too. >> Wait, where's my son? >> He's with your neighbor. >> Okay. >> Sorry. >> All right. [Music] Oh, that hurts. >> You can scoot over a little bit, too. >> Okay. You have your purse in there. Everything's going to be logged in for property. All right. >> Following her processing and booking, she was asked to provide a breath sample to determine the severity of her offense. However, hoping to earn some preferential treatment, she tried playing the power card. Chief, >> the admin has been notified. Just sit up for me. >> For me? >> Can you just sit up for me? [Music] >> How uh how long you been on the job for? >> 2 years full-time and uh 2 months here. >> Yeah. What uh what do you go to? What you >> K? >> Mhm. >> Where you from? Uh Burlington County in Yeah. Not around here like >> you like it. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. We try to keep you guys around. >> Yeah. >> It's tough nowadays. It's a lot different. Meanwhile, the officers tracked down an eyewitness who had filmed the entire reckless ordeal. Footage that would only tighten the noose around her neck. >> That was me. Who was the Chinese on the show? And do you have a video as well? >> Can I ask you just I'm his father up top. >> Um, >> good job. >> Does he need to get involved in this? And how does he need to get involved in this beyond what he already did? And is there a record of his name on anything >> that they >> I mean he was he was the witness. Okay. He saw the operation, right? So I just wanted that >> because it helps us. >> And and does the woman or whoever got pulled over have access to his name now? >> No. All that information gets redacted. >> All right. All right. Yeah. >> And then so like I pulled up I coached lacrosse at Holy Cross. So, we went from Delan through Morristown. >> And this was after she had gone fully into this lane like three times, >> but like she went up on the grass a couple of times. >> Yeah. I recorded it for a little while. >> It's way out there, too. That's not even at high. >> This was all the way down. >> Where was this at? >> So, this was um from Lockheed Martin right there. >> Yeah. So, I followed her all the way from like Delan. >> Did you ever see her hit anything? >> No, but her I know her mirror was hanging off. I don't know if she gets on this earlier, >> but yeah, like at some point >> it's still just a lot of swerving, but then up here it gets to the point where like fully off. >> Did you get her going through any like stop signs or red lights by chance? >> No, she stopped at everything, >> but then like almost hit that. >> Yeah, she almost hit the pole >> at one point. She did almost hit another car. >> Did you tell if the kid was secure? Like was he >> No, he was in the the thing. I saw like I didn't realize there was a kid in the car until like we were at the red light turning left on a 38 and I saw like the hand come up. kid in the car. >> And then uh >> I'll give you um K text has a patrol phone, right? That probably the easiest way. >> This was an even longer video, but like kind of going back and forth. And this is after she had gone in this lane like three times. Like at one point there was a car fully coming, she was in this lane, so I honked at her a bunch, but and then I then when I pulled up next to her on 38, I was like, "Okay, there is an actual car." >> 38 in the bypass. Yeah. So, um, I pulled up next to her as I was turning right onto the Ark Road and she was going straight down 38. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, then up here is where probably the the worst one that I got on video. >> There's that and then fully up on the grass after it. >> Yeah. >> Jeez. >> This is for you, sir. >> Yeah. Yeah. This was after like I was all the way in Del Ram and then that was all the way past that Loheed Martin thing up on 38. So yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. At first I was like, I don't know if I should call somebody. And then I was like, I definitely should. At this point, >> with the witness statement secured and test results showing that she was nearly four times over the legal limit, the officers had everything that they needed. Now it was time to lay the consequences of her actions squarely before her. You >> all right? >> What's that? >> Can I please go home and see my son? >> No. You're going to have to go to the hospital. >> What? >> You might have to go to the hospital. >> Why? Are >> you all right? Sit up for me so I know you're all right. >> Okay. Am I being charged or something? Is there a reason why I'm still here? >> So, you're getting released right now. Um, I got to let you know my body came back on, but since your blood alcohol level was so high, we have to take you to the hospital. So, all they're going to do is just check you out and then most likely you'll just be released. >> Okay. >> All right. So, the ambulance is here. They're going to take you over. >> All right. And then we'll wait for the other officer so he can explain the tickets, but I'll uncover my son. Okay? >> Yeah, your son's fine. He's with me. >> You're good. Just stand by real quick. >> Just letting you know my body came on. I'm going to explain all your citations today. You're all you're going to have a court appearance for all. So, I know it says in some of these for pay, you can pay on paying. You have the court date on here at the bottom. Has all the information on there. Um, you're obviously getting 450 drive while intoxicated. Um, >> and then your license was expired. Your driver's license is expired. So, you're getting a citation for that. And you open container in your vehicle. You had a water bottle filled with alcohol in it. And then you had a little shot glass, whatever it was. Um, and then we received multiple videos of you swerving in and out of traffic or breaking the center line, the fog line. So, you're getting a ticket for that. Um then careless driving and reckless driving. All right. >> So these are all these are all going to go through the hospital. >> And then this is well this is just the copy of your blood alcohol level. Okay. >> So this is the report here. And you have her driver's license >> your receipt. Do you have a receipt for her? >> I'm just going to pull this wedding. >> Okay. >> Make sure there And then a good phone number for you on the bottom. >> Phone number right there. Yep. >> Thank you. Put that in your purse so you don't lose it. And then we we will escort you out. In the end, the mayor was hit with multiple charges, including DUI, endangerment/ neglect, reckless driving, and driving with an expired license. The fallout was immediate. Residents and even the New Jersey governor called for her resignation, while a recall petition quickly gained momentum. Speaking of people in power who thought they were untouchable, here's the case of Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell, who brazenly disregarded the law and went as far as burglarizing a house. >> I didn't steal any documents. How can I steal documents? >> Nicole, what's your last name? >> Mitchell. >> She's a senator. