In this episode of Cop Cam Max, police pursue a driver for a simple speeding violation. But the woman behind the wheel, who may have some anger management issues, insists the officer has no right to ticket her because she parked before he activated his lights. Then things get even stranger when she accuses the officer himself of committing a traffic violation. Cop cam Max, thank you for this. Thank you for having a dog as your mascot, which I appreciate, and thank you for making great videos. Not only is this a great video, but it's one of the better ones I've seen with kind of a little bit of of results at the end and all sorts of good stuff. Subtitles are pretty good. So, I'm digging it. You guys did good. Hello. I'm on the phone with your police department right now. You can't pull me over with my cars on. Uh yeah, I can't cuz you you I got you speeding before you were stopped. So, you should have had your lights on. You can't have your lights on and pull me over after. You have a cop right there trying to pull me over with my car on par. That's illegal. And that What's illegal? Her first complaint is that her car is in park. That's if you come to a stop and I pull in behind you, you're still mine. Uh, in the state of Arizona, and I can only speak for here, state of Arizona gives you 30 days to issue a civil complaint or a civil citation uh to someone. So, it's 1 year for a misdemeanor, 7 years for a felony. So, I could see you commit a felony today and in 6 years and 10 months, I can arrest you for that felony. That's just the way that it goes. Well, for obviously that's a little bit shorter for civil violations, but 30 days is what we have. So, the fact that she had come to a stop seconds before that police officer pulled behind her and turned his lights on, she is not exempt from this ticket, no matter what she says. I don't think that I want him away from my fault. 9989. Do you mind talking to myself? That's him talking. That's your little friend. Go get him. Go get his sergeant. I want his sergeant here now. Yeah. Who knows that I've been in the park? Some guy thought that he could do something here. Pathetic [ __ ] When the is he gonna get here? Wow. Yeah. [ __ ] Peach. Damn. What is this? ETA. I got some white privilege signing some light in my window. Trigger happy face friends down the street. Huh? Wow. Iinging what I do now, you [ __ ] idiot. Negative. I'm waiting for my sergeant in another unit. She's uh I rate. Yeah. Why don't they hurry the Oh my. I'm getting harassed by a police officer illegally and I feel unsafe and I want to get the away from you. You don't get to say that to dispatchers. Let me give a shout out to the dispatchers here because they dealt with a dose on this night. Um, you know, they're wearing headsets. Can you imagine listening to all of this yelling in a headset just focused on your ears? Those dispatchers are saints for this. So, they definitely earn their money on this night. Um, they have a thankless job. They deal with unbelievable people that call in. Um, sometimes they call in with all sorts of complaints. Um, but this is kind of special. So, hats off to you guys. dispatchers. This poor dispatchers having to listen to this. No, I can call 911 if it's aing emergency. Do you know what the mean? Yeah, this is a [ __ ] emergency. No, it's not. It's a traffic stop. animal. Your [ __ ] sick face won't leave me the [ __ ] alone. Good gracious. I literally walked up to the car. She's right. I got her 57 down Butterfield and she pulled in here and turned the car off. And as I walked up, she's just losing her mind. So Oh, is she by herself? Yeah. You had really no conversation with her yet? Nope. She literally just been yelling and calling 911. So I called you right away. Uh, okay. How you doing? I'm I'm the sergeant you requested. Yeah. How can I help you? What the [ __ ] is going on? Okay. Well, from my understanding is you were traveling 57 in a 40 mph zone and that was the reason for the stop. I'm in a [ __ ] parking spot. No, that's not You sure about that? Yeah. So, he didn't I was in the parking spot before that turned his [ __ ] lights on. You might have parked and then he conducted the traffic stop. That can't happen. I've been parked for a good minute. Can't [ __ ] do that. Sure you can. No the he can't. Okay video. I don't need to pull his video right now. Video. I don't need to pull his video right now. Word against mine. I am. Yeah. I don't think so. Okay. Well, here's what's going to happen then. All right. We'll we'll write the citation and then you can take it. That's right. Yep. That's what's going to happen. Oh, that's going to happen. Okay. I understand that you might not feel that's right. This is a great example of when you call a supervisor and they show up. Um this is obviously a city police department. Cities have different policies than sheriff's officers do. So, um in this she asks for a supervisor. Apparently, there was one close because he got there pretty quick. Um and she makes 0.0% 0% progress with him. And the second that she realizes that he isn't going to fold to her screaming and her ridiculous antics, she then starts yelling and cursing at him just like she yelled and cursed at the officer that stopped her. So, um, that's going to happen. I've never ever ever seen a scenario where a