this guy parked his RV in a parking lot then these cops showed up responding to a call and started pressuring him with unlawful demands but our guy knew his rights and wouldn't bend to the persistent cops you're asking for my ID is it because I'm on private property or is it because I'm suspicious weord here for a suspicious person that's why that work here okay then I don't wish to identify myself then we're going to have to talk about that okay am I free to go am I being detained no you're detained right now what crime are you detaining me for we call this is called a suspicious person is that a is that a misdemeanor or a felony being suspicious we're just trying to identify trying to figure out why I'm being detained can I explain what's going on don't touch me no no I can I just explain you had a question what am I being detained for cuz I understand if yall want to come out make contact with me cool but to have three police officers say no you're detained that's unacceptable to me can I request the sergeant come out or do you not want to do that cuz now you're just walking away when I'm asking for a supervisor to come out what do you do for a li are you in law enforcement I do not wish to answer any questions and at this time I'm going to remain silent all right so I don't really know what the big deal is here but you can go