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Was >> or is currently? >> She is. I meant after this. >> You're under arrest for burglary. Okay. Even if I didn't take anything, >> you broke broke in the house with an attempt to commit a crime. So >> on April the 22nd, 2024 in Becca County, Minnesota, officers rushed to a home after a 911 call reported an active break-in. They arrived ready to salvage the situation, but nothing could have prepared them for the identity of the suspect. >> Sorry, I'm still >> You're good. Where you at? >> Here. Um, there's a drop window in the back side of the house and I don't know if that's >> Is he outside or inside? >> He ran down there. >> Okay, I'll go down there. You stay back here. >> Okay. >> Police department, make yourself known. Police department, make yourself known. 37 back. I got a little motion underneath the stairs in the house. Sounds like he's trying to get outside to the back to the north of the house. Please, the barber, make yourself known. He's still in the house. A lot of motion underneath the stairs. Sounds like he's trying to get outside through a window. Police, make yourself known now. [Applause] >> Where too? >> He's the other officer. >> I'm trying to see him. Cover it off >> here. Watch out [Music] here. I need the stairs. Police department underneath the stairs. That's what I was hearing motion at. >> Is there a way to get underneath the stairs? I can't remember. >> If you come up along, looks like there's a long hallway right to the back of the residence. >> Another bathroom there. It's a disaster. After a thorough search, the officers discovered the intruder, who turned out to be none other than Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell herself. A twist no one saw coming. >> Get on the ground. Okay, >> I'll go. You stay back. Stay back. Stay back. Hands be on your back. >> Carol. >> Yeah, >> it's Nicole. >> It's Nicole. >> I was just trying to get a couple of my dad's things because you wouldn't talk to me anymore. >> She also stole documents out of my house. She's my stepdaughter. I didn't steal any documents. How did I steal documents? >> Nicole, what's your last name? >> Mitchell. >> Stand up. >> No one stole anything here, Carol. I don't have anything on you. >> Check her out if you want to talk. You got anything on you? >> No, >> I have I have a flashlight. >> That's it. >> Okay. God sit. >> Why was she squatting down into my bed? >> Who is this to you? Who's this to you? >> She's my stepdaughter. >> Stepdaughter? >> She's also a Minnesota senator. She lives in the Twin Cities. >> The officer was stunned as to why a state senator would break into someone's home. To piece it together, he turned to the victim for answers. >> She's a senator. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Was >> or is currently? >> She is. I met after this. >> Oh. >> Oh my god. My husband passed away just her father and um the day after her aunt came here and they walked out with all these it was two two of my husband's sisters. She's very close to one of them. Nancy. >> Okay. >> They walking out the door with all these forms and I ran out the door. I said, "What are you guys doing?" She's Nancy said, "We're just trying to help you. Just trying to figure out where you are financially." >> Oh, it's a my partner. >> Okay. Um, >> anything else in here? >> No, sir. >> All right. >> I She's She's going to do what she's going to do. >> Okay. >> My dad last year, she's paranoid. Well, now she's really paranoid. But, um, can I just grab my shoes? >> Where are your shoes at? >> Just under the thing. 10:15 is a senator from Minnesota. Where's he at? >> He's downstairs. Why are your shoes stuck all the way on? >> Well, cuz I was trying to get them with my feet. [Music] >> Has she done this before? >> Not that, but she's um insisted that um my son should get nothing. She should get everything. All that stuff. >> Where'd she come at? get into my I have a clue. >> You don't know? >> No. >> Any doors that are open? >> She have keys. >> They had those >> those sticks >> sticks on. >> Any windows open that you don't know of? >> My kitties haven't run off and stuff. >> Okay. Any windows in the basement to the basement? >> That's the one I think that must have come in. >> Where's that window at? >> Whenever you tried to help her right after the funeral. >> She's not trying to help me. She's trying to get mine. >> She kept I can show you my >> Let's go upstairs. >> Um, [Music] obviously I'm not good at this. Um, >> all right. Let's go out the front door here. >> Oh, I'm sorry. Are we where they >> Yeah. We'll go to my car here quick and we'll let you sit down and >> Yeah. Yep. There he is. >> That window over there. >> Okay. This is her bag. Let's see. >> Yeah. Stuck in the window. Do you mean to go out and try to get it out? >> Yeah. I'll take a picture out before I touch it. >> Something woke me up. >> Did you hear something? >> Something woke me up. >> Okay. I stepped over the side of the bed and there was a body laying on the floor. I expected >> Okay. >> What would you do? [Music] >> What do you know what she'd be here for? >> Paperwork bank account numbers. I have no idea what she is. >> Okay. I guess we'll check that bag. See if anything in there is yours. Yes. >> 37. You can close that window. >> I also noticed a hammer on the steps and I want to ask about that on your way up. >> 3705. Where did you say that hammer was? >> Steps. Last step before the door. >> All right. Have Are those tight? Hold on. You just want to make sure they're locked so so they don't tighten up on you. >> This is not my normal life. >> So, you are in custody. I'm going to read you Miranda rights. Okay. >> Okay. After randizing her, the officers moved straight into question. >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? >> I'm just hoping um this mistake won't completely I know. I did something bad. After the funeral, my aunt tried to help her. She thinks they stole from her when they were just trying to get her affairs in order. >> Okay. >> She has progressively cut off the family. >> Can I stop you quick? >> Yeah. >> What's your relationship to her? >> Stepmother. >> Stepmother. Okay. >> But she's got Alzheimer's and she's gotten I I know this doesn't help. This is just going to prove the point, >> but she's gotten paranoid and things were all out to get her and won't let anyone in the house. I just wanted to get a couple of my dad's momentos and that's all. >> Okay. So, what kind of momentos? >> A couple pictures and maybe one of his shirts. >> How'd you get in the house tonight? That window. >> The window. Okay. Which window? >> Where the bag was? >> Where? >> The bag. I I didn't go back there. I found it. So, what's in the bag? >> Couple laptops. >> Your laptops or someone else's? >> My laptops. >> Okay. Nothing else in there. >> Uh, water. >> Water. >> I used to be here all the time. >> Okay. When's the last time you're here? >> I got the RP. >> Last time I was here, October or November. >> Okay. And then she just got progressively [Applause] more paranoid. >> So what got you to this stage where you thought this was >> um the ashes I think >> the ashes? >> My cousin remember and my wife drove all the way out here to get the ashes for an agreement. >> Okay. >> Just to get here to be told um no never mind. And so you're here to get >> a couple sent pictures, shirt, and ashes. >> Well, the ashes. So the ashes got buried before anyone got them. I just wanted to get a couple things before anything else gets >> tried to talk to her before this. >> It sounds like an ex-boyfriend. >> We had a fight over the ashes situation and she at least now wouldn't touch. I It's just gotten progressively worse. >> Yeah. How long has it been since you last talked to her? >> Um month. >> All right. So, right now you're under arrest for burglary. Okay. >> Even if I didn't take anything. >> So, you broke broke in the house with an attempt to commit commit a crime. So, that's burglary. I mean, you're definitely dressed for it and I understand your situation, but you still can't. >> I understand. >> I mean, there's there's other other ways to try to go through it. through the door off and on trying to get in. >> Meanwhile, the other officers were inside the house trying to figure out what had been stolen. >> Did you see it? >> The hammer out there on the steps. >> Oh, >> I had a hammer. >> Oh, you had a hammer there? >> That one's mine. >> That's yours. Okay. >> Yeah. >> I know it's your bedroom. Was there anything missing it from there? >> I don't even know. She was >> I don't like I know it's your personal space. So, oh, >> she was laying right here. >> I crawled out of bed and stiff. >> I'll go take a look at that bag. >> Yes, please. >> I'll get the adrenaline pumping. >> Um, so the only thing I found in that bag was two laptops. Do you have a laptop in here? Well, I have two laptops that unplugged. Mine and my husband's. >> You have two laptops? >> I had two. Um, >> where are they at? >> I don't know. >> Do you want to go look for them? Do you know where they were at? >> No, I don't even know. I'm also not >> Do you know what they look like? >> They're just little flap tops. >> Would you know if I showed you? >> Maybe. >> Okay, I'll go get them. What those? >> I have a I call it the tin box. It's a metal steel gray box that's always had all the legal documents in it. >> Okay. >> That's what they broke into before her her had her aunt do it. Stole a bunch of stuff out of there. And so I was just looking for that. >> I can't find that anywhere. But uh >> just want to put the knife away for me. >> All right. >> Hi. >> What's your name? >> Are those laptops in your backpack yours? >> Yes. >> Okay. She's saying she's missing two laptops. I mean, I can show you one. It's got my kids Minecraft game on it. >> What's the other one for? >> Um, I have one for work. >> Okay. >> And then she's saying something about 10 bucks. Was in question last time. So, >> I literally had just got in the house. I hadn't had time to do anything. >> Okay. >> I'm clearly not good at this, but >> yeah, >> I I know this sounds like an excuse. She has Alzheimer's. She's literally misplacing things. I can show you texts going back months saying, you know, things are missing, this and that. >> I'm just asking. So, um, it's not a reason to break anybody's house. >> No, no, that wasn't my intention. >> All righty. I got an ID, but I don't know if it means anything, but she's a state senator. Yeah. All right, I'm back. the laptops. The story she gave me is pretty good for work and her kids, but it's going into our evidence. So, if something does change, we'll get it back to you. >> Um, so last time she was after papers, like, can I just ask the significance of papers? >> When the two aunts came here, they took all kinds of legal forms. I had my husband just said I had the tin box sitting right now out here cuz I was going through it >> trying to find out what I was supposed to do cuz and I was totally out. The box was wide open. And when I came out there were papers and stuff scattered all over the floor. And the two girls were both walking out with Nancy and Cindy with papers down the front sidewalk to their vehicle. And I said, "Where are you going? Where? What do you got?" And they said, "It's okay, Carol. Don't worry. We're just trying to help you and get this legal business all straightened up or we know you're upset. >> Do you know why she would want those papers? Like what would benefit her from having those? >> He um my husband didn't have an actual will. >> Oh, okay. >> She >> So you think it's for like inheritance stuff? >> Yes, she it was bank papers. It was all bank paper basically. >> Yeah. I might have to get going cuz there's another act of burglary in Fr. So >> thank you. Once the investigation at the house was wrapped up, she was transported to jail. However, upon further investigation, parts of her story quickly began to fall apart. >> There's a discrepancy with the laptops. Are you able to sign into those laptops? >> I'm sorry. >> Will you be able to sign into those laptops? >> Yes. >> Okay. There's the first one. >> Okay. How come it has Carol's name on it? It was one that she had given me. >> Okay. >> Way back one to use for the kids. >> Well, she's missing two laptops. That's what she said. >> So, I'm taking this laptop. How about this one? >> Okay. That one's got your name on it. >> Okay. That one will stay with your property, but I am taking this one. >> That's fine. >> Did you try shoving that backpack out and it didn't go out? I I want to answer your questions. >> You don't have to. Like you understood you understood your rights. So >> I I maybe I should. >> Okay. That's okay. Put you back in here. Appreciate you working with that. So >> curve off. >> In the end, she was charged with first-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. After nearly a year of court proceedings, a jury unanimously found her guilty with sentencing set for September the 10th, 2025. Consequently, she had resigned her seat as state senator. From the mayor to the senator, each treated the law as if it didn't exist. Joining them on that list is the Rhode Island special assistant attorney general, Devon Flanigan, and her friend Veronica Hannon, who believed her position would shield them from the consequences of their actions. >> I'm an AG. I'm an AJ. >> Good for you. I don't give a Let's go. >> I'm an AG. >> I'm an AG, buddy. You're going to regret this. >> Yeah. >> You're going to regret it. >> I'm an right here. >> I'm right here. >> I'm right here. >> Come on. >> No. No. On August the 14th, 2025 in Newport, Rhode Island, officers responded to reports of two disorderly women at the Clark Cook House restaurant. On arrival, they found Veronica Hannon and none other than the state special assistant attorney general Devon Flanigan, who immediately began making entitled demands, convinced that her title placed her above the law. >> You should not turn off. >> I want you to turn your body off. Protocol is that you turn it off. If a citizen request is to turn it off, >> so they want you guys to leave. Yes. >> Let's just leave. Let's just make it easy. Okay. >> We're going to make it easy. That's >> I am. Okay. I'm her husband. >> That's not the point. Can you Can you look at me? >> We'll talk over here. Okay. >> Your protocol is >> Can we Can we all talk? Can we all talk? >> Talk over here. They want you to leave. >> Your protocol. Can we Can we talk? >> Who is she to you? >> What's that? >> She is our college friend. Yes. >> No. No, I'm not. >> Do you guys just want to know? Do you want them trespass? >> Anything we can do. Trespass? Yeah. I just need >> trespass. Get off, please. It's the only way. >> The staff had reached their breaking point with the pair's behavior and wanted nothing more than to keep them from ever coming back. In the meantime, it was up to the officers to handle the situation. A task that was clearly not going to be an easy one. >> No, I'm not. >> No, I'm not. >> Do we want to chat? I know that your protocol is >> so you're trespassing. We got to leave now unless you want to be an >> We're not trespassing. You haven't notified us that we're trespassing. >> What did I just say to you? >> Number one, >> I don't want to arrest you guys. >> Your not going to arrest us. Number two, >> let's leave. We got to go. We got to go. >> Protocol is is if we ask you to deal with this. Let's go. >> I understand you don't want to deal with it, but the protocol is And your protocol is is if I ask you to turn off the body cam, you have to turn it off. And that's your protocol. She's a lawyer, so she knows. >> Well, that's lawyer stuff, so that's not true. So, we got to go. >> No, it is. That's That's the law. >> I'm an AJ. >> I'm an AJ. >> Good for you. I don't give a Let's go. >> We're going. >> Let's go. >> We're leaving. Please don't. Please don't put your hands on us. >> Can you get your children out of here? Like, I don't know why. >> I'm sorry. What? >> Fueled by entitlement and a blatant power trip, the ladies were quickly testing the limits of the officer's patience. And one more slip, they'd find themselves in a place that they never thought they would end up. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> There are two full grown women and mothers. Don't need to tell her. >> I'm an AG. I'm an AG. >> I'm an AG. >> What are you What are you What's wrong with you? >> What are you a probable cause to detain me for? You're being detained cuz you're not leaving. >> Cuz I'm what? >> You have problem. You have >> Can you relax? Sir. Sir, she's not doing anything wrong. Ag. >> You're not leaving. >> I'm an AG. She's an AG. >> You're not. She's not. Let's go. >> I'm not being arrested. You're putting me in cuffs. I'm not being arrested. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> No. I'm an AG. >> Her badge is in the car. You don't even get a badge. >> Let me tell you something. >> Get the money. Seriously, >> you're arresting me. EG, let me tell you something. >> Are you on arrest right now? No. >> You're putting me in handcuffs and you're merizing. You're not morandising me. >> Relax. Relax. >> Buddy, you're going to regret this. >> Yeah, >> you're going to regret it. >> How many? The officers had had enough of her constant title dropping. One more act of defiance could easily turn a detention into a full-blown arrest. Meanwhile, as the officers turned their attention to Veronica, she did the unthinkable. >> Get your hands off. >> We will get your hands off. >> We will get the license. >> No, no, no. Get out of here. >> Get back. Get back right now. Get the data. >> No. No. Get back. >> Yep. >> I'm right here. I'm right here. It's okay. >> No. No. I'm right here. >> I'm right here. >> I'm right here. >> Come on, babe. >> Stop. >> Babe, I'm right here. I'm right here. >> Babe, babe, please. I'm scared. >> I'm right here. >> Please don't do this. No, I'm not going to buy multi mask. >> I'm right here. >> No. >> Okay. >> No. Can you go through the swipy friend? >> I'm right here. >> No. No. No. Babe. >> Babe. >> I'm right here. >> Babe, >> I'm right here. >> No. Babe, >> relax. Relax. Relax. >> No. >> What's wrong with you? >> Relax. >> We don't want to put you in handcuffs. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> No. Babe, listen. >> You're making You're overreacting. >> You're adding ton. You're overreacting. No. Can you see my hands up? Please take care of our handcuffs. No. >> You were overreacting. >> You didn't have this. You didn't have to have this happen. >> Get in the car. >> No. No. No. Babe, no. >> I'm right here. >> Guys, just put her in. >> Get back, bro. >> In the car. >> No. Get your feet in the car. [Applause] >> I'm right here. Relax. I'm right here. >> Get your feet in the car. >> No. >> Get your feet in the car, >> Dan. >> Babe, I'm right here. >> No. >> No. >> Get your feet in the car. >> Get your feet in the car. >> You're a grown adult. You're acting like a kid. Dad, >> I'm right here. I'm right here. >> No. Who the are you? This is so inappropriate. >> You're You're overreacting. trespass and they were just throwing a thing. >> Travis, we've got you in 10. >> Even after being detained, the duo's outbursts did not stop. With no other choice, the officers exerted the full weight of the law upon them, and their status swiftly shifted from detainees to arreste. Veronica was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and willful trespass, while Flanagan faced a willful trespass charge alone. However, the attorney general's office opened an investigation that could bring sanctions against Flanigan. Just like the AG, here's the case of Comtock Township's deputy fire chief, Michael Dyier, who while heavily intoxicated, chose to drive and ended up striking and injuring an 11year-old girl. >> All the kids in the road and I hit somebody. >> Okay. >> I've been drinking. >> Okay. >> I just came from the bar. >> I know you work for Comtock. You're the right. >> Yeah, I'm deputy chief for Comtock. >> Okay. career is over. >> On June the 22nd, 2025 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, officers responded to a crash scene where a driver had struck and injured an 11year-old child. When they arrived, the scene was already chaotic and they moved quickly to try and deescalate it. >> They kind of all hyped up, but this the guy and I had them pull over and I told them, "Let me talk to him. They trying to run up on the man car trying to fight the man. They can't do that." And I somebody called you guys to come get the little girl down here. He hit her. They started trying to call me. Let me get in the car. >> Ma'am, just everybody get back. She's right here. She's right here. >> Hey, wait. Hey, hey, ma'am. Ma'am, >> we have an ambulance coming. We're going to open this door. All right. They loaded her up to the car. Wait, wait. Don't move. >> Stay right there. Any other injuries, honest? >> Just your hand. All right. You stay right here. Okay. >> While waiting for the ambulance, one officer approached the suspected driver, later identified as 63-year-old Michael Dyier, the Comtock Township Deputy Fire Chief to question him, only to make some startling discoveries. >> Hey, sir. How are you? >> Not good. >> Okay. You're driving? >> Yep. >> Okay. What's going on