supervisor shows up and says, "Everyone leave. This person has done nothing wrong. leave them alone. That doesn't happen. It's I mean, unless there's some sort of gross allegation of misconduct, that ends up being found to be true. Um, which is incredibly seldom that that happens. Um, when a supervisor shows up and that person has the same attitude with the supervisor as they have with the officers, that supervisor is of the same opinion, which is this person's terrible. That's what happens here. No, you don't. You want to [ __ ] die. Get the [ __ ] away from me. Get away from me. Get the [ __ ] away from me. What is wrong? Screaming at me is not going to solve anything right now. What are you down to the [ __ ] naked? Get the [ __ ] away from me. Are you threatening me now? Get away from me. Do you want to be arrested? Get away from me. Are you okay? What's from me? This is incredible from my [ __ ] stupid You're just breaking your own stuff. Get away from me. Why did you pull in here when my officer lick you up? Just don't stand me on the car in case she decides to back out. Oh, I don't believe that. Can you rescue a standby? No. Fine. Right now. Okay. There's no need to call 911 again. Get the away from my car. So funny. You just thought calling a supervisor would fix everything. Why don't you [ __ ] fetch it, you [ __ ] dog. So, here's something that I don't think I've ever seen, which is a driver move to the passenger side open up the door and throw her ID across the parking lot. I mean, maybe she littered by throwing her wallet, but she prov ultimately she provided ID, although she threw it across the parking lot, made the police officer go and fetch it like a dog. Um, that's it's just nuts. It's it's so outlandish. You couldn't even make that up. And if it wasn't on video, you probably wouldn't believe someone who told you that. Um, but I mean, she did it and it's unbelievably amusing. Thank you. She recognized this person. Yeah. Never dealt with her before. You can just disconnect with her. We're here if you want to. I mean, she's just she's just gonna keep yelling at you. Shut the Oh, this is great. This is so good. I am getting I could do this for a citation and your ID through the window. There we go. Get your citation for speed. Yeah. Are youing the out the up and leave? So, this seems like this is going to be the end of the of this video, right? like he's sliding the the ID that she threw across the parking lot, sliding that through the window, sliding the ticket, and then you look down and you're like, "God, there there's this much left on the video. Like, what else is going to happen?" Crazy. Like, there's there's there's more to come after all of this outlandish conduct. And the answer is yes. After slipping the speeding ticket through her cracked window, the officers figured they were done with her for the night. But as they pulled away, the woman took issue with the sergeant's driving and decided to follow him all the way to the police station. During the five-minute drive, she's had an opportunity to calm herself down. So I have to follow everying law, but that [ __ ] [ __ ] can leave theing scene without a turn signal. Give him a ticket. Do you need an ambulance? He doesn't have a turn signal. Give him a ticket. You need to go to the ticket. Oh my goodness. Give him a ticket. Okay. Who? How is this appropriate? [ __ ] come on. It's not going to happen. Anything else we can help you with tonight? Yeah. Give him a ticket. All right. It's not going to happen. What the does he get to do whatever the he wants for? I just want to know are you okay? Turn the volume down on this. Why the doesn't he get a ticket? What's wrong with you? I can help you talk to somebody. He didn't use his turn signal. Can I please call you an ambulance? Can How is this appropriate? Where the is he? This sounds so good. Where you going? Shut the [ __ ] up. If you if you keep calling 911, you could It's an emergency. It's It's not. No, it's not. It's not an emergency. I am getting arrested. So, she follows this sergeant who she had called to the scene. So she called him there and she is claiming that she's being harassed as she is riding his butt as they pull into the parking lot of the police department. But she's being harassed like everyone left. If she would have stayed there in the parking lot, all the police officers drive away. Then she's alone and there's no one there to harass her. but instead she then tailgates the sergeant into the parking lot and then starts to scream about how she's being harassed. Let's let's think about that. Like are you really being harassed if you're following your harasser? I think that makes you the harasser. She went from the harassee to the harasser. I don't think she understands. People are breaking the law again. What? You can hang out with me. So what the [ __ ] are they being [ __ ] for? This is incredible. I say now Jayla. Jayla, you are in an emotional state. I can't talk with you. All of you stupid fat [ __ ] white privileged motheruckers get costing me money and you do whatever the [ __ ] you want. So, as I'm keeping track of all the things that this crazy woman hates, it's cops. It's people that are white. Uh, she throws in some homophobic slurs, so she doesn't like that portion of society. Uh, she drops the RB bomb. uh