A woman lashes out at her neighbors for refusing to help her hide a criminal. >> Body cam edition is where this video came from. Sam found it. Says it's great. So, body cam bingo is what we're going to be playing today. New card. We're going to see if we can get a bingo. Uh, haven't seen this yet. Might be good. No matter what, I got a drink. We're going to watch this video. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's going on? >> What's interesting? The first time ever I'm going to keep my mouth shut. You guys are camping pieces of [ __ ] I hope you know that. >> Okay. Do you want to provide a statement or anything? >> Yeah. You guys are [ __ ] and you should all state. >> Were you aware of the order between you guys? >> Wow. >> You guys put on there for 10 years. Yeah, I'm aware of that [ __ ] >> Okay. >> You know the worst I've ever hope you all get shot in the night. Every last one of you. I hate you. >> All right. If you're not going to go anywhere near him, I know the girls in his direction. I can go wherever I want for free country. Bet me don't arrest me for my daughter, dude. >> That's your choice. >> No, it's yours. >> Yeah. All you have to do is go inside and walk away. >> THAT'S MY HUSBAND. YOU JUST UP MY ENTIRE LIFE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? WHY THE DIDN'T YOU RUN? I BOUGHT YOU ALL KINDS OF TIME. >> YOU'RE TRYING TO GET in my way. >> I wanted him to run, dude. We're We're going on vacation right now. We're leaving for vacation. My [ __ ] ex-boyfriend. Why the Colombian daughter's right there? We're going on vacation. Like when 10 minutes, we wouldn't even been here. She's so >> I shut up with you with you. Why would it ruin your vacation? >> I had a no contact order. >> If against your will that you've gone to court multiple times to get rid of and they just won't do it because they're stupid. Pretty ruining our life. >> I'm not ready. >> YES, YOU ARE. LET him go. >> I'm can't do that. >> No. >> What's happening here is woman who's obviously crazy um is who's yelling at the police. Well, she got an order of protection against her husband, and then now her husband and her are in the same place, but you can't supersede a judge's order. And that judge says, "Hey, he can't be with you." So, they're together. Some random person, whoever that may be, called and said, "Hey, this guy is here and he's not supposed to. She's here. He's here. Order protections in place." Um, and then the cops get there and he runs away from the cops because he also knows he's not supposed to be there. So that's where we're at, >> right? I know that BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE OUT FOR THE FEDERAL Police Department is only out to hurt people. You guys won't do any good in the world. >> Not true. >> I love you. I'm so sorry, Justin. I will MAKE SURE THAT JUSTIN PAYS FOR THIS WITH HIS LIFE. I hate you. >> I'm pretty sure she just threatenly kills someone. This lady's walking the line. a razor thin line between threatening, intimidating, and just having a First Amendment right to yell at the cops and just let everyone in your neighborhood know what an absolutely terrible human being you are. Um cuz that's kind of what this looks like. She's got a first amendment right. She can say things. Um each some agencies or state laws for different states are different about how law enforcement officers can or can't be victims of disorderly conduct. Um which if she was saying that to another person that wasn't a cop and that person wanted to be a victim, they could be a victim for that because those are words absolutely that would um initiate or instigate a physical response um which is is our threshold here in the state of Arizona. So this is in Washington. It's a little different. >> I hope each and one of you get shot and killed in the head. So they made it one of you can go home and be your wife either or your kids. If I could shoot you myself, I would Can you say goodbye to his daughter? >> No. >> Cuz you're acting like that. You're going to make it worse for her. >> Did she give her dad a hug? >> No. She's no use you. >> She's so terrible. >> Your behavior. >> No. It's too late. >> You know what I hate? Call us for marks and then ask us for a favor. >> No. >> After we're protecting an order that protects you, >> it doesn't protect. It >> does. I'm not going to argue with you, but no, she cannot see him right now. >> So great. >> He told him for like 10 years. She just I think you're causing her more problems than than he is at this point. >> Y I am. >> Yeah, you are. I don't think >> she is