tonight? >> All the kids in the road. >> All the kids in the road and I hit somebody. >> Okay. >> I've been drinking. >> Okay. >> I just came from the bar. >> I was going home. >> Okay. She's going to be all right. But >> I mean, I know you work for Comtock. You're the right. >> Yeah. I'm deputy chief for Comtock. >> Okay. >> But, you know, I >> Crazy that I can't find my phone. >> I I will help you find it. Okay. Would you mind doing some field sobriety test for me? Dude, I'm not getting an [ __ ] but yeah, I'll do him. >> Taking no chances, the officer put him through a field sobriety test, which he failed. A breathalyzer test followed, revealing his blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit to drive. And the officer had no other option than to follow the law to the letter. >> Okay, sir, could you just turn around? All right, just put your hands on the car and take this stuff out of your pockets. Okay, let's just put money. All right. Is it in this pocket or it's in your deep pocket? >> Yeah. >> What's your first name, sir? >> Mike. >> Mike. >> Okay. You have anything else on you, sir? >> No. Okay. So, if you just want to place your hands behind your back. All right. Is she going to be all right? >> Yep. She's going to be all right. Just have a seat. Will you consent to a a blood test? >> Absolutely. >> I'm sorry. >> Absolutely. >> Yes. Yes. >> All right. Beautiful. >> Yes. >> All right. I appreciate it, Mike. Okay. >> I'm going to put your uh seat belt on you. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, unfortunately, I told to the truck's going to be towed. >> Yep. Okay. Let me see if I can get Oh, man. We'll walk up. Okay. Trying to find out what else you hit. There's no way the 11-year-olds did that much damage to the boat. >> Did Did you hit anything else prior to coming here? >> My >> Was your truck already messed up? It hasn't been like that for a while. Otherwise, ripped open that tire already. >> No, >> that's that happened today. >> Okay. >> All right. While Michael was secured in the back of the cruiser and transported to jail, another officer turned to question the agrieved witnesses. >> All was outside. We sitting there watching. They all right there. Somehow they disappear and came. I don't know. >> So the parents, you guys were all I smelled some barbecuing earlier. Were you guys barbecuing outside or something or grilling or something? >> We just was chilling talking, you know. >> You go up there. >> I'm going up my car right now. >> You're going up there, ma'am. Go up there and I'm going get the mom. >> Okay. So you guys were just outside hanging out. The kids were with you. >> Yeah, they all was watching. Basically, we watching all of them, but in my head, you know. >> Yeah. You're just trying to enjoy your night, too. >> Yeah. >> And then they just How long? >> Ma'am, so the kids How long do you think the kids disappeared for? Like how many minutes would you say? >> They disappeared probably for like 10 minutes. I'mma tell you that. 9 minutes they all was down >> and then >> probably about 20 minutes later that's where he is. >> How did you guys find out about this? Um >> cuz they came back walking and telling us. >> They told you guys? >> Yeah. If you come back up on the street like this, I already told you. I'm telling you that man that they talking about to bust that man all in space. >> I would have fallen over. Meanwhile, one officer obtained a detailed statement from a driver who had been right behind Michael when the accident happened, with which a perfect image of what happened could be comprehended. She said she was driving behind him and he was driving super slow and then um there were some kids dancing in the road and they kept going in and out of the road on both sides and then she heard a big smack and then she saw the girl fly off or like get pushed over to the right side and she was like sitting down and said her finger fell off >> and then she got out of the car and went to help the girl and that's when a flock of the parents and kids got this guy out of his car and beat him to the ground. >> Well, I'm looking at >> and then a guy in a red shirt came and pulled him up from the ground, walked him back to his truck and said it was his fault. He didn't see. >> So, you said that they the witness heard a loud thud or >> Yeah. >> And then she saw the girl like get pushed back and fall into the >> side of the road there. >> And then her and another lady, she didn't remember who pulled her into a car. Um, and she said she was bleeding a lot. And then Yep. >> What? >> Yeah. >> So, the a group of people took him out of his truck. >> Yeah. She said they either took him out or he like got out to make sure she was okay and they all just started pounding on him and he was on the ground and then >> someone had to help him off >> and then that's pretty much all she said. >> But she said they were all like messing around in the road. >> Yeah. At the jail, an officer began questioning whether Michael had been in another collision before the crash since his car looked far more damaged than this accident alone could explain. >> Um, you didn't hit anything else >> on It said um Gall and 28th Street. Were you over in there? >> No. >> Okay. East Michigan and 28th. >> No. >> Okay. cuz just before um somebody else called about a Ford F450 or F 350 DY but we're just trying to make sure nothing up like you didn't hit anything else if you know. >> Okay. >> No. All right. [Music] But you went to Yeah. Right. Went to J and then >> you pulled out of >> Did you go left or right out of Jasper? >> Left. >> Left. So towards your house. >> Well, I went I go left so I don't have to cross traffic. So I I was going to go left on left on Sprinkle, left on H. >> Okay. >> And then left on Normandy. Mhm. >> That's normal. >> So you rather rather than go down G road or whatever, you just go left, go down that back road. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Did you turn around when you were driving or No. >> Mm-m. >> No. Okay. >> Now these guys can't be quiet. All right. So, you live right there, right? On Normandy. >> Yeah. >> All right. But you pulled out a >> Yep. >> And then you go left. >> No, I go you go right. >> Okay. You go you went right and then you went like down G road. >> Go down the G road to >> H to Sprinkle to H. >> Okay. You didn't go anywhere else though? >> No. >> Oh, okay. No, it's all excuse me, it's all right-hand turns, so I don't have to deal with right >> traffic. >> Okay, >> career is over. >> In the end, the deputy chief was charged with operating under the influence causing serious injury. Up next is a case of a New Jersey councilman who took what it meant to be power drunk to a whole new level, turning what should have been a routine traffic stop into a near brawl with the police. >> Got a lot to do with a problem. I'm looking for a home. You know me. I got you. >> Yeah, look, I'm running around here with gun to be smoking. So, I'm the one that hired you. >> I'm talking to the chief right now. This guy is crazy. >> What's going on? >> You know who I am, right? I