I want TO PULL AWAY. MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T FIGHT WITH THE COPS. >> ON OCTOBER 13TH, >> FOLLOW ME TRUE. >> 2022, >> All right, internet. I'm Frank Slope. I'm a 25-year veteran of the Sheriff's Office here in Arizona. Today, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown. We found today's video on the channel Lens of Law. Looks pretty good. Sam likes it. He says I'm going to like it. So, while I'm liking it, I'm going to be liking it while doing some body cam bingo. So, we've got card number four today. We sell them in a pack of one through five. They all come together. You order them, we'll mail them to you. Check them out at bodycambingo.com. Let's get to this video. >> Officers from the Pensacola Police Department, Florida, responded to a reported traffic crash within city jurisdiction. Upon arrival, law enforcement identified Jasmine seated in the driver's position. [music] >> Hey, what's up? What's going on? >> She just hit my trailer and I was trying to tow She cursed me out. She cursed She don't need to be driving. Get out of here cursing me a old ass >> Hold on. I'm going on on call. on call. >> He put me under arrest for no reason. >> I'm going to write that down. >> Yep. >> Um not for no reason. >> I love this officer. I know occasionally I'll throw some shade at city agencies for not being aggressive and putting people in cuffs as soon as I think that they need to be. This guy was absolutely perfect. She is a nasty terrible human and he immediately is like, "Nope, you need to be in a pair of cuffs." I love it. He has absolutely not one bit of of apprehension in going hands-on, grabbing her, putting the cuffs on. Love it. And then once she's subdued and the car is off so she can't go anywhere, then he just waits for his backup. Absolutely perfect. >> Yep. He got me under arrest for no reason. >> I like it. I like this guy. >> Yep. No, you ain't touching my >> Get back. >> Get the [ __ ] Hey, they touching my PHONE, Y'ALL. >> YEAH, WE CAN DO THAT. >> RECORDING THIS RIGHT NOW. RECORDING THIS RIGHT NOW. >> WOW. AND THEN she just keeps going off. >> All right. >> What a pleasant human. >> Ma'am, all right. >> Help me. >> You're okay. 102 DFL >> Get Get off me. Get the [ __ ] off me. GET THE OFF MY PHONE. >> SHE FEELS SAFE. Cuffs are on, okay? >> Get the [ __ ] off my phone. >> Okay. >> She's so pleasant. >> Don't try to take that Don't try to Get out the car. >> GET THE [ __ ] OFF ME. >> I'M GOING TO SAY COMPLAINTS. I'll take complaints about cuffs there. >> Stay in the car. >> I AIN'T STAYING IN THE >> STAY IN IN CAR. STAY IN THE CAR. >> [screaming] >> STOP. WHEN I FIRST HEARD ABOUT gummies with greens, I was skeptical. But, I'm really excited to tell you about my new sponsor, groons. They sent me a box, and then I ate them all. So, I just bought this new box. Groons are a convenient, comprehensive formula packed into a snack pack a day. It isn't just a multivitamin, a greens gummy, or a prebiotic, but it's all of those things and then some. And it's a fraction of the price. And as a bonus, they taste great. I like to eat them while I'm driving, cuz they're portable. Research shows that gummies are more absorbable than tablets, and over 35,000 publications support the ingredients in groons. They contain super mushrooms, which promote brain and gut health while supporting your whole body. And you know what else is great? They're HSA and FSA eligible for reimbursement. Get up to 52% off groons, just click on my link. Try the supplement that you'll actually enjoy. >> I don't know why women always think that screaming does anything. >> Okay. Stay in the car. STAY IN THE CAR. >> [screaming] >> NO ONE'S ON YOU. LIKE, NO ONE'S ON YOU. STAY IN the car, okay? >> Yeah, she's on her jail list right now. >> Oh, yeah, she is. Stop. NO, SHE'S DETAINED. STOP. NO ONE'S TOUCHING YOU. WHAT ARE YOU YELLING? >> [screaming] >> GET YOUR VEHICLE UP AND COME SOUTH on Palafox in front of this vehicle so I can put her in, like, your car. Hey, Cortez, I do not need to stand up. She's detained. She's just loud. OKAY, CHILL. OKAY? >> [screaming] >> STAY IN THE CAR. DON'T KICK ME. DON'T KICK ME. >> I got guys just standing there. >> Stop. Coming now. He's just Just a minute. >> Officers observed behavior described as erratic and consistent with possible impairment. >> Yeah. She I get out of the car. She's Actually put Put it here. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Relax. Uh-uh. Stop. Don't do that. Don't do that. Hold that posture. Yeah. Here. Okay. >> What a peach. >> All right, come on. COME ON. STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. >> SO, this terrible, nasty, loud, just argumentative human is yelling for people to record this. Meanwhile, she's being recorded. Obviously, that all turned out well for her. But, I don't know what as she is yelling and screaming for absolutely no reason. I don't know what she thinks that being recorded is going to do. That officer is super cool, like cool as a cucumber, never really yelled at her, didn't raise his voice, just put her in cuffs, had almost no use of force, and then just stood there and hung out, waited for his friends. Like there's literally nothing to video except her acting like a child, which obviously we got great video of, so no one else needed to get it. >> Stand up. Stand up. SIT DOWN. OKAY. ALL RIGHT. >> THAT WORKS. >> YOU GOT IT HERE? ALL RIGHT, what you going to do is you're going to turn around here. We're going to come up there and we're going to park on the side of the street. She hit this truck, think she's signal 21, and you saw what we got. Hey sir, what I'm going to need you to do is pull up there and turn right, okay? I'm going to pull her car up there. All right, we're going TO SIT UP. >> SUCH A >> YOU GOT IT IN MY HEAD. >> DUDE. >> I GUESS THE CHEST STRAP AIN'T YEAH, IT BUSTED. OR whatever we got, I guess. Yeah. What a mess. >> He's turn He's getting them out here. Off of Garden. Ma'am? >> Yeah. >> Or sir, uh the young lady that you're talking to, this officer Gordon Kitzkow, please, just to let you know, she's been involved in a crash, and she resisted, and she's being detained at this time, so give us a few minutes and we'll let you know what's going on. All right. Bye-bye. >> Nice call. >> This is her car, and the other guy is up there. I said she rear-ended it. She start cussing me out, dog cussed me, you know, trying to tell her to turn her car off, and and I I said I got a little older, so but I don't know what her what her issue is, so. >> Okay. >> Uh he mental illness. This is her car. >> Okay. You want to uh >> Uh she actually she had resisted. I told her to do several things several times, so she refused, so. Um Yeah. >> This uh >> Hey, y'all for It's up to you. If you want to move up there, I can move her car up there. That's what I'll do. You guys go up there and start with him. >> What are you doing here? >> You all right, sir? >> Yeah. >> You need any EMS or anything? Okay. She hit you? I got you. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yes, sir. Do you You want to do me a favor? Just get your driver's license, insurance, all that stuff, registration. >> Let's talk with her and see if we can find out her name and stuff like that, figure out who she is, what >> Okay. Ma'am, good. My name is Officer Weenie. Okay. I work for the Pensacola Police Department. Do you want to tell me what's going on today? >> He wouldn't tell you what was going on today. >> Well, what Well, we'll start with this. What's your name? >> Jasmine. >> Jasmine? Is that j a s m i n e? What's your last name, Jasmine? What is it? Are you okay? What What's going on? >> No, I'm not okay. >> Why is that? >> Because of my cuffs. I thought I was going to be okay. >> But you're not okay? >> No. >> Why is that? >> I thought I was going to be taken home, but I'm not. >> You're not going home. From where? >> From whatever. >> Okay. Do you know what happened just now? >> No. >> No. >> I don't know what happened to me. >> Okay. >> I just know I'm in here cuz >> You don't remember anything before then? >> No, like what am I supposed to understand before then? Like I'm in handcuffs. Like I don't know what else to say. >> Jasmine, okay. Lay down, Miss Jasmine. >> Something like that's good enough. >> Is she in it? >> Yeah. >> All right, she's >> That's the information. >> Yeah, that's my license and these are all my different wrists. These are my That's my fault. I'm legit all the way down. >> I got Did you have the registration for it or the >> For the vehicle? >> Yeah, for the van. Yeah, he don't want mine. All right, Miss Jasmine, I'm going to I'm going to fix the handcuffs for you, okay? >> No, you're not. >> Well, they're they're kind of on your wrist funny, so we're going to try to fix it for you. Hey, Jasmine. >> [laughter] >> Can you sit up for me? >> No. >> Here, let me help you sit up, okay? >> [laughter] >> You're