which apparently doesn't like people that are developmentally disabled also. Uh so she pretty much hates everyone. Like she hates everyone. Um I I just I don't even have the words, but all of these slurs and negative comments towards absolutely everyone. She fat shamed someone, called him fat. I mean I mean does she not care about his body image? She's just she's a terrible human. How do you I wish I was a cop so I could shoot all of you the up and get a bat on the back for it. You stupid. Okay. I I don't I don't have words for this. They're not You're going to You could get charged. Okay. Oh, windows up. I bet you could still hear her. [Music] never break it. She rode me the entire way from that stop back. She keeps calling 911. We'll use that as an avenue just like the other night. I'm just going to get her out of the car. She'll go to the hospital. She threatened. She threatened to run us over. She threatened to shoot us. I just don't want to fight with her in the car with her running. So, if we can get her out, if we can get her out, if she can get out on her own, if we can get her out, he will. Wow. Thanks. Would you like to talk to him? Yeah, I [ __ ] would. Get the over here now. Well, he's not going to come over there. Would you like to talk to him? I did. I not just [ __ ] say yeah. Am I [ __ ] Am I [ __ ] stuttering? He'll talk with you on the sidewalk. Why the [ __ ] do I need to get on a sidewalk? I will pull the [ __ ] over there then. You would like whichever officer pulled away without your He'll talk to you on the sidewalk. So I need to pull the over there cuz he's that [ __ ] fat and lazy. Well, if you would like to have a conversation, you can. You can tempt him. Come on. You start thinking when you're leaving, huh? When When did 95? When you were leaving. You didn't use anything. You saw me following you and then you got to start [ __ ] using it. You know you didn't use it when I actually Yeah. Can you let me finish so I can answer your question or no? Go ahead. Wait, I mean I did. No, you didn't. She's so mean. I'm sorry you didn't think that way, but I did. Literally, you and your [ __ ] butt buddy did it. Both of you [ __ ] did it. You can believe that. But I know I did. You take my right hand turn. These aren't Christian words and then my right hand turned and then my left hand turned. Oh my [ __ ] god. I didn't. No, you didn't. Jaylen, would you like to file a complaint? Yeah. Then you can head to the lobby and we have the paperwork for you. Got it. Yes. Game on. Okay, hands back. There we go. You may or may not know from watching this, I grew up as a commercial fisherman, right? So, I have used many a trap in my life. Traps to catch fish, traps to catch eels, traps to catch crabs. Nothing but physical work straight between setting pots. They use this lobby as a trap. There's one way in. They know that the inside door is locked. So, she goes in and then she can't get out. It's a trap. These cops are awesome. I love how they did this because they got her in a super confined area. Four or five guys pile in there and she can't get out. She took the bait. The bait was that complaint there hanging there like, "Oh, go in and get it. She can't reach the bait yet. She's trapped." So, I love this move. It was great. Whoever thought of this there, hats off to you because it's awesome. broken. [Applause] You can slam on the windows and it's fine, huh? [Applause] Bring it on. Bring it down. You're touching my broken hand. You're touching my broken hand. I will [ __ ] kill you. Watch your mouth cuz she's sweaty. You're touching my face. Get off of me. No. This little stairs. I can really see why you're alling white. [Music] Would you like to sit up? Okay. Next. What you going to do? Bring your knees up. Bring your knees up. Just laying down. You're going to have to back right there. Just sit. Just stand there. Just laying there. It's broken. I'm not doing [ __ ] with that hand. Who the [ __ ] touched my car? Ambulance. What [ __ ] ambulance are getting in a [ __ ] ambulance? You might need that. No, you're going to my car. Oh, my car. You give me my car. Why are you so proud of me? Coke and a smile. No, I'm not. Just to the curb spine. I'll carry her. No. Give me my car. Get in here. You grab a leg. There we go. Grab a leg. No way. No. Give me my car. God damn. Yeah, you stupid. That's what the happens when you touch my [ __ ] Hold it down. Watch out for Where's my phone? Give me my phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. Am I going to wake up? You okay? Yeah. You stupid [ __ ] You [ __ ] What the am I going to move? Give me my phone, bro. What the phone, bro? All right. We have the mic. Get some restraints on there. What the Bro, give me my phone. Get me my [ __ ] phone. Get me my phone. [Applause] Y don't care. Don't touch my face. Don't touch my face. Lean forward. I want my phone. Give me my phone. I want my phone. No. Don't touch my face. Don't touch my face, please. Don't touch my face. You want to sit up? I can't. I want to sit up. I can learn. I'm broken. What is wrong with you? just attached to the Jesus. I need a lot of times. Where the is my phone? That's what the happens when you touch my ass, you dirty ho. Yeah, I'm sure a lot is going on there. When do I get my phone back? when diamond is in my animal medicine.