mean, I regret >> what you treat me like I'm some mother. >> On the 4th day of January 2025, an officer flagged down a vehicle for allegedly running a stop sign in a quiet neighborhood. However, this was no everyday traffic stop as things quickly went out of control. You can't be serious. >> Whoa, man. What's going on? Why you acting this way? >> You can't be serious. And what did you pull me from? >> Why you acting that Why you acting like that? >> I want to know what exactly are you getting behind me? >> Stop sign. >> I can't stop. >> You didn't stop at all. You didn't stop. >> Oh my god. >> I got 150 pieces of paper. Hold on, man. >> You good? Sit tight for me. >> The man turned out to be New Jersey Councilman Theodore Holloway. His rant rire of arrogance, but while he was busy flexing authority, the officer was quietly setting a trap. And with Holay's attitude, he was going to walk right into it. >> You Hey, I got uh Holloway uh rule right through the stop sign. Is that you coming up? Yeah, he's freaking out. I don't know what's going on with him. [Music] It's funny. It literally he rolls through it. I turn my lights on right here. He's freaking out. Why you pulling me out? He starts yelling at the out out the window. Pull him over right here. I said, "Pull over." He gets out. Obviously, he's not he's not happy. He's upset. I'm a rescue official. I hired you. Key's going to hear about this. He's a legend offense. I didn't roll stuff like that. His registrations expired for July of last year. >> July. So, I was going to at least issue for that. Take me out the car and get me. But, bro, stop. If anything, you say, just stop at the stop signs. See you. Know about your business. Now you're wasting your time. You're wasting the taxpaying money that I pay you guys to do. For what? But you Gary G. Nothing. After all his ranting, the officer stayed professional and did exactly what was expected of them. >> All right, listen, my man. You received just one citation. All right, I cut you a break on a stop sign or your registration expired since July of last year. All right, I can't there's nothing I can do with that. All right, so there's just one citation. It's not mandatory, but you'd like to show up in court. You're not guilty. I circle the court number on the top right for you. The bottom information, they'll give you court date to show up in court. Otherwise, drive safe. >> Councilman Holly has yet to comment on the incident. Meanwhile, the mayor condemned the councilman's remarks as both inaccurate and unprofessional. He emphasized, "No one receives special treatment. We don't act as individual bosses over departments, nor do we get preferential treatment." The mayor also warded the officer involved for demonstrating complete professionalism. Arrogant and power drunk as that councilman was, he was nothing compared to this entitled mayor who thought he could walk away scot-free from a crash that he had caused. >> We sure know my wife. >> We have her, sir. We were about to on their way home. Got godamn safe turn. The >> call came and have them get here now. That's an order. >> On the 9th of October 2022, police officers responded to a traffic crash caused by a drunk driver. Little did they know that the driver was the mayor of Fort Wayne. >> Hello. Well, that's just under twice the legal. >> Eventually, he tried to use his connections to get out of jail. He was definitely humbled. >> I can't talk to the sheriff. Not unless they allow me to do it. >> Who who their lockup staff? They've already talked to their command >> and the sheriff and the chief said, "I cannot talk to them." >> Yes, sir. We were just walking through it. the sheriff or the chief wants to talk to you. They will not contact you and neither one of them have said no. >> I have not asked if they can contact you or not but we do not walk through this. He told me to do protocols. >> Oh no. I understand. I understand about this. I would like to talk to you. This is what I will talk to my command and let them know what every what we have. It will be up to them if they they probably are going to probably I would say blow this off because they don't want to look like they have a hand because they have a hand sitting here until they uh reach you. Okay. Like according to state law you're required to do you have to set a minimum of what your VAC comes back to. Okay. Just how much? >> 25 is 6 hours and 40 minutes. >> And there's nothing we can do about that. >> Since you went >> 11:47 Yes. >> You know how much time I got here? >> I will be she's got medical problems. You know that I will give you her phone number. I will call her and let her know about who's a leader in this. >> I'm the quadrant. Sergeant, >> is it PJ or this happen? >> You have to get hold of Steve. Have to get hold of me now. Do you want me >> Have him Have Steve get hold of me now. >> You have to stay. >> Do you want me to call your wife and let her know how long you >> No. Have Call Steve. Have him get here now. That's an order. >> I will. This is what I'm going to do. >> That's an order. >> I'm going to call And what I'm saying >> I will call chief and let him know what the date this position is right now. I will let him know >> either either either Steve gets here >> or Steve gets here >> now. Sir >> I don't care what time it is. >> Sorry. You have to set this. >> I I will. >> Thank you. >> I just want these circumstances. >> I want here now. >> Okay. >> I will let I hear you. Thank you. >> Thank you. [Music] In the end, the mayor was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Finally, we come to the disturbing case of an elementary school principal who prayed on his young and vulnerable students believing that he could get away with it, unaware that the entire abuse was caught on camera. >> I saw him throw the kid on the floor at one point. >> What do you mean by throw? Did he pick him up? Did he push him? >> I saw a sling. So, I don't know if you know this or not, but there's a security camera in that room. >> There is? >> Yeah. And it caught everything on camera. Did he ever throw you on the ground? >> He did hit me on the ground. >> He did hit you? >> Yeah. >> And I don't think like about >> Where did he hit you? >> Turn off from >> On May the 11th, 2024, police officers rushed to a private elementary school in Ocala, California after receiving a distress call about a wounded fifth grade student. What they found was shocking. The school's principal had allegedly trapped and harmed the child for his own twisted reasons, completely unaware that every horrific moment was caught on camera. >> How you doing, sir? God bless you. >> How you doing? Do you know why I'm here? >> Yes. We had called because we just got a report that one of that our principal mishound one of our kids today. >> Your principal did? >> Yes. >> Do you have a video of it? >> Did he ask? >> Yes, they have a video of it. That's the executive principle right now. >> We uh we have a video of it, but the person who can put it up is on their way maybe about 30 minutes before they can get here. >> Are you the one that called 911? >> She