going to sit up, okay? Sit up for me, Jasmine. There we go. Down, okay? Here, face your feet that way for me, okay? Can you face your feet that way for me, please? No, sit up for me. Jasmine, sit up for me. Face your feet that way for me. No, we're not getting out of the car. Face your feet that way. There we go. Oh. I'll show you what I mean. Put Put yours on to undo it, and then we'll take those ones off. The way she's acting right now at the moment, she'll probably She probably won't do FSTs. >> We're not going to take her out of handcuffs. >> Yeah. >> No, so we're just going to transport her to booking. Cuz she's already showing that she's being aggressive, you know. >> Everyone in the internet after watching the first 10 seconds of this officer's contact with this suspect knows that she's not going to submit to any of the standardized field sobriety test battery. Like she is just she's terrible, she's ornery and aggressive and insulting and rude and all of the Throw all the adjectives cuz she's all of them. Um so there is no need to take those handcuffs off to try to get her to do field sobriety test. She's involved in a collision. She obviously has all of the crazy mood swings, the the way she you know, her speech, I'm sure they could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle. All of the observations that are there. Um and all of her actions, demeanor, what she's yelling, all of it That all goes in to form probable cause for arrest. So there is obviously an absolutely probable cause for arrest. They don't have to take her out of cuffs because if she goes through one of those mood swings, now they're going to have to fight her back into it, and that juice isn't worth the squeeze. >> She was subsequently transported to Escambia County Jail for booking. >> Hey, I know where that is. >> You want to stop being a racist. >> Wow, she's got some mood swings. Woo. >> I goddamn well you ain't You try to stop me, you ain't You got me Stop. Don't try to stop me, you ain't >> Stop. You want to catch another charge? >> 205 running. >> CATCH ANOTHER CHARGE? Y'ALL SHOULD BE LUCKY >> ANSWER. >> YOU TELL ME I CAN'T ANSWER. >> OKAY, SHE'S got a number 40. What is she doing? >> Step out. >> You tell ME I CAN'T ANSWER. >> OKAY. >> YOU SHOULD BE LUCKY >> [laughter] >> YOU GOT A DRIVER'S LICENSE? YEAH. ALL RIGHT, THAT'S GOOD. BACK TO SCREAMING. >> MAKE SURE IT'S NOT GOING to fall out of there cuz we're going to have to deal with her. >> All right, Ms. Jasmine, can you sit up for me? >> NO. I CANNOT SIT UP FOR YOU CUZ GUESS WHAT? TIME OUT. >> STOP. >> NO, I'M NOT GOING TO STOP BECAUSE GUESS WHAT? YOU DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] >> I'm pulling. Wow. Step out. >> I WIN TIME. >> STEP OUT. WE CAN do this the easy Stand up. You want to grab her by the arm. >> Jasmine, the quicker we get HER INSIDE THE CAR, THE QUICKER WE >> WIN TIME. >> SO, STAND UP. >> COOPERATING. >> All right, I love daytime DUIs. Um this happens right about 2:30 in the afternoon. I absolutely I love doing impaired driving investigations during the day. You don't have to worry about a flashlight. The light is great for your body worn camera. Um people that typically drink during the day typically have a pretty good alcohol concentration going. So, um you know, the the impairment that you see midday on someone that's a professional drinker is typically pretty good. Um it's great. And obviously she she caused a collision, so she can't safely operate her vehicle. No need for FSTs. Just you know, it's middle of the day. She's going to jail. >> The quicker we can get you inside the patrol car, the get you help. Come on. >> NO! NO! >> WE TRIED BEING NICE TO YOU THIS THING. >> AND YOU KNOW WHAT? YOU BETTER KNOW I KNOW THIS. YOU BETTER KNOW I KNOW THIS. >> OH MY. >> NO, I'm going to tell all of you. >> Yep. >> I'm going TO TELL ALL OF YOU. YOU GOT IT. >> AS A RESULT OF HER ACTIONS DURING THE CRASH AND interaction with law enforcement, Jasmine now faces multiple charges including DUI with property damage and resisting an officer without violence along with additional violations such as careless driving, expired registration, and failure to provide proof of insurance. She also has a bond amount of approximately $3,000 with the possibility of pre-trial release or release on recognizance subject to qualification. >> Only three and I couldn't get them in any sort of line, but nevertheless, it's a great video because that chick's crazy.