the problem. >> Kind of you as a mother. >> You've already told me that. >> Can we bounce? I don't think she's going to >> We're ready to go. >> Yeah, let's just go. >> Y take him up there. >> We have him. He's going back to PD. She doesn't want to do it again. >> Okay. I HOPE YOU'RE ALL HAPPY. I JUST FEEL REAL GOOD INSIDE. Get the off my >> mom of the year right there. >> She give her a pamp. >> Should I give her a pamphlet? It's a RCW. >> You too. >> No. Shut up your ass. Shut up. YOU [ __ ] ASS PAMPHLET. SO, I really like that these officers are looking for thisformational pamphlet because they want to give it to this lady who just cursed at them, wish they died, wish they all got shot in the face. Um, all of these horrible things, but they want to go and give her this informationational pamphlet. Um, I think it's a little bit of passive aggressiveness. And I love it. I just I love it because this woman doesn't want to talk to them at all. And they're going to walk up to her and go, "Here, ma'am. Here's anformational pamphlet. Give us five stars on Yelp." I just love it. I absolutely love it. >> She is a terrible mom. >> She'll be the worst mom we've seen on here. >> We're going on vacation and you have my ex-boyfriend. [laughter] >> She needs a coke and a smile. That's what she needs. Not long after the neighbors called the police back because she was making serious threats directly against them. >> Um the neighbor is over there yelling currently. Correct. >> Yep. >> Uh would you be willing to uh aid disorderly conduct? >> We can develop uh some sort of criminal threats from this. >> Yep. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Um what is she saying to you? >> She told me that she's going to shoot me in my head. That her gun is on her way down here. She's going to set my house on fire, >> that I'm dead to her, she hopes I lose everything, like she's called me several times. >> Okay. Um, how does that make you feel? How are you feeling right now? >> I'm one scared for my life cuz I'm being threatened to be killed. >> And two, I own my home and so her threatening to damage my property is ridiculous. >> So, you believe that there is potential credibility to her threat? >> Yes, I do. >> I do. >> Is she armed with anything right now? Good interview. >> She's outside calling somebody else, too. So, somebody else >> are you and your family safe inside right now? >> Huh? >> Are you and your family inside away from her? >> Uh, we had to put a TV into the car and that's how we got into this altercation. Now, >> is your family back inside? >> Yeah, we're heading back inside. >> Yeah, I would just say go inside, lock the doors, try to keep distance from her. [clears throat] >> Okay, we'll go inside. Um, >> she's calling the police on somebody else that's leaving our house right now, too. She's claiming that they have weapons. This is a lot. >> No, I totally understand. Um, we'll have some paperwork probably to do with you when we get there. >> Hopefully, we'll be there soon. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Well, you could hear from a long ways away. >> I'm I'm here to talk to you first. >> Okay. >> Are you on the phone with the dispatcher? >> No, I'm going to call my mother. >> Yeah. >> So, I know we talked about it before, but she's starting We have a niece in here. She's talking. He's been here. >> He He's been sitting here the whole time knowing that she's threatening to burn the house down. She's threatening to shoot her in the head. >> Yeah. Same thing she was saying before before we left. >> The other lady, whoever she just did is, she's gone. But she was That's who she called the police on just now. I'm afraid for my niece. >> Yep. >> Um in regards and she's literally saying she just called somebody to bring a gun. >> Literally said, "I just called somebody to come here and shoot." >> Talking to him for 30 minutes about all the things. >> Can you guys do me a favor? Can you go write down your full first name, middle initial, last name, date of birth, >> phone number? >> Okay. >> Um, on a piece of paper for me, >> and go wait inside. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Good instructions. >> I'm assuming you guys know this lady. >> Okay. >> How you doing? >> So, you were talking with her? >> Yeah. >> What' she have to say? >> She's upset because they took her. >> Yeah. Yeah. I know what she's upset about. >> She's talking about burning their house down. She's grace. You know that. She's I'm trying to cool it down. Sell him have a heart attack, you know. >> Wow. >> Just go back in the house, you know, relax. >> Snatch up. >> Look at all the junk. >> Friend, what was we going to meet her outside? >> She says that she's going on vacation, but it looks like she's having a yard sale. Like these officers are walking up and there is just stuff strewn everywhere. garage doors open, garage full of junk, junk around the car, junk on the front steps. Like, uh, when I go on vacation, I pack a backpack and a bag. That's it. Two. That's like 10 things. Like, I don't know who where you're going or who you're taking or what you're taking, but uh that that just looked like it looked like it was a rumage sale in a junkyard. But just again, that's the type of person. >> Yeah. Just be cool or like >> come over here and talk to me real quick. >> What's going on with your friend? >> With with what? >> Your friend. Your friend. >> She She's got She's not supposed to be here in the first place. >> Yeah. So, if you're wearing a shirt that says something about the fact that you acknowledge that you have a terrible temper, that's probably a trait about you that you might want to work on and fix. Not that you want to take and show off and wear as a badge of honor that you have no self-control, no control over your emotions. Um, and that when someone meets you, they could read your shirt and go, "You're probably not a good person." That's who we're dealing with here. >> I should have arrested her when you were here the first time. >> She got snatched up. >> Wait, wait. Mom, I'm being arrested. Mom, I'm being arrested. >> Mom, I'm being arrested. >> I got lost some time. >> I'm being arrested right now. I'm not resisting. I'm not going to resist. >> I'm not resisting. >> Mom, I'm being arrested. >> Can my mom come get my daughter? >> Yeah, that' be preferable. >> Okay. Yes, mom. Come to Haley right now. >> I'm not. >> Hey. Hey. I'm not I'm not going to resist. HALEY. GRANDMA'S ON HER WAY. I PROMISE. >> Tell us. Grammy's on her way. Get her. Tell her to get her cell phone. >> She's in there. >> Look at all that junk. >> I can't tell her anything. They're taking me to the car. I can't tell her anything. >> Okay. Well, then ask the officers to tell her to get the cell phone. >> No, I don't want to get in the car. >> Ma'am, all we're not leaving. We're not leaving it. We need you to come here as soon as possible. That's all. >> Don't worry about anything else. Don't worry about granddaughter yet. We We'll stay here with granddaughter until you arrive. We just need to be as soon as possible. >> You do not need to go near my car. >> Yes, it will be. I'm on my way. >> Why am I being arrested? Because I got inside with the neighbor. >> Why am I being arrested? And for what? >> You got to understand. My husband was just arrested. We're on our like 10 minutes later and we [clears throat] wouldn't have been here. My ex-boyfriend Can I >> Anything you say right now can be used against you in court. Okay. >> Can I show you what happened though? >> Nope. Just a second. >> So Justin, I understand he's the one that called you. >> All right. We'll go ahead and step my ex. He's super mad that um that we're going on vacation without him. And so that's why he called and told you guys about Nick and her hair or whatever, okay? Because Nick's my husband. He was my boyfriend and he wanted to go on vacation with us and told me he couldn't go because they don't get along. Okay. >> Yeah. Ex-boyfriends and husbands typically don't get along. >> Okay. I apologize for threatening the neighbor. I understand that. I understand that why I'm going to jail. Um but she I was just so upset that they ruined my vacation and took my husband from me. And you guys you guys understand that, right? >> Just a little bit. >> Again, everything is being on video record right now as well. We just have to tell you all this. But I'm just saying, do you guys like as just as people, not as cops, you guys understand that? That like really sucks. Like if someone were to come to your house when you're going on vacation and take your wife from you >> at this point, >> you should not be saying something like that. >> I'm just saying like as a person that >> you said Nick was the one who called. >> No, Justin. >> Justin, >> I can understand that it's extremely difficult situation, >> but there's just other stuff going on as professionals. >> I understand. But as but as a person, we understand how shitty that would be. Yep. >> This is so wrong. On vacation right now. >> So, what were you saying to your neighbor? >> I told her she was a snitch and that she should have let my husband hide. >> What