called 911. She's our pastor. >> The founder of >> She's the founder of the school. >> Now, we haven't talked to the parent. >> The parent doesn't know. >> I don't know. >> We are not sure. She hasn't called her. >> But we haven't talked to him. I guess >> When did you get find out about this? I found out about it about 6:00 or 7:00 in the evening. The teacher called me >> and that and she came to the church and told me about it. I told him we going to call up the sheriff department right now. >> His last name's Prophet. >> Yes. Dome. >> How old is the kid? >> I think he's like in the fifth grade. >> Do you know where it took place at? >> Um Dr. W. She knows. >> Is this a school? >> Yes. >> Oh, this is a school. >> I don't, you know, I didn't I didn't talk to Brother Prophet about it. I mean, he's a a member of our church, too. >> Mhm. >> So, I didn't talk to him and I didn't call the parent yet. >> Before delving too deep into the issue, since the tape was unavailable yet, the officers asked more people about the issue to gather more pieces of information. But nothing prepared them for the disturbing details that were to come into their knowledge. >> In in that video, what did you see? >> I saw the principal in severe physical confrontation with the student. >> And what did what physical did you see? >> I saw um I saw him throw the kid on the floor at one point. >> And what do you mean by throw? Did he pick him up? Did he push him? >> I saw a sling. >> He slinged him like that. >> Yes. And then at one point, at one point he was on top of the kid. >> Did the kid do anything to invoke this to lead up to this? >> Oh. >> Did the kid strike him? Did he was he did they have problems in the past? Anything? >> They made problems in the past. >> They've had problems past. >> They've been to his friends. >> So, this is ongoing issue. >> I think so. >> Okay. >> And not >> But what led That's what I'm trying to figure out. What did he was just in in an anger rage, so he took it on the kid? My understanding was that he called the kids in because they're the leaders and said that in order for you to graduate, you got to write a fivepage essay. >> I think he said he was not going to do it. He didn't understand why they would have to do that. And so the kid is in the video, he he put his head down on the desk. >> And so from that point, I think the prince was trying to make the kid do what he said. >> To remain unbiased, the cops tried not to leave any stone unturned. And as things unfolded, they started to uncover even more sinister background information. The principal had been a creep all along, but this information was very well concealed. But there was another disturbing detail that was going to unfold eventually, one that would threaten the very moral foundations of the school and expose the dangers that the children faced. >> Well, this sounds like a aggravated child. >> This sounds like a headlines case. Principal of Destiny Leadership Academy arrested for aggravated child abuse. This happened like two o'clock this afternoon. The kid went home. She told me he's lumped up pretty bad. The parent didn't see this. Parent didn't see the marks on this kid's face. That's what I'm That's little That's a little weird. And then they waited to the secretary and the teacher waited till 30 minutes ago to finally tell them about, "Oh yeah, by the way, you should know about this." >> Can you imagine? He's a suspect. It's >> another case. >> Just got arrested last year. >> He got arrested on a warrant. He got arrested on a warrant. He's >> Is he a black? >> He got arrested for probation violation, felony, one count, attempt to commit interfering with child custody, blue and lascivious. >> You're joking. >> Swear. >> I bet they don't know that. I can't wait to tell them. >> At this moment, it became obvious and very disturbing. A man of prophet's nature who was not supposed to be around children was a principal of an elementary school. The officers shared their new findings, but we're now beginning to see how the school owners were complicit in the entire scheme. >> Do you guys do screening before you do a hiring process? >> We do. Yes, we do. >> Do you? >> Yes. >> Well, I just looked up Dante and >> Yes. No, we never >> Do you know of his the serious charges that he has against him? >> He's been arrested twice on American County alone. >> One from >> We didn't check any other count. >> Okay, that's accusation. Well, he got arrested for it. >> Yeah. >> And then the other one is interference of child custody. Felony >> is what? >> Interference of child custody felony. >> What is that? >> Basically means that uh a parent or a guardian said, "Give me my kid." He said, "I'm not giving you the kid." >> Yeah. He refused to give somebody's kids back. >> That means he took somebody's kid or a kid went with him somewhere to his house or something and he refused to return the kid after the kid was put him missing. Someone a kid that's not his. >> Yeah, he's very protective. I'm sure your parents don't want to find out that you got a >> hello >> guy principal at your school that has moistation charges and inter child. >> A lot of them know him though. >> Okay. But that's >> like personally. >> Yes. >> I got you. I mean if I had a child and I found out my principal of my children's school, I'd be freaking out, >> right? He um he knows a lot of them. He's very personable. This part I didn't know about him. of the accusation came. But he mentor like teenage uh boys and stuff and help them finish their their high school >> and help them go to college. >> All of that. That's the same thing that anybody can have access to if they put up his name, right? They should be able to see that. >> Yeah. But some of it because a parent or two had, you know, had mentioned it, but they were still because he had done such a good job last year, they were still willing to stand behind him and >> he was not on his fence. That's what I'm going to say. >> I didn't know he take meds. >> Yes, he does. >> What does he take meds for? >> Hyper whatever age. >> Oh, ADHD. >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. >> I got ADHD. I'm kiss. >> What you said? I said, "I can't get here. She I'm not beating kids." With >> all these facts, it was clear that the officers would have to track down the principal on their own since the school founder and her team weren't offering much help. But before that, they did one more round of questioning to get the full picture. After all, without the victim himself, there was not going to be any usable evidence. And without that evidence, there was no case. >> Hello, ma'am. How are you? >> Hello, sir. How you doing? >> Hey, do you mind bringing your son up here so we could talk to you guys? Cuz we're going to have to talk to him regardless. >> I understand. Um, >> I'm just a little taken a back right now trying to get my bearings cuz I was almost asleep myself. >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, I'm supposed to wake my son up and bring him out there? