Another certification that I have but don't use often is I'm a graduate of the FBI crisis negotiations school. Uh so I went through it years ago and negotiations are are a big part of any tactical team and on scenarios like this where you have a barricaded subject who you can um you can have contact with in this case through a cell phone negotiations becomes an absolute integral part of the plan of getting this guy to come out. Um it's not a it's not a glorious job. It's it's a tough job. Um, it's a job you really got to think on your feet and uh, it's and in this case, the sergeant's doing a great job of of really trying to, you know, get this guy to come out so everything ends peacefully. So, credit to him and credit to all those negotiators out there that are doing the job that's not glorious but absolutely necessary.