else? >> And then I hope she threaten her with anything else. >> No. I hope she like she should have let him hide or he should have ran. I just I just wanted everything to go back to normal and just go on vacation with my husband. Did you threaten her at all? Did you say you're going to threaten her with a gun? >> No, I mean a gun. I said I hope I said I hope she GOT SHOT, BUT I DIDN'T TELL you that. I was I didn't say that. >> Apparently, you say that to everyone. >> She got shot >> and that you're going to burn her house down >> and then I hope her house burns down, but I didn't say that I was going to do that. I said I hope your house burns down and I hope you get shot. That's what I said. But I didn't say that I was going to do that. I don't even have a gun. I don't even own a gun. So I >> You probably can't. >> I'm sorry. And I'm sorry that I said that to her, but and I mean I wish she would have let my husband run or hide. I wish he would have done for me other than tattle on him, but I should I shouldn't have said those things, but no, I don't have anybody that could >> I don't want a criminal in my yard either. >> Say that. >> And you were aware that your husband Nicholas was in the house, right? >> No, I did not know he was in the house. >> He had just gotten he [clears throat] had just gotten here. He hadn't been in the house. The first time he came in the house was when he saw you guys. He had just gotten here. >> Exactly. But you lied to us when we said that we saw Nicholas and when he went in the house. Correct. And you but you >> I didn't I thought it was Jeff. I truly honest to God thought it was Jeff. >> But you said to Nicholas that he should have ran and you bought him time. Correct. >> I didn't say that. >> Okay. So you knew that he was in the house and you're helping him. Do you see where I'm coming from, Elizabeth? >> And in Arizona that's a criminal offense. >> You're lying about that. So now your neighbors >> I'm not lying. I'm sorry. >> Okay. Well, how am I supposed to believe you when you were already lying to us before and now how am I supposed to believe you about this? >> Well, because I was trying to protect my husband. Well, now you're probably trying to protect yourself is what I'm getting at, right? But >> no, I'm not. I own everything [clears throat] that I said and that's what I said to her. >> Don't you think that in front of my daughter? Don't you think I've learned my lesson? Do you think I'm not going to lie to you anymore? >> No, I think you are lying to me again. >> But I'm not lying. >> Your daughter's not even here right now. We're just here. >> I know that, but this my daughter's in the house by herself right now waiting for her grandma and I'm supposed to be on vacation right now. >> I'm so I'm sorry. >> You should be at work. You get in a lot of trouble when you're not at work. making that's >> cursing at the police >> and your neighbor. >> You dumb [ __ ] You should have let him hide is what I said to her. >> And calling your neighbor that >> before you we said that you were just detained and now I'm letting you know that you're under arrest. All right. >> Oh, I know. >> Is there anything else you'd like to say? >> Oh, I know. >> No. Can I say goodbye to my daughter? >> Why did you >> I just want to tell you that everything's going to be okay. Please, please. >> I'm going to go ahead and shut it. >> No. Please. >> No. So, it's incredibly common that after someone says the most despicable, horrible things to us law enforcement officers that shortly thereafter, they're asking for a favor. Whether that favor is a smoke or a drink or to sit down, stand up, say goodbye to someone. Hey, can I just give so and so a kiss? But what they fail to remember is that such a short time before they were wishing for our death or dropping the fbomb at us or calling us whatever name that they could think of that might hurt our feelings. It's so funny how that pendulum swings from, "Hey, I hate you. I hope you get shot in the face." to, "Hey, can you just let my daughter let me talk to my daughter and let her know everything's okay?" It is it is inconceivable that those two things happen in the same amount of time and yet we see it all the time. >> The woman was charged with harassment which is normally a misdemeanor but in this case was classified as a class C felony under Washington state law because of the magnitude of the threats she made. >> We only got one on body cam bingo. So, we have the I'm not resisting, which uh I always love that one. So, fell a little bit short today, but we'll try again next time.