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Have you noticed any bruising or lumps or anything on your son's face or body or anything? >> He felt like Mr. Prophet hit him with something. I said, I don't know if they was force playing. >> I don't know. But I'm like, what are you talking about? You know what I mean? >> So, what happened today, man? What happened between you and Mr. uh Mr. Prophet? >> I didn't want to be in the room at that time. Mhm. >> So, I couldn't even excuse myself because he wouldn't even let me go through the door. >> Did he ever throw you on the ground? >> He did hit me on the ground. >> He did hit you. >> Yeah. And I don't think like >> Where did he hit you? >> Well, the thing that hurts the most of my Can I see your hip? >> Yeah, right here. Like it's right here. >> Show me it. You're >> okay. I got you. I'm right here. Of course. Right there. Show me. He wants you to see. He wants to see. It was like a line, a big blind bump. And she was like, >> it looked like you got hit hard. Oh, that's why hit me with that um computer cord thing. >> Yeah. Do you need anything else to tell us, buddy? Did he Did he touch you? >> Listen to me. Watch me. Look at mama. You are safe. >> Mhm. Oh, I'm I'm going to I'm make sure of that, Bubba. I'm promise you that safe and I will protect you with everything. If there's something you need to say, you need to say it. We will take it and we will do what we have to do to make sure everything is right. Okay. Did Mr. Prophet touch you in any way that is not appropriate? >> No. >> Are you sure? >> Yes. The little boy recounted his ordeal in detail, giving the officers everything they needed. With the pieces finally coming together, they devised a grand plan to lure out Mr. Prophet, who had already fled from home. >> I don't know what you guys are going to do in housewives, but I'm going to go find him and I'm taking him to jail for aggravated child. Okay. It's a secondderee felony in the state and you won't get a bond. >> So, what you mean? You don't know what we going to do? >> No. No. I'm saying I don't I don't know what you guys are doing in housewives. firing them, get rid of them, whatever you guys are doing. I'm saying on my end, I'm taking him to jail tonight. >> Oh, he's not It's no way that he can be here. >> Yeah, >> I agree. >> No, which it's can't be nothing to think about that. >> Hey, where you at, buddy? We got to talk. >> We have to We have to talk. >> Yes, sir. >> What do you have to talk about? >> Well, we could talk about that in person. >> No, let's just talk now. >> Do you have an incident with another child today at school? >> Like, what's happening? No, >> I did you I'm That's what I'm asking, sir. I mean, I'm not I'm not trying to ask you point and directed questions here. I mean, did you have an incident with a student today at at Destiny? >> I did not. >> Okay. Well, where are you at now? So, I I got to talk to you, Bubba. >> No, you'll have to um contact the lawyer. >> The principal still thought he had this whole situation under control, but not for long. When Mr. Prophet finally realized he could run but couldn't hide forever. He decided to show up. His story perfectly rehearsed and would have been very convincing had there not been a ton of evidence against him. >> She wanted to um hurt himself, hurt me, you know, >> he was making statements. >> Yeah. >> Hurt my hurt me, hurt himself. >> Why would you say something like that? >> Um hurting school. Because lately he been kind of having some hard time with him lately. What do you mean by hurt the school? >> Um, says occasionally crazy statements. So, you know, and you know, he have said that he want to shoot up the school. He want to go to school. I don't I don't think he's going to actually do it. >> Okay. But those are statements he made to you today. >> Yeah. He said he was going to um run out the room >> and one time I had grabbed him and stopped him from running out of the gate into traffic. Okay. >> And that's what he said he was going to do. >> Were you trying to prevent him from running out? >> Oh, 100%. >> What did you How did you try to prevent him? >> I uh I grabbed him, which of course >> Okay. >> He uh after that he he he did spit on me, but >> Oh, he spit Where did he spit on you at? >> In my face. >> Oh, okay. By grab him? What do you mean you grabbed him? >> I mean, that I grabbed him. I tried to >> Did you grab his arm, his leg, his hand? >> I I probably did all of them to restrain him. you trying to train him? >> I I want to keep him safe. >> Having seen the footage of the incident and realizing that Mr. Prophet's testimony came with a lot of loopholes, the cops decided to push him further to exploit the loopholes in his story and exploit them to get the truth. >> So, you're telling me this and I've talked to everybody else at the school there today? >> Yeah. >> Everybody. >> And they all told me the same story about him. Very smart, very intellectual. >> Very smart, very intellectual. >> Not one of them ever mentioned to me ever about him ever making statements before. stuff I didn't. They all denied it. They all said that he's never cuz those are the type of questions I ask. I say, "Hey, is he a misbehaved kid? Does he misbehave at all? >> Does he cause problems?" They said, "No." >> While he thought that his facade was going to save him from the consequences of his actions, he forgot or probably ignored one crucial detail. And had he known of it, he would probably not have committed the crime. >> So, I don't know if you know this or not, but there's a security camera in that room. There is? >> Yeah. And it caught everything on camera. everything. Especially when you had his head down and you came up and started grabbing him on the legs and poking him and grabbing him in the chest when he wasn't talking at all. His head was just down and you approached him. So why did why did you do that? >> Okay. At if you at the time what I'm hoping I'm not hurting. I'm trying to get his attention. He said he was going to hurt. >> But you're touching him. >> I'm not hurting him at that time. >> But you're touching him. >> I want to get his attention. >> Okay. But are you allowed to touch somebody without their permission? If I'm not hurt with you, I don't think so. >> After this verbal confrontation, the officers were able to shut him off and the inevitable happened. >> Hurry up for me. Back under arrest. >> Yes. >> I don't believe that you're trying to stop him for the hour and 15 minute that that video was recorded by you kneing him in the head with the weld on the side of his head from hitting him with the the the the c the cable from the the computer. I did not. >> You didn't need him. You didn't need him. I didn't say his head. >> Knee him. What about when you got him in an ankle lock or in a chokeold? None of that. Okay. Well, you don't have your dang, sir. I just want to let you know that is some of the best surveillance video footage I've ever seen in my life. >> You're probably fired, too, from your job, by the way. >> Yeah. In the end, Dante Profett was charged with one felony count charge of cruelty towards a non- adult and one count of false imprisonment.
