This guy was just out for a casual drive. When out of nowhere this cop pulled him over. But the reason for the stop reveals there's more to the story than meets the eye. You heard the cop say the last time I saw you? That right there proves the stop was clearly targeted and straight-up unlawful. This is what he has a problem with, the tail lights. A little bit disconcerting to me that I can't go about my travels without being pulled over for